OK. I loved the graphics, it's definitely very cute. I loved the idea of it too. I didn't think all of it was very intuitive though, and some was just confusing. I think it would be easier to play on iPad than on iPhone as I did, as some things were hard to click on. It was also extremely short; I got it for free, I definitely wouldn't recommend paying money for it (I think it took me about an hour).

Kinda Torn, Mostly Disappointed. I hope the developers read this.. So I watched your video on how the idea began as a dream and now with the new city version, looks really cool and a great idea. Love the art style, I wanted to try the Free Lume version to see if it was a good match for me and it began pretty good. More simple that I had hoped but enjoyable and made me think. I watched a video and it made me realize how much I had missed just getting to the “power box”. The door lock was easy, I watched a video of how to do the power box and decided that it was more complex that my brain allows. I did not understand it at all, so with my disappointment I will not be buying the city version because I probably won’t be able to figure it out. But I wanted to wish your team all the luck and success because I love your style. Thanks, Sorry, Disappointed and Good Luck.

Just terrible.. This game does everything wrong that makes playing this type of puzzle game painful: First, the tap targets are too small. To open doors, you have to tap on the doorknob, not the rest of the door. To play the phonograph, you have to tap on the handle, not on the center mass. Second, there are hidden tap targets. Under the sink is just darkness. And when you get the red arrow, you have to tap next to it to get closer. Third, there are puzzles that require some strains to English to solve. “If” does not mean “pretend” under any circumstance. I think you meant “as if”. The art is a mixed bag. While I like the photographs of models, I hate the shaky-cam when it pans.

Appreciation for the Work. The people giving this app fewer stars due to the price are obviously not aware of the amount of effort that was put into developing such a revolutionary game. Paying the price of a McDonald's happy meal to experience such a satisfying, though short, gameplay is definitely worth it if you want to support these artists. It makes me upset that people think the length it takes you to beat a game should be directly related to the price! Ridiculous. If you truly value the work of artists, it shouldn't be a problem to pay the amount of spare change you can find underneath your couch cushions.

Great game, but.... I love Lume. I played Lumino City all the way through. This game would be just as great if I was able to solve the puzzles. I'm sure they're solvable, but I just couldn't do it.

Here’s the thing. So how to start? Well it’s an amazing game and really challenges you but there is a small bug. WHEN YOU GET OUT OF THE GAME IT REMOVES ALL YOUR PROGRESS!!!!! And I got so far just to figure out: ALL OF IT IS GONE. So please fix this bug because it’s really annoying. :)

Beautifully done. Game looks amazing and the puzzles are decently difficult.

Great graphics too hard on iPhone. Usually, I am very good at puzzlers but this time I was annoyed. Had to use a guide to get through because the taps are unresponsive. First puzzle for instance, I saw the solar panel out of place but had to click it at least 5 times to trigger the event.

Not worth the money. It's a beautiful game and everything (and I realize all the work gone into hand making everything) but you pay $2 for maybe 10 puzzles. If your not familiar with the game play you just have to click all over the screen until some thing just happens to pop up. It might not be so bad on a computer or iPad but on my phone it took forever to even find the puzzles. This should honestly be a free preview for the long game or just have been a tutorial for gameplay included in the "next chapter"

Cute but short. It's a really cute demo. Only one spot that had point and click logic that match up with normal logic.

Good game overall. I loved the graphics, and that it was a pure adventure game. It could have used a little more polish with regard to a couple of the puzzles, but it was fun to play overall. P.S. It doesn't save automatically, so make sure you press the save button in your inventory every time you solve a puzzle.

What a waste of money. The game is cute but so not worth the money. I bought it because I didn't believe the other reviewers that it was THAT short for $1.99! They are right it is! State of Play should give this one for free and charge more for the sequel. As it is now, I am hesitant to buy the sequel for fear it will be a waste of money too!!

Gorgeous and super short gameplay. Can't belittle in any way the graphical marvel displayed here, the literal handcrafting of this game will amaze you, The short story/adventure/campaign will drop like it is a hot bun on your naked hands; this developing studio shows great promise and deserves our support.

