FIND ANOTHER ON DEMAND JOB. GoPuff has drastically changed over the years for drivers. While all other platforms are looking for ways to increase drivers’ pay, GoPuff constantly find ways to decrease how much drivers make. I went from making $800-$900/weekly between delivery blocks, bonuses, and other miscellaneous incentives but now driving the same hours I’m only averaging $300-$400/weekly (driving during peak times). As you can see from all the other reviews, no matter the complaint their representatives just copy and paste the same things. They refuse to let us know if a customer tips or not because they care more about making them money than letting us decide if a trip is worth the money. I would highly recommend finding another on-demand job as this one does not care about the earnings of their drivers and I guarantee when they reply to this it’ll just say they’ll relay the information instead of actually doing something because that’s all the do.

Works when it wants. This app sends alerts all day long stating that new hours are available and when I look immediately, there are no new updates or changes to the availability. I get boosts alerts 2-4 hours after they expire. The map directions send me in loops and toward the worst possible direction sometimes even on the wrong street from the location destination. Additionally the app has to be rebooted and deleted between session as suggested by customer service. That creates a real inconvenience. Plus the wait time schedules are not displayed and so there is no way to know whether the wait pay is accurate because It only displays an amount of wait time payout.

GoPuff saved my income.. It’s very disheartening to see people come on here and talk about GoPuff as a company and not their app. I’ve started gopuffing around the time the app was introduced. I’ve gopuffed many different warehouses and cities. I have had problems with managers at the warehouse and delivery drivers but never GoPuff as a company. I started working for them when I was 7 months pregnant as a 3rd job and they made my life so much easier that I could quit my other two jobs. I started in December 2021! I made $900 my first week. They set the bar very high and ofc that was my best week ever because it was Christmas. The app had its issues because it was still in beta. It wasn’t even in the App Store yet. A few years later after I had to take maternity leave for 6 months due to birthing complications. GoPuff changed so much. Their app continues to get better and better. It’s so much easier to operate the app now and to get the most out of GoPuff. I’m averaging $30 an hour. I live in a town where there are 3 colleges and I almost always get a tip over $3. GoPuff just keeps getting better and better. Thank you! Can’t wait to see where you guys are heading!

Poor quality. I have been a driver for almost 2 years out of Boston! In those 2 years I have witnessed how fast the company has gone down hill. More than 20 people have come and gone from supervisors, shift leaders and packers. And it is always the drivers that get affected by this decisions. Not enough hours not paid correctly for the deliveries or bonuses or extra pay. The same thing for the actual employees tell me about the pay problems and how they feel that they aren’t appreciated by the company. I have written so many times to driver care and my managers have tried help me get my payment correctly but no luck . I have a collection of screenshots of email and text messages and finally I gave up and hope that at least I have a job until the end of this year!! Terrible support system with the new schedule!! Now you request the hours and end up with zero hours for weeks!!! Since when do independent contractors get told what hours to work?? Benefits are zero!!

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!. I worked for gopuff 2 months and here is what can i say about this company: 1: Their customer support is absolutely pointless and terrible. i had problems with the orders and every time when i was going to cancel them (because someone else picked it up, not because I didn’t want them) i had to text to the customer support agent in online chat and then they sent you to the other support through the call (but anyway at first you have to text them first) and there you also should wait until they decide CAN you cancel this or NOT 2: They pay you approximately 3$ for one delivery and if you get 3 or 4 deliveries, they pay you somewhere around 4-5$ (base pay) 4-5$ FOR 3-4 ADDRESSES, ARE YOU SERIOUS?! 3: I worked in Los Angeles and sometimes i delivered orders to Beverly Hills or somewhere to the mountains and everytime I lost my internet connection, so I took a picture and drove to area where i got connected and then marked orders “delivered” and they just deactivated my account, I wrote them and explained my situation, they just ignored me (it happened a few times) My stats is: Acceptance rate 100% Delivered on time 98.8% Completion rate 100% And 0% issues with the orders So they just deactivated me for absolutely no reason, I promise guys i will write the same review in each service where i can find you And I’m going to discuss it with my lawyer TERRIBLE COMPANY, DONT TRY TO WORK WITH THEM GUYS, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

THE WORST SIDE OF GOPUFF. I've been working this app 2 years ago, it was amazing, 22 dollars an hour, bonus every week, fair tips and trips, so later on, GOPUFF got on everyone eyes, they started to screw up, they took the hours away, they took the 22 dollars, they took the bonus, adjustments, longer trips without tips, management in every facility think they are your boss cause they talk to you in whatever way and they don't give a Fk, they do the want people standing out of the building or inside, they took the chairs from facilities, the restrooms are locked, if your order got canceled you don't get paid basically you waste your time and gas, GOPUFF IS BEING STEALING ALL TIPS, I don't understand how a great company just became worse, plus for whatever reason your account can get cancelled or you kicked out from them, if they realize is not your fault there is no compensation, anyway gopuff drivers are not employees and gopuff make the rules and break them too, it's better having Uber than GOPUFF, at this time there is no way for this company to be as good as it was before, they don't want happy drivers is just disrespecting in every way to drivers, I'm talking based in my experience, I couldn't give 0 stars cause there is no way....... There is more stuff I was just quickly explained.... I wish they go back to the way they were before, they used to be the best and now is the worst and cheapest delivery company...

10 miles for $3.04 California LA. In this app, they won’t let you earn more than $19-20 plus tips. All orders, each order from $3 to $5. And for $5, you might have to deliver 2 orders. They don’t leave tips, probably because the delivery prices are slightly higher than in the store. So, the only option left is to work for Uber or Dardasha. I don’t recommend working with this company. California LA I think they are facing issues because they collaborate with Uber, as many orders are placed through Uber instead of the GoPuff app. So, perhaps it's worth changing the policy and simply opting out of their own delivery in favor of Uber. This way, they might avoid the negativity towards the company that drivers experience, as drivers often share their negative experiences with friends and family. Why bother with your own delivery when you can expand delivery with Uber or even with Dardash? This could mitigate negative feedback about being a bad company.

The system!. Since I have been here they’ve added more and more drivers and there are not enough hours available for us all to get even just one six hour shift. For example, I have not been able to pick up any hours for several weeks now even when blocking them out as quickly as my phone allows Because it won’t accept my attempt. The app is really sketchy and It’s often lost track of me and my progress and “clocks me” out for no good reason and there’s no alert or anything to let us know. It’s also frozen up on me for almost a whole shift and there’s no back up method in place to fall back on. Support was not helpful. I mean the job itself is okay but it is extremely frustrating and difficult to manage. If and when You do manage to pick up a shift that is. I realize that they are a new company and so I’m trying to stick it out with them but honestly, I probably won’t be able to.

Pay is terrible( they don’t care about the driver). I never wrote a review before, but people got to know. Go puff does not care about the driver. I’m located in philly, they had a base pay that was little to nothing (3.50 $)they even lowered that, to what they call variable pay which is almost always like 2 dollars. Also you do so much waiting around for you to get the possibility of getting 3 dollars. If people don’t tip you making less than minimum wage. They have a bonus of a extra 110 dollars, for 110 deliveries. That’s terrible. The app it’s self is slow and kicks you off with out telling you. I drove for over a 2 years and they still have not change. Any 5 star reviews must be fake. I would say only consider this if u desperate. I’m done.

