Works great. Useful for keeping track of patients at work

Pretty good. Good concept and generally well done. I use it everytime I'm on call. It might be better on the iPhone than on the iPod Touch I use it on. I write the note and email it to myself for later printout using wifi. It only lets me write a note as an email and once it's sent there's no record of the note on the Touch. I would like to be able to write and keep the notes for review on the iPod.

On call. I am actively using the program when on call and it does exactly as it claims. Data entry is a bit tedious having to save each part of a note individually. Having a list of favorite recipients would be nice for a future release.

Good for basics, needs enhancement.. Overall, I like the application for the basic navigation and data entry fields (including customization). But, I would like the application to be enhanced, in two ways: 1) provide multiple field sorting capability (I would like to sort by client name and date), and 2) provide multiple email capability (I would like to email multiple records individually, but at once, rather than emailing each record one at a time).

Excellent app!. Great for tracking pts and codes w manual entry. I use email function to share with my biller. Need a way to store/archive entries so don't lose everything in a crash.

Awesome App. I have really liked this app over the years and continue to use it several times a week. It seems to me to be the only app of its kind and I sure am glad the developers made this. I'd have a hard time going without it at this point.

Doesn't work. Bought this app & it won't open.

More Templates. Would be great if there was a way to add multiple templates. More dental options needed too.

Poorest quality app I've ever seen. The app crashes frequently. Unlike the prior review, these crashes are not minor. The password section is weak and optional - not acceptable for HIPAA. No formatting of phone numbers or birthdates. Inconsistent capitalization of text fields. Creates blank records when it should allow the cancelation of a new entry. Does not follow standard iPhone App functionality. Not worth the on-sale price of $3.99!

Perfect for when I'm on call.. Five stars after the update. It works great now. I love it, I truely couldn't ask for more. No more bugs that I can find. I love being able to set my own template in the settings. Previous review: This app is great. I love it. I am a Family Physician and this app allows me to field a call on my phone and document everything I need in the app. I take phone call for several clinics with multiple doctors. I can enter the patients' identifying info as well as their clinic and doctor. After I complete my on-call note I can simply email it to their doctor or to my office. I love it. I gave it 4 stars because there are a few minor bugs... But the developer emailed me that the fixes have already been submitted. I will upgrade to 5 stars when the update gets approved. Great developer and great app for any medical provider who takes call or takes any patient info while away from the office.

A Few Needs for this App. Good but not great. Unfortunately I have been unable to find anything better for my needs. Here are a few suggestions: Needs a “Search" feature. For patient name or drug or other info Use of the iCloud for back up and for new phone etc. Would like the ability to print a report. Someone needs to look closely at the Auto Correction. There are a few minor irritations that could be addressed. The ability to modify the basic record by adding or subtracting fields.

Not HIPAA Compliant. It's a good concept but poorly done. Security is a huge issue. Password protection is weak and not sure if the email option is secure. Without the ability to export notes securely to put with a patient's file it's useless. Save your money.

Nurseevick. This allows me to quickly take notes on pt status & needs for future reference & addressing needs. Great for my needs.

Great app. Good for everyday use!

Doctor. It is very easy to use. Keeps information from being misplaced.

OnCall Notes. Better than scrap paper. Would help to have fields for allergies, Meds, chronic problems, etc. Good for AM checkout.

An emerging killer app. As a psychologist, I like this a lot. I only use a few fields in case security is compromised. I use initials and keep notes that help me only. My biggest question is about the extent to which the app is secure especially since emailing notes opens me up to hacking. Otherwise I look forward the ability to indicate session numbers and the ability to write multiple notes for one person with greater ease.

Lpn. I would like to see this app for nurses notes. It would be great with a to do list, room number, vitals, o2, spo2's, pain management, PIE notes (problem, intervention, evaluate) or SOAP notes

Great app with just on request for a change.. The app works great and helps keep logs easily. I wish we could add pictures to the notes for certain situations if possible please add this feature.

Not intuitive at all. Difficult to navigate around in, waste of my money. I wish these apps had a try before you buy!

Useful for family doc on call. Useful app for documenting patient calls - when advice or Rx given. Allows you to customize the items you want in your note. Time stamp is great time-saving feature. Glad you can email the note from within the note (right on the screen) to your office manager, partner, etc. I docked the app 1 star because there is a glitch that kicks you out of the app if you try to add a second note while in the app.

App Review. This is definately a useful App. I am impressed with the developer's attention to user feedback. They fixed the initial crashing problem and allowed some user interface for setting up a template. I hope the developer's will continue to revise it to just continue to improve on it over time. Security issues are always a good thing to look at. I would also like to be able to use the longer horizontal screen on my IPhone for typing the notes. It can be a very helpful tool for quick patient tracking when "on the run".

Can be handy. This can be handy for writing up notes. Could the next update accommodate vets who are on call?

Average. Like most of these aps it lacks sophistication and flexibility. What it does, it does ok but lacks the ability to track patients or allow for multiple occasions of service. It should also have a "free" alternative to trial because now I've paid for something I'll probably never use.

Horrible. This app is terrible. Cannot customize other than offered subheadings. Way too much clicking to enter info. Crashed several times. Waste of money.
