Crashes. Would be very helpful if it didn't crash every time I went to book an appointment! Also crashes at other times. Only works to look at appointments.

I love the ease buy.... We need to be able t drop down menu to choose a week at a time some times- or have the stylist be able to view evenings schedule at the same time

Really bad app!!!. It surprises me every time I use it how incredibly bad this app is. Because this is the software my salon has chosen to go with it's all I have to use to connect to my schedule while in the go. This app ALWAYS says there was an "error" when marking out time or booking appointments.... Even if there wasn't an error and its scheduled it just fine. It takes a very long time to load appointments or schedule changes so, you won't know for some time if it actually did the job because it always says there was an "error". More often than not it closes on you or simply won't open. It's so completely frustrating that it doesn't just work right! Also you cannot see notes written about clients appointments unless you are looking at your main computer even though there is a section for this on the app. I also can't just edit the appointment time or service. For example if my client wants to add a haircut to her service I would like to just adjust the time or change the service option. Instead I have to cancel the appointment book it again and hope it actually goes through. You also cannot double book appointments. Come on Envision step it up and fix this. While the app is "free" we are paying for the software and service for the main computer. I expect more... A lot more!!!

Great app. This app is great. I have been hoping and praying for this app. The only thing I would consider detrimental would be to be able to see a week view. It's important when planing a week. Especially when you're booked several weeks in advance. So in the next version, please please please. Let's see that update. I hope it's not too far away. Like maybe in the next month or so. (smile) Thank you very much.

New update not good. I can't select dates when looking at my schedule.

Unreliable. This app is awful. It is so unreliable. It hardly ever loads and works. If you are thinking of purchasing this scheduling tool DON’T!! Do some research and find a better one. I wish we had.

New update is terrible. New update causes the app to crash every time you open it. Not helpful when trying to book clients 😩

Keeps crashing!!. This app won't load!! Please fix it!

App is useless now with update.. As of 4/5/16, can't look up any other date than today or change location. Can't check totals on other dates either. App was great, now I might as well cancel it. I pay monthly at work to use this. If not fixed immediately you lose about 50 customers (coworkers who are less patient than I am).

The app is glitchy and basic.. I would like to see: •seamless use •full integration with calendars with a notifications option •compatibility with Apple Watch PLEASE make these improvements

Horrible. It's really frustrating when you go to book a client or check your schedule and 99% of the time is doesn't even open. Can you please fix this ! It's ridiculous!

Frustrated. Our salon has had this app for 2+ years and it probably has been off for half of that time. Full of glitches, hard to get online, poor customer support. Not worth the money!

Not working with iPhone iOS 8. Need update , not working with new software of iPhone , keep on freezing and not able to add an apt or do anything Need fast act NOW bcz iOS 8 is out for almost 2 weeks and since then the problem started but no solution so far !!!!!!??????

Waste of time!. This app ways kicks you out when you go to book an appointment. Right now it's not even letting me log on. I'm seriously going to talk to my boss about switching companies because this is such a waste of time and money! Get the bugs fixed already!! I would like to be able to open up the app let alone book appointments!

Wish the app was better!. I was using another app before that let me use their services for free. I moved to another salon and this is the appointment app that they currently use. I wish the app would work wether the main computer was off or on. The app won't work if the main computer is turned off or in sleep mode. I dis-like that you can't see what day of the week it is, and that I can't schedule any clients on times that I'm not scheduled to work. And that I can't double book on the app. Please fix this! Now with this new update I can't get into the app! It keeps crashing!!! Worst app ever! After all this the app is delayed. When I open the app and try to change the date/day to see my schedule it has a 30 second delay before it changes to the date/day I want to see. With all the money the salon pays for the app you would think they would have a better app for us. I would never recommend this app and/or envision program to anyone. This is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.

Worst app ever.. Honestly this is the least dependable app I have ever had on my phone. Every morning it takes me at least 10 minutes to access my schedule. It is completely ridiculous I have to keep pressing the login button over, and over, and over again until it finally works. I don't understand why they can't make an app that works!! No one in my salon uses the app because it is so COMPLETELY unreliable. Who has time to sit there for 10+ minutes *hoping* it'll work? FIX THIS ENVISION!!!!!!

Cannot add new client!. Everything works well with the ipad version except for when I need to add a new client. So I book a new appointment, go to clients, choose add new client and I enter all their info. Then there is no save button, no done button, nothing. I've even tried downloading the iPhone version and still, same thing. Please fix!!!

jackie. the app is ok but u can access online using bookmark for faster and easier envisionaccess.

Waste of memory on my phone. This app never works. I've personally left comments and emailed support before. It's never fixed. It's a waste of space on my phone. I would leave zero stars if that were an option.

Errors. Shuts down as soon as I open my app. Not happy I run my business from this app and haven't been able to use it.

This app has been so great thus far. though have a few things that I would love to be able to do like... 1) a weekly/monthly report (how much I did in home hair care, services, and tips) like you can do on the computer system 2) edit an appointment. If someone books it too short or too long id like to be able to change it when I see it that way I have no worries that ill be behind for any guest. 3) see who has checked in/out. We have an extra computer in our salon to do so but sometimes it's used to order product/supplies and we don't like to crowd our front desk. Besides those "I wish for"s everything has been wonderful!

Fix it. Crashes when I try to open the calendar. Please optimize and streamline for iPhones as well.

WORST! Join the 21st century, guys.. Is down more often than not. And is missing many of the standard conveniences of other booking apps.

