Collector’s App. This app has been perfect for sorting my enamel pin collection - the categories work well for organizing by creator, color, and more. My only wish is that the photos could be cropped in-app - I love the multi picture camera function, I just wish I could crop my images down in the individual item.

This makes finding things much easier. For years, I have wanted a way to easily inventory “stuff” around my house and garage. The big things I can usually locate, but the small things that get packed away in boxes and cabinets are often difficult to find. On many occasions, I have spent hours searching for a tool or part that I know I have somewhere. I just can’t find it. My initial plan was to take a photograph of each item when I buy it. I could then create albums in iPhoto to organize the images. This method was slow and I was not satisfied with the search features in iPhoto. This app has solved all my issues. I tried it for free for one afternoon. That was enough to convince me to buy it. Here is my strategy. Whenever I buy a new part or tool, I take a picture of it with my iPhone. I also take a photo of the place that I store the item. At a future time, I sit down with an iPad and create new entries of each item and the storage location. I may not ever get all my “junk” organized, but I am starting to get ahead of things. It took me decades to get disorganized, so it will take a while to get everything in order. I am getting there.

Love the app. I love this app, the only thing stoping me from giving this app 5 stars is that you can’t make sub-locations in the locations tab, for example something like car>trunk>container>item or home>kitchen>medicine cabinet>item. I wish we could get more layers to the items in the locations tab. But this is the best app out there for organizing my stuff so thank you.

Best app to track personal collections. I use this app to track my personal Liquor and Cigars. I have used many different apps, this one is hands down the best! Easy to take a photo and add new items and organize them to track different locations. The support is great and they keep the app updated.

Perfect app. I needed an app I could literally list everything I own, it’s location, value, the cost, serial numbers, etc in case of a break in theft or house fire, etc, any type of natural disaster or any other disaster, with the free version, you’re only allowed 25 items, with the paid version you get unlimited, i haven’t tried the syncing yet, but I’m sure it is great as well, this is the perfect app you willing need if you ever have to make a report or insurance claim on your home contents, the 5.99 for the unlimited paid version is well worth the piece of mind, I don’t normally do long detailed reviews, but this one deserves the 5 stars I’m giving it. To simple - needs barcode scanning. Simple app but it's missing barcode scanning. Would make entering in Serial or Model numbers easy if item has a barcode, just scan it into field. This should be easy enough to add. They gray out the payed options, I'm ok with paying, BUT you don't describe what each feature does. Things like (WiFi Sync) might make sense to developer but what does it mean, where or what is it syncing to? Another device, a SaaS cloud service? All your paid features should have a description of what it does. Not sure if it does this but allow Shared cataloging. My Wife and I share same content she adds a new item shows up on mine and same for her if I add. That way we both have copies of same catalog.

Outstanding Home Inventory App!. Following <15 minute “learning curve”, I am delighted that this app not only is greatly speeding up the process of inventorying our belongings for an upcoming cross-country move, the ability to assign multiple photos to a single item allows better documentation than a single photo. I purchased the $4.99 “full version” from the get-go, so I can’t speak for the trial version. Thanks for providing an easy-to-use and very thoughtful tool to speed up my move preparation!

Inventory. Have only been using for a few days but so far has been working perfectly. I am 80 and am documenting our inventory, so the kids will know why we value some of the family Heirlooms passed down over the years. I am also documenting the history of the items in the comments section and who I wish to have some of them. Hopefully this app will make the disposition of the items easier one day. As we all know all the items in this inventory will, some day have to be sold or passed on.

Does what it promises. This app does what it promises and does it well. I’m helping a client inventory their hone before a sale and it’s been extremely helpful. I’d like to see more report options (hide price and details, even bigger pictures), but it’s still worth the download and the very reasonable in-app purchase price to unlock all features. I’m going to use it at my own home, too.

Essential app for homeowner or renter. I've been using this app for about a year now. It is by far the easiest and complete app for keeping an inventory of my possessions. Every item of value is catalogued in representative folders. I had the misfortune of being burglarized last night. When a police officer came to the house to fill out a report I whipped out my iPad to show her the particulars about the tools that had been stolen. Serial number, date of purchase, cost, photos. Highly recommended!

