Good on iPad not good on iPhone after software update. Problems after I updated software on iphone to os16 App closes when I try to see other camera sites on my account. iPad does it just fine I’m guessing there we be a patch eventually

Alert. I have tried many camera systems and this one is best of them. Some issues but have used now for several years. The iPhone app quit working on last iOS update but hope they fix that.

My wish. My wish is that I could get timing correct with the motion sensors. I’ve had these Logitech cameras for over 5 years now and plus my wife even smashed one with a hammer and it still works! No lie

Disappointing. I downloaded this app thinking it’d be useful with my Logitech cameras. I can’t even logon. Gives me an error message that password or email is incorrect, but I know they are accurate. Plus, I logged a new device in to the Logi Circle Security Camera app just moments before using the “incorrect” email/password.

Alert. I can’t view my camera on my iPhone or iPads the past few days now. I’m hoping it will work soon. Otherwise Logitech will have to refund me my subscription that I paid last month. Why did I renew subscription if I can’t see my camera ?????

Works good now on iOS 10. Loads quick, like it use to! Not stuck loading like it was before update. Good update!

Camera. I am using three different types of home cameras. I have used this one for over four years. Aside from 3gig camera this one of the best.

Needs updated. Some people still use this app and now it’s not connecting to the cameras ! Worked great until yesterday

Works better than ever!!. The most recent update fixed a lot of issues with the app. It's still not as feature rich as some, but it's fast!! Why oh why did Logitech exit the market?😫 Their system still works so well after all these years.

Improvement...but!!. App is working a little bit better but I get a spinning wheel when trying to view clips on iPhone 7. Video clips will not play but live view does work.

Horrible implementation of App. I wanted to like the app. But there are too many problems. The first problem is the number of times that the app crashes. It will randomly crash upon startup. I'm using the most current iOS. The second problem is the motion detection does not work. It has never worked even though the settings allow you switch the motion detection on or off and even configure. But too bad this never worked. This makes it only useful for live views. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.

Works well. The app loads fast and does what I expect it to do reliably.

Started Working Again. I had same issue of being able to view cameras on my computer but not on iPhone starting in mid March 2023. Today, my cameras started being viewable on my phone again. I didn’t do anything different.

Review. We use it frequently. I would be rated higher if Logitech had stayed and conducted business more straightforwardly. The support crew does a good job but many times English communication suffers. I would purchase more if hardware were available. * This review is to say thanks for the IOS 10.1 upgrades. Mine worked well the first try! Let's hope it continues and proves to be a successful change.

So disappointed. Been using it for years! Recently it showed all cameras Offline. I have Alert Commander and cameras working fine including motion alerts. alert is not working and it’s impossible to reach anyone for support. Non existent support.

Finally!. It works again

iOS 11 compatibility. Can anyone speak to the future of this app? It appears to not work since iOS 11 update to iPad and iPhone.

Not happy with soft ware. I have been using them for years. First the alert logic tech. Second logic tech with the cam up date and now the logic tech circle cam witch has been the worse, the circle has a battery that don’t last even a year may be to, the camera shut down you can even re set it, the logic tech alert softwares come wit error that logic tech can even fix and if you don’t have the warranty from store you are really stuck with nothing. In the last 4 years I bought the circle one an only want work do I font recomen this product at all on less you want temp cam. Sorry they are good at first but longevity is a big problem .

This app use to work. Viewing cameras live works great! However you will not able to view past footage. Don't bother wasting your money buying the subscription service.

Logitech. Dennis review. I love this system. One draw back is price of camera. When started using like 10 years ago or so. The tech and app use was free. Now you must pAy. So now their are better less expensive stuff out their but still good little system but not for money.

iPhone app no longer shows history clips. Had these cameras for many years. They worked well until recently. I no longer have the ability to get history on the iPhone app. I can still see live but no stored clips. I can get them on the windows app. The only help I got was to remove and redownload the app it didn’t work

Best camera/app available to date. Was SO excited when I saw this app in the update section of the App Store. I was starting to think Logitech was going to hang us out on the update. I want to thank the programmers and decision makers for updating this application because I am confident there is NOT a comparable system on the market. The only option was going to be the WORST and that was replace the full suite with a lesser product. Thank you.. Thank you!!!! Brett

IPhone. Does not appear to be compatible with an iPhone8 plus with the new IOS 12.1. Called Logitech. They said call Apple. Sure.

