Snoring. I knew I snored however I didn't realize how bad. I am a female and probably snore louder than anyone in my house. However I just bought me a snore strap and I believe that helps me and not snore as much. And I love hearing my sweetheart talk in his sleep.

Super low sensativity. This app records a lot of my air conditioner. It is hard to see if I am actually snoring or sleep talking because I do not have the time to listen to 60-70 recordings that are five minutes each. I have the setting on super low sensativity. I am going to try again tonight with my ac on low, but even then it is hard to time exactly when I would possibly start sleep talking. I have tried to do my research and set it to the time I would need, but it has not yet worked. This app does what it says it will but it also says super low sensativity should take care of the fan noise but it does not it records it anyways.

Way too Sensitive. The sensitivity on this app is WAY too high. Even on the lowest sensitivity setting, it records about 500 clips per night of nothing. Just silence. I never get to listen to all of my recordings because each clip is over 40 seconds of almost nothing. Gonna try another app. The layout and format is way too basic to make me think purchasing the "pro" version is worth it.

Stopped Working. This app hasn’t been updated for 11 months. Can not record anymore. Don’t purchase until it’s fixed.

Fun App. I found out I don't talk in my sleep from this app. To make sure it worked and hadn't just missed me talking, I turned it on during the day and was quiet for about 2 minutes then mumbled some things from a few feet away. It picked it up and saved it. Since this is a free app, it has ads, but it's free, so it doesn't matter. :)

Bruh. They charge u. To record u. So I’m sleepin right. And. I wake up. To see if I said sum. And this b- asked for 39 a year. Like wth

You will try it. It's okay. It records during the night but it only records for so long. It need to record until I turn it off but it sadly is not designed to do that. I do like the part that I get to listen to so many seconds of a noise. That allows me to go back, it's easier than trying to find it after a few seconds have gone by. Also you can't close out of it. It will not record after you press the lock screen or home button, that needs improving on.

Cool!. This is great- recorded both my sleep talk and a creepy unidentified voice (which sounded a bit like Gollum from the LOTR) that said, "grandmata (mata means "mother")". My grandmother is going through a rough time, so this was interesting. This app hasn't recorded things like this before, so that was a bit odd.

Pros and cons. I don't usually take the time to rate apps but here we go: Pros- ---The app does what I need it to do. I have it recording me coughing at night to watch for an acute illness progressing. It does the job. ---I can set it start recording after a certain time instead of picking up me shuffling around trying to fall asleep. ---It tells me how many recordings it picked up after the session is over. Cons- ---With the new update/redesign, you can't read the print in the box due to the dark blue background. Surprising they let that slip through. ---I wish I could delete a recording WITHIN a night's recording. ---It should be secondary to any other apps (like my alarms). I haven't noticed it that's an issue but I saw other comments about it.

Nice. This is a nice app to record, it worked without any problem in my experience. I like the design and the simple user interface. Recommend it, if you want you can also upgrade directly through the app

Great. This is great! I’ve used the free version a few times in the last month. I knew I had sleep apnea for the last year or two but had no way to prove it or record it without using all the storage on my phone. With this, it definitely proves I have it and I can actually hear how poorly I sleep. I’ve been waiting for 6 months to do the sleep apnea test, which actually is this Friday. Now I’ll find out how bad it is and if I need the machine.

So full of ads You can’t use it. Irritating. Save your time.

It does what us sopposed to. The inter face is confusing and hard to use plus you cant really tell where the recordings wre from

Editing?. I thoroughly enjoy this app, I have caught my fiancé sleep talking multiple times, however he snores and even though I had the sensitivity low it still picked it up...it would be very cool if you would add an editing feature so I can shorten it to where he is talking, otherwise it's 2 hours long/recording and I can't email or Dropbox it.

Audio very low. Okay, so I'm using a Mini IPad4, and have noticed that the audio is very very quiet, even when talking directly into the mic. I have a stereo mic, MV88, and while it will not record in stereo, the volume of the audio input at least is a bit better. That would mean however, that I have to keep my Mini IPad unplugged all night so as to plug in the mic. Please, fix the audio issues? Thanks.

Wonderful!. Reading the reviews it seems like a lot of people are doing funny stuff in their sleep. I've just downloaded the app and i don't know whether to be excited or worried at bedtime lol. Wonderful app, i'm really loving the wide range of features you get.

