Best of the best so far. I got introduced to Metatrader by a mentor and i got addicted to it and the reason why is because is very easy to use. You don’t even have to watch any videos to figured out where everything located specially if you’re not a novice to trading. Just keep messing around with it and you’ll find everything you’re looking for.

Account Liquidation. Wonderful software but I’m still here, patiently waiting to withdraw my $4.9 million. I used Victoria Capital as well as MT5 software and U8, so where are you keeping my investment? I became concerned after working with Skype customer service, even before I met their requirements. I highly encourage you to find my money and submit it to me before financial authorities spread more grief. It’s all about results and I made gains with this platform but I’m restricted from withdrawing my money? Very Awkward. Please cut through the red tape and help me get my money. It would be very sad to see authorities completely shut you down over this misunderstanding. Sincerely, Brad Clarke

BEWARE OF FRAUD. This app lists fraudulent companies who claim to be brokers. If you choose them and invest your money through them, they will defraud you. There is a security hole in this app where those fraudsters will give you a fake login that only works on the mobile version of MetaTrader 5 and not on the desktop version. They take control of the app and show you charts and account balances that are fake. Therefore, until this app begins to properly vet those who say they are brokers, I think Apple should shut them down because people are losing their life savings on this app. Also, they should know the servers that are connecting to them and be able to provide the locations so that any scam or fraud perpetrated through this app can be traced. USE THIS APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

D. I like it with one exception, a couple of days ago my account disappeared where I couldn’t see my open trades, etc., and I didn’t know what happened. I had to log in but I never logged out. Was a little scary because when I clicked the MT5 icon on my cell phone and there was nothing I was confused. Other than that all good and I like using it better than MT4. Oh, sometimes loading for different time frames is slow and that also never happened using MT4.

Great app but real time clock is missing. I love this app and strongly recommend but few missing features made me give only three stars. One of them is the missing real-time clock: I have to close the app to check what time is it. At times this becomes real annoying. Another one is the missing overview of all your indicators with set parameters. You have to open each indicator to see your settings of parameters. The overall overview on one screen would be appreciated.

MT5 is awesome but I’d like to have alerts. MetaTrader 5 has helped me and so many others to create the type of life we want to live. For that, I’m very grateful. The thing is that I will go about my day and a trade I was looking at would pass by. I’m order to better my experience with this app, it would be appreciated if I could I could have the privilege of having that freedom throughout my day, with the assistance of alerts. These could be strictly horizontal or maybe even depending on certain changes with indicators.

New version faulty. I just got this new version less than 24hrs ago and it’s trash on my iPhone 12. It’s not showing my indicators on the secondary chart only if I turn my cell sideways then they show up. Using my tools on the main chart it’s acting up as if I want to move the entire screen, and then when I finally get a chance to fix my tools the app closes, when I open back up it doesn’t keeps the memory of what I just did😡. Can’t see all of the numbers anymore of where price is at (if it’s a 8 digit number now I can only see 5-6 digits even if I turn my cell sideways…. Before this new version I never had these issues and I love mt5 so please fix this asap!!!

works well only the color themes bother me. I've been using metatrader since it was version 3 and I really like the dark default theme it's easy on the eyes and it's very contrasty. With this version even though they have colors you can't really change the entire layout like in the desktop version or the iPhone version. I felt it's important to address this issue because trading at night on the iPad is a disaster. Update I wish the company could add feature like sorting out your live trades into categories. Short term, long term etc... Update. It would be nice to have percent change and amount of margin you’re holding. In $ value as you did with the desktop app

Real Life Progression. This is the real deal, patience is key!!! I’m starting a new chapter with this one. There is much to learn about investing. it is a great things to start on a demo at first and as you progress, and start to get a feel for it; sign up and make a live account it’s amazing you won’t be disappointed. Don’t forget patients is key and so is communication get involved with more people and get a feel for THE REAL DEAL🤞🏻

Great platform!. This is my 1st time using a Forex platform, and MT5 just runs so smooth. I love the fact that you can set Stop Losses and Take Profit Targets, that was a huge plus for me. Other then that it’s pretty simple. I’ve actually been trading in Demo for a couple of months now, so that’s a huge plus as well for beginners, letting you get some practice in and find a strategy that works with you. Also it helps familiarize yourself with the charts and how the whole Forex market works. There is a few things that bother me but not enough to switch to another platform. 1. I’ve been struggling to find a broker to use especially as a beginner. I wish MT5 could recommend one maybe or somehow help with finding one that suits your capabilities. 2. If you set a bunch of buys/sells the system seems to freeze up sometimes. I don’t know if that’s normal on the demo side but I could see how it would be a HUGE problem if you had a lot of money down and couldn’t get out or buy in on a trade. 3. I’m not sure if they provide all the markets I’ve tried to find some like some futures and stuff like that but no luck. Even some that are provided on the app are just there to look at I guess but it cant be traded. Other then that. I really like it, and I’ll be using it for a while.

Anthony Planadeball. Is a great app no problem with it and is easy I'm not going to say was a challenge but if you want to have a place to learn until you are ready to get on the real thing is here not too many platform give you a place money so you can really practice until again you are official prepared for the real is going to be losses like all in live win losses but here you get you eager what it work for you okay Thanks..

I would love to give this 5 stars but..... I have been using MetaTrader 4 for a while and was excited to see the new interface one MT5. I started using it and found out that I could not connect with my broker or most brokers for that matter; which I thought was kind of strange considering that MT4 has that ability. So overall, MT5 has a great idea, I love how you can quick trade right on the charts, so for that reason I just use this as a demo account, but I really wish I could use it with my actual broker with my real money. When that happens, I will gladly edit my review because MetaTrader is a great app!

