Mediocre Gacha, but Awesome production/story.. They kind of went with an original story aside from the main one that’s the anime, but it fits near canon and fleshes out the side characters more so than the anime and manga ever does. Characters also stay true to their given personalities and are not just there for fan service or to look good in the background. Honestly, story is 11/10. Gacha is 7/10, really 5/10 which is average at best, but gotta give a +2 for an interesting summon animation.

Fun at first, then unrewarding. First of all, games graphics is somewhat intriguing, but it’s the characters that make the game enjoyable. The storyline of each is what keeps it alive, but the unrewarding aspect comes into place right away—paid to win (P2W) and the pulls thought boosted for a specific—it is a gacha overall. This game makes you think what are dailies? Because you finished them, right where’s the rewards? Nothing. That’s why it is also unrewarding because you get anything? No. Other games give you dailies and allow you to be rewarded like thank you for your time and how they are handling is like, “borrowed time and we want other people’s money (OPM.)” okay… why would I pay if you force heavily and my reward is still gambling because that’s what it is! Any progression is halted easily because the enemies are powerful from the beginning and advancing without paying, well keep logging in.

Addicting and fun but severe greediness and bad pacing.. I have a lot of fun collecting the characters, interacting with them, and seeing all the cool abilities. It’s clear the game had a lot invested in it. That being said this is the most pay to win F2P I ever saw. The game hands out laughable rewards for clearing milestones, 10 gems, that’s the reward you get for pretty much all the milestones. You need 2,800 for a ten pull on gacha. Despite events and everything else that gives you more you’re likely to run out constantly for characters you want. You have to pay to really get what you want and sometimes you won’t even get the characters unless you spend hundred of dollars on just a single banner unless you want to grind 6 months to a year to get a guaranteed. To top it off the game has terrible pacing. About once a month there’s a level cap increase and new missions which means new gear. It doesn’t leave you time to upgrade your current characters effectively so you’re more likely to have more than a few characters lag behind to upgrading. Despite my review I do love this game but there needs to be serious overhauls on gem rates, gacha, and pacing.

It is fun, but remember, it is a Gacha game. Ok so I’ve been playing Fate grand order for over 2 years and not only is it my first gacha game but also the only one I’ve stuck with. I’ve tried many others and none of them have stuck with me. I like this game because it is fairly simple to understand and kinda easy to play. There is a Way to “ guarantee” at least one SSR by re-rolling the account to try and get the character you want simply by deleting the account skipping the tutorial and doing the free summon till one is happy. And that can take…Time. I wanted Delta and it took me like an hour for her to show up. Gacha is all about the ODDS, the chances for SSR is really low, 3%, so don’t expect to get all the best characters. But if you can get one you like then I think this can be fun 3/5

Glitchy. I played for a while a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the game. So much so that I actually spent money on it. Suddenly there was an update which rendered the game unplayable. After deleting and restarting I was able to get back in. Unfortunately it makes me start from the beginning to do the tutorial. Upon completion of the initial tutorial battle it takes me to boost a character. The characters I have acquired earlier through purchase are still there, but it is trying to go through the tutorial process of boosting a character and freezes up on the main character as I have already done it once before. The game has become unplayable and I have wasted money on on a potentially great game that I definitely still want to play. I’m hoping I can get my money back or maybe be offered some sort of fix. It seems to be a great game with an interesting story, but way too glitchy at the moment to offer anything of value.

Ok. Could be better. Fun game. Love the anime so this is a nice companion. This game suffers from a huge problem with balance though. You have to be overwhelmingly stronger than your opponent to actually win since the battles are limited to 1 minute. so skill takes a back seat to raw power. The PvP stuff is all automatic but would be nice if you had option to just autocalc since it spends so much time just spamming the attack CGI that after the first few days you’re sick of seeing them. Back to balance, it’s pretty obvious that most people left playing after only the first few weeks have dumped a ton of money into the game. Most people in the matchmaking have three full sets of maxed out characters while I have been playing since day 1 F2P and don’t even have half of one. There are also a lot of bugs in the app that are annoying. It’s too easy to brush the edge of the screen while activating an attack, which pauses the game and causes the battle to hang. That’s been acknowledged for over a month now with no fix, but there have been a lot of content drops so it becomes abundantly clear where the priorities lie. Overall, I’d recommend this game to kill some time in a waiting room or on the john for a few weeks, but I wouldn’t expect to leave this installed for the longer term from what I’ve seen.

Not ready for global. The main draw of the game was supposed to be the storytelling, and the English translated text is cut off most of the time, leaving out critical information. The gacha is ridiculously overpriced and extremely not f2p or even dolphin friendly. Unless you have more than $300 dollars to spend on dupes which give an extreme amount of power and cannot be farmed, it is fairly unplayable. What you get for about $99 is an extremely buggy game with forced login mechanics that make you log in at certain times in the day to receive stamina. Crunchyroll does not respect your time or your wallet. Its a shame to all fans of the franchise to be honest. The in game scenes are a direct rip off of the anime. You're better off just giving money directly to buy that and save yourself the frustration.

Cool but could be better.. Graphics and animations is on point. Storylines is a bit long and game play is kinda wack. For the future updates, I would like a way to fast forward the storylines such as x2, x4, and x6. I would also like to have some sort of time bar display to see when your hero or emeny is going to make a move or do something. This game is pretty new and I haven’t gone that far into the game yet. I noticed that there are ‘paid’ crystals and just crystals… Why!?…just combine them into one currency.

Good game. This is really a good game the updates are good they are getting better than how it is was in the beginning for the game Some things I would to point out that I wish to offer that could hopefully one day be added into the game is an increase in gains for the gems to summon characters because 2800 is pretty grindy too do before an event could ever start and I would get only 1 or 2 10 time summon and another would be to the number of attempts for the daily challenges to at the max of 5 because 2 is too little

MONTHS of CRASHES. Let me put this in a way a company understands. DO NOT WHALE ON THIS GAME!!! If you even can whale without crashing before reaching the IAP page. I haven’t written a review since I expected the developers to fix the crashing issue MONTHS AGO, but with the nene collab update, i opened the game 10 times in a row and have been greeted with a crash each time after the INITIAL loading screen. Even if you get passed that, loading up a battle, which happened a lot in this game, has a high chance of crashing too. THE ISSUE GOT WORSE!!! I’m using a phone that can run Honkai, Genshin, and tower of fantasy no problem. I’ve put up with this long enough. It’s obvious this isn’t a priority, otherwise it would’ve been solved a long time ago Another thing, this game somehow has a larger file size than Tower of fantasy, which has multitude of open worlds. Those 20+ gb better be some high quality audio files or something.

Fun but crashes a lot. This games is fun to play but the constant app crash every time I load a battle stage is not fun or when I constantly load anything I have a low change of it load the next scene of immediately crash before I do anything. I have to also constantly close and reopen the game every time it crash sometimes it doesn’t make it to the title screen before crashing. But I enjoy this game just wish these bugs were completely fix. I am playing this game most of the time over WiFi and there should not be any app crashes or in game crashes. Thanks.

Good game, bad monetizatiom. Game is fun and the expanded story from the anime and LN is a must play for any fan. Battle system is easy to learn and engaging enough for a mobile game without being to complex to play on a phone. Graphics are good, 3D characters look awesome. Voice acting is same as the anime so very good imo. Overall the game is excellent….however… Be warned the monetization in this game is predatory and overall bad. They sell you gem packs that are just short of what you need to summon or purchase an event package. They add a paid shop for events. I play Princess Connect which has much more honest and fair monetization practices. I might spend a bit on this game but won’t be as much as I do on other games with better practices.

