Unreliable operation. Of all the apps I run on my phone — and it’s a lot — this one is the most unreliable. Stops, starts, lurches. Just not a good experience unless it’s running on WiFi. So bad today I deleted the app and downloaded again. Maybe that will do the trick. WSB needs to spend some $$ to get this app running correctly.

Now that WSB has abandoned.... ...those of us in north and northeast Georgia by relocating their transmitter further south this is the only reliable way of listening to the station. Since I don’t have internet in all the places I go, I am listening to a lot more local radio. I guess those stations have WSB to thank for their increase in market share.

Great app annoying review question. Love this app, actually use it multiple times a day but being asked everyday to review said app has me leaning toward the old school radio

Please Fix It for iPads, Tablets. Okay app, initial pop-up video add to sit through before it begins (which I understand, pays the bills). However, I thought by now (this app has been out for a long time) that it would have been revised so it does not "flip" and go side-ways on an iPad/tablet. This station is large enough to invest the small amount it would take to update the app and make it horizontal on an iPad/tablet. My neck and eyes are sore from looking sideways!!!

Great, but…. Can we please go back to no Cool-Ray ads (or any ads)before being able to listen live, especially since there is a Cool-Ray ad already on the page as soon as you join?

Only News I Trust. I have been a listener for almost 30 years and depend on the traffic religiously from WSB because they are the best and Mellish gives the weather without hysteria just fact!!

Too many pop up ads!. I love to listen to WSB and have had the app for a few years now to stay informed on weather, traffic and breaking news. While the notifications for these things do work well, when I actually want to go into the app to read an article constant ads pop up full screen that I have to exit out of at least 3 or 4 times. I’m sure that if I accidentally clicked on the links for these ads they would lead me to spammy sites. In addition, the bottom of any article there are click bait ads for spam sites. There is no where for me to give feedback on this app either so I decided to write a review on the App Store. This is unprofessional for WSB in my opinion and I will be deleting the app. I shouldn’t feel like my fingers are walking on eggshells while I’m reading my local news.

Content Good, App is Garbage. Just clicked a notification to read a local news story. The app opened and immediately forced me into a non-dismissible video ad that took multiple attempts to close even after it was done. About half way through reading the article (30 seconds later), the same video ad barged in again and again the close button had no effect on it. Terminated the app and deleted it. Aside from this sort of behavior, your app’s main screen looks like one of those sleazy ad-stuffed pages with 100 page long slide shows about celebrity secrets or some other nonsense. Fire whoever designed this app, throw it in the trash, create something worthy of your content.

Good coverage of ATL news, bad app. This app has so much potential, but the full screen ads that take 3-4 taps to close ruin the entire experience. And if you accidentally tap one more time in the top left corner, the article you wanted to read disappears. Also when scrolling through an article to read it, the article disappears, forcing you to scroll to the top for the news article to reappear. This has been going on for 3+ years. This tells me the devs don’t care and Apple appears to think that this quality of app is acceptable for the AppStore. If it weren’t for push notifications/headlines, I would have long deleted this app.

Up to date first to report. I have always used some sort of media platform from WSB do you know what’s going on with Atlanta/Georgia The information that is pushed to my phone is just right and does not create an emotional reaction which I appreciate. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!

Too controlling. Attempting to keep you inside their app make it more difficult to use. The real estate is limited so you can’t see the whole article. Notifications are great, but then it’s too complicated on how to see the actual article you’re being notified about. Even reference tweet are contained inside the app. Good grief, just open the app or new window.

Worse Than Click Bait. I’m deleting my WSB app. I open it and get asked to use location services, once by Apple (to be fair, WSB can’t control that) and then by the WSB app. THEN a video commercial comes on. If I’m driving and simply want a traffic report, I can’t take my attention off the road long enough to go through all that junk. I don’t know. The once great WSB is not what it used to be, and the app has gotten really bad.

Reliable, Energetic and Timely. I have listened to WSB for 40 years and found the station’ s voices to be on point reporting news, weather, sports and the station’s ability to attract an array of speakers with varying opinions. I do miss the days when WSB broadcasted all the Atlanta Braves games though and appreciate the Georgia Bulldog games. Clark Howard is a favorite of ours and enjoy his alerts to fraud and scams plus deals that are hot. The Management is definitely working well as the team is consistent which helps with reliability!

