The best. Why pay $6 for a photo strip you’ll just take a picture to post to your Instagram??

Limited. I am someone who never pays for apps. I bought this app for an upcoming Halloween party where I set up a diy “photo booth” with props and a backdrop. Unfortunately, based on the limited options in the app I wasted my money and won’t be using this app for the party. I wanted to be able to turn my device in order to get a layout profile for the photo strips so that I could fit 2-3 people in a shot and still be close enough to read the words on my props. With this app you can’t do that really. There is no setting for layout so when you manually turn your device to the side it’ll take the photo strip but then it shows up in the viewer upside down which means guests would have to flip the device every time to see if they like it or not. Since each photo is so small on the strip it also doesn’t make for high quality photos because if you edit the photos later on (crop etc.) you can’t blow them up without distorting them (say if you like one photo from a strip). I do like that you can share right from the app and I like the photo strip idea but for a paid app I should be able to select layout. Frankly the app admin responses to similar concerns are really snobby sounding and inflexible. I get that you want it to be “traditional” but listen to your customers and what they need.

Love the app. Would love it better if the resolution wasn’t so small!. Beef up the rez, please

Best. Best Photobooth app for $0.99 .. worth the price. Just buy it and you’ll agree. There’s another $40 app for more ‘Pro’ use. Have fun

You get what you pay for. Over all, the app does what it says. I used it on my iPad setup on a tripod. But people kept changing the settings and changing things, so I didn’t get many great pics. It would be nice to add a few more dime store features to make it usable for people that don’t want all the bells and whistles. Or the extra cost.

Does not print. My printer definitely works cause I used another app to print from and print directly from my phone to my air printer. For some reason I could not get my printer to print any of the strips because the app says the photo is 4x6 paper (which it is in the printer) and it will not print. I used my phone to print and set the paper to 4x6 and the picture came out beautifully. Am I missing something here?? Overall if t doesn’t work whatever just Taking a loss on $1.

Old Days. Some of my best memories were captured this way. Love it

Great app but crashes on AirPrint to ios15. I have used this app for about 10 events for work and air print worked flawlessly. After the update to iOS 15 AirPrint auto print crashes the app

So Much Nostalgia!. For the price point, it’s a decent app. It definitely brings back memories of when they still had vintage photo booths. I’d love to see an option for different backdrops because it’ll give an authentic feel; maybe add a curtain like the ones in the booths and that would be included with the purchase and those who already paid for the app. Fancier backdrops for extra $. There’s also an error when trying to save the photo to my phone.

Fun but not perfect. Great for some fun shots but not perfect. You have to go into the settings to change the style, it’s not something quick. You can’t change the background. The the big that makes me saddest though is the print feature. I have a little 4x6 printer but it can’t do 2 strips on one. It would be nice if it could put on a duplicate copy so it wouldn’t waste so much . Worth .99? Yeah it’s fun.

Best photobooth app. I’ve tried them all - this one is the most authentic to the nostalgia of the old booth.

Great, nostalgic app. I’ve had this small app since it first appeared in 2011? I’ve lost track exactly, but around that time. I don’t use it often but it finds its niche in a special way. I have to admit. I had thought this was one of those few apps that just ‘mysteriously’ still worked and would one day break on an iOS update. Glad to see the recent update.

Almost Awesome. This is one of the few apps that will create the retro photo booth-style strips. If you pay $5 more, you can even arrange 2 or 3 strips to be printed on a page. But that’s where the trouble starts. Their AirPrint doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t even try to find printers. Interestingly, you can click ‘more’ and one of the share options is ‘print’ - and that works fine. But you can only print one strip per page that way. So don’t waste $5 and plan on a lot of manual sending to the printer. And don’t expect a any customer support. It doesn’t exist.

Still works!. I have had this app for ages on my phone, but just installed it on my ipad pro & am happy to find that it works just as great! Maybe even better!

Fun photos. So much fun when friends gather. It’s the old days all over again!

Love this app!. The picture are always crisp and clear. Really love using this app to take pictures.

Could be perfect. First issue: on my Zink Happy printer it prints a full foot of paper ($$$) for every shoot even if it's only 5" worth of photos. Second question / issue: can I add a note or tag somewhere? Eg. "Erics party 2019" I paid for the party pack or whatever is called, but I won't be able to use it if these features aren't fixed. Will happily give 5 stars if i can get that. On the plus side, it's a nice simple interface, I love the antique looking pictures and the black rounded frame. I also love that it can be set to automatically print, a must for my use.

