NOT WORKING !!!. The App or the on-line is not updating and absolutely no help from Pioneer. I transferred my wife in January and it still does not list any of her medications. It does list her flu vaccine from November. It has not updated either of our insurance information. None of my prescriptions have updated. Called the pharmacy twice in the last four weeks and they tell me Pioneer is aware of the problems and they are working on them. Problems may be fixed with an update but they will not give any estimated time line. Wish i had never changed…

So how does this work?. A link to this app was provided to me by my pharmacy. I tried to log in using exactly what it says to use but it told me my info doesn’t match up somehow and to try again. I’ve tried to the point it says I’m locked out for too many attempts. There is no tech support option I can find to get help on why there is a disconnect between my data requested for login versus the data that this app wants me to use. Who do I reach out to in order to use this app? Why isn’t there a log in help feature? I feel like I just gave away my personal information trying to log into a third party app just to be told I am inputting the incorrect information when now they have my name, DOB, and phone number and are not providing me with any services yet I had to agree to their terms of service. I didn’t notice a section in the terms of service that this app is really just a way to freely collect data from unsuspecting individuals trying to access their pharmacy. So what is this app for exactly?

Why such a useless app now? Used to be helpful. This app used to be super convenient and helpful for helping me keep up with my medications and refilling them. But over the past few months it has been useless, when I try to view my medication lists it says I have no active prescriptions at my pharmacy or the app just completely crashes. I will be more than happy to give five stars once the app is fixed to function as it did just a few months ago. Right now it’s useless and just taking up space on my phone.

Unable to use. The app keeps telling me it is unable to send me a text to verify who I am. It tells me to call my pharmacy to verify the number on the account. I reached out to my pharmacy, my number is on the account and correct. The other issue, when it does gather my phone number, it says it is texting me but then it fails. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but keep having the same issue. It’s extremely frustrating especially when the pharmacy encourages everyone to use the app.

Great Idea, Needs Work. This is a great idea but it simply doesn’t work as promised. I’ve had it for less than a week and have had to reenter my reminders 3 times so far. Entered them one night after wondering why I didn’t get a reminder and seeing they were gone. Didn’t get a reminder the next night, and yep, reminders were gone again. They are, as I type, gone yet again. (All “Daily”) They only worked for two days, then have disappeared each day since. Don’t like to write negative reviews since I understand the work that goes into development, but issues like this are frustrating. Reminders are one of the main reasons I wanted to use the app.

In the top 5 worst apps I’ve ever used!. This app supports great pharmacy’s, but it is the WORST! Every time they do an upgrade it pretty much stops working, do you guys even test this thing before you force an update? What is the designer, cause you should be looking to replace them! I’ve seen highschool kids design better apps, and I’m talking about freshmen class! I love my pharmacy, but this app is straight garbage! Why can’t you fix it and leave it alone? Why do you fix it, add an update that doesn’t change anything other than break it more, then fix it back, then force another update that also breaks something??? Are you doing it on purpose? Seriously, are you scared if it works you won’t have a job? Not sure what the pharmacy’s are paying you for this, but they should have a SLA that if something is broken a dollar amount is fined back to you!

Good - but can use for family…HELP!!!. My family recently switched to a new pharmacy in town (which we love) and the Pharmacist suggested this app. It has been terrific, however I am currently caring for my elderly parents and the app will not let me add them as family members. I have put their info in along with the Rx from their prescription bottle, but it says it isn’t for that patient? If this can be corrected, I’ll gladly come back and update the number of stars.

Reliable, simple, low stress. I really like this app. I never have to call my pharmacy because I can request refills on this app and they respond. They even tell me how much it will be in when I pick it up. I can also request for my partner and select how soon I need it. I don’t know why the ratings are low. This a great app for supporting local, independent pharmacies.

Very Frustrating. I’m not sure what this update was supposed to do.. but has only caused issues so far. Before I had no issues having myself and 3 kids on the app. Then after the update I had to reenter my info. No big deal. Mine popped right up. But when I went to add my kids? Yeah, I can’t. I filled all the steps to add a family member and it just keeps saying searching for patient or only has the continue button. No matter how much I click continue nothing happens. I need it to go back how it was BEFORE the update. At least then I was able to have all our prescriptions on there. I will definitely be contacting my pharmacy to ask them to use a different app if this is not resolved.

When it works it’s great!. We live in a small town with one local pharmacy- this is the only app we have to use. When it works, it’s good. Not great - but some updates have been made that are more helpful (for example filled prescriptions are now showing up as ready to pick up instead of “pending”). However, the biggest issue is that the app times out quite frequently. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it several times to no avail. Would also like to have other options in the app such as prices, etc so I know what I will be paying when I pick up my prescriptions.

Needs improvement. This app needs to show prices of current prescriptions that have been filled as well as the previous price of prescriptions. I previously used Walgreen’s before switching pharmacies and the Walgreens app was so much better as it showed all info regarding current and previous prescriptions, including prices so I could see if the price of a refill had changed plus being able to see the price of a current prescription waiting for pickup. It seems like showing prices would be a no brainer.