BEGINNERS OPINION!!. I never write reviews, and I don’t trust anything digital or through my phone. I give this app 5 stars because of how easy it is to FIGURE OUT if you want to master it. I give it Five stars because although there are other apps for forex, I don’t see the need in trying another one when I simply wanted to just buy and sell for profit. I know if I try another app I’ll probably enjoy it just as much as this one, but the fact that I don’t care to try another app that delivers the full functionality of trading, props is given when it’s due.

MT5 and Spot Gold. I’ve been interested in leverage trading for awhile and MT5 was recommended by a friend. I signed up for a Demo account and started trading. With $100K initial stake I was able to increase my Demo account to over $600K in one month. At this point I opened a real account. I did my due diligence and texted back and forth with a customer service rep from MT5. I put a small amount in MT5 and moved it back and forth to my Coinbase account. Money moves within minutes. So far I am pleased with the platform. It’s quick and easy to use. Trade history keeps my records in an easy to view form. Hopefully my real money trades work out as well as my Demo account.

Ramila. Overall the best platform amongst many. One suggestion.. do place a button that allows to wipe off all the indicators and marks on the screen with one push and(!) this change to stay temporary (or customized) as very often need to see a clear chart for a sec with no indicators on for clarification of something but at the same time don’t want to loose all the indicators that had been placed . Kinda a button for indicators to be in invisible mode temporally ..

continue (a big problem). I think it is a very good app but the big problem for me is that you can not zoom in the charts in vertical direction. when u have a fibonacci retracement in prices and the predictions are above your chart u can not see your price targets. the developpers shoud add the abbility of vertical zomming in and another functions in future as soon as possible. I shoud say the ability of horizontal zooming in exist and I don't see any problem. another problem: when I am writing this note I am glad to say the above problems has been solved. thank you for your attendance. But another problem is you can not use logarithmic scale of graph in this app. it is very crucial problem. Solve and add it ability to the application please. thank you for such a good application. hi again, thank you for solving some problems, but because of absence of logarithmic scale ability in the charts, I can not give 5 star. you know in trading strategies it is very important to see your chart in log scale. it is one of the basic necessities. thanks for your attention

Makes it very easy to enter positions on the go!. I love how easy it makes to enter/exit positions on the go. The only reason I didn’t rate this 5 stars is that I think there could be some improvement for managing the list of instruments in the quotes window. I would like to have quite a few things on my watchlist, but the problem is that if something is on your watchlist already then it will no longer show up when you type it in the search bar.

Some dealers scams and taxes. Careful. There seems to be many dealers on MT5 that require you to pay capital gains taxes to withdrawal your money. Some even blatant enough to take your tax payment money and still not let you withdraw your balance. They just keep pocketing all the money you transfer into the MT5 account balance. Stay away from Indusgold Markets Limited. Indusgold Markets Limited is the dealer that stole my money and requires me to pay capital gains taxes to withdrawal my money. Keep in mind. If you are in the USA all capital gains taxes are to be paid by you personally to our government treasury department and IRS. Do not fall for this scam by this particular dealer.

4 stars instead of 5 you ask?. MT5 is great. Allows you to put in your TP and SL. Stop loss is most important thing as a trader. Managing your trade and getting out is key. 4 stars instead of 5 you ask? Sometimes during high volatility MT5 freezes. Not sure if this is FTMO or MT5. Can’t trade in mobile app or desktop. Be sure to always have redundancy and SL while trading because if the platform fails (all of them do) you want to mitigate your risk.

Great app!. I love this app. My only wish is it had a line chart in the Trade section like in MetaTrader 4 and when I Close a profit the app should have my trading price so that I don’t have to bounce back and forth before closing. Also the ruler in chart view should allow me to scroll up or down or back and forth. I have to close the ruler to get back to the chart and then enter my Take Profit.

New in trading. I am completely new in trading I found this app randomly searching but after I watched some videos about trading I saw many people to use mt4 or mt5 and tbh I understand why even me as a completely new in this kind of stuff understand things in your app it’s really easy to use and it’s actually easy to learn stuff on your app so thanks

It’s a different experience than the desktop version. There’s a lot that I like about this app but the one thing that is missing is being able to use points instead of prices for SL and TP levels before taking a trade. Desktop has that while I can’t do that in the app. Also switching accounts is a major inconvenience on the app, it doesn’t remember the other accounts credentials so I have to enter them every time when switching, that’s a real hassle.

Provide the ‘none’ option when choosing indicator color.. MetaTrader 5 is really seamless. Easy to use. I love it But I really want the option where you don’t get to set any color for a indicator and just choose none like the PC version. I’m tired of having to set the color of the indicator to my charts background color each time. Provide a option where you get to choose none when you don’t wanna set any color for a indicator properties just like you have for the PC version.

GREAT APP. This app is intuitive, portable and powerful. It provides an array of popular stochastic indicators and trading tools necessary to accommodate today's typical trader. It is adaptable to a range of platforms, i.e., PC's, smartphones and tablets that are available today. Charts can be viewed on a number of timeframes and can be customized to display information that facilitates trading a variety of styles. It interfaces with a number popular brokerage houses and can be used to trade crypto-currencies, ETFs, Forex and stocks. This is an outstanding app.

