First time caller. I cautioned my health provider when they told me/us to download this app. I asked, “have your read the reviews?”. They said yes and that the problems had been fixed. Just today used the app for the first time, and like I suspected, several problems. If you’re on a mobile device, you have to use the speaker phone - there’s no option. If you switch to your calendar (for making appointments) during the call, it automatically turns your mic off and the camera off - so when you switch back from your calendar, you have to unmute and turn the camera on. A great example of the designers not being users.

Not user friendly. The concept is great, the functionality is very lacking. Everything I want or need to do in order to communicate with my doctor is thwarted. There’s no copy/paste or ability for appointments to auto populate into my google or apple calendars. No way to send a message. This app is too basic. Not enough functionality and not enough customization on client/user end.

Garbage. Doesn’t persist login credentials, crashes, just annoying to use.

Unusable. I have been trying to set up an account for hours but it’s so incredibly buggy that I want to give up. Just loads and loads and loads then session times out and I get kicked out. It’s ridiculous and infuriating.

Horrible. Recently had to use this app to fill out a form for an appointment and it felt like it was designed by someone who has never designed an app in their life with how bad the interface was for roughly 150 inputs. Couldn’t even skip the ones that didn’t apply to me. Felt like schoolwork getting through this form.

Not user friendly, not adhd friendly. This is fraught with issues. I’ve only used it for 2 interactions so far and found it to be a terrible portal. First it doesn’t let your phone save the username/password, and has no prompt to remember those things. The intake form format was too small and kept resetting to that size and wouldn’t go into landscape mode. The curser moved along to the different boxes to be filled when I pressed next button but seemed to skip the optional ones, but not consistently. When I got to a questionnaire with a 0-10 scale, the drop down menu wouldn’t let me go past 7. The menu would disappear. Perhaps if I had a tablet, I could have filled it out? Not sure. Perhaps if the app could be opened on desktop pc? Then I could at least do the intake form? Maybe… then I messaged my provider and the messaging system had a bunch of issues too! Just to send a little note! This is an unfinished app imo or is it just bad? Idk. For mental health patients, your app needs to do a lot better. :/

This app and website both do NOT work.. This app doesn’t send any of the messages I try to send to my provider, which is very frustrating as communication between a patient and their doctor is often urgent. This app and the browser website both always eat my messages without send them and without saving them as a draft. This is not only frustrating, but it’s also dangerous, as it leaves patients with no way to reach their doctors. 0 stars.

Credit card required. App doesn’t let me continue without adding my credit card.

Causes More Reasons to See My Psychiatrist! 😧. This app is terrible! First, it took me a half hour to just set it up with all of the information it asked and all of the little word boxes and expect me to fill out one by one etc. to where my psychiatrist just ended up calling me anyway. Then for my second appointment, I tried signing on, and it didn’t recognize my birthday, so my psychiatrist office sent me a link to reset password and that link didn’t allow me to reset etc. Ugh, why do all these doctors offices insist on using these pain in the apps?!

Hate. Hate this app. Wish my provider didn’t use it.

I left my provider because this app is so terrible. This app is so awful I found a new provider. The messages section is awful. Laggy and terrible user interface. If you receive a message it does not give you a notification, it does not email you a notification, it does not even show a new message notification once you log in. You have to manually login, click the messages section, and check it yourself. It is the virtual equivalent of having to walk down to the street and check your mailbox. Archaic and outdated, would not recommend to anyone. A different provider of mine emailed they were switching to this platform and I called to let them know I would be leaving their practice as well. Fortunately they cancelled their transition to this terrible platform. (And the desktop site is no better).

Can't Use At All. It won't even let me sign in on my phone. It just gives a loading symbol and then does nothing.

App works great. Not sure what’s up with the bad reviews because I downloaded the app and made my account and had my dash board within minutes and no issues. It’s very streamlined and easy to use, no bugs or crashes experienced. Solid app, deserves more recognition.

So buggy and not user friendly. This app is extremely buggy. It won’t let you use your phone in landscape mode for telehealth calls. I am constantly having issues with my call quality. I also cannot use this on my iPad. It’s incredibly frustrating. Not to mention you can’t even use their website on iPads or mobile devices. I dread using the app and having to have any interaction on it.