Fixed all issues. I got no update notification but deleted and reinstalled and now everything works great, and fast!

Logitech Alert is Awful!. Have not been able to play clips for months. I called them at least a dozen times, and get the same excuse "we're working on it". Their rep at an outsourced center, with thick accent, actually hung up on me. Don't bother buying this lousy system. They do not support it!!

App is offline. Too many server issues… wonder if they have finally turned it off?

Working with iOS 10.3.2. The App works, it takes awhile to start up and load live view otherwise would be 5 stars

No longer updates. No longer can you update any camera updates, or software. It your camera no longer work, it’s too bad. They have pushed this to the side and are on to other things. But every year they charge my credit card company. Can’t even sign in to cancel credit card, I had to get ahold of the credit card company.

New updates....yay 👍👍👍. I knew they abandoned the cameras and I was starting to wonder if they've abandoned the app too...it was slow and buggy and slowing down my phone. And the update came and everything is back to normal. 🙏 a bunch!

Missing streamed playback. Allot of great features but I don't like the fact that you have to select an press play for each clip. I liked the option to auto play the next playback clip. This app no longer works with iOS 10. Please fix it. New Update for iOS crashes.

Works Perfectly with latest iOS & 3.5 FW. Cameras require 3.5 Firmware (FW) to work properly on iPhone/iPad with iOS 10.3.2 through 13.7 software. To check camera Firmware(FW) open Alert Commander on your MAC. Go to Settings>General>Firmware. Below each camera you will see it's current firmware. If you have 3.2, 3.3 or 3.4 Firmware pull down menu on right side and see if you can update to 3.5 Firmware. If not available, contact LOGITECH and insist they provide you with a way to update to current 3.5 Firmware. BTW, camera reliability is improved by occasional reFormat of SD Card. On your iPhone or iPad go to Settings>Select Camera>Format micro SD Card.

Please update this app!!. This app will load instantly at times or just sit on connecting. Please up the app for compatibility. Some of us still use it and pay for Web Commander. This app needs to be updated to work with iOS 12.

No playback on IOS 10.X devices. Still waiting for Logitech to fix compatibility issues with IOS devices running 10.x systems. I'm paying for a subscription that fails to deliver a crucial function. Losing patience watching a spinning wheel instead of stored clips.

Still Don't work with iOS update 10.3.1 or 10.3.2 or iOS 11. I've had your equipment for a long time now the Logitech Camera alert system does not work on my iPad air two with updated to the latest 10.3.1 or 10.3.2 or iOS 11 you just hit the button and it goes back to the homepage it always worked before this update please fix this! I paid thousands for my Logitech security camera system. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling that did nothing still have the same problem. I have an expensive iPad air two and a few thousand dollars in your camera systems that don't work please fix this ASAP.

Horrible. Our camera failed and their personnel are so idiotic that they can’t figure out the problem. Multiple hours on the phone with poorly trained techs who keep asking their supervisor what to do next. Don’t waste your time on this lousy product. Throwing mine in the trash and starting over.

Great software. You can use this software to monitor and send alerts while your home PC is turned OFF! It is great system.

Not happy with it!. It often doesn't show the videos. It goes offline for no reason. It's not reliable. Tech support is of no help. I would buy a different security cam.

Logitech camer. Great camera!! Very clear picture. Able to identify objects clearly day or night.

Older. I have 6of the cameras already but would like to know if Logitech has done anything to correct the neg feed back I have read on this thread I have had a little problem with my 6 cameras which I can not get to down load on my I pad r my I phone have tried to reload 3 times always go back to the start I payed extra for the Mobil app but it want let me get in to put my access number Logitech would you comment I would appreciate it thanks

Seems to be dead. I can still access the cameras and footage through a windows computer. The app no longer syncs with the Logitech servers if they even exist anymore. No one to speak to at Logitech to help. They charge $80 a year for their service but are clueless when it comes to this app and connection issues. Seems it is end of days for these cameras and products. Such a shame. These cameras are fantastic.

Now working for iOS 10. Updated review... it now works great again. Thanks for the update. Best software I've used so far for email alerts without getting emails every minute. Just use a combination of drawing custom zones, sensitivity of motion detection, and how much time to leave between alerts. Old review...Worked amazing before iOS 10 update. I haven't updated all devices and it still works on them. The problem is with live view. It buffers forever.

