Amazing staff. This is an amazing service. The staff is very knowledgeable. I had a free trial for un upcoming test my daughter had and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They accommodated me on the same day to help my daughter. My daughter and i are real excited to start this program. She got a better grade in her test. They helped her with the one class. i can’t imagine how much she can benefit from this. Eric was very helpful and the teacher. i highly recommend them. Thank you again so much!!!!

This is a fraud company. Classup is a fraudulent company. I signed up my children for English tutoring but the teachers canceled classes each week. I demanded a refund but this company kept on charging my bank card even when they have no teachers to teach. Do not sign up with this company because it is doing business fraudulently.

My kid loved his English teacher.. My kid loved his English teacher, I liked the fact that she was a professional teacher, however I think I will need more affordable program for my kid with ADHD to be able to afford more classes for a long term.

Keep charging my credit card. I took language art classes for my kids . My kids have classes for more than one month but they never focused on what I took the class. So when I decided to take no more classes with them they kept charging my credit card. When I called them, they said, even though my kid is not taking classes but I have to pay for the agreed amount. But before taking the classes they said if I am not satisfied I can back up any time. But they have different rules when you decided to not continue the class. Eventually I have to call my bank to stop payment to them. I really had bad experiences with them

I wouldn’t buy this. My experience with the class was great but it’s hard to get help when I need assistance.

Reading. Before using ClassUp, my sons didn’t know how to read or very shy to read to me (the mom) But since I joined ClassUp for 12 weeks and let my sons learned to read. Seriously I couldn’t believe it that my son actually read very well. I like the team they are communicated good and Mrs. Amy, the teacher very nice and calm my son down in a good mood. Thank you very much.

Great App!. With ClaasUp my son is more confident. Not to mention how good the teacher is. I also I’m impressed by the entire team on how they checked in or even responded to any concerns you may have. Awesome teachers saved a struggling mom. Before using ClassUp, I tried to teach my children math for a while. It was unbelievably difficult, especially when your goal was to build up their interest by making progress systematically. I didn'thave the right curriculum and content, nor did I have the patience to make classes interesting. I didn't get rid of my strugglings until I found ClassUp. Now my children enjoy math classes and keep making steady progresses, and I can finally enjoy peaceful time with them.