Ad presentation makes it unusable. Everyone understands that advertising is an integral part of apps like this. However, the design company WSB has hired created an impediment to consuming their content. The ads are now the featured content and the news items present in a way that makes the content appear to be an afterthought. I’ll be moving to other platforms to get WSB radio, ATL news content and local traffic information.

New programming. Congratulations I think, to Eric Erickson, for inheriting Rush Limbaugh’s spot from 12 to 3 on WSB. I will certainly miss him on my drive home, I enjoyed his honesty, his knowledge of current events, and his program in general. I will not be listening to Mark Arum, I shudder to think of three hours of millennial match game! He is neither informative nor entertaining. I will miss the afternoon traffic reports because that is the time that I am driving home from work. But I can’t imagine 3 hours of Arum. But then how would he ever have time to prepare for a real informative show with substance, as he is the utility guy for all things on WSB radio and TV. Sorry if I offend, just my opinion.

Best App for the Best Station. I listen to WSB exclusively for weather, traffic and talk programming. The local personalities are all at the top of their game, and Jamie Dupree is THE only journalist I trust to give me the true facts of what’s going on in politics. I make several trips per year to a second home 6 hours away. Thank goodness for the WSB app so I can listen remotely and in the car during my trips. Keep up the great work, WSB!

The only station I listen to anymore. I've been a longtime listener to WSB radio, long before the FM station was in place. Now, I listen to WSB daily on my mobile using the app. Currently, the internet is down at my place of business, where I continue listening once I leave my car. Thank goodness for your app!! Keep up the great work guys. I would be listening to my old jazz CD's or talking to myself in my commute were it not for you, lol! To all at WSB: continue to be blessed, stay safe!

The app lets me go from the car to the house!. Just because I get where I’m going in my car doesn’t mean i have to stop listening to WSB! I just switch to the app! Wherever I am, I never have to miss Rush, Sean, Erick, Belinda, Clark, or any of the other WSB family! Miss Herman Cain’s show, though!

Love WSB but app needs work. I listen to WSB everyday, but usually don’t use the app due to its poor design. The weather portion is the most aggravating when trying to scroll down to the weather blogs because the forecast portion interferes with navigation. You’d think that one of the top radio stations in the nation could at least afford to improve the app to make it more functional.

Best traffic team ever on this App. Need guidance with traffic situations in Atl ? You need this app. Plus ! I can hear news, weather and folks like Herman Cain (with a C) at the touch of a button. I'm a traffic trouper and I can call into the traffic center very easily from the app. We love ya !

Atl Resident. Current producer for an Entercom station, yet former intern at WSB and Midtown resident. What’s going on with the app? The news feed is NOT updating. I’m getting the same stories from weeks ago. Weather inside the app seems to work fine...but I’m missing out on my go-to source for local news. Help!

Better. Much improved over previous versions. The time change feature for the alarm does not work in dark mode. You can’t see the fields to change it.

Only one complaint with the app. If I’m listening to the app on earbuds and a call comes in, the app continues to play while the call is live. Make the app shut down during calls. Other than that, it’s helpful.

Location/Video Pop Ups. Longtime fan and listener of WSB Radio. The app is another story. Lately, anytime I click a notification, I get transported into the app as it asks for my location and then launches video after video of either ads or the story. Basically unusable. I understand the need to earn revenue but the app is so inundated with ads and ad videos it’s not working.

First always. WSB Radio is what I wake up to every day and is the station I turn to when I want my news fast. Their daily talk shows keep me listening all day! Love this station!!

Podcasts won’t play when screen closes!. Downloaded the app so I could listen to word on the street. It seems like every time I turn the station on hannity is on (I’ve heard all I can take about the dossier) so, I’d like to listen to the best show on radio. Seriously do something about hannity, one hr is bad enough but y’all make us suffer through 2.

Eric Van Hester. I have listened to WSB radio since the 70s the morning show with Eric von Hester is the worst show WSB as ever done. When he’s on I will change the channel. I don’t like the format of one person talking all the time. WSB started as a talk show radio not a one person show just to speak he is nonsense

Patience Please…. This is only my 2nd time, and less than an hour, using the App. So for you to ask for a Review is unfair to both YOU aaaaand to me. I’ve just no usage to justify feedback. Try again in at least a week or two. Or after, I don’t know, maybe after I’ve used the App for a few hours. I mean, after I’ve ACTUALLY USED the App. Love what little I’ve experienced so far!!