Good app, iffy cameras. The app works well again, after a "blackout" because of iOS 10 update. I've had two outdoor cameras go down over the last 5 years, and not cheap to replace. The ease of use is fantastic, camera reliability is spotty.

Finally an update!!. Oh thank god the devs got back on this. The app works just like it used to. Only 4 stars because it took almost 3 years to update the app.

Cameras 95% excellent. The only issue I have had in 10 years is having to update the 2g onboard memory to 8g cards on all. There was a fire in my neighborhood and the police asked for my video and was used to catch the person. They work great for 10 years and I hope they continue to to do.

Very reliable. Honestly, the software app does everything it is advertised to do. The software application for iPhone is solid and displays just as well as logging in on the website. Any video leg through the app is more likely due to the fact that the cameras upload their video through the house AC wiring.

Still working after all these years (over 7). Used to have connection problems once in a while, but that was years ago

Thanks for the update on IPhone and IPad.. I was getting tired of seeing that "wheel" go around and nothing else. I have 4 Alert cameras and have been using them ever since I switched from Wilife years ago. On a few occasions due to power failures or other issues, I have considered going to a wired system. I'm 77 years old and not as good at climbing ladders as I used to be. My cameras are mounted anywhere from 10 to 30 feet up in order to get the viewing angles I need. Plugging and unplugging from the power source and "papercliping the camera can be a chore I don't look forward to. As you can see by my 5 stars, I love my Alert system. Being able to have my active cameras pop up on my computer screen while I am doing something else, and having them record directly to my computers hard drive puts your product head and shoulders above ANY system currently available. I wish Logitech was still producing wireless security systems. Thanks for keeping up with the software and email tech support. Jim Melick Fort Mohave, AZ

Support retired. This was a great app for me over the years, but no support will push me to a different system entirely. Cannot install on iPhone 7

Some issues. Takes too long to load, needs ability to view recorded clips without paying so much per year. Ios 8 compatibility and iphone 6 plus compatibility required please. Looks so fuzzy and does not capitalise on the large screen.

Soooooo sloowwww. Would be good if this would connect faster so you could see what the notification was before the subject moved away. Either this or have the ability to play back in the free app.

Latest update doesn't work as well. I downloaded the latest update version for iPhone and iPad but now the facility to take a photo or download the clip while viewing it not available. Please fix this problem. Playing the clip is also much slower... Very frustrating!

No ios 8 support. What use is the camera if the app doesn't work. Update time for iOS 8 support

Poor. iPhone app is useless. Even with full wifi reception it barely displays the video and when it does it seems to have a minute or so delay, then won't even display it properly anyway. The cameras have good power and bandwidth supply also so it's not that. Pc software works ok, iOS app just has a long way to go

Logicrap. The one time you want these device to work is when something happens. Recently I had a trailer stolen from my driveway right where I point the camera, so I log in and find the error that the cards need formatting (new premium cards). Make the app look as great as you like, but the devices and integration to the software is unreliable and ultimately let me down when I needed it. Hopeless.

Upon Opening it Can Take Minutes. I love the whole idea of the cameras.. But! It is so slow opening the application it can take upto 3-4 minutes and I will still have to entirely quit the app and restart.. If someone is at the from to my house and I need to quickly jump on and see who it is it should not take several minutes!!! They would have already approached the front door knocked and walked away! Please fix this issue! The phone is not at fault as it is a IPhone 6 Plus which has no problem opening other apps!

Viewer only. This app works well as a viewer only. Cannot play/watch playback as noted in description (Australia).

Please support wilife. Why wilife customer been left out

Live Stream stopped working iOS 10.0.2. Iphone 6S Plus iOS 10.0.2 live streaming needs to be fixed ASAP Camera's and app was great.

Works well.. Of course it won't work with the Wilife! It's called the Logitech ALERT system for a reason. That is because it's for the Logitech Alert master systems! Duh.

Wilife NOT SUPPORTED!!!. Not compatible with wilife!!! Logitech could make a app to work for wilife but they instead only enable their new camera systems work to make us all purchase new camera equipment.. I think a third party developer should make a app for wilife as wilife admin is web-based. Logitech has been a great company till recently.. This is just the start of another sc u m bag organization. There are other alternatives for security!!