Disappearance of Analysis. 😡. I love this App but the major problem is after wasting time doing some Analysis then If you Close your App and reopen it , you won’t find the Analysis again. Which is so Annoying. Also if you can try Add Alert settings for IPads and also Text Tools if possible both Long and Short Tools also. I’m giving Mt5 a 10 star ⭐️ but I hope they fix this Glitches of Disappearance . Thanks 🙏

Forex killer trader. I like MT5 better than MT4 but I’m always Using MT4 since I started forex and then using MT4 because most Indicators are fit and stable to use In MT4 platform. MT5 Is the app that Is so easy when buy and sell and exit profit Is so easy hitting the closed button it shows the color when holding and you can keep holding until profits Is green but you have to know what your doing using It. I recommend using MT5 since it’s so easy to use. Some brokers don’t support MT5 because their just not ready for it yet but majority of the brokers are using MT5 and I recommend Using it if you are plan to use it. It all depends. But other than that, it’s a great App I love it.

The app is great but one thing. I have been using MT5 for a year now and I honestly enjoy using it on a daily basis, its simple and easily adjustable for your preference but one thing that needs improvement is the server. Sometimes It's delayed or unresponsive and im stuck waiting between a couple of seconds or a couple of minutes for it to return back online. Also Im confident it isnt my broker due to the fact I used MT5 demo account before going live with my broker and both problems occurred.

Issues. Having an issue with the chart window being very small with blank space on the right edge and bottom edge. Only experiencing this on the mobile iOS version seems as though there was a recent update. Have never had this problem before please advise Update: all is fixed thank you!

Great Mobile Alternative!. MetaTrader 5 for mobile platform is a decent addition to the official desktop platform. While the mobile edition can’t replace the desktop version, especially without the use of features like custom indicators or any scripts compiled in the MetaEditor, mobile MT5 can create and modify positions with ease and can track positions that were placed previously. Great app. I have been trading for quite sometimes and nothing beats metatrader app for phones it’s easy simple to use eye friendly and easy to set up a lot easier than the desktop app. Though now I can’t seem to be able to trade on my phone I can’t buy or sell anything at all. This happened when I changed from IPhone X to IphoneXS Max couldn’t find a way to contact support yet but I can’t seem to be able to press the top right button for trade (buy, sell options) to pop.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!!. Please do not proceed with this app they have fake brokers and make it looks good and let you win and win as long as you keep the investment coming you will have no access to the profits i have lost 5k in a few days and once's they knew I wasn’t going to invest anymore they wanted me to do the market and they are in control of the market when i was giving in they stole everything . Its was a great scan they make it easy for you to win 1000 in 5 min and when i was trying to pull my profit our to pay my self they have complete control over this account and wasnt letting the funds proceed

Scam Alert Grandva Capital LLC. App seems to be legit, but there are tons of scams linked to social network apps and meta trader. I was contacted by someone on what’s app saying that there was a new group with a “Professor Jonathan”running the show. Some of the group members said they knew him. When I contacted them none of them had proof. The picture on the profile did not match the person speaking. “Professor Jonathan” would come and post on the group chat and give “knowledge” and trade signals. BTCUSD is what was being bought and sold. Everyone who was posting was a fake. I only found 2 out of the 15 people that I messaged who were real people. I even found the name and address of the person link to the LLC. We’ll see what happens next.

Suits me better than 4!. Just started learning how to day trade. Downloaded this and MT4. While MT4 seemed easier to understand at first, by the end of the week I felt it was lacking when compared to other widely used platforms. Gave MT5 a try and haven’t looked back since. MT5 easily competes with the other more main stream platforms. I can almost trade exclusively on my phone. But then again I’m not too advanced yet.

Better Than MT4. Personally enjoy the updates on MT5 better than MT4. It makes adjusting trail and stops easier with a simple slide of the screen on the chart screen which is amazing. Also switching your Watchlist within the same chart is easier as well you don’t have to keep going back and fourth to the quote section to switch your chart. Overall more cleaner feel and look to MT5.

its metatrader. what else is there to say other than “hey it’s the famous Metatrader!” with a practical no nonsense interface, a full on package for coding and algorithmic trading, a full blown community that is integrated right into the app. everything a trader needs or is going to need, is in there. with its iOS release, it keeps the parts that are necessary for a good trading experience but let’s go of some of its details that comes with a desktop set. it brings everything you need to monitor your trades and positions, change or edit or close them. it’s light weight. and it’s not sacrificing important features to be that. you can still navigate, monitor and analyze stocks and quotes. in its mobile platform, Metatrader is still a full stack offering everything for a technical analysis. i just want to say, thank God for Metatrader!

Research the "pig butchering" scam FIRST if someone wants you to use this app. This is, no doubt, an excellent app. But it is being used by many fraudsters who want to steal everything from you. Ikebongo's review is correct. If someone else wants you to use this app, PLEASE research the "pig butchering" scheme before you get sucked in any further. If it involves a romantic friend who has an uncle with trading tips, abort!! And block that "friend". Otherwise, if (and only if) you are an experienced professional who knows what you're doing, enjoy the app!

Experienced Trader. i love metatrader 5 way better than MT4 . Although i do believe there can be wayyyy better improvements . i trade on 3 different devices with the same account. if my lines & everything else can crossplay on all my devices that would be the greatest update yet & save me a hassel! Also im sure im not the first to talk about notifications... & yes im aware you can get them but its a process noone really does 🤷🏾‍♂️ but its time we get on to that ! this is a very profitable app so i believe it should be as crispy as can be. thank you - a happy customer

Oracle369 review. This app is great, I love the simple easy to use format, I’ve had it for a while now in practice mode to see if it will work for me and I can’t enough. Use it to practice over and over and over till you enough confidence, big believer simplicity as god is simple. So yes I love this app. I wish though it would be easier to find a broker finding a broker is mission impossible and bring the minimum trade to 50$ instead 100$. Finding a broker is probably the hardest part.

