Last update broke app. I’m past level 3100. The last update broke the app. Once you finish a game, it doesn’t automatically progress to the next level, it doesn’t show any tubes. You have to go into settings, levels then click on the next level to get the game to appear. Annoying and disappointing the update wasn’t tested thoroughly before release. As others have stated, some ads do not have a way to be closed. Sometimes if you touch the screen somewhere the x will appear to close the ad. Some freeze up the iPad. Unfortunately the developer has no control over the ad content. It was a fun game until it broke with the update.

GLITCHY!!. Unfortunately I have to delete this game . I’ve been playing for about a month and now all I get are blank white and black screens in between games. When I’m supposed to get my rewards or extra tube…(if I’m lucky enough to view the ad) I get nothing but a black screen and have to double click out of the app. The game also stalls when moving balls from tube to tube.I really loved this game when it worked!

Ads are insane. I really liked this game, but the ads are getting slowly getting worse and worse. Now they pop up randomly while you are playing, if you do anything else (like adjust the brightness of your screen), if you get a low battery notification… boom- AD. And they are all ones with timers that you have to wait for. Also, sometimes they will randomly play sounds, even if you have sounds and notifications disabled for the game. I was using this game as a way to unwind after work but there’s nothing relaxing about being pummeled by ads that randomly play sounds. Update- now they added ads to the bottom of the actual game screen so I’m deleting the app

Relaxing and enjoyable. I have a similar game to this one but I enjoy them both very much. I can’t wait to work up to giant levels with loads of balls to match. There are A LOT of ads but almost all of them can be skipped within a couple of seconds of them starting. It’s distracting to some players but I’m grateful for the short duration of the ads. There is a nice ASMR plink with each move of the balls. It may sound silly but I like that.

Love the game, WAY too many ads. I don’t pay to have the ads removed from any of the games I play. I generally don’t mind them. But this game in particular has ads that are way too long and drawn out. I’ve just shut it down when they get too obnoxious. I’ll probably move on to another game at some point.

Creepy, dirty, constant ads. You people don’t care about letting us enjoy the games but you are trying to get more people to download other games. The ads go too far, women assaulted, blood filling screens. Nobody wants to see twelve ads about a woman being teased or a child suffering or a man objectifying a woman. Are you trying to make us run in the other direction. This time it worked. I won’t use this or the games you’ve advertised. You’re going too far.

Can’t get answer from support …. Great game but I want to go back to having balls to sort … not these rings or donuts on this level. You should be able to keep the ball icons if you want. Have asked support three times but they don’t reply.

Less stress than other games. I like the fact that you don’t have to click on each and every ball to move it, if it’s the same color as the other balls you’re moving, they all move. Much less stress so far. An ad after every game but they’re only 5 seconds. I really love this version as opposed to other similar games like this. So far there’s been enough tubes so I don’t get stuck

Used to be good. So I had an original Ball sort app from about a year ago and all of a sudden every time I completed a game a message popped up that an updated version of my app was available to please update. Well, what they don’t say is it’s not an update of the original app, it’s a new ball sort app. So in the new version, at the end of every game it’s now pushing you to answer questions about a credit card! I completely understand the apps are supported by ads but this is over the top. Deleting this app. This is a bait and switch in my eyes.

Could be great, except for repetitions ads!. I enjoy this app EXCEPT for the frequent ads. It actually eventually spoils the game. I assume the purpose of the ad is to encourage you to get the app. My experience has been to see exactly the same ad EVERY TIME to the point where I am so sick of the ad, I would NEVER consider getting it. I’m tired of looking at it!

FAR TOO MANY APP-CRASHING ADS!. I like that the app is formatted for landscape, but the oppressive, annoying ads turned me right off. I’m deleting this app immediately after sending this review! It is disappointing, because I would have enjoyed playing it right through to the end. I might consider a paid version, if it were not for the constant crashes! I am deleting this app immediately.