The game is alright just has a few problems. The game is alright, it’s not bad the only problem is that the game has a bunch of bugs the loading screen doesn’t load properly or when I pause and unpause my characters don’t move when it’s unpause it’s not a good thing to keep these bugs in game cause it could lead from people loving the game to hating it because of it, another problem I have is the summoning part. it could just be me but I feel like 2,800 gems to summon 10x is a bit to much I would at least reduce it down to like 1,700 maybe but those are the only 2 problems I see in the game other then that the game is pretty good the combat is decent and the graphics are really good it’s just those 2 problems that make the game meh

Simple Combat, brilliant art. This game is quite enjoyable. The game is very manageable as a FTP and you have plenty to do upon logging in. Gear is farmable to increase the rank of the characters, and also 1 on 1 time allowing you to empower your favorite waifu makes it so that you can head into the various quests with varying level of ease. The game teaches you more complicated mechanics, and very early on punishes you for not learning your lesson. Making the challenging content a welcome difference to just being able to auto through everything. The gatcha system is a 50/50 where your desired characters duke it out to join your team. So far this sort of gatcha/summoning system is very similar to that of genshin impact where you can lose the 50/50 and get a Non rate up character. but not only does this effect the SSR rate but also the s’s and lower. Making the full roster a hefty investment , or lottery winning luck. The story is silly, the main character, cid, spends most of the time breaking the 4th wall and saying exactly what we are thinking in those moments. From his easily acquired girlfriend, to the easily defeated enemies he runs into, one punch man meets 7 deadly sins sort of hilarity ensues. Enjoyable simple gatcha game. nothing earth shattering, but nothing terrible beyond repair.

Good Game. Pretty good mobile game. Easy to play and understand, i dont really care about paid crystals and free crystals. I would just say make the prices more doable. It is 2,800 for a 10x summon and 300 i believe for a single. In order to get 2800 paid crystals you need to spend upwards of $50+. And on a mobile game i dont think many people are going to do this. If it was about $25 for 2800 crystals im willing to bet people are going to buy that. Overall good game just fix prices and also Orianna has a typo on her cutscene when shes talking about the book.

Drop Rate and Crashing. I sincerely can’t express enough how poor the drop rate is in this game. I understand there aren’t many characters yet but a 0.67% drop rate for an Event banner character is absurd. Plus only you’re only given 3 x10 summons for $100? Please fix the money to summon ratio and all the random crashing bugs. They happen to me most often in a summon or during the PvP matches which counts as an auto loss. I mean if someone spent $1000 they’d only get 30 summons. If you spend that on something like Genshin? Each $100 gives you 5 x10 rolls and at 90 you have a guaranteed 5* if you haven’t gotten one yet. In an event banner if you fail to get that character the next round guarantees it. Please be less greedy, this game has potential to be so much fun.

Please make the gotcha odds more reasonable. The odds of pulling an SSR unit is 3% per pull. There are no guarantees of for the event banners. And at 300 gems a pull, it’s about $3 per pull to get a 1.3% chance of getting the unit you’re actually pulling for. And forget about maxing them out, which you’ll need to pull them several times to do. If you just want to have that unit in your collection, look forward to spending about $200-$300 a month during the events. Maybe you can cut that in half if you’re spending your free gems along with them. The game is fun and the units look great, but the draw rates are completely unreasonable.

It’s a good game but needs improvement. As stated before the game is like Konosuba but the difference are wide. Combat, storytelling and the Gacha is balanced and fair. But the constant downloading per epidosde having sub or nonsub seems time consuming and tedious when it should have been done when the players installed the game. Let’s also not forget the constant massive downloads and never ending loading screen bugs. I want to enjoy this game but don’t have the time to just sit around the bush with a buggy game that needs a weekly update. So sadly to say I’m leaving this game temporarily and hope the developers fix the issues that plagues this game. Best of luck

Lacks promise after a few days.. Graphics are good. Gacha isn’t completely terrible. Lots of resources to keep players going. Story is hard to follow. Game crashes a ton. If you accidentally hit the bottom button on your screen, the game freezes. But that’s right where character ability bars are. The free SS character they give you is worthless because it is weak to everything you are fighting when you get it. Power creeps too quickly. Once you get to where 8000 power is recommended, the game begins to punish you. The game becomes a grind. But, what can you expect? If it says Crunchyroll or bamco, this is what you get.

Major bug. I like the game and is truly a gatcha game that needs a lot of grinding since the amount of gems you need to pity is truly immense in comparison with the free you get by doing accomplishments. However sometimes the dev give you a large bonus so it’s worth to keep playing. The major bug that I currently have is that you cannot accept to characters and the only ones that are accessible are the ones that you already have in a party, also you cannot select any character. Please developers fix that since it only shows after the recent update or let me know how to fix it on my part if I am only having that trouble.

Beautiful game but unfair gacha. Finally after a few days of patches the game started working. I love the game play and story most of the game modes are fun. The game play heavily leans into the elemental weakness system. One team won’t do it you need to level 5 teams of each element if you want to compete in the events and progress the story. Sadly level resources are limited too 2 attempts daily. I upped the star count from 1 to 2 because even though the game lets you eventually rank anyone from a a grade to an ss grade the game has a serious flaw with the gacha system. As a f2p player I’ve participated in each banner event as much as I’m able but have never seen any of the banner characters aside from buying your way to SS tier the game seems to lock all f2p players out of banner characters. Maybe it’s bad luck but in 8 pulls from a single banner and every attempt is a strike out? If I have no chance to progress then why continue playing. No free banner chances either so either you saved your gems or no banners at all. Definitely a cash grab game.

Buggy and unpolished. On an iPhone 12 Pro max, and still running into issues even on low graphics settings. Game will often crash for no reason, won’t refund stamina if in middle of a fight. Gameplay and cutscenes can be super laggy at times. Besides performance issues, there are a lot of errors in text and missing assets and portraits, found only an hour into playing. Can’t imagine how many more I didn’t find. I love the series and I did enjoy the side stories and the new characters we didn’t get to see in the manga, so I might revisit in a few months when hopefully they iron these bugs out. For now, I’m really just not interested.

Great game with 1 nitpick. Love the game and started a a manga reader. As a starting game, it’s amazing especially the graphics. However during battles if it pauses for any reason, the battle with freeze altogether, forcing a complete reset of the app. Also, is there anyway to make the character panels bigger? Due to the small size of the character frame you can easily accidentally mess with the Home Screen, pausing the game requiring a reset. It has happened frequently while trying to play and I prefer not to have a auto run. Other than that 5/5 AMAZING :)

I Lost 100 Pounds Cuz of This Game. Listen… I love this game more than anything. I have a low attention spand. I usually play a game for at most 2 days and get bored. I have been playing this game since release. But! I play this game on the bicycle machine. I sit on the bike and go absolute berserk while I play this game. Take some pre workout and get goin. I play this game almost every day and workout and lose track of all time and look up and see I've been riding for about an hour and doing 20 miles. Covered in sweat and feel great! I use to be 350 pounds and have dropped to 250 because of this game! I highly recommend to play while working out or you wont see what i see in it!

The game is a little buggy. The game is all around amazing to me, or it would be if I WWAS able to play it, after I got out of the tutorial it led me to summon right away, I did my tutorial summon (before story prompted to) and then from there found my way into shop where i claimed something free until I noticed I was stuck here. Reloaded the game and continued along with the story and it told me to do the “tutorial summon” and I’m left stuck at a black screen with all the buttons still there. I can’t do anything but stare at the blank summon screen.

