Awesome app. Love it. Shows your location and everything around it. Provides reviews, directions, ratings, is color coordinated, and is easy to navigate. It really helped me out when I was visiting a new location for a month.

Worthless App. Very time I try to use this app, I get a drop down telling me something went wrong and that I should try again. Absolutely worthless.

ZERO STARS. If I could give it no stars I would. Everything everyone below me is saying is absolutely correct. It doesn’t work on my phone or the watch. I should have read the reviews first but I was an idiot for thinking that an app I was getting from the Apple store would work. It doesn’t!!! Don’t waste your time getting this app. Have a nice day

Didn’t work at all. I downloaded it and tested it. I tapped restaurants, “nothing found”. I tapped banks, “nothing found”. I tapped gas stations, “nothing found “. I think you get the point.

Excellent way to find places. I use find near me all the time, especially when traveling to less familiar areas. It's very accurate and intuitive. I've also added some new keywords and they've worked well, even unusual things like 'ice skating' and 'patio furniture'.

From Best to Worst!. I loved this app and found myself using it often and recommending it to others. BUT NOW after opening it up in public unaware that the the multiple, loud, annoying ads pop up automatically I'm deleting it and using a different app. Usually when I'm using this app I'm in a rush and I don't have time to X out of 3 or 4 ads before getting the information I need! Great job messing something up!!! :/

Great little App. Love this. I moved to another part of the city, which is not my hometown and didn't know where anything was. A friend referred me to this app and I could not be happier. I like how it will show an actual place where you need to go so it's recognizable when you get close to it, also the ability to add your own categories. Definitely something to have if you are traveling or have recently moved.

Useless. App no longer works even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. I get a message saying, “something went wrong please try again, request failed.” I’m sure glad I paid $2.99 to get rid of the ads. I have the iPhone 8 and the latest iOS firmware.

“No results” every single time.. This app doesn’t work at all. On my watch, every single search returns “no results”. On my iPhone, every single search returns “Error, something went wrong”.

Easy to use. I love the find near me app. Easy to use. Gives u several categories to choose from. Lists everything in order of distance from your current position. Shows the actual list and not just the pins. What's not to like!

Request Failed. It keeps telling me something went wrong request failed, try again later. I will try later and if it works I will give it more stars. But right now it isn’t even finding coffee within 2 miles of my house. I wish there was a troubleshooting guide, but this is frustrating.

Convenient and handy. Traveling around the country this app has made life a whole lot easier than road trips pre-smart phone. Quick and easy to use.

Exceptionally Useful App. No navigation app is perfect but this comes close. Large data base, easy to use. Invaluable when traveling. I use this all the time, beats every other app in this category.

Reliable app. My favorite feature about this app isn't it not only lets you look for places included in its own list (such as grocery stores, bars, coffee shops, etc.), but it also allows you to add your own categories to search for, which it finds just as well as it's own category. I do wish that it would let you search by any location you like, as opposed to only the location where you currently are. Perhaps this is an option and I just haven't found it yet. Anyway, this is definitely a great app and a must-have even if you know your way around your local area

Good app. I use this app often. It's a good app to find different places around. While it doesn't give you an exhaustive list of options all the time which may be out of the control of the app developers, it gives enough of a selection.

Not working!. Your app continues to not work. I’ve used it for years but of late it has been useless. Very frustrating.

Apple Watch Fail. This app does not work on the Apple Watch. Trying to find anything on the app simply gives the message that the watch needs to be paired to a phone to work. Which it is. Big time fail.

Mistakes in categories- too small search range. While I love the idea, it could certainly be improved. (1) when searching for banks the results included grocery stores, (2). The area search near you is quite limited - Maybe 2 miles - it should search at least a 10 mile radius, (3) the restaurants should be listed by type (eg, American, take out, French, etc. (4) the places you find should give the phone number and hours of operation

Thinking about deleting this now useless app! 😡. I have complaints -- Right now this app is USELESS: I need to find a restaurant in a location NOT around my house and the silly app will only show restaurants right near my current location. How silly is that when I need to find a restaurant in a different location?? I wrote a review about how much I liked this app but today when I used it (I TRIED) I see we now cannot search for businesses in locations other than where we are currently located, they removed the search by location feature/button, and are now charging 99¢ for us to their no ads version. Now I'm thinking, was this my reward for writing such a nice 5-star review!?! Hmpf Well, no app is worth keeping just to take up space on my phone. Give them a chance to explain I tell myself so I go back to the app to send feedback to the developer but then couldn't even find a feedback button! Instead, I had to go alllll the way into the apple app store to search for the app download page in order to post this comment! 😡😡😡 Just sent the feedback via this page but after I read their emailed response, I may just decide to never use this app ever again. I am definitely not paying for an app that goes backward to take features away plus adds no value. That's the recipe for app failure is my opinion.