Agree with other reviews. The other reviewer is spot on …as soon as I get notified I click immediately and there’s nothing there ….best advice I can give is DONT even stress yourself out just show up and start working whenever you want because only difference is that you just won’t get subsidized pay trust me I seriously would stress myself out and it’s not worth it. My biggest issue is how they keep changing it so that is drivers are making less n less money first was 3.99 per order then to 3.50 per order then the weekly rewards are less than a dollar plus it’s a slap in the face for them to advise us to sign up with get upside app which you get 2-3 cents back but Gopuff gets paid every time someone who signed up under them uses app to get gas … other delivery services charge a 2.50 delivery fee with gas prices so high ….Gopuff corporation will be the reason why this company fails because they can’t keep drivers or warehouse workers plus how the heck can u not speak to anyone that’s crazy to me but I guess they don’t want a successful buisness

Frustrating. I was shown a Santa Rosa, CA location as well as a Petaluma, CA location. After experiencing intense incompetence from employees at the Santa Rosa BevMo go puff location, I drove all the way to the Petaluma location just to be told there is no Petaluma location? I wasted gas, money, and time traveling 30 minutes. Why have a location on the app if there is none in reality? Also why have GoPuff at BevMo if the BevMo employees are going to be rude, give delivery drivers dirty looks (I’m 7 months pregnant), as well as waste my time telling me the package should be in a designated bin, if it isn’t, then it’s not ready, have me wait an additional 45 minutes, then tell me “oh it’s been over there on the ground by the ice machine”. Told by employees to cancel the order, rude attitudes, and was told I wasn’t waiting 45 minutes or longer when 2 deliveries said I worked 2.90 hours! Why not partner with Safeway, target, or other major retailers?

Many changes. This recent change on having a certain amount of time is ridiculous, I have accept mine right away but now with the certain time frame I am now getting screwed over. I have gotten offers where it said 30 sec to accept or as little as 10 sec to accept. My service drops constantly at my pick up location which hugely affects my ability to accept trips which I would never purposely refuse. I have to have the app open on the screen at all times or use I don’t get a notification and then will randomly get a “trip offer expired” well how could I have known if I didn’t get a notification. Now because of this I am not on the verge of getting my account blocked from being able to schedule delivery blocks.

You will pay THEM to work. They hired me on with the promise of up to 80 hours in a 2 week period. I was lucky to be able to get 15 hours. You will never clock out on time. Most customers tip a few dollars and that would be fine, but GoPuff pays so little you won’t be able to fill your gas tank. You never get the hours you’ve requested. There’s never any supervisors available to ask for help from. You also don’t make as much as the earnings in the app say because that’s all pre-tax income(your paycheck will have takes taken out). I couldn’t make up the money from driving everywhere; I was asking friends for gas money to keep my shifts. You’re much better off with door dash or your local pizza place if you want to do a delivery gig.

It’s An Excellent Platform. I do like the overall configuration of the app. One feature that needs to be worked on more is the seamlessness aspect of exiting the app for the Map feature and app that is a little slow and unresponsive. I have an iPhone XR (2018 model). The driver’s license photos seem to upload fine without delay. But whenever it comes to passport photos and the cover booklet being confirmed, I always have to call the support hotline for confirmation of the manual photos I take with the phone’s camera and then wait for clearance. There was this one instance where it did not go through. I would like a feature update about that particular matter. Please.

Customer service/ background checks. So I applied to work for Gopuff went to the whole process of sending them everything they did the background check I guess through a third-party so waiting a couple days and everything came back Gopuff OK me to work I never did it before so just wanted to try it out and all make a lil extra money. So I worked a about 5-6 hr got the hang of it ended up likening it more then i thought so I seen my self working more days so a day or two later I get a email saying that I have been terminated because of my background which I am confused about when I had the green light to work.! so I have sent in emails no response as to what’s going on no contact line or nothing so that’s why the 2 stars!

Unsafe job opportunity. By allowing alcohol and tobacco delivery this company frequently puts its drivers in unsafe situations at sketchy motels and parked cars. People try to skirt the age restricted delivery rules and the entire burden of dealing with the situation is on the drivers. Support is rarely helpful as it is based in some unknown Asian country where the employees barely speak English and are reluctant to cancel orders even when the customer is not 21 or trying to get restricted delivery to a location that is not allowed such as a parked car. The company has specific rules for these deliveries but the phone support people don’t seem to be up to date on these rules. It’s not worth endangering anyone’s safety just so the company can profit on people’s substance addictions and laziness.

Don’t drive for Gopuff. 1. Gopuff has unfair prices for their drivers: they tempt their drivers to accept these unfair trip wages by giving them only a 30 second window to accept a trip offer, which is not enough time to do any research on if a trip will be lucrative or not. They will also not show you the customer’s tip until after you have dropped off the components so that you will accept bad trips. They want you to accept bad trips because then the company and the customer wins and only the driver loses out. 2. They have no support for their driver’s concerns, only the app whose chat functionality no longer works even if you have the fully updated version of the app and have cleared your app cache. This is on purpose because they do not want to hear the numerous complaints from their drivers. The email address they give you for support takes a full day to get back to you, does not understand your specific complaint and only gives stock answers, and spins all fault on Gopuff onto the driver themselves. No one at the actual Gopuff facility has any way to help a driver with a concern nor any phone numbers for support to give out. The only reason I am still willing to drive for Gopuff is because of the generosity of the customers who tip very well. If not for tips this gig would cost me money.

Awful experience first day. I decided to try GoPuff out and they were running a promotion where if I completed 7 orders I would get $150 within the dates listed. There were no times listed but I was consistently checking the app while I was working and saw the mission was active in my list. While on my last delivery the mission got marked as incomplete. I chatted with support right away, they told me they would bring it to the higher up team as they see I completed my end, and that that team was still working and would contact me shortly. They never contacted me. Next day I contacted them again to be told the same thing. Third day I contacted them they told me I have to fill out an online form and that it would be resolved through email. I did what was told of me and provided screenshots of the mission in my history, my completed orders for that day, and all information. No response. I sent another email and they finally got back to me saying I did everything but the mission ended 6am that day. The mission was active until my last delivery in the app. The warehouse is not even open that early and those times were not listed in the mission. I responded and I sent them all the proof once again. Sent them follow up email. It has been a few weeks now and they responded today that I did not opt in to the mission(even though it’s still in my history). Awful app and employee care.

Truly a terrible company. Unless your comfortable with unwanted fake notifications ALLL DAYYY of possible shift openings that are NEVER ever ever there. And to FIGHT every Thursday just to make 4 HOURS for the ENTIRE week or willfully go up there and sit around with your fingers crossed in hopes the company is busy just to make a dollar but you probably won’t. Orders don’t fly out the door. Maybe they would do better if there got food was worth eating. Your better off buying a TV dinner being that’s all they sell anyway. Microwave pizza is the best thing they have literally. Don’t partner here unless your time doesn’t have value. We would all do better if we knew better but you can do a lot better than this I trust it. Gopuff more like (gopoof)

Frustration. This app is easy to follow. But to have alcohol pickups for such little pay. And to deal with customers that have a issue showing their Identification for the alcohol. Is not worth the small amount of pay. I started driving today and completed two Alcohol trips. With my first trip as the customer’s spouse holding her ID in his wallet. He expects me to leave the order with him. I told him it had to come from her. He starts to argue with me and tell me that other drivers don’t give him this much grief. It’s the law I told him with alcohol. And they did not even tip. So no this app needs to pay more for this kind of issue. I’ll stick to the other delivery apps. GoPuff needs to get it together. I turned in my resignation all in same day as starting this app.