Not good. Didn't even get to try it out the app wants me to sign in. I can enter my own settings into my modem. Give us the option to login if you want on enter our own parameters. Let me know when this is done and I'll review it again. Needs to be able to do usb webcams as well not sure as I can't test. Currently using ip camviewer does all cams including my Logitech usb via yawcam.

8 of 10. At day 2, excellent performance, high quality, easy to install, peace of mind anywhere you go. However could have more functionality without paying the extra $80 for the paid app version.

Won't leave home without it.. Fantastic! No need to worry about home when all my cameras, recordings, alerts and settings are at my fingertips.

Please activate/ renew /update the web browser. It has dropped off in the past and again two days ago (March 16th 2023) and us users cannot get notifications or real time viewing.

Support your wilife customers. Logitech have let us all down. They cant even allow us to use our iPhone or iPad browsers to access Wilife because of a stupid deal with Silverlight. At least change wilife to use HtML 5

It's ok I guess... App is ok, can't seem to remove an old camera from the camera list though which is just annoying. Logitech is severely lacking in the customer service dep, plus you can't buy extra length cable for your cameras. Other than that it's ok. 3 stars.

Needs a little fix. I liked the Do Not Disturb feature for snowy/rainy nights. The newest version has the feature but it is not selectable and therefore I have to use an older version from my PC. Please fix for 5 stars. Fixed. Thank you.

App opens and crashes.. Please update the app so it works with new iPhone 7.

Great Software, hardware needs some work. I have been using Logitech alert for about a year and a half now. The Alert software is amazing. Integration with iPhone and iPad is seamless. However, I have had many problems with the hardware. Namely, on a six camera system, I have had to replace three cameras in the last 12 months. Until Logitech addresses these issues I cannot give a five star review

Install. I have 3 cameras and can access them usually without any problem.Connection is slow sometimes. Installing this App gave me 3 links ..Live ..Settings ...Help ..Playback and Alerts did not install. I am using IPod Touch 4

It works!. Bought a Piper security system and it's a total piece of crap and doesn't work worth a dam. Then I bought the Logitech Alert. It worked right out of the box, was dead easy to set up and offers way more functionality and performance than the Piper. The App is great. I love that the alerts it sends come with a snapshot of what's happening - a nice feature that let's you see what set off the camera.

Logitech camera. Really like everything about it, especially the mobile ability.

Older Technology. This system is at least 10 years old; works well and wifi notices are timely. Haven’t experienced technical issues but must admit that modern enhanced systems (i.e., Nest, Hub) have clearer pictures, voice interaction and sharper playback but overall, this system has performed well.

Still Slow. Hopefully that release wasn't released to fix slow loading, still having same issues as previous update.

Doesn't work. Rarely loads all cameras and takes forever to get a live picture and constantly needs to reload

Thank you Logitech, excellent job. 1.- Video skipping, corrected! 2.- Live video resolution option, implemented! 3.- Download video option, corrected! 4.- Upload video (Facebook), implemented! 5.- Upload video resolution option, implemented! Hardware and software are top of the line. Ver 5.1 issues: none Note: I fully recommend the premium fee to all Logitech Alert owners. However, premium or not premium members, please be aware that you need to have a good plan with your ISP, upload speeds are a must if you want optimal video view experience. I have a plan with my ISP at: 10 Mbps up & 25 Mpbs down, and I do not have any issues viewing video whether I am in England, Mexico or in town, connected to 3G or wifi at the airport, work or at a friends house. Again, Logitech Alert Team, excellent job, thank you.

Lower your standards. The saying goes, you get what you pay for. Logitech should be paying me. 9 out of 10 time the app fails. I had to rate one star to post this, otherwise no star.

Don't rely on it!. First I love the system. Simple, easy and great video quality. The problem is reliability. Any time I really want the playback to work or see live footage it's a 50/50 chance as to wether I get to see it or not. Quite frustrating at times. I would only recommend this system if it's for fun or back-up of a existing system.

Mobile security. I have used alert for 4 years It is flawless I secure a dwelling an hour away and have access to video anywhere. Pity they have stopped selling the cameras.

Logitech 750i. Love it. Simple. Easy. Real-time.