Not as useful as I had hoped. I downloaded this app because I was excited that I could use it to refill my prescriptions. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t allow you to put in for a refill until the day that the medication runs out - this is a major flaw as prescriptions should always allow for at least a 7 day advanced refill so that the patient doesn’t have to skip any doses while waiting for the prescription to be refilled. This design should be reworked to allow for advanced refills. The overall design of the app is nice and easy for the user but the technical kinks need to be worked out in order for the app to actually be beneficial to the users.

Great idea, poor execution. Too many times I’ve tried to refill or contact my pharmacy via this app, but it simply doesn’t work.. some times my pharmacy received the request & they tried to acknowledge that via the app but I didn’t receive a notification & some times my pharmacy simply doesn’t receive the refill request & I’ve never been able to schedule a delivery in the app because the pharmacy never gets those request notifications. Also it’s slow to update the current medications list & there’s no way to edit my address in the settings. Additionally, I changed my pharmacy location so I added that to the app but I can’t delete the old location because apparently somewhere it’s labeled as my primary pharmacy but there’s no way to edit the primary pharmacy & there’s no way to contact someone in tech support for the app either…. Out of all of the apps that I currently have, this is the only one that doesn’t have a way to contact support or submit feedback. Just incredibly sloppy overall.

Lack of Important Data Tracking. I’ve used the Walgreens and CVS pharmacy apps for years. The Walgreens app is the best. Both are much better than this one. One very important thing completely missing from this app is prescription history! There’s no way to keep track of prescription ordering and refill history, and details for each prescription such as qty, and price paid each time, etc. Those things are important to me. Now I have to go old school and keep a separate log and manually enter that information, since I have switched pharmacies and need to use this app now. Major bummer. I also miss the ability to just sign in with my finger print, so many user names and passwords these days. It can drive a person nuts!

Last update messed up the app.. Love the little app. Im on 12+ meds a day, 3 times a day so it came in handy communicating with the pharmacy! NOW HOWEVER, when I try to pull the app up on my iphone, same phone as always, it flashes open & then closes. I cant even get it to pull up for a Second to try Anything!!🤷🏻‍♀️ Its gone in a flash.. it was fine a couple weeks ago & now its not.. I dont care to go to a big names department store for my meds. I want it from my pharmacy so this was a great option for tech convenience meets old school charm. Plz fix it!!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Please!??!!?😩

App Crashes. The app worked fine until just recently. I was able to communicate with my pharmacist and request refills. I could see my medications, when they were filled last, and how many refills were left on the prescription. Now, the app will not even load. It crashes just after I attempt to enter the app. This is on iPhone 14 Pro and iPad Pro 11”. I have two messages from my pharmacy that I cannot assess. Could you please look into this? I attempted to “report a problem” but could not progress as I could not select the app to proceed to “next”. Thank you.

Love after the update!!. This app is great! With other apps like PocketRx, you have to scan in or manually add your drugs. Then, if you try to refill an arc when there is a newer Rx on file, those apps tell you that your Rx can’t be filled. This app is great! It connects directly to the pharmacies software and shows me the drugs I have available, even those I forgot about. Comes in handy when I’ve forgotten that I had a refill on an antibiotic my doctor wrote me last year. Saved me a new trip to my doctor. And, I can directly message my pharmacy and even take a picture of my new insurance card. Hope your pharmacy is as good as mine at answering. Can’t say enough good things about this app!!

Unusable, even on the website. The app errored my info as invalid, so I couldn’t create an account on the app. I went on the website on my PC and was able to create and validate an account on there. It didn’t recognize my login on the app. The website errored as link expired when I tried to choose my pharmacy. I closed the browser on PC, and when I tried to log in on a new browser window, it didn’t recognize my login. I use a password manager. I didn’t miskey the password. I double checked the pw manager entry, and it saved exactly what I had typed in and was able to use to log in the first time. PioneerRx owes pharmacies a refund. Absolutely unusable, whatever platform is attempted. Incredibly shameful. When next the pharmacy is open, I’m contacting the owner. I’ll also be contacting Apple to lodge a complaint.

So far good will give 5 after I know it works. Right now I’ve just setup an account. Now, I am currently waiting for my pharmacy to send notification. I’m supposed to receive one when my prescription is ready. I’ve already talked to pharmacist and he is who told me to setup and use this app. Therefore, once I see the app working like I’m told it’s supposed to. I’ll know what to update my review with. Wish it luck..lol..and me too!!

Nothing but glitches. I wanted to use this app because I use a small local pharmacy. I uploaded my prescriptions but every time I login I get an error message that says all of my prescriptions are expired. So I call the pharmacy and just call in my refills and when my refills are complete I get a text that says I have a message in my RX app but when I click on the message it says error please contact your pharmacy. i’ve searched for customer support and there seems to be none I tried to log out and log back in I tried to download the app again and log back in and I still get the same messages.

All prescriptions disappeared. App worked very well in managing medications and communicating with my pharmacy…then I logged in one day to order refills and all of my prescriptions were gone. No way to retrieve them. No way to contact them except social media. The social media response was…”this has happened to a few people were working on a solution”. No follow-up no attempt to find out my information to tell me how to go about restoring prescriptions. Basically no help at all. And now I have to go through a lot of extra work to find and order refills.

