OK. OK so far. There are a lot of eqations and I have only seen a couple but I like what I see.

By far, the best. This app is must-have. It has every calculator I've needed on the wards, and it often surprises me with bonus information I didn't even expect to be included in the results. It's fast and reliable. I'm paranoid and like to check results by hand at least once, and I've yet to find any mistakes. MediMath is the only medical calculator to take full advantage of the iPhone rather than feeling like a port of an old Palm application. I recently took advantage of specials to try Mediquations and Medical Calculator as well, so that comparison isn't just a guess from screenshots. For example, while the other apps make you tap to different screens to enter the numerator and denominator on a fraction, MediMath presents it as a fraction on the main screen, where you can enter values and change the units. The only thing it was missing was a pediatric dosing calculator, which the author added for the next version (1.4) and even sent me a personal build in advance of its release when I emailed him asking for it and he had added it. You should get MediMath ASAP.

Favorite does not work. good app. in this version, the favorites does not section does not work

Great & Practical. Great at the point of care. Easy to determine calcs quickly and frequent updates. Highly recommended.

Problems with certain apps. Despite paying for this app, all of a sudden it stopped working, when clickin on the app, it closes up. So very frustrating, dont know how to report get my money back. Not to mention cannot use it when needed. Bought a different app with similar features called mediquations, really like it.

Solid. Good app. Hasn't let me down yet. Would like to be able to program in my own custom calculations

Great ui. Great app, better ui than the other $5 calc by far (though it has slightly fewer calculators).

Indispensable. I use it every day in private practice as a family physician. BMI, peak flows, Framingham data, dermatomes--all well done, and easily accessible via the favorites option. Thanks for a great app!

Beautiful! A necessary daily resource.. I've tried the free option and Mediquations; I'm keeping MediMath. I love the attention to detail and smooth entry mechanism (a lot like Safari with previous/next buttons to go between items). It has all the tools I need on a daily basis. I've recommended it to my colleagues.

I used this for the most simple conversions to the most complex.. I would recommend this to most nursing students

Incredibly useful app. This application comes in quite handy on the wards.

Great for anesthesia formulas. As a nurse anesthetist student, this app is great to plug in numbers for care plans. It has it's own "Anesthesia" tab with pertinent calcs. Can also reference actual formulas for deriving #s under "info" when need to refresh your memory for things like the alveolar gas equation, Henderson-hasselbach, etc. Great app so far!

The best of the medical calculators!. This application is the cleanest, fastest, and easiest to use of the med calculators out there. As a practicing neurologist, I make use of it every day. When I suggested a change to the NIH stroke scale, the author wrote back immediately and had already made the changes! Though some of the other calculators have more equations, none are as easy to use nor change so quickly in response to user feedback to the author. Great job!

Good, with minor details though. As ICU fellow, one of the reasons for getting this app was the iv drip calculator. It works fine, but once you have entered and saved the doses & concentrations, there is no way to identify the drug while you are page plotting the numbers. There is option for "units" as in insulin & the letter in the notes are very small. And what happened to the PERC rule? this is another basic calculation.

Great app. It had some trouble with the ob wheel but that seems to be corrected now. Very useful for med student, nurse, PA, resident or practicing physician

Great App with frequent updates. This is a well designed app that Evan keeps very up to date with frequent releases. Evan responds quickly to questions or issues and the applications UI is quick and intuitive.

ER doctors review. Absolutely a great program, easy to use and well worth it! Must have speacially for Med students, Residents and new physicians.

Highly recommended for those in a medical field. A comprehensive collection of medical formulas and calculators. Frequent updates and additions, easy input options, detailed references for each formula. Suggestions and feedback are quickly addressed.

Nice Compilation of tools. Easily accessed by easily guessed names. Accuracy with ease of access are the primary parameters.. I would a broader scope of tools included. ESP clinically validated scores for use. Overall nice work

Could you add.... Very good resources. Would like to see Karnofsky & Palliative care scores, algorithms, etc...end of life practitioner thanks for considering.

Comes in handy. As a pharmacist I am constantly doing all kinds of calculations. This program is a big help.

Chose this over MedCalc. Researched medical calculator apps for a while, and had it narrowed down to this and MedCalc. I chose this one due to positive feedback about the developer's responsiveness to feedback/requests, and because the developer is a U.S.-based physician, while MedCalc is a Swiss app. Support the U.S. economy!

DO. So far any calculation I have needed is on my iPhone.

Great application and very responsive author. This calculator has it all and its easy to use. The author is very responsive and willing to make changes or additions to the program.

Great App. I was looking for a medical calculator that provided explanations of the Scores, this app is great in that it has a one line summary of the purpose of the calculation as well as provide the abstract of the Original research.

Not updating much and no way to get support. This was a great app and the developer used to be responsive to questions. Now I don't know how to contact him. We should be able to suggest new items to add like the CHADS2VASC score etc. but if there's a way to contact support, I don't know what it is!