Does what I needed it to do!. This app is great for finding things near you by address many times more effective than my gps its definitely quicker then I can just punch in the address and go!

Very Helpful. I had used this app occasionally around home, but used it extensively on a recent trip to NYC. Really saved us alot of time deciding where to eat, find stores, subway stations, etc.

Very useful app. It's quite a complete list of whatever one is searching/looking for. Although, some places listed have mot been in business for more than a year!

I am surprised more people don’t use this. I found this app a long time ago simply to find ATMs nearby, now I use it often to find more obscure or specific things that google maps tends to skip over. This is incredibly helpful especially when you may be driving between towns or in a town you are less familiar with. Sure, it’s hit and miss at times but it has several options I can’t find in other apps and it doesn’t take up much data storage. So it’s a yes from me

Great app!. Very useful! Google maps is of course the go to for GPS services, but it can be tricky if you don't know the name of the place you are trying to find. Simply typing "restaurant" into Google maps will get you restaurants but also unrelated businesses with the word in their title. This app solves that problem by giving you these general categories.

Sort of short of expectations. I am at a hotel I have never been to before. I saw a mall as the taxi drove up past a restaurant that occupies the corner that is surrounded by the hotel and parking lot. The nearest grocer is 2.3 mi away except for the jewel osco across the street in the mall I mentioned. The nearest restaurant is similarly, not the chipotle, outback, red robin also in the mall. Need I say more? When it finds the Starbucks it send me to one 2 mi away instead of .5 mi. I will delete In favor of Google

Almost.... This app is almost exactly what I needed. The fatal flaw though, is that you can't open the directions in Apple or Google Maps, or any other map program for that matter. The app lists the directions for you but there is no way to do turn by turn directions. You can't even cut and paste the address into another app or add the location to your contacts. So, I won't be using this one until it is more functional.

Better than similar apps. I like this app better than similar apps that do the same thing -- find nearby POIs - restaurants, banks, gas stations, etc. They have more categories and the information seems to be relatively current and accurate. I particularly like the Google street view option which provides a visual idea of the place to help you find it -- in addition to normal driving directions. Honestly, this app does nothing much more than either Apple Maps app or Google Maps app on an iPhone, although since it's designed specifically for locating nearby POI services and businesses, it's a bit easier to use for that purpose. But the biggest reason for my using this app is that it supports the Apple Watch much better than either of the two apps mentioned above. Google Maps doesn't provide POI seaching at all on the Watch and Apple Maps only offers a few categories. This app would be even better in the Apple Watch if it offered Glances. The ads at the bottom of the screen and occasional pop-ups are very annoying and you must pay $2.99 to have them go away.

Very impressed. This is probably the best update this app has ever made. Super easy to use, so many categories too. Highly recommended for people who travel a lot or just want to get around.

Good. It is really good application although it does not contain so many places cause I am living in Kurdistan Iraq, but I think I will be helpful out of the country. It might be very useful if apple could install the places to the application especially Sulaimaniyah Iraq

Worthless. Used to be great. Now it tells me I have crossed the search limit and to try again tomorrow. Awesome. Considering I haven’t used it in 2 months.

Apple Watch-Aweful!. I can search for Pizza, Gas Stations, Police, etc. on the iPhone app and generate substantive results. The same searches on the Apple Watch version of the app yield "no results" or a severely reduced list compared to the iPhone list. It appears the Apple Watch version of the app does not search beyond a couple miles from your current location. For example, there is a police station about 5 miles from my house. The watch app produces "no results." That is unsafe information in an emergency. The app should give you the closest 3-5 sites meeting your search retirement no matter how far away. In addition, the data offered on the Apple Watch is very poorly documented or flat out WRONG. I searched for pizza nearby me and the Watch app wanted to send me to my local High School! This is a good example of the kind of app that gives the Apple Watch a bad name.