Brief but beautiful. The graphics are great, utterly fantastic. I had to use a walkthrough here or there — and one of them was partially wrong. A Latin “X” means 10 not 5 (so just keep that in mind if you are confused). Some of it was not intuitive— I figured if I have the tool it would use it without prompting, but instead you have to drag it down. And once I didn’t click the button so it counted that as not solved. A hint prompt option would be great, some of us are perhaps less talented at solving puzzles than others.

Fabulous. Lovely graphics, beautiful music, entertaining puzzles. What more could you ask for? It puts a smile on my face.

Is this game different from the iphone app version???. I just opened the house door and when I saw keys, I only got half the keys and now I'm stuck!! I looked up walkthrough and all of them had keys full round of keys!!!

Tx for update. Tx for update it for iOS 9 and keep the games alive More level will be appreciated

Cute, but not fun. Unresponsive controls. I have a 6+ with the most current iOS. It was a challenge to get the girl to go where I wanted and to activate things or enlarge them. The gramophone would never play music, because no matter where I tapped it wouldn’t respond. I got Lume because I really enjoyed Agent A and The Silent Age. They also have great graphics, but their control response is fabulous and activating objects works very well, unlike Lume that requires excessive and what feels like unnecessary tapping and things still don’t work. Perhaps it’s user error on my part. I’ll just replay the other two previously mentioned games again, because they are what I was hoping Lume would be similar to.

Too short. Not worth$2. Although the game itself is fun and looks great, it was only about an hour of game play. Should have been free.

Entertaining but confusing. Honestly, I loved this game. Simple and cute game to play. BUT!! I've got this app for free.. So the downsides of the games does not really matter to me since I didn't paid a single cent for it. The game gets confusing because at some point of the game I was just tapping random objects because the graphics is death flat, so I don't know what exactly I am suppose to tab. it is a really short game and it seems like a teaser for the continuation for LUME OUT IN THE CITY.

Good game, but very hard.. I originally thought that this game was the second state of play game that they made after lumino city, but it turns out that this was the first one? Whatever, besides that, this game is fun, but it is also very hard. I very much liked lumino city much better after I beat it. I like however how this game ends right at the starting of lumino city. I would love it if you made another game based of of lumino city besides this one.

Good game but one thing. I enjoyed all of the puzzles except one musical puzzle that requires me to hear the melody. I am deaf and cannot hear so I had to use a walkthrough to finish the puzzle. Also, the graph puzzle is not clear enough for me to understand since I cannot see the compass whole way and the directions is little difficult to follow. Overall, this game is good!

too difficult?. Maybe I'm a little slow but even after going through a walk-though or two, I still thought... huh? I still didn't see how someone got that answer. The graphics were great so they got got three of the stars but puzzles only got one star. I got through the first few puzzles but I guess I didn't save right because I lost everything. And so far I haven't got the patience to go back and try again. The $5 wasn't a big deal, actually thought it was a bargin.

Ignore the other reviews. This was the original game before lumino city. The devs have updated the graphics to make sure it matches their newer full game lumino city. This isn't a sequel for Lumino City, it was the first game before they developed lumino city, which is much longer. Keep that in mind before purchasing. Stop complaining afterwards if you didn't read the description, update notes and release history to see when it was released. So, if you want a longer game, buy lumino city. If you already have lumino city, wait for them to create a new game or release new content for that app.

The game is great. The game is great I love it I appreciate it don’t listen to mean reviews the game is better then what they say do a great job at what you do and keep moving forward

Not revolutionary, barely cute. Puzzles were merely interesting. I don’t care what some of the apologists are saying, the short gameplay is not worth the price. Seems this was a way to crowd fund for the next game.

Cute. The paper cut stop motion is well crafted but does not lend itself well to a point-and-click. There are times when you can't see at all where you are supposed to click (like the upstairs door-- you know it is "somewhere" because you can see it from outside but you can't see it from inside. You have to randomly click around in search of it until you stumble upon it). The puzzles are good and a couple of them are deuces hard.