Want to ADD photos. I’d like to add my own photos from my collection to create strips with already existing pictures, as well as take new ones.

Great app! Just missing countdown feature. I bought the app along with the party mode option and have been playing with it before we take it live for out wedding. I'm thrilled to have a viable option to diy our own booth versus renting one for hundreds! It's printed flawlessly and I love how it's customizable. The one thing missing is an on screen countdown to let you know when the picture is about to take. Is there an option to show it that I'm just missing? If not, could you add that feature in?

Fun and Engaging. One of the most logically laid out photo apps out there. I enjoy this software because It works. It’s easy to learn and start taking some supercool Looking photos.

Love it except for one thing.... I’d say the one feature that I find is missing is an actual countdown- the green/red light is really hard to see, and my friends who aren’t used to looking for it have a difficult time with knowing that it’s there and how many photos are being taken. It could be a feature that can be switched on and off, but would be great to have. Otherwise, I really love the app and the features it has. Really fun for parties!

Outstanding app. I’ve owned this for years and I’m always tickled when I use the app. This software magnificently captures the fun and nostalgia of the old photo booth. Love it!

So cool!. I grew up with photo booth pictures! This app is fun to use in the classroom with my students to show their different expressions. A great learning tool! Have had this app for years! Love it!

Photo Booth. -can't rotate screen for wide shots. -can't edit anything, can't add text, can't add personal backgrounds or borders. -would be great to be able to enable and disable buttons. People don't need to have access to the device and they can start pushing buttons and browse.

Canceling is impossible without access to account t. Why on earth isn’t there an area to access account so one can cancel?!?!? Unless I am missing something on app … access to account is impossible!

Pocketbooth. Pocketbooth is horrible because it’s toooooo fast for the taking pictures 😡 and it’s just stupid trust me pocketbooth is a HORRIBLE game. Trust me you will not want to buy pocketbooth it’s a waist of your time. Trust Me.

I really like the app. It would be nice if the party mode printing allowed you to change the default print to 2 copies of each strip instead of just one. Really no other complaints. I’ve been using it for years

Scam don't buy. If you want to use the effects you need to pay extra, this isn't a dollar game it's a $20 dollar game, that is just as bad as their free version. You are better off just using the iPhone camera, it's better quality, solid camera effects and they don't have to be awkward small pictured strips.

Pretty cool. Pretty cool if you just want a strip and print. but can’t add custom logo/text to strip for party info for a keepsake ... which is why you’d have a Photobooth in a lot of occasions. Other than that, it’s easy to use, great printing/sharing features!!!

Cool app. This is a great app for the price. The only thing that would make it 5 stars in my opinion is an audible timer or a countdown on the screen so you can tell when it’s going to take the picture.

Remote trigger. Just purchased the Event Mode mainly for the remote trigger - but find that my remote trigger only works the first couple of times and then stops. Btw trigger works without any issues with the camera directly.

Fun for a Party. I love this easy to use app! Our Christmas party was so much more fun with the photos we took from Pocketbooth!

Fine for price. Good basic app. Wish the photo screen was bigger so you can see yourself better when you take the picture. Had to have my iPad positioned fairly close to the backdrop so I didn’t end up getting a lot of my backdrop in it :/ Also wish you could print 2 strips on one 4x6. There’s enough space but it won’t allow for it.

This App is Awesome!. For small gatherings and just taking photos spontaneously is awesome! It would be nice if we can add art or logo to the output when the pictures are being sent to print or shared.

Cool app, wished it did more. I bought this app thinking it would allow me to import photos from my camera roll. ( as most apps allow you to. It does not allow that .

So fun!. I have used this app at tons of parties and events. Everyone loves it. Very easy to use. I just turn on guided access and leave my iPad on a stand for people to play with.

Still love and using it a decade later. This was one of the first few apps I purchased when I got my first iPhone ten years ago. It’s niche, but hugely fun any time I’m with the people I love most. This app’s mechanics are true to the story of classic booth pics, and honestly creates the best wall papers. I only wish the images were higher resolution. I’ve tried to print some and found that the images were too small for an oversized print. (Please make h-res images an option.) Thanks for the fun and helping me capture memories.