I hate this app. Every time I try to log in I have to re-enter all my information only to receive an error message. Then I have to go to help, re-enter all requested information and then I enter the same password I used at the initial login and sometimes it will FINALLY let me in to my account. I’ve tried Touch ID and pin# neither of which works the next time I attempt to login. VERY FRUSTRATING. Once you get access to your account it seems to work well enough.

Need tech support. This app has a great concept and ease of use until there is an issue with being logged out or pharmacy transfer. I’ve gone months waiting for assistance, a email response or something but have received nothing. It is a continuous loop of entering email information and email requests just to end up at the beginning again. As a caregiver to a parent on a long list of medications, it makes the task more difficult not having the app. I’ve been logged out for months, requested assistance via email and received nothing, even the pharmacy says they’ve received no help. The lack of being able to utilize this app may cost the pharmacy a patient and I may be forced to go back to a big box pharmacy for utilization of their apps that work. This is such a disappointment.

Not dependable. Giving two stars because it used to work fine in the past, but now it won’t load my data, medications, patient file without giving me an error message. Even after logging out and logging back in. Even after deleting the app entirely then redownloading it. This app should run more smoothly for it to be of medical importance. It’s nice to be able to show providers what medicines you’re taking if you can’t remember the name. I could just pull it up and show them. I knew when my blood pressure meds were ready for refill without having to contact the pharmacy. Or check on my type 1 diabetic husbands refills. I’m wondering if they just did some sort of update and now it has a lot of bugs. I just hope it gets fixed because I use this app a lot.

Rarely works when needed. For some reason, I cannot use the app overnight. I work nights and am rarely awake during normal business hours. It’s currently 5am and everything just says loading. I always have to wait until 7/8am to use the app. It’s frustrating when I’m just wanting to check the status of my refills and new prescriptions that were sent over the previous day. Also I wish the app would tell you when you last had it filled and how much it was when you had it filled last.

Blind sign up. So, I got this app, open it, and there is nothing on my screen but sign in or register. I know nothing about the app or why I should sign up. No info, no menu, apparently you expect me to give you ALL of my personal info including email, name, dob, phone number, BEFORE I even get to find out if you have my specific rx discount & how much is it? There are at least 10 other rx apps out there, why should I blindly sign up for one that doesn’t even introduce itself. Also the dob form, who is your developer? Why on earth wouldn’t you use a standard date picker, instead of what appear to be text input fields with no character length limit? Month = 2 characters, day = 2 chars, year = 4 chars. This app is just asking for a data breach.

Love the ap, but puzzled after the update. Love having RX local as an option for my pharmacy needs. However, please consider a *contact option. Since the last ap update I have received multiple password change requests almost daily. With no way to contact rx local, this is super annoying as there is no way to determine if it is an ap glitch, hack attempt on accounts, or an issue on the pharmacy end.

Bad. Bad. Very bad.. This app used to work. It wasn’t spectacular or special in any way but it mostly did what it needed to. But there is a problem with the app now which causes it to crash immediately upon trying to open it. It’s been this way for at least a couple weeks. The app administrator/creator appears to be aware of the problem but still presents no fix. This app is not one that people download for fun and games. It’s a necessary app for many people and fixing it should be a priority. I will be recommending to my pharmacy that they look into other options if the crashing bug is not resolved quickly.

Can’t make account. I’ve tried a ridiculous number of times to make an account. Two local pharmacies pop up when I enter my data. Yes, I’ve used them. Good so far. But repeatedly I can’t make an account!! I’ve deleted the app several times, started over, used different password combos( no sequential numbers, etc. ) and still I can’t make one. I’ve even tried different emails, and no luck. This will make local pharmacies lose business if this is all they have to use to compete with corporate pharmacies. There is no app support. I even went on the computer website and can’t find a place to communicate with a human. So disappointing and beyond frustrating.

Good App - Something has happened. I used to use a big box pharmacy and the service was terrible so we decided to switch to a locally owned option and it’s been a wonderful experience. I was pleasantly surprised they had an app option via RxLocal. This made the experience even better. Leveraging digital as a part of your customer service reach is right on target. Customers appreciate the convenience. RxLocal is a good app. It’s simple in design and intuitive. I have enjoyed using it. However, something happened. I had reminders set up for my scripts and they are gone yet I still get a push alert with nothing there. When I try to reset them up the screen is out of sync and won’t let you set the time to establish the reminder. Obviously a bug fix. Also, unless I missed it, there isn’t a way to give this type of feedback inside the app. I think there should always be a avenue for feedback.

Missing data. This is the worst possible RX application that I’ve ever used. It’s always missing data. Also, when you select refill medications, and you select one to refill, until that prescription is due to be refilled,or until your doctor sends in a renewal script, it’s going to say “last submitted on” and the date that you selected refill medications. It very confusing. Also, whenever your prescriptions have been filled, it still says “in progress” until your next refill. I want to switch pharmacies just because if this app.