Good, but very short. I love these kinds of games, and this one is as charming as any. Fun and pretty, but took me all of 20 minutes to finish the first time through. Got it free, so no complaints, but it should probably stay that way, and focus on upselling the main game.

Wow...... So I couldn't really figure out how to play the game the riddles were kinda hard. I don't know if I was just me or not.... the game is beautiful tho👌🏾

Too hard. I literally couldn't do one puzzle on my own without watching a video to get through it. I wanted to like it but it was super hard for me.

So the wind turbine puzzle says East when it means West.. That was pretty frustrating and I had to look up a guide which I dislike doing for puzzle games. Other than that, very nice game!

Gorgeous animation but puzzles don't make sense. I appreciate all the work that went into making this game really beautiful and I understand it isn't easy to come up with puzzles, but just my two cents: the puzzles aren't cohesive and they're a bit far fetched. I lost interest too quickly but I really wish I hadn't. Also, the response time on touching around to gather things and to walk around is way too slow and really annoying.

Great just short. Can’t be more than a half hour long maybe hour max if it’s a kid under 10yrs old. Thinking back, this could have been developed for kids 6-9yrs. Either way it’s cute, had fun, great graphics & this is years after I originally got it. It’s still usable on iPhone 12mini iOS 17 beta 4 w/o changing any display settings.

Can’t Stop the Music!!!!!!. I downloaded this as a precursor to Lumino City see if I wanted to purchase that app. I can’t even play this because the music is so distracting. It’s a major flaw that turning off the music isn’t an option, especially since one of the puzzles appears to be a musical puzzle! It’s absolutely maddening. I probably won’t be paying for Lumino City because of this. I like the art work on this and was so excited for Lumino City because the art work in that looks even better. So disappointed.

Great but short. I liked the game, however it was short, and the game was challenging. The game was good except for the fact that it was very short. Also, sometimes when I tap on something the screen becomes black and white.(Please fix that bug)

Started out good...but all it had was a start. The game starts out exactly like you’d expect it too, but the problem is that’s all it is, a start. You get one end problem with 4 simple puzzles to solve then that’s it, it’s done. More like a very slight intro rather than a prequel, hope this stays free definitely not worth a price. Better to skip this and go straight to lumino city which is great, well detailed, has a good story line, and most importantly...HAS MORE THAN 30 MINUTES OF GAMEPLAY.

Meh. I know it was an idea that grew into lumino city, but the puzzles just aren't that special or even that fun...3 stars for masterful artistry/concept, to what grew into the masterpiece: lumino city

Lume. Simply incredible stuff! It's been a long time since I've seen such a beautiful game, what a marvel to behold. The music is delightful,The puzzle are challenging, But not impossible. Each time you solve one, it feels like a satisfying accomplishment. The graphics alone, drawl you to the game and make you want to play! So calming and yet inspirational! This is gaming done right! A lot of love, care and attention to detail went into this experience. Worth every penny.

Point-and-click meh-fest.... Anyone who thinks this game is inspirational or took time to create is clearly ignorant of what it takes to make a game. The sequel might be better, I don't know, but this is not worth paying for. At all. Point and click games of any genre require the least programming of any other game type, and the least amount of effort to make. The art style is lovely, but super simplistic and cannot have taken long to make. The puzzles are fairly straightforward and not difficult, but figuring out how to find all the parts for the last puzzle was impossible without looking it up. Even the music puzzle didn't require audio to solve. There were five notes shown on a scale, and a keyboard to type in that pattern. I'm not even interested in looking at the sequel. Point and click games are either too obvious, or literally impossible without knowing the solution ahead of time. There is no middle-ground in this genre.

Love it. Love the game was short am just starting the next story to this game

Looks great but.... Can't get inside. Animation is adorable but way too hard for me.

Will really make you think. I enjoyed it...but it could of been a little longer though

The keys aren’t appearing. We thought we were doing something wrong but when we checked out a walkthrough it was clear that only half the keys are appearing on our game (so we can’t choose the correct keys in the house). So frustrating since we figured out all the other puzzles. Seems there is a glitch.