Ignore the paid positive reviews. This game is essentially on giant never ending tutorial with no way to skip cutscenes or story sections that can last up to 25-30 minutes. The little bit of “gameplay” you did get after almost trying to play for over 2 hours is all tutorial with prompts you have to follow and that lasts for about another hour and a half because apparently the game devs think we are stupid and can’t figure out the game without them repeating their explanations and tips 30-40 times every 10 minutes. Literally the tutorial is them constantly explaining the same 3-4 things on repeat for 1.5 hours after they make you sit through close to 2 hours of non skip able cutscenes and story panels.

Fix the starting screen and the gacha system. When tapping start, theres a bug where if you do not have app purchases available there will be a pop out saying, “Purchase, In app purchases are not allowed.” It makes it more annoying to have to click OK to proceeded onwards. My concern is to why the pop up appears and why there is a purchase when clicking the start on the starting screen. Also, the loading screen then goes black for a good 15 seconds after clicking start, which the loading screen should not take that long because I have a lot of storage and an Iphone 14. The game concept is overall great but fix the loading screen. The gacha system is really bad. There is a humongous difference between the f2p players and spenders are too large, which makes the game too imbalanced. There should not be a paid banner and regular banner. Instead there should just be one banner for the players in which using the “payed” gems just increases the chances of getting the SAME character on the banner so that there would not be any characters that are almost “unobtainable” if you do not pay for. The value of both the payed gems and earned gems are just too big, which later on will make the f2p players quit because its to unfair and the spenders to quit later on after acquiring everything. Make the gacha system with the paid and earned gems more balanced because this will make me quit the game and a lot of others because of the unfairness.

Constant bugs that prevent progressing. I play on an IPhone 12. Tried to get back into the game, after it not letting me play events a few months back due to bugs. Now I get an infinite loading screen when trying to play the normal mode just trying to progress enough to be able to upgrade my characters even a little bit. The infinite loading screen for me is N Chronicles 4-9. I want to like th is game so much, but I really can’t enjoy it if I am stuck only replaying the simplest starting areas, and not being able to rank up to try actual progressing upgrades.

My 2nd review. So I’m coming back to give it one extra star because of all the freebies for the events and because I’m still giving it a chance since I enjoy the anime. The side stories are good and if you play the game they do give go some decent stuff. However the rates are still a major problem and it’s not enough to get by. It just will take a while to progress. They are giving out some good stuff during these Christmas and new years events such as some SS units and materials. If they can do more then there might by hope. Also they do sell packs the guarantee a SS hero if you spend 20$ USD or something like that. It’s not great but it’s something for those who aren’t F2P. Some other issues are when you summon it sometimes crashes and you miss out on the summoning and have to check what you got. A fear I have is what’s going to happen after all the holidays and events? Are we just going to be waiting for something? That’s going to cause huge inactivity everything events go away. If they actually read reviews and keep trying to make it better then there is hope. I get it’s a business but you got to have happy customers for a business to strive. I’m hoping for the best for this game. Hopefully ill come back and give it a better rating.

Please read, can’t progress because the battles won’t load for any mode rn. Like the game but has glaring issues, rn my game is bugged and I can’t do any fights. Extreme lack in tuna burger opportunities and the pull rates are extremely low for the amount of characters currently in the game. It’s gacha so I understand but it should be slightly higher until more characters are added. Also the app size says 238mb but with in game data it’s around 22gb and every other week feels like I’m being asked to download an update larger than a gig there has to be a more efficient way of packing this games data. P.S. it feels like I’ve been black listed from pulling gamma I would chalk this up to bad rng if it wasn’t for the fact that when the bunshin festival lists reset it completely reset my banner counter on the blue support Gamma in which I had 6 of the 20 needed whiffed 10 pulls to just outright buy the character. That’s 16,800 gems completely wasted which takes a long time for a f2p player to save up to roughly 4 months just gone

Problem encountered, solution presented. Ok so recently i left only 2 stars on this review explaining how the game would kick me out every time i start it, but the issue was resolved when i did a “clean download data” on the game and now i can continue where i left off. So now I'm leaving 5 stars because of how great the game is, especially the anime opening of the game, very well done. I don't want the same thing that happened to me happen to other players that are interested in this, so please have this issue fixed as soon as possible. Thnk u.

Great and fun game but it was a major flaw.. So my experience has been good I like the game and the mechanics of it so far and it is almost a perfect game to me. However my only downside is the fact that summoning is basically forcing you to spend money. 2800 crystals for a multi with very low change of a SS or a new character and high chances of low tier dups . You can’t make enough crystals off quests to keep making multi summons to get the banner character and will be highly tempted to purchase crystals to get them. Also the Premium/Festival tickets do not guarantee a SS character summon either, I have only gotten A/S characters so I will never again buy those. Overall I see the Summoning feature as a scam which is most unfortunate for this rather fun game.

Great game with huge issues. This game introduces a lot of story that ties in with the anime. The characters are beautiful and the customization is great. HOWEVER the loading times are terrible even on a new phone with many pointless delays or transitions. The biggest issue is the cost to summon a character is absurd. For $100 you can attempt the 10x Gacha (the one with the best odds) 3 times. You are guaranteed the character on the 200’th pull (20 10x Gacha’s). That means to get a character for sure you have to spend nearly $700. I would say about 1/3 of my characters required all 200 pulls to get. It gets worse, they release characters 2 or 3 at a time. So if you want all characters you are spending up to $1800 every 2-4 weeks. That does not include other store purchases like more energy or items to level up all these characters. The greed of these developers is absolutely insane. Play this game only if you are well off and love The Eminence in Shadow and want more content or if you are one of the rare few who can enjoy these games for free without collecting most characters.

Fun Game, but rampant Cheating. Hey there, Love the game so far, p2w aspect could be better overall with either more gem income or less cost to pull on banners. My biggest issue with game is the rampant cheating that has been taking place for the last 2 months. A couple of guilds have been doing max damage on their alt accounts and winning 2 of the 3 top 3 spots. They’re the same accounts doing this, since they have the titles from previous events on the 10k power accounts and the main account. Emailed support and nothing has been done still to resolve this. Just those 2 guilds push every guild down 2 rankings and make them lose rewards and titles. Hoping to have this resolved at some point.

Fun but not f2p friendly. Aside from crashing issues, summoning is unfair. 2800 gems for a multi but only getting max 50 per lvl. And the game just released so there isn’t that much that you can farm up. I’m already more than half way done with the main and side story but have only summoned 5-6 times excluding the free summons. And since character lvl is based on your lvl you get to a point where your stuck and just have to wait until the next day to get exp from the daily missions to continue through the story. Not only that the game has only been out for less than 2 weeks and there’s already 3 banners that people want to summon on but there’s just barely enough story’s and events to even get to try on all three. What’s the point of playing a gacha game if you can rarely do the main thing that gacha games are for. And I get that there’s not that many characters but it’s still absurd how much you need to summon compared to how much you get. I want this game to be fun because I like the anime and gacha games but it feels like Crunchyroll is just trying to make more profit from the anime, and they know people are willing to spend money for the novelty of having an anime game for a new hot anime.

Love the characters and story hate the upgrade system. I’m probably gonna end up dropping this game because the character upgrade system is a 1 to 1 copy of the Princess Connect Re:Dive system which is hot garbage. I’m super disappointed in Crunchyroll for reusing the worst upgrade system I’ve ever seen in a video game they could have gone with so many other systems that are in other Crunchyroll games but nah man go with the absolute worst one. I really wanted to like this game because I absolutely love the character design but the last thing I need right now is never ending grind burnout. I said it for Princess Connect and I’ll say it here too when I’m done with a character I want to move on to upgrade another character. I don’t want to have to upgrade everyone of my characters for every update they have for the system.