I love this game EXCPET the ads. I find this game so addicting and I play it ALL the time when I’m bored, but my one complaint is that there are WAY to many ads. I would pay to remove them, but that’s not an option. If u could make that an option, I would pay to play without ads since I play it SO much I find it worth it

Ads are too long. I understand that these free apps need to be paid for somehow. I’m perfectly willing to sit through a reasonable amount of ad-time in order to pay for my use of the game. In this game, however, the ads are too long and too numerous. For the introductory levels, the ads between games can be 1.5 or 2 times longer than the games. As far as I can tell, this sorting app is similar to many others (I.e. not special). Because of that, there is no reason to tolerate these ads when you can find another app that supplies similar game time experience with a less annoying ad structure. I’m deleting this one.

Look.. I can tolerate the ads but... I understand how ads work and all that, I’m willing to put up with it. But there is nothing I hate more than ads that not only interrupt and completely stop what is playing in my headphones, but also come in at varying volumes (too loud). And don’t you dare say I can pay for no ads. I’ll watch the ads, i don’t care. Just don’t create ads that actively disrupt other things on my device.

Ads ads and more ads. I like the actual game. Not having to move all the same color balls is a big plus. And the graphics are pretty. BUT…….there is an ad after every game, and part of the ads are that stupid royal match ad that lasts seemingly forever. There are also ads at the bottom of the screen. And there is no option to pay to get rid of the ads. I’m ready to delete it since I spend more time with ads on the screen than I do playing the game.

I LOVE Ball-sort puzzle 🧪❤️. Oh my goodness! I always feel SO relaxed! In the morning a day ago, I played ball sort! And after that I felt comfortable! After a few hours, it was time for my swimming competition! On Freestyle and Backstroke, I got Second place! That’s all because of ball sort! I will always feel relaxed!

Relaxing yet challenging. This game is enjoyable due to the fact that it’s hard enough to be challenging without being frustrating. And although there are a lot of app ads, it’s not that annoying.

Very annoying repeated ads. Game play is fine but the ads are really bad, especially for Township, which plays for a full 30 seconds before you can try to skip. But then it repeats or sends you to another screen. I’m uninstalling this less than a day after installing.

The amount of ads is ridiculous. I LOVE this app. It is my favorite game that I have ever played, and I’ve downloaded all of the ball sort games. The themes are the most enjoyable and I love how clicking one ball moves every ball of that color. But the ads after every single level are maddening. Please offer an ad free version. I will gladly pay to remove the ads.

Enjoy ads? This games for you, then!. If you fully enjoy ads that take place in between every game and are longer than the actual game play, then this is the game for you! How about ads that take up 1/3 of your screen? You like those too? Perfect! Because that’s what you’re about the enjoy. I understand ads pay for free games. But this is overkill. Deleted the ap. Life’s too short for that crap.

Disappointed. Ball Sort is a fun game however the screen keeps freezing and you can’t exit off the ads without powering off and/or deleting app and the reinstall until you get stuck again. Would not recommend.

Ball sort puzzle. The “Clockmaker” ad is fine…until it isn’t. It locks me out of your game. So, I am deleting your game. For the third and last time. I’m done. I might have considered downloading the clockmaker game…but it’s not going to happen. Your game is perfect for helping me unwind while challenging certain spatial skills. But I am done.

It’s great!but there is one problem... So I love this game a lot!But when I first started it told me to spend coins and I mean for the future hopefully you could just show a video maybe??But the bright side is that it’s a very good game I play this 24/7 😅And also there isn’t that much ads which is not bad and also good there are normally 3 ads each time you finish a level but overall it’s a great game love it you should probably get it and no I’m not a robot😔But bye have a good day/night!

Ads are loud and horrible!. I would rate this higher but the ads are loud! I don’t mind ads but these are long and I swear people on the moon could hear them! There is zero way to turn the volume off in them either! I like this game but refuse to play it until there is a way to turn off the volume.

Ball Sort has way too many ads.. The “Free to get” extra bottle makes me watch 2 ads and then I have to purchase one anyway. I love the game but will have to delete because this game is about ADs and not for the fun of the game. It is very frustrating and I’m on level 2265. You don’t get cute toppers anymore either. You need to work hard on this game if you want people to play it!!

Enjoyable. I enjoy playing this game, but I have one complaint. When I try to get an extra tube by watching the ad, it rarely opens. I’ve almost stopped playing it since it won’t let me “earn” a new tube.