Seemed cool until it stopped working. Seemed like a nice game. Especially for the limited time that's free. Having played Lumino City, I would not bother paying much for their games. A buck or two. I spent an hr or so on this one. When I came back, it had saved none of my progress. Really? Well, otherwise it seems like a nice puzzle game. A lot of work went into it and it's worth at least checking out while it's free.

Cool. So I’m giving this 4 stars mainly because of the artwork, and appreciation of how much time went into creating this game. However, it’s way too short. I finished the game in 20 minutes. I understand that the sequel is much longer, so I look forward to checking that out. I’m not trying to be rude, but I really feel like this game should remain free. I don’t think it’s worth it to pay for such a short, single play game.

A TRUE GEM!. I don’t write reviews often unless a developer truly deserves it and these guys definitely do. Fantastic world with top notch puzzle design. Truly a gem of a game on the iOS platform. I have played many games on iOS and 9/10 times I’m disappointed, however this game is the 1/10 that shines through. I put this game up there with THE ROOM SERIES, which is saying a lot! To the developers: please make more games like this with different worlds. And keep up the unique and original puzzle design.

Too short for the $$. I purchased this game after loving Lumino City, but was disappointed less than 40mins later when the game was complete. It's beautiful and a high quality app, but seems more like a teaser for the sequel rather than a game in itself.

Such a short game. It's laggy any buggy even though it doesn't cost me a penny

KEYZ!!. Until you *decide* to give me *ALL* the keys...I’m being held HOSTAGE in that one spot! You’ve had YEARS to work the problem, yet you blew it off like the North Wind,& moved onto something else! Does your work not mean anything to you? This game may be quite a bit too short (cause, after ALL THESE YEARS you SHOULD HAVE SERIOUSLY ELONGATED IT!!),but it’s beautiful and worthwhile. So, even if there’s only one human to spare for it’s ULTIMATE COMPLETION...PLEASE,FINISH IT!! UNTIL THEN...YOU DO *NOT* DESERVE THE TITLE OF... *DEVELOPER*!!

Well, at least it was free. Kinda cute, kinda annoying in roughly equal amounts. Very very short game, completed it in around an hour. Sometimes clicks were not registered correctly leading to really as annoying repeat clicks on stuff you already knew about. For free it's ok, would have be well miffed if I'd paid for it, though. Played and deleted.

Great!!!. The graphics are amazing, the puzzles are great, the game is great. The only down side? It only lasts for 1-2 hours. Only get it if u hav some cash to spend in ur iTunes account.

Like it. I love this game, it's soooo much fun, but it always crashes. And it's annoying when you have to do parts all over again because the game has crashed and you haven't saved ur progress!! If you fix the crashing I will rate it 5 stars.

Beautiful taste of things to come.. While this is really short and only part 1 of what I hope is much much more, it's so beautiful. If you love puzzle games and gorgeous things it's still worth it.

Great. :). This is an excellent application, the puzzles are original and really do need a lot of concentration to solve. I can only see one downside with this game, it crashes - A LOT. Otherwise very well done, I would've given it 5 stars if it didn't constantly crash.

Need more!. Great game, really nice to see original ideas like this on the app store. It's a wee bit short, but definately worth paying for anyway. Love the idea of using the footage for gameplay, keen for further installments! I would give it 4/5, because of the (for me at least) infrequent crashes, however with the update, i guess i don't have an excuse to take off that mark! 5/5, great job, looking forward to seeing more in the future.

Terrible game. It does not say the goal of the game. It's pointless and useless. This game doesn't have tutorial too. I give it a thumbs down. 💩👎🏼

Too little game.... After finishing Lumino City I thought I'd download this and have a go. I was disappointed. The cost to game time ratio is way off. I'll be back if the next game is longer. I wouldn't purchase this again though. Maybe have this game as free to then persuade people to purchase Lumino City which is a far superior game.

Very short. Cute graphics, a few puzzles (some required more thought), but all in all, very short. I did like that some of the challenges had branched out at least a little from those normally put into games like this.