Great Idea. Love this app. We live in a hurricane prone area. If anything should happen to the house, we have a record. App is easy to use, time consuming (apparently we have a lot of stuff). Once you get everything recorded, it’s easy to keep updated. It also came in pretty handy when I needed the model number for my stove due to a recall!

Easy and quick to use. This app has all of the basic functions you need to create an inventory of your items. Easy to sync to cloud. Well worth the few dollars to upgrade the app. I’m not disappointed.

Very versatile. I use this app for one particular item, I can account for cost, replacement value, ownership and location. I would like the ability to relabel the unused spaces to account for things that are not captioned for my use.

Great app for inventory control !. This developer listens and is very responsive. Great work adding barcode support. I’ve tried many other apps of this type and none have the smooth clean interface this one has. Love the home screen on the IPad. I highly recommend this for keeping track of all your stuff. GREAT INTERFACE!. Really love how simple and intuitive this is. Stay at Home order is a perfect time to dive into a project like this!! Note: I did notice one typo for your team to review. When adding a new item, the selection for a ‘single photo from camera’ says, “All photos in one item” (rather than ‘all items in one photo’). Hope this helps!

Another use for this app - instructions!. Finally I have a findable place to keep instructions, especially those itty bitty ones for small items, but also larger user manuals. I just photograph the pertinent parts on my iPhone and add those photos to the description in Home Contents. Then I can throw away the paper version. Sometimes the print on the paper is too small, but on the photo I can expand it. This is addition to all that others have said about this incredible app. Also, it makes you feel richer, when you see the totals of the value of your stuff. Get this app, you will be so glad you did.

Just enough. I like this app. It has just enough. Ability to fairly quickly add your items. Just enough information can be recorded without getting too many fields. I would love to see a companion computer app to make it even faster to add items and data. I think this is everything you need for home use. Btw, no glitches so far.

Won’t save items if sync enabled. I’ve added several items with photos and descriptions, put them in a category and location, and they simply disappear after a few minutes. This app used to work correctly when I downloaded it two years ago. The workaround seems to be that you can disable all sync functions between iCloud or other devices running the app. Since I’ve done that, it stopped wiping out my new changes. However, syncing is a core function, not a nitpick about a missing feature. I’m glad it happened before I got too far into this project. I’m already looking for a new inventory app, and you should too.

Everything I need in a home inventory. I’ve been searching for a good home inventory app. My requirements were that It had to sync using the cloud as a backup and had to have been updated regularly and easy to use. This app has been super easy to use very intuitive and I highly recommend it. In case of emergency that I will have all of my home documented.

Easy to Use, Great App. This app is very easy to use. Entering information is simple and self explanatory. You can sort by category or by location and you can add a category or location if a pre-populated one is not what you want to use. You can add multiple pictures of your items to include receipts, pictures of the actual items, or even warranty information. You can export reports on your information and it looks like a professional created the report. Extremely great app!

Simple but robust home inventory app!. I’ve been looking for a robust but simple app to store my home inventory for insurance. Found it! Best part is it’s just $5.99 for the full app with all features. No monthly subscription needed!

Keeps me organized. I am a professional artist and I use this to keep track of my inventory. I can set up a box for each gallery location and sold inventory.

Best I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried them all. I’ve tried hundreds of apps to keep my household inventory and for one thing or another each has failed. I knew this was the perfect app in less than five minutes after running through the features and adding items, printing PDFs, then syncing to my icloud. As a person who’s suffered a traumatic brain injury, has problems learning new things, and has basically no short term memory; THIS APP IS SO INTUITIVE!!!! I never felt lost or dumb trying to figure things out. It’s complex with everything you could possibly want an app like this to have but so well organized in its flow and layout, I feel like I’ve had this app my whole life instead of an hour I wish I could give more than five stars. Outstanding job developers! Y’all should take a bow for a job excellently done then go make us lots more apps cause you guys are awesome :)

THIS is what an app should be!. I have been using this app since 2018, and I’m so glad that it exists. The fact that it is subscription-free, is full-feature, RELIABLY syncs with iCloud, and doesn’t siphon your data like pretty much every other app on the App Store, is the reason I had no hesitation when purchasing. I especially love the way items are broken down by category and room — especially on iPad — and, am thankful for the inventory report feature (which, unfortunately, had to be put to use a few months ago). The most “difficult“ part is putting all of your past items into the app; luckily, it wasn’t too big of a deal for me as I came across the app at a time when I was moving… so, I was in the middle of cataloging everything anyway. Honestly, can’t say enough great things about this app!