Class Action Lawsuit. There needs to be a class action lawsuit brought against this company for theft. Underpaying divers, violating their rights as contractors, retaliation against those who stand up for themselves, long distance runs for no increase in pay or tip guarantee, weekly bonuses are unobtainable and not even worth trying. No gas subsidies or even a minimum wage. Driver support is outsourced to India and worthless. It’s a cash grab at the expense of drivers and when drivers figure it out or complain, they are let go and the process is repeats with the new driver. It usually takes a year or so to understand how bad you’re being screwed. They always treat new drivers fairly but as time goes on start to treat them like crap. They pay no payroll taxes for drivers, no fleet to buy, no vehicle maintenance, no commercial insurance, no gas, yet they still don’t want to pass any of those profits along to the people bringing them in. Contractors should be making almost double what a typical wage employee makes because of the extra overhead. Shame on you gopuff.

Waist of Time. I signed up for Gopuff to see how it compared to the other apps that I’ve used for years. See if I could fill in any downtime. Sign up says you can drive while they approve your BG check. Not true. Got a message a few weeks later I was approved. There is a ridiculous hour long training. Skipped through completely and still passed the tests. Just common sense waist of time. Finally was bales to sign in and you have to be directly in front of the building. Tried so go live literally 10 ft away to see what the pay would be like, and said I’m too far away. I’m doing 3 other apps. Is anyone stopping what they are doing to wait at Gopuff facilities? Finally my phone notified me GoPuff had accessed my location in the background 61 times in 2 days when I’ve never even done a delivery. By far the worst delivery app. Deleted from my phone immediately.

Driver support lacks. The app doesn’t work properly it does not let me push the slider over to start my work day. I don’t need to hear about deleting the app or being close to the facility because I did all of that the simple solution would be to have a dedicated customer service helpline for the drivers as well as the customers or train everyone to handle these issues as well. The frustration of having to email support and wait many hours for a reply only for them to tell you to do something that you already have done is a major problem. Been approved to work for 4 days now and still no joy in being able to work so as far as the pay and other work issues I haven’t even gotten to that part yet because I haven’t taken 1 trip yet. Please listen to the people that are out in the trenches not the people sitting behind desks directing on how THEY THINK things should go. And please do not send me a generic message telling me how sorry you are about my problems with the app simply fix it!

Not much different. Such frustration not much a difference in this app and the last. Shifts don’t ever show up at the time they say they will be available, always have to rely on last minute shift drops at the most random times and support isn’t much help the best you will get is they can’t help how fast the shifts are gone . But I need them to look up why they don’t show up on the screen not the speed at which there gone there isn’t a chance to even see them. Other than that the app is good if your lucky to ever get a shift be aware keep your own record of your trips and tips hrs and rewards don’t rely on app to keep track of it . Best thing about it has to be the people working indoors they are always so helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Notifications. I am a GoPuff driver in Las Vegas, Nevada and I like the app! It is not complicated and easy to navigate? I do have a few issues with it, which prevents me from giving it a 5 star rating. I do not receive notifications on any open schedules, I feel, in a timely manner. Also, I have yet to figure out what to do to make this happen so that I can have a fair shot getting a schedule to work instead of constantly being “on demand” which is fine, but I would love to get a few days, at least three out of the week, with a schedule 6 hours minimum. GoPuff is a criminal organization. They suspended me because of an insurance paper because I guess they can’t just check online that my policy is still active. I didn’t get my new paper receipt until a day later. I sent the document in and got reinstated but can’t log in because they are inept. I deleted and reinstalled app and wasted an hour of my time. They have even more buggy app than DD and UE which I didn’t know was possible! They can’t handle an upset driver so they just block me. The price mark up on their garbage is way higher than the competition too and the pay where I’m at is terrible because most orders are 12 miles round trip on average! The pay is $3.75 a trip with no tip guarantee and a suggested tip of $2.99, so I have no clue how they stay in business without VC funding and clueless drivers who can’t do math!

Drivers are taken advantage of. We don’t have a decline button . They force you to deliver far to queens when we are located in queens . Example I delivered 21 bags and the last 3 after my schedule was done were in queens and I said give it to another driver , they suspended me and took the schedule away from me so I’m unable to book now! The company uses bully tactics on 1099 workers. We all have family’s to feed . Think about that u doing 21 deliveries in a day with no lunch break , gas differential nothing then your shift ends and the computer gives u 3 queens orders , and u get suspended for not taking them . Icing on the cake then they tried to penalize me again for 2 weeks for not working the day they said I’m suspended! Go puff is not working with us they are bullying us . And we’re making less and less money as time goes on. A 1099 worker should not be able to be forced to do anything or penalized if they don’t . There’s enough driver to let someone else take it .

The base pay it’s crazy low. I been doing gopuff for 2 years in Philadelphia. They basepay it’s crazy low . We only depend on tips and half of the custumers don’t give tip . Regardless of the matter let’s say I get 2 deliveries and the base pay it’s only $4 . Always the same or less . Another order I get 5 deliveries and the base pay was $4.51 for 5 deliveries. The same as if I was getting 2 orders . They system it’s bad . They definitely getting over on they drivers and that’s not good for the people that work hard to make sure y’all company stay working and running and they barely give promotions . Barely what can get worse than working on a holiday and u don’t even get a promotion smh . Definitely been working grubhub and doordash more often I make a lot more and they basepay at least add up . Gopuff need a class action lawsuit in Philadelphia any lawyers Reachout to me they deff getting over and we going to adress that . Y’all been warned this company need to get it together and the way they pay they drivers a lot of people complaining already and the next step it’s court . We work too hard ti get pay $1 for a 3 miles delivery average. Just crazy !!!

New scheduling is unfair. To change a schedule platform where you request hours and next day see none of those hours where granted is so unfair I can’t believe they doing this … I put in for 25 hours two weeks ago on Thursday at 12:45 and on Friday I seen I had no hours for next week ? I was like how I put in the hours yesterday, they said they changed it now you just request hours and they pick who gets them ? What?? So last week I put in 70 hours between two locations . Next day nothing .. how in world is that fair , then I get email cause I dropped a 3 hour shift at location where if you take longer than 10 minutes getting back they log you off .. I’m so over all these changes ,,, wish it never changed ,,

This app and this company are both horrible. I used to do gopuff and it was pretty laid back and chill until they kept disabling my account due an insurance issue. My legal name is not yet changed on my registration and I let me them know that the names won’t match. They said they would fix it and they did the first time my account got disabled. showed them proof with two forms of I.D and everything but the second time customer service was really rude, belligerent, and I got locked out of my account. The app is also buggy and not easy to navigate. I loved gopuff, i loved delivering for them. But now I won’t be supporting them, as I believe whole heartedly they are transphobic and just generally really, really rude even though it’s not warranted. My money will be going elsewhere.

It’s OK, but a few things need to be fixed. I started delivering for GoPuff about two months ago. I really like the concept of not having to shop for items or being pinged from restaurant to restaurant. But they need to make more blocks available during daytime hours, and give all drivers the hours they requested for a few reasons. One is that the location I drive for is not in the best part of Greensboro, NC. Another is that they have no problem sending us to neighborhoods that should be avoided after dark. In fact, this facility is located near 3 housing projects that are unsafe, even during the day. I do try to keep my acceptance rate at 50% or above, but there are certain streets I won’t deliver to because they’re unsafe. Most of the people who live in these areas are low or no-tippers. You’ll lose money on deliveries like these. If I have to wait for orders, then I would be better off on DoorDash, GrubHub or UberEats, where I can wait at home for a decent offer. I get to decide which neighborhoods I deliver to.