Simple, Secure, Convenient!. Edit// v.5.2.95 This release has introduced a bug; I cannot select medication for refills, as it states “currently being refilled,” but such isn’t the case upon calling. This message even appears for meds that aren’t due for several weeks. Thank you for the response and what appears, this far to be a successful patch on the login issue. I have been able to receive SMS for verification. Back to 5-Stars! 👍🏻 _________ Simply put: this app makes for very clear, easy handling of my prescriptions! I love that I’m able to request refills via the app, receive messages in-app, and to also have the versatile notification options which are provided! While I’m sure one’s experience will likely be [heavily] weighed based on the pharmacy with which they’re interacting, I definitely believe that so long as the pharmacy staff are doing their job, this app will greatly improve communications! The interface is simple and clear. I can submit requests, check status and in the case of generics, I can even see the particular brand of generic which has been filled (as one medication I take changes almost monthly) and know before picking them up. A major plus is the interfacing among patient-pharmacist-provider. This makes for a seamless experience, and I absolutely love it!

I need help. I downloaded the app and things were working good then I tried to login and it’s saying I have a problem. It’s like my information has been deleted. I deleted it and put it back on my phone hoping my information would be there but it wasn’t. I need help on trying to get my app to work again. Please someone help me with this.

Always been good for me. Palace Drug has been great. They allow me to order refills, send them text messages and they deliver. The only downside/con is they are closed on weekends. I have used the email/contact feature but I’m not sure they are received because I never hear back and the emails are delivered. Overall, it’s a good app and the only app currently available for ordering my meds.

App crash. I’m constantly having troubles opening the app. I click on the app and it flashes for a second like it’s going to open and then goes back to the screen I was previously on. Check for updates and nothing. It’s very frustrating to say the least. Instead I have to either call or go into the pharmacy and then wait for the refills instead of being able to have them done ahead of time. Please figure out what makes it keep crashing and fix it. When it works, it works wonderfully but it’s useless to have if it only works every 10th time you go to use it.

Closes out. So I got into my app finally but it only brings up the main screen and then it shuts down I had deleted it and re-downloaded it and updated my phone and everything and it still won’t work. What is going on? This is is not OK as I need to get my prescriptions filled and communicate with my pharmacist. When will it be fixed? Is there another app that we can do in the replaces this one as I go through Granger Medical pharmacy in west Valley city Utah. When will this get fixed?

Good, Now Bad on One IPad. Used to work great on wife’s IPad 12.9 when first set-up. Still works fine on my IPad 12.9 and both of our IPhone 13’s. But, now on my wife’s IPad 12.9 it stopped doing the automatic log-in and will not let her log-in manually. The keyboard on the app will not go past the initial page to allow for typing of non-letter characters. I tried reloading the app from scratch and cutting the IPad on and off several times….nothing works. Now sure how it works on my IPad and not hers, all my devices are loaded with current updates. An update to fix this problem would be great, I’m pretty sure from the other reviews I’ve read I’m not the only one with this issue.

Helping independent pharmacies compete. Love the concept, it basically seems to do what I need. And I’m so happy my local independent pharmacy has this tool to add some of the convenience of the big corporations. I love my local pharmacy. I get fantastic, caring service from professionals who know my family’s medications and who will advise me directly about important side effects or drug interactions instead of making it my job to read the dense info included. But it feels like an early version of the app. I would like to support the developers with useful feedback without trashing the app in a review. Please allow in app feedback and a feedback channel on the website. Also, better documentation on the website would help. My husband is having trouble creating an account. He entered his correct information but was told it doesn’t match what the pharmacy has on file, which cannot be true. Also I’m trying to add family members. It asks for their Rx number. What is that? How do I discover or obtain one for them? Maybe explain more fully how to do something like that on the website. All you do there is step through the really obvious path as set forth in the app. So, I’d say communication with the developers and ways to get questions answered in more detail would be the first major change to make.

Works as it should.. Unfortunately, common sense is an uncommon trait. I fear that fact may be coloring some of the negative reviews I read and that ALMOST persuaded me not to try it. My desire for convenience forced me forward and I am glad I did. My experience with this app is the polar opposite of what one would expect given the app’s rating, thus compelling me to write this review. It is simple to use and functions reliably. Thank you.

Great concept. We’ve been using this app for about 6 months and I think it’s great for small pharmacies like the one we use. Recently, however, whenever trying to open & read a new message, the entire app crashes. I think this started after the most recent update. Other than that, I love seeing our families meds in one spot & it’s easy to request refills and even see a pic & description of the medications.

Signed me out dumped my Reminders AGAIN!. The app missed reminders this morning twice. I opened the app and the reminders were there, but they did not notify me. Notifications is turned on for the app. Later I opened the app, I do not close it, it runs 24/7 in the background, and it prompted me to create an account or sign in. I signed in, and when I checked my reminders, it told me that I have no reminders. This is the third time that this has occurred. “Recent update” did not fix this. I reported it to the pharmacy, and they told me to keep them updated. I am going to recommend to my pharmacy to drop this app and find a better one. This is sad, because when it worked, I liked it very much, but I have no time to keep fixing it. UPDATE: happened again. My pharmacy just told me they are going to drop this app.

