Would rate it 5 but.... It’s too expensive Just about everything in this app costs you (money) every candie(s) you purchase and “work” for. To view a profile and send a message costs 1 or 5 candie(s). To send a message costs 5 or 10 candie(s). I’m very new to the app I can use this app freely without being prompted to pay for every action in this app. This is indeed unsatisfying And money-gouging . NO ONE should pay to visit profiles or send a message.

Fix bug issue. Like the app but it hasn’t been working or opening lately. It says an error has occurred and that I need to check my internet connection but my internet is fine. I used to love using this app but its becoming in issue to try to go in the app

Bad UX and too many in-app purchases. The concept is interesting, but took me a minute to figure out the different ways you can view a profile or reply to matches. The UX is so clunky. But my biggest pet peeve is the fact that you need to spend some serious $$ to do anything on this app as a guy. You need 5 “candies” just to view a profile and if you do end up matching, it’s another 20 candies to start a chat. Given that 1000 candies cost more than a hundred bucks … yeah you can see how this is a money sink.

Cash Vacuum. This is probably the worst app I’ve tried, not just a lot of fake people there, but you have to pay to see those peoples profiles first, and then it turns out that they are fake.. the app charges you for everything. You want a match? Pay! You want to see someone’s profile? Pay! You want to start chatting after you matched? Pay! This is crazy… don’t waste your money on this, really not worth it!

Expensive and bugs that rip you off 사기수준. From reviews you can tell that app is very expensive. Basically it requests “candy” to do every little things. But thing that pisses me off the most is that its got a lot of bugs and is ripping you off of your hard earned money. Ive contacted the customer support in regards to bug where they do not honor the bonus candy every day and is being straight up ignored. Worst service, worst app.

Good!. It’s a pretty good app if your bored, just want to meet someone, or have a casual conversation! Also, you don’t really have to pay money just to chat with others and see profile. The app offers creative incentives for earning coins that can be converted into candies (100 coin =1 candy) However, when registering, you may need to reach out to customer service through email (either in Korean * or English) for them to approve your account! - Maybe preferably Korean I emailed them and they were super nice! Great service and even offer a bonus discount for the mishap in account creation and delay in response. Also note that if you are suspended (let’s say a user who you were talking with makes a false report against you) it usually lasts for 2~3 days :)

Wish I Was Able To Understand the App Fully. Now that I have been able to make an account, I selected the language to be English. However, some tips in the app are in English and other tips and in Korean. It would be great if the entire app was in English, since that was the language I chose or to better help understand the other parts of the app that are in Korean.

Total rip offs. In short, even when two people choose each other, you still have to pay to talk. Or you need “관심표현” to be match for talk I bought candy to see others profiles who viewed mine. But that card showed up on so called, “Today’s card”, which supposed to be free to choose one of two. Since I opened up the one of cards By spending 5 candies, I tried to choose the other one, but it tells me to pay more candy because I opened up the other card already. This is total rip off because “Today’s Card” is the only thing you can open up for free then you had to pay more candy because you already opened up the card with candies the night before from “Who Viewed my profile” section. For guys, you guys have to spend money. For girls, you can use it basically for free cuz they don’t ask you to pay candy to see man’s profiles. There are so many better free dating apps like Hinge, Tinder, CMB or whatever that you don’t have to pay at least for a few cards a day. And it is free to talk if they choose each other. IN HERE, you still have to pay for sending message even when you two choose each other.

Satisfaction in terms of purchasing Candy. I’m a bit satisfied but the problem is that I can’t subscribe to get more candys to search for friends around me. I hope the management will improve in that direction thanks🤗🤗 Regards….

Excellent. A very good dating app platform for meeting Korean friends, start up a date and searching for a Korean soulmate. Very interesting but seems a little bit difficult for non-Korean users.

haven’t been able to use for a few days now. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time on the app. I’ve met a lot of great people but recently I haven’t been able to even be on the app because it claims that it’s my internet connection when that’s perfectly fine. I don’t know what’s going on but I hope it’s fixed soon.

Candy. I love the fact that so many users use this app but I have to spend so money for everything. I literally matched with someone and i have to spend 20 candy to just talk to her and even 5 candy to look at her profile. Also the unlimited likes is not even worth it.