New Driver.. This is my second day. I work in a populated area in a large metro city. There are only a few drivers at my facility. There is a lot of waiting. A lot. My very first delivery I had to contact support. I contacted both chat and phone. I was asked to use the “having trouble” button in the app by the chat. When I asked for clarification, since no button existed, it took about 15 mins for the support to say they couldn’t find the button either. The phone support called the customer and was audibly sighing in with impatience and I could tell the customer was disabled and has difficulty speaking clearly. Holy, ableism. Where’s the compassion? You want to sustain customers, right? Im on 3 way phone with this person and I don’t want to be even slightly associated with them. It’s absolutely apparent that the delivery and customer support training is atrocious. Considering the area I’m covering, I’m surprised they even have customers when they’re service even to their drivers seems slapped together, disjointed and unprofessional. The two days I’ve been waiting for deliveries with about 50/50 tipping for going into the hills makes the pay (especially for unscheduled workdays) completely not worth it. I’m just going to continue this until more reputable delivery apps have some openings in my area. It’s an embarrassment to have to represent this brand.

Yall no right for letting all this people sign up to do bike deliveries in Philly and waste our time for 3 days doing an alcohol test , then yall kick everyone that sign up to deliver with a bike out ? Yall dead wrong for that . PHILADELPHIA MADE GOPUFF and yall stay doing us dirty from the base pay now over 10,000 people with no jobs cause yall took off bike deliveries. Philly it’s a bike zone so how it’s that possible? Y’all need to remember who made yall and do something for Philly people out here barely got cars but you can employee a lot of people by somply adding bike as an option. Seriously Philly need that right now and yall doing the city who made Gopuff dirty . AMA go work for DoorDash , Gopuff , ubereats , relay , etc they all allowed they workers to also do bike deliveries in Philly so why not Gopuff ?

Making money dependent on tips. The base pay for trips isn’t very high at all. Even during a snowstorm you get offers less than $2/order and it’s bad for your rating not to accept. They say the algorithm accounts for hazards but it doesn’t and nothing will be done about anything that arises such as the active police chase I had to deliver through the other day or the slippery roads last night. No one tipped so I made less than half minimum wage. Rate days I make decent or even good money. There’s just no rhyme or reason to it. Missions don’t seem to be offered when you’re scheduled. I’m offered missions which are valid only during the time the facility is closed even though they’re supposedly individualized. The order of deliveries doesn’t always make sense leaving you to zigzag rather than take an efficient route. I still deliver bc I need the money but I wish they would be more considerate of their drivers.

GoPuff Yourself, “Support”. GoPuff underpaid me almost as many times as they paid me correctly. All the support inquiries in the world made no difference. Then, suddenly, they were no longer doing payroll and STRIPE was the new payroll. No apology and no explanation. I’m still owed over $1,300 out of about $9,000 total earnings. 15% of your earnings will magically stay in their pocket. This is a review of the app bc the app is where I clock in and out, the app tracks me for mileage and time, and the app literally has all the control over my success and earnings accuracy. The “scheduled hours” shifts are deceptive. You won’t be paid for those hours, even though they say you will. All in all, 2 stars, bc this is a 2/5 company that gives a 2/5 concern. They should’ve called it 2/5 and saved everyone a lot of trouble, especially people who thought GoPuff was just Marijuana delivery. I did. Btw every other driver I speak with, and the bevmo associates in the store, they all despise gopuff. Everyone. Missed earnings according to other drivers has been going on for at least a year.

Unfair and frustrating. Not only is the pay per trip unfair but so is how the scheduling is, I literally requested and was approved for delivery blocks for the rest of the week and they were taken away the next morning. Then after attempting to get the situation resolved it was a failure because the agent claims if there no screenshot then no proof… that’s unfair and very frustrating and then it happens to me again and I have screenshots this time just be denied my hours again that were approved. Talked to several agents about the matter and then they say I need another screenshot of the hours actually saying approved and not requested…. That’s unfair and frustrating to me as a dedicated delivery driver. What makes it worse the only block I did do, once I got to the facility, the power was out all night and no from Gopuff knew, waited it out only to receive a demoting currency of only $22 after doing someone else’s job. Very frustrating and unfair indeed

Good but needs a few improvements. I love the app but it just need a few things to improve. The location pinpoint can sometimes put you in a spot much different than the designated one. The schedules can be notified more cause when you try to request a shift, it’s already taken. And the weekly pay is a little confusing cause they say it will take a few days to appear in the account, which doesn’t seem to. Like I mentioned, the app is good but just need a few improvements.

Awesome Company poor marketing. I love driving and delivering for Go Puff and initially when I started last year, there was no problem getting shifts at my designated location. I don’t mind driving the other locations, however, with the inflation of gas prices, etc., it’s costing more financially. I’ve seen the company allow customers to blatantly rob them over and over, especially when we know that the person is making up several email addresses just to use the $25 coupon again as it should be one order with coupon per address. Why $25, should’ve given $10 or 10% off. All that money spent for the halftime show should’ve been skimmed down. Also, some of the locations of the warehouses were poorly executed and I do mean poorly. The areas they should’ve been placed, they weren’t and now they’re closing two of our four locations and transferring that flow of customers to each one of the two remaining! My city is the largest spread out in Florida! There should be one located in every section of town (NORTHSIDE/SOUTHSIDE/EASTSIDE/WESTSIDE - this one didn’t happen and should’ve/ DOWNTOWN/THE COUNTIES which we have plenty!

Make sure orders are legit before passing on to driver. Purpose of having a business that offer products to be delivered. It is the responsibility of the company to make sure all offers that’s going to be sent to independent contractor are already legit do not but that responsibility that it is part of their job when they are not an employee f that business the awareness and reminders needs to be for the company that is provided this service. When drivers deliver that all we doing is confirming any information given to you is accurate, that’s all and get the signature if it’s required scanning ID which is required but when it comes down to it, everything should be legit already before we even get involved because if y’all trying to make us be the one that’s our responsibility, then we should own the business but we don’t so don’t like I said I’m just giving you honest feedback

Every Update Disrupts the Transportation Method Section. Every single update that these programmers push to public is ridiculous. I honestly don’t know how they are even allowed to do this. Each update(which I try my best to not even update the app anymore) turns into a nightmare. Once the update is installed you’ll find yourself not being able to clock in because it says ‘ Can't update delivery method preferences. Please try again later.’ That toggle setting needs to be refined and tweaked where it doesn’t get affected by ANY UPDATE. I can’t clock in, I try asking for help by support and they always say the same thing. I’ve been working here for over a year and it has progressively gotten worse. I already know the developers response, which will be saying something similar as ‘please contact us via email’. If you ever try to contact them over EMAIL it’s better waiting a line to something they never exists. They have the worst customer service ever. Literally just working here to have some extra cash. DO NOT UPDATE YOUR APP UNTIL IT IS NEEDED********

HIGHLY upset. Hello, I am VERY upset right now. I received a “warning” email from you guys. This is the second “warning” email that I have received about me somehow “refusing” delivery offers when I haven’t been refusing any at all. In fact I’ll just be waiting for an offer on the offer screen and suddenly get “missed offer” messages when I hadn’t even received an offer at all. This happened to me about 4 times yesterday. Even the people at the delivery center said they were trying to assign me offers and couldn’t sometimes and they didn’t understand why. I should not be removed or penalized for something that clearly isn’t my fault. This is frustrating and I’d like it If something could be done about it before I completely lose access for something completely out of my control. It has to be some kind of bug in the system.