Was great, now awful (but review updated). This is my first ever app review. Tells you how TERRIBLE this update is. Just had to update my app. Previously was very easy to use and stored all the info about my family’s prescriptions. Could submit refills easily with a touch of the screen and would tell me a pick up time. Few days ago after update, I had to enter a new login and try to remember my password. Had to change it and still wouldn’t let me get into app. After several tries I was able to get in. The ease of submitting refills was gone. Had to go to several different screens to get to each family member’s lists. Very time consuming and not user friendly like before, but got it done. Today, opened the app and I have to REDO all my login and password etc - app didn’t remember it. Have tried 3 times and gave up. This update is confusing, difficult to get in, not user friendly. Have NO idea who thought to change to this current version. Awful! UPDATE - Developers have gotten back to me and said they are working on a fix - they have had similar complaints. I used the app earlier today and it allowed me to log on with no issues. It also seemed as if the family members were all grouped on one page so I didn’t have to click several times to get from one to the next. More similarities to the older (more user friendly) version. Hopefully my experience was a glitch and from now on the app will be a better experience. Change to 3 stars (for now)

Ok app. In this app, I used to be able to easily see what prescriptions were available for me to refill. Now it looks like all my prescriptions are ready all the time (which they’re not). It’s really hard to keep track of what I need to refill and when I can. I will say that the recent updates have made it more stable and I don’t have problems logging in anymore. But, it’s still so hard to keep up with my many prescriptions. Feature request: allow users to delete prescriptions no longer in use. Right now, I have to ask the pharmacy to do that and they don’t always do it.

Terrible - tell your pharmacy. My pharmacist was surprised when I showed him the app and walked through its most glaring problems. These problems are cited here in countless reviews. It looks like someone cares enough to write responses (a very good sign) but the app updates are not addressing the problems that are repeated from review to review. It is clear that they lack the ability or budget to fix this app. By showing the reviews and the app to the owner of my pharmacy, it is my expectation that they will either return to a different app they were using or find a new one. It’s a shame, really, for such an important function, my family’s medicines, that the app hinders rather than helps.

Very disappointed. When the app first came out I very seldom had problems. Now I have problems pretty much every week. My grandma is on several different medications, and if the refills run out the prescription is just going away like it was never there. Now the last few times I’ve used it the pharmacy says they don’t receive the order for the refills and they have no idea what it was I’m needing. So I end up going home just to see what it was I needed and calling it in. So what is the point of the app? I am just going to stop using it and go back to calling it in. At least I won’t be wasting my time.

Can’t read messages. This app was great, but I can no longer read my messages. It will show that I have new messages from my pharmacy, but when I try to read them, it gives me an error message that says, “patient data not found.” So whenever I get a new message from my pharmacy, I have to call them to find out what they said. I cannot find anywhere to contact a support team about this. No link in the app or on the website. I even tried clicking “contact support” from within the App Store, and that just take me to the website which has no link to contact them. I’m hoping the developer will see this message and take care of the problem quickly.

Good app easy to use. Love this app compared to the last on my pharmacy used. But I wish in the medication information it would say what the medication is prescribed for. Recognizing the generic names is hard especially the older we get. And if we could team what it is taken for that would help a great deal. The photos of the medication are great. Just need more information then what is on there.

Lacking basic features. There is no real way to know when your prescription is ready. No alert that it’s ready. No alert that it’s time to refill. No way to enroll in automatic refills. The messages feature seems to not work because I just get repeated messages saying to text them and save this number but there is no number to save and have never received a response to any questions so it seems like just an automated response. Now, even worse, when trying to access the screen to see your medication where it needs to be refilled, it’s just saying “loading medications” endlessly until it times out. Have tried on Wi-Fi and cell service and all other apps working fine so it’s not an issue with my connection. I guess we have to just call the pharmacy now like the 90s.

Love the app, but new version is broken - Fixed!. Update - this last update restored being able to access both profiles. It is good now. I’ve been using the app for a while and it works well. Just downloaded the new version and my spouse’s med list causes the app to abort. I can load mine just fine. I tried deleting the app, restarting my iPhone 11Pro with current iOS, reinstalling the app, but it still aborts on her info.

Work in progress.. When it works it’s amazing. Since the last few updates it continues to crash. Even uninstalled and reinstalled with no improvement. I wish you could go back to an earlier edition…. Or if they would re release the last working edition until the fix the bugs. I want to love this app, and shout its praise because it really makes my life easier, seriously easier… but until the developers can figure out what broke…. I will be sad and return to calling my pharmacy.

It worked great until it didn’t. I was living the app, able to message my pharmacy and request refills without having to call. Then something happened and now it won’t let me message my pharmacy. It says I need to add the account holder. I AM the account holder! My pharmacy was unable to help and there is no help available in the app. I tried deleting the account and adding it back in with the same results. Except now it says I have unread messages that it won’t let me read.

Frustrated. For the most part the app works fine. But it really need prescription history. I manage my elderly mothers medications and when I take her to the doctor and to reference a med she has taken, I cannot look back at her history if she is out of refills. Also, I keep having to delete the app and add it back because it tells me “ERROR there is no medicine history or you are out of refills” which is never the case at the time. The pharmacist suggested that I do this to basically reset the app and it has worked. But not convenient.

