Travel time function disappeared. It disappeared and non of the help desk had a clue how to fix, ordinary app, ordinary company, shame it’s the default for Australian property

App Well Done. One of the better real estate apps around and it keeps getting better. One thing hat is missing is the ability to sync bookmark between the different setup. Am I missing this this step somewhere?

Keeps freezing. Very annoying. It keeps freezing.

This version is a Rolls Royce of house hunting. Get it!. This app now just works. It works the way you'd expect it to, it now uses simpler zooming, it returns the right results for the right area, and you can simply set your price range and property types and it does its job. Not sure about the moaners and groaners, but the latest version looks slick and puts all your tools where you expect them to be. This is so much better than the website, it's not funny. Go ahead - try it.

Add Studio label!. Too many times property hunters find it difficult sorting through studios and 1-bedroom units because there's no label for studio and so agents just label them 1-bedroom. It's misleading and a huge pain when you're specifically looking for a unit type but search function throw in mixed results.

App Crashes. With the latest update the app crashes and won’t open...

love it. great app, easy to use

Needs a keywords function. The app is alright; however, it doesn't have a keyword function like it's competitors.

Superb app. Really helpfull app.. It has been very helpfull for me

Not as good as it was. Sadly, I have slowed down using this app... the data they used to give was great (sales graphs, market performance etc). They have since removed it, and the information given now is not as great... hopefully it will come back one day

User friendly platform. I really like how easy it is to search for a property, find an agent, and get thorough information about said property. The only thing that is slightly annoying/frustrating is having to re-enter your password if you go into another app and come back or close the app and come back after a period of time. Can't it just keep you logged in? Unless of course, you logout on your own. Even Touch ID would be a plus. Just a suggestion. Overall, it's a great app. Thanks to the developers!

Slow and poor interface. This iPad app is slow to provide data and does not react well to the touch interface. I will touch a button and nothing happens for quite some time. The search box is poorly designed and not easy to use. Also, the search options are weird - if I am looking for a one bedroom property, it forces me to search for 2 and 3 bedrooms as well. This app needs a complete design. Not recommended.

good. good

Broken search and properties. It's a fairly nice app with some usable aspects. For me, the key feature of an app like this is to be able to search for specific properties that your interested in. Unfortunately this is completely broken. Searching for houses near me within a price range returns some houses, along with units, properties for sale 50k more than my search criteria, and even properties in other States. Some of this seems to be the app's problem and some the fact that properties are miss-categorised. So disappointing.

Bad update. The app crashes after the last update.

Videos play automatically (updated). Videos play automatically when swiping through the picture. So irritating. The developer fixed this within days-great work!

Excellent app. Easier than the full web version. Highly recommended. Works fast, easy to use and refine. Nice job. Only one small quibble: the map can not go into satellite mode This is the most complete real estate website for Australian home listings. It is all you need except for FSBOs.

Akwal Maywin. This app is extremely helpful.

Possible leak!. I suspect this app has a memory leak. I’ve been using it fairly frequently over the past two weeks and on at least three occasions the app will crash, the screen goes black with a loading indicator, and then my phone prompts me for my passcode. A cursory search indicates this could be an individual app issue or a bug with iOS. I’m using a 7 Plus running iOS 11.0.1. I’ll update today and will report back if that resolves the issue. Also if you can do something to force listings to provide a square area of all properties that would be great.

Crashes in 2 seconds. They updated the app and now it crashes without even opening .. Never seen a worse app intone App Store.

They are so good people.. Since I used from Iphone3. I naver say or write a review about good or best. Even Does good apps. They know whats important thing for user. I can every version improved... Thanks guys.

Amazing app.. Thanks for constant updtaess

لغة عربية. اذا ممكن جعل البرنامج عدة لغات ومن ضمنها العربية

Easy-to-use, very informative app!. I've used this app to check out some houses on the market. The app has a great interface and is easy to navigate.

Doesnt allow map area search like domain. Frustrating as it limits your area search.

Useful. Useful app

Lack of syncing. If you just sync your bookmarks between the web page and this app it would be perfect.

Excellent app!. Beats the alternatives hands down.

Oops.... I didn't realize it was only for Australia!

