Worthless. I kept getting diverted to this app which does nothing I care about. Charged $40 to my credit card and gives me no way to cancel. Waste of time!!! Would give zero stars if that were an option. 🤬

Ridiculously horrible.. You can do practically nothing without a stupid ads popping up there’s no way to properly evaluate the application without committing to purchase.

Seems to be pointless. Trying to connect my printer has come to be impossible. Just overall not worth it by any means. Wasted money

Useless. Screen constantly blocked with pop ups trying to sell you. Does not work at all ithout wi fi. It may come as a shock, but the whole world does not have internet service

Horrible app, full of ads. This has so many pop ups coming up non stop. Should be flagged as malware.

Doesn’t even work. You can’t even open the app, it just exits back to homescreen.

Disappointing. I purchased the premium version today and find that the program adds nothing to what I could already do with the IPrint-AirPrint function of the IPad. It will identify other printers on your wireless network but will only work if they have the AirPrint component. To make matters worse I am dealing with pop-up adds on the premium version. I think this is of little value and will be requesting a refund.

It’s a no from me. I had this app for all of 5 minutes. The constant pop up ads and screen trying to get you to pay for a subscription is ridiculous!!! Every time I clicked something when trying to resize and print something, AD! I immediately deleted the app.

It doesn’t work on my canon MG 25,22. It doesn’t work on my canon MG 2522 and I’m trying to get my money back or cancel this the subscription and they don’t make it easy. I’m gonna have to go to my bank and cancel this.

NOT FREE. It’s not free. There is a monthly service charge. Definitely not worth it. I am deleting the app.

Cancellation. They tried to auto renew a 3 day trial. There’s no way to cancel in the app so you have to contact them to cancel your subscription. $5 is a little steep for 3 days as well.

Stupid Teaserware. No way I’m going to sign up for a trial. Just let people try it for an hour or two to make sure they can even communicate with their printer and print some thing. It’s too much trouble to sign up and then find out that the app doesn’t even work and then try to figure out how to cancel the subscription. A lot of developers do the stupid stuff.

Have to pay to connect to app then still won’t connect. Had to pay to get past the screen to let you connect to a smartphone. Will not connect even after that. Support says to follow instructions in app. There are none.

Advertising is false. It says it’s free but won’t let you connect without paying

Can’t get the scanner to work. Very difficult directions.. The printer was fairly easy to set up but the scanner is another story. I sent the last Epson printer back because it wouldn’t scan. I called helpdesk three times and they couldn’t help me either. I don’t know how this will end up but so far it’s a nightmare to hook up the scanner.

I cancelled my subscription.. I cancelled my subscription because the program didn’t work with my printer. The program didn’t recognize my printer even after several attempts.

Ads galore. So many adds wouldn’t connect to my printer without having to buys a subscription. To use a template was another subscription cost. Waste of time and useless.

There is no free limited. I don’t need a lot of frills. Just to print from my phone. It’s cost $$ money to do that. Deleting app now.

A lot of money to not function correctly. I can print fine, but the settings to control how I print don’t seem to work. For example, when the settings on my printer AND on the app both say to NOT flip while printing, page flipping is forced regardless.

Worthless. Air print is better. I can’t scan from my printer to my IPad, It makes me take a picture…. I want my $$ back

Printer app. Can’t get printer to communicate w my iphone

Half baked $-grab, ads all the time.. Ads. Ads everywhere, behind everything you click on. Every 10 seconds. Easily the only reason you need to not try this app, but I soldiered on only to be more disappointed. App is mostly half baked, the only complete thing being its aesthetics. It crashes, it doesn’t save or remember what you were doing. But before all that, the first thing you’re met with upon opening the app is the subscription offer… basically the only thing you can do practically without a subscription is print a photo or take a picture with the camera and then print that, all while getting an ad every 10 seconds, constantly diverting me from what I came to this app to do. It crashed twice before I got to the actual printing but it couldn’t find my printer. Maybe if I spent more time messing with it the app it might have found it, but my patience was all gone at this point. If you wanted to just print something from your phone/tablet’s files, subscription required. For such an essential feature, developer? Seriously? My search for a printer app continues. If you’re looking for one too, listen to all the bad reviews here, don’t give this app a download.

Does not connect. Complete waste of money. I am a new IPad user and was looking for a printer app. I didn’t read the ratings. I don’t understand why it’s a four. This app is useless. It required me to pay $29.00 and then wouldn’t connect to three different printers. I emailed support and no answer so far. I’ve had this app less than 24 hours and I am requesting a refund of my money.

Refund. Need refund will not work with the printer I have

I request a refund.. I purchased this lifetime subscription so that I could print photos from my iPad to my Epson printer. AirPrint isn’t working which is why I purchased this product. It says it connects with Epson printers but Epson does not appear in the setup drop down menu. I’m very frustrated and respectfully request a refund of my $39.99.
