I really enjoy this app. One thing that needs to be mentioned is that some of the movies in My History have disappeared. They should stay in there even if the movie has been removed for viewing, since movies constantly come and go regularly from the app. I still need to know what I've already seen, as I refer to it often so I don't waste time starting something I might have already watched. Please fix.
I watched 9 episode of Snowy River on my Samsung smart tv app yesterday and the app froze at episode 10 . It’s frozen since. I can’t send email from the app when it asked me for review, there is no other way to contact. I can watch the app on iPhone but who wants it on a small screen. App needs some work. Also it’s 2 stars for now.
Complaint About their one year charge auto renewal without a notice or refund!
I have tried this service several times, but find the content to be outdated. Not the content I was hoping for (recent Christmas originals, etc.). Given the price, I would expect the latest content. I use the PhiloTV app now instead and can watch the actual channel on all my tablets, iPhone, FireTV, and watch when I am away from home on friend’s TV’s. I can also save shows and fast forward through the commercials.
High quality with plenty of options that are perfect for families.
I had high hopes for this app, but unfortunately there are hardly any movies and shows available. What’s the point of paying a subscription if there’s hardly any content?
Couldn’t live without this. Please keep on with what you are doing.
Suits the purpose I want-for now
Love the content, it’s quite difficult to find clean and wholesome movies. These shows are very clean, there isn’t anything better than these in my opinion.
Not everyone has cable or dish providers. Not everyone wants to pay all that money, despite the many channel choices they would have. Given this, I thought it was great that you could pay only for the network wanted...Hallmark! Cable and dish providers always charge so much extra for the packages that include Hallmark, and for many years I have had to go without one of my favorite networks. Here, I thought, was a way around that! Pay Hallmark directly for access to their network, and be able to finally see all those shows and movies I have been missing! Wrong. You do pay them monthly, but there is not access to any of the current shows or movies. You cannot live stream, you cannot even watch the next day. You are stuck with limited options of shows and movies from the past. Like several years ago, past. Who wants to pay a monthly subscription for limited selections of old movies and shows? Not me! I understand there is another app where you have to log in with your cable provider...well that won’t work for people like me that do not have a provider. And even then, reviews for that app talk about how you still cannot live steam and other limitations and difficulties. Can’t you just make ALL your content available?? You’re being paid for it...how much do you even get from cable providers when a subscription for the user costs x-amount/month but covers over 100 channels? That breaks down to not very much $$ per channel per month! Probably less than $1! So...at an individual price of $5-6/month for this app, aren’t you making more than enough to go ahead and provide all of your content? Old AND current? Even without live streaming, I would be ok with watching back episodes when needed and then the new ones the day after they air...or catching a new release movie the next day. Please consider changing this so those who are willing to pay a subscription directly and individually to Hallmark can watch any and all content. Gets 2 stars cause there are still good movies and shows, but no more than that due to lack of current content!

Very disappointed that Hallmark isn’t providing access to 2018 Christmas movies without cable subscription. I’m willing to pay for content but not paying for a full cable subscription just to get Hallmark Channel. They need to follow the HBO, Showtime model of on demand with monthly subscription directly with Hallmark app.
I gave this a three because as much as this app cost there should be far more Christmas movies. We cut cable a few months back best idea we ever had except I couldn’t watch my Christmas movies. When I saw this app I was so excited but then let down because there aren’t many movies to pick from.
The biggest disappointment with this app is that it uses so much data, my data rolled over on the 5th of the month and on the 11th which is 3 days of having the app my data was almost to 22 gigs and I looked at my data usage and watch a movie that was an hour and 40 mins and it used 4 gigs of data compared to a movie that long on Netflix or something that uses .2 gigs
My 9 year old girl is in tears because she thought she could watch all the Christmas movies if I paid for the subscription. WRONG!! What a waste of $5.
The app is great and functions well. Easy to navigate, sometimes glitches when I go from watching on my phone to watching on my computer saying I’m watching on more than one device even if I closed out on the other device. Other than that no issues on function. I love watching Christmas movies and came here for just that. I signed up last year and was EXTREMELY bummed to learn that the new countdown to Christmas movies were not on there. This year I’m even more bummed to learn that last years movies are not on there and there are barely any new movies from what was on their last year. I wish that you would do one of two things. Add more new Christmas movies to the movies and mistletoe section or make a movies and mistletoe app so we can pay for just that. I’m even ok if I have to watch them a year behind but currently I don’t get to watch any of them at all and I don’t think that is fair for 5.99 a month. I would love to hear back from someone about this. Thank you for your time in reading.
The streaming service and app don’t offer the 2018 Christmas movies. It’s a rip off. Why wouldn’t they offer the newest content when I’m paying for it???
Not only does it not have current movies, it continually gives me a playback error. I can’t watch anything!
I definitely Love 🥰 this App and I have recommended this to all my friends. I’m a huge fan of Hallmark and to have it on my phone it’s ultimately amazing.
Love the wholesome content of this app. Just wish that it had more of the current Hallmark channel programming. I subscribe to Hallmark channels via my cable provider and must log in to the app with my cable credentials to view programming on this app so...why not make more current programming available?