Can’t login, password request doesn’t work. This app worked once for me and I was pleased to be able to manage refills on my phone as needed. But the app will no longer allow me to login. Thinking I forgot my password I tried to use the forgot user name or password feature but I never receive an email to be able to correct. App is useless. I’ve tried several times over multiple weeks thinking maybe they had server issues. Very disappointed. I’ll be telling my university pharmacy it’s time they find a new technology provider.

Worthless. If you can get it to actually do anything, you are definitely winning. “Error Occurred” seems to be its favorite catch phrase. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting passwords/login info and nothing seems to work. On the lucky occasions I actually get logged in, when I try the refill tab I get an error message that my login has expired…..and round and round we go. This is the most worthless app I have ever had the misfortune of downloading. Seriously, petition your pharmacy to switch to something that actually works.

Use to work a lot better than it does now. Crashes a lot. When trying to reorder medications, page never loads, just get the spinning icon. You would think that the developer would see the 2-star average rating and get motivated to fix their app. I guess that they just don’t care. I’m going to ask my pharmacist if he can find another app to use as this one is not worth using for medication ordering.

Frustrating. I love this app so easy to request refills as needed etc. The only problem lately is that my meds are saying in progress when they’re really not so it won’t allow me to select them to refill. I don’t know if it’s a glitch in the app or on the pharmacies end.

App has stopped working. I have used this app without issue for a long time. Recently, the app immediately closes out every time I try to open it. I will get the opening screen for a split second then I am back to my normal app screen on my iPhone. I have found others with this issue but unsure what has caused it or how to fix. Please fix this soon. It appears to be up-to-date with updates as is my iPhone 11.

I really like this app… when it works. This app is great! Until it decides it won’t load any of my information. What happens periodically is I’ll go to refill a medication & the app will sit there stuck on the loading screen without going any farther so I can’t request my medication gets refilled. Then I have to delete, reinstall, app still won’t work, rinse and repeat a couple times until finally the app decides it’ll load my info.

Your bug fixes. Your bug fixes didn’t help I cannot get into my messages every time I try to it closes the program and I reopen and it does it again it says I have nine messages from the pharmacy and cannot read a one I really liked it before your update made it convenient if a doctor wanted to know what meds I was on would open the app and hand them my phone I really hope you get this fixed soon

Useless. If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would. I’m unable to register on the website. I’m unable to register via the app. The app does nothing but spit out “an error has occurred” messages while providing no reasoning which might allow me to correct something. Completely useless. Deleted the whole thing 15 minutes later without ever being able to ever get through the registration process.

One star is too much. App is fine until you change anything. You can’t change the primary pharmacy, and just adding a new one means they tell my current pharmacy to send prescriptions to an address that’s two years out of date, because that was the address my previous pharmacy had. Tried to delete my account and start over but can’t do that either because it remembers my email even after I’ve supposedly deleted the account. Naturally it won’t let me log in anymore though.

The worst yet. I literally have have dozens of apps on my phone and this is by far the worst app I have ever used since they went to this multiple verification methodology. Someone didn’t know what they were doing when they attempted to crate this monstrosity and then someone who was even more clueless approved it before doing any testing or QI. If it is not improved quickly, I will pull it from all my Pharmacies because it has generated so much negative publicity, confusion and extra work for my staff in every location.

This company is clueless.. I’m a pharmacy owner who is paying for this app for my customers. Has bugs all the time doesn’t work like it should I believe it’s just a way of scamming hard working people out of money. Called and complained asked for a prorated amount because why should I pay for a service that doesn’t work. No can’t do that I was told. So that tells you what kind of company they are. Stick too what you know and obviously using an app as part of your business isn’t one of them.

Customer service is not helpful. The app was great when it worked. It logged me out and now I can’t get back in. Every time I try to reset a password it tries to set up a new account which it can’t do because I already have an account. Looked up the makers phone number, which was not easy to find. Called and talked to someone who was supposed to have someone call me back to help. That never happened. Absolutely terrible customer service

Eh! Guess I’ll delete it. Edit: I’m STILL not receiving notifications!!! So NOTHING has been fixed!!! I wish my pharmacist would choose a different app because this one is useless!!! Pros: I can message my pharmacist Cons: I don’t get notifications when my prescriptions are ready. Everything is on for notifications It puts prescriptions that are NOT ready for refill in my “ready for refill” It doesn’t let me delete old prescriptions It says it’s going to deliver my prescriptions and they never get delivered

Crashes every time!. The app has started crashed every single time I try to send a message to my pharmacy, under my name or one of my children’s names. so ultimately I HAVE to call them even though the pharmacist asked me to send a reminder MESSAGE through the app on the details we previously discussed when I go to refill. I also have a “1”(ticker) on messages & the icon as if there is a new message, but there is nothing new showing up. 😑

Works fine but requires lots of reinstalls. This app does what I need, allows me To communicate with my pharmacy and reorder meds. By after a few weeks of use, the messaging portion glitches out crashing the app when you try to enter it. The only way to get it working again is to delete the app and reinstall it. I’ve had to do this three times in the last four months.