Software dev here calling out the problems. I can use this with my phone, but it's clear they haven't put time and thought into how their users actually use their app and devices. First, I'm gonna stop the PR person right there that is calling out "software compatibility and security" concerns in a different review. Yes you have to comply with HIPPA. But you as the developer choose what goes into your app and if you do your homework, you can find software to integrate with that supports other browsers. You don't have to support every one of them - Chrome, Safari, and Edge (Firefox if you want bonus points). Those are the important ones. Also how does this app have a "5 star ranking with 1 review" when all I see are 1 star reviews? Also your user prompt to "Do you want to clear your data?" on the account feature is unnecessarily alarming. It's red, which freaks the user out and has bad copy. A yellow alert that asks "Changes will not be saved if you continue. Do you want to discard your changes?" is much clearer and tells the user what is actually happening. Make a design that scales with the device. This is basic web and app design. But the dev teams or the bean counters either didn't want to or thought it would cost too much. There's a basic concept in CSS called flexbox. They'd do well to use it. Limiting portal access and making it harder for people to use your app actually excludes people from getting care. Studies show that poorer people are more likely to only have a mobile device. Make the experience better. I'm a techie who is used to dealing with bad software so I've worked around a lot of problems. But they're still there and I'm not an average user.

Took payment and never marked as received. Not only did this app take a payment from my card that was on file without me confirming it and with no warning, but after a week of checking the “billing” section still shows that I owe the amount that has since been withdrawn from my bank account.

Lots of bugs. Lots of bugs. Every time I log on, I need to update the version. It frequently provides old information and has caused issues when coordinating with healthcare professionals.

Horrible and terrible non existent customer service. I cannot log in to my account using this app. I’ve never been able to. I had been logging in just fine on the computer in my safari browser for a couple months before they apparently stopped supporting the browser and now when I try to log in via chrome it doesn’t work—same credentials as safari but for some reason it won’t work. I contacted support for help and they told me they can’t help I have to call my provider. Useless. At this point I would consider leaving my provider due to the issues I face with this platform. And to make matters worse, they have absolutely no problem charging me a minute after each session but I can’t even get any technical support? Yeah do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Difficult app. My biggest complaint is a lack of ability to cancel appointments on the client end. I have to contact my provider directly to cancel ANY appointments, including accidental duplicates on the same day.

App Broken. I can access myio account via browser but not the app. The app tells me I don’t know my correct login info… but the same login info works on my desktop browser. App is broken.

Counselors, don’t get this app!!. I might switch counselors just because this app is so horrible! Constantly glitches, can’t get it to send me appointment reminders through text or email.

Oh look the developer responded after a month after my review. Garbage app. Nothing has been fixed. What a shame that this is wildly used as a patient portal app.

Absolute utter garbage…. Valant really needs to improve their systems in general, but this app takes the cake. It’s iPhone only, which means it runs in a tiny vertical window on an iPad, and doesn’t even support landscape mode. This means you appear sideways when using an iPad Pro with the Magic Keyboard. Swapping to my iPhone wasn’t an improvement, since it’s portrait only. I wouldn’t even bother with these awful apps, except Valant can’t be bothered to support web standards and forces users to have Google Chrome, which is a hard no.

Impossible to use. I am actually relieved to see the other one star reviews for this app. I thought it was just me. I am (attempting) to use this app to fill out mental health intake forms for my minor child. My login credentials get me into the app just fine. But the intake forms are impossible to read and fill out on the app. So, to the website! But my login credentials don’t work there. Fine, whatever. I try to reset the password. But the email address does not match the account. Even though it is the same email address I have to thumb type in every single time I log into the app. I haven’t even gotten to the part where I am mad about the messaging and video platform yet.

Terrible issues connecting to session. I can complete forms but I cannot connect for a session. I get lost in a loop asking me to connect through another browser then message to use app then even with password I cannot go to session

I would give it 0 stars if I could.. Never have I come across an app that was more jarring, confusing, uncomfortable or just plain bad to use. I reset my password to try to log in and I guess I have to wait for the database to update, it pretty much forced me to use the google chrome app (which I purposely avoid) to update my password. Whoever made this app, hire me so I can fix it for you.

Most recent update — app is nearly unusable. If I start typing a message, the message box immediately closes. Can’t really do anything on the app right after updating it, but it was okay before. Can’t schedule (though I can do all this on a computer, so it’s not an issue with my account/ lack of appts) or message my NP unless I’m near a computer.