Has its pros & cons. Lately mostly cons. At first I really liked delivering for Gopuff. But lately it’s been very long waits to get a order and sometimes I wait a full hour and only get handed 1 delivery. And another thing that has been going on for almost a month is every time I get a notification that delivery blocks are available to schedule, I click on it at that very moment I get notified and it tells me there isn’t any available hours ?!? I emailed support over and over but get told the same thing. Update my app, delete it and reinstall etc. I did all of that and it still won’t allow me to schedule blocks. It’s very frustrating. Also, I really wish Gopuff would make it mandatory that a tip has to be made. Even if it’s $1.00. I had a few deliveries where I didn’t get anything for a tip but I waited almost a hour to get that delivery and completed the delivery. All for what? The $3.00 base pay. Please make it mandatory that there has to be a tip.

Scammers. I signed up to be a Gopuff driver a couple of days ago. All my personal information was compromised it was sold on the dark web my life lock alerted me about sensitive information about me was found on the dark web. I tried to do a pickup and the address given to me was a gymnasium. No phone number to call support. I sent pictures of the address and got no response. I got no response on my stolen information on the dark web either. So is this a legitimate company? They are a scam to steal our information. I have requested to have all my data deleted from there servers and they wrote back saying my request had been canceled. How is that if it’s my information and you stole my information. I want my data to be erased from your company I definitely don’t want to be apart of this hacker group. LIES and deceit is this company motto!!!!

They don’t know what they are doing. After completing my background check I thought I was able to start right away but no. They decided to run a second background check to delay things for me. Is this the kind of unorganized actions I should expect? What information do you think is going to change from one day to the next? Do you rub background checks every day or something? Nothing is going to change. But I guess this is how they do things by overlooking steps that were completed. I already been asked to provide my insurance information twice. Now a second background. I hope I don’t have to do double the work unless I’m getting double paid for doing one thing. I’m losing confidence in this company and I haven’t even started yet. I think I’m just going to not move forward as these are red flags that a company doesn’t know what they are doing. I’m afraid I won’t get paid for what I do. I believe I will spend more time in the courtroom trying to get paid the money they owe me than I spend making any money. My time is more valuable than this. I’m going to forget about this and delete the app.

scammers. app continuously implementing new features as a way to move the goalpost on drivers. Always a new way to penalize drivers. Purposely underestimating time length of a delivery so they can offer driver less money for it. Then when we accept the trip & start GPS, it’s clearly a way longer trip. When assistance is needed for an order / customer there is “instant” support. When an employee catches on to being underpaid and needs support, conveniently that department can only be reached by email. And since I was underpaid countless* times, my multiple emails to that department were all ignored. Luckily I kept record of every time and suggest other drivers do as well. Financial support will never respond to you so be prepared to take it further 😇

GoPuff Review. Todays my first day and I’ve waited longer for an order than actually taking the order to its destination. I think GoPuff should allow the driver who arrives to the facility first to receive the next order. It’s kind of pointless when I have to wait 30/40 min to receive an order and the order only takes me 20/30 min there and back to deliver. I also agree that a mandatory $2-$3 tip should be given. Especially when you wasted time sitting in the car waiting on that order. I’m hoping this is just a facility (Lauderhill) issue and not a company issue. I’ve been “Clocked In” for 5 hours and made $23 and used a quarter tank of gas ($15). Please help me make sense of that??!!!! The new modern day slavery

I do not notice a difference. I honestly do not notice a difference when compared to the prior app. I wish there was a way you could see all available shifts on one screen when they drop. Having to switch between locations is impossible. Also, when people drop shifts is there a way to show which location it was dropped? That would be a major help. Other than that the app is fine. I have iPhone 11 and it’s rarely crashed on me but it has signed me out while I’m not on my phone and/or using the app. I’ll get a Notification if dropped blocks and go to app and I have to sign in. That’s frustrating. Nothing in life is perfect but the app could be a little more User friendly as far as scheduling is concerned.

About their pay. I definitely agree they should be paying us way more the way we have to drive 8-10miles and only get $2.00 dollars or $3.00 dollars and nothing else is ridiculous and most of the people don’t even tip they should be required to tip I think because that’s how we make our money and the fact they don’t is crazy I don’t get why we only get the bare minimum but we are the ones putting miles on our cars and burning our gas up just to get nothing in return like that’s crazy it was all good in the beginning then as time went on it got worse and worse they taking the bonus each week away they don’t pay no money as it is base pay and customers don’t tip so in reality we loosing loosing for sure smh hopefully it changes or they won’t have anyone to drive and they won’t be able to make anything because no one’s going to keep working and or settling for the bare minimum that’s crazy!!!

Wait time ? Pay to deliver ... The new wait time pay feature essentially means that you get paid per minute while waiting at the facility. We used to get paid 9 dollars an hour wether or not we were waiting at the facility. Now we get paid 15 cents a minute only while waiting at the facility. In essence that is still 9 dollars an hour if you can do math. However while you are returning from an order from a person who has not tipped and you’re over 12 miles from the facility which is roughly 30min in both directions because there’s traffic… you my friend got paid 3 dollars 50 cents and you just drove 24 miles over the course of an hour … that doesn’t even pay your gas lol .. to top it off if you have tolls in your state you essentially paid to deliver that order … wow nice

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. This app is not a equal opportunity app if you’re thinking about working here please don’t where I live there’s only four shifts available each day and there’s over 400 drivers in my specific area so when they drop shifts that you can request they’re all gone within 30 seconds so even if you’re a good driver and you do great it’s not enough to get any shifts throughout the week it’s been two weeks since they change the delivery blocks and how you get shifts and I haven’t got any and I’ve been on time I’ve done driving for a while so with that being said this app is awful and should change back to delivery blocks at least I could get delivery blocks almost a month ago when they drop them even if it was two days it was better than this requesting

Worst company I’ve ever worked with!!. Do not drive for GoPuff! They are incredibly unethical and don’t care at all about their drivers. They see drivers as an endless pool of desperate people to be taken advantage of. They encourage customers not to tip, and pay drivers so little that on nearly a third of the deliveries you use a gallon of gas or more, and drive for 30min round trip—only to be paid $3. So, a driver loses money in gas and gets paid nothing for their time. After you drive your vehicle into the ground, you will have no money left to repair it, and they don’t care at all. Some other poor fool will step in to take your place. This is their model. They make money by abusing drivers.

Completely Down The Drain. I have worked for goPuff for 4 years now and I can truly see it getting worse as the years go on. They hire more drivers than they can schedule, delivering on demand in my area is basically pointless because the OAs skip you for orders, goPuff says the system assigns bags on a first come first serve basis but, that’s a lie. They change subsidy pay to “wait pay” and you have to physically be at the warehouse to receive it. Customers don’t tip, driving 30 minutes for $4 is disrespectful. I wish goPuff was like it was when I first started.

THEY DONT HELP YOU. my account got deactivated for no reason and it wasn’t just one time it happened twice I had to get my account back working and they get it can activated and then it happened again and when you try to get help from the email they give you they don’t even email you back I’ve been waiting for over a month with no response at all someone told me they will go to there supervisor and have them look over my account and I still haven’t heard back from anyone at all they have no number you can call and talk to someone they just leave you hanging….