Awful. This app has been nothing but problems. It's an 80$ a month waste of money. We are losing clients left and right because envision can't get their crap together and create a better app then this crap.

I like. I love the accessibility but, for business owners having access to seeing everyone's schedule would be a major improvement. Being able to add work schedule (scheduled appointment times) into the iPad calendar would be great too. If those two separate calendars could sync. Good start but a lot of room for improvement. Hope some new things will be added!

App won't open. I haven't been able to check my schedule for 2 days. This is a constant problem. I really wish it worked, because I like being able to see my appointments & book appointments from my phone.

Great app. This app is great. Works fine with our salon. The only thing is it would very much be helpful if they add days on to the calendar instead of just month and date. It would definitely eliminate misbookings. Another thing is, sending client confirmations. Would be awesome if it sends confirmation texts or emails 1 week before and a couple of days before.

Like a mobile phone company.... This app constantly crashes, if it even lets you log on. However; the convenience of being able to look at your schedule at all times even when you're not at work, makes it worth it. Get it together.

Crashes Constantly. Often claims the server at place of business isn't connected, when the Envision program at work is working just fine. Now this app won't even give that message - just flips back to the desktop, thus becoming unopenable. When it is working, it is tedious to schedule your client for multiple services (doesn't have the Save and Add option the PC program has). Doesn't have a weekly view of your schedule, you can only view one day at a time. It also won't allow you to adjust the amount of time for a service after it has been scheduled. The same goes for blocked time - you cannot adjust the blocked time once it's been blocked, you have to pray the app won't crash and delete the block and create a whole new block. Fix these please, I've got a business to run!

Terrible update. This new update y’all have on the app is terrible can’t even see anything on it cause the font blends in to the background color

HELLO WAKE UP ENVISION!!!!. It's time to update or SOMETHING, this app has been HORRIBLE since the day I downloaded. I've had to suffer for years with the constant error log in and I've lost count how many times this app freezes!!! I don't delete it because sometimes and I mean once in a blue moon i can book a quick appointment when needed but I'm tired of waiting more then few minutes to just LOG IN!!! Please please please do something to better this app.

NEEDS UPDATE!. Since downloading IOS 8, I have not been able to use this app! Please update and be more proactive in the future! Also, it would help if there was a calendar built in so that we didn't have to guess as to what day of the week a certain date is!

Wasn't the worst..... Wasn't the worst before update. Now crashes when you try to login. Needs to be fixed ASAP

Awful. Not worth the money. Only works one out of a handful of times. Completely unreliable.

Wish it was more reliable. It’ll go days of being able to login no problem. Then it’ll just close on you at a random time and you won’t be able to log back in for hours. Everytime you go back it says problem connecting with server. Same complaint as others had years ago and it’s still not fixed. Please fix it! I would love to feel confident that I could pull it up anytime I need to check my schedule for clients.

Needs improvement. This app is great to look at the appointments. There are still a lot of things could be improved. It's hard to make an appointment because days doesn't show what day of the week it is (Monday, Tuesday, and so on...) New update doesn't allow to see phone number and emails of the clients. Weekly view for one person would be great addition. Owners have to log in as one of the employees to see schedules. Please add ability to see schedule for all employees, who work certain day.

Please update for iOS 8!!!!. This is so frustrating that this app doesn't stay up to date with everything else. I need this app to work because it's how I make a living and you guys are messing with that and not making me a happy camper. Please update it like now.

Very weak. I am salon owner, and to be able to see all of the 12 therapists's schedules I had to buy their full Version. Comparing with other apps this app is very weak and can do very limited things. Unfortunately with new update it can not even show to me schedules of employees and I am unable to make any changes on the schedule. It would be great if app would show when therapist is scheduled to work as on the envision access. And on envision access it needs to only show therapists, who are working that day. Unhappy customer.

App not working. Since upgrading to iOS8 app stops working when trying to block my schedule. Please fix this.

Horrible!!. This app is horrible!! It constantly crashes or errors when trying to schedule things!! It's soooo annoying. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Needs improving. This app is very important to me. I use it everyday. Unfortunately it has limited uses and crashes very often. The app allows you to add appointments, delete them, block time, and see totals, but i need more to truly weed and take care of my scheduling. It would be great to get some updates. Also more menu options and editing on "off days" and current appointments would be useful.

Been waiting for this since I saw the droid app!. Love the app! We have been waiting for it for a while! I was curious, is there anyway on the next update if you can show the week day when you want to look it up by date and if you can change the time on appointments. Other then that it's AWESOME

Not the best app.. The app is such a great idea, and has a great set up... But it is constantly crashing and constantly saying error when I try and log in. It's done that since the minute I downloaded it. Needs to be updated.

Horrible. Crashes right away after opening. NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!

Unreliable. Have been using this app through the salon for about a year now & could not tell you the amount of times this app does not even get passed the login screen. As of now, I haven't been able to use it for a week and GUARANTEE I've lost potential clients because I simply cannot book an appointment unless I'm in the salon. (Why have an app then?)

Why bother?. I have had a terrible experience with this app. First off.. The app only works not even 1 out of 3 times I open it. And ever since the update it just kicks me off. This app is supposed to help us book appointments when we are away from the salon. But I have found it's easier to call in and have someone book the appointment for you. It seems outrageous that the app is an extra fee on top of the program the salon already pays for. If it worked that would be one thing, but until then.. What a waste of money.

UPDATE THE APP!!!. HELLO! Update this app! It's is sssoo frustrating! You try using it on a Daily basis! Update it to ios7 AND MAKE IT FIT THE NEW IPHONES!! Literally the worst!!