I absolutely LOVE this app!!!!. I must have OCD because I thoroughly enjoy taking pictures of everything we own and categorizing it. I tell my husband it’s “in case our house burns down” but really I just love knowing exactly what we own, where it is in our house, and how much it cost. It’s so interesting to run reports and be like “we spent X amount of dollars on Y.” The app itself is very well-made and not buggy at all. One of the reasons I bought an iPad was to use this app on a big screen! Thank you developers for creating this!!!

Fantastic. I have two properties (one in Asia and one in USA). Keeping track of where stuff is can be challenging. Now I know how many and which ones of everything in each location. It’s been great, works well and even backs up to iCloud. Love it!

Perfect. Many apps are complex wanting to do 100 different things. This one is simple, easy to use, and to the point. It shows you what really matters to you . I needed to list inventory of my stuff for insurance purposes, and this one did the job without any monthly fees. One time charge. I can’t say enough good things about this app. Kudos to the developers by keeping it simple and easy.

Exceptional App!. This app has been a pleasure to use. I track all of my items plus enter my vehicle maintenance records as well. The Home Contents app is my one-stop shop for monitoring and tracking everything in our home, yard, and what we drive. I strongly recommend it.

Really Handy. This is a really great and user friendly app. Overall all it serves its purposes perfectly. Low one time premium fee of around $5.99 is really nice so you don’t have to pay an ongoing subscription for something very simple. Back up to iCloud to carry/track on all your devices. And they don’t collect any data. Everything is stored locally on your device or cloud which is really nice for privacy minded individuals. Overall the app is great and works highly recommend it.

Wow. Ok, I usually do not rate apps but this one exceeds all expectations. We are moving and I wanted an app that not only documented our items but nicely organized them. Home Contents does this and so much more. Right off the bat, we easily set up our categories and since the sync feature works beautifully, were able to quickly get through rooms with both of us using our phones to document and then sync to the ipad. Easy to enter item information and photos. Easy to search for things. Easy to run amazing reports. My only complaint is that I wish the developer had put together an actual manual (pdf) on how to use this app. I know it probably does so much more than I realize but I am having to find out by just trial and error. Totally worth the price.

BEST APP!!. This is the best and easiest app to use to record an accurate inventory of your personal and business assets. This app was a god-send to itemize FF&E for the sale of my business! Great home inventory tracker. Have had friends homes burglarized and saw them agonize over items lost that stood no chance of recovery, so i found this app. It is Very easy to use. Logging everything in your home seems daunting, but it was unbelievably fast to do. I keep the app on my iPhone and a sync version in the cloud just in case. Highly recommend this app.

Good free, still WANTED to buy!. If you are looking for hassle free way to make a pic list of household items, you have found it! Love the simplicity but if you are looking for a barcode/scanner it’s not for you. Can be used as a photo-list for: to do list, (around the house), chores, fixer-upper checklist; moving checklist, garage sales, and more! Seriously good stuff I purchased full to help me prep for a garage sale but lite version was good too! Seriously and I DONT spend 4.99 on just any app, ever! (With the exception of paying a lot more than this app for ABC Mouse lol) but seriously I’m cheap and I bought it...THAT MEANS ITS GOOD.

Excellent Home Inventory application. Excellent Home Inventory application… I’ve been through a few home inventory applications in the past years but this one is these best so far… My home insurance rep really likes is also.

Does what it promises simply and effective.. The app is something I was looking for to help organize things. It makes it much easier to be able to make an entry when you buy something new and if you do use this for insurance, be able to review things with your agent making sure you have enough coverage. Or like I do knowing gifts I’ve bought ahead of time, knowing if I have a certain part on hand, or simply remembering how much I’ve paid for larger purchases. iCloud backups keep your data safe and is more enticing to me not to have to wonder what would happen if the service changes terms or about server availability.