Short little game to intro lumino city. I played this game after I had finished lumino city, which I immensely enjoyed. It might have been better to play this little one first as it is more of an intro to the main game. It's a cute interactive puzzle game, however I found it too short. But it's definitely worth a go if you are thinking of playing lumino city. Great work state of play, look forward to your next game!

Lume Review. Really frustrating game. Completely lacking in visual clues to tell you what needs to be achieved. Do I need to go to town. Do I need binoculars.

Far too short. This is a fun, beautiful game. But it is so short. It is all over in less than an hour. Not worth paying for.

Not enough clues. Faulty.. Really hard to work out what to do. Had to look up a walk through and then when I completed part 1 all my progress was lost. Don't like paying for an app that takes an hour and have to pay $8 for another app to do the next part in the story.

Really bad. Not at all user-friendly and so short you have to wonder why they bothered.

Why?. The word "demo" and "pay to play" shouldn't be in the same sentence. Get Lumino City instead. It's far superior to this.

Waste of time. I ended up having to delete this due to sheer frustration after the puzzles wouldn’t work and no amount of googling could help me. Only half the keys appear on the keyring but according to all walkthroughs it should be full. Waste of time!

Too Bad.... Constant crashes combined with slow title screen loading = recipe for deletion, unfortunately... Cheers

Too Expensive. For 15-30 mins of gameplay the price tag is way too high! It's a great 15-30 mins though - great production values, clever puzzles, slick animations... Hopefully the sequel is at least 8 times longer...

Love It.. but. I love the game but one problem is it constantly crashes after playing for only few minutes.... Please fix it!!!!

What next???. I fixed the solar panels but it just showed a speech bubble and didn't do anything else....is it's some kind of glitch? I thought that at least the fairy lights would come on or would give me a clue to the code to get in the house.

Way too short. At this point it's like a 15 minute game if your good at puzzles barely worth a 99 cent price tag let alone 2

Why??. I'm getting so sick of apps that don't provide a way to turn off the sound within the app. I don't want to adjust the sound on the device and risk forgetting to turn it back up, because I need it for reminders, alarms etc. so an otherwise beautiful game becomes unplayable for me.

Too short. Everything is great but the game itself is too short.

Broken. Glad I got it free, because one of the key interactions required to solve a puzzle doesn’t work. Just does not respond. This would be a short and sweet advert for their longer game, but when it doesn’t function, I’m not keen on paying for the other app. Too bad, it was a cute game.

Unique design and look!. I actually bought this game because I was curious about the art and wanted to support games that are unique and stand out in artistic vision. This is that IMO. And it was my first app purchase over .99! Lololol I found the puzzles to be difficult, granted I was very tired when I did them, so I have played it slowly since I was frustrated at 4am :D They are quite ingenious. I didn't know it ends quite soon tho after reading other reviews, which is surprising. Also I have no problems with it ever crashing on me (I have the 4S). I quite enjoy it but am not gonna critic it purely on game length, which others have.

Okay.... This game is visually nice to look at. However, as a game in my opinion, more instructions as to where to click to start up the next puzzle should be more clear or where exactly to click should be more clear. I find myself clicking on random spots to start up new puzzles to advance to next puzzle frustrates me and leaves me wanting to quit the game right away. Anyhow, lovely story that brings warmth. Thanks.

Good, but short. The first time i played this game it was very fun + entertaining + a bit challenging. Same with the 2ond time. + the 3rd. But after i downloaded it on my iPhone 5 (I say that b/c I want u all 2 now that it works) i just became bored b/c i was playing it 2 often and remembered all the codes. So very short. I need 2 say this tho: 2 the ppl who designed and built it amazing job! Looks so neat + beautiful!!! But i have 1 question. Y r there binoculars? Over all, good game but like the 2ond 1 (lumino city) better. I'm just saying a little short, but good nonetheless.

Enjoyed it. Enjoyed it thoroughly but a bit short. Looking forward to part 2.

Awfully disappointing. The game was great, but was over the second you get power connected. A few puzzles in one level and it's over?? What a waste of two bucks. I can't believe I paid for this. Don't waste your money.