Convenient when it’s working. It’s bad about making you log back in with your credentials every few weeks. The latest update broke it to where it would do the splash screen and then shutdown. Had to delete the app and then re-install it. Appears to be working now. We’ll see if it continues to work.

Wish this app would work. So far I’ve been locked out of my account 6 times! When I try to login in it says my information isn’t correct. I have a lot of scripts (unfortunately) I thought this app was going to be great however it’s causing me nothing but problems. Please fix it . You’re messing with people’s health. This isn’t a game this is serious and you need to take responsibility for it or not have it at all.

Latest update completely broke the app. I’ve been using the app for about a year with a few minor issues here and there, but nothing serious. And then I updated to the latest version of the app. Now the app crashes upon opening 100% of the time. There seems to be no way to get into contact with the developer to notify them of the problem, and it has been maybe a couple of weeks since the update went out with no bug fix to resolve this issue.

Will no longer open after recent update. I used the app on Monday to refill my prescription and it worked perfectly. The next day, I received a notification that my prescription shipped. When I tried to open the app it crashed. Haven’t been able to open it since. Must be the update causing this.

Used to work beautifully. As of 23March23 app tries to open and then disappears. Did all usual cures- phone off then on, deleted and then reinstalled app. Up until now, it has been an incredible app. Links to actual support unfindable, so here I am, hoping a fix will come my way. iOS 16.3.1

Horrible app. I have installed, deleted and reinstalled at least 12 times and it still does not work. Confirmed all my information with the pharmacy several times to make sure I set up the right information in the app. The app says the phone number is incorrect, but it is the same number the pharmacy has because they text me on that number when a prescription is ready. The pharmacy has no idea how to fix.

Verification With Each Login. I just deleted the app until this is fixed. I don’t like receiving notifications, and going to the app and having to re-verify all the information again. This started since the last update. Before the update I use this app exclusively. I especially like the feature where I could message the pharmacist. I do hope this bug is fixed soon.

Good app. Could be great.. Love how easy it is to order refills! We have a family of 8. Would be much nicer if the message notifying that a prescription is ready to be picked up could include a first name or initials so I can tell the pharmacist whose prescription I am picking up. Would also be nice if I had the ability to hide prescriptions on the list that my family members or I no longer take.

More an issue than review. Missing meds. I've been using this app for a few months and I really like it and it worked great up until two days ago. Now the app tells me all my prescriptions are either or inactive. Go to the website. Same thing. Go to the pharmacy. All my prescriptions are still active. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same response so I’m stuck. I hate not having the functionality can the developer help?

Terrible customer service and app/login hasn’t worked for weeks. My login has not worked for 2 weeks. I have called for support. I have emailed for support. The pharmacy created a ticket for support. We were told (via the pharmacy) that they figured out the issue and would fix it, but it is still not fixed. I just tried calling again and was rudely cutoff and told that we don’t talk to clients we will only talk to the pharmacy. Terrible tech support/customer service.

Update made it worse!. I updated the app today, and now I can’t even view my prescription info or anything. Am able to log in, but when I click on “refill my prescriptions”, or “message with the pharmacy”, it says, “patient data not found”. This has been going on for a few months now and when I saw there was an update, I couldn’t update fast enough. But to my surprise, it isn’t fixed. This app would be so beneficial if it would work consistently.

Needs inactive med list. I would really like to be able to have two med lists for each person: active and inactive. Having meds I don’t use anymore on the main list, including one time things like antibiotics, adds unnecessary confusion. Let me shuttle those meds to an old meds or inactive meds list. I could add them back to the active list later if need be.

Needs improvement. Having used another app until my pharmacy switched programs I’m frustrated and disappointed that this app doesn’t tell you which family member has prescriptions to be picked up. The previous app would text saying “2 prescriptions are ready for pick up for Chris” when the prescriptions were ready. This is helpful when you have multiple people that you care for.

Won’t let me create acct. My pharmacy has switched to this app. Looks good in theory. However, like others, it tells me my information is incorrect. It literally won’t let me create an account and all my info is correct. I’ve tried multiple times. This truly could be a time saver if this problem got resolved. Until then, this app is completely useless.

It Was Great - Now Won’t Work. When I first downloaded the app over a year ago it worked very well.I would have given it 5 stars. Now the downloaded app does not work on my Ipad and IPhone, but still works well if I go to RXLocal via the web…hence the 3 stars now. It really is a useful app so I am happy to keep using it via the web.

No more notifications through text?!. I HATE this new app. I use to always get my notifications for medications through text message- which when it went to this “new update,” I filled out the link sent to me to give permission to continue text messaging me my information. However, with all of that, it still doesn’t text me anymore, at all. Good luck trying to solve this issue on the app itself because there is absolutely NO options to do so. Please go back to old way!

Unable to create account, gives error. Can’t even do anything with this app. Unless you happen to have an account created already it appears you can get to a login screen. Otherwise if you choose “create account” or “not sure on account” either way you get an error and says to contact their support team and you are unable to continue. So I’ll be uninstalling it I guess. It’s pointless at the moment.