Gacha system is not so good. The game is fun and lately I’ve been playing it a lot but the one problem I see which is a major one is there is barely any ways to get gems to summon unless you get a big amount from the log in bonus. Story missions don’t give you a lot giving you only 10 when you need 2800 for a multi and that means you’re taking forever just to be able to do a single multi. I should not be forced to buy stones just to be able to summon I would say either give us more stones from doing the story or raise the drop rate of characters because as of right now it’s a bit ridiculous the only way I have summoned was from login bonuses I have yet to summon from actually playing the game since they give you nothing to be able to summon. Other then that it’s fun I like the game hopefully they release more content more characters and this continues to be fun.

Good game with great potential, but broken. This game has way too much bugs. I just finished the tutorial and now I’m at the part of how to summon but the summon screen or panel doesn’t load. Like it’s all black and options are there and when I press the option that it tells me to press nothing is happening. I’m confused I closed the game and reopen many times and uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and the same thing shows up, I even did a app repair thing and there’s still no difference. I wish this game can go smoothly, I’m a huge fan of this anime and very fond of the characters. I know this game can do amazing things but please fix your game I want to play it with no problems.

SAO BUT GOOD?!. Usually crunchyroll games are cheap, low effort or younger friendly, but this is definitely for adults! If you’ve seen the designs that is~ Off the bat the art is very detailed. From in-game to card art. Like my friend pointed out “it’s SAO but good”. Not sure why the many 1 star ratings? Likely hate for CR themselves, because the game isn’t bad at all, when you summon you can get the coins to exchange for units, which for a new game to have that feature off the bat is pretty nice. The gameplay is fun and different, the voice acting is superb as well. If you’ve been reeling from Nikke and its…poor judgement of management partners, then look no further with this game! Honestly the last anime game that isn’t chibi sprites out there… Also doesn’t heat up my phone when I have max settings on, which newer games tend to do even on high-end phones.

Has potential but isn’t there yet. I like the game but I’ve always hated forced tutorials. I have to upgrade characters rarity but I logged in just now and I have no shards at all even after summoning multiple of the same characters. The game has potential but I kind of lost interest because I’m sure I won’t get any shards back for the characters that I always had them for and tbh it’s not really the kind of game that you can play when just sitting for a bit. Auto battle but long load times. I know my comment may be a a little all over the place but it kept asking for a review so here it is lol

Fun but crashes/force closes now and then. I’ve had this game for a while now and every time I do the summon to attempt to get new characters it force closes, not letting me see who I got, requiring me to go to the character tab and check every little tab on each character I currently have (to make sure I didn’t get any duplicates). Hopefully this is an easy fix, if it does get fixed I’ll definitely change it, I almost finished the anime and wanted to read the novels but never can find them so this helps a bit.

Hi developers i downloaded this game i wanted to try it because i watch the anime series and i love it,so when the game came out i downloaded it and entered the game,the game was working but when i press(press to start the game) a loading bar will come out and when it compelete loading it didnt make me enter the game and i stuck in the title screen and i cant do anything while the animation is running,i dont know why but i cant press anything like the screen frozen but the animation is playing,and my internet was very good so i dont know why,and im from a country that’s in asia,so please fix it because i really want to play the game because i loved the anime so much,so please fix it developers,and thank you for reading it,i sill rate it 5 stars,hope you fix this bug,and bye🙂

It’s a fun game but…. Pay to win. The game overall is fun and the concept is really good. The combo feature added with roles for different characters really adds to the element of the game. That being said, the fact that you have gems (in game currency) and paid gems options really made me hate this game. If you want to have great discount summons and guaranteed SS characters you need to have paid gems, and not the free gems given to you by playing the game. There is a clear and difference and the game gives more to players that pay than those who enjoy free to play. I have played other games where the banner to summon for characters is the same if you pay to play or your free to play. Only difference is that paying will obviously give you a more advantage position, however the rate is the same. For this game if you pay you get more advantages

Good Support, Fun Game!. I LOVED the show and had seen this game occasionally but never downloaded it. Sadly when I first got it too I had a game breaking bug and had to erase my account. The support team was wonderful and even though it took some time I was MORE than compensated what I was expecting. The game is a grind once you hit mid/late game. But if you don’t mind it then I think it’s great. It can easily become expensive if you wanna pay for gems. But the free ones come in droves so I haven’t felt it critical to buy a ton. Granted I have spent money on the game, however, it’s only because I want to show my support to the show, the creators, and pay for a game I think is worth my money. Thank you again support team for being so awesome to me!!

Great combo of anime and game but BUGGY!!. Game has great graphics and all but more importantly it FREEZES too often during initial tutorial and during the main story. Some of the combo finishes don’t completely show the final hit. It will show the action of the characters and the hit graphics but no opponent. The game will literally stop all action for no reason when it is on auto the entire time. Doing one special after another will cause the game to cease all response. I’ve sat for 3-5 minutes just looking at my characters flashing and doing NOTHING. If this was the case then I would prefer tapping and pressing for attacks. I like the game but I hate having to wait and see if the lag will stop and closing the game just to open it and reattempt the fights. Has happened to me 5x since downloading. I want to keep the game but am considering deleting if the bugs don’t get fixed.

Great game but requires patience. Overall I think you’re team has made a great game here. I’ve been playing since launch and aside from Bugs it’s been a good experience. Players that have zero patience in people and don’t want to wait for devs to fix anything this is not the place for you. Now, Devs, summon rates are something else. There are A LOT of people that play gacha games especially anime games to collect different characters and outfits. Rates make that very difficult. Now I’m not entirely certain if it has to do with bugs or just people luck. But I know quite a few people who were trying to summon Xmas units (myself included) but failed to do so by 100+ pulls or 10 10x draws for each banner. I personally never even got 1 non event SS from either banner which leads me to thinking bugs. Mine came from standard banner and paid exclusives. At the very least these characters should be craft-able with shards received from said event however they do not appear in the character page if you did not happen to draw them or go for the pity. 200 points is wild btw will not address that here tho. Despite what I said above the game is quite enjoyable and you can absolutely get by with the other units and stick to the basic summon and you won’t have pity point issues since the free draws will add up overtime especially if we get more players!! Just hit 1M so go grab a free 3k gems!!

Great game if not broken. The game reaches the point where you’re past 1-5 and it frees you up a bit instead of the forced tutorial. You click to go to the next objective. The gang forcibly redirects you, saying character boosting has been unlocked and opening the character menu with an arrow pointing to the main character. At that point you can click nothing except for the main character; thoroughly tested. When you click the main character, the arrow disappears and the only things you can click are the locked tabs top-left and top-right, both of which say to complete 1-6 to unlock. You can click nothing else, can’t return to the main screen, and can only get out of this by closing and reopening the game. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I submitted an inquiry about it, to which I’ve received no reply. They had a long maintenance today to add more gacha content, and this game is still UNPLAYABLE and BROKEN. When it’s impossible to play the game without encountering an error that is also insurmountable, it’s considered game breaking. I had high hopes for this game and high hopes for the fact that they had a very long maintenance. Given that I’m stuck, can’t play and therefore can’t earn gems for the TIME LIMITED gacha characters, I kinda don’t even want to play now. Thanks for reading! Fun & Funny. Getting it to fully download has been a challenge, but my friend had no trouble. It was easy to recommend because the beginning story is really funny. The gameplay is also easy and fun. It’s not always easy to keep your tank alive if you trust the AI to it. The gacha has also been generous. My download issue interfered with showing me the results, but when I reopened the app I was lucky both times. I’m older and have enjoyed it. I was surprised to see a 10 year old enjoys this game enough to listen and read it for fun. If that sounds good, give it a whirl.