Fun, but too short. At first I loved Lume. However, it kept crashing on my 4th gen iPod touch so I contacted the developers. They suggested completely restarting my iPod, and though this helped me get through the game, there was still the occasional crash. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have mentioned, the game is also ridiculously short. I know it only costs a few dollars, but after playing some other point-and-click games that were much longer I couldn't believe it when the game suddenly ended with a promise of an upcoming sequel.

Fun but short. I really liked the game. However it was very short. Also in game volume control would be nice. Not worth $2.

MoRe CoNtEnT. 👏we 👏 want 👏 more 👏 content 👏

Should be called Episode 1. This game deserves high praise. The puzzles are very clever, the music is beautiful, and the animation is exceptional. However, the length is disappointing for two reasons: one, since they charge a lot for a very short episode, and two, since i really want to know what happens next. I wish I could find more games like this!

Love it!. So cute!

Unsatisfactory on iPhone. Not at all suited for an iPhone. Game seems very fun but the device is too small to provide satisfactory gameplay experience... You basically can't understand what to interact with.

Beautiful and Wonderful!!. This game is awesome! The graphics and music create such a wonderful, magical atmosphere, and the puzzles and storyline are absolutely brilliant!!

Ripoff. Game was ten minutes of play tops. Visually stunning but ridiculously tiny for two bucks.

LOVE IT. Love it!!! >.<

To challenging 😥!. I really like this game but I can’t believe there’s no help button There is no way I can complete the solar panels! Pls fix this to be a little easier. Oh and also I just wanna make my puzzles that I do on Lume much easier for younger players.

Such a let down. Lume city was an AMAZING game! So seeing this game I was excited, it's takes place at grandpa's house and THAT IS IT! So short and such a waste

Be warned: This is very, very short. The art style is great, and the puzzles are interesting (and make more sense than many point-click adventure games), but unfortunately the game ends abruptly after acomplishing your first significant task. It felt like I bought prime rib and had the plate taken away after my first bite. I asked the developer if future episodes are to be free or IAP, and they said they had not yet decided. On its own, it feels like a paid demo. Decide for yourself whether the short, but entertaining adventure is worth the price (adventure might be too strong of a word, since it takes place in only one location).

Beautiful. This is a gorgeous little labor of love. Looking forward to additional episodes.

Nice graphics but..... They style, graphics are great. The puzzles lack real challenge. And the game is too short. I know it's not expensive, but should have more.

Wow .. Awesome game so far, from gameplay, to graphics, to plot . . please create more games, with the same fervor and expand on this one.

It coulda been a contendah!. I loved the art! This game is trully visually stunning! BUT IT TOOK ME AN HOUR TO BEAT IT!!!! That message at the end wen they say "we're workin on maybe adding part 2..." .....LAWL! i was half expecting it to just be a joke and for the game to continue! But it DIDNT!! All in all this game was wonderful, but not $1.99 wonderful.

Not worth 1.99. Incredibly short game for the price. Sure the graphics are nice but for $1.99 you on get a few minutes of gameplay. I would recommend waiting to purchase until game is longer in length and kinks are worked out.

Worthy puzzling. Amazing graphics and such interesting puzzles. I enjoyed every single aspect of this game, and I look forward to more developments in sequel games. Please let them be updates included in the price. It was a short game for the price, but I say it's quality over quantity! Great job!

Enjoying the Challenge. I'm laughing at everyone that says "too hard" or "too vague." Guess they've never played a puzzle game before. I love everything about this game.

Very stylized but.... Great style but way to short!! Like myst short if you know what your doing. I hope they add part two to this.

Total ripoff. Even discounted at $1.99, this game was a depressing waste of money. Although I enjoy the style, I expect more than ~20 minutes from a paid game. I won't be buying a game from this developer again.

Puzzles are too vague. The art style and visual presentation is the only thing that can be said to be perfect. But eye candy can only go so far. The puzzles are unnecessarily vague, and transitions unnecessarily long. The game also crashes and the fps often drops. (using iPod touch 4G)

FUN, Beautiful, and Short. The is a beautiful and challenging game. It is short. I bought it on sale so I would say it is worth it. Now that Lumino City is out I think they should offer this for free or charge less normally.