60th Birthday. I wasn’t sure guests would use it. But what a BLAST everyone had and now I can make the Birthday girl an album. Great App#1

Old photo booth better. The old simple photobooth app was Better, faster simpler access to free filters. Going into settings each time is silly Meh

Party Event. So I paid to download this app for an 8 year old little girl. It was a hit and we the adults had more fun with it! I rate it a 4 because the app could be upgraded for the new millennium add stickers, perhaps different sizes of photos. But I like the app and I will use it again it works and was a nice touch for our Event!

4x6 print. It gives the options for a 4x6 print but when the strips print it’s bigger than anticipated and doesn’t fit and needs multiple pages to print

PARTY APP-WHAT DID I PAY FOR? Front Facing camera doesn't work. I am trying to use this app for my daughters 13th bday., and there is no option for a front facing camera to see if they fit in the screen. I've tried everything and looked in settings, but still couldn't find a way to make it work. So. I thought maybe I needed to buy the $4.99 party pack to allow that feature, but nope...paid for it, and literally there are no noticeable differences. Why did I just spend that money for no extra features?!?

Classic Photobooth Pics. Love the kitschy interface, but I especially love how great the photos (especially black and white) turn out!

It’s a good start.... I’m using this app for a bachelorette party and it seems to work fine. My biggest complaint is the TINY screen frame. It’s on iPad, why can’t it be much bigger to incorporate more into the scene? It’d be much better if it had that option!

Won’t print. I purchased this app in 2012. I loved it for the experience. I never intended to print them. However, I recently purchased the event package so i could print as we we’re taking the pics. When I pull up the setting to choose a printer, nothing happens. you can click on every other option for printing except for “choose a printer”. I want my money back for the event package at the very least. It’s frustrating that you offer that as an option but the feature doesn’t in fact work.

Amazing. Saved me in a serious pinch when another app seriously failed. It's fun and very easy to use. The basic app has fun components built in.

Mixed bag. 4 hours into a trial with this app, and to this point it is very much a mixed bag with most features working as advertised, but cannot MMS to a mobile number. Can email photo strips just fine but cannot MMS. With virtually zero online instruction other than a few FAQ, it is trial and error. Grateful that Tim has responded but regret a lack of progress getting this resolved. Have reviewed iPad settings and not seeing anything amiss. I worked in tech support many years and appreciate the frustrations on both ends when things do not work as advertised. Update: our goal is for attendees to be able to send images to their mobile devices using a mobile number. Tech support has just given a well-detailed explanation of why the iOS is working against our goal, so it seems clear that this is an iOS issue and not an issue with the app. My suggestion is that the developers give more info on the front end to create realistic expectations and avoid frustration, but otherwise I do appreciate the effort.

It's the best at its task!. As a photobooth app, Pocketbooth is the finest available. It's a niche app, to be sure, but it does the best job of it that I've ever seen. Pocketbooth has the options, the filters, the exports and the general style to make using it a delight, and a frequent one, at that. It's a great party app, to use at gatherings and meetings. I've also used it in my classroom as a "depict a short story in four frames" activity. One could do the same with "live action" comics, invitations, congratulatory messages, get well messages, etc. The applications are endless and the ease of posting/sending one's results are smooth and varied. Plus, I like supporting this developer. He/she has style and humor. The updates are frequent and delivered with a friendly wit that I really enjoy. I want to see this developer try his/her hand at the next thing. I'd buy it again in a flash!

Fabulous. I downloaded this as a whim and WOW! It is easy, fun and simple to use! I showed some colleagues today and everyone laffs at the pics we take! V cool!

It's one of the best spur of the moment apps. I don't know where people are having this trouble but I've had it on both droid and iPhone, no complaints or crashes whatsoever. Was exactly what I expected and more, takes photos and has decent filters and now with more available. Easily one of the best and reliable apps on the AppStore.

So simple, so good. I don’t often feel the urge to write a review for an app but this is an app I have had in my phone for years and it never lets me down. It’s simple to use, easy to customise and always seem to get great photos. If I want to print the photo strips it is super easy to organise but can also save them yo camera roll if preferred. This app has never missed a beat and it’s one I use very regularly. 100% recommended Thank you developers :)

Both cameras usable. You get to choose the back or front camera! App has soul, the devs have put effort into recreating the booth.