I love both but MT5 just a little bit more. Yes, I miss the price action that is still visible when you’re about to trade in MT4. If they put that in MT5, it’s a wrap for 4 completely. MT5 is like MT4 and Trading View had a baby. I would suggest making sure your broker uses it and if they offer a demo account, use that account to familiarize yourself with it. If even to determine that you prefer MT4. Better to have your own experience and find out for yourself than listen to others.

Complaint. This team should work on how to fix this meta trader 5 price’s problem. most of the time it always frustrates and annoying to close orders. once you close an order to take a profit, the app will shows that it as send response to server, in d end your will lose profits because the price might have moved against you before the trade close. Mt4 is 100% more faster, nothing like this existed on Mt4. but i preferred mt5

Great App. I love the MT5 phone app so much better than MT4. It’s so much more modern and fluid. At first some aspects can be a bit confusing but when you learn them they’re actually very intuitive. The main reason I gave this review 4 stars and not 5 is because the server connection on MT5 mobile app is really horrible. It takes several seconds or more to refresh if you come back to the app from something else. Sometimes it takes so long I close the app and open it back up. Just a heads up, once they upgrade that connection this app with be 10/10 for sure!

Waaaay better then MT4. I like the improved UI/UX and I also like that it puts you near the price of the security. It’s very fast moving which I also like too. I also like that it highlights your position on the graph so you know how it’s doing. One thing I do want to complain about is that the price for BTC on MT5 and trading view is way off so it can be tricky placing trades but I’ve been profitable consistently thus far. I’m just waiting for more brokers to adopt MT5.

Notifications on IOS app. It will be very important to add a notification/alert OBJECT in the object list so that traders can also set notifications on a particular level of interest instead of placing buy/sell limit(Not really a fan). With a notification object added to the mobile app I can rate you five star and defend it anywhere at anytime. PLEASE this is a very important update to consider as soon as possible. Thank you

Beginner. Just starting to get into forex trading and without much training or even watching tutorials I find it pretty easy to use. I’ve been practicing on the demo account for past few days to get a little hands on experience before I open up my live account. So far I like this app but this is the first and only forex app I have used so far but majority of the info I’ve seen or read recommend MetaTrader. I’ll check in on some others once I’m comfortable but for now the demo account is awesome for learning and hands on experience purposes.

Bugs on chart preferences and Quotes tab. I can edit quotes tab to build custom pairs of portfolios, but if it count as switched, it is as if I have never added the pears to trade. It need to be re-edit it each time I switch accounts to trade. This is on iPad and iPhone and does not hold editing settings. This is important for my teaching color coding and organization for students. Hopefully this is fixed due to it taking time to reset all to match formatting of our trading day.

5 stars. Just started using MT5 , really is just a better/ fancier version of MT4 ! Really not that hard to learn once’s you just practice. MT5 is little more tech savvy . The only thing I miss is on mt4 the screen will turn completely turn red or blue depending on your position , more of personal opinion. I will go forward with mt5 for my trading , I think I will still use mt4 time to time .

A short review. I truthfully have no complaints. It’s a fairly simple interface that’s user friendly. For the developers and whoever else this could pertain to in the MT5 space.. if I was you, I’d take notice of your competitors and try to maintain pace with them. I think you guys have dominated the trading space forever and that can make it easy to rest on your laurels. I like you guys and want you to stay on top but as a consumer, here’s a friendly heads up that others are on your tail.

Great app. Latest revision just made it so clear. It could be improved further if we can see price action graph when placing order. It would help if we can see TP and SL in $ (or other currencies) MT5 came long way. More platforms I saw it is looking better and better!

Stop loss or take profit does not appear and 10sec to update chart. Stop loss and take profit does not appear in the history if trades closed manually. Please make it like MT4 which SL/TP level appeared when trades closed manually under the trade history. Also it takes good 10 seconds for MT5 to update charts from opening the app first unlike MT4 it immediately update the chart as soon as I open the app

Great... I'm so glad to use mt5, but wish you add the open session option to view on chart so I can always know which session I'm trading on.

Excellent trading app. Excellent new features allowing to add SL and TP on chart including bulk trades being closed. Another suggestion I would advise would be helpful from trader and tech perspective, would be to allow user to add risk percentage to trades according to account size for example risking Stoploss 1% per trade on x account size balance and add Takeprofit according percentage 2%-3% or more. The goal to be able to automatically risk % on account size when trading on mobile on PC it’s easier when you have a position size calculator indicator but not on mobile. I hope this update will help a lot of traders if update is implemented as it would help me and many others.

Good app and rarely crashes. One thing for a future improvement would be to have the total loss/profit based on the lot size displayed on the chart while your are moving the Draggable take profit/stop loss line so that you can see the risk/reward in money terms. Just like the computer based mt5 platform does.

User friendly. Exactly trading platform and very friendly to use.

Speed is great but lacks some functionality. The application is very fast and the interface is pretty intuitive. However I would like to see more indicators, oscillators and different candle types ie. Heiken ashi and renko as part of the package. Also the ability to set trailing stops in points and close or updating multiple positions at once.