Logitech Alert...Wow. I had some thefts from my deck early in the summer for the past few years. I set up a system using IP cameras but they were difficult to set up correctly and hard to access remotely. Logitech Alert does it all on my iPad, iPod Touch and Blackberry Torch. I receive e-mails when motion is detected and can immediately log in to see what's happening. Now I just have to have the thief try again and they're done. One of my 4 cameras will catch them and I'll have crystal clear video to show the police. Also, the video on my iPad is beautiful. You can count the blades of grass on my lawn! As a bonus (as we live in the country) we get all sorts of video of wildlife (coyotes, wild turkeys, hummingbirds, even insects) while we're away during the work day. Well done!

Many features, yet simple to set-up and use.. I bought this system as I had read the software was compatible with Mac and am glad I did! I purchased 2 indoor and 2 outdoor cameras and they work great! The outdoor cameras are about a year old and performed well through the cold long Canadian winter which was a concern of mine originally. The outdoor cameras required some additional running of LAN cables I purchased at a computer shop and crawling through the attic as there were no electrical outlets nearby that led to the same main breaker panel as the outlet the computer was plugged into (seems to be a requirement for the signal to go from camera to computer). For most folks this should not be an issue and it was still easier than hard wiring a system and running cable through walls. I live in the country and have horrible internet with slow upload speeds which sometimes results in not being able to log on remotely to see the live camera action, but I always get the email alerts with an image notifying me of activity around my property. I highly recommend the product for its quality, ease of set-up and simplicity of logging on from a computer or app to watch the cameras remotely.

Pay for it. Great product, don't complain about the $, should have been paid version all along.

works great. we got the 750e, had some issues with the cameras.... turned out to be the Norton and our D-Link router... thanks to the help from Logitech support frustration turned in to joy... works perfect on all computers and our I4s

4 Star and here's why. I absolutely love these cameras. It's a shame that they discontinued them. Up until the most recent update, I would have only given one star. The reason for that is the lack of updates to the mobile app. 2 years between updates?? Really?? I hope they continue to support and update this app. As I have said, the cameras are fantastic. So for lack of updating the app, a 4 star rating.

Great quality cameras. I have been using this app for many years and I have found it to be quite stable, fun, easy to use, picture quality is very good and the improvements are always making it better Good job logitech!

Better than previous versions. UPDATE: Latest version is a BIG improvement over previous one. It's about time! ------------------------------------ Sooooo slooooowwww! Always loading Just when you finally get a "live" video (15-20 second delay) it starts loading again a few seconds later. Unreliable app. --------------------- Update: New release still slow to load and keeps loading every few seconds. Very unstable app compared to BB. Come on Logitech, get your act together! ---------------- Just switched to iPhone 5 from a Blackberry Torch 9810. BB was MUCH faster load live feed (5 secs). iPhone takes forever and multiple attempts to connect. Only good thing is sound on iPhone app. Please fix / update for iPhone 5 users.

Logitech thieves. How the hell can Logitech sell a product that doesn't even work. Useless app just keeps loading and loading and loading. Never connects to the damn camera. Stole my money. Should've known better than to buy from Logitech. For anyone else reading reviews to decide whether or not to buy... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT! Can't give negative stars but needs the option to.

Lots of problems on a satellite connection. The remaining camera works. My other camera became an unusable brick during a firmware update. Logitech support is pathetic. They answer emails in 1-3 weeks, so each email exchange about this problem dragged on for months. Nothing was ever resolved. Maybe it’s because our vacation property, where the cameras are, has a satellite connection? The latency causes some problems with some software. This app lets me view live video on the remaining working camera, but none of the stored clips. The app, the camera firmware, the update process, and the desktop software are all examples of very poor programming. This company deserves to go bankrupt.

Mobile Alert for iPhone 5. Cannot view locally, uses remote viewing instead, also cannot load clips from cameras ... Always produces an "error loading clips".... Functional, yet incomplete.

App error showing Offline indicated. App is broken!! All of a sudden May 2017 the IOS app just stopped working . Works on mac but not iPhone. Support says many calls received re this .

Poor quality. The camera quality and durably leaves a lot to be desired. Cameras will simply stop working even after rebooting.

Horrible update. This version consistently crashes on iOS 10.2 and will not launch. Hard/Cold reboot does not fix the issue. Please fix ASAP!