Great, but needs a landscape mode. This app is really good for a DIY photo booth. Im planning to use it for my birthday next week. However it really needs a landscape mode. Because of the tripod mount I have for my ipad, it needs to sit horizontally. Plus I think this makes it easier to fit more people into the photos. But when the photos are displayed on screen, they show up upside down no matter which way the ipad is flipped. Otherwise a really well made and easy to use app.

Great app - easy to use. Good app. Two things would make a great app even better - happy to pay for plug in if required - would be 1) to be able to add customised text around the border eg "Happy Birthday, Nick!" and 2) ability to print two strips on a single sheet (seems a waste with one strip down the middle of a sheet).

Pretty cool but.... I am wanting to have a photo booth app for our wedding and I don't want people changing all the settings so would be good to have the option of having a password to change the settings. Also for those guests who aren't great with computers, we want very easy to use. The icons to swap between the photo taking mode and the viewing mode should be bigger and more easily identified. I hope these things could be addressed in future versions. I think it would be awesome then!

Just purchased. Just purchased the app for I phone and the air print keeps logging me out - can’t print as it logs out and after taking photos it says error!!! Just purchased the event mode and still hasn’t helped!!! Not impressed at all ....

App works fine. Just wanted to clarify that the other reviewer is not smart. It is an option to order prints. You can save the photo strip taken to your camera roll, the option is right there after you take them. Remember most people on the internet are dumb.

Brilliant Photo Booth app. This app is so good, I almost can’t believe how good it is. Long obsessed with vintage analog Photo Booth strips, this app is designed for people like me. It’s easy to use, and functions well, with features like being able to set the amount of time between shots. The care that has gone into the graphics of this app is impressive. The elegance of the “strip” coming out of the “booth slot” at the end, is a lovely touch. The black and white is dense and high contrast and truly looks like vintage analog printed strips, with you being able to choose details like black or white rounded borders. Personally I hope this app is around for a loooong time.

Purchases did not transfer. Had to upgrade my iPhone, the photo effects and borders did not transfer to my new phone

Really fun, just needs focus.. It's actually really fun to mess around with this with your friends =D Only thats keeping me from giving 5-stars is that the preview screen seems too dark most of the time (although the pictures may come out good) and also I'd like to have the option of tap to focus.

cool, but could be better.. had fun with this at a little birthday party. did the job — purchased the party mode and everything. really wished there was a horizontal mode though. had my phone on a stand that could only hold it that way. and besides, it’s easier to fit in a group this way. if such feature existed, would be an easy 5 stars.

Ordered Prints. Fun, but I ordered photo strip prints, but they never came.

It takes 4 pictures.. And then you pay MORE money to "Snapseed" them with FAR fewer options. Thank god I got this for free. Just get Snapseed or any other free photo app.

THE Best Photo Booth App EVER!!!. IDK why anyone hasn't written a review for this since 2010?! I think more people should be getting this app every day! If you are fascinated with the 50's (like me), and have been looking for the perfect photo booth app for a while (also like me!), this app is definitely for you! And the best part is, even though they're in-app purchases, they still give you 5 different colours to style your photos with! Unlike this one photo booth app I had...not naming names. Last but not least you can Print and Ship your photos! What's NOT to love about this app?!

Phototastic!. Brilliantly and lovingly conceived. The retro vibe and look of the app pares wonderfully with the mechanics of the design. Just like the real experience minus the smell of pee. And they'll even send you prints of the pic if you want!

Love it!. Wow, I'm having so much fun with this! I love that you can save the image to your photo's for free and/or email them.

The best of the bunch.. I hesitated to buy this initially as there are a bewildering amount of similar apps. I'm glad I paid attention to the reviews and decided on Pocketbooth, as it really is every bit as good as people say. It offers very comprehensive settings which gives me a good deal of control over the images I get. I particularly like the flash/front/rear camera choices and the style output options. I happen to be a big fan of real photobooths in malls or wherever, and this frees me from spending $4 a pop every time I want to get a strip of fun images. Not that I will stop doing that (it still is a lot of fun) but Pocketbooth means I can create similar images and post to FB or email them pretty much instantly wherever I am. Well recommended: for the app. itself, and the funky 70's-themed layout is a hoot.