Sleep recorder. This is a simple app that lets you record all the sounds you make when you sleep, my girlfriend tells me I sleep talk so its kind of weird hearing what I say, all the features on the app are simple to understand so nobody can say its hard to use the app, so saving is not a problem and sharing your sleep talk with others is fun

Such a dissapiontment. You have to buy the FULL version to record for over 2 hours. My sister sleep talks just about every night so we wanted to hear what she was saying, but we couldn't because it wouldn't record for any longer. I tried every free app but they all only recorded for a short period of time. I was SO disappointed. 😩😫😭

My favorite sleep talk app. Used it for a few months now and I love it!! I've picked up a lot of sleep talking. I like how I can favorite specific recordings so I don't have to go through 40 different recordings over ad over. Great app

Sleep Recorder. Tried the "free" version. Works if you go straight to record, but if I set the timer it would still be counting down the next morning and record nothing. I tried the timer during the day and the same thing occurred. In all I tried app for 3 days and I'm giving up and trying something else. At least it was free; would be upset if I paid the $.99 for full version.

New bugs. Loved this app for the longest, then the sounds stopped working unless the sounds screen is on. Record won’t work unless it’s on record screen. I don’t know if something sent awry with an update, but as long as this isn’t working as I paid for, I’ll be using another app.

Can only record for 2 hours. Or pay $4.99/month for longer record times. Not sure why that’s not in the description!

Stays Golden. This app has been around for a while and it was one of the first ones I downloaded when I got my first IPhone. It always worked really well, and was easy to use. I sleep talk every night, all the time and I loved this app. So don’t let the smaller amount of reviews dissuade you, this one is a good one. (And I’ll wager this being my first ever app review reflects that)

Doesn’t save recordings. I have the paid version. As long as I keep the recordings in the app they’re fine; but when I save to favorites and Dropbox only the first of the night’s recordings is saved. Imagine recording over 200 instances of sleep apnea symptoms in one night, or even possibly a break-in, saving the night’s series of recordings, pulling that night up a week later, and only being able to play a 4-second recording of random noise. Maddening? Immeasurably.

I paid 3$ for the pro version. I paid 3$ for the pro version, and all it does is go to a loading circle, still haven't been able to get more then 2 hour recordings, waste of money on an in app purchase. Decent app, works otherwise.

Just STOP working. Had this app for years, never A problem until Now, just stop working CORRECTLY! Situation: Press record, Instruct me that it will record in 30 minutes, fall asleep wake up no recordings, the app stated that it will record if it here sounds, either I have stop snoring all of a sudden or it’s not recording at all

Good to record creepy things going on at my house when no one is out. Every night; something or someone keeps opening my closet and I know it’s not my parents because they would never do that to me; now I can show proof to all of my family and my friends that something creepy and weird is going on in my house at the latest hours of the night when no one is awake; that’s when creepy activity starts happening and no one is noticing because no one should be awake at late time it’s starting to get creepy around creepier because sometimes when I wake up I see the closet open; and that’s really creepy; now I can record audio of a ghost walking in my room and opening the closet door and then walking out of the room and then closing the door and not closing the closet; that’s freaky; for those who have hauntings in their house get this app so you can record creepy noises i’m not sure if that’s true; but this house is definitely haunted and I need to capture audio proof can definitely sense creepy noises through audio; I hope nothing creepy is going on in this house; because there shouldn’t be haunting us here; I know there’s something weird and freaky going on in my house and me; my parents; my dog and my grandparents can’t detect it because they’re all asleep in the house; except for my dog because he sleeps in the garage; this good app things will be better and better and will be able to detect a ghost in the house and get rid of it; don’t mess around with the paranormal because you’ll detect creepy noises when you’re asleep; not everything at night is resting like you are in your nice snuggly bed; ghosts could be messing around inside your room or in your entire house; this is freaky or if you live alone. Hello; This is me editing my review; the audio recording was normal when I put it on my pillow to start recording everything that was happening during my sleep.; The recording; it captured me praying and my dad coming in the room kissing me good night; and it also recorded me rustling around in my bed trying to find a comfortable position to sleep in; but that was all and I thought I would record everything;, I just broke it up into small clips and that’s all it recorded; I thought it would record more sounds like my grandma getting up at 4 AM to get ready for work; and my grandfather coming in to check on me at 2 AM; but it only recorded the sound and the earliest times of the night please improve the app and let it record for as long as people want; not just the first start of you going to bed and someone coming in to kiss you good night; that’s not long enough

Kinda cool. I would like to be able to hit record and then utilize another app. If you exit out, it does not continue to record. You have to keep the screen open to be able to use the program.