Amazing technology & great app. This app worked flawlessly for me and amazes everyone that sees it! I love being able to check-in on my family and my home whenever and wherever I want. I hear that the older WiLife cameras are not compatible with this app; however, the new cameras are simply amazing. Setup is extremely simple -- just plug them into the wall. I've used the "network over power lines" throughout my entire house -- the signal and connectivity of the cameras works well over all three storys of my home and through two separate breaker panels. Lastly, the weather-proof, night-vision enabled camera is heads-above all other cameras in this class! Highly recommended by somebody who's very particular about the details - these guys have covered their bases.

Crap after update. Support for this system has continued downhill since Logitech dropped support. With the last update I can no longer use mine or my wife's phone to see the cameras. I'm either going to blueiris or snapav very soon.

Completely Satisfied!. This is my first surveilance system after months of research. I couldn't find anything with the right mix of price, features and quality until the Alert system. Installation was far easier than I expected and overall the Alert system exceeded my expectations. Being able to see alerts pop up on my PC, see recorded video and the IPod app makes this invaluable. It was truly one of those rare "OMG" moments when installed. Still can't believe how easy it is to watch a live video from my Ipod anywhere. I wish the Ipod app had playback and alerts without the additional purchase and sound would be the iceing on the cake. I would definately recommend this system to anyone!

Logitech alert cameras. We still need an update for 10.2 on Mac. System kind of useless without it.

I'm happy with it. It does what it's supposed to do. I've had 3 cameras installed in my apartment in NYC since 2012. It sends images to my email every time motion is detected and I can easily connect and watch live using my iPhone without issues. Installation was a tiny bit tricky but better than other self installation experiences I've had and I could do it without having to call Logitech support. Pictures are just about accurate enough to recognize someone you already know, but may not always be clear to identify an intruder. Still, it's a good solution to keep an eye on your property when you are away. I'm happy with it and recommend it.

Satisfied with App until March 2023. App is broken. Is Logitech planning to fix it or ignore it. The direction they choose will inform my future decisions regarding all their products and not just their cameras.

Work well.. Cameras work well, both plugged in to wall outlet or plugged in to router directly through a PoE switch. I use the cameras both ways. The cameras that are on PoE switching are set up on backup power ( solar ) with router & cell phone data system. So, if some genius decides to cut power he is had anyway. I have three types of camera systems, 18 cameras in all. 12 on backup. Only thing I don't like about the Logitech is the layout of the e-mail alerts. Pictures should be FIRST, when all the text ( we already know about how to look up your accounts and web pages ), should be next. Pain, when trying to look at imagines.

Junk. This app has not been updated or supported for years now. With the new iOS 10 update you can no longer view real time video. It just keeps trying to connect over and over and over again. Here we go again!!! IOS 12 is out now and we still do not have an update now since iOS10. Way to go Logitech. Keep up the great work and support!!!!

Sound???. We got Logitech for our elderly mother so we could check in on how she is doing. I really like this app, but the sound comes and goes. Sometimes the sound is there and sometimes it isn't. It would be a great comfort to be able to depend on the sound each and every time I open this app. Why does this happen?? Thank you ***Additional info: today is the day after I wrote the top comment.....and still NO SOUND, Please Logitech fix the problem, this isn't right for the amount of money that is spent on your products. Not happy!! ***It is now about 5 days later and still no sound I know this app had sound on it before. What is going on??? Very frustrating. We need to be able to hear our elderly mother....Please fix this....ugh!!

Doesn’t work well with IOS 12.2. Very poor response with newest Apple software version. Doesn’t appear to be supported.

APP is broken with current iOS update.. Will not open on iPhone 7 and iPad. Whatever they did on latest update broke the app. Will close immediately when opened.

Why does logitech hate Apple?. The app works pretty well but why won't Logitech come out with an update that supports audio on the iPhone? It makes no sense. If I can get audio on my webcams with Orb then this should be able to do it too. In addition, Logitech never wants to write camera software for the Mac, they wouldn't do it with WiLife cameras and they have not done it for the new Alert cameras either. I'm switching all my computers to Mac and so are alot of people. I think Macs now make up about a third of the market and growing. In a few years they will have 50% of the market. In addition, their websites are Flash based and so cant be used by iphone and ipad. What is it going to take Logitech for you to start respecting us Mac users?

Discontinued item. Loved these cams they lasted me a LONG time... but Logitech has given up on us. No updates No new features

iOS 10.3.3 also just bounces to home screen. It worked fine for me on all earlier updates. Tried delete and reinstall, no joy.