Going nowhere. Omg I match with so many guys on there but they are too cheap to spend candies to talk to me. They don’t have to buy them, sometimes they can get candies by playing games. I’m not gonna spend candies to talk to a guy. I’m a girl…I’m so done with this app and Korean guys thinking they are superior. The ones who do match me are sexist and make comments about how big my eyes are. If the tables were turned, it would be considered racist. They keep asking if I’m open-minded. Like I’m so done. Palmbeach. It’s great app. It is pretty well organized. Most likely it gets me so excited every day around noon.. haha. They also have lots of other stuffs to enjoy other than getting new cards everyday. Recommended (for singles)

Guys will most likely have to spend money. After a week of usage, I noticed it is not equally treating male/female. Males must spend more candies(money) to reach out others. Females only pay 1 to view profile when males pay 5, 5 to send a message for females while it costs 20 for males to send message. However, there is an alternative way to find mates (of course takes a longer time). I really do not like how the app treats each gender differently, but at least you could make some friends. Most of the users reside in Korea, but I hope more users in USA would use this more so it becomes really useful to find a mate.

It’s worth a try. It’s good that you can meet a lot of Koreans through the app all across the world. There’s a blind calling feature which I really like that you can talk to random people and see if you guys vibe. There are other fun interactive features as well. It’s worth a try.

Dating app version of Cyworld. Required way too many candies and subscription $$.. it reminded of old Cyworld, where they focused on selling acorns then facebook took over the users. I feel like this will happen to Noondate too in the near future.. Hinge or other app that required less payments will eventually take over users from Noondate and they become a Cyworld that nobody will use.

Annoying. Do you reject photos because someone have on a hat? Even if the face is clearly visible? I feel like my best pics are the ones with my fedora, but your app reject those photos. Fix your algorithm. And don’t get me started on someone “liking” you, but reject you when you like them back. Seems like a way to get more money out of people.

Jesús of méxico. It is a great application but they should have Spanish as an option to read the titles and information tabs

Good app. As an older black woman I thought it would be hard to date in Korea, but this app makes it a lot easier. I have met some really nice men and will be going on a date soon.

Make it right. The app has a clean, user-friendly interface but needs English translation , making navigation easy. It runs smoothly but occasionally experiences slow load times. Features are comprehensive but also costly $$, though a few tools could be more intuitive. Overall, a solid experience with room for minor improvements.

Needs a UX overhaul.... Overwrought with micro-transactions make it prohibitive. UX is also terribly clunky. Notifications that are mostly low-impact are incessant. I have to keep em off even as a man on a platform like this. Would be more active if there was a simplified pay wall and if they weaned down their feature set. It’s just an over abundance of knick knacks and lack of opportunities for actual interaction. It has an advantage over the Korean expat community and is frankly wasting it. Y’all need a UX overall, and I mean this constructively. Do some benchmarking and adapt! Frankly, though, somehow on the better side of Korean dating apps. At least it isn’t overtly problematic. I should mention I have met and talked to a few nice people through this app, so it’s not for some butthurt. I sincerely would like this app to just be better for their sake and their users who have few options in terms of what they’re looking for.

Awful. Don’t waste your time. The whole process to get “approved” is ridiculous and takes forever. They tell you that something is wrong and your profile is flagged without specifying exactly what they are looking for. All generalities and boilerplate language. Not worth it at all. Deleted from phone. And customer service? Lol. It’s nonexistent.

별로..... It’s too expensive compared to other American based dating apps such as Bumble,Tinder, OkCupid etc. Each and every transaction costs alot of in-app currency known as “candy”. IF you really have a desire to meet Korean girls IN United States or anywhere else around the world, save the money and go out and meet them in person. Be it at bars, parks, gym, or local conventions, just have the balls to go and mingle, just don’t be creepy and desperate about it. Best case scenario is you’ll get rejected kindly just like in the app, but hey, you get to keep your freedom and spend more money on yourself, not on this app with funky algorithm. ✌🏼

It’s a nice app. It’s a good app but the coins and spending is too much. Why must i use coins to chat and view profile? It’s very wrong after my one month payment. I have paid one month subscription but I’m still using coin to view profile, send messages and match my partner. You have to upgrade your app.

Noondate. So I’m gonna be honest this app has a lot of cute guys but I wish I didn’t need candy to look at someone’s profile. I mean you can exchange your coins for candy but it takes forever to collect 100 coins to get 1 candy. I need candies!!!!

User interface is poor. On the main page, the advertisement at the top of the screen makes the entire user interface move, while I’m trying to click a button. Do you even test the user interface internally?