Good. Got it from Starbucks, probably wouldn't buy it. It's fun though... Just wish it wasn't just black and white

I love this app!. Everything about this app is awesome. I just wish that you didn't have to pay for the extra filters. It would also be nice to save individual photos from the strip

Pretty good app. Got it as a free Starbucks app. I think it's pretty decent. It does what it's supposed to. It does more than B&W too -- you've got five free ones to choose from in the settings/options. Don't compare it to other photo apps. This makes photo booth photos. If you don't get the idea behind it, then you're probably too young to remember. :)

A great app - like the old days at the mall..... A great fun app - could you possibly add a filmstrip-type border option? I also shoot horizontal shots (turn my iPhone) which accommodates more people in the frames.

Great App. This is a great app, but I paid for this in full back in 2014. Why am I now having to pay more to use features added in later years?

Super fun! But...... The only thing this app is missing is the ability to personalize the photo strip. Putting the date or occasion would really make this app one of a kind.

Not happy. The extra features like party mode that I purchased do not work on my iPad. I have emailed the app support months ago and have not received a response nor has the app problem been fixed! So poor customer service and bad issues with the app itself.

Retro feel. Most enjoyable app, that takes us back to how passport and teen photos were done. Lets the youngster see how we had fun with limited resources.

Awsome idea app. I love photo booths and was more than pumped to find this app... I BOUGHT it and tried it, loved the photo results, BUT I was darn disappointed that I even had to pay to own the photos taken :(

Almost perfect. I also own Photo Booth Classic Plus, which I just discovered laterally reverses the photos taken with the front camera on an iPhone 4. THIS app has a "mirror", which of course would laterally reverse the image, but the final prints are fine. 2 things I do like about the "other program" I would like to see imported into this version. I do like the "countdown timer" feature, and wish this version had it. I don't like not being "ready" for when the camera is going to fire. The app says to watch for the Red light, but it is red all during the shooting. The other thing is I might want to shoot in color and change it to black and white after the fact, or vice versa. The "other program" has a slider, which is perfect, because often a muted color version is perfect, looking like you shoot it from a 60's photo booth. That said, I love the look and feel of this program, although I actually miss the opening splash screen after using this program once. It lets new users know what they are 'stepping into". Perhaps this could be an option in preferences, because I'm sure many would want the camera to come up immediately. Oh, and the "thank you" strip (slide it from the right)- VERY COOL!!

Amazing!. Fabulous!!! Would like more filters please but other than that fun fun fun. even if they never updated it with more filters like I'm sure they will it's worth every penny and then some! I'm sure I'll even save a few dollars from layin off the real machine. Still there's nothing like getting in a photo booth. They are too hard to find....oh wait now I've got one in my pocket. Haallleluuuujahhhs!

Fun but lacks features. I'm putting a DIY photo booth together...iPad, check. Canon Selphy printer, check. Tripod and iPad mount, check. I have had a hard time finding a really good app to use without moving to the $60 ones! This one is fun and simple to use, but lacks 1) a countdown to the picture being taken, 2) the ability to print two strips on a 4x6 photo sheet, big waste of paper, and 3) any customization capability. You get what you pay for! This app is well worth 99 cents but falls short of what I was hoping for in function.

So far I love it!. I love taking pictures in photo booths so when I came across this app I was super happy. First off you can save it to camera roll which is a plus but also you can get it printed and sent to you! Which made me love this app even more. I'm not giving this app a total 5 out of 5 stars because I haven't ordered a photo strip yet. It would be nice to be able to see the effect your using before you take the picture but hey maybe in a future update. I'm very excited to use this for prom and other events coming up. Yayyy for photos!

bang for buck. quite simply, it does what it says. I recommend sending the medium or large images if you email them, for quality's sake. I like that I can print the 3-photo strips two-up on 4x6 photo paper. And when I wasn't getting my emailed test images (turns out they were being diverted to my junk folder), the company's tech support couldn't have been more generous with their time or more constructive and friendly in their trouble shooting. It was all very Apple-like, and I like that. Based on those experiences, this app will only get better, though I'm hard pressed to suggest how it could do so.

Why can’t I have it mailed to me anymore?. I loved this app and haven’t used it in years but bragged to a large group of people to all download it because you can get two copies mailed like a post card to you.... and it no longer offers it?!

Limited and similar to Incredibooth.... Unfortunately it seems virtually identical to Incredibooth. I was also a bit disappointed with how few options there are. For a dollar, not a huge loss considering a single film strip in an actual photo booth costs considerably more, but if I had paid ANY more I would have felt ripped off. Seriously, the description really made it sound better than Incredibooth. Only good part is you can use the back facing camera. I'll definitely up this review if we can get more options. I see myself using this once an then never again as it is today. Gotta differentiate your product offering guys! The interface is nice an neat and looks great but the end result needs that special something to set it apart. Like I said, 5 stars if we can get more options.