Too many performance issues.. Hello, I am a fan of the series and wanted to get into this game but I have found that there are many issues with the games performance. I currently run iOS 15 but it seems that the game barely can function. I encounter freezing on the loading screens and in game I am unable to select the tabs or any modes as it would just be frozen. I also encounter issues that lead to my game being completely locked on the gacha page with a black screen and cannot exit it even resetting the game. I hope to hear back in regards to what I can do to try and fix this.

Fun gameplay and great graphics but slow AI loading. This game is fun in it's own way but the AI loading screen is very slow (takes around 15 seconds to transition from finishing a stage to the next stage). There is also no skip functionality regarding the skill animation so you have to sit there and watch the whole skill animation and at two times speed it's still around five seconds per skill. nonetheless the graphics are very well designed and the gameplay is fun where you can auto most of the stages where in some niche situations, you can manual to surpass more difficult stages. My recommendation to the developers is to first add a skip button for the skill animations and then to speed up the AI loading screens, whether it's for leveling up characters or loading between stages; there are so many different loading screens that it really makes the gameplay slow down way too much. For example, from the moment I press start on a stage, it takes 11 seconds until my characters start attacking, and from the moment I kill the last monster, it takes 16 seconds until I can click onto the next stage. That's close to half a minute that I simply just wait to progress per stage (not including however long it takes me to clear that stage). Quality of life is important for players who like their games fun and fast-paced (:

Great game. Can the game have more game modes or some ways so we can play more in one day? For example, reducing the amount of stamina consumed per quest, faster stamina recovery or increasing the number of times using Tuna King Burger a day.... Because stamina runs out very quickly, the playing time in a day is not too long, this can affect to the player experience. Anyway great game to play hope you will consider my suggestions. Needs a lot of work done.. I’m a big fan of the series and I wish the best of this game moving forward. It took a while to finally get this game working since it requires a lot of internet and downloading. But I got there eventually. I love the backstory in this so far. And seeing all the characters were nice. I was looking forward to having my favourite girl Delta in her older form but unfortunately you guys don’t have it in the game yet. Definitely need to add more characters in the game. Also the game crashes quite frequently which is annoying. Hope some of these issues can be addressed soon but I’m willing to be patient.

I give up. Game constantly disconnects during game with error failed to login. While the graphics and story is good it is crippled by poor performance.

Fun game but terrible bosses. Every boss in the game is terribly balanced, you have only one minute to beat them and you have only one chance to unleash your hidden techniques against them hoping it’s enough. Bosses constantly stun your characters and boost themselves so defensively that you cannot do any damage. Every other aspect of this game is fun except the bosses. It genuinely upsets me that I wrote this out of frustration.

DELETED. More than 6GB of storage is needed to be able to play this game. It wouldn’t even open with 6.6GB of storage space. When the app description says it’s only a few megabytes in size, you’d think that it would stick to that principle. Since this app wasted my time and mobile/cell data, I would NOT RECOMMEND it!

Crash. Good anime so was hoping to play the game but there’s a bug. I’ve installed the game and downloaded all the necessaries but afterwards when it’s done downloading and I try to play the game it crashes and sends me out of the game :/

Unbalance and Buggy. First of the anime is awesome with that out of the way. The game is buggy and unbalanced with some of the main content required for more power then it actually said. This game is not for F2P player as the developer are extremely stingy with gem and stamina as 1 stamina take 10min to recharge and food stamina can not be earn unless you pass a specific part of a story in the game but once you got it and use it it gone forcing you to use gem. The pity system is also very bad with 300gem for 1 pull and 2800 gem per 10 pull with 200 pull as the pity for a SS character. There also multiple banner cross the board and the pity do not carry over and once a new update come you will lost all the pity point you made unless you use the regular banner so be careful if you want to risk it. As for the gem how much you earn in a whole week? If you are playing hardcore as a F2P player you can earn at less just under 1000 gems. And if you are buying gem it about 37USD for 10pulls super expensive but sometime they are some deals and also there are multiple event shop only for P2W player and it also pretty expensive. As for the bug and stuff there too much to list at the moment but once you log into the game the should be a newsletter of bugs they put up that getting fix slowly. Is the game fun? Well yes it is but don’t expect much as a F2P player as this game is clearly for whale who have very deep pockets. Once the anime stop airing I don’t see this game lasting too long. But hey it was a fun ride while it lasted right?

Made the game doesn’t even have it on Crunchyroll. It’s baffling that you guys made the game but I have to get a seperate anime streaming service to watch it. Game is fun but over time gets boring.

Fun game and good anime. Liked the manga and how funny the plot is. Game is decent, both drop rate and pool rate are really bad even for a Japanese game. And the respond in changing screams are loading a subpar - a problem most 3D manga game have lately

Amazing Game!. The game is absolutely amazing. I love how it includes some animated parts. I also love the animation on the characters. Currently though, the game is lacking characters. I think it would be better to include some characters like SS Adult Alpha so that newer players who didn’t know the game went out could get a chance to get her.

Bad gameplay, crazy banner rate, cheap making money method. Advantage: - stick very well to the anime then have some good stories for event or quest. - art is ok Disadvantage: - gameplay bad dont allow you to change the team order and not even give a description to let you know which character will go stand where in the team. - some characters will attach your backline even in the skills description doesn’t say anything. - main quest, side quest have the ridiculous number of attack power even if your character higher lv, full equipped, all team power higher than 50k attack power of your enemies. All of that they can still kill you in one shot even your tank have full buff. - gacha rate just show for fun. 150% increase rate character banner and you know what after 200 pulls you still got nothing from the banner. Then you can buy in the exchange shop for 200 pulls for 1 copy of the character. -PVP unbalance the skills say can stun then during the game not even 1 stun show up and ur enemy still stun you couple times. Even your team higher lv ur element stronger against them. They can still stun and wash you like a bug. - pay to win you can pay to use the premium shop and you know what u can buy copy of the character in the banner from farming coin event. And if you dont buy it u cant use anything from it.

Random Glitch. So there are a few things I wanna address about the game. It’s a generic RPG that takes things from other games. I don’t hate the game in doing so I just wanted the bring it up. The real problem is the glitching that happened with one of the new units: Beatrix. She is unpolished and very glitchy. Her preview for the ultimate freezes at the start, using her ultimate skill in any circumstance crashes the game and don’t even try to set her as your partner. If you do, oh man, you better switch off or else. First red flag is the lack of a Voice Actor, there’s literally no voice to accompany the subtitles. However, if you close the game and attempt to log back in, you’re permanently locked out because the game just CRASHES. And there’s no way to stop it, it’s gonna keep crashing no matter what you do. So me and maybe several others are now locked out of their account just because of a single, buggy, unpolished unit. Great.

Full of bugs crush on every move. They got the IP, but have a very very badly designed first release. There is no way progress the game. Crush happens in every minute. You really should spend more time design the game before releasing it!!!

Very buggy game. Never ever has such buggy game before. Basically the tutorial freeze if you click anything. Most importantly, the game asks you to download few hundred MB to 4GB every time you open the app. So end up I’m writing the review outside … and you can only play the game at home using WiFi because you’ve to download every time… btw, I just downloaded 4GB when I open the app a couple hours ago, now the game asks me to download 800MB when I’m outside.. what the!?!

Glitchy. I got stuck on the banner screen I couldn’t summon like it told me to do then afterwards I left the app reopened it and it was still glitched. I uninstalled it reinstalled it back to see if it fixed and it didn’t so this app in my opinion is terrible you might as well not even bother downloading this app you can check other reviews it had potential if it didn’t have as many problems as it does. These problems seem to have been happening for a while now I see comments from November so that just shows how much attention has been put in to this.

