Great navigation tools and hints. First - it's great to have another Catholic Bible for the iphone. I also really like the hints and tips the application provides and how easy it is to navigate between chapters. I appreciate the thought behind the design of the app.

This is by the best tradtional Catholic Bible. It is very a good to see a iPod/iphone Verison!!!!

Awesome Catholic Bible Application. An incredible Catholic Bible application that won’t break the bank. Best Traditional Catholic Bible. VerseWise are the best bible apps out there. You can see the great care taken by this developer to get things right. Easy to navigate, easy to use. Best of all, this developer is very responsive and routinely provides updates.

New version disabled copy feature. I was using the copy function sometimes to do text message or emails. Now they have disable that feature!!! It's funny! Are you selling this only to make mony? Use your talents to spread the kingdom of God!!!!

Finally an AFFORDABLE Catholic Bible!. Love that it has all the books...love that it is reasonably priced...would REALLY love to see the same in an NAB version: The NAB is so much easier to understand... Unfortunately, the only NAB for iPhone right now (BibleReader app) is $27.99... Please make an NAB in your DR price range....Thanks!

Many useful features!. I have several other bible apps and I always end up studying this version due to its features. I am able to choose a black background with white font which is easier on my eyes, different font sizes, highlighting and/ or bookmarking passages (in addition to viewing them in one list), emailing passages, and most importantly, excellent footnotes that enable me to understand the word of God! I am now able to read the bible regularly and remain interested. Easy to use on the iPhone as well as the iPad.

Enjoying it!. I'm using the DR. I like how the Bible in one year reading plan gives you a little of the Old Testament and New Testament in parallel tracks everyday. Makes it very enjoyable. And it never loses where I left off. App runs smoothly. I have an old 32-bit iPhone, but the app is fast and responsive. The ease of tapping verses to share to my apps, like notes or messengers, is very convenient.

Consumer. Seems like a great Bible app, but why in the world is, for example, Psalms 23 in the section for Psalms 22?! Can this be fixed, please? Are there other errors? Not good at all. :(

Excellent app... all that you need. This is the most functional app containing the complete Douay-Rheims text on iTunes. I've tried the rest at the time of this review but this is the only one that has a word search and landscape mode. The "Bible Douay-Rheims (Catholic)" for $2.99 is also very good. It lacks the word search, but it is well organized and has a nice look. This app is much more straightforward.