Be Careful with this App or their website. Their website takes your personal information for drivers; then states that there is nothing in the area. After, it takes your personal information, you won't be able to login on the app, at all, and there is no login on their website. There are requesting ssn or fein, name, telephone number, and email. There is no option to delete it on the website or app, because if there is nothing in your area; then you can't login. That is wrong, no app or website should take your personal information unless they have something available.

Dangerous. They will have you going to the worst parts of your town or city with no care in the world about your safety. If this isn’t a have to do and just something to make extra money, I suggest you try something else at least when it comes to the houston locations. And honestly the pay is bad I just starting from here and I needed money but quickly changed my mind after only 12 deliveries I was trying to tough it out but it was getting worse each trip.

No shifts are being dropped. Hi , I’ve worked for gopuff for about a year and half now and every time we get a notification that hours are being added , it’s a false notification ( there is no hours available , it’s a scam ) they drop random. Small amount of hours at random times so they can take the most benefit and not have to pay drivers on a hourly basis . They basically hiding hours from drivers . And we have to stand up together to do something about this as this have not been an only ME problem I spoke to other drivers and they’re have the same story .

Crazy Disrespect. I started Gopuff 2 years . At the time base pay for a single order was 4 per delivery. Now they have changed the entire system and as a driver I get flagged if an order takes too long bc of the time given to do delivery. They do not take into consideration traffic hours or location. My home site is near 3 highways to nyc and 4 school. Between 8-10 traffic and 3-5 TRAFFIC. Not to mention the system being changed to bundle the orders. Barely get tips , the reward was cut in half . Leaving me unmotivated to stay longer. Then while on shift the UBER drivers are taking orders and at that wrong orders. I get paid per min. Now with an order being misplaced . I’m sitting around for 10/15 while waiting on resolution. ITS INSANE . Ontop of not giving out hours . I much rather sit around waiting on DoorDash. That’s how unreliable Gopuff has become . I used to LOVE doing deliveries Now it’s just🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮.

Sitting in front of location, can’t start the day. Pathetic. Plus, I’ve spent 20min with “support” who tells me to delete and reinstall the app and turn my phone off and back on. Still won’t work. Yes, I have location always on, movement tracking, etc. This is a side gig between jobs for me, and it’s far too much trouble than what you get. Would be nice if they’d spend $ on software developers. And I constantly have the same issue of no shifts available the second they pop up. Or on the day/time the support agent told me they dropped. I guess that’s why the other delivery companies are full. They’re user friendly.

Solve the problem with Gopuff Partners!!!!!!. The problem has not been solved for 2 weeks! I'm tired of writing to this Gopuff Partners service! It feels like people are from another planet! I asked to add two work zones, instead all my work zones were deleted, and this is DE - Newark De-Wilmington PA - Callowhill PA - Passyunk Square PA - North East PA - Port Richmond PA-Mills PA-Manayunk PA-Ardmore PA - Center City PHL Cherry Hill NJ Trenton PHL West Chester. And they made only one, then after some time they added another. That's all! It was never possible to get my entire work area returned to me! Terrible service, simply disgusting 🤮! My friend’s account was blocked and now he can’t even log into the app!

Worst driving app out here. I drove for them when the paid a guarantee $18 plus tips, weekly bonus and great on demand hours.. that immediately change they dropped the guarantee pay to $12 then to $10.. then to 18 cents a minute… took away weekly bonus as well.. it’s like $3 per three orders with no guarantee tips.. you sit in a parking lot and wait for orders sometimes for an hour due to over saturated drivers.. driver support is a joke you can only text and it’s terrible.. I make much more on doordash and Uber eats.. I’m surprised gopuff hasn’t closed down from being sued by the drivers

I love driving for Gopuff; but…. My account was deactivated due to my car insurance documents were not available on a timely manner, I called twice and the person helping me deactivated my account and now my phone is not on the system but yet I continue to receive texts about available hours in my area. I also tried registering again but says I’m already on the system. I would like to get back to driving ; can someone help me with this issue please? By the way; I have email my concern three times already and not one person has responded.

App will not allow me to start my workday. This is a horrible first experience with GoPuff. I pull up to the warehouse on my first day, swipe to start my workday, and the app asks to enable tracking. I change to allow, it asks me to swipe to start my workday again…it counts down, and returns me to the app settings page. Okay, I change the location tracking to always. Swipe start my workday…it takes me back to the app settings page. Okay, I then logout, restart my phone. Same issue, it just takes me to my app settings page where it clearly shows my location/app data to “always”. Okay, I remove the app, and restart my phone. Download the app, and the same thing all over again, it won’t allow me to start my workday and continues to take me to my app settings page where it is sent to always share data. Unbelievable. I had hours scheduled today and I can’t work them. So thanks so much for costing me money, I could have been doing UberEats or DoorDash.

What a waste.. This app is horrible. First off, I was debating and contemplating if I should sign up or not after reading the reviews. After partially signing up. I kept receiving emails and texts, reminding to finish the application. After a week I finally uploaded my Drivers license, car insurance and social security number, just to be told there was no availability in my city and that they would reach out to me when there was. When the first question they ask is what city will you work in. We’ll GOPUFF you could have told me that before I put in all my personal freakin information. If I could give no stars I would.

They do not care about driver safety. I was threatened with illegal weapons one of which was brandished by another Go Puff driver, he also told me he was going to shoot me. The incident was caught on security cameras at the facility and I reported it to the Go Puff trust & safety team, yet that same driver is still active on the platform and continues to harasses me every time we see each other. Every day I choose to work I fear for my safety as this other driver is a loose canon with clear mental health issues that are displayed through a wide array of violent behaviors. This is a very violent man and he is a huge liability for the company

By far the WORST gig you can have. Not only payments are minor, but also they require you to lift up 2-3 packs of water together with bags and bring it to 2-3-… floors. And after all the labor you will get 2.75$ reward and 50 cents tips. First of all, you CAN NOT require employees lift more than 50lbs. According to OSHA. Second, your payment doesn’t meet minimal norms. In 8 hours delivering water packs you payed 78.5$. This barely covers gas and maintenance! Third, you have to scan packages when you pick up, then when you drop off, also take a photo of the packs and if the customer meets you and grabs your pack and you didn’t scan it, then you will spend next 50 minutes debating with their slow support managers explaining what happened. And no, you will not get paid for that. Forth, the app is awfully laggy. So if I could rate you zero, you guys even don’t deserve it!

Can’t even finish signing up!. Well I’d love for someone to contact me as all I did was fill out the first page, lost connection and couldn’t get back to finish signing up. I’d like to finish the sign up process but there is no way! Now all it says is “ It looks like you've already started signing up to be a Gopuff partner. Please check for any messages you may have received from us to find your sign-up link and continue the process!”

0 star. I’ve been driving with gopuff for 2 years and they have the audacity to deactivate my account for no apparent reason. Completed all the alcohol certifications did the surveys and complied with everything they asked and they deactivate my account like seriously. GoPuff has declined and failed the drivers for way too long and it’s sad. All the drivers should go on strike. I worked in Pittsburgh now I’m in a location in Michigan and it’s worse. You don’t want to pay anything you treat us like crap this company needs to be shut down or sued.