Make friends. Good app if your looking to make friends to talk with,, or when your bored you’ll always find people online

Ripoff. A complete ripoff app. Even though you pay for the services, what you can “really” do with the candies you buy, is limited. You can pay the same amount of money for other apps and use all the features. Stay away from this app. Also, the app UI and UX are terrible. Apple Store should ban this app. It’s so badly designed. Not up to Apple Store standards.

Please fix. The app itself is pretty good, I’ve met a few good people on here. However It costs a lot to send likes, which I’ve even paid for before. The worst part is even if you send a like, the person can reject you before you even talk to each other. They can just reject you based on your name and picture? It doesn’t seem right, at least give us a chance to chat and reject after if it’s not a right fit. After all, personality is important.

Good review due to simplicity.. Easy to use and actually works! I think this app deserves some time before it kicks off. It’s not an instant thing and most people doesn’t check it often. I myself included.

Heyloveyou. This is an amazing app that helps me meeting a ideal girl. It would be a great tool to meet your future partner. Furthermore, this app has nice features and functions for meeting someone who you are looking for :)

Poorly functioning and matching system with overly charging feed. This app is slow and laggy as crazy. They kept showing me girls in Korea though I live in the U.S. and changed the ideal setting near cities only. Every action you want to do charges fees and they are not cheap and adding up. After spending all of that money, there is a chance that you can’t even converse with a girl you like. How stupid is that. You can’t even slide a DM to the girl without her “permission.”

Great dating app with quality. I've used a numbr of sites and Noondate has the most qualified pool of members. If you want quality over quantity this site is for you. And also it's a great way to start getting back into the dating scene until eventually you won't need it anymore because you've finally found that true love. So, keep your head up y'all, you will get there!

Noondate can help to meet a friend. It doesn’t ask any obligation but your common sense of ethic to treat others in person. It is comfortable and convenient, even very fast to text easy.

Please change this .... The app is okay. I wish you could select English for the app’s language. I also wish you didn’t have to buy so many “candies” to use the app. I really don’t understand the coins. We should be earning “candies” not coins if we have to use the “candies” to talk to people and see their profiles. Also, if we do a “blind” call we should be able to use candies to contact the person if the call went well. Those 5 minutes go by super fast.

YOU HAVE TO SPEND $$$. This is ridiculous. First they give you 30 free candies and you think that’s a lot and you can at least talk with your matches but nope. In order for you to message them you gotta spend 10 candies and 5 candies if you want to look at their profile. Almost all their features require some amount of candies lol. I got over 10 matches but I can’t do anything because I don’t have candies left and no I’m not desperate enough to be spending $$$ just to message them. Peace.

해외 이용자도 간편히!. 다른 앱과는 다르게 핸드폰 신분확인이 없어서 해외 이용자도 편리하게 이용할 수 있어요 하지만 어느 국가에 있는지 구별이 없기때문에 그건 좀 아쉽습니다.

Pay for everything. You have to pay for basically everything you do in the app. (If you run out of “candies” which is just a stupid way to hide “money”) It’s so confusing too, and you can’t even comfortably swipe through profiles. The ones you see are mostly only from Korea and they’ve boosted their profile so there’s no way they’d match with anyone or everyone. You have to make a choice between two people at once if they’re from your country, and you have to pay to view their profile 🤦‍♀️ This app is unnecessarily complicated. And if you’re only there to make friends, I’m not sure why “body type” is even necessary. This app is largely based on looks and there’s basically no chance to write about your personality and match with others based on that.

지역별로 검색하는 기능 있으면 좋겠어요. 해외사는 사람한테 한국에 있는 분들 프로필이 투데이카드, 초이스, 이상형찾기 등등 프로필을 볼 수 있는 모든 곳에 계속 뜨는 게 마음에 들지 않아요. 내가 사는 곳 근처 사람들을 보고싶은데 엉뚱한 지역 사람들만 보이니. 너무 비효율 적입니다. 검색 기능에 지역별로 검색할 수 있는 기능만 있어도 좋겠네요. 지역을 고를 수 있는건 세 가지 콸리티 모두 넣어야 하는 곳인데. 검색력이 너무 떨어집니다. 미국 동부에 사는데 미국도 서부에 있는 사람들만 뜨고… 참여를 유도하려면 참여를 하고싶게 만들어주세요. 그리고 프로필에 결혼 이혼 자녀 유무도 표시할 수 있으면 좋겠어요. 구구절절 설명 안해도 되게.