I thought I bought the full version. Turns out Im just Able to record 3 hour of sleep, well thats next to useless, instead of paying the in-app upgrade Im just gonna buy another app that does the job well...

Too many bugs. Sounds aren’t working anymore. And the app shuts off when the phone locks out. Must keep phone screen on all night for recording to work.

Stopped working. Have the paid Pro version and it worked fine for a year, now it won’t record anymore! The record setting won’t even set. First and last time I pay for an app. How do you contact this company?

stopped working with ios update. with recent update, sounds don’t play before recording begins, and i’ve been getting zero recordings even when set to a high sensitivity level (before the update i would get good recordings on low sensitivity level. totally broken. i have the paid version

Great if you love ads. I upgraded the free app to get rid of the annoying ads. They did not stop though the other features did become available. I deleted and purchased the Pro version and the same story. They say it will be ad free but it is not- same annoying ads running at the top of the ap. So, I deleted that one too.

Purchase canceled. I bought this app in 2013 now i have to buy pro again what for i buy 1 app twice when it is unlimited not says for months or years

The full version for $2.99 works. I've been using this app for 5 nights. When I first used it st night it would only record for a max of 5 hours I wanted 12 hours to review my entire night sleep. So I purchased the full version and so far it's awesome! I set it to low because I sleep with a fan and I talk a lot. This picked up 70 recordings. When I set it to medium I got 700 recordings that was way to many for me to go through. I would recommend using the low or very low setting. I didn't realize I snored so much, lol it's a great app. I also downloaded the Dropbox app to store all my recordings. I can delete whatever I want and keep which ones I like. So I definitely recommend the $2.99 Version because it really allows you to use more settings. Happy sleeping!

App messing up. What happened to the app? I can’t record?!

iOS 13 issue fixed to record, however.... ...the Relaxing Sounds feature is not working. I’ve set the toggle to On, adjusted different sounds from the menu, push the start button, but the 15 minutes pre-record is not playing the selected sounds.

Terrible app. Only lasted 2 hours instead of the whole night and didn't pick up anything! Only the noise of me hopping into bed and the sheets rustling. Recommend the Sleep Recorder App instead.

Hmmm. Recorded 2 nights in a row so far... Both times are 5 hours worth of ceiling fan noise recorded in 2 second intervals.. Some of the first night says it can't even play! Will try one more time with the fan off

Problems. When playing back it automatically saids error and then closes itself, other than that it records pretty good.

Great quality sleep talking app. I’ve had this app for quite some time and it’s so funny listing back to all of the gibberish you say in your sleep. If you don’t get it for that alone you can listen to other people from around the world speak gibberish in their sleep!

Love it!. Tonight was the first night. Listened to it as soon as I woke up and found out that my girlfriend and I have a conversation with each other that lasted 17 seconds and neither or us remember talking. Round 2 tonight and I'll be at my house alone. Can't wait

Names and favourites. Why can't you name the actual recording without using the favourites bit to name it? Some of my dream talks go over two sections of the recording, but i can't save both parts in the favourites

Upgrade not worth it. I upgraded the app so I could do a full record option as the app records me snoring for 3 seconds and cuts the rest out. Also I figured upgrading would remove the irritating adds, but it doesn't. The add are still there! Please remove adds for people who paid for an upgrade and fix the recording so it doesn't stop recording halfway through a sound.

Sleep app. I don't think this app is very accurate!

Not the best recorder. I found that the sleep recorder doesnt show wave lengths and is tedious to go through to try and find a recording that was worrhwhile.

Works well but is sensitive.. Works well for a free app, a little too sensitive though, I set it to the medium setting but will try the less sensitive setting tonight, as most of the recordings were of dogs barking and cars driving past.

