These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Your Headspace subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
Headspace also offers a Forever subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $399.99 with unlimited access to the Headspace Collection forever.

I am a new user to Headspace, but have used meditation and reflection as a way to process mental hurdles and daily stresses my whole life. I am 28, have been married for one year, and have one year left in a graduate program at a big ten university. I just started the second level of the 'take 10' sessions, and am so excited to use more features of the app, including longer exercises. At this point, I have no criticism to share, but am so grateful to have this resource. As a student and artist I need the tools to build balance and self-care into my schedule. I enjoy working ten to fourteen hour days in my field. However, the stress and feelings of isolation I experience are very real. I have noticed that when I feel overwhelmed my thoughts and feelings become more manageable after I use Headspace. The reminders that this app uses to facilitate consistency are great. The design is intuitive, easy to use, and I think the price is a bargain for the high production value and expertise which the creator brings to the table.
Headspace is exactly what I was looking for in a mediation app. Perfect balance of direction from the instructor and silence. Mental health is extremely important and this app will help you improve it tremendously.
This is the second year in a row I've paid for the premium. Worth every penny! It's really well done and I've learned a lot over the past year. This app will be standard on my phone.
It's so weird how the app addresses pitfalls to meditation almost in the exact order that I've been experiencing them. After having missed several days of meditation I logged into the app today to have that very thing addressed! Not only is meditation guided but there's so much advice on practical stumbling blocks we all face. As someone who is new to meditation I have found this app to be incredibly helpful. I would recommend it to anyone even or maybe especially to those people who have never meditated before.
I've tried countless drugs for my anxiety/depression but meditation has had the best results. Headspace taught me how about anxiety and depression as well as teaching me how to cope with them.
Similarly to the vast majority of the modern population, I spend my day running from meeting to activity to errand with not much time spent on considered thought and inward reflection. This app has provided a great foundation, framework, and progression to decluttering my headspace. The step by step approach really helps make the process of learning how to be more centered comfortable and best effortless.

After the initial sessions, I chose the 20 min time for meditations. There is plenty of time to switch on to find breath and tap into the obscured feelings of generosity, compassion and appreciation. I've finished 4 packs of 10 meditations now and feel a great deal of growth in relating to others and my world. The material is doled out a bit at a time which allows me to absorb and grow. Andys knowledge of the right pace or rate is extremely intuitive. Love this app.