Trump Affiliated Political Ads - No Thanks. Have been enjoying this game for sometime. Despite the ads I stuck with it because I like the format and several features that other ball sort games lack. However this evening I was surprised by a pop up ad from a local Trump-affiliated politician. I advised the developers vis App Feedback that I would be deleting the app immediately (done) and would not play anything of theirs again. I will not support any vendor or merchant who sells advertising to Trump or his followers. For crying out loud now we can’t even play games without having to deal with this crap.

No ad-free option?. I love this game—it’s just the right amount of challenge when I don’t want to think too much but I also don’t want to get bored. My only complaint is the ads. I understand they’re necessary for profit, but I’d pay a small premium to play ad-free. I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find the option!

Did I pick the right Ball Sort app?. I had a different BallSort app a while back and got bored because I felt like I was doing the same thing over and over again. When I wanted to play it again, I reviewed all the BallSort apps that I could find and read many reviews. I got the impression from their short videos that this one was going to have more of a variety of sizes of tubes and amounts of balls, so I got it. I very much enjoyed it first but now I am on level 574, and very bored again. A majority of the puzzles are 4 balls. Sometimes you get one with 5 balls, every now and again, you get one with 3, and even less than that you get one with 6. I feel like I’m playing the same puzzle over and over and over again, and it’s getting very very boring. I’m wondering if I pick the right one and should move to a different app.

laggy game play + terrible graphics. I liked this game when I first downloaded it. I really enjoyed this kind of game and was looking for one that was going to be easy to play and not reliant on the internet. At first, it seemed like a great game. But as I played some more, when I would move the balls from one tube to another, they would lag or not move at all. The app would close on me, I would be tapping on the tubes to move the balls and they would not. They would stick where they were or not move at all. I was disappointed with the game play- it barely worked. The only highlight of the graphics was the confetti. Not sure if it was the update that ruined it or it was always this bad. Maybe work more on smooth gameplay before you release a game.

So fun, but kind of ruined by ads. This game is exactly the type of game that I like: repetitive, yet it makes you think. It’s a great way to pass the time while you’re multitasking and need something to do with your hands, which I love. HOWEVER,There are far too many ads in this game. The fact that an ad shows up -even just when I hit “replay “ to start over a level- is honestly ridiculous. I genuinely don’t believe that four-year-olds play this game because four-year-olds have the attention span of a goldfish and would immediately go play something else at the first sign of an ad. My advice: get rid of at least 80% of the ads, and this would be a good app.

Data syncing. I have this syncing between my phone and iPad with no problems. A friend of mine cant get iPad to iCloud, but the iPhone does not see the ICloud. So it just shows 1 game instead of 123 games on the cloud from iPad. Please advise. Thanks. More stars to follow if issue is fixed. Thanks

Love the game but the ads are terrible. I love the game but the Oprah fake keto ad locks up my iPad. It took over 15 minutes for my iPad to cool down so I could finally do a restart refresh on my iPad. I had to delete the app. The ad was still on my Safari page. Even though I love the app, I can’t take a chance on loosing my iPad. It looks like the developers have been made aware of the problem by many users before me and even though apologetic, refuse to resolve the situation by seeking more reputable advertisers.

One Of The BEST Ball Sorting Games!!!. The best thing about this particular game is that it automatically moves any related colors that are directly underneath color you are moving rather than manually moving one at a time. Second great thing is you can add a new tube by watching quick ad. Keep up the great work! Thanks for a great game!

Problematic ads. The ads between every level are out of control they do not ask out they just send you to somewhere else where you can ask and it sends you back to where you were and eventually you get a black screen and you cannot play. These are the same ads I get on other games and they don’t perform this badly on any other game I’ve tried. I feel like they are paralyzing your game whereas they are responsive to the users on others.

Insane amount of ads. Not only is this app ad crazy but some are as much as 45 seconds long, many don’t allow the sound to be turned off and now I am getting ‘adult content’ ads. Even though it says click to open, the ad was still incredibly risqué and I would have been appalled if a child had been playing this and saw that. Ridiculous!!!