Very poor. I'm visiting Melbourne and the app is beyond useless. I've used it before whilst in the US and it was okay. On this occasion it hardly registers anything accurately in the Melbourne CBD. There's a major supermarket around the corner from where I'm staying and the app doesn't register or display it. I deleted it immediately.

No good for specific locations. It can find what your looking for, sure. But if you want to see where it is? No. You cannot zoom in on the map making it fairly pointless if your after specific locations.

Inaccurate. I put in stuff around my area and it got the bus stops (stations) wrong, the clothing shops wrong , the cafes wrong. So it looks good but ...

Didn't help me. I did a search for ATM machines and it didn't pick up the nearest ANZ one. The app seemed to be a bit bumpy in places and I failed to see what this app delivered that Google maps doesn't ? Not sure what the point of differentiation is here.

Dislike that privacy setting requires always location tracking. App is fairly good but I dislike that it requires location tracking always. Not sure why this is required.

Garbage. Tried first time to find ATM.. directions in the app for google and Apple maps were (somehow) different for the same item!! Walked there, and NO SIGN of the bank in question!!! They must have just made everything up in the app so it looks like it is real!!

Not great. If it's called find near me... Shouldn't it find the things actually near me??? When I first turned on the app to see if it was functional you would assume it would show you the coffee shop and 6 bars just 2 blocks away. Nope. Just all the ones downtown 5km away. Not great. Deleted from phone.

Wonky. Paid for ad free version, still getting ads. Tried to look up something first time, it said I exceeded my limit??? It keeps saying, come back another day after three days. Deleting —- I won’t be coming back another day!!!

Stupid. I'm in Vancouver and you're showing me Wi-Fi spots in Cupertino, California? I wish Wi-Fi had that much distance range. Even other categories show me things 100's of kilometres away. Stupid.

Horrible app. I removed in less than five minutes after the download. The adds overwhelm the app. I can't get to the details without loosing the screen to a pop up add. I wanted it to find hospitals and it doesn't list the ones near me do I can't rely on it to find one when I travel. Good concept, poor actuality.

Good. This app is worthwhile especially if you're traveling to a city. We found it especially useful when we decided to take the back roads to Pittsburgh and needed to find a gas station!

Not very accurate. I just got this app and tried it in my hometown, the pictures are wrong and doesn't even list the obvious stuff like Starbucks. For one iPad/iPod store it showed a house in the ghetto north side. Scary! I'm pretty sure that was a mistake.

You Ruined It. Before this latest update, this app was a ***** 5 star. Now, it is less than a 1 star. Your ads that automatically pop up are horrible and some I can't close without closing the program. I hope you take down your ads as it detracts from an otherwise great program. Oh, and having sound in your ads makes it twice as bad. You guys really screwed up a great app.

A year of use - life saver!. I travel quite a bit and while out it is helpful to find nearest home improvement for parts, hotels, it saves allot of time!

Wretched. Bring back the old "Near Me" and dump this thing. Nothing is alphabetized, if you go to a selection and discover it isn't what you want, close the whole app and start over- there is no facility to back out a screen or two. The "directions" are always in the way, voluminous, and near-incomprehensible. Deleting it and looking for something else.

Works for me. I don't use it often, but it usually helps me find what I want. It seems better than Google, Yahoo and Bing at giving more options.

A good start. This is a good start but there needs to be better controls. I could never two finger zoom only double tap. But even after double tap zooming you can't pan or move the map or map a route. Adding these basic features this would be a lot stronger of an app.

Helpful tool. Helps you find both generic things like "Pizza" or specifics like "Autozone" or even a specific restaurant by name. Cons: 1) Ads that can be hard to dismiss 2) Pesters you to rate it Would be cool if you could draw an area, then search that area. For instance, you're driving along interstate 80, and looking for the next Chevron. You could shrink the map, draw your search zone using a finger, then hit search.

Best in class. I've tried a bunch of finders and this is the best. If you don't see the category with one name keep looking. You can usually find something close.

No results?????. I'm on vacation & I know there are a lot of stores in this vicinity. However, I have tried searching on each and EVERY category and receive "No location found for keyword" each and EVERY time. What is this app good for?? At the present time, nothing other than frustration.

The path to go somewhere are crazy. So this app is very very good for finding place but not taking you there ! I tried it out with a pharmacy and a supermarket close to where I live…and the path to go there take me around the block to go there .