Great! Except for the stream interruptions. I like how simple and straightforward this app is to use and enjoy listening to the live streaming! However, often the streaming will stop and then, sometimes, completely shut the app down. Can this be fixed, please? Thanks.

Dr John Huggins. The app is ok, but the shows on WSB are disappointing. From 9a.m. Till noon used to be great. Bortz then Cain were entertaining and informative. I didn’t always agree but it was quality broadcasting. The current programming is horrible. Silly and sickening humor mixed with anti Trump cheap shots is no way to build an audience. Eric Erickson is a nice guy but he is too often an anti-Trump wannabe RINO. Eric is NOT Rush!!! He is right about Socialist Stacey And her idiot lemmings, but his anti-Trump hate ruins his program. Other than an hour of Hannity the afternoons are even worse than the mornings on WSB, silly, leftist and unamerican. I used to listen whenever I drove my car but I haven’t done so since Rush passed. UGA football is great as always but that is all that remains of the once proud and entertaining program lineup. The silliest programs in the afternb

Needs organizational optimization. This app doesn’t make it easy to find its various hosts. There are links to the top morning host and a political host, but everyone else is hidden. Even under On Demand, the hosts are not all clearly listed. It discourages me from listening, since I can’t find my intended hosts show.

Best App for the most up to date news and traffic!. Listen to this station every day for over two hours during my commute and wouldn't have it any other way! Best source for news and traffic...and the programming is GREAT! Always love listening to Erik and Mark A. on the ride home!

Good for streaming. The WSB Radio app is good for streaming, and the text-based news is pretty good as well. The interface isn't all that great but it gets the job done. I believe the login for customization is only through Facebook which is a problem for those of us who don't use it. Overall a good app I use regularly.

WSB Radio is my favorite source of news.. I listen to this station more than I watch TV. The programming is great and I get lots of useful information about traffic, weather, local, national and international news. The app works very well.

Thanks. I love Ll the personalities. Don’t always agree with EVH AND Erik, but that help broaden perspective. Mark is fun to listen to if I’m late getting home. Traffics report is crazy when you are a new listener, but once you get the hang of it, it’s actually quit amazing you can get it all in. Thank you for strengthening the signal. App Hangs constantly. App opens & listening live works for a few minutes then a it hangs like it’s buffering but it doesn’t stop buffering. It just hangs. It does this almost every day. I delete it & re- add it. It works for a little while and hangs again. This is my go to station it the morning. Please help bust the buffering! Thanks

WSB Radio News - Still objective?. I used to think that WSB Radio News was fair and balanced but I have been having my doubts since November, if not before that. WSB gets national news from CBS and we know CBS is tilted against the President. Reporting tonight on Trump's decision on the Paris Accords, CBS played several voices against Trump and not one voice supporting Trump. Is that fair and balanced? Hardly. Is WSB Radio News objective when covering President Trump? Convince me, please, because I don't hear it.

Georgia sports/severe weather. I love this app. How ever, you can’t listen to Georgia sports especially if severe weather is taking place. I hope this is something that y’all can fix. It’s not fair to you guys at all.

Been in ATL since..... I’ve moved to the ATL in 2002. I was told when I first got here to listen to 750 AM for traffic to get around Atlanta. Well since that first time I started. My radio had never been on any other station. I have become very comfortable with the crews on air. It was a total disaster for me when we lost Captain Herb Emory. It was like I knew him my entire life. I have never met him. But I still cry when I think of him when driving on these roads. WSB Radio is a great form of information AND entertainment. Great Radio Station!!

Love the app. I hate the morning show they’re a bunch of immature imbeciles that don’t talk about anything of any importance. They’re not even funny. The “voices” are not a talent and show a lack of content for the show. I wish you’d let them go and find a funnier bunch. Von hesler needs to go back to DJing at night clubs. I love fun and funny but they’re just not it for this station. Everyone else is great and on the ball.