More diversity please. This app is good but not very foreigner friendly, especially as a black woman. It is very hard to find a match or romance on this app because it feels as though Korean men do not find you desirable, which is fine I guess. Another thing is the half English and then everything else in Korean. When I first signed up it gave me an option for either in Korean or English, I choose English and although so things where English when I would click on certain things the information would come up in Korean. Please fix this. If you say there’s an option for everything to be in English then please follow through with it. I want to delete my account but can’t even because half of everything is in Korean so now I’m stuck with an app I can’t even remove myself from.

No account approval. Past 24 hours and my account still hasn’t been approved and can’t even use the app..what a nonsense..not only that these devs only thing they want is to drain money outta your pocket

Waste of money / 돈 낭비. This is the worst dating app I’ve paid for. Even when you match with girls, they have the option to not open the chat room. In other apps, when you match you can automatically talk to each other but not this one! The geo filtering doesn’t work at all and every action takes money to do including even seeing someone’s profile. This app stole $50 from me and I’m writing this review so it doesn’t happen to you. 이 앱은 제가 결제한 앱 중 단연 최악입니다. 심지어 여자들과 매치를 해도, 그들은 채팅방을 여는 것을 거부해서 당신이 누구와도 대화할 수 없습니다. 다른 앱에서는 일치할 때 서로 대화할 수 있지만 이 앱에서는 대화할 수 없습니다! 지오 필터는 전혀 작동하지 않으며 모든 작업을 수행하려면 돈이 필요합니다. 그들은 나에게서 50달러를 훔쳤고 나는 다른 사람들에게 그런 일이 일어나지 않기 위해 이 리뷰를 쓰고 있습니다.

Good app. 다른 앱이랑 다르게 익명게시판이 활성화 되어 있어 개인적 고민을 신원노출의 두려움 없이 자유롭게 토론할 수 있어 다른 앱과 차별된 이점이 있습니다. 그로인해 단순 데이팅만이 아닌 다른 세대들과 소통할 수 있는 공간이 만들어진 것 같습니다. 더 나아가 나잇대별 구분된 게시판도 만들어 주셨으면 더 좋을 거 같다는 생각을 해봅니다. 또한 나를 검색하고 관표를 보낼 수 있는 나이대를 설정할 수 있게도 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 다만 글이 많을 때가 많은데, 다크모드를 개발해 주셨으면 합니다. 글을 보고 있으면 눈이 아파요. 그래서 별 하나 뺐습니다. 다크모드 개발해주시면 별 하나 다시 채울께요!

Discrimination. Men have to pay a bunch of candies but women don’t. As a woman, this app is fun for me, but my guy friends are struggling to make matches when they have to pay 5 candies just to look at someone’s profile.

Money hungly app. It’s avaricious! As far as you want to find someone through this dating app, you will pay too much money for having the chance in the app(chatting, message, checking the profiles of people). It is way too much. Use other ways or dating apps.

Be careful scammer.. The most of Korean guys using this app. If you see Chinese guy is this app, you should wonder if he is a scammer. I met Chinese guy thru this app and he scmmed me and I lost a lot of money (I would say more than $10K at this moment).

This app doesn’t allow people to pause or delete accounts. It said that I could pause or delete it after 48 hours of creating it, but I still couldn’t do it after 48 hours. I’m frustrated by the fact that my profile is publicly viewed while I want to hide it.

Impossible 돈 밝히는 앱. Makes it impossible to really have any meaningful connections let alone to simply start talking to somebody. You need to pay to start a chat which is quite ridiculous. Lots of people on it but adoption I bet is low.

Worst dating app. Don’t be fooled by Unlimited Likes!! You still need to buy candies and spend candies to be able to use your Likes!!! Very expensive app and it doesn’t accept most of your photos. I uploaded at least 25 of my photos and none were accepted. Save yourself time and money!

Eh. The app is really good, but since they updated the app to only chose whoever’s attractive in 5 seconds isn’t good, the old version was way better in my opinion. I don’t like how they changed it at all.:/

Awful don’t use. This app is awful for South Korean use. If you aren’t in a main city you get warned or out right banned because they do t have your location available it’s ridiculous.

Not worth it,. I understand they make a profit out of this app but it literally asks for cash even to check a simple profile. I don’t know how long this app could last but developer and team seriously have to think on customer side and think over what could be done for both parties. I would rather go back to Coffee Meets Bagels