Amazing. App is very easy to use, low and affordable fees. Small lot option size available as well. Quick and free money transfers. News section is very useful

Don’t use this app. MT5 does not verify there brokers at all, there are plenty of scammers who will hide behind MT5 just to look legit but for those without experience will not do research on the brokers themselves and fall into there trap. I’ve personally lost all of my life’s savings because of this mistake and there is no way of contacting MT5 customer support to chase up on the issue to force brokers to withdraw your money.

Works well. I can have as many indicators as I want and they stay on when I switch currencies. Very fiddly when I first started but I actually prefer it to the desktop version now. Obligatory, make sure your broker is legit, but MT5 is doing great.

Best app. I’m still Working the platform out but love what I’ve seen so far , if I’ve got anything to ask for I’d like it if you guys could make it easer to deposit & withdraw funds .

Good product. Some times program stuck and massage appears order send to the server and order create or end few seconds later. Other than that it is very user friendly and simple

Could definitely be better. It works fine, it just feels as clunky as the desktop version of this app. But I really want this feature: ability to see the dollar value I’m risking. Small things like this make worlds of difference.

Trade away. Very good app. Missing a trailing stop which is annoying when the app is not handy. Maybe spreads could be a little closer but really very good despite some very minor issues. Great way to feel a pair.

Commissions missing on open trades???. Doesn’t show commissions like MT4 on open trades, really annoying when trying to figure out profit margin when having to manually work out what commission is on bunch of trades as a daytrader. Why was it removed?? Desktop app the same. MT4 still seems superior.

Objects keep disappearing no way to contact support. love the simplicity of the app but objects keep disappearing and no solution or dev contact available, tired of doing analysis over and over again. Also a close all trades button could be useful on app especially for scalpers or fundamental traders

Wait.. no multiple charts feature?. Still one of the better apps and some improvements seen here but I’ve had to drop it and go back to MT4 because unbelievably they have removed the ability to view multiple charts. I don’t get it! I’m not confident they’re understanding how their users use the app well enough. Please bring back this feature. It’s a basic fundamental that set the ipad version apart from the iphone which isn’t as good because you can only view one chart at a time.

MetaTrader 5 Trading Station Mobile. After trading on a demo account with MetaTrader 5 Desktop Trading Station, I started testing a demo on the mobile version. I find it to be a very user-friendly and convenient platform. It offers almost everything I need for charting and technical analysis for trading. My next move will be to find a reputable broker who offers MetaTrader 5 Mobile for trading on a real account. 👏

Good. It is excellent app for trading but it shows the closed and open positions on the chart which sometimes doesn’t look nice!!

Great Application. The app is user friendly, easy to navigate and extremely quick for placing trades. It’s handy to monitor trades from your Expert Advisor when out and about and the greatest tool in this app is having the ability to send notifications from expert advisors directly to your phone.

Pretty darn good. App works great. I would LOVE to see a few extra options for trades, such as “trailing stop” and options for multiple take profit levels and stop loss, with a portion of position size (for example, “40% of my position is closed at this price and the remaining 60% is closed at that price”)

Just missing alerts. This is almost perfect but only thing lacking is alerts. That will make it perfect

SCAM ALERT!!!. Fraudsters are able to manipulate this application to make you believe that you are trading real money on their behalf but this is nothing more than a demo account made to look real with imaginary funds. They use this method to entice you into creating your own account which they get you to send money to them to help setup your own “real” trading account. But it’s all a lie. Everything you see is being controlled by whomever runs the trading server. Your so-called gains are completely imaginary. The money you have sent them, however, is not. As far as I’m concerned, this ability to control what appears to be real to the end-user opens the door wide for potential criminal behaviour. Shame on you Apple for allowing such a flawed application into your ecosystem. I trusted this app because I had assumed you had done your due diligence when checking the app for potential flaws. Because I put my trust you, Apple, I have lost a large portion my life savings. Due to your negligence I believe you are complicit in this criminal behaviour. I implore you to do the right thing and remove this app from the App Store entirely so others don’t have to experience the pain I am feeling right now.

Excellent performance. It’s awesome to trade with Meta Trader 5. While trading, App disappears momentarily in iPhone platform. so, I need to again click in the app screen to make App back on the screen in trading mode. This needs to be resolved. However, it is not a major problem for me to continue my trade.

The best platform I have used. MetaTrader 5 is a platform which has fast trade placements and can quickly place trades. My only complaint is that it is not possible to change the time to anytime zone I want

Good platform. Some feature adjustments required. In the history clicking on a particular trade it does not show the comment. Open trades do show the comment. Please fix so history shows comments also When changing accounts the chart from the previous account viewed is retained. It would be nice if you remembered which chart was open for a particular account

It good to see SL and Tp including price and pips. I shall be very thankful if you can add risk management service also like 1% risk as per equity or similar. Professional traders like this feature.

Feedback.. Allowing to see PnL somewhere on the chart in small print would be great, it allows the client to calculate and execute their trade immediately without switching back and forth between chart and trade or perform quick trade when spotting the opportunity.

Easy to use. As a new user ... it only took a little time to get comfortable with all the key features. Of course making money helps to be very positive about the App also :)

Great learning tool. MetaTrader5 has been an excellent way for me to get started with understanding of the Forex investment market. The option to trade with a demo account means I can practice and learn in the marketplace itself. I have not yet opened a real account but am working towards feeling confident I could be trading the Forex market.

Good with a but. I have only been using this app for a day or so. But I am very experienced both with other trading apps and with MetaTrader 4. So far I have been pleasantly surprised and just how competent it is on my iPad Air. At this point it does everything I want and it does it easily.