Annoying Ad Video Pop-Ups. For years, I would tap on a notification on my phone, the app would open, and I would begin scrolling and reading the article I had chosen - and I had the OPTION to tap on a video included in the story IF I wanted to watch it. For months now, when I tap on a notification, the same Ad video at the top of each story now automatically becomes full screen, freezes, and takes several seconds to finally realize that I’m tapping the “X” to close it. Also, during this Ad pop-up, the accompanying video(s) with the story are popping up, and also taking several seconds to respond to my attempts to close the window. Furthermore, there are times that my attempts to close the full-screen videos end up closing the story entirely. And if the story is older, I may or may not be able to easily find it again within the app. Please restore the pop-up video part of your recent update (if that’s what this is). I made peace with pausing the “Play” button when the app first opens if I’m only wanting to read an article without hearing what’s currently going on with the radio at that time. This ad/video disruption is intolerable.

Almost Useless. Only radio station I listen to and the “new” version of the app is terrible. Doesn’t switch between sources (WiFi or 4g or WiFi to WiFi) you have to hard close the app and the restart, Multiple times an hour. Cuts off regularly when connected to WiFi at a stationary location. Go back to the old app that worked fine. iPhone X

Pause and play. I’ve been a listener to WSB more than 15 years. Love it! But the app definitely needs to be better than what it is now. One example: you cannot play with the button on your wireless listening devices after you stop/pause it!

Great to listen on my little speaker. For Christmas my husband gave me a speaker for my iPhone, and it’s great to use with the WSB app. The shows sound great — with full-body sound and good tones. Couldn’t do it without the app!

Very pleased. This app has great quality and is easy to navigate. Love listening to all my shows through my Apple devices and never missing out even at work. Highly recommend

App constantly buffers. . . Use iHeart instead. This app has been an awful experience since I downloaded it over a year ago. I will come back from time to time to see if it’s gotten better but unfortunately it doesn’t seem so. The app constantly buffers which ruins talk radio bc you’re constantly missing the discussions, only getting pieces from the hosts. Oh and the non-stop location requests from this app are ridiculous. They want to track your location and even if you don’t allow it, they will ask every time you reopen the app and then you’ll say “no” and they give you instructions on how to enable tracking anyways. . . Use iHeart Radio app instead.

WSB Radio App, 5 stars!! HappyIn Dixie. Listen every weekday from 9-5. Your "Traffic & Weather Together" are extremely helpful. Am only disappointed when you drop Rush Limbaugh in exchange for ball games! However, was delighted to find you live stream his show on the radio app!!!!! Thank you so much!

Love on demand. I love the on demand feature! I wish shows were posted a little quicker. I enjoy the updates of breaking news and traffic I wish that when you get a notification, the related article would open instead of opening the main menu in the app

Gen Z Listener Here!. I started listening to wsb radio when I was a kid, hear me out. I didn’t know exactly what was going on, but my grandpa enjoyed listening to Rush Limbaugh in the car, so by proxy I thought he was pretty cool. And I liked his voice. Fast forward to my adult life I listen to every show on the station, and love them all. Especially listening to Haessler on my way to work every morning. 10/10 station AND traffic reports are always accurate.

Nice app, but.... Since the last update, the app does not pick up where it left off after a phone call comes through. It stops streaming, and that’s it. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong, but I never had the problem before the new app.

Way too may ads. I’m in favor for the content but there are way too may advertisements that interfere with the app content loading and the overall navigation of the site.

Love WSB and the app. Was a 20 year WSB listener to and from work. Retired and moved to South Florida 2 years ago, but I still listen to WSB every day via the app.

My opinion:. Like the station- news, weather, and sports. Do not like listening to lefties like Scott Slade and Eric Erickson , although Slade has a terrific radio voice. I tune in to Rush and Sean everyday !

No on the hour update 😠. It’s 8am your news is a 7am recording, okay maybe I maybe 🤔 not during something!!!!

Ads Open Repeatedly. I need to be able to get weather and traffic updates without having to close ads every time I move to a different screen

Very Informative. I have been listing for a year now, this station does not suppress or compromise the truth as many news station does in an afford to manipulate the listener thinking.

Intermittent problems. Won’t connect, sometimes plays old programming when new programming is playing on the radio at the same time. They do not respond when told about the problems. Other than that it works great ha!

App. I am so tired of ads popping up when i try to read a story I don’t want to hear the story i want to read it and to be honest when i try to close it, it pop’s back up so that’s not helpful at all

WSB app. I downloaded the app so when I get home from work. I don’t have to set in the driveway and I can go in the house to listen. Thank all of you for telling the truth.

