Failure for app yo open. I downloaded this app on work and personal phone. Paid for both to no avail. App will not open. I’m using IPhone. 13. Very disappointed. I would like a full refund . The lady thing I need in an emergency is a app designed to assist with critical crises doesn’t work .

Does not work with IOS 8. Stopped working with IOS 8. Don't purchase unless there is an update

Printer. The program does not have print capabilties. If the program have the abilty to print the created document, I would give it a higher rating. The creator of this program should have known the the Federal Government does everything on paper, especially documents.

Like the other reviewers, wish it worked. Worked the first couple days then freezes and does nothing, and tight when I needed I might add! Great descriptions, from what I remember. Would definitely like a note pad and all the pertinent forms needed to at least work from. 14 duckets? Quite expensive for something that doesn't work. They need to open an IMC for their app and get their guys working on fixing it.

PFD captain. Very informative app, the convenience of having it ready at anytime makes it a very indispensable app.

Emergency Manager. Good app, but costly. Also the app would be worth the price if you could fill in the forms or email them to a computer.

Needs updating. This is a great resource and app. But no one is using iPhone 4 or 5’s anymore please update the app for modern resolutions and iPad support

Not worth the cost.. I was hoping this had some useful tools for when on deployment. It's a basic reference guide about what people do. That's it. When I'm working, I don't need a description of my job, I need forms and checklists to DO the job. For the cost, I figured this would have that stuff. It doesn't. Waste of money for me. Update October 6, 2015: App doesn't work. Starts up but does not respond. Totally worthless now. iOS 9.0.2

5+ Years Without an Update???!. Seriously. Very disappointed that the developers haven't updated this app. No longer useable with the current iOS version. Unsatisfactory given the high cost of the app.

Keeps Freezing. I don't know what it is, but since I purchased this app it has not worked properly. No matter if I shut it off, or reinstall it, it still won't work. I hope they come up with a fix for this with print capabilities and form access.

Great tool. Handy NIMS tool. Easy access to checklists and position descriptions. I like the sample org charts.

Safety Officer. Very helpful for volunteers that are not constantly exercising the knowledge of NIMS. The editable checklists are an excellent aid "under fire".

Still beta?. 6 years to update and fix bugs ? Stay away. Junk!!! Update: iOS says it slows down my iPhone and will not be supported in the next version. Lots of the graphics do not support resize, many to small to read.

Want to like it, but.... Paper works better and is faster. This app does not allow for printing or use in landscape mode. There is no native iPad version. Good try, but not ready for prime time in either the ICP or EOC. Nice as a casual reference during downtime.

Wow. Great app. taking a wide area search class and the info is very good. I am involved with a K-9 team as a handler and this will be very easy to use. I can't wait to share with the group.

Great App But Non Responsive. I think this is a fantastic app. Has a lot of detailed information when it works. The problem that I have is that when I go to launch the app it doesn't respond. I have to delete it and re-install it. Would be great to have this fixed because I am looking for an alternative app. Hopefully this can be corrected.

Fantastic. This a a great app especially for anyone at the ICS 300 or ICS 400 level. The tools are great and the list of forms and responsibilities is very detailed and easy to read. The only problem I have is that it is a "deep" app and some things are more difficult to find than others. (you have to dig a little.) However overall if you know the ICS structure it is a great resource.

Not worth $14. This app is definitely not worth $14. It has no glossary or acronym look up, no form information of any kind (ICS is very form heavy), no job aids that would help you in your section. It also does not reflect the new Intel section chief position or subdivisions. Save your $14 until this app is updated or the price drops down below $5.

HELP. Worked really good except not able to printout and use or handout to those working in command structure. IOS 8 it does nothing but FREEZE UP. PLEASE HELP, great tool with fix for IOS 8 and print capability!!!

$15 for this dinosaur of an app?!. The app has great information but the developers need to get their heads out of the sand and give it an update. It frequently freezes to the point I have to uninstall and reinstall it. Also the app hasn't been updated to support the new iPhones with larger screens. I paid $15 for an app that is worthless every time I need it most. Update this crap please.

Nice improvement. Nice Improvement. May suggest customizable features such as custom checklists. Also it would be great to full out iCS forms on the iPad.