Hot garbage from a developer that doesn’t test their software properly. You owe me 10 minutes of session time, Valant. You already have client email addresses for appointment reminders - it shouldn’t be my provider’s responsibility to inform me that you no longer support Safari and I need to download a different browser or switch to a mobile app if I (maybe) don’t want to (possibly) avoid getting logged out halfway through my session (hopefully). Have you never heard of UI testing? Or a communication plan? All the other reviews suggest you haven’t. Your lack of adequate notification about your nearly constant feature changes is an abdication of responsibility, and today is one more incident in an infinite line of terrible user experiences. Save me the canned “we’re sorry” response. I’d much rather you spend the effort on restoring Safari support so I don’t have to use this app.

Can’t use on iPad. I use my iPad for all video calls but I am now unable to use my iPad for MYIO. There is no dedicated iPad app, and they do not allow the use of iPad browsers (including the Chrome iPad browser) to make telehealth calls. If they won’t allow the iPad browsers, then they need an iPad app as an alternative. Using the iPhone version of the app on iPad doesn’t work since it’s a tiny version of the app that can’t be put in landscape mode without the camera being at a 90 degree angle. I was able to use the browser on my iPad for telehealth calls on MYIO just fine until the recent changes they implemented. Very frustrated!

Clearly an afterthought. Been using this for an hour and I can already see why it’s so poorly reviewed. Forms are moved over without being mobile optimized, and most concerned it needlessly restricts your ability to answer some questions, by limiting you to numerals. It immediately gives me pause that I’m trusting this service with incredibly private information

I never leave reviews, but…. This app is awful and that is an understatement. I have three Apple devices, all on the latest software and it still can’t sync audio and video during a call with my Doctor. Multiple attempts later, I can see my Dr., but still there was no audio. I had to log in from my iPhone and my Dr. called me to get the audio to work. And no option to contact support/get help. OH, but my co-pay was deducted lightning fast.

.. I have been trying to upload my son’s information for his first appointment. The website and app will not let me access anything! I keep getting the same questions, none of which are address, phone number or security questions! When I try to log in it keeps telling me to put in a valid phone number even when I say email for preferred contact and asks me the same questions over and over then finally says “all done”. I log in again and go through this cycle all over again.

Not a Stable App. I filled out 8 forms for an upcoming doctors appointment and hit the submit button. They vanished into the mist! 45 minutes wasted!

An inconvenient and stressful barrier between patient and provider. Difficult to access, often doesn’t work, will exit randomly, its very easy to become essentially locked out of your account, links directing to the app have never once worked for me. I wish I could just opt out and fill the paperwork out manually/via email, anything other than this. I’m not sure if it makes the lives of the providers any easier, but it certainly only complicates things for the patient.

Can’t use. I’ve tried to use the app and it doesn’t allow me to message the doctor. I continue to receive messages telling me I need to call the office, meanwhile the staff encourage the use of the app after each visit. (I shared the screen with the error with them.) If a doctor is paying for an app like this, reliable and basic functionality is the least they should be able to expect. It’s not as tho it offers extensive features.

Hoping me doctor leaves this app. It feels like you’re giving your information to a scam. i’ll update this review if it turns out true. be prepared to restart the app 7-10 times before getting through any kind of form

This is not a good app. It doesn’t allow you to save the password. It doesn’t let you answer security questions. And it’s way too easy to get locked out of the account, essentially if you have ADHD this is not a good app at all.

Not good in any way. Website is basically useless, tried on multiple laptops with multiple browsers, and continues to say it’s unsupported. Not really sure the unicorn of operating system, browser, etc would get this to actually work. Never been able to get a password to work for more than 24 hours, trying to reset doesn’t work because it keeps going in a loop….sends email with link to go to a page to reset password, which only sends an email with a link that goes back to the same page. Did they never actually test their own software? So, haven’t ever used the app because it’s so fraught with issues I’ve not been able to log into it. Will sadly probably have to change providers because of this awful “tool”.

Mobile App and Notifications. This app is frustrating. I’m always needing to log back in, but I’m assuming that’s for privacy reasons? For me it’s quite frustrating to me that I don’t get any notifications and can’t enable them. Since I don’t get notifications, I don’t check the app every couple minutes for a response.