Too many annoyances. Just use the Domain app; it’s much better.

Great App for Rentals!. I haven't used the app for buying since we're only needing a rental, but the features, search capabilities and filters on the results are stellar! It's been a huge help towards finding our next home.

Superb app. Great app, superb to use and shows great potential. Highly recommend

Missing key functionality. Compared to the Redfin app in the US, this app is missing key functionality which makes searching for a house a tedious / impossible process. To the Product / Engineering teams, here are features to consider adding: - Year house was built - How many days a property has been on the market - Sales history - Filter by new listings / how many days a house has been on the market - Show when you’ve already viewed a house in Map view (eg. Grey out houses you’ve already seen) - Dashboard to track the status of your favorites (eg. When a house goes from for sale > under contract) - For favorites, when a house sells, notification for how much the house ends up selling for Overall, look at the Redfin app for inspiration!

App freezes on iPads. This app frequently freezes on iPad mini first gen as well as iPad air. It crashes as well. Very frustrating. It has been doing this for months now and the app developers do not fix the problem! It does however work well on iPhone but comn man ....

Can’t filter out properties without prices!. So it seems the interface does not allow one to filter out auctions and other properties without a price, so what’s the use of a real estate app that shows you a bunch of properties you’re not interested in? Not much to me, it seems.

If you want Australian properties, this is the one. Looks comprehensive vs other iPhone apps. Really nice UI, and feels like an iPhone app. Really cool treatment for photos (and lots of photos).

Good app, but. The website returns more results for the same area with the same criteria. In other words, for some reason, the app is excluding results.

Massive battery drain. Decimated my battery. Browsed a few listings for a couple of mins after dinner. Woke up to a totally dead phone. Bring up settings after charging up and this app was the culprit taking 20% overnight while on the background. Trash. What is this? Facebook??

Where’s your map?. Fix the UX or add the feature.

Beautiful app.. Absolutely love the look and feel of this app. Great use of space and color on the UI. This is a five star app if you include a way to 'favorite' properties. Very nicely done, very easy to use.

Useless. App doesn't work. Can't find anything in my current area. Doesn't even recognize the area I'm looking to buy in, even though it's clearly on the map in the app. This is garbage. Deleting now.

Useless app. This is a terrible app!

Amazing app. Excellent app to use.. easy to find places and works smooth

always exit. always exit

Doesn’t serve Rochester NY. This app and their website does not recognize Rochester, NY 14617. I’ll be using Zillow to find my home there.

Not compliant with Privacy Act or Anti-Spam legislation. When I have submitted a request for pricing or other information for a specific property, via the app, I then receive sales newsletters, etc from agents. I have not authorised the agents to add me to their mailing lists, this is misuse of my data, this is illegal.

Great app. Amazing app for home search down under

UseLess for iPad. When I try to save a listing it wants me to log in endlessly but not actually logging me in. I love this app on my android phone but it is completely useless on my early model iPad.

Inaccurate due to False Data. If you do a search for Houses Appartments will also come up even if you haven’t selected Appartments. I’m not sure if this is the App’s fault or a failure on the part of the App by letting them falsify data when uploading properties. The App also *really* needs a feature that allows users to tag/mark a proprty as, “yep, seen it and I’m moving on, don’t show me this again in search results”.

Not working. Horrible App

Improve the app please. Take as example Domain app. Just based on that, there are some important improvements you could do: when looking for apartments on the map, allow previewing the photos instead of having to open the property profile to see the photos, that wastes time. Turn the dots grey when you have tapped on them, no necessity to open each property profile. Allow sharing favorites list to make it collaborative. Save previous grey dots, I don’t want to keep looking at the same properties I already saw. Request square meters, that is one of the most important aspects to be consider by a renter/buyer.

App crashing with latest app update. Oct 17 updated review Thank you for responding I look forward to using the real estate app again as i enjoy and use it frequently. Prev review. I have iphone5 with ios 10.3.2 version. Most recent update on oct 15 in ios app store australia is crashing constantly. I cannot even get the first screen i hope all users are affected and not just my iphone5. Tried app developers connection but it only leads to search facility on REA. Can developers advise what is the possible problem?