Fun. A fun little app

Very basic. I have tried this app on 3 nights now. What I notice is 1. The layout is simple and pretty easy to figure out 2. The recordings seem to be accurate 3. The playback feature, whilst simple is tedious when there are over 200 recordings through the night of less than 6 seconds. (This may mean that I should turn the sensitivity down). 4. I can’t seem to save the file to one drive, it only recognises Dropbox which is annoying. 5.You can send the files to yourself via email but as far as I can work out it seems as though you can only send each 5-7 second recording. 6. When you do send it to your PC windows media player doesn’t recognise it.

keeps crashing. i have just upgraded to the full version so yes i paid but the app just keeps crashing, can you sort out an update as i have turned my phone off and on and have also deleted the app and reinstalled it , yet it is still crashing the minute i open it. I used to have the free version off this app and loved it never had a problem but now i can’t even access it.

Please remove adds from the full version. I downloaded the free version but ended up upgrading to the full version because I liked to set an amount of time before the app starts to record. I'm disappointed that adds still appear in the full version.

Amazing app. I personally thought his app was quite good. Tried round 1 last night and up for round 2 tonight. Though I had the sensitivity set to high for round 1 but it picked up my fan. So I set the sensitivity lower tonight and hope for something good in the morning. P.S Does anyone one know someone who sells bacon?

Doesn’t work since new iOS update. I’ve used this app for quite some time and it’s been great! Picked up some crazy things I’ve said in my sleep! Though ever since iOS 13 came out I’ve noticed when I start recording then lock my phone it no longer seems to work (0 recordings by the time I wake up) I’ve noticed the app has had no updates for two years can you please fix this issue?!

Needs work. Definitely needs to be able to work in the background. I wont be leaving my phone unlocked and on charge all night just to record some sleep talking.

Works quite well!. The free version recorded for 3hrs from my requested start time. It picked up a far bit of car noise from the street but also my talking :) Comes through quite clear. Looking forward to round 2 tonight!!

Not very good. This app will only record for 2 hours, then you have to pay to record longer. It recorded when it did record me talking it was very faint, and most of the recorded noise was me turning over in bed. For the same price it costs to record longer you can get another app that does this job better.

Very cool app. Works awesome.. Would recommend. So cool how it only records when there is a noise. Otherwise no recording. So easy to listen to in the morning instead of scanning through hours of recordings.

Not working anymore. Paid for the upgrade, thought it was an amazing app, then after a week it wouldn’t record anymore. Still cannot get it to record, checked everything and all is in order. Maybe someone can help me get this thing to work again for me.

Alarm Bug!. App records just fine. BUT! Your alarm only gets 1 sec of audio then the app kills it .. If you feel like paying $2 to be late for work , then this is the app for you!...

Suggestion... Have used this in the past to record my sleeping sounds and it worked great. I especially LOVE how it only records when it pics up sound. Just one thing: I'd like to suggest the ability for this app to be able to run in background like other recording apps.

Don’t forget your PIN. Tried the trial version once or twice with decent success. After a couple of months I tried again but forgot my PIN. I’m at 20 attempts and there is no way to reset the pin and there is no way to buy the full version. Even removing and reinstalling the app does nothing….

Dropbox option not working. Unable to link Dropbox. Clicking on the button to link account brings me to a blank white page and nothing happens. Disappointed to have paid full version and not able to use all functionalities.

Awful!!. Not even worthy of one star. After trying a test round, I found that that app does not pick up on even a normal talking voice. So unless you scream talk in your sleep the app is useless and does not hear you. 👎👎👎

Good. Wanted to try the free app before spending money on the other. I recorded my boyfriend snoring to show him how loud it was and I recorded myself as well. Works well especially for a free app.

Meh. Better than some others at recording lengthy sleep talking but can't delete recordings of ambient noise without deleting the whole record of the night.

Doesnt work. Used to use this app all the time. Deleting it now because it no longer seems to want to record afer being properly dry to and activated. It shuts itself off without keeping any records

White noise malfunction. So, I'm digging this new feature. Being able to play multiple tracks is cool. But when it actually plays during the countdown, it doesn't come through the speaker!! It's barely audible. What issss thissss

Not!. The recorder does not appear to be sound-activated. I started it and went to sleep. When I woke up I found that it had recorder for three hours and then turned off. Who wants to listen to 3 hours of nighttime sounds just to see if you sleep talk? A tape recorder would do just as well.