Too short. This game was enjoyable for the 30 minutes it took to complete. I thought that maybe I downloaded the demo version by accident when the game ended. Definitely did not get $2 of enjoyment out of this game simply due to its short gameplay.

Gorgeous art, clever concept. Can't wait for more!

Disappointed. What a beautiful game, but for .99c I can get a better game I play more often and gets updated often and not (seemingly) abandoned. This is a remake as well, it's not like it would be hard to do, it just seems like they're milking it. Boo.

Please fix. every 5 minutes it crashes on my ipod!Im tired of it crashing cause it takes me long to do some puzzles or like 4 but everytime i find sometging interesting it crashes please fix with an update that will also add more parts cause i know its just the beggining of part 1

Fun. Such a amazing fun game so much fun cute and problem solving

where is the mute?. i can’t find a way to mute just the game so that i can listen to other things on my phone. deleting app as a result.

A very promising introduction.... Lume is one of the most visually beautiful games I've seen. Yeah, it's short, but as stated in the description, this is just "Part 1" of what hopefully will be a very intriguing game on the market. If you appreciate great design, it's worth it.

Not a Fan. Way too complicated right at the beginning. The hints or tips are very cryptic and hard to decipher. Graphics are cool but if you can't figure out what to do - who cares. Could not find a way to turn the music off...maybe I had to solve something to do that. Sorry, I like a challenge but this was ridiculous.

Lume. Disappointed in the fact that after all this time that has passed there has not been an update. I loved the game even though it was shorter than a short story. I wish you all would have an update much sooner than much later, later. As for it being an ongoing puzzle game it's in my opinion not much ongoing. 😒

Tooooo short. What i assumed was the first level ended up being the entire game! Great game and graphics but too short.

Short. Nice graphics and puzzles but VERY SHORT.

Wanted more Lumiocity😩. Great game---just wished it lasted more that an hour. Really should be a free app. Luminosity on the other hand is totally worth the money and is a fantastic game.

Nice but too short. The graphics is cool and gameplay is really fun but finished part 1 in less than 30 minutes. Will give it a 5 when they release new chapters and if no additional payments will be made for the additional chapters. Hurry up guys!

Cute, beautiful. It's very short and the story is not very interesting (assuming the story goes on) but well worth the $2, you can tell the developers worked hard to make this unique puzzle game.

Beautiful! Puzzling! Short!. Beautiful puzzle. Very short though. But challenging / solvable puzzles. Finished in 40 minutes.

Don't waste your time. Half the time it doesn't click where you want it to

It's ok. I like this game a lot but it would be helpful if there was a "skip puzzle" button and it shuts down a lot too

Visual stunner but short... So far. Amazing presentation, and some interesting puzzles in a point and click adventure, but it was way too short with only 5 areas to explore. I am looking forward to more and maybe then I'll change my rating to 4 or 5 stars.

Awful, simply awful.. One level? Really? The sequel is good, but this is just a proof of concept, nothing you'll enjoy.

What a stunning little game!. The artwork takes me back to my childhood and some of the programs on TV. The puzzles are challenging, but don't get frustrated. The beauty is being able to leave a puzzle and work on another. Take your time and write down some of the clues you fund in notes, count the sides to shapes, set your iPhone down and move around it for a sense of direction; think outside the box for this one. Can't wait for part 2! (Please tell me there's a part 2 coming)

Very disappointing; I regret this purchase. It may seem silly to regret buying an app that only cost $.99, but this game isn't worth $.99 in the iOS app-world. Many of the all-time greats in the AppStore are priced at $.99, such as Angry Birds, Where's My Water?, Cut the Rope, Monster Island, Jump Out!, Rag-doll Blaster... I could go on and on. All of these games provide many hours of game play, have a high replay factor, & are updated with new levels on a regular basis for years on end- that's a good value! When compared against games like those, Lume seems like a ripoff. I was excited today when I noticed that after 8 months of neglect from the developer, there was finally an update for this game. I went back to being disappointed when I realized that this update was just for iOS 6 compatibility, not for additional gameplay. This is a beautiful game with high production values, but I would recommend not buying it until the developers expand it.