Get your property estimates right !!!. I have requested several times to correct my property estimate to reflect my average median price estimate in my local area comparable to my property and nothing has been done about it. This undervalues my property by an estimate of 200k relating to actual sales in my street, the house next door and the house across the road which has sold previously. It is pretty poor that your management came back with the price estimates are based on a logarithm and not actual comparable sales where properties sold in my street and to also say that my property price will be adjusted in due course as the sold properties take time to take effect on your website. Sales estimates based on logarithms. ?? What a joke, Your website lack integrity !!! Please remove my property from your website as I do not want it listed . Thank you John

Annoying. Filters are virtually ineffective. Shows too many suburbs, prices, types I AM NOT interested in. This despite using filters to make specific choices - eg search “3+brm house”, but get shown ‘1brm units’! So just clutters search results. And doesn’t let me edit my Saved Search list! So I keep getting notifications of properties I am no linger interested in. And doesn’t let me say No to some nearby suburbs if I want to do a quick search of the region, eg I want to see all available near the city, but am given properties not chosen - even though i used the “exclude surrounding suburbs” filter. Annoying!

Fantastic, smooth. The developers did an amazing job! I really like the app <3 The experience is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I especially praise the simplicity of the view, - The left scroll panel and map view allowing for and encouraging easy multitasking. - Excellent map view and functionality. Love the map view! It works very well. - Love the thoughtful ability to quickly scroll through a listings photos without having to leave the map view/open a full page. - small detail, but I really appreciate the ability to specify the exact no. of bedrooms for filtered search! - Surprised that the app also offers guides and useful relevant information which also gets the job done with simplicity and straight forward design. Dark view option <3

Property Details. Best app to look at properties. However, Real Estate agents should not be allowed to list properties without complete property details. That is, Council and Strata Details and Rental Potential are a must have. Most important out of the 3 are the Strata Details!! They force you to contact them to make enquires. It is clear that information is left out deliberately as sometimes it can be found on their website. Sometimes. Please make it compulsory that agents include all details!!

Accidental filter reset. Excellent app, but...I keep resetting my filters by accidentally navigating back home. This happens often when I’m swiping through the map feature—there are times when I unintentionally swipe right while my finger is partly beneath the map, which is apparently the gesture to navigate back to the home screen and reset filters. Am I being lazy holding my phone with one hand and in one position? Maybe. But I’ve already set my filters, started my search, and unlikely to want to navigate back home; everything I need at this point is in reach of my thumb. I wish there was a little more friction involved when leaving this screen as the result of leaving is apparently quite disruptive to my activity. I think the existing “Back” button on the top left corner would suffice.

Extremely limited functionality. Using the app is so incredibly annoying, because these people in their wisdom have decided to deliberately withhold so many features that are only available on the website. Basically every single time I want to use the Real Estate app, I end up on my computer. Is this really your intention? Do you really want to keep annoying your customers? Why can’t I look at overall suburb prices and price history and demographics within the app? Why do you make me get up off the lounge and turn on my computer? Also why do I not have the ability to change or edit my email alerts? It is only possible to delete them entirely or add new ones. Why not have a simple edit button? You people are supposed to have the best software engineers in Australia. I’m not seeing any evidence of that. All I’m seeing is that every time I open your app, I end up extremely annoyed. I should be able to do every single thing that I am able to do on the website.

Good, but needs improvement. I'm on house hunting mode and sharing my list of houses with my wife is a nightmare as we both have different properties on it. Can we create a shared list? It would be also great to organise the list by inspection time as this is how we usually know what comes first. At last, when we open a list and expand the map, we can only see pins, but have no idea which property is that. Would be good to have an indication there. It's a very stressful period and anything we can do to save time or frustration is great.

More filters would be great. As a buyer, it would be great to have more filters to allow me to setup a very specific search. This could include things like being able to specify an area on a map (rather than a whole suburb), house orientation, keywords (e.g. permaculture, views), accessibility etc. the current filters are too broad, which results in having to trawl through results that aren’t suitable. As a seller, having direct access to metrics would be great. The real estate agents are clueless. Allow the owner to modify a listing that an agent has created. It can go to the agent for approval if necessary.