Its a solid side hustle but…. To be honest, this is the worst development team, and IT department and Support team that I’ve ever experienced in my life. If they update the app, then there’s bugs and problems with it for the next week or two. You can’t call anyone that can actually help you everyone just send you around and tell you to email them. To support you get as a driver is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. The job itself is OK whenever there is cuts to be made, the drivers take the hit payment wise it’s a par at best. If the customers don’t tip, its not worth your time. Their pros and cons, but there’s definitely more cons and pros

Blocked by App. For the umpteenth time, I have worked through the steps to be a GoPuff driver but each time I receive this message: “Something is wrong with the email address that you have entered. Please try again.” I have changed emails. I have emailed GoPuff and followed the bot’s directions. Nothing changes. I use an iPad to sign up. 99% of the time, I am able to sign on to an app. Not GoPuff. What’s galling is I continue to receive emails from GoPuff inviting me to finish applying. Foolishly I try, only to be disappointed…again.

It’s All Downhill From Here. Raised the delivery fee to 3.95 and now nobody tips… All a customer has to do is call in to complain about their order, (even if nothing is wrong with it) and they will undoubtedly get a full refund. They don’t even ask for photo evidence. People are living off of GoPuff for free and making the drivers and the warehouse staff look bad in the process. They’ve recently expanded the delivery zone to include orders that are 20+ miles away,( and 20+ miles back to the warehouse)which you are only guaranteed 6 dollars base pay. Does driving 40 miles for 6 bucks seem worth it to you? You never know how far your delivery is until it is already assigned to you. You never know how much you are getting tipped for the delivery until after you complete it. Won’t be with gopuff much longer, it seems they won’t be around much longer anyway.

Worst delivery company ever!. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional company I’ve ever delivers for. The scheduling process is horrible. They claim they need drivers, but when you request a large number of hours, they come back and approve you for 3 hours and then ban you for weeks when you cancel because 3 hours isn’t worth the time. They need to mimic Instacart, Shipt or Door Dash a bit more closely so that they will have a lengthy business tenure… otherwise I don’t see them making it more than another few years. This is just ONE example that I’ve provided, but have an archive of many others. Oh yeah and the foreign support team is just HORRIBLE!

Kind of disappointing. I was doing an Uber delivery and it took me to what looked like the back door of a closed down business. When I opened it up there was two random men inside but they seemed friendly enough. One of them who had been the manger there for a while started telling me about gopuff and how I should apply because they were always looking for drivers. Even told me that the money was so good in NC that someone people did it as their full time gig. All the benefits of Uber eats and DoorDash just none of the hassles that come with it. Anyways I go to apply the very next morning only to be put on a waiting list.

Unfair-horrible experience. This app and it’s customer service is horrible. First of all, they say first come first serve for scheduled hours and still give hours to whoever they want to. I would always wait until 12:00am every Thursday to schedule hours and still didn’t get the hours even though I am technically one of the first people to book hours , I didn’t even get two days. Next, you can’t speak with someone in charge because all they have is email. Then, when you do work, you have to call more then once or wait too long to get help. Being the driver is fustrating. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS THEY DONT DESERVE IT THE PEOPLE RESPONDING TO THE EMAILS NEED TO BE FIRED AND WHOEVER IN CHARGE NEED TO BE FIRED AS WELL.

First delivery problems. I did my first delivery today and it was Berber wrecking maybe because it was my first delivery. I live and NYC and I’ve used other platforms such as Uber eats, instacart etc and their platform was easy to navigate. The reception in some of these buildings are horrible and it’s hard to scan/input once the order is delivered. Good thing I had common sense to take a picture that I delivered it. But I can see where that might be an issue later on. Also, trying to get a hold of a representative is really hard.

Unfair pay system. GoPuff/GoDriver is a great concept for people who want to work flexible hours and the freedom of working out of your own vehicles. Main issue is the new variable pay does not make sense. It used to be a base pay of $4 but now they use a variable pay which depends on how long drive is, traffic and weather conditions. For instance, last night In Rochester Ny, there was a winter weather advisory in effect and the roads were snowy and almost unsafe to drive, very slow traffic and the variable pay was under $4 per order that we used to get. You would think conditions like that would qualify for a higher base pay. Hate to see “updates” take a step backwards and negatively effect your employees pay. Hoping this gets fixed because it would be a lot more enticing for driver’s to continue working.

Poor organization. I signed up for Gopuff, right after I did the Al homo delivery course. By time it was complete(within the designated time limit) my account was deactivated for no reason even after verification. I contacted someone via email in customer service and that’s when I was told my account was deactivated. I was told to email another address in the Company, after doing such I didn’t hear anything since. This was an absolute waste of time and resources. Instacart worked much quicker and efficiently.

COULD THIS APP GET ANY WORSE????. Is their anything lower than a 1 star ? I had covid , cancer, a miscarriage, a divorce , a foreclosure and those were easier to deal with this than this app. I had to get a sex change after dealing with this app, because it robbed me of my pride and masculinity. This app is the Joe Biden of apps . Slow , incompetent, and the fact that it thinks it’s doing a good job is delusional. This app is worse than George bush sending our troops to Iraq and 9/11. I’d rather be put in a concentration camp with Anne Frank than deal with GoPuff ever again !

Unfair prices. When the people give the drivers a tips they lower the price for the driver and put more Order on the way so 1 person paid for the order 3 customs and they Charge for each order so they Kip all the deliver from the oder 2 or 3 customer that’s not good they don’t care about the drivers cos they no they are partner whit Uber but Uber don’t pay so small trip for they driver they pay more is ready bad what Gopuff doing they have to give more order to they drivers not Uber driver but if we complain maybe they going to pull us from the platform

marketing to low class people too much. I really enjoy gopuff however their customers they are marketing to are awful just drove 20 miles round trip for no tip then they took me off wait pay because I didnt want to go to a housing project where people get shot all the time! there are plenty of rich people around too this service is not for poor people I am poor and do not get delivery because I am not an idiot!

Approved to Drive but App Won’t Work. I have been approved to drive and I receive notifications to sign up for shifts. However, the app will not process the time(s) I sign up giving a long coding error, tech language I do not understand. Their solution was to clear, close, delete, update if necessary, add the app again… but that didn’t work at all. My life, devices, accounts & everything else have been hacked. I am working with the Phoenix Police about all of it and companies like Apple and Google state to contact the FBI.

Delivery notes rudimentary at best. Only about 50% of my delivery notes ever save. Plus I can only post delivery notes if done before the order is completed for accounts that don’t have prior delivery notes - I always do my notes following the completion of an order. It would be nice if there were a save button and if the notes feature were better - like being able to add photos/screen shots to help future drivers with directions, show details/information that cannot be adequately described, etc. And the app is generally slow.

Lame. Literally a waste. Got deactivated off the app and no one can tell me a reason. Support doesn’t support and everything is sent to a email I’ve stated over and over I don’t have access to. Would give hours and hours delivering for this app only for them to toss me to the side with no explanation. The base pay is pretty garbage and the customers that don’t tip makes it hard to want to stay active on the app. Go puff has proven to me they can care less for the people taking time to use their car and deliver for them it’s all about the $$ with these folks. Save your time and try something else!!!