Why isn't this free?. It would be a great gateway into buying Lumino City of it were free. I paid the $1.99 "discounted" price and I felt ripped off after completing the game in less than an hour. Totally ridiculous and makes me nervous that Lumino City at four times the cost isn't worth the price either. Great game otherwise, just too short for the money and leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Fun...but. A purchase in art until the next chapter is included for free. At the very least let me explore the village! Beautifully done.

Not worth the money. The game is beautiful but not really intuitive for iPhone users. How do you know where to click? And then when I was finally getting into it, it ended. Took me less than twenty minutes to finish it. As I mentioned. Not worth the money at all. What a waste.

So creative, but short. Lume is one of those games that is like nothing else currently on the app store. The levels are set in live action and the caharcters are animated which makes for an incredible effect. However, the game does run very short, the puzzle tend to be very hard right from the start, and to my complete suprise the first time I played the game it actually showed me the ending after solving only two puzzles. This is obviously a glitch in the game and I simply started a new game and the second time through played through the entire game without missing any puzzles. If the developer were to release a "part 2" update for the app I would expect it to be twice as long and free. This is not unreasonable considering most apps never charge for an update. If they they were to then release a part 3 or 4 I would then accept paying for this parts. All in all I love this game while it lasted and am very much looking forward to future installments of the game!

Cost too high for short game.... As cool as this game may be, it is a little disheartening that it's done so quickly. $1.99 is too much to spend on a game that lasted me 24hrs...

Cute, but should be free. Ridiculous that this game costs $2 and it is not even finished. Not worth it. I wouldn't even have paid $1 for this. Don't waste your money I can't even believe folks gave it such high ratings. They shouldn't have introduced it until there were more levels. I will not play if I have to pay more for each chapter. Multiple chapters for $1.. Maybe. I'm not one to just pay for apps willy nilly and for this one to only have on level, no matter how clever and beautiful it was.. Ridiculous.

Great Graphics, Gameplay and Music. The graphics and gameplay are wonderful but it is very short. Looking forward to the update and I really hope it's included in the price. To those that don't know how to play. That's what makes the fan so fun. It wouldn't be a puzzle game if you were told what to do now would it?

Fun leaves you wanting more. I personally think the graphics and gameplay are worth $1.99 . The graphics and setup of the scene where the best I have seen and the puzzles where pleasantly challenging but not horribly difficult (that depends on your level of puzzle solving skill) Can't wait for part two To people giving it bad ratings for being short it's only part one and read the reviews before you buy.

Good game. It’s a great game

Beautiful. Great puzzle game, a bit on the short side but it is a nice ride while it lasts. People complaining about the price are too funny.

Love it!. Love this game!!!

Where's the rest of it?. Great graphics, cool story, and then it's over.... This was overpriced the the gameplay time...it was downloading as I went to sleep last night and at 5pm it was over mind u I could only play on the 20-30 min bus ride to and from work.....I have free games that are still excellent.

Cute. Good puzzle game.. I actually love this game and was excited to get to the next level....until I found out that there wasn't one. I paid full price for it and I wouldn't have had I known that the game was incomplete. Awesome game but released way too soon!

Very neat, but.... I really enjoyed the game. Cool graphics style, reactive gameplay, all the good stuff. The idea is compelling and rewarding. However. It is really short right now. Like not worth its price short. 10 minutes of gameplay short. Which will be fixed in what better be an update, rather than asking people to pay again for the next part. I look forward to playing this more in the future.

Disappointed. I really loved the "Lumino City" so I didn't hesitated to pay $2 for this. But it is too short. I couldn't believe that the stage one is the last. Very disappointed :(

Lovely. This is a tiny game, more a "proof of concept" than a full fledged game. But it is beautiful, and clever, and if the devs want to charge for it why the fury? This kind of craft takes time and effort. I took one star off because it is not as responsive as it should be: I tapped on the drafting table a half dozen times and got no response! Nevertheless, I'm off to Lumino City. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