Filter is poor. Constant use with this app has been nothing bu incredibly frustrating. They change agents a feee to amend the add so in order to save themselves a $$ they don’t update adds resulting in hours of wasted time due to places being under offer / contract but not being advertised as such due to costs relating to changing the add. The filter also doesn’t work properly. Not only does it show houses above that which you have set as a max price but (and significantly above) but it also continues to ignore preferences when it comes to not showing new build houses and other such specifics. As a result, house hunting with this app is incredibly frustrating and disheartening.

Let Down by Inaccurate Listings. The App has recovered from previous bugs, but mostly, this App is let down by the Real Estate Agents that make the listings. If you create a filter to only see Houses for rent in a specific suburb, your list will be littered with townhouses and appartments. Either their filters don’t work, or the App allows Real Estate Agents to enter listings with inaccurate classifications. Maybe if the App let us flag incorrect listings so that the Agents would be pestered into correcting their listings then it would work better. But for now, Apartments are listed as “Houses”, properties that have dishwashers won’t come up in the search because the Agent didn’t tick that checkbox. One check box the app really needs: “has a yard”. But again, that checkbox will only work if the agents use it. 😫🤦🏻‍♀️😤 But a good App/website design will influence user behaviour and encourage agents to make sure their listing is accurate so that they can get the tenants they’re looking for faster. Which this App seems to lack. Great idea, let down by poor implementation and/or human laziness.

Excellent real estate agents. Helpful, professional and trustworthy. Recently bought a property in South Bunbury. Greg and Tim were very helpful. Greg as the principle agent went far above what I expected. Incredibly helpful and provided very good advice. His after sales support made an important positive difference helping to sort out the various local services needed to maximise the value of this purchase. I definitely recommend Summit south west and especially Greg with thanks especially for his communication skills. Thank you.

Home Seeker. The application makes life so much better & easier but the problem is that, responsibilities should extend out to the realty who lease the property on behalf of the owners who rent them out to future tenants to provide information on behalf of the government about capacity requirement in regards to affordability to be accepted as a requirement to live in the property itself so that people in urgent need to find a home to start a life without being inflicted by the costs of not having your own residency at greater the cost rather than enabling them to concentrate on living, this should all be stated so that people can focus on the rent limits putting everyone at the ease rather than running around in circles at the start of they’re journey and at the beginning of a new life.

It is not like price is important.... Seems I reviewed this a few years ago, no improvement since then. So it is a bad app and not getting better… This app is useless This app is useless because it does not show the asking price for a property. Please block words from the price field. “Expressions of interest” “all offers presented” “call for details” “set date sale” “offers” “contact agent” None of these things belong in the price field, and allowing them makes the app useless. Possibly the worst thing is that there must be a price guide field, to allow the search by price range feature to work, this value must not be hidden.

Useful but please add two features. Critical app for people searching for a home, but missing two important features - developers, please add!: 1. The app says you can mark a property so it no longer appears in search results. But the functionality is missing from where it says it should be, and I can’t find it anywhere else. Makes it much slower to use. 2. Please add a new feature to remember and be able to view a list of recently viewed properties, like the last 20ish. Include off market properties as well (as our agent often tells us of properties just before they come on market). Other than that, search and house display functionality works great.

Disappointed with results. The app doesn't do well for highly specific searches, e.g. if searching for a property that allows pets or with an immovable budget. Almost every alert delivers results that are over budget, 'pets not allowed' or even nothing about pets in the description. Where results have nothing about pets in the description, contacting the advertiser frequently results in a response of 'no pets allowed'. It wastes everyone's time. It would be better to force advertisers to be clear about whether pets are allowed and what kind, e.g. cat only, small dog only, etc. It would also be good to have a toggle on the filters to allow budget to either be flexible for the right property or immovable.

House values still incorrect, but otherwise a good app. Another reviewer mentioned this a year ago. The current property values are not accurate and also the app does not accurately reflect the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and garages for particular properties. It seemed more accurate 1-2 years ago. Are you sourcing your historical data from somewhere else which might be outdated? Perhaps a means to report inaccurate information might be the way to go too. I think you used to have this facility. Please fix this up or people will look elsewhere for more up to date and accurate information.