Meta Trader 5 Demo user. Exceptional and powerful software. Perhaps screen changes by swiping left or right on a Smart phone instead of menu clicks at bottom would reduce key strokes or simplify effort. The SELL button is too close to the M1, M5, M15, M30 button on a small screen for big nervous fingers. A “Battery level low” visual alert on smart phones more visible than normal might help avoid huge losses. The commission spread is not consistent and needs more visual warning as it can be frustrating.

Good but missing. It would be great if you can set alerts on the iPhone app, rather than having to do it on the computer only

Extremely handy. This app is a great partner for my desktop as I am away a lot and it keeps me in touch with my trades and it only takes a few seconds to do. I can stay logged in always and this saves most of my time. Basic trading maintenance is simple and accurate.

Great but would be better if…. Works well but two things would make it better: - an Apple Watch App - the ability to see current trade information on the same screen as the chart as you can do in the iPad app.

Unable to make any adjustments. Modifications to operations positions on my iPhone can be made quite well but I am not still sure if I can adjust trade sizes for open positions there. And I can’t make any modifications on open positions on my iPad. So, I really hope the feature will be included or the issue will be fixed quite soon.

Amazing. The app is very easy to get in and out of trade. Also the trade history helps to backtest and understand the trade which has been taken previously. Very good and effective app.

Fake broker scammers. Hi everyone please read it carefully and slowly because it’s very important for you to save your money and life, at first i meet with a girl on social media and her name is Janice she is from Singapore as she told me and she started force me to invest money on MetaTrader5 and she told me to join the broker name”” HeHuan”” which is totally fake and scammers please don’t join this broker. The only problem is you have to have a broker, you should be able to trade without a broken because you can not trust a broker as a lot of the brokers are run by scammers and you cannot get your money out. MT5 does not verify there brokers at all, there are plenty of scammers who will hide behind MT5 just to look legit but for those without experience will not do research on the brokers themselves and fall into there trap. I've personally lost all of my life's savings because of this mistake and there is no way of contacting MT5 customer support to chase up on the issue to force brokers to withdraw your money. Please please it’s my request to new customers that first search the broker in Google after that start using the app. I don’t want anyone else lose there money as I did, please make sure first then start trading

Great mostly. Both the phone app & computer app are pretty good. I’ve used a few different platforms now and this one is only lacking a couple features. (I’m only using demo mode so hopefully these features are in the live apps). 1. When placing an order, it doesn’t show you how much margin you’re using or total cost of order. Other apps do & I love that feature. 2. I can’t find trailing profit feature. And trailing stop is cumbersome to find & implement! It’s not available on the phone app at all. 3. The time zone is extremely confusing. I wish it were editable. 4. The Charts are just annoying! It’s really hard to analyse anything because on the laptop they keep jumping back, and in the phone you have to change time frames to see anything properly. Apart from these things, the apps are good.

Alert system missing. Its pretty good, the features and the chart layout but if they add one of most import feature which will is “alert system” it will beat all the other platforms

Not native to computer environment. While it is clear and useful to some extent, the application is just an adaptation of the iPad version, not utilizing any features of the MacOS capabilities, thus limiting functions and features that are available on the PC version, examples generating a history of your transactions, trailing stop, and others. This application is not for fun item and might be a decision maker to go to other OS

I think 4 was better. So I recently just began trading in demo and I love to be able to keep track of my progress. However with mt5 it has a lot of lagging and it also removes all history and positions. I am very upset about this because I simply cannot monitor my progress. It also delays when I am trying to close out a trade or even set a trade. Please fix the little bugs so I can continue to trade. I would hate for this to happen while I’m live.

One of the best. It works very well on my iPads with a few exceptions: currency pairs that I remove on the drop down periodically appear without warning resulting in me clearing out unused pairs again. It would be nice if I could change colors on the iPad version. Finally, I wish it was a little more user friendly when it comes to placing trades such as trailing stop capabilities and making shapes, etc.

Need options when deleting drawings. Hard to select a specific drawing when multiple are on the screen and end up deleting the wrong drawings. Need an option to choose what to delete.

Much Better Than 4. For the mobile platform MetaTrader is still sorely lacking with indicators. And, I still do not understand why there is no mechanism for installing specific indicators on the mobile platform. We get a very basic set of indicators, most of which were created 50 years ago, and, were not created for FX. It's pretty and I use when a broker and/or prop firm requires it, but I only use it for executing trades. I use a different platform for charting.

Great!!!. Very user friendly, and if you are looking for a more modern Meta Trader let go of MT4 and come to the light lol a really good app. The only thing I would suggest is for MT5 to allow custom indicators for mobile app and to allow the users to control the charts more like TradingView. But overall a lot better and nicer than MT4

Fix Ichimoku Kinko Hyo bug. When you modify the chart, at least by changing trade history being on or off you lose the function on the chart to see the 26 candle projection of kumo. So you can’t see kumo, just tried deleting and re installing the app to see if that would fix the issue

Add a feature where you can adjust tp and sl for any pair all at once say i have 2 buy positions on nas100 and i want to change the stoploss on both positions at the same time instead of changing them bought separately. It’s time to get a full featured MetaTrader. The app works mainly well. It’s missing some simple but important features. The on-chart pending order , dragging order around setting tp/sl being the most obvious ones. I think it’s time to include coding , back testing... in the iOS version. The iPad has gone pro along time ago , it’s time developers make their app pro too. Until then this app is just nice , working with the desktop version is a lot easier.