Top 10 favorite photo app!!. With there being so many photo apps, it was definitely hard to pick when I upgraded to the iPhone 4. When my sister-in-law showed me this app on her phone, I had to have it! This app seriously equals hours of fun and I love that I can share my pictures on Facebook. I love the details of this app, just like going to the mall when I was younger and taking photobooth pictures(minus the smeared pictures!). Definitely a must have for those who love taking and sharing fun pictures!!!!!

Huge payoff for little money. My husband was recently infatuated with a rental booth at a holiday party even after we learned they spent $500 for the rental. I knew There had to be a way I could do this cheaper for my husbands birthday! I researched every app in the store (and even tried a few) and this was one of the two top ones...but the other was $40 and this as only $5. I set up a photo station using my iPad and home printer for about $100....TOTAL. BEST OPTION for an inexpensive DIY!!!!!!!!!!! My only wish was that it printed two strips per page then it'd be perfect.

Fun and Fun and Fun. Been looking for something like this app. Using the camera is one thing but having an app that puts B&W or color in a film strip like the old school photo booths is just cool. Took several shots with kids and then emailed direct to grandparents. Everyone loved them. Fun stuff. Love how the app allows one to choose front or back camera on iPhone 4. Looking forward to see what type of updates come in the future. More photo effects?? That would be interesting in a 4 shot film strip. Still, what comes with the app now works great!! Awesome price.

Incredible, genius, brilliant. I had planned to create photo strips at a party using my dslr camera and a remote shutter release. Then I read about this app, and bought it. And I'm just blown away at the quality. They've thought of everything: you can choose photo effects: b&w, color, sepia, antique, etc. You can chose duration between shots, how many frames are taken, border color, etc. etc. I set up my iPad in a makeshift photo booth for our party, and it was an overwhelming success. People had a ball with it, and the AirPrint function let us print out copies for all, while also saving the images on the iPad. There are all kinds of thoughtful extras. When viewing the photos, you can zoom in to each. I just can't say enough good things about this app. Very very professional, polished, and complete.

Super Fun. Super fun app. It's worth more than the app fee. I purchased the optional in app purchases. Totally worth it. What I would like to see are previews when you change the photo type life sepia or black and white. I don't remember what each one looks like when I'm changing it. Trial and error. Also, if you choose to have them print your photos, you have to do each one as a separate order. This has prevented me from ordering. Too much hassle.

No help. I’d love to love this app, but doesn’t print properly on my Happy+ printer. Contacted support... only got an automated reply. Find an app from a company that cares!!

I have a photobooth in my pocket!. I am very cautious when it comes to spending money, especially on iTunes, since it's not just pocket change and you have to buy $15 or more cards at a time. So, I do plenty of research when it comes to buying apps. I received an iPod Touch yesterday for Christmas and was eager to purchase and load the apps I had on my wishlist. This was one of them, and today, I finally got the chance to play around with it. For such a cheap price (.99) it makes it almost unbelievable! I love love love this app. You can take photos like your in an actual photobooth somewhere, yet you're not! It's very easy to use. It just looks classy. It's simple. It's fun. It has simple, yet stylish settings to choose from. Not alot of junk. Simplicity rules this app. I have so much fun making photo strips. You can use either camera, and, apparently, you can order your photos. Now, I haven't tried that last part, so I can't give a review on that. Great app! Does exactly what it says. Which is nice. (One suggestion, though: Could it be possible to save not only the strips but also the individual photos to our camera roll?)

Fun photobooth app, could use some more options. This is a fun photobooth application that includes a number of different effects to make the output appear as though the images were created with a real photobooth. It can create 1x3 or 1x4 "photostrips" with a few different Instagram-like effects (including antique, black and white, and sepia). The strips can be saved to the application and to the photo roll, if you would like. A couple of things that I would like to see in a future version: - Captioning at the top or bottom of the photostrips (e.g., labels for a night out, wedding, party, etc.) - 2x2 photo strips (for printing on normal photo paper) - Auto-upload to Facebook or automatically have a pop-up to save/post the strip that was just taken - Maybe a dumbed-down interface option that only allows people to press the "Take photo button" without giving them additional options (again, for a wedding or party photobooth) Overall, a fun little app!

better alternatives available. This app takes 4 incremental photos and gives you the option of using effects and/or filters. The basic app has a couple filters and the option of purchasing additional filters. You can also have them print up your photos and send them to you (for a fee). While this app works exactly advertised, I recommend passing this app by and grabbing a free alternative (There are tons of similar apps for free that have more options, just do a search for 'photo booth'.