Great app - improvements possible. I’ve been using this app to search for a new house for the last few months. I love the new features which show if you have enquires about a property, and that the properties you have viewed are grey on the map view. I do find that the map view tends not to show all of the properties that are available in the area - it seems quite buggy. You can click “search this location” a few times in the same area and it will display a different number of property dots each time. It would be great if there was provision to take notes on a property... I have enquired about a lot of properties that have body corporate fees which aren’t listed on the property description- it would be so helpful to be able to record that against each property. And finally ... can there please be a separate selection for “duplex” ? There are so many duplexes that are shown when the filter is set to ‘property type - house’ and it’s frustrating when there are duplex-semi detached properties displayed amongst all the houses. Thanks for a great app!

Poor update. I enjoy that you can see your notes while scrolling in search. I dislike that I can’t see those notes the same way in my saved properties. I liked being able to see just my saved properties inspections in a list so I could choose easily which houses I would be able to see that day. Now I have to search through all the houses in my search list. It doesn’t list them in times and so I have to select them all and then sort them again in my inspections list. It’s now way harder to see what houses are available with inspections.

Pretty good but could be better organised. This app is good but it’d be great if it could help u keep organised with -which properties you had viewed and what you thought (a rating system only u can see). Sometimes you view so many that it gets confusing. - a link to the realestate agents site to BOOK a viewing not just Enquiries about one. Most agents want you to still book even when a time has been set. It would be much easier if you could do that from the app. - a tick symbol or a note of some sort to mark that you have contacted the agent already. Sometimes you save properties but don’t have time to contact the agent. - a system where you could import the viewing time into your calendar.

LOVE IT! but please adjust. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT😍😍😍 BEST HOUSE SEARCHING APPLICATION THAT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN YEARS SO EASY AND SMOOTH LOVE IT! LOVE IT!! LOVE IT!!! I was wondering... before I got the app I used the website but when I got the app I noticed that I didn’t have access to the extra filters the website has, I got the app because I thought it would work better but every time I want to use the extra filters I need to use the website instead. I don’t know if it’s me or something in settings but either way could you please find a way that I would be able to use this extra filters please. Kind Regards. Neia Bee P.S. great app keep on the work😁😁😁

Pretty good app. It’s basically a good app but doesn’t return the correct search results. Eg selecting a maximum price limit often returns results of properties way above that limit. Also, the selected suburb/s should be listed ahead of any from surrounding areas. A filter to exclude properties that don’t have a price or even a price range listed would be great. I refuse to even look at these and agents would need to be more up front if they knew their listings were being excluded. Information on public transport would be helpful.

Fairly Functional, however, can have improvements. This is a great app if you want to get a feel of what properties are like in price across a few suburbs, then to see visually what they’re are like for quality and space. The down fall is there is minimal information that you can take on about a property unless it was dot pointed or can be seen in an image. The agents could make more notes or direct viewers to their website to show more information.

Fine, could be better. A little clunky in map view, every time you zoom in the map it resets he search zone. It also only loads a certain number of properties so you’re not seeing all available properties. Needs better filters, to filter things OUT rather than In I.e student housing and furnished apartments (can filter for furnished but not filter unfurnished). Also, how in the age of Tinder can you not ‘swipe left’ on properties you’ve viewed but are not interested in? I waste a lot of time looking at the same properties I’ve already dismissed. It needs a thumbs up, thumbs down, maybe function.

Great app, but filled with share-houses. I’ve been using this app for a couple years now, and it’s always been a great app - and an incredible aid to finding a home! Although the biggest issue is that it’s absolutely FILLED with share-houses with no way to filter them out. It makes it almost impossible sometimes to get a reasonable idea of what’s around. Honestly I’d love to see an option to filter IN OR OUT the share-houses, it would help those looking to share a house, and those individuals or couples looking to have a space to themselves.