Riddled with problems. I can’t get beyond the birthday verification screen to even set up an account. (Yes, I HAVE checked with my doctor who assured me that my birthday is correct in their records). My doc tells me I’m not the first to report same. Fix immediately please. I can’t miss another appointment. I NEED my medication. Maybe you need to fire your marketing folks and hire more coders and some app checkers. Medical apps need to WORK before you sell them.

So frustrated. Has taken a reset by Provider to set up on the app from the website. After that four hours later, trying to set up an account I received the email that my account is set up. However, I cannot log into the account now. Also, I don’t understand why when apps are developed, they can’t have a high contrast mode for those of us with low vision. I can barely make out the screen and had to have a lot of help to set up my account that I can’t access.

Absolutely unusable. I use an IOS device. I needed to reset the password. I clicked the link to reset my password and it said it would send me an email to reset. It did and I clicked the link. It sent me to the MYIO website, not app, said my browser was not supported, and when I clicked the use this unsupported browser option, it took me back to the original reset my password page! Which I used and the loop went around again. This is the worst app imaginable.

Terrible. This app is terrible. I can never hear my doctor or I am unable to un-mute myself and when I can they cannot hear me, I cannot hear them. This is a waste of space on my phones storage capacity. We end up having to just use normal phone calls.

I seriously hate this app. Sometimes it signs me in, many other times it keeps giving me errors for no apparent reason. When i submit a password reset request, I don’t get an email with the rest link. It is one of the worst apps I use and unfortunately I don’t have a choice about it, which is likely how they are getting away with having such a terrible app

Garbage. Extremely buggy. Can’t even make it through signup. Keeps freezing, loosing connection, and kicking me out. It’s also unsettling to provide SSN immediately. Had to call provider to confirm this wasn’t needed.

Can’t log in. I’ve changed my password multiple times. I can log in on any computer with the same password but the app always says I have the wrong login info. I’ve also deleted and redownloaded the app several times to try to fix this and it’s not working. Not convenient and can’t message my providers from my phone, let alone actually have the visit through the app. I’m going to ask my provider if they can switch systems - this is ridiculous.

The App Is Horrible. Every time I’m on a call it’s so slow and I can barely hear the person. The connection is never working and this app is a waste a time especially when you are using it for therapy.

Buggy. It won’t let me use the app and say it needs to be updated….. But it is up to date considering i just re downloaded the app.

Worst app ever.. Read the reveiws from your iPhone. I'm writing this on a Macbook. One stars all over, with dev's replying each time, "sorry you're having problems." Many have said they're leaving providers because it's such an awful experience - first, at set up, then again at each launch. Really - it's just awful.

Crashes at bad times. What the title says. Kicked me off a form I was working on with no warning and now the form isn't available or listed as completed. I wasted a lot of time for nothing because the system crashed and now the form I need to fill out isn't there (which I was in the middle of filling, btw). The signup system was unintuitive and buggy. I understand crashing is a frequent issue. This is not okay.

Useless app. Since my provider changed to this junk, I have to FaceTime since this app simply does not work. I have it on multiple devices and none of them work. Oh and it forces you to pay BEFORE you even have your visit. Complete junk.

Took payment and never marked as received. Not only did this app take a payment from my card that was on file without me confirming it and with no warning, but after a week of checking the “billing” section still shows that I owe the amount that has since been withdrawn from my bank account.

App won’t send email verification code. Tried 3 times to set up account, checked spam folder etc. App asks to verify email but doesn’t send the code. Deleting it.

Just terrible.. It makes me nervous to trust my PHI within this horrible app.

The picture. I don’t have a problem with the app besides my side of the pic was in the middle of my providers face and can’t be moved.

Needs work. When logging on with iPhone managed passwords on the app and on desktop, I have to add a space to the filled in username and then remove the space then do the same to the password in order to get the log in button to activate so I can click it and log in. Once logged in I can go into the messages section but I have no way to generate a message to my provider as I don’t see a compose message button or anything. I do hope once I can create a message that I will be able to attach files but not able to get that far yet. Update: My provider turned it on so I can send messages now. Now I keep getting emails every few days that say I have to complete forms but I go in and it says all forms were completed.