Won't Even Open. Ever since this update--which sounded promising!--the app won't stay open for more than a fraction of a second. I've already deleted and reinstalled the app with no improvement. Disappointing.

Pro features at a low cost. I've had my 3 cameras for over 3 years now. No problems. The features are at a professional camera system level are reliable. I've added a 4th camera and had a problem but support helped me out. They did go above and beyond. For example, the sent me a new powerline adapter that was past it's warranty. Don't waste you're money by going cheaper with competitive cameras. They don't have the features and ease of use. Believe me when I say I tried a lot of different kinds.

Slow connection!!!!!!. Logitech really needs to fix an abundance of problems within this app. The connection time between viewing the app live on your phone is really really slow. (Even when connected to wifi). My camera always seems to somehow get disconnected and takes several minutes for the commection to find itself. The features are not to bad. I would like to see the notification coming from a "push notification" from the app. Also if Logitech would create a feature where one could actually turn on the cam on/off. Please logitech fix these problems. Seems like everybody is having problems with the connection.

Not working very disappointed. Have it to watch mares foaling and it works only once’s and awhile put not much very disappointed and not helping to keep track of the horses

A very poor user experience!. 1. I spent about $1800 dollars on their cameras and about $900 on a Windoz box to run their Alert Commander software and about $80 for the yearly web access, etc. 2. I was away from home and tried to use the Logitech Alert iPhone app to turn on the cameras only to find that their latest update of October 13, 2012 removed the ON/OFF buttons from the Alerts tab page! 3. After coming home I called their ‘support’ number and had to wait a long time to get through. 4. I was told to uninstall and reinstall their app and was then told that Apple failed to make IOS 6 compatible with their app so I should downgrade to IOS 5! 5. He also told me they have been getting many calls about this same issue and the developers were working on this.

Works great for me except for legacy. I just got two of the new cameras. I currently have two old WiLife cameras as well. The new ones are completely re-designed with more features and advantages than the old models. Like night vision on the outdoor models and sound. Yes, its a bummer if you have an existing WiLife system. I'd rather look at all my cameras in the new software and be able to use all those new online tools with them. Especially this app. You can run the old software next to the new, but that's kind of inefficient. If you buy a new system, this iPhone app is incredibly easy. You end up checking over and over again just because you can't believe it. I'd gave it 4 stars because the old cameras don't work in the new redesigned software environment. I guess if you buy a new system, its worth 5 stars.

No playback. I cant playback clips from any of my cameras, making them all useless. Please fix this bug!

Viewing Clips. Still not able to view clips. Spinning! I have IOS 10.1.1 on my phone and IPAD and have done the updates. Finally can get live feed without spinning. But still no clips HELP!

Great app since they added the ability to. Update : app just added the ability to save the videos. And is now again fantastic :-) New update is great and fast BUT removes the ability to save videos onto the iPhone. I had a break-in while out of town and although I could see the video on the iPhone I was unable to save it to send to the cops. Quite a headache since this was a feature that was previously present. Not sure why such an important ability has been removed from the app. While the app is super fast and has removed the instability of the previous versions the loss of a MAJOR feature like the ability to save a video has made this app useless for me. Put in that feature and you will get your remaining 4 stars.

Used to work. Hasn't been working right for about a year. Doesn't playback the clips. So many problems..it doesn't make sense....Do Not Buy until they Fix the Software!!! TRUST me! You don't want these problems 😩

JUNK. Logitech sold me their cameras knowing that they would stop selling them and servicing them. Their app is crap and their cameras are crap (they all stopped working) and of course their customer service is crap.

Playbacks. Takes forever to play a playback if it ever does!

Good when it worked!. First of all, the power supply died within 2 months. Unfortunately, I purchased the unit on ebay and there is no warranty. They do not even carry the power supply! Do they expect customer to buy a new unit when the power supply die? At the same time, many people are reporting the same issue. When it work, it gets disconnected sometimes but comes back by itself. Sometime, I will need to replug the network to get everything to work again. Quality overall is good even in the basement w/o any light. Of couse streaming to the pc and iPhone/iPad is a plus when it works. I use apple computer mainly now which means I no longer able to use the unit. I do not undersand why did not logitech create a software for apple user. VM and Parallel are not supported!!!!

Playback. Playback function does not work with latest release. I have a total of 8 cameras on two different locations - playback function says "no clips found" on all 8 cameras.