It’s a fine game, and I really like the eminence in shadow manga and anime so seeing new stories for the characters is cool but it’s really annoying at times The annoyances 1) why is there 2 different gems, like why is there a paid and none paid 2) for some reason in the shop something that says $30 will charge me for $50 3)I got enough character shards for an event character but since they don’t show in the character menu if u don’t got them I can’t obtain the character and I can’t even try to make the character through the inventory where there kept 4) needs an inventory for your items 5) sometimes the battles will end in a weird way and it doesn’t let me exit and I’ll have to reload the game 6) there’s bunch more little issues that I can’t remember exactly what they are The things I really hate are on 2, 3 and 4 and I really hope they fix those issues

Let’s talk about this!. I love eminence in shadows the anime was great and the game is good to but here is my issue is the massive pay wall and the fact that you have a hard time to get anything good. Delta is my favourite ( wifey) but in order for me to get get her I have to pay HOW MUCH. They need to make all the base characters available and have events for them with different abilities. Like come on I have spent money and have gotten almost no where. So if you have money then have fun. And if you don’t good luck.

Why. I would really like to play the game love the anime but any time I load in the game freezes on the loading screen. I have deleted the game and reinstalled the game and I’ve tried to delete my account even though I’ve never played and it hasn’t worked. I’m still stuck on the main screen.

CRASH 95%. The game is awesome but because it crash most of the time, there is no fun to reload , do a battle and crash again and reload and crash again. On my 40 years as a gamer, I had never seen a game having this issue at the point that we know it has been release without beta tester. I hope you guys will redo the entire game. Doesn’t work for most people. Despite the majority of the reviews here saying the exact same thing, it seems Crunchyroll really doesn’t care. They’ve updated the app a few times but failed to fix this problem a lot of people are having. You’ve got to update the actual compatibility for this app. I’ve an iPhone 7 which should be compatible but when I tap to log in, nothing happens. I agreed to the privacy pop up, then it’ll say logging in to the API server and nothing. The music and cutscenes continue to play but nothing else and I can’t tap anything not even the menu button. I’ve repaired files and deleted and redownloaded to no avail.

Paywall event shop. One of the event shops was locked behind a oaywall. Beware of Crynchyroll's greed! They're nutorious for running gacha games to the ground!

Crash all the time. This games 3D graphics is what makes it unplayable. Even changing the graphics resolution to low doesn't decrease the crash rates. I want to get invested into the game but it just won't let me.

Misleading Sales Page. If you play the game and intent to spend money on paid gems reconsider it. The sales page in the game is purposefully misleading. The sales page for their in game paid currency is like some other games in that they have one time offers of X paid gems and states you get a bonus of x extra gems. It clearly implies the bonus gems are paid gems and makes no indication otherwise. However the bonus gems are part of the regular currency. I bought a small pack to try the game out and noticed I didn’t receive and bonus gems as paid gems. When I submitted a ticket they advised bonus gems are regular in game currency ones.

My opinion after playing for 6 months. Honestly this game is HEAVY pay to win. Game crashes randomly, still no updates regarding the PC version, low rates (please don’t spend money in this game), always rushing out new banners, you can honestly save yourself 9 Multis and still get shafted, A-LOT of bugs on opening screen, downloading new updates sometimes crashes itself and I personally feel like the developers DONT CARE AT ALL. This games makes fate grand order have better rates. After this update me and my guild is done, we are all having problems with this game. I don’t recommend anyone playing this game. It’s gonna end up like princess connect.

Eh. When I found out eminence of shadow has a game I got excited and installed it, I have a iPhone 13 with 1 terabyte of storage when I try to get into game the message “ not enough is available, please make more storage on your device and try again” bro is 900 GBs not enough?!??

Great game. Having a lot of fun playing it.. I love all the characters and really makes me connect more with the characters past the anime. The community is nice to play with as well. The voice acting and the skits are so funny. Thank you guys for making this game. <3

Over priced. To pull on the gatcha Is way to expensive their a 10 pull costs like 30 dollars and their pity isn’t until 200 pulls to get a banner character it is unaffordable unless you want to spend 10s of thousands of dollars and if you have that money you probably would get more enjoyment if you spent it on Genshin instead please lower the price 99% of people won’t be able to afford to pay for this game

Unable to load. I have read a lot of other reviews and I am having some issues myself. I have an iPhone XR so I don’t see why there would be an issue with compatibility if that’s the case. I’ve tried to open the game but all I get is a loading screen. I set my phone down for roughly 30 min to see if anything would happen but it was just the same picture with the loading circle in the corner. I was kind of excited to play a new game but I guess I can’t now.

Wah wah… epic fail…. As countless people have commented, from as far back as a month ago, get to the loading screen and… nothing. Touch to start… broken. Menu button… broken. Cras and burn!

This game works as supplementary material for the anime.. Aside from performance issues, even with an iPhone 12 Pro Max, the game pretty much makes it up for the extra world building, lore, and character progression material not in the anime.

Great game but…WTF with the update!?. As the title says, tbh is is a great game…IF you like the anime and don’t want to read the light novels. But with the update that released as of me typing this, when I go to the Characters screen to upgrade my characters, none of them are there. The only way for me to see them, is in my “team select screen” but even then, if I want to personally edit my teams, my characters still don’t show up. So I’d like to see this fixed, and hopefully soon. Mostly because I got lucky and got one of the Valentine’s Day characters and I do not want to have them disappear. But until this issue is fixed, I will only play for my daily quests, and not recommend this to anyone.

Great so far!. I’ve been a fan of the series since the manga was first introduced to the US. The characters, plot, and small nuances make it great! This game follows the same plot and build up as the story in smaller broken up sections. While I will say that the character choices aren’t what I’d have started with (Being the kid versions of Shadow Garden in the gacha), I cannot wait to see what else the game can offer.

Wrote. I don’t know if it’s only me experiencing this but I’m on an iPhone 8+ not to old not to new at all but I can’t even load into the game because I’ll get past the tap to start sometimes it’ll kick me out of the entire app sometimes it won’t but it’s when cid will load in from the title screen pass the tap to start and I can’t even get past that it just says loading and doesn’t load I wasted around 20 minutes for it and it was just stuck please fix if possible 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Awful game with too many bugs and no f2p. This game is the embodiment of a game that just gets thrown out without a care and it is boring you you can’t even get passed the enhancement area because it won’t let you ENHANCE the gacha system is really stupid too being that if you want the actually good characters you need to spend money so they very obviously just made this to pull to their anime and make money by add commissions So pretty much just another horrid game in which the anime dose not care to fix their game because they don’t care.

I love the game but the bugs. The game is fun mostly the side stories featuring the shadow garden stories since that part isn’t in the novel. The bugs though are what kills the fun and your data download 97% or more for new updates and it’ll still always fail in the end causing you to redownload it in multiple portions multiple times as well. Summoning crash, unsolved arena problems, players profile/guild bugs that won’t show properly, new game update causing other bugs, and some others. The rest seems to work as planed though.

Heavy monetization and possibly rate fraud. The previous version of my review was basically regarding how this game is a heavily monetized version of princess connect in every way. Since then, enough progress has been made in the game to stock one hundred+ draws worth of gems from missions and rewards with some spendings. Which leads to my greatest disappointment… All resources were spent (30k gems/one hundred+ draws) on Adult Alpha banner with a supposedly 4.5 percent SSR rate and the result was just a single SSR that was not even on rate up. Granted gacha involves rng but i can not help but see something seriously wrong here. In any case, will be dropping the game after helping guild finish armageddon.