MetaTrader. This app is absolutely wonderful. Haven’t had any glitches or mishaps since I started using it. Easily able to transfer money from brokerage account, and it takes little to no time to transfer. Definitely have already recommended it to friends. Excited

The Best Trading App. This app is easy to use , it looks good, you can customize the colors . And when the app messes up and glitches they are quick to fix the problem. Last but not least they continue to update the app and create better features . Highly recommended.

Please enable trade export option. UPDATE (2/8/22) - guys what happened to Crypto? It just disappeared from the list of trading options? Also app is very glitchy. Lot size entries don’t display. Latest update needs another update! Original review: The app overall is very easy to use and it's pretty much everything I need to make trades - however I would like the ability to export out my daily trade activity, with options for selecting date ranges (day, week, month) ... Export to CSV.

5star. The only thing I have a problem, but I wish you had an easier way of uploading it after it freezes or you have an update to apply to it. I struggle with it every time and worried I’ll be too late and loading it if I miss one of the markets

Great app. Love MetaTrader 5 is great fast it has a couple functions that I like that metatrader 4 doesn’t have but metatrader 4 also has it but you have to tilt the screen to for widescreen to get the buy sell function on the actual chart screen and with metatrader5 it has it for both ways in standard screen and widescreen but I use both for trading accounts there both good

When it’s up and running. It’s great when the app is up and running. Evidently there is an upgrade in process which has hindered trading now for 5 days straight. Very limited information has been provided in regards to when the app should be finished updating.

Better than MT4. I have an iPhone and MT4 would freeze on the Chart screen all the time, completely locking up my phone for 5-60 min. I lost money due to that so I’m very grateful that those issues have been fixed. The added features also make it better

Best way to trade. Incredible how well I can trade from my phone. I almost prefer it to a computer for its flexibility. At the very least I can monitor trades in real time but I use it for so much more. This app is so Valuable to me I would gladly pay thousands of dollars for it and it would make but for it to be free is life changing

Closing. The app is great, the charts are pretty accurate when comparing it to trading view on my laptop. The only issue I’ve had with it so far is closing out a trade, in meta 4 it would tell you how much you are losing or profiting when closing. Now In 5 it just says what the price is at instead of saying how much you are making or losing... VERY annoying. Please switch it back...

MT5. Overall easy to use and Seamless when it comes to trading currency pairs. However the demo seems to be more accurate then the live when it comes to crypto. There is a delay in price action and sometimes you are not able to execute trades in a high volatility environment. Overall a great platform and a improvement to its previous MT4.

Great but missing a few features. The app is snappy, clean and has a great community. I feel it’s missing features that the desktop version has such as Bulk order management (to close operations in bulk) and 1 thing that’s also needed is the estimated win/loss based on Take Profit and Stop Loss. For some, this last part isn’t important but for others it’s a feature that will help their strategy and planning.

Huge improvement over mt4. I was reluctant to try mt5 because I heard there was so many glitching stories. But I’ve been using it for about 6 months and have had 0 issues with it. Great platform it isn’t perfect but much better than mt4 especially the graphics resolution and the ability to move your sl and tp easier

My favorite platform to trade on. I love MetaTrader 5 because of its simplicity, the platform is easy to understand in comparison to others and whenever you have any issues they are quick to resolve it and they’re very informative and keep you updated. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would, I love it.

MT5. I’ve been using MT5 since the beginning of this year, it was easy to use since I switched over from MT4! I like the different features it has & the most recent upgrade has been really cool to use very user friendly! Beware of scam brokers on this platform. I was scammed ($25,000) by a company called Wansen Capital Limited. They look legitimate. They display on the MT5 platform. I have a trade history, account balance. But when I tried to withdraw, the withdrawal was never processed. The company blocked my communications. They claim they are NFA licensed but that is a lie. The MFA is taking action on Wansen. Wansen is MT4 and MT5 licensed. If MT5 is a secure trading platform, how do bogus brokers gain access. I don’t believe any of my trades were legitimate. Personally I think the Apple App Store should remove MT5 until they secure their software.

Just Missing One Thing. MT5 is a great platform, but there’s just one feature that I’d really like to see: push notifications when trades are executed. It has a notifications feature, but it only works when my laptop is on running the platform as well, which seems to defeat the purpose. Otherwise, I love it!

Excellent. This app MT5 is so much better than MT4 and it gets you into the trade without delay. The functionality is very smooth! Update: July 2022 I just discovered that after you put in your stop loss, you can go back to the chart and tap on the SL line and it will allow you to physically move/adjust it.

They got the money. We are using this trading for months and making money but after 6 months they got our money and won't give it to us. I was very disappointed that we cannot leave our money in the stocks for months or else it will be forfeited.

It's nice but missing one thing...mt4 has it. All the features are amazing. The way they allow you to enter off the chart is my favorite. I just reaaaaaally wish they'd allow us to take multiple positions on the same pair without removing the previous one. I hate that. Sooo much. And because of that I still prefer mt4. It's only missing that one thing

To be Honest. I personally love how I can set my tp and Al easily plus there’s more trade options for different types of market strategies than in mt4 though mt5 could use a few features that would make it way better in my opinion like a play back tool, alarms and reminders, etc.

It’s good enough.. Of course these MT4 platforms have just enough to trade. We all wish they could allow a little more in terms of indicators and analysis but MT5 steps it up a bit with brighter colors and a tag arrow that shows where you enter a trade. This has to be the best feature so far as it allows me to better analyze my mistakes and get better entries. Overall a good app that allows you to trade on the go.

