Great if you like to look at gigantic adds too distracting and large to use app. Almost more annoying than using icd 10 in the first place. Don’t bother

Crash. Crashes when trying to share favorites on ipad. Go to your favorites, click the share button (in order to send your favorites to your other device), and then crash. Please fix.

Annoying Pop-Ups. The annoying pop-up ads won’t even let me use the ICD-10 app. It keeps taking me back to the App Store to buy the sponsors’ apps!!! If this’s not fixed I’ll delete thus app! It’s new. I don’t mind paying for the app if there’s a paid version. Thank you!

PLEASE FIX. Worked great until last update. Now typed words/letters/numbers do not appear on the search bar when you type in a search term. The app is reading the term but what I type does not appear in the search bar. I have tried contacting developer about this twice. Without this fail, it is a 5 star app. Please fix1

BEWARE—infected with fake popup messages. Suddenly started getting fake popup messages on the app that say “storage almost full,” but they are a misleading ad for an app to clean your phone. Can’t tell if app is infected with malware or this is intentional but I’m reluctant to use it now

Can see anything. I really can’t use the app from the different ads that are in the middle of the screen when trying to use the app.

Adds. They app tries to charge me around $20 every year to remove the ads. I thought paying this once should be sufficient.

ICD10 Easy. Great app. I tried others. Best overall so far & good added features. Use it almost daily. Got support with question. Would be good to have app backup in cloud if lost app for any reason with lost or broken phone.

Accuracy. Hello. I have a few questions regarding your ICD10 Consult App. Is this app licensed by the FDA, a government agency, academic institution or medical professional organization?

The best ICD10. Very helpful and easy to understand.

Bad new edition. This is a question. Where are the descriptors next to the codes as in the previous edition? This change has quadrupled my work time with this app. I may be forced to change apps.

Review of ICD10. This is a wonderful app to have on my phone. I use it daily and it’s so much faster and easier for me to use than trying to look things up in ICD10 consult book!

I paid for the full version. Still seeing ads.. I use this app almost every day and am generally happy with it. However, after running the latest update for the 2024 codes, 1/3 of my screen is hijacked by TikTok ads. I am supremely disappointed to have paid for the full version only to have to put up with ads during an already crammed schedule.

Stopped working?. I have an iPhone 6plus, the app suddenly stopped working, please help! When I go to open the app, the app starts up then immediately closes. I have plenty of space on my phone, just recently updated to the most resent iOS, even tried downloading and reinstalling the app. I loved this app and have been using it for years. Will change to 5 star review if I can get this fixed.

Ridiculous new pop-ups. The app is no longer even usable due to the ridiculous pop up ads for these dumb games. Medical apps such as this should not have to deal with this nonsense. We use this to try to help treat or patients

Most annoying app I have ever used in my life. This app immediately started to annoy me upon opening. It was full of advertising and provided NO information on medical codes. What a waste! It is like the old time PC viruses that require a “subscription” to free up your screen. I’m sorry I wasted the time to download it.

Great tool. Real time saver.. Very well designed! I really like the ability to look up any diagnosis by name, without the need to search through categories. Much more efficient than going through printed lists.

Stupendous Support. Terrific app.. Within 24 hours of my reporting a bug that caused app to crash, the developer pulled an all nighter and fixed it. I pleaded with the guy to get some sleep but he persevered. I was still able to use the free version so I said I could wait. So my only concern is that if I ever identify a bug again, I’ll feel too guilty to report it. In all seriousness, how can you beat a mission critical program with support like that? Bravo!

Ads while trying to manage patient health?. Most distracting to see peddling of commercial trinkets or mindless kid games while coding a patient’s condition for their insurance company. I’ll pay the $10 or $20 to be rid of ‘em. Was that the (extortion) plan?

Ads…ads…ads. I paid for an app and right dab in the center of the screen are ads that change very few seconds. I have only been using the app 5 minutes and I am ready to delete it.

ICD 10. Easy to use and saves me a lot of time.

