A Must Have App For School Administrators!. This app is a must. Being split between two schools, communication is the key! The app is definitely for the mobile administrator.

Terrific. Love that if I leave school before setting up a Call-out and I'm not near a computer I can still send out a message!

So easy. This app is super convenient and easy to use.

App for teachers. There is a ParentLink app for parents and one for administrators, but not one for teachers??? Please make one for teachers to use!!

Loved it. Now not so much.. We recently lost the ability to view student schedules via the app. This was a great feature.

So easy. This app meets my needs. I don't use parentlink a lot but this app allows me to do what I need to easily and quickly

Closes constantly. The app constantly closes after I’ve set my names to send. I’ve only successfully sent 2 out of the last 15 messages.

No longer working. For the past few days, when I start a text message and go to add recipients, the app closes. No way to send a message. I tried deleting and downloading the app again- same problem. No way to contact tech support.

Needs more. Give me more functionality

Where did messages go?. UPDATE: I have found out that if you updated to this version, you have to log off and then back in again for it know you are an admin and provide you with the ability to create/send messages. (Customer support via email was not able to help me figure this out.) App is running correctly now so I have changed my rating to reflect this. I can no longer create and send messages from the app! Interface looks decent, but with out messages it just a directory.

Deleting message. I wish I could delete a message.

Fantastic. So great to have Mobil access to the tool needed for successful communication with parents and colleagues.

Missing Functions. I used Remind for the past 2 years, which I LOVED. Now that my district switched to Blackboard Communicate I really miss some of the functions from Remind. 1) There is no hyperlink function in Communicate to link a webpage even in an email message! And 2) There is no Attach function in the SMS text to send a picture with a message. If Blackboard added these functions I’d give them 5 stars for linking to PowerSchool!!
