Easy and practical. I really enjoy this app. It's very easy to use. There are different levels to move through. It is the best of all the free meditation apps. One thing I would add is a bell at the beginning and end.

Easy to use. It is a very simple but very useful program. I've used it to calm my nerves before bed to get a good night sleep. I also use it before doing yoga which helps me take deep deliberate breaths during my routine.

Pranayama helper. It hellos in synchronize my breathing exercise. I wish it has an endnote like bell or ding so that I know when timer ends.

Yoga8249. This is one of the greatest free app, just like the 4.99 one. Super I love it

Pranayama. When you rate it take a deep breath !. Anything that helps me along in this world has value to me. This app makes me reconsider my breathing, and how i could make it better. It reminds me to slow down. Live in moment. The animation helps, and it helps me calm down after crazy day. It is simple, but has value. Slow down and breathe.

Stuck in options menu. App is ok, very easy to use. However, once you go into the options menu to select different settings for your course, it won't let you return to the main menu. You basically have to restart the app every time.

make the paid app free for a day. i so want to try out the paid app. make it it free for a day to boost your sales so i can get it too. lol

Great app, use it twice a day. Makes meditation easy. Time flies. First time I did the most challenging breath at ten minutes. Got so into it the timer stopped but I kept going. Really a useful app.

Asthmatic loves this!!. This app is great!! I suffer from Asthma quite severely and the coughing makes everything hurt especially around the neck. The breathing exercises not only help slow down my breathing so that I can catch my breath, but helps to relax the muscles in my neck& back allowing my airway to open up!!! Thanks this is very beneficial! :)

A+. Essentially a timer. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to learn proper meditative breathing.

Meh.. It was...ok. I mean it wasn't bad. But I do have a few complaints. 1. The first time I opened it, nothing happened. It was a black screen. 2. I finally did open it, and it was fine, and I like the concept, but the "nature" sound wasn't very good. It sounded like an insane native American man singing. I tried all the other sounds and they were not relaxing or soothing at all. Please find better sounds. 3. The review you guys gave it sounded very complementary. I don't think such good reviews should be given, as it wasn't much, just an app that shows you when to breathe. It is simple, but not worth 5 stars for a breathing app. I am sorry.

Please bring back 3.1.x version. I used to use this every day and, when I had to restore my iPhone, lost the app that was 3.1.x compatible. Please bring this version back...I am crushed I can't use it anymore!

Does the job. Breath timing is confusing at first but still very useful. Headphones greatly enhance the experience.

Ok but need improvment. I found it ok! It need lots of improvment I don't want the image of the idol/yogi while looking at the screen but could not find an option to do it, plus it does not allow me to change minuits from 5 to 6 or 7 it as already set minuits.

Free version has jarring ads. Imagine you are fully relaxed because of this nice app and the slow breathing it encourages. Then right at the end you awaken from your deep meditation to a jarring loud ad. I understand the need for ads to support free versions of apps but to have one with a very loud audio at the end of a meditation is very annoying. I may have purchased the full app if it wasn’t for this. Deleted.

Mr. Knowing how to breathe and actually breathing properly are two different things. This app, allows you to really focus on what your lungs are doing and yet it allows you to time your breath properly. The variation in breathing patterns and duration is great. Love it!

Easy 1st place. I have purchased a few breathing apps that promise a lot but fail to deliver. This wins 1st place without a doubt & it's a lite version, the price for full app is a little high so I'll wait for the price to drop & purchase it right away. Terrible. First time using, seeking relaxation, an ADVERTISEMENT popped up and monopolized my screen. Not relaxing! Badly done.