Infusion calculator. Was an excellent app until one day the infusion calculator (IV RATE) was removed along with all my saved medications and notes. Just gone... So upset. Now it's just an app with a few useful calculators but it lost its edge it has over the others

Helpful application & additional feature written by request!!!. I have now purchased both MediMath and Mediquations (both for the same amount) and found MediMath MUCH more helpful! I needed an additional feature to calculate pediatric BMIs so I e-mailed Evan and within a week this feature was available! It works perfectly- I could not be happier to have this application on my iPhone. It's easy to use, and will be with me through all of my clinical rotations. I strongly encourage anyone in the medical profession to purchase this app.!

great medical calculator! great support!. I was appreciative when this great medical calculator went on sale. I immediately emailed the developer with suggestions of essential calculations/references that I use on a daily basis as an FP. Now, with the update released today, they were all there! Can't beat that! Thank you, MediMath!

Most comprehensive and easy to use of the medical calculator apps.. I have used all of the iPhone med calculators, ant this one is the most comprehensive. The documentation and discussion of each calculation is also superior (compare "anion gap"). Additionally the developer was very responsive and prompt in adding a request (Duke Treadmill Score). This is the one to get.

Shock Index and Nice APP. Nice APP would like to see shock index added to the formulas.

Very useful resource. iPhone makes it easy and always at hand.

THE BEST!!. This by far is the best med calc app available. It took leaps ahead with the addition of catagories. Aside from this addition it has the easiest interface & feels the most polished compared to the competition. The number of calcs in an app like this is nice, but the ease of use & thoughtful design makes this the standout clear choice. Everything to the smallest detail is user friendly and complete. Evan is actively improving this app, not just throwing more calcs in it for the numbers game. I'm confident more calcs will come, but this is the app in which they are the easiest to use. Great Job!

Best medical calculator in the App Store. If you're looking for a medical calculator you won't go wrong with this one. It's as good as it gets. It has everything you could want and works flawlessly. It's also very visually appealing. A++

Doctor. I downloaded this app almost a month ago. So far much more than I expected. All the calculations, one can expect, in one place. Simply superb.

Best medical calculator out there. This is perhaps the best medical calculator currently within the App Store. Sure, it may be costly compared to others, but this calculator is the complete experience. I have tried using all the other medical calculators in the App Store and each one is missing a few key calculators/features. However, MediMath is the only one that has them all. As for product support, the developer is within the medical field, is very responsive to emails, and regularly puts out new updates. As an aside, be aware that MediMath contains tools that may be another apps only feature. For example, there is an app in the App Store currently that only calculates IV drug dosing - for $4.99. In addition to its many other calculators, MediMath also has a built-in IV drug dosing calculator.

Make it easier to add favorites. Good app, very helpful in the clinical environment. I would like to see a quicker method to add favorites instead of having to go to my favorites to add the calculators used more often.

Complete and thorough. There are very few things I ever want to calculate as a resident/fellow that aren't here. It has really simplified and improved my practice.

Best Medical Calculator Program I've Used. I've been using Medimath for the last couple of weeks while on clinical rotation along with the free 'Medical Calculator' program. I've found this program to be more stable than 'Medical Calculator' in terms of not crashing, and is much easier to use in terms of entering in values (Cr levels, etc) quickly on the wards. There are lots of equations present with Medimath right now--far more than 'Medical Calculator--and far more ones that I find useful on a daily basis.

Very helpful app. My one complaint regarding this app would be it would be SO helpful if there was a "clear" button so that you could clear the numbers that were previously put in.

Excellent Program. I've tried a few of the medical calculators out there and medimath is the best. The interface is clean, the calculators have nice descriptions of the formulas and how to interpret them and the customer support is very responsive. The most recent version implemented a number of suggestions from other customers (fluid calculations, NIH stroke scale, apache II score) and I imagine it will only continue to improve. Pediatric formulas are also included.

Problem with new version. I have enjoyed using this fine set of calculators until now. The display no longer rotates the orientation, a nasty glitch. It will only operate in the portrait orientation, with the iPad button at the bottom. Please fix this.

One Out of One Doctors Surveyed Recommends MediMath. Well on its way to earning the coveted 5-star rating. Even Schoenberg cares enough about making this the best medical "calculator" that he returned my email within hours! I suggested adding the MMSE and the PHQ-9 and he is on it! The Best - well worth the price. I am an ED physician used to relying on my old palm for years for a number of calculations. The addition of the NIH stroke calculator as well as the numerous other applications makes this tool easily the best one available. The "favorites" feature is helpful to find those medical calculators relevant to my field in a timely fashion. I very quite familiar with other similar products on the market including the free application. The author - a medical student in Atlanta - is very open to quickly to adapt any reasonable suggestions for improvement in future editions. That alone is worth the modest price of admission. I highly recommend it.

Great medical calc. Easy and quick to use. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be getting any updates, and a couple calculators don’t work: the age calc won’t let you input a birth year, and the temp conversion calc only converts to C. There are other apps for that stuff, though, and important calculators I’ve tried all work.