I think there is a bug.. I’ve been only able to play for a bit but now the game crashes when I try to do summons. I still have tones of characters to unlock but I can’t even get to chance to get them with the game crashing right after I click the button to summon after getting to the banner part for the summoning option. Some of the missions also crash it for my phone I’m not to far into the game😢. Is there something wrong with my game settings?

Great Game. I really like this game. It'' not very hard to get a hang of and it doesn't take up too much time to play each day. My problem is the storage it takes up, I have been going through the story not downloading the voices and it still takes up 19GB. There really needs to be an option to clear downloaded story.

Loading screen problems. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this game 4 times, sat on a fully installed/loaded loading screen for 2 hours straight without any change, and only been able to play 5 seconds of actual game play compared to the amount of reading at the beginning because of it. Fix the loading screen issues already!

Fun but…. Very fun game but very grind orientated. There is a lot of things that are needs to be worked on for example the energy and gearing system. The gacha system is very f2p UNfriendly, the pity is absolutely horrendous and it is very hard to get crystals after playing awhile. However, I still find the game enjoyable and worth playing, mostly if you’re a fan of the anime/manga. Hope the devs can work on and make changes to some of the systems however.

Game adds to the anime. I love play this game from the release day. The anime leave some of the back story behind but this game picks it up and allows for you to understand each individual. I hope that as I continue to play this game I will find more and more to appreciate it.

Great game but has some issues. The master of the game is good and enjoy playing the characters and the story, but I had some issues with the game 1st a bug or white square box keeps appearing when play the chronicles, 2nd in a every few day I battle it keeps freezing both in main story and chronicles and 3rd it’s keeps saying disconnected and returns me to the main menu or title screen. So can you fix these problems that way it will be less distracting.

Fix the Loading Screen. The game’s animation and graphics look good its just the loading screen when you start up the game it a bug you got to fix no one can play it. Because the loading screen it like frozen or something but it look goods from the animation in the background.

Better than what I expected. I’ve been a gacha gamer for a few years now, I can say this is sort of refreshing; the automatic gameplay right from the start is certainly eye catching. The fighting mechanism is simple to understand, and not at all difficult to figure out. I’m really enjoying the fluid movements of all the units. I can’t wait to see just how far this game will develop and change over time with updates and such.

They don’t want me to have collab. Okay, as good the app is, having such very low chance of getting collab units is horrible. I attempt on this current collab (Shangra-la) and 1 attempt nothing new, 2nd it force quits me out during summoning I check my roster after relogging and literally nothing so to me YOU took my crystals and gave me nothing, 3rd nothing new again. What’s the point of these collabs if we can’t get them in the first place? My low rating is mainly based on the summoning LOW like the chances of collab. Addition review- GIVE ME BACK MY CRYSTALS YOU THEIVES! Once again I summon get forced quit and get NOTHING!

Full of bugs. I wanted to give this a shot cuz I like the anime, but this game feels unbearable unfinished. There are black bars that cover the icons and animations making it so hard to see. When I try to do summon 10 at the shop the app shuts down and I have to restart it, not knowing if my payment went through and if it just ate my credits. This game needs a HARD fix and update before I decide to try this game again, which might not be for a while!

Constant Crashing. Honestly the game is pretty good and I enjoy being able to casually play the game whenever I have free time. Sadly the recent update prevents this where once I open the game, tap to start and it starts to load, it crashes or exits the app on its own. There have been times where I’ll make it in, start a quest then it’ll crash mid-quest. I’ve tried reinstalling but sadly to no avail. Hopefully it gets fixed soon so I can get back to playing

No Audio and Forced Tutorial. Is the game supposed not have any audio? After re-downloading the game, twice, it’s been pure silence all the way through, no music and no voice lines even after it forced a whole separate download for that? The one thing I hate about these types of games is that they force you to go through a lengthy tutorial without being able to access anything besides what they want you to, I couldn’t even open the options menu till after 30 minutes or so of pure silence.

Fix this. I just downloaded the game and it won’t let be do anything. I touch the screen where it says tap to start and it will say loading and then it won’t load and leave me on main screen where it says tap to start. All I wanna do is play this so please someone or the developer s help me out

Polished, Refreshing, and Fun. I’ve played a quite few gatcha games over the years, and as a fan of the Eminence in Shadow series, I decided to give this game a try. The game mechanics are easy to understand and refined. The graphics and animations excellent. And, of course, it’s fun. Honestly, I’m quite surprised by how good this game is. I’m looking forward to seeing how this game develops over time. Give it a try if you’re curious. You won’t regret it.

P2W Cash Grab. Filled with bugs. Stingy on F2P currency. You will need multiple parties, and elemental parties. Gacha rates are terrible. Shard system that’s not 100% drop rate when you try to farm. Shards not available for SS characters. Many hard stops in PVE if you don’t have the right elements in the right unit type, forcing you to roll. Gacha pulls don’t carry over. Expensive cash shop especially vs currency received. Only good thing about this game is the reroll process and story if you’re a fan of the manga or anime. Most likely CR will ruin this the way they did Overlord. Save your time, play something else, not F2P friendly at all.

The games good but…. The graphics, animations are pleasing to look at, but there are a few things that bother me. For 1 the new banner with Christmas Alexia always crashes the app without fail when getting Christmas alexia. Also I rolled and got Rose through the gacha but she is also available for FREE just by doing missions. I have no problem with this, but why do I get absolutely NOTHING for having her previously through the gacha? You couldn’t even give me a few shards?

Great game but storage hog. I like this game overall however there needs to be a way to either turn off the videos or clear them because this game takes up so much room it’s ridiculous. Like it’s more than 20 gigs right now making it the highest amount of store of all my apps. I’m dropping my rating because of storage space since i get messsages about the app needing to fix the data because it exceeds 20 gig. Make it so we can delete the stupid video data!!!!!!!!! I don’t even watch them

Bugs?. I love the anime but whenever I log in there is a bug on the summon I load up the app and boom it’s automatically on the summon screen with a whole different language and the rest of the screen is black and I’ve cleared the cache in the game, I restarted my phone, I deleted the app and installed it again only for it to not change I’ve been trying different stuff and asking google for like the past 12 hours, and it’s seriously hindering the experience that I was expecting and excited for.

Disappointing. I actually really like this game especially ever since they fixed pvp now it feels a lot more competitive but they implemented a pay to win for 30 bucks and you instantly shoot up to level 52 currently there aren’t even players who’ve naturally reached that level aside from those who have money to spend. I was really hoping they’d fix their prices. Unfortunately anything worth buying in the game is still at 30 dollar range. They really took the word micro out of transaction.

Problem. It would be perfect if it didn’t keep shutting down so much the game itself is great. I love the graphics but it has technical issues every time I summon it shuts down every time I’m in the arena it shuts down or even during missions. It is annoying it needs to get fixed.

Can’t progress further. Overall a very visually appealing game and the as a fan of the anime it looks like the story and gameplay are gonna be enjoyable to, that is if I could progress further. The special attack bar for alpha and shadow are to close to the bottom of the screen making it so I can’t press on there specials to progress the story without my lower swipe bar appearing. A simple fix could be to move them somewhere more accessible, otherwise everything else I’ve seen thus far is pretty impressive.

Fun but stamina limit is tedious. The stamina limit gets tedious, as you can’t even spend money to over come running out of stamina and it takes forever to recover. It also requires much more stamina to increase character power as you move up the ranks of characters, which is fine but it can take 300 stamina shadow skipping to get 1-2 items for 1 character needing bronze or silver items. Otherwise, game is a lot of fun despite the challenges

I broke the game. I was going through my unlocked characters list and picked one to be on my hub screen. I have since been unable to play the game as despite having successfully loaded up the app it immediately boots me back to the Home Screen of my phone. Don’t know how I did it but I broke the game. It was fun while I could play at least.