Dependsble and easy. Love having this app. When I don’t have my ICD-10 handy, this comes through in a pinch. It helps to have a basic understanding of codes to begin with, as it may not have the descriptors with it that your big book does… But I wouldn’t want to be without it.

Didn’t crash before, NOW it does. I wanted to use this today and I cannot open it! The new update that was supposed to fix crashing that I wasn’t experiencing now causes it to crash immediately!

Great but app closes on me often. This is an amazing app, when it’s not closing on me often. No it’s not a big deal to reopen app and start again but I don’t feel it should crash this often.

Ads are disruptive to productive use in the office. Multiple Google ads are disruptive and inappropriate. Adds to inefficiency. Codes search results could be organized better with clinical logic. Helpful but not efficient.

SNF Coder. Super fast and easy to use. Very accurate, have yet to come across something wrong. Search is great because you don't have to be specific, it'll also search the description of the diagnosis. Recommend!!

***Indispensible***. As a clinician that still charts primarily on paper, I reference this app 20+ times per day. The update to ICD-10 came at just the right time, to get us used to the new coding before the world implodes on October 1st. One suggestion: on a couple of the list views, primarily the 9->10 conversion list, the search dialogue disappears as you scroll down, and I have to scroll all the way back up to begin a new search. I'd like the search dialogue to always be visible, so I can begin a new search right away. Otherwise, this app is absolutely a must-have for any clinician that still has to do any of their own coding.

Love this app!. Once I got the hang of icd9 it's much easier than using the computer version on my work computer! This one is much quicker than the computer and I can take it with me!

Great free app. I use it every day to do my coding. The search is a bit wonky at times, but once you learn the tricks it works great. I would love to see, and even pay for, some features such as the ability to build a custom list of most used codes that you could sort or arrange however you find most useful.

App. Review. Extremely handy to look up a dx rather than search the book. Should connect though with an EMR company otherwise may not have value as all offices are computerizing & icd9 codes are included. Also recommend going into ICD-10 may have a better chance at viability. Still an excellent app.

Probably the best free ICD9 coding app. The search function is quite smart, can search partials, aliases, displays instantly the results. Other apps require exact string search which is useless and require pressing a search button to display results. The favorites function is also very useful. And all these for free? Love it!

Useful. I do moonlighting on the side at my residency and am responsible for my own coding and this is a great pocket resource for my quick icd9 questions. Wish the lite had more features but that's why there's a pay version

Almost great app!. The update of this app makes it easier to diagnose and crosswalk from ICD 9 to 10. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 as it often tends to crash when backing out of a page. Please fix for 5!

Excellent app. Rapid and thorough search with very good accommodation for alternative terms. Also allows more than one word in the search term, which is a lot better than so many of the others. $15 to stop adds is expensive, but the adds are not displayed in a way that impairs the app's function or is annoying, and so far they have been inoffensive and occasionally interesting. This is definitely my favorite app of this type.

What happened?. This app has been great and invaluable until today. I had downloaded the free version and then purchased the upgrade in the app weeks ago. All worked well until an update of the app yesterday and my iPhone updated to 9.3 last night. Now the app is almost useless. Can't choose sides anymore and many screens are just blank. Restarting doesn't help. Please fix this previously great app!

Great App 👍🏽👍🏽. Great app! Very useful. I regret to say it but coding is better than the one integrated on my office EMR. User friendly but can be better. There is room for improvement on synonyms and eponyms during search. But I have to be honest it is the best coding app I work with. Recommend !!

Super Handy. This app is a fantastic tool and has helped me a great deal in my practice. However, it has crashed on me frequently and had locked up so that I had to re-install it (which I did because it is that handy). Buggy but worth it.

Very useful app. Very well laid out for ease of use. Makes it easy to browse and search ICD10 content. The search function is very good but could be made a little more versatile. Rare app crashes on the 6s using iOS 9.0.1. I use it multiple times a day and have asked a lot of my clinical staff to download it too. Extremely useful and a must-have app!

