Pushes me over depression hump.. I have had treatment resistant depression for over 14 years and have tried countless meds, treatments, and therapies. When I open my eyes when I first awaken, some days I am overwhelmed with depression and so disappointed to be starting my day in such a painful state. Before I even get out of bed, I listen to this app and it boosts me on top of it so I can start my day. I still take my meds, but I am thankful to say that this app works on the days that they fall short. It has improved the quality of my life and has given me days that would otherwise have been lost to depression. Hope it helps others as it has me.

Wonderful!. I cannot express the degree of pleasure I have gotten from this one terrific app. I got Glenn's free app (Relax, Sleep Well) and was so amazed with how effective it was that I bought this one. Good until.... This app will not work with the recent iOS5 update for iPads. I would recommend saving your money until this issue has been resolved. The content was very good while it worked. It appears that many apps through this developer are having similar issues. Changing my rating to 5 stars with the latest app update correcting the issues with iOS5. Great content I would recommend to anyone. My appreciation to the Glenn Harrold web site for providing a free MP3 version while the issue was being resolved.

THE best hypnosis app out there!!. You will NOT be disappointed if you download this app. I have purchased at least a dozen different apps in an attempt to get rid of my depression, anxiety, sadness and never ending negative thinking-all to no avail. But I must tell you in one short week I am finally coming out of the depression and have not had any anxiety in two days! YEAH ME! Glen Harrold is Amazing. I have never reached such a deep state of hypnosis and relaxation before now. I am certain I am now well on my to the fulfilling and happy life I have been searching for, for over twenty long years. Helps me "be happy". I suffer from depression and anxiety and I've tried nearly every hypnosis app in the App Store to no avail. I came across this one day and it sounded perfect for me. So I got it and I love it! Glenn's voice is so soothing and his words are so positive. I feel so refreshed and optimistic after I listen! I'm very happy with my purchase!

It works!. I haven't used this app for the suggested 30 days but I do use it when I'm feeling depressed and it really does make me feel better. It even helps me sleep at night.

Hi I want to add more of his apps but need help ?. I used this app for this first time today and really enjoyed the session. However, do I need to have a subscription to continue the use? Glen Harrold has another app that I am interested in and it contains several selections on different topics all in one. I read the reviews on it and some talk about having to have a subscription. When you see a plus next to the price, does that mean you have to purchase a subscription? I am new at buying apps. I would like to add some of his other apps but need clarification on the question of subscriptions first. Thanks ahead of time for any help you can give me.

When it's time, it's time. This is an excellent ap. the production value is high. The guy is legit and, bonus, his voice is even pleasing to the ear. If you're really in a place where you're not just looking to be happy but you're ready to take some action to make it happen then this will work well for you. You need to be ready though. I'm very pleased and I use this often as it works to override my innate/default negativity and turn my days around when I'm down.

Doesn’t work in iOS 8. I used this for about a month in iOS 7 and it was excellent, and inspirational… but be warned that it crashes on start in iOS 8. Don’t pick this up now; wait until they fix the bug…. and then snatch it up, because it’s well designed, well voiced, and a quality product.