Good but could be a lot better. I use this daily as I’m watching the market carefully, to buy. I can’t search for properties with a pool unless I use the keyword ‘pool’. That brings up ads with ‘room for a pool’. So annoying, and a friend today said they could tick a box for listings with pools. Turns out they’re on the website, so I now will use that instead of the app, still on my smartphone. I also can’t filter out retirement complexes, or serviced apartments. In the area I’m looking, this is a large proportion of irrelevant properties. Finally, I hate to have to set the sort order every time. It is set to ‘most relevant’, which means nothing to me. At least choose either lowest price or newest to market, something at least useful.

Please fix these two things and it would be great!. The thing that really irks me about this app is you will be happily searching houses and as soon as you leave the app for any reason (a phone call, check a message, whatever) it will completely reset and you have to start your search again from the start. I’m ok if it times out after a while, but you might leave it for 3 seconds (sometimes accidentally!) and have to start again! First world problem I know but if you could fix this that would be awesome. Also, the option to filter out retirement villages. And student accommodation. There are limited audiences for these properties, please let the rest of us filter them out.

Review. Love the app! Use it everyday. Would also be great to be able to have button where you mark the house as yes/maybe/no/not suitable etc. maybe a flash light system in the corner. Or if too complex can just have a no/nor suitable button and can grey out the photo or have an X in the corner or something. I like the keep my filters wide open, but would be great to be able to identify which ones I know aren’t for me when scrolling through the list. Thank you :)

Features to Add. Hello, I would really like to see the following additions to the app which would improve the user experience. I didn’t see an online website to submit ideas so thought I would do so here. I wouldn’t be too surprised if you have these in your backlog 😏 - When adding a location as part of the Travel Time feature, it would be good to pick up locations here by the name of the place, not having to grab the actual address. With the location search here, this should be an easy solve with the right API. - When viewing properties on the Map - if I’m looking in an area that I’m unfamiliar with, I find trouble location the closest station. Something Google Maps has added in, is a filter to turn on to show the metro lines which is amazing and would love to keep this on in the map view.

Update your app!!. Parking spaces listed as 1 bedroom 1 bathroom houses, student only accomodation, and rooms for rent within share houses are all listed in the same section as actual properties. This is frustrating and deceiving. Please make separate categories for them to be listed as or review the properties listed for deceptive information. Parking spaces should not be listed as houses and neither should rooms (even if the rooms are within a house, they need their own category as they are not an entire house) and student accommodation is only available for students so they should be in their own section too. This app could be really good if it wasn’t full of overpriced share homes and parking spaces.

Frustrating new update feature!. Have been using this app for quite some time! It’s been fantastic in terms of simplicity and functionality! There is one new function, however, that really frustrates me and seems to have appeared since a recent app update (or in one of the many updates) and that is when you skip over the video of the house that appears in some of the advertisements, regardless of whether you want it to or not, it plays. When you slide back to the video, it stops! But when you proceed to look at the photos again, it starts playing again! In a world where advertising is constantly being shoved down our throats, can we please just have a little bit of control and be the ones to decide whether we watch the little video or not!

Don’t update. This new update is rubbish. For some reason my account was forced to Sign out. Then when I tried to sign in it came up with a gateway error. So I reluctantly deleted the app and re-downloaded it, losing all my saved lists, which were many and complex. So I began trying to re-establish my lists but the new app has some big glitches which prevent you from adding a second suburb to a search, so now it is a 2 dimensional search engine where u are forced to just search one suburb at a time. Adds a huge amount of time to the search time required to search a broad area. I am absolutely bleeding that I did this update. Time to start using domain. I run iphone 11.

State wide search please. Great app, easy to use and straightforward. The only two things that are lacking in my opinion is the inability to do a statewide (or nationwide) search - this is possible on the website and would be wonderful in the app. The second thing is the ability to draw a search zone. I am able to search in a particular area by zooming, but it would be much more convenient if i could draw a shape and ‘lasso’ all properties within that area.

Nice app, but…. 1. I can’t send you feedback on iOS without the Apple Mail app (which is why I’m writing this here). 2. You bury the Vic ‘Agent price guide’ / ‘Statement of Information’ at the bottom of listings - just above ‘Nearby schools’. This is the most important info on the listing, should appear at the top (see where it is on Domain app). I’ve been looking for houses in Vic for weeks, and only just noticed you actually have this info! 3. I’m finding that price guide updates and custom map search make Domain far better to use as a buyer. 🤷‍♂️ I like your app, but I feel like you care a lot less about things that matter to people looking to buy.

