About vpn. I think if there was no purchase offer in it the app would have been much better

Good VPN. I’ve used for a couple of years and it has worked good & any problems were quickly addressed

Always in touch. Works great and then you can always use your own phone app and get your own life and your stuffs down to your own home but I don’t think you ever want to see what you can get for it going back to your hometown

Fast and smooth. Connected within 30 seconds of being in app. So far it’s fast, smooth vpn. Will definitely use this from now on!

Don’t do it.. If you sign up for a free trial, and don’t want to use it anymore they won’t let use cancel the auto-renewal. They also take days to contact you back.

Works great. If you frequent unsecured networks, this is the best way to keep your data safe.

Gets me through. My company has a badly set up firewall that blocks games for no good reason. At lunch time I should be able to play games on my phone. This app allows me to do so.

All of a sudden ridiculously slow.... Please make it better, or we’re done. Can’t even load a single page on gigabit speed and supported WiFi. Ridiculous.

Smh. Downloaded the app thinking it did something else I try to go on to unsubscribe but it’s funny out that page is the only page that won’t load! Smh I just want to unsubscribe from this!!!!!

Works great on iphone, not iPad pro. At first, it worked great on all devices, but then it stopped working on my iPad Pro. now when i try to open it it just freezes like its loading. when i contacted support, they kept emailing me telling me that they are trying to contact me, but they never did. i canceled my subscription. i would be willing to renew it if it worked on my iPad like my iPhone and if i received actually support for my issue, but they dont seem to care. Incredible!!! LOLOLOLOL Let me just navigate to https://vpnintouch/support because that is a legitimate address...lol Wow

Doesn't work. I paid one year subscription but it is not working in iOS. After login it keeps prompting me to upgrade to premium account when I'm already a premium user. No response from Customer service

Great when free. This worked great when free but not all all after I paid for the first month. I tried to cancel the service and received an email telling me to go to the App Store to cancel payments. I can find no way to cancel payment for his specific app. I’m afraid I will be paying for a useless service with no way to cancel!

Very Buggy. At first when it was free it worked exceptional. But then when I wanted to continue the service and paid for a year subscription. The app suddenly stopped working. Emailed the company many times to resolve the issue and still didn't receive any help. For the price you pay this service is complete trash. There are plenty of other VPN apps that are affordable and works well unlike this one. I demand a refund and full cooperation.

Review (not good). The app stopped working after about a week I better not get charged for anything If I do I want a refund I deleted the app twice It will not work!

No contact. Contact support button is not working, the website link for support is also not working. Just tried the free trial and refuse to get billed for this app after this disaster already.

Declining service. VPN In Touch now does not connect you to Pandora even with using a USA server. Plus it blocks all activities when using inflight Gogo service. What’s the point of even using this VPN?

Travel. We travel quite a bit. I use this app all the time.

Best I've used. This is by far the best VPN I've used and I've tried many, it doesn't make ur phone lag like the others..

Terrible. Trial version doesn’t allow to switch to others proxy servers probably because there is lack of performance. Not transparent. Something hidden.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Tried to run an Internet speed test and reached limit before the test could even be completed, don’t waste your time getting this, much better options out there

Do not get!. First off, the app has not increased my speed time at all. Second, there is suppose to be a 12 day free trial but I was charged the $12 and subscription activated immediately after I downloaded it.

Gr8 app BUT could be better... Great app!! I do think the free trial should be 14 day's,so you get a better feel of how much better the app could be?? Just saying.. I no there are other VPN that give you a 4 week trial, much better than say this 1 with more options & countries.. I give a rating a 2, it needs better improvements..

Need more connection. I Live in Australia, and cannot connect without wifi, this doesn't help me at all, Please, VPN in Touch co. Expand your network to Worldwide sometime soon, or at least to Australia

Stopped working. I payed of a year, was working ok but now stop working. I cant connect or if it dose i cant turn it off and still cant connect to netflix

Not good. At the beginning, it was goo. However, after 1 month I can only connect it occasionally. At the end, it can't be connected anymore. I'm really disappointed.

Sporadic at best. I first installed VPN when I came to visit my family in Dubai for a few weeks. Several of my favourite sites were blocked by the UAE for various reasons and i was looking to try it out. Came across this app and gave it a try. For the first few days, it worked brilliantly! But then things began to go horribly wrong. It refused to connect for long periods of time, and i would be unable to disable or enable it for periods of time too. Easily solved by switching on and off the connection on my iPad. Now, however, it doesn't work at all, and i can't connect when the application is active. Reality is, the app is not worth using past the initial six day trial.

.. I find that it works rather well, though most pages and apps take a slightly longer time to load.

Efficient. Have this app by a week now really simple and efficient in using.

Good price. I found this to be pretty good value as the others such as cloak is way too expensive! I also found that this vpn is pretty fast compared to say some others that might come free such as better net. I would recommend this if you want a paid vpn.

Terrible app. Just kept getting prompted to sign up to premium after I had agreed to the trial first. Very sketchy app really!

How bad this VPN is. Honestly so bad terrible choice in VPN. Always wanting me to sign up and hand my credit card details over. Maybe if it had a free version like many other VPNs I wouldn't be here writing this review.

Pass on this. Worked for awhile then would not connect. Support was non existent....sent a link to a page that didn't exist.

Be careful. Know what you're getting into. They hit me with a surprise charge of almost $20.00 after my FREE trial was up. I don't think thats supposed to happen. Its not too serious because my store credit is from iTunes gift cards anyway but to anyone with a debit card or credit card, I would advise you to be careful and read what they offer carefully. Usually they should tell you your trial is up and ask if you would like to continue using the service, not just steal $20.00 from you. I deleted the app the day I got it but I don't know if that contributed to anything or not. All in all be careful around these apps there are a lot of shady people.

Upgrade. I get regular notices to upgrade even though I have upgraded. It’s a total pain. The system is always down with a “try later” message.