Bad. Horrible app. If they can’t even creat an app that functions properly, how can I feel safe that they are protecting my personal and confidential information? Waiting for the cookie cutter response from the creator…

Needs to be fixed. I have to use this for my daughters doctors office but it CONSTANTLY crashes and kicks me off. Print is also extremely small and hard to zoom and fill out!

Video call did not work. Video call did not work. The fill in document was also a pain to fill out via the app. Apps are supposed to make these things easier, and that is not this case with my limited experience, so far.

Needs fundamental improvements. I see what the app is attempting to provide but there are both fundamental functionalities missing and overall bugs and instabilities. Please begin by offering login with biometrics - face and Touch ID are far more secure (and convenient.) The name of the app and the ambiguous icon make the app hard to identify even when using it a few times a month. Add a secure document vault or ability to s end attached documents.

This app doesn’t work. It won’t let me login. I put in my user credentials and the Next button doesn’t work.

Glitchy, Unreliable. One of the worst apps I’ve used. The app somehow changed all my appointment times from what provider scheduled, and I didn’t realize it until I was an hour late to an appt. App password doesn’t work with browser. Basically only use it to message provider and that didn’t even work until I asked her to message me first, as there was no way for me to initiate a message on my end.

Messaging doesn’t work. This app has a message portal with received, sent and drafts tabs but does not have anywhere you can actually send a message? What’s the point of having messages if you cannot send messages?

AWFUL. Poorly Written Code. Not Robust. Not User Friendly. Not iOS or Mac Friendly.. If you are considering this company and it’s services for your patients, please look elsewhere. The app is awkward, forms render poorly and are difficult to fill out. Text in forms is tiny, but if you try to enlarge, the resolution goes wonky, pages move about, and you have to start over. Your patients will _not_ be signing and legal forms with Informed Consent, because they won’t be able to properly read the information contained in the form. It’s just poorly done. Next, one of the first rules of coding for the Internet is to support all majors browsers. With Valant, the _only_ supported browser are Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Have a Mac, iPad, or iPhone and want to use Safari - you are out of luck. And, no, it doesn’t support Firefox either. You can’t even RESET YOUR PASSWORD without have Chrome or Edge - it’s flipping ridiculous. Good Grief. Hire some software programmers!!! Fix your app. Make your website services work on all major browsers. And please don’t offer the silly responses and poor excuses you gave to others. Not buying it. And I suggest Health Care Professionals don’t buy your product, unless and until you make it more robust.

Update Needed. Tried to update app as recommended but it starts an endless loop taking me to the AppStore - asking me to open app then when it goes to the app it asks me to update the app - then it starts over again! Useless if you can’t open the app without update and you can’t update without opening the app.

What a terrible app for those who don't need any more problems in life as it is!!. Tried to set up an account with the code provided by my Dr. it did recognize my bday so wouldn't let me sign up. Contacted the office got a new code it worked but a few weeks later it stopped accepting the password that I save on a password manager. It took me to a page to answer some questions to identify me and those would not work either. What a big hassle.

Pathetic app. Makes me want to switch providers. Just shut your company down. You’re all failures Update: the devs suggested I ask my doctors receptionist how to make the app work better. That’s dumb. The app is the problem, not me. Fix the code, dummies.

Can’t log on…. Can’t even get IN to the app! Won’t let you log on even after entering username and password

Apple needs to remove this app over its instability and bugs. Reported

What are y’all doing?. I am never compelled to make reviews but ong this the WORST app. Why do I need my username and email to reset my password? Clearly I have a bad memory, but I will never forget how horrendous this app is.

Useless. The app won’t save my information so I have to sign in every time with a username, password and email address every time . I can’t access anything but the most basic things . Messages don’t show up. I can’t cancel an appointment in the app or even communicate. It took 7 weeks for my bills to even show up after creating my account

Doesn’t work. Won’t let me log in with my username and password! I enter my username and password then it brings me to a screen that tells me to enter the email associated with my account. After I do that it says the username, password, or email provided is incorrect. I had my doctor enter the info on her end and it worked, but it refuses to recognize when I put the info in. Wasted an hour trying to figure this out and still no luck! Not happy

Difficult app. My biggest complaint is a lack of ability to cancel appointments on the client end. I have to contact my provider directly to cancel ANY appointments, including accidental duplicates on the same day.

Won’t let me log in. The next button on the log in screen is just greyed out. Also won’t let me use it in browser. I will be telling my provider I don’t like this service.