Super helpful!. My wife and I work internationally and have to move every few years and this app has been incredibly helpful. After our last assignment we ended up having to move to two different locations so being able to track what has gone to each place - as well as tracking what we’ve moved in and out of storage - is a game changer. Thank you guys for building a great app!

Great concept, easy to use, fatal flaw. I welcomed this app and bragged about it to my husband while boxing up our home. The categories, the ease of photography and boxes, and inventory. It was great. Flash forward a few years, we discovered our storage was broken into. At least I had it inventoried, right? No. I had assumed that Home Contents operated like ScannerPro and uploaded and backed up and was accessible across devices, nope. All that work and even worse my documentation is gone. It was stored on one device and when I upgraded my phone, all was lost. I would have been happy if the photos were in my Apple Photos, but sadly for me, they are not. Given the importance of this for police reports and insurance, I have to give this the lowest rating. If Home Contents makes this more like Scanner Pro were if the app was removed from a device or the change of phone and the app reloaded and my documents were there, I would give this a five star rating.

Great for organizing Christmas Decor!. I gather and separate multiple themes, ribbons, and colored balls in see thru boxes. I take pictures of the box contents and can easily locate each item and where it is stored. Decorations are stored in the garage, in an attic and three closets in the house. Every item has its own special spot for storage and is returned year to year. If I used the same items every year, I could remember where those items were. However, I change themes and with this app I can easily find whatever I am looking for. I also have a box on the app dedicated to “Every Year Christmas”. In that box are pictures of each year so I can review past Christmases. I’ve had this app for years and love it! Great work, guys! Thanks for helping me organize my house.

Wonderful. Intuitive and easy to use. The only thing missing is a companion mac app. But, since this is one of the few pay once and own it apps (non-subscription), it gets 5 stars from me.

Great Tool & Easy to Use. We are remodeling the house and replaced all of the kitchen appliances. This app very easily let me add each item with relevant information. I also uploaded a picture of each item along with pictures of the Model/SN plates and the receipts. It has an iCloud backup function. This could be critical following theft, tornado, fire, etc. All of the information is saved in the cloud. You can separate by room, add your own descriptions, and includes reports that can be generated for insurance purposes. I love it!

Home Content Review. Some comments I have already submitted. Overall I like the app. I import my pictures to a location/room then choose from those photos to edit an item. I would like to add other pictures from that list of photos when editing an item rather than going back to “saved” photos. Extra steps. I would also like: A Windows version so I can sync to my PC An easier way to delete unwanted photos. To add some fields to the “edit” screen like: size dimensions, approximate age to the edit screen or rather than purchase date. I honestly don’t remember an exact purchase date Thanks Nancy Barham

Amazingly simple!. I’ve been using this app for years and it has only set me back one time, but it was not the developer’s fault, it was an Apple iOS update problem. Anyway, I would pay for upgrades to this app, but I am not a fan of everything being a subscription model, just because they can. Not many people find it worth paying a subscription, if you inventory your home once, only to add items, every once in awhile. Anyway, great app! Love the features and UI.

Easy to use. Great developer support.. Was looking for a way to inventory my workshop tools. I like that this app is being actively developed and supported over many years. I liked the free 25 entries feature so I could evaluate. $5 is a bargain for unlimited entries. I had a question so I tried the email support, got an answer the NEXT day. It was actually fun to snap pictures of all my stationary Woodworking tools with my phone and them fill in details on my iPad. I'm all in on iCloud sync and found that the sync from iPhone to iPad was very fast. As I write this review, I've owned the pro version for 7 months.

Makes Inventorying Your Home Easy. Go room by room, categorize items, take photos from the app, make a report. Use 2 phones per app on the same WiFi or phone ID. Long time putting this task off, but this app makes it more manageable.

Best app out there. I cannot believe it. After putting up with mediocre apps, I found Home Contents. It has all expected features, quick search capabilities, easy reporting and so much more. I love the multiple camera photos, where each picture automatically adds an inventory item with both the room and category. Made adding all our Christmas decorations a breeze. One of the best Apps for home inventory. Easy to use, no PC required, can sync to other devices, can configure reports. Developer keeps making improvements.