Wonderful Resource!! Use in hospital frequently. All ready used in clinic and it immediately relieved frustration. You can tell immediately that a lot of thought went to the design. Very easy to use and accurate. Highly recommend. Developer addresses issues quickly. Other apps from developer are just as useful for Attendings/residents/nurses/ students etc.

Perfect. Practice a day or decades... We docs need help to bill and get compensated fairly... (good for those we serve, too.) This is a perfect tool that doesn't need a complete reeducation so you can care for patients and still have an idea of what's going on in the office.

Billing specialist. great quick reference! Very accurate. I like that it not only gives you the diagnosis but it gives you some of the "other names" for the diagnosis.

Incredibly usefull. Truly reliable and comprehensive, MUCH better than a previous app I used to have. I use it daily and it has the info I need and it teaches me some things as well!

Amazing!!!. This is hands down the easiest and best tool I've used to help with ICD-10 coding! I will be using this as a tool to help train the staff. Everything I could possibly ask for out of an app for coding and then some!

Professional-Grade and straightforward. No gimmickry, no paywalls or subscriptions required, just a no-nonsense coding resource. I use this in my neuropsychology practice every day, several times a day, to get my encounter sheets ready for my billing specialist and for reports, notes, etc. Never dissatisfied. I should also point out that I tried just under a dozen ICD-10 apps when the mandated change in coding took effect in late 2015. I finally hit on this one and never looked back.

This is my "go-to" app for orthopedic coding. This is so much easier than looking codes up in a book or on the computer. Fast and accurate.

Ad keeps crashing app. I think that when it works, it works well. Good index and search capability. Only problem is that the app has crashed twice due to an ad that keeps changing to full screen no matter how many times I tried to close it. I have reinstalled the app twice now, and don't think I'll do it again.

Best one I've found. This coder saves me so much time and frustration by allowing me to search using more common terms- CHF, MS, UTI, etc. One button to save and list my frequently used 'favorites' has also simplified coding my visits. Thank you Dr. Schoenberg!

The BEST ICD-10 coding tool I have used.. This app carries on the tradition from the ICD 9 version, of being very straightforward easy to use and accurate in the details. I have nothing negative to say about this product. I use it every day.

Love it. I use this app daily for hospice diagnosis coding. Love the favorites option. Love that I can search a term like CVA or bedridden or any other outdated term and it gives me the proper options. So much easier than constant failure searching the CMS site or flipping through books for hours trying to figure out what the new terminology is! I purchased the full app and glad I did. I am not a professional coder and this is making it so much easier and less stressful to do my job.

Whoopsy!. With today’s update i am now entirely unable to launch app on iPhone 8. Just crashes on launch every time. 🙄🤪

Amazing Useful App. I'm a medical professional and I've used the App on iPhone and iPad for about a year. It is fast and has not let me down. The data base is incredibly extensive, accurate, and easily searchable. This is the one to use!

A must for any Physician. The app is very easy to use. Easy to search without having to use the exact verbiage. Accurate and has made my billing so much more efficient.

App not working after update. App is not working. Since the last update it keeps closing.

This app is great. I think any coding specialist or HIM pro would agree that using this app as opposed to flipping through the book makes life much easier. I love it, it works great, has no hitches and I've found nothing to stop me from recommending it to others in the field. Anyone who is considering downloading it, in my opinion, would agree with my review.

ICD10. This version is really a time saver and at times much better than more expensive Apps. My computer software at times fails to give me the right codes and I Can almost 100% obtain the right diagnostic codes at ICD 10 Consult. Thanks and please continue your excellent updates

Best ICD 9 App. This is easily the best ICD 9 app right now. The "Search" function is really smart, it almost always know what you are looking for. Hightly recommend. This free version has the 2009 codes, while the paid version has the 2010 and beyond.

Useful coding app. I have been using this app for about 2 mos now. I use it everyday and is really definitely useful!! I just wish that the upgrade is not that expensive $9.99 😳