The. Best.. WSB is the best. Unbiased reporting. Facts only. These people have stolen my heart since I was a child listening to the Braves game with Skip, Don and Pete. Only beef I have with the app is the inability to share articles...but that’s not a huge deal. Love you guys!

Daily dose. Quick and easy way to get accurate news when I can't listen

Good for listening on the go. I use this app most to listen to the broadcasts when I’m away from a radio or when I’m outside the Atlanta area.

Underground. I live in an underground apartment and radio doesn’t come in so this app is a life savor for me. Herman Kain kept me as a listener. I sure miss him and Rush. I love Eric too

The constant advertisements make this unusable. I will sit through the mandatory advertisement, finally get to the article I am trying to read, and then another advertisement pops up and makes it impossible to read or exit the ad. What a useless app.

Couldn’t start my day without it!. WSB has been part of my day for years. Love the easy access via the app no matter where I start my day.

Recent changes made the app even worse. For a major media conglomerate like Cox, you would think they would have a much better app than this. It was always a bit rough, but now it’s just clunky. Navigation requires going back to the main menu and often hangs up.

Radio towers. In my car I used to pick up 95.5 like it was in my town. They moved the repeaters to cover south Atlanta and now I get a lot of static in Athens. Please add a repeater to cover ATHENS again. I’m so sad. 😞

Pet Mom. I needed a quick answer. My question was, was the armed and dangerous suspected cop killer apprehended? Got a quick answer. He was killed.

Great app. Love the app. Easier than trying to stay near a radio while at work.

Audio Drops Out Repeatedly. What has happened to this app over the past week? Doesn’t matter if I’m using WIFI or Data, the app will drop the audio for 5-10 seconds. It has become unbearable to listen to. I’m having to listen to another station’s app. Please fix!

App Has Recent Improvements. I love this station and they have made recent improvements to their app. It does what it's supposed to do.

Asking for location EVERY time?. Would be 5 stars, but the app asks for my location EVERY time I open it. I don’t need traffic - but I need the news. Once I select “No” once, I shouldn’t have to do it again. Please fix this and I’ll raise my rating. Thanks

How much ad revenue do you need?!. Not only are there ads on the radio, the app has banners, and now they’ve added unskippable whole screen ads. I like WSB radio, but it’s already full of ads. Do we really need more on the app?

New user interface is NOT user friendly. Awful!. The new user interface just put out is not user friendly at all. I deleted app. WSB- Let me know when you change! I will reinstall. My husband deleting also:(

Glad to be BACK with WSB!. Moved to Atlanta in the 70’s and immediately loved WSB. Moved out West for family in the 90’s and REALLY missed WSB. Moved back in the 10’s and now listen to WSB daily.

Herman Cain. I love this app but wish it was easier to find the archives for Herman Cain. He was the commentator who first drew me to this station and introduced me to so many others I now follow, but the format keeps changing and Herman Cain "gets lost" somewhere. HELP!!

THE station for ATL. I listen to talk radio and find traffic updates handy.

Over run by ads. Can’t see the news for all the advertisements. Click on a news story to read, an advertisement comes up, then the story disappears. Not happy with this app at all.

Ads. Trying to read articles in the local news tab and these annoying ads keep popping up multiple times and it’s quite annoying

Wsb radio app slow. I listen to wsb news on the radio all the time but the app is very slow, overloaded with banners adds and the interface is difficult to understand and navigate. Apps should be simple to navigate, not set up like a full page website as this app is. Please fix and I will be dedicated to wsb radio on this platform as well.

TheScotchSnob. Use this app every day on my iPad, as I go about the mornings activities. I can have the radio and my favorite morning personalities right there. Not on the other side of the room.

Once a dynasty. I used to listen faithfully but lately your news readers have been adding degrading remarks about the president. I bit my tongue for 8 years with Obama can’t they do the same now. My wife and kids quit listening over a year ago and now I’ve had enough. Music radio here I come

Best station for news. I always listen whenever I’m in my car. I do wish there were a way to get a transcript for those times you’re somewhere not appropriate to have the radio on.

WSB gives the facts. Great links to sources of the news. The app is a little spotty every now and then but overall great