Immediate purchase. I downloaded and put test data in a lot of inventory programs. This one was a lot easier to use then most and I was able to change locations etc to what I liked. The interface is simple and not cluttered. I look forward in using it to its best ability.

Wonderful for collections. This is a friendly, honest, functional app that is excellent for cataloguing possessions, and especially collections. I have been using this app for years, and found it to be getting better and better over time. It’s extremely flexible, and the best option on the market if you have a particular collecting habit and want to document what you own, or just want to document your general home contents items. Amazing app. Are use this app extensively to assist with all my items in storage. It provides an easy solution to know exactly where things are at any point in time and to share that information very simple to use with great functionality.

Simple yet brilliant. The free version is just a gimmick - the paid version will organise and price everything! Easy to read and use, move stuff from one place to another change categories, add categories, rooms what ever you like. Syncs across devices with an iCloud folder and exports to excel (limited) whenever you like.

Easy to use, powerful and flexible. I've tested other similar apps but this is by far the easiest to use, with a very clean and intuitive interface. Capturing and cataloguing images with the iPhone camera is a breeze, and the ability to archive the images in the reports to be synced to my desktop iMac is a very powerful feature. I can even edit the html report (using Coda2, BBEdit etc) to modify its formatting and even change the embedded images to point to the real (unzipped) image files instead to reduce the html file size where there are very many photos in the report.

A brief summary. I’m going to keep it simple. It’s all things excellent.

Home Content app. Easy to use,arrange and edit. Small complain in that you cannot date an acquisition by year alone as not everyone can recall a day and month! Otherwise a lot of fun. Enjoying it immensely.

Clear and intuitive app. I have been using Home Contents for a number of years and it has never let me down. It is flexible and almost infinitely expandable. It performs faultlessly and syncs reliably. The only improvement I would like to see is a page where you can store and update data about contents insurance policies one may have. Highly recommended.

Constantly crashes on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The app is useless because it keeps crashing when I switch between apps, which is essential as I need to gather data from mail and safari. When I go back to the app it crashes and all the progress with data entry is lost. Don’t waste your money!

Brilliant and Simple. Love this app it has helped me take stock of everything and keep track of it for my insurance needs. Easy to use and easy to sync across my iPhone and iPad. As well as secure using a pin and or thumb print reader to lock it up for privacy.

Clunky missing features. It does the job, but is a bit clunky. Missing is the ability to simply add things without having to take a photo each time. Users may not wish to have a picture for EVERY item and taking them slows down the time taken to categorise items as well as taking up space. Now, the app allow you to do this, but it’s not clear how. These issues stopped me from paying for the full version.

Liking so far. Very easy to input. Haven’t tried reports yet or backing up but I’m hoping this will last and be easy reference for the future. Otherwise I’ve wasted hours of my life. So far though, it works.

Awesome App!!!. Just pay the $8 for the full version. It’s perfect. Saves everything! All the photo storage. I love the cardboard file box on shelves aesthetic too. I use this too keep track of my music gear spending. It keep all my receipts on hand in case I loose one. I also don’t need to keep all the receipts for warranties. LOVE THIS APP!!!

Great app. A really useful app. Does the job it promises no nasty ongoing charges or surprises. My only quibble is that it would be useful if you can attach PDF documents to items. Lots of places issue PDF receipts

Great App. I have tried quite a few apps over the years and this is the ONLY one that does things the exact way I want them done. It’s also priced really well in comparison to others, and there’s no continual annual fee to use. I don’t like those ones.

Excellent app. This is the best home inventory app I have found. It’s easy to categorise and maintain and the multi picture option to quickly add items to a location is excellent. I wish it had the ability to backup to OneDrive or similar rather than only iCloud but u can live with that for now.