Great trading app!. This app at my current age of 16 has allowed me to open a demo account and learn how to make consistent profits with the in depth charts and indicators. I recommend it to all and will definitely be using it when it’s my time to go live! I’m excited for the future and cannot wait to share my knowledge.

Great!. I like the instant execution buttons, its makes placing a trade a lot easier than clicking the trade button like on mt4. One thing tho that would make the app hella better in my opinion which is based off of ascetics which is being able to change the background color of the charts to whatever color u want and not just black or white... it helps with a traders psychology 👌🏾

Ok platform. I draw trendlines and when I log back in sometimes they are not where I drew them and I have to start that process over after I have to delete the trendlines. It takes time away from trading. It is annoying. I can not change multiple charts at one time, so if you have 3 charts open you have to drag the currency pair to each one. That is annoying also. I wish their platform was more like Oanda's web platform.

Great app, hoping for new feature. This app truly is the successor of MetaTrader 4. It’s better in almost every aspect. For the one click trading though, I wish that a feature would be added where I could preset a stop loss and take profit at a moments notice. That would truly be one click trading.

Awesome App for Trader on the Go!. I’ve used MetaTrader 4 for years on my laptop. I decided to try this on my iPhone. Just to see what it’s like . Although I primarily use my laptop for charting ,Everything’s on here as far as indicators. And the charting is easy. I can enter a trade and leave out the house. I love being able to whip out my phone and check my trades or jump in a trade if I see an entry opportunity.

Alerts(?). Needs much more predictive alerts of movements positive (or declining) expectations! There are simply too many predictive opportunities to not use proper tools to anticipate reasonable activities within the various sectors (and Markets) to fail to allow for more reasonable, more sufficient opportunities between across and between the finically viable rewarding possibilities…to be handicapped by, and because of greed!

Improve drawing tools and chat view. It’s good, but it’s too hard make the technical análisis because the tools are not too friendly, it’s too basic. If you improve that are like TradingView, MetaTrader it could be awesome., at least for me. In another hand I’ve realized, there is a little space to work on the right side. It’s better if you can move the chart freely.

Great improvements. I used mt4 for years and had to use a line remember the them we and switch to a different screen with MT5 you can adjust from on the charts makes adjusting your stop loss simple and more like the desktop version. It also seems to loads a lot faster.

Great platform. I love the versatility of this platform. I use the desktop version and switch to the app when I’m on the go. I like the trade history as it’s clear to read and look back at my past trades. Trade history in other platforms is broken down by buy and sell orders separated and is hard to read. I highly recommend this platform to beginners and processionals alike.

MT5 is an open ended platform that is Fake Brokers can program.. MT5 is an excellent platform however anyone can program into MT5 and this is where you get scammers those fake brokers. MT5 doesn’t give you security with legitimate brokers. You must find a licensed and regulated broker who uses MT5 at there brokerage office and setup an account with that broker. Always ask for there broker license and who is their regulation office per the government. MT5 doesn’t NOT have customer service or a phone number to call if they do you got a scammer acting like customer service for the fake broker.

I know I’m still losing money but I love it and I know that one day I’ll start gaining profit I just need to hustle to get some money to start again but it would be so great if you can help me cuz I have family to take care of when I start trading again I will never relent till I become rich

Fun and beneficial. I’m sure this app has greater purposes other than something to stall the time while at work. But gosh it’s so much fun to use this app, it’s so clean and easy to use. Most of the terminology is easily found or self explanatory enough to catch on fairly quickly. 5stars cause I couldn’t do it and it makes me come back.

Stops working every two weeks. The app is OK OK when it is working but it freezes and stops working about once a week. So you will have to delete the app, download and reinstall it all over. CAUTION: The algorithm is set so that Buy / Sell prices would go opposite the profit direction. That is, your Sell order will push the price direction to go higher (to keep you from making a profit) and for a Buy order, the A.I. algorithm pushes the price to go in the downward direction, against the direction of profit.

SCAMMER APP. Please don’t fall for this scam, I was scammed out of $4000. Someone you may meet in a chat platform turns you on to this investing app, sounds great, they pretend to teach you and the investment return looks great. After each trade, the account is deactivated. You need to add more funds to trade again, you keep adding to the account. When you try to cash out, they claim your account is abnormal and says you need to deposit $3000 usd to activate your account then all the funds will be refunded. Why would anyone have to add more money so their principle investment can be refunded. Total scam!

Beginner’s trial run. I’ve used this app twice now. Initially, I did not do well but I was completely lost. After gaining some basic understanding, I did very well the 2nd time around. I’m not saying I’m ready to get my own finances involved just yet, but I think I’m getting close. This app is easy to use and it works!

PLEASE GIVE US A FEATURE TO LOCK OUR MT5 APP USING FACE ID. Hi, thanks for the updates you have given us over the years but I would love to point out one crucial issue that we would like to have our MetaTrader app be locked in case some people got access to our phone. Just like what you did for the MetaTrader 4 we would very much appreciate this improvement and features. THANK YOU METATRADER TEAMS;

Partials. I like it real good app but they should add a feature that allows you to set partials to automatically take partial profits. Sometimes we can’t close manually for whatever reason such as work and having automatic partial positions close by themselves would make it much easier for a lot of people.

Russian, but not made in a Rush. The greatest Forex trading app on market now. Which isn’t saying much, but at least I don’t want to use a succulent as a suppository using this. Use it alongside Trading View and be careful with mobile trading. Not as bad as college for your psychology and wallet, but it’s up there. It’s not always necessary to make a mobile trade, but when I do, I use this app.