Recent searches please. I use this app all the time. However, I don’t think the people who develop it ever use it. It should have recent searches saved under the search bar. Also, when I zoom right in on a listing via map view I may push the back button to go back to the main map view to see all the listings, but it takes me completely out of the search and back to the start of the app. Developers, please use the app after you design it, you have a massive market share but simple the lack of thinking here you might as well call Domain, shout them lunch and then hand over the keys. Because they are way ahead.

Great house hunting tool. This app is a great house hunting tool. My partner and I have been using this app for over a year now. Having found our current rental we are living in now. We are now using it again to find our new place. The app is simple and easy to use. Notifications are timely. And the interface is user friendly. I love how it shows you the properties you’ve viewed and enquired about. This means I don’t send multiple enquires to the same listing. Listings tend to all blend into each other after a while! Also really love the short list option, allowing you compile a list of all your favourite properties into the one place. It’s also very easy to search regions and suburbs adjusting your parameters as you go. You can have multiple searches on the go all at once which makes the hunt a little more easier and a little leas stressful. Overall love the app and have found it to be a powerful tool when hunting for houses.

Good app, needs to seperate itself from government manipulation.. Great app, only negative is price guide on your own home and other areas seems to alter not based on recent sales but whatever agenda the government is pushing. Recent sales seem to be missing and manipulated to try and keep suburbs values lower than current recent sales, and actually market value? Please keep separate to the governments agendas and provide accurate information and all the information not cherry-picked information.

Noxy. So far this is a good app keeps me up-to-date with properties in my area could have a few more filters in it to help me look for exactly what I want but the filters that are there in place now get me pretty close the only problem is the updates on each property I’m not kept up to date with anything could be fixed that would be the main one I would like to have fixed other than that great site to find a rental although I have not found the perfect one for us yet but I’m sure we will private rentals could be added to the app as I have not seen any private rentals on this app at all overall Pinyan 3 1/2 to 4 stars on keeping me up-to-date with what he’s around to suit me and my family

Why bother you never listen. Bathrooms range like bedroom range needed. Individual inspection time to be displayed above each individual listing as this would make it far easier when driving around on Saturdays. Map search doesn’t allow the ability to filter out Exclude Under Contract properties like the list search. List search auto defaults to Most Relevant but defaulting to Newest to Oldest would be much more sensible as most people who are looking fir a property are constantly checking regularly. Hope Domain is reading this and takes all these comments on board so we can use Domain more and become less reliant on this monopolist overpriced pour functioning site that doesn’t listen to their users!

Will be nice. Love it just should update more information on properties that are sold before action date and more options or notice for customers missed out on same properties that were sold before action date will be nice if realestate can notify if possible people can buy before action if offer are accepted just any sort of update on property so no one gets disappointed waiting on action day then days before see it been sold thanks

Good but could be better. This is a great app to search for either a place to buy or rent. You can save your various searches. Currently I use it to monitor properties for my son and his wife and a unit for my daughter. The shortcomings that I see are that: - - Once you save a search say it is looking for a 2 bed, 1 bath, 1 park unit to $900k but you want to increase it to $950k you do not appear to be able to update your current search, you need to save it as a new one. - It may have been my fault but I lost one of my searches and had to set it up again.

Developers please focus on functionality over ads!!!. In the last couple of months there are ads all over the app. Given that a seller is charged $1500-$2500 to list for 2 months, I feel the use of ads lowers the quality of the product. The app already has reduced functionality compared to the actual site and now I keep accidentally clicking on ads for McDonalds burgers when I’m trying to buy a house.l!!! You are generating millions in revenue, can you please mimic the functionality of the site into the app? The app’s functionality hasn’t improved in years despite numerous updates! Please show similar app integrity to Domain. When I’m looking to buy a million dollar house, I am not interested in a Big Mac!!!