Can't stop! Love it!. Can't stop using this app! Love it, love the charm of the photo booth style, love to take these photo's split them up, put them into other photo apps and doctor them up to perfection while still keeping the photo booth feel intact. It's a hoot just to capture pictures of your favorite people being their silliest and most serious selves, being able to email and post to all your social sites as well as having them sent via snail mail postcard or strips, should you so choose. I highly recommend this app! Buy it! You will not be disappointed!

Super Fun App. This is a great app and is super intuitive to use. I bought this for fun and ended up using it for a home New Years Eve party at home and it was exactly what was needed. I have it on my iPad and iPhone. I wish it would sync the photos between my devices and I wish I could order prints more than one at a time. I love having professionally printed photo strips so being able to order multiple strips to be printed in one order would be great.

No more prints???. I’ve had this app for a number of years. Can you not order prints anymore?? That’s was the best thing about the app.

My Favorite Photo App. I'll have you know I VERY rarely rate Apps. Your constant updates and stunning 1975 effect have impressed me. Thank you so much for this App. It doesn't get much classier than these pictures. Feels nostalgic and has a warm feeling like home. Functions great and is well designed. Realistic Photo Booth!. This is a really nice app that mimics an old fashioned photo booth that you use to find in arcades and bars. Interface is clean and realistic, controls are easy to use and retro-beautiful. Photo strips that are produced exactly match those that would pop out of a real-life booth. You have choice to use either the front OR back camera which is great for taking self portraits or portraits of your friends in social gatherings. This is a big plus! You can also vary between color or black and white shots. Choose between glossy or matte framing and 3 or 4 photo blocks. Processing is fast and produces excellent results! Highly recommended!

It's great that you get square pics when you choose "3 poses". I wish that square or full screen was available as a choice, though. I would use it for "4 poses" sometimes, as well. Overall, it's just a *fantastic* app. The in-app purchases are *completely* worth the 99¢ for each "package". Does its thing well. It makes photo booth style photos that look great. Filters packs are available for .99 which isn't too bad. What would make this 5 stars? If you could change the filter AFTER you take the photos to see what it looks like and choose your favorite. Why's unique about this app is you an pay to have the photos printed and shipped like a postcard. It's only a few bucks so cheap and really fun for vacations. My parents love to get the postcard with our photo lineup. You can save and share on Facebook but people really do love to get the physical photos. It makes is a little more special that way. Very easy to order in app. You can also AirPrint them yourself. Good deal all around, but make the filters applicable after you take the pics and you've got a GREAT app.

It's truly simple yet amazing.. This app is truly one of the best photography apps in the app store. For just a buck, you have your own photo booth inside your iPod/iPhone! Me and my friends are playing with it for hours and we publish it in Facebook. Also, once it got published in FB, you can have it as your profile picture! Just crop towards the 4 edges or FB will not take it. It's just funny how you can have 4 photos as your profile picture! A must-have app for every iPod/iPhone!!!

Good for making your own inexpensive photo booth for parties. This app makes a great photo booth for parties. I purchased the party pack since I was using this for a party photo booth. I would have given 5 stars if it had a few more features with the party pack. It should have a password lockout for parties so that you can protect all of the settings. Only the picture button and a button to share the photos digitally, such as email, should be available in party mode. Also, would be nice if the app worked in landscape mode for a wider field of view for photos. Other than those couple of things, a great app.

Great App! User Friendly!. PROS: I was looking for a photo booth type App and this one came through with flying colors. It was the hit of the party. Print directly to your 'Airprinter' and it prints out a pretty neat photo strip on 4x6 photo paper. CONS: Extremely limited in what the app can do, and if you are using it for a photo booth like I did, you end up having to use the front camera which is not as good as the rear camera on the IPhone. Other than that it does what it says it does without any bugs or flaws. Which for the party is exactly what I wanted. It ran itself. I just added more photo paper for the printer as needed.