Best personal inventory app there is. For years I had been using a PC application to inventory the items in my house but found it took to much time to manage & update so I decided to look for an app I could use on a phone & iPad I tried a few of the free ones first which were not that good then I came across Home Contents which offered a reasonable amount of flexibility to test before committing to buying the full version After a couple of day’s I purchased the full version and haven’t looked back The app is very intuitive to use and has no real learning curve so much so I inventoried my whole house in just a couple of day’s I came across one minor problem and emailed support who replied the same day with how to address it I have since made a couple of other suggestions and the developer has responded promptly each time and has even agreed to implement one of my suggestions in a future update I wish other app developers were so communicative and prepared to listen to their customers Would definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to inventory a single house or several as it makes the job so easy

This produce is a God Send. Once I had a brilliant product that acted as a relatively unsophisticated database but it was so useful that it could handle all sorts of simple database requirements. Of course, Apple dumped it and left no real replacement. This APP, primarily intended for taking stock of items in a home with some minor tweaking can turn itself to all sorts of useful purposes. Buy it and I am sure that you will enjoy using it.

So easy to use. I have tried to catalogue my home for insurance with a couple of other apps and it was slow and painful so I gave up. With this app I covered a 750m2 house including all collections in an evening. Net result is I found out we were seriously underinsured. The app is brilliant and so easy to use.

Very useful app. Great app that I’ve used for years now to track my home contents. Highly recommend it. The only feature that’s currently lacking is the ability to add file attachments to items. For example, a PDF of an invoice instead of a photo.

Nearly perfect!. This app is the best inventory / item organizer I’ve managed to find, after going through so many intended for personal and business inventories. The interface is clean and refined, nice to look at, and importantly, the layout & navigation is very impressive. Thought went into the look & fields you can edit. You’re not shoehorned into filling out all the fields, only what you need. I wish you had the option to change colour palette to a dark skin for us with vision difficulties, and having the option to change font type would be fantastic if we could pick between serif & sans serif fonts. Another cosmetics & organization improvement would be options for thumbnail gallery view like carousel and list, with collapsible or hidden fields so we have the choice to quickly look at our inventory without the clutter of text and field boxes.

Easy to use home contents app. So far it has been really easy to use and does everything I need it to. Am photographing and listing all my home contents, as we live in a fire prone area. The free app lets you upload 25 items. As I was happy with it I purchased the unlimited edition. Worth the $7.99. Has forced me to sort out all the receipts & warranties etc I have shoved in my filing cabinet. I’m very happy with it.

Home contents. One of the best apps I have ever used. Very intuitive and glitch free.

Very user-friendly. This app has helped me complete an inventory of all my important possessions. It is so easy to use, so intuitive. What a relief to be able to quickly find the value of an item or its date of acquisition. The only difficult part of this app is to remember to use it when an important item has been purchased! It was so helpful after we downsized to be able to categorize and locate our items. A joy to use.

Easy to use. This is a very simple app to use. I have add about 65 items with no issue. I wish it had the following features - adjust the position of the thumbnail photo - crop photos - custom categories - pull photos from a web search

I love It. This is the greatest app and so fun and easy to use. I am not only using it for contents but have created “boxes” for my cash assets and “debt” so I can actually print a full net worth statement. The only issue I am still trying to figure out is how to input a negative figure for debt so that I can print a net worth report that subtracts the debt.

Nice app, please add location tree. I like it, simple and still all you need to keep a good inventory. I am missing big time the option to create a location within a location: I have a “Box with tools” in “Basement” with 100 items. I want to move the box from “Basement” in the “Garage”...

Beyond Awesome. I’m slowly moving all of my important applications away from the iMac to iOS. One of the stumbling blocks has been a good inventory app. Well; after much searching, I’ve found it right here. Give the limited free version a try and I’m certain that you will agree. Update 5 November 2018: Having completely updated my inventory using this app, I can safely say that I doubt there's a better home inventory app for iOS. Highly recommended. Update 19 February 2021: Nothing much to say other than this app continues to shine. Whenever I revisit it to update my inventory; it continues to amaze me how simple it is to use. This is a must have app.