Does nothing. Pharmacy doesn't get refill requests or messages from this app, they are set up and say they use it “all the time”. I’ve had to call in every prescription refill and wait days longer than normal because the app says that the refill has been accepted and that they are working on filling it- but my pharmacy had no idea I needed a refill, no one accepted it, no one is working on it. Yes I verified the pharmacy name, location, etc.

It worked well, until it didn’t. I’ve used this app for several months, maybe a year. It worked fine. Until today. I opened the app, but I was logged out. Like most folks, I have no earthly clue what my password is, so I clicked on the forgot password button. Instead of resetting my password, it takes me through the new account setup. Because my email address is already in use with my current account, I’m not able to create a new one.

Unbelievable. Well I could not get it to install. Appears it gets about 80% then errors out. Then I read the reviews and decided i can’t use this app. Problem being is sometimes I run out of meds on the weekend and my pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday and without that 7 day buffer well it could be terrible. Going through those reviews it gives the appearance of rushing through the job or doing 1 fix without testing the ramifications on WHOLE app or both. Sorry it’s not working for many.

Can’t add family member. When I try add family member and click continue it just returns to input screen. Family member was there before recent changes. Update:Developer sent response next day that the issue was being fixed and within a few hours I was able to add family member.

Good, not great. I love the functionality of the app most of the time. Being able to set reminders for medication is extremely helpful. However-the app signs me out every few weeks and when I sign back in all of my reminders have been deleted and I need to set them all up again. That’s unbelievably frustrating. Please find a way to fix that.

Buggy. I had to use this app a few years ago and then moved away from my pharmacist and stop using it. My new pharmacist now uses this app and has my current address. When I went to refill a prescription it pulled my old address from the old pharmacy. There was no way to correct this outside of removing the old pharmacy. Additionally when I’m sending and receiving messages with the new pharmacy, it sometimes comes back stating that the message is from the old pharmacy.

Company phone doesn’t work, can’t set up an account. Trying to set up an account since my pharmacy switched to this app from their old one. Keep getting “internal server error” with no additional help as to how to set my account up. There is NO WEBSITE for this app; have to go to the Facebook page to find company information and the PHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK. I will NOT be emailing for help either as there is only a contact listed for sales. I would rather call my pharmacy to refill my scrips every time than use this app.

Can’t stay logged in. Seems like every other time I use the app - and every time I’m off work - I have to go through resetting my password to get in. It won’t accept my usual password, and it prompts for the wrong user name. I have to create a new password. So badly done… makes me wonder how secure the app is. Someone needs to pay attention, and fix the login and security issues.

Read this for fix for registering new account!. I have fought and fought trying to register like everyone else, and finally figured it out! After you click on register new account and it loads the initial page, click top right of the page and select “request desktop page.” Once it reloads on desktop page, complete the registration and it should work!!

Change it back!. I hate the latest version! Before this version I was able to see when my prescriptions had been filled AND if they were eligible to be refilled. Now you have no idea. You have to just choose a medication for refill and hope it is eligible. You might not even know until you get to the pharmacy. I find this extremely frustrating and am going to request that my pharmacy use a different app, and then I will delete this app unless they change it back.

Unable to register via app. Not sure why a pharmacy would force their patients to use an app that has an overall 2.1 Star review. I have tried multiple times to register following the steps in the app. Every time I get to the “enter password/confirm password” area, after following the requirements precisely, I just get an error page. The instructions are easy to follow so there is no difficult requirements, the app just won’t work. And good luck getting any assistance to report your issue. 1 star until this is fixed!!!!

Less than useless. Great idea for local pharmacies. If it worked. Literally ever. Gave it 1 star ONLY because zero isn’t an option. Whoever codes this garbage should kept away from any and all app development. I had to download it for my small pharmacy more than a year ago. The reviews were horrible then and they’re horrible now, so I’m inclined to believe they don’t read them. After the last “fix” (lol) thing just immediately crashes. Very on-brand.

Doesn’t work. Entered all info and then my pharmacy was listed. It must have found me since it matched my pharmacy but when I selected it there was an unknown error and the app crashed. Also had message that I didn’t enter all info but I did many times. Deleted the app and started over but same results. Tried the second pharmacy that showed and it didn’t work either. Same error. Shame this could be really useful

Messages. I was enjoying the app, but all of a sudden the messaging feature stopped working. I have two messages waiting, but every time I click on messages the app closes! This is extremely frustrating and beyond inconvenient! Luckily I was in town and able to stop at the pharmacy and see what the message was. The prescription was ready! If you could please push a patch or update that would be awesome.

I want to like it. I really like shopping local, and my pharmacy doesn’t have them ability to write their own app. I’ve been using this app for over a year and I take medication regularly and I use the reminder on here and it either reminds me twice or not at all. please fix it! I don’t want to use the main stream pharmacies. They don’t do compounding, they don’t provide veterinary prescriptions. My pharmacy does!

Automatically added an unknown pharmacy. After setting up my account, an unknown (California?) pharmacy was listed as my primary pharmacy. Since the app doesn’t allow the primary pharmacy to be deleted - even after adding my true pharmacy - I now wonder how much of my PHI/PII may have been shared with this other pharmacy…? No Help or Contact option on the developer’s website either, so this is my outreach option.