Wonderful Game. This is actually such a fun game! Ik that the ratings are bit down from the “game crashing” but it’s been fixed which is awesome. I love the strategy, characters, story / plot, and everything else. (I want more version of characters) Keep up the great work Crunchyroll 👍👍

Good but pretty pay to win. Seems like there’s a hard curve on character progression once you’ve hit a certain point and have to start making trips to the cash shop in order to keep pace. The animation isn’t bad but it’s almost impossible to get new characters it feels like even from tickets

1 small problem. This game is amazing the graphics are insane it moves very well the only problem is that it takes a very long time to load in between chapters or matches. it takes at least 20 sec for it to even go to the home screen of the game. its a beautiful game and if this problem can get fixed i will gladly rate this a 5 star.

Way too many problems!. First up, the story line is complete trash! I won’t comment as to why due to spoilers to folks that might actually watch/read it… Next we have the issues. Man there are just so many things that need fixed! At one point the game was locking up every couple of minutes,.. and yeah, I have the latest of everything including equipment, so no, not my problem. Especially considering I have absolutely NO issues with any of my other apps/games. I think I’ll cut it short here. On a bright note the aren’t is pretty good. Bottom line: The story line is just too terrible to deal with. I just have to skip it all together to even semi enjoy the gameplay. Unfortunately it needs a complete rewrite to even make it worth watching/reading. 2 stars for thinking they will fix some of the release problems.

I want to still play. I just here to c if y’all can fix the freezing of the game when I try to enter the character list, and when I try to do the guided missions every time I have to close the game I want to play this game why is it so hard for me enter the character list

Why did you put paid diamonds. Just because of this I will not be spending much time on this game and surely won’t be spending a single dime. Why out paid diamonds and free diamonds. All the good content will be paid diamonds only. Come on, even epic seven, Edge: Invaded, Nueral Cloud, Figure Fantasy and many more have CONTENT THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE SUCH THINGS AS PAID DIAMONDS. I can use the currency I earned towards any of the items in the game without requiring a different currency that only works and is only useful towards top content. Why do this, this game is an anime and not some start up game in the App Store. Why make a money grab game. I’ve spent TONNES of money on mobile games WILLINGLY. Even the currency given for Pre-registration of the game CANNOT BE USED ON PAID ITMES. Why did I waste my time then. I’m sorry you made this kind of a game. Very disappointing that I HAVE to pay for content and CANNOT be earned through effort and time. Sorry

True to the anime series. If you are looking an in-depth, intriguing look deeper into the lives and character profiles of each character on the Eminence of Shadows series. This is the right game. I came looking for a deeper dive into each character and to find more info into the world in the series, and I got it. It’s a great way to experience the story and feel like you have some type of role in it.

Review. Love the game been playing it for awhile however there are times the game crashes especially when I start playing in a match it always crashes and brings me back to the Home Screen it’s been doing that for a while even now I’m not sure if it’s the app or my phone but it’s a problem that needs to be looked at.

Crash on rewards screen for missions. I’ve noticed that when I started I had about 28 rewards in the mission rewards and yet each time I try to select them it pops up a little screen and crashes the game, I just started a hour ago and this is becoming a problem that is ruining my initial likings of the game, please tell me there is a fix

Download stuck?. It downloaded like 5GB of extra stuff yesterday and took a long time. Today it wanted about 7MB and the progress meter was at 100% but it just kept cycling through the downloading video. What are the odds that those 7MB were about the next thing I needed to do to resume playing? And why did it take so long once the download was done? Anyway I gave up and deleted it. Beautiful art, but I guess it comes with the price of slow. I’ll stick to fast and ugly for my dopamine rushes.

Great game but…. I love the gameplay and side stories but the top problems I’ve had were game crashes after 1 to 3 battles( I’m guessing the graphic moves going off at once) . The other is the game files over 20 gb of storage used (most likely video files) and I can’t log or play it since I play other games too. (So if you can downsize the files by alot would be cool.)

W show W game. its a pretty good mobile game ngl. just please remove the stamina wait time man, i understand its to prevent people from speedrunning and getting bored and could even bring in some igp but please for the love of god atleast make it 10 minutes for 10 stamina man not just 1, you have to wait an hour 40 just to play one quest. its so obnoxious and honestly makes me wanna quit, im sure others feel the same.

I’m Starting to Understand Now. I thought this was a good game, but now I have a great understanding on how it works now! I was just pulling from my 2nd 1st 10-pull, and I was able to understand why I got these characters. I’ll leave it up to you decide how I know, but all I do want to say is that it’s 100% logical! Really. I can’t even go two minutes into the game before it decides it wants to kick me out. I could be in the middle of pulling cards and it will crash. I never seen a game that crashed so easily if you guys want this to be a real good game, y’all better fix it solo leveling comes out in a few months and you’re going to see a decline in people playing this game if you don’t already see it

Feels better than FATE. I’ve always wanted to play an anime based gacha but FATE was too boring to want to grind. With Shadow’s auto battle system, it makes idle grinding so much more enjoyable, I can easily beat a level while listening to music or just doing other things without having to press a bunch of buttons for every single attack, great game :)

Fun but not f2p, maybe?. Big fan of the manga and anime. Great in-game animation and character design. Gameplay is fun to play and has many modes to grind. The only criticism is that it lacks enough cristal rewards (not counting the honeymoon fase) and the 10x pull summon is too expensive (2800 crystals). As i see right now the game is not f2p friendly, I usually spend money in gacha games, but for this one i guess I’ll hold “my father’s card”. Ranting 8/10. I gave a high rating because i got luck on my re-roll run, and I simp for alpha and omega

Poorly optimized. Despite its mediocre graphics, the game runs horribly on a device more than capable of running the game. (iPad Pro) Unlike most gacha games they don’t allow F2P players to acquire the premium currency and the corresponding characters you can get with them. There’s no worse feeling than having 4000 gems and not being able to get a guaranteed top of the tier character This game is just princess connect but worse (not like that game was good to begin with)

Really good! But some things to say. This app is the best app ever played. And I won’t doubt it. It’s amazing! It’s just that when I play Seven Shadow Chronicles [N] Chronicles 1-6 Normal, it glitches and I’m back in my Home Screen. And it’s my 10th try! Now I’m not saying that this is the worst game in the world. It’s the exact opposite. It’s the best! I’m just saying it glitches and I can move on. But it’s good. I hope you fix this. No rush. But please within a year. Thank you!

I enjoy the game but. Essentially the game is decent and I enjoy the system and all that. But there is one major problem. Every so often when I do a 10 summon the app for some reason closes and lose the crystals and no summons nor the yellow things u get for duplicates. Lost 3600 crystals cause of that. If this keeps happening it feels like grinding doesn't have a real point if you keep losing what you gain.

Fun game overall. No serious issues for me. The game graphics are good, the play through is also good. game mechanics are good. The characters have their original personalities. Voice over sounds good as well. And The interaction between characters are entertaining and engaging as expected. Easy to get very invested.

Excellent game, but pay2win & cheaters. After Genshin Impact I truly love to find the game with good mechanics and wonderful words with funny stories. Before I start playing I was watching anime. And I recommend it for anyone. What about the game? After Princess Connect Game App same developer do the same game. But because of amusing world this one looks better than game before. If developers fix cheaters and make some balance in PvP I would love to pay for it.

Need maintenance. It closes app on own, it freezes up doing gameplay, and when you are picking people and equipment be it campaign or arenas it takes forever after clicking for it too actually go to picking people or equipment 7-10 time I can’t even back out and have to close and restart the app it needs Maintenance other than that good job on the game