Stops recording when screen saver turns on.. I use to love this app. I already paid for the full version. Twice in fact. Now they want me to buy it again. No thanks!

No longer working. I have been using this app for years and since I updated ios13 it no longer works. Is it no longer compatible?

a smart recorder. this app only records sound when it is loud. therefore, it is perfect in recording dream talks. however, unavoidably, it doesn't work very well when you snore a lot.

Could be better. Once you start recording, going to any other app stops it. And there's no way to tell what time a particular sound was made. I have the paid version and these issues remain.

Funny stuff. If your bed partner us someone that talks, mumbles, laughs, farts, etc. while sleeping you will get a hoot out of this app!

Terrible app - Keeps crashing, no support. Terrible App. Does not work! I liked the free version so I paid for the pro version and was enjoying the app until the latest up update V.7 about 5 months ago. Now it crashes every time I try to run it. No support.

Dropbox function does not work. It’s not easy to scroll through a 8 hour recording to find times there may have been talking. I’d like to get the file to open in an editing application, but every time I try to download to Dropbox it tells me it failed. Not very useful!

Can only record 2 hrs unless you pay. This app is misleading. You are only able to record for 2 hours unless you pay for the full version. Didn't even bother trying it out.

Does what it should. There are better ones though. I use this one because I paid for it four years ago

good app. if you want to improve your sleep ,maybe you can have a try. this app have many functions to help you have a good sleep.

Its not the best. If you are recording and you have a alarm to wake you up, the app will not allow the alarm sound. And you have a long record but you cant see any diagram to skip where the sound begin

Good. Mainly got my cats meowing or rustling around every now and then but thought it was cool so I got the pro version. I personally would get the stand alone pro version I just don't trust the in app purchase as much, but I might be paranoid.

Pretty cool!. This app is pretty cool! I had never even thought about recording my sleep talking! Haha I find out things I didn't even know about myself! Great if you can't remember your dreams! I use pro and I love it!

not really helpful. Why use this instead of Voice Memos already installed in iphone? I think it needs improvement to increase people's interest, something more to make it unique

Whoever commented About the tapping in sets of threes late at night in your house this is something that should be investigating taps or knocks in sets of 3's around 3:07 is supposed to be an insult to the holy trinity (the father son and Holy Ghost) this is often the work of demons or evil spirits out to hurt you leave the house and have it investigated

See if I snore at night. Always waken by a snoring-like sound at night, but I am not sure if I really snore at night. Haha, just try this app to monitor myself tonight!

Won’t record anymore. It keeps failing to record it was working great now all of a sudden it won’t record anymore

Works good. This app works well for me. It has a clear sound but isn't over sensitive to sounds. I love it!

Dream Talk Recorder. This app is quite interesting to know if you talk when you dream, because it only records voices when you talk, no other sounds will be recorded. Interesting!

No longer works. After the latest iOS update, this app no longer saves recordings. It just shuts off after recording begins. Worked great prior to the latest iOS upgrade

Multitasking. Like the app but wondering if it supports multitasking. I would like to run alarm clock and this app at same time.

Advertisement on App after u upgrade.. I upgraded to the full version and I continue to get ads. They are very annoying. I would rate at least with a 4 star if these were off. Remove the ads from popping up and I will increase the star rating. I like the app a lot. Most annoying Ads though.

Sometimes doesn't even record. I set up the time to 10 minutes and fall asleep for about 7-8 hours, to open the app...THE TIME WAS STILL COUNTING DOWN, it didn't even record anything at all, I don't know if I want to keep this app, it is annoying the heck out of me

Enlightening. I like this app but you can only record 2 hours unless you update the app for money. It's fun to see if you talk in your sleep. I do.

It worked for a few nights... The first two nights it worked. After three nights, I paid for the full version. The fourth night it didn't record. Same as the fifth. I deleted it and redownloaded it. Now it wants me to pay another $1 to unlock what I already unlocked...

More hours. I think that this app should be able to record for more than two hours. It should be able to record at least six hours of dream talks.

Only good for listening to others. I have the full version. Not impressed. Most of the time it shuts off. Doesn't work well. Don't waste your money.

Did not work for me. First night record 30 minutes and stop after that it stops recording after 5 minutes. Not sure if it is a bad app or I may not doing it right :(
