Frequent issue. The app keeps on kicking me out and delays when looking through chapters

Purchased Prep. If I purchased the exam prep days ago for the shown amount, why am I being charged again for a higher amount? If it’s tax then you should show the amount being charged. Using the book and exam prep book is probably better.

Do not waste your money buying this app!. This app is so bad design! It says you can create as many test as you want! But is not like that. Customer service is so bad, not helpful at all, I’ve trying to call for over two weeks asking why I’m not able to create the test and they’ve saying “we will talk with the engineers” but nothing happens, no help or solutions at all. The test they the app provide are limited questions and when I tried to repeat the tests the questions are the same All the time, there is no way to study all the questions per chapter! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

PLEASE FIX! Great content horrible server issues!. I’m having ongoing performance issues with the Milady Standard Esthetics and Milady Exam Prep applications. Both apps experience significant lag and frequently error out during use, which has been frustrating and impacts my ability to fully utilize the content. Please consider updating the applications to improve their stability and responsiveness! Please please please help us! We’re paying big $ for this not to work as needed!!!

Purchased just for them to later on not allow me to use. I had to purchase the cosmetology one to help me with exit exams at my school well now as a graduated student now preparing for state board I can’t access anything because it says I have no purchases and then when I click on purchase it says I already have!!!! Don’t waste your money!!!!

Passed both AZ written practical and theory!. It may vary by state, but I passed both of my exams using only this app! I did some additional research on certain topics of course, but it’s been 4 years since I graduated school for Esthetics. This app completely prepared me for almost every question I got on my test. I definitely recommend, it worked great for me!

Great info just very frustrating. This app is a really great tool for studying but it’s super frustrating having the giant submit button on the bottom of all the reviews and tests. I’ve had my reviews and chapters end because I accidentally touch my screen while trying to write something down and I can’t go back into them to finish or anything. The app in general just has a lot of glitches as well. I hope they’re fixed.

Questions are great. Functionality? Not so much. The app is great once you actually spend the 10 minutes it takes to log in every time you open the app and load the review and test questions. The functionality and engineering of it is the actual worst. If you are looking for an app to help you study for the state board test relatively fast and on-the-go then this isn’t it. Which, in my case, is the purpose for having the app at all. You also have to pay around $50 to actually have access the questions and practice tests. I feel like it’s a great app if you have the patience and are willing to spend the extra money, but honestly I know people who have passed their state board test with flying colors just by using the practice tests available on the PSI website. I honestly regret downloading and paying for it now that I know other options of equal or greater value are available.

Got double charged on app and didn’t get my test. App is not working! Got double charged on my in app purchases and didn’t receive anything!

I was taking an exam and when I went to sublit my answers, it logged me out and didn't record my 99 QUESTION TEST 😅 Also when you log in there's so many steps to get to where you're going. I wish it would take me straight to my purchases. I do love how you can design your own tests with which chapters you'd like, how many questions, etc, but I see no way to delete or edit them once they are made. Also, I'm sure this will get better over time, but having more thorough explainations to wrong answers would be helpful. Giving the definition under the wrong answers would help learn about all four answer options under each question. I'd love to see this app get better over time, it's so great so far! Please fix the issues with all the logging in and out first. I'm so sad I finallly finished and it didn't record my ansers, I can't see any results or progress.

Bad app. Zero customer service. U can’t reach anyone for help either they reach u back or respond ur call or email. The app is complicated after I purchased after a while it disappeared my purchased item from the app . I couldn’t find it at all I call for help but they not picking up their phone even do had to refund my money back and look for another good app.

Worst customer services!. I purchased your state board preparation course several months ago. I am encountering difficulties with accessing the apps practice sessions. Despite leaving voicemails throughout the month, I have yet to receive assistance. I kindly request a prompt response to address this matter.

Doesn’t work. The app was payed and doesn’t work but the money was deducted from the account! To some of the other students didn’t open there’s no way to log in

What a waste. People have told me to get this book so I can pass my cosmetology exam and I accepted it. I downloaded the app which was $42 dollars. I purchased 1 time and they said that it was successful but I couldn’t open any of the chapters and I tried purchasing it again and again but it said that it went through but still didn’t get the chapters. So now $124 dollars is gone because I tried contacting Milady, Apple , and the bank and still nobody

Please give explanations for why the answers are right or wrong. simply rewording the question with the answer isn’t enough. Make the practice tests more than 15 questions. & add all 13 chapters from the book.

Functionality of app and editing of content left to be desired. Functionality of the app is basic and is okay for studying; you have to create custom tests to max out the questions available, also those tests created are unable to be deleted on the phone making it so it fills up with accidentally created custom tests or duplicates that cannot be removed. Editing of the content, in my case being the Milady Barbering; has typos and errors in questions and answers that are plain wrong so you can’t actually correctly answer some questions unless you have come across the error already and just know how it needs to be answered to “correctly” answer the question.

Pretty good. Has all the needed information and you can even make your own tests on specific chapter questions. Haven’t taken my exam yet but I’m feeling more confident. Structurally though it’s not great, logs out way too much, the submit button on the tests is kinda annoying, and overall it could be formatted better. Still worth it though

Not Available in Spanish. I paid for this a couple months ago, before they switch to the app,,, I got it in Spanish and now I can’t even study because everything is in English. They refused to give me my money back.

Glitchy. I purchased a COSM instructor course and every answer choice and question is filled with codes like . I feel like I wasted my money as it is hard to read around these things.

This is easily the worst app I’ve ever used. I spent more time waiting for it to load than actually answering questions, this is a joke for 40 bucks.

Irritated. The website and app and both highly irritating. It’s excruciatingly laggy and slow. Regardless of how great your WiFi connection is. Logging in is also a hassle. You can click remember me every time you log in and it never will. When your on a mobile device you loose the ability to click through your chapter and have to manually click through the tabs until you get to where you need to be while waiting a total of 15-20 minutes because of how long it takes for each page to load. And that’s JUST the website. Let alone the app. It’s extraordinary how we’re are required as students in schools to use this horrendous program. THAT COMES OUT OF OUR TUITION. WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS. If I could get my money back and put it toward something that will work I would.

Can not open. It is not opening on my Mac!

Ok. The app constantly has to be refreshed in the middle of a test. Also, the curriculum seems to be the same over and over.not worth the money

Worst login page. I physically own the textbooks and I download the app thinking it would be better than going online every time I want to use the online features but when I download the app, it will not let me login without an email and when I redeem my code. I was only given a username. And there’s no way to contact them without being logged in.

Motivational. This app helps me stay motivated and determined to stay focus. I am studying for my state board exam. The only thing I was concern about was the questions and the submit button on the bottom. There’s been a few times I accidentally hit the submit button instead of the next. It automatically saves onto your record. I would like to delete and start over. Overall it is a good app to study for the state board exam.