Good app. Been using this app to look for rental properties and has never failed us. A good app to begin with. Hopefully the developer can have a “hide” buttons for the property that we are not into so that we see lesser houses. And also allow us to search by address or road name if the list gets long when we want to search that particular property. Easier to manage our search that way. Removed property should be archived and also allow us to see it again when we want to refer what and how does that property looks like. Other than that, it’s perfect. Love the 1form that comes along with it for application of the property and we can keep safely all our documents there. Hoping more Australia and NZ property agencies would allow people to use 1form to apply electronically. Go green guys. Save the trees! :)

Better than Domain. This is a more useful app than the Domain one which gives too many irrelevant notifications but there are many things that could be improved. The biggest one would be the ability to dismiss certain results. If a house is in the suburb that I am interested in but not what I am after I would like to be able to dismiss it so it stops coming up. At present the only options are note or share. And what is the significance of the map features? There’s no key. I understand star means my favourites but why are some pins red and others grey? As for the suggested feature... you should be able to train it by saying which suggestions you are absolutely not interested in. It’s currently useless because it gives only irrelevant results.

Suggestions. Love the app! I would love the following improvements: 1. Ability to share a collection and collaborate into one list with your housemates/spouse/whoever 2. Ability to set a location (i.e. your workplace, or the centre of a city) and set a radius so that only properties appear within that distance from that location e.g 10,15 km. If you use the map to search an area you get a long rectangle due to your phone screen (more north and south rather than a square or circular zone. 3. Ability to veto or hide particular suburbs or particular properties so that when you zoom or change search area on the map they don’t keep coming up 4. Having the filter field of ‘backyard’ similar to that of number of bedrooms/bathrooms so you can automatically hide ones that only have balconies or vice versa Thank you!!

Works well some extra features would help. App functionally works well, however it would be better if you could filter out "retirement" property types. There are a few suburbs around where I am that have a lot of retirement units and they always come up in searches, I wouldn't think anyone would be searching for both at the same time so the ability to separately search for either these types of properties or exclude them would optimise the usage for both types of people looking for a property. Always having to update to property sorting type for every search is also a bit annoying, I'm sure most people will sort by price, or at least allow us to set a default search type so we don't have to constantly update it if changing a suburb would make the app ideal.

Too much clutter. Love the app, very helpful. I do however have a problem searching for property prices when agents put their mobile number in the price, or additional information such as “JUST LISTED” or “AUCTION” (which should be in its own category) It makes it extremely difficult to filter houses based on price. This appears to be a loophole marketing trick for agents to attract attention. but not helpful for consumers and that’s the whole point of this app. It would be ideal if the form was changed to a dollar amount only, restricting agents from entering other info other than a price. Thanks.

Extremely useful app but please consider suggestions!. I’ve been using this app a lot and find it very useful. I love the ability to add notes to properties and to get notifications when things change on my selected properties! A couple of things that would make this a great app is - if ‘apartment’ was a separate property type instead of apartment/unit, so I could spend more time on the specific type of property I am looking for. - if I could also grey out properties that I have already seen and decided against. This would also help a lot of time spent on this app.

Clunky, buggy & not designed primarily for renters. Considering what a widely used platform it is, and how much capital they surely have to develop the app, it is remarkable how poor in usability it is from a renter’s perspective. For example, it’s not designed for phone models with the notch. That issue usually only afflicts amateur apps. Another example: The keyboard orients itself sideways even when screen locked in vertical position. Rookie error. I guess I won’t be doing the renter profile. Poor usability design example: Okay, let’s see what inspections are tomorrow. Oh - it includes all the properties I’ve hidden? Why?That’s a huge amount! Now how about just the ones favourited… nope, can’t do that either. How about looking at the map? Oh… it includes all the properties I’ve hidden? Really? I’m really not interested in those properties. And why do I have to scroll through tiny icons of those when looking at search results? It slows down the search. In contrast, on the web interface, when a property is hidden, it IS hidden - on the map, inspections, search. On browsers you can also order searches by inspections first. But not on the app. Another example: It’s also really really hard to find where your saved searches are. This should be extremely easy, & there’s no good reason for this. I suspect they don’t really care about the renters’ user experience. We’re not paying them directly.

Badges?. Why does the filter on my search keep receiving red badge notifications without any obvious way to remove them?
