Terrible. This app doesn’t work properly at all. Don’t be fooled by the name.

None. Just got the app works really well. It's the most I paid for an app. Well worth the money. Tuned my pipes straight away.

Perfect app until.... This tuner works excellent. I have no complaints about its accuracy. I have never had a problem with this app up until recently. I now have the iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 8.2 and it's constantly crashing as soon as I open it. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is due to the recent instability. Please do an update for iOS 8 to stop the crashing! I love and rely on this app for daily practice and performances. Thanks!

Awesome!. Great app!! Easy to use! Everything I need so I don't have to lose another tuner. iPhone goes everywhere! I saw a rumor of this online and have been watching the app store to see when this was going to be released.

Great tuner -- needs watch app!. I love this, especially when used with the Bluetooth mic. Setting the target pitch is currently done in the iPhone settings, which is a little clumsy (it should be easily set with ing the app). Also,an accompanying watch app would be awesome (I could tune without having to balance my phone somewhere). Worth the money.

Wow!!! Fantastic Tuner. I have been piping for 40 years and this tuner on my iPhone is the best tuner to date!! I have used many different tuners and none of the old big bulky things have even come close, oh yea, it work on the iPad just fine if you do not have an iPhone or iPod touch!!! Great app!. This app works just as accurately as my regular Murray Blair bagpipe tuner! Now I don't need to carry both. Well worth the price!

Excellent tuner with one issue.. This is an excellent tuner that takes into account slight variations of each note and makes it quite easy to accurately tune the chanter. My only issue is that before, the app would crash occasionally when using a plug in tuning clip. With this current update, it always crashes every time I plug in my tuning clip. Can something be done to fix that please??

Works great!. Love this App!! Works very well. If you switch to or upgrade your phone, make sure to go to your settings and allow your mic access to this app.

Great App. This app instantly replaced the Korg I've been using. It works exactly the way it should so you can tune each note on your chanter.

I love it. I think it works well, definitely worth the purchase. You can't beat the convenience - you can only carry so much in a sporran, after all!

Excellent app. I find this app works better than the stand-alone bagpipe tuners available currently. The only things I recommend for improvement: 1. Allow the setting of the pitch manually from the app itself; currently you have to go to the Setting app to manually set the pitch. 2. I would prefer if the top analog-style meter re-centered itself on the set pitch rather than 466Hz. I find myself not using this meter, as it makes everything look sharp, since most of my chanters are tuning above 466Hz. But these are nits. The app works exactly as stated and I even without the above features, I give this 5-stars.

Good App. It’s a good and accurate tuner. I really like the fact that you can pair it with a Bluetooth microphone. However, I would give it five stars if you could manually calibrate it. It tends to learn too quickly and often not to the steady frequency that you need it tuned to, especially when self-calibrating to your own pipes. Please update the app with that capability to make this app top notch.

Excellent, well done app. The best and only dedicated bagpipe tuner in the store. Well worth the purchase price, it provides positive feed back on tuning each drone and chanter. It really takes the guess work out of tuning when compared other non bagpipe dedicated tuners, which I have many of. SUGGESTIONS - The app needs a screen lock button to prevent accidental exits from the app when handling the iPhone, i.e.: raising phone to top of drones. Also, when pressing the learn button, the font in the help window is hard to read because it is script and in a small font size. I also would prefer to see the "learn" button renamed to "calibrate" and also offer a reset option instead. But thats my preferences.

EXCELLENT!!. Great little tuner. Far superior to any Korg. Gives the Saul a run for its money but doesn't surpass it. The Saul gets the tuning closer and is more sensitive. Definitely want the Saul fir competitions. Still for tuning the band for a parade this app is a welcome aide. Well worth the cost. Highly recommended!

What, no help file?. So I purchased and install Bagpipe Tuner and the only operational button I see is "learn" and still haven't figured how to make it work. Perhaps I am not using it correctly but without a FAQ or Help file, I will continue to struggle. Wish there was a "refund" option.

Great. This is a great bagpipe tuner that works well for its price. It is a well working, easy to use quick replacement for a very expensive bagpipe tuner.(certainly not a permanent substitute though). Overall, this is an AWESOME app!

Was a great app... Was my go to tuning app but for the longest time now it won’t even open across multiple iOS devices.

Makes playing a well tuned bagpipe painless. When combined with the bluetooth clip microphone this tuner makes tuning the drones really easy and accurate. I constantly switch between my band and solo chanters, and this makes that painless.

Great App. Works very well - been able to tune my pipes with it much quicker and easier. A very useful addition to any pipers tools for playing and improving your sound.

Excellent user interface, easy to use.. This device will add value to any pipe corps with it's quick "learn" feature and ease of use. Not only that, it's one less device to carry in the sporran and let's face it, many of us carry our iPhone in our sporrans already! I'm most impressed with the user interface, very slick. Great Bagpipe Tuner. Fantastic product, I used it today to set up a solo piper for a performance and the pipes sounded great. This tuner is easy to use and does the job without any problems. Basic tuning app. Fairly basic, but does the job. Expensive considering there’s virtually no “bells and whistles”. Desperately needs some documentation showing any settings and options that may be available and how and when to use it. Maybe a Utube video?

Calibrate. Go to settings/Apps/bagpipe writer , type number.

Not Working!. Used this for years, now it won’t open on my iPhone X. Please fix!

Great app for the whole band. This app, although expensive for an iPhone application, allows anyone to tune their pipes without having to spend a fortune on a tuner. Yes, there are other free tuning apps for the iPhone, but this one makes it easier to tune the band quickly. I would highly recommend it for bands or individuals.

Very convenient and works well, but.... It's great to have a tuner always in your pocket and it's good value. Would give 4 stars or more if it wasn't such a pain to calibrate. I don't understand why there isn't an option to simply select the frequency. The only reliable way I have found takes two people. One to play low a and one to press the learn button. Should be an easy option to add. Please do so if you can.

Not working on iPhone. For some reason this app is not working on my iPhone X. Is there a reason?