Remove features with update?. Why would I update the app if you are going to limit me to 25 items & make me pay to get bak features I already have?!? This is the type of BS that needs to be stopped & removed from the app store. You can't just change your minds a few month in and say "Ok funs over, you have to pay now for no reason other than we want money"

Works and is useful. This little app is working how I had hoped. The fact that it is one price and not a subscription is why I chose it. Features that would make it perfect for my use 1. Being able to add notes into room the same way I can add photos. 2. Option to use google drive instead of iCloud. I’m a handyman who uses this for before and after shots of each project. It also works for simple job estimates.

Tell the world what you own and its value. What a great idea that could go so horribly wrong if you loose your phone, get hacked or an app siphons the information... Let the world know where to go to get/steal what and in combo with your Facebook know when you're gone on vacation!

Great but need a missing option. I like the application except the possibility to add invoices (PDF) of goods. The « copy and paste » in the same photo directory is really not useless.

Life changing.. I am loving this app more than I can put in words!! I have a severe form of Multiple Sclerosis. It affects my short term memory. To have everything documented as to its place in my home, helps immensely. I am able to tell people where something is, with pictures, to show them. It’s life changing.

Really good app.. Well designed, logical, interface. I am working my way through the house, room by room, taking photos and adding descriptions. In the event of an insurance claim, I am now well prepared to do battle with my insurance company!

Works great but would love cross device sync. Don’t like how the current cross device sync requires all devices to be running at the same time. Would love cross device sync through different iCloud IDs. If this feature is released as part of PRO, I would definitely upgrade. If you are only using one device, this app is perfect!

Positively surprised. I tried a lot of the best reviews apps and this is by far underrated. It’s so simple to use to build home content inventory. It has all the bells and whistles you need. CSV reports are complete, quick and easily downloadable. It’s flexible enough to create all the locations/rooms and item categories you need. It’s a slam dunk better tool than any of the other products like MyStuff or Sortly. The one thing I don’t like is the way they describe one photo per item vs multi photo for one item, they make it confusing, otherwise, I’m really happy with it. Plus it backs up to iCloud.

25 Item Limit???. Haha! I have more than 25 items in just one kitchen cabinet. I downloaded this app to help with a full home inventory. The app is free to download, however, you are limited to 25 items, unless you pay. Just charge for the app, instead of wasting people’s time! Installed and deleted within minutes. I’ll be using Google Drive for my home inventory.

Not Very Flexible. One can add rooms or categories but not rename or delete. This is a Big Problem. I don’t have a basement don’t like have useless nomenclature in my lists. Does anyone have a solution?

It’s all about workflow, and this one does it right. You can launch this app quickly and start inputting right away. Once inputting, the workflow is intuitive, the UI is nice.

Guess I’m stupid. The way it looked is that I could take a picture of the room and then itemize the contents but can’t figure out how and no instructions. apparently you take a picture of each individual item and load info. Can’t take picture of room and then list contents so can get report of what’s in room along with 1-2 pictures of the room. Glad I tried the free version before buying.

A great option. Seams to work well in categorizing home contents. I hope I won’t ever need this for an insurance claim, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Tiny thumbnails. Overall I am pleased with this simple inventory system. My gripe is that these thumbnails are TINY on both the iPad or iPhone making me click on each item to really see it. There is no function to make them larger. Gets really annoying over time.

Love it. I keep track of our home inventory and a few canned food items in the basement since my kitchen pantry is really small. It doesn’t matter if I grab my iPhone or iPad, both stay up to date.

Exactly what I needed. Worth every penny. At first, I thought you had to before trying but you can try first. Just add photos under subscribe. I ended up buying. It’s great!

Container (Boxes)?. No way to put an item in a Box that can be moved from location to location. Each item has to be moved separately: both tedious and useless.

Satisfied. Very easy to add items. We have a vacation home so it was helpful to have be able to specify location.

Great concept |hard to use.. Should be easier, finally figured out how to sync, but won’t do it. After an hour fiddling with it, I give up. Glad I didn’t purchase first and only added one item. If itv were easier to sync between devices, I’d try again.

Sub locations missing?!?!. I’d read there were no sub-sub locations, but you can’t even put in a 1 dublocation? So good luck finding something in the garage when you can’t even specify a side, and/or a box… pity, looked very promising

Great Product. This application has excellent value now, but keeps maturing. Recent filtering on reports greatly improved that aspect. Worth your time to try it out.