You Drive & Drive to the poor house. Subsidiaries are worse the bonuses got worse the flat pay for each delivery is a joke. Gas prices are $4.29 a gln the flat rate for GoPuff is $3 it’s upside down. Most time because of the Amt of drivers you’ll get 1 bag drive 14 min one way not get tipped therefore leaving yr gas tank empty fast. I use $45 a day to work if you can afford that and cross yr fingers that you’ll get more than 10 deliveries to make yr day probably a $25 since we only get $3 a delivery. They need to show more appreciation to their drivers $3 a trip is not showing appreciation during these rough times

Not a good company. I tried out, go puff for the first time last week and these are my thoughts. I think that companies paying too low for the drives we Gotta do the company needs to fix his issues because there will be no drivers to drive their deliveries to customers customers do not tip as well based pay doesn’t make any sense, for the miles that we have travel in the mileage you gotta put in the car and also the gas we got to spend not including the insurance. You gotta maintain the car and everything else. I don’t think I’ll be working any longer for a Gopuff.

Drivers not getting what they deserve. It’s nice way to make extra money. But as a driver it seems the more upgrades they do to make things better is helping the customer. But not beneficial to the driver far as pay. The wait time was a cool idea but you made more under the other way at a set rate per hour. .14 cent per minute is only 8.40 in the hour. More so the base pay for trips is hurting the driver more if the customer doesnt tip you drive 20 minutes to get to someone house for 2.25.

Wait time pay is ridiculous!!. .18 cents a minute while waiting at the facility, well guess what? They gonna send you out with a single 4 dollar order on a 35 minute drive so you better hope you get tip cuz if you don’t, you will be making less then minimum wage. This company relies on you getting tips to stick around cuz they don’t pay their drivers. I didn’t give it 1 star cuz it actually used to be a great competitor to Uber eats, doordash, ect. But no more they got greedy.

Can you please fix it so I can get back to delivery, or give me a job at spot at one of the locations so I don’t miss out on hours I could be paid for. Thank you.

1 of the worst delivery companies to work for. This company is so unprofessional. I’ve been working as a biker for almost a year , my so called “bike ID” expired so they asked for a copy of my new one . The week prior my account has been deactivated and I can’t go online . After going back and forth with them for almost a week about why I’m unable to use my account, they finally tell me bike deliveries arent allowed my location. Why waste a person’s time ? I recommend just staying with ubereats or doordash .

What a joke. I’ve been working for Gopuff for almost a year and every month is just gets worse. First the hours and pay don’t add up and you can never reach someone to help, all you get is automated email responses. Than the shifts and hours are so sparse, over saturated with drivers. Than they have the nerve to suspend me because the site closes early bevy they don’t have employees and my shift will end early. Than say I need to complete 100% of my accepted shift blocks? Like how yall closed and sent me home? This company is beyond unprofessional and shady!! Run

Same old same old short change the drivers. This is a 40 billion dollar a year company and it treats there driver's like slave labor! They have short changed me on my pay check which I have brought there attention numerous times and they have done nothing to correct this matter over and over again ! They have cut hours for drivers throughout the country and if you go to any location in the country the employees will tell you just how GoPuff treats there employees especially the drivers the very backbone of the company that made them billions of dollars ! Just a unprofessional company plain and simple !

underpaid. This company pockets a good amount of your earnings for their own benefits. Then will make up excuses as to why you won’t be paid accordingly to their own policies. I think with all these consistent testimonies of missing funds from scheduling; a class action lawsuit isn’t far away. It’s frustrating to see these loopholes they keep trying to use in order to not pay drivers. I will definitely consider someone to evaluate the terms and agreements of their app. Worth looking into due to the inconsistency and inconvenience these contracts cause.

I’m not even going to try it!. With so many negative reviews from drivers who are out there snd doing it…I’m skered! I’m a “Top Dasher” in state college, pa with over 1500 five star deliveries and absolutely love and appreciate DoorDash. I just saw a GoPuff bag at a dormitory and thought I would check it out. Then I saw a GoPuff office locally. However, there are so many negative reviews about it with the same generic response from the company that there is NO WAY I’m even going to put myself through the hassle. Not worth it! Thank you DOORDASH! I have no complaints or issues with you and I will continue to give you faithful and superb service as a delivery person.

Scammers/con artist company. They’ll only pay you 4 dollars to make a trip 20 minutes one way. Emailing partners@gopuff won’t do anything they’ll just send you this script they always send. They’re ripping ppl off. You make way more money on other delivery service apps … at least Uber eats and Uber have daily promotions and boost. Go Puff you have to hope bulk of your money comes from tips. But still you base fare should be more, im confused how the base fare for driving 20 minutes is $4… I lost 23 miles in total as well as 20 minutes and they only paid me $4…..

Worst app to work for. Gopuff constantly under pays drivers and I’m suspected to believe takes tips. I’ve delivered over 1100 orders for them and repeat customers that I’ve has conversations about them tipping suddenly I don’t get a tip from their delivery. That’s speculation, what’s proven is that they will terminate your account with no prior warning even if u are holding a 100% delivery rate and 100% on time rate. It happened to my account and my girlfriends, I’m currently seeking litigation options for being let go on New Year’s Eve from my primary source of income.

Horrendous, You will not get Paid.. I worked for Gopuff last week for about 20 hours and accumulated a decent amount expecting to get paid, after contacting support multiple amounts of time to update my direct deposit, nobody is able to help get me paid. Clearly an issue with their app they instead shift blame over to another company and wash their hands. My accounts page is missing a very important button or your support staff are working with outdated information. Save yourself the headache and avoid this completely. You’ve been warned.

Income decreased. This use to be my Go-To Drivers App when i needed my bills paid. I started in 2020 when we had $3.50 per bag and $10/hr in Greenville NC. That shut down. It was sad cause our customers were giving us healthy tips. Then.. i went to Raleigh NC it was fine but theres a lot of drivers. I went to Long Island NY $3 per bag - $13/hr and it was great there too. Healthy tips and bonuses depending on how many we can deliver. That shut down also. Went to Englewood NJ. And the price went down to $3-$2.50 per bag and $12/hr. Then that closed. Now we get $0.20 a minute and $2 per bag which doesn’t add up because there are a lot of customers who are buying GoPuff items. Now we gotta drive so far (5-20mins) for less money and nearly any tips. PS Jamaica NY location done messed 2 of my car’s suspensions. Rocky roads. I wish they never closed down Greenville NC or Long Island NY locations. And kept the pay as it was.

Company is Mid, app is trash. App glitches requests and it costs drivers their pay; theft and tragic. I had an issue where I’d get a warning that I missed a request despite never having been alerted. Multiple attempts with support to fix and I finally gave up and went home for the day, my first time ever missing out on a scheduled block. Two days later I got a FINAL WARNING email and text saying I’d be deactivated if I ever missed another block. I left a block early ONE TIME because the app mucked up, but that apparently warranted a FIRST AND FINAL WARNING Some companies just want to watch the world burn, name makes more sense now

Worst delivery platform when it come. This is the worst delivery platform when it comes to paying their drivers on time. It’s been two days since I’ve been going back and forth about not being able to cash out and no one seems to be able or willing to help. They don’t have a phone number for payment issues and communication is only through email and it can take up to 24 hrs for a response. Do not rely on this platform for fast or easy pay otherwise you may end up running out of gas and get stranded or go hungry for days.

Deleting app. I’m gonna be deleting the app as it just doesn’t seem to work. I get the text notification of “orders pouring in, go to xx pickup location” so I go there and hit ready to work on the app…and nothing. Just seemed to be a waste of time so I turned on Ubereats and started delivering right away. Not sure if it’s an issue of too many drivers or not enough orders. Maybe I’ll give it a couple months and then try again. But for now, ubereats is much more put together of a system.