Horrible. Worst app for video appointments ever! HORRIBLE

Need help. I am not able to send an email to my provider on my phone.

Worst App on the Market. This is literally the worst application I have ever used, and that’s coming from an iOS developer. The video conferencing does not work at all after the iOS update this year. Seriously, are you idiots hiring people off the street who can’t code? Apparently. Grow up.

Message?. Has anyone figured out how to compose a message? I’ve definitely seen a compose button before but I am no longer seeing it and I’m updated to the most recent version. Please fix asap. It’s concerning that I’m not able to message my provider if I need to.

Poorly implemented interface. Wow, just tiny print and you can’t even rotate the screen. Unfortunately, I have to use this app for my doctor visits because the website version isn’t working anymore. This is the only app review I have ever felt compelled to leave and I would give it a zero if I could.

Completing multiple patient forms requires re-log in. I have been using the app for a couple of years as as a patient to complete forms and Telehealth appointments. This bug started the week of 3/25/24 (using iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone 11 Pro Max): After logging in as a patient and completing and submitting a patient form (ie: interim clinical history, etc) the app keeps spinning and does not allow me to complete another form while remaining logged in. The only way to complete a new form is to close out the app and a new login is required. I have given up trying to figure out how to have the Telehealth video appointment on my MacBook Air via Chrome (NOT safari or any other web platform). The camera and mic used for MYIO are being blocked by a Snapchat camera (or something like that I have not successfully been able to troubleshoot). I have uninstalled Snapchat and still get the black screen when attempting to use the video for an appointment. I use the same Macbook Air for Zoom, Headway, google meet, teams, etc without any issue. What’s the fix so I can use MYIO video and audio? (Thank you in advance for any troubleshooting articles the developers have to fix this.)

Email is horrible. Why can’t I see emails I sent until recipient replies. This system is horrible and unstable.

Terrible user interface. Logging in is the biggest issue. No option to recover a username, and your username isn’t sent to your email either. If it’s forgotten, you’re out of luck. When attempt to login, it doesn’t tell you which field is incorrect, so there’s no way to know if you got the Username, Password or email incorrect. I’d rate it a 0 if I could.

Can’t use!. I can’t use but I’m forced to use but it crashes constantly! What am I to do??? Horrible! Now I’m worried that any information I do enter is not safe. For a Dr health app this is very unsettling.

Needs major bugs fixed. I have two kids with the same physician. I am unable to create an account for my second child. When prompted to input information I keep getting messages that my account information is not correct. When I go through the prompts to fix the errors, I am unable to reset passwords , I’m not getting emails to reset. I can’t get my child in without making an account. Needs major changes to the app. Response from app creator MYIO Valant Medical Solutions, Inc "We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with our app, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Each account you’d like to create requires an individual access code that your provider needs to send directly to you. We understand the importance of managing multiple accounts for your children and we hope this provides some clarity. " I was sent an individual access code several times for my second child and was having the above stated issues every time. It was suggested that I create a separate email to set up an account for my second child as that is what other parents have had to do. It shouldn’t be this difficult to use this app.

Improving, missing video backgrounds. Still needs video backgrounds and blur effect, but it’s nice to see regular improvements

Not functional. This app simply does not work. It will tell you the password or username is incorrect when it is not. If you attempt to reset your password through email, no email is sent. Similar issues are presented on the website. The log in does not work and it is extremely difficult to fill out intake forms on a cell phone. This app creates for an extremely frustrating experience, especially when it involves mental health services and trying to attend telehealth appointments functionally! This app needs to be ripped apart and rebuilt from scratch

Won’t let me log in. After inputting my username and password, the Next button does not highlight. I can’t get past the log in screen.

Even they admit it doesn’t work. Tried setting up the app with my provider today, and was unable to because it did not recognize my birthday which I know. They even admitted that it wasn’t working properly and that they were trying to fix it.

Very glitchy. There are so many bugs. Many of our patients are very frustrated with this app as of March 2023. Hopefully the bugs get worked out.

Not working. I use a very random string password generated by Apple password manager. Works on the web version, when I have it fill the password on the app it doesn’t let me login.

Can’t set up. I am suppose to have a virtual appointment on Thursday and I can’t get this app going. Now I’m wondering if you will take my co-pay and I still won’t be able to talk to anyone. I need an answer ASAP!,