Best game ever except for the ads!. I absolutely love this game. However, there isn’t any way to make the very annoying ads go away! I’ve been playing this game for years and at first the ads were very short and only after every several levels. Now the ads are much longer and after every level. If you’re going to do that, at least give us the option to get rid of them. Please?

Too many ads. Ads are too many. Way too many. I get an ad between levels during levels for no reason and you can’t bypass them I hate it but I love the game so I play and shut it down until I get so sick of the ads I delete the game. It’s stupid

Didn’t last long. I enjoyed the game, despite the ads, most of them were just there, deal with it. Others were so aggressive I would have to close the app completely and restart it to get out of the ad. But after a while, I stopped getting the bonus points, I wasn’t offered free tube to watch an ad. So after a while, I ran out of bonus points to buy a tube which meant I could only restart a game, over and over. Until I couldn’t solve it. The end.

I give up. The game itself is not the image that the advertisement shows. I can handle that but the ads are ridiculous. The same ad over and over. And they are not just 10 seconds but almost a minute long. Then when a X finally appears it take you to a blank screen for a min if your lucky before it loads another game I have just exited in the middle due to frustration. Sorry I downloaded this one.

Good Concept, Rough Execution. The game itself is pretty entertaining. The app that delivers it is terrible. Everything glitches; it makes all the other apps on my phone crash when it’s open. There are WAY too many ads, which really takes the user out of the game experience and makes it unappealing to continue playing for multiple rounds.

If you love ads you’ll love this!. It’s really not that the app is all that bad. It is entertaining, the puzzles are not that hard but not simple enough to bore of quickly (well, once you get past the first few rounds, but that’s every game). However, the insane number of ads is ridiculous! Every new level it brings up a new one. And these are not the watch for 10 seconds and then X out. These are the ones that make you go through three screens to get out. And the volume on the ads (especially ones for online gambling) is twice as loud as the game itself! I suffered through it to level 12 but then when I hit the back button twice and got sent to yet another ad I quit and deleted the app. I saw some other ball sorting apps on here…perhaps I would have better luck with one of them…

I’d give this one a yes. So my dad said I should be a movie critic so then I started doing this (writing reviews) so here I am! I absolutely love this game I abandoned it a year ago because I kinda stopped using my apps just because (doesn’t matter). But today I found this game and got signed back in remembering how it rocks! The only thing I’d like to say is that I’m not a fan of ads even if it’s just a little. Love this game. This is such a fun game ! I think we forget it then out of nowhere we find ourselves playing it. When you feel irate/angry/disappointed this game works to take away all bad feelings. Give it a try when you feel less than good & see what I mean. 😄

Unhappy. The game would load in a brown screen, then straight to a statement that I am supposed to press ‘I agree’ on, but the screen then glitches and doesn’t let me press it.

Good game spoilt by ads. Expect some ads in a free game but there are far too many ads for the short amount of game play in between. Makes the game not worth playing.

Don't waste your time. You spend more time watching ads than you do playing the game! I understand this app is free, but not at the expense of my time! At the very least, offer an option to pay to get the ads removed, or charge for the app! Most levels take under one minute to complete yet you have to sit for over a minute to watch the ads. Very frustrating!!

Stuck impossible level. After the level 232 there is a hidden level, 31 I think, with locks. You had to get the key to unlock the tube. Need a blue key to unlock the blue lock and to do so had to put all the blue balls into the tube with the blue key under. One blue ball is in the tube with the blue lock. And for an unkown reason, the by-pass with ads, is not available.

How many levels are in this game?. I’m in level 400 and thought that was the end so I checked and I saw it goes up to level 600 so how many level in total? Also I understand the app it’s free and need funding from ads but do we have to see it every times we claim a gift? I’m not happy with my gifts.

Enjoyed this game. Could have been 5 stars. Good start with black background. Easy on eyes to see colored balls easily. Reason of a loss if 1 star is that there is no way to remove ads. But most ads are only 5 secs long. Not too bad.

Just started using. Will update after I use for awhile but just wanted to comment on people who complain about the Ads. What do you expect from something that’s free? They don’t bother me. To me it’s a nice break from the game….I just let it run & go get a snack, etc., never watch them.

Too easy and ads are annoying. It’s too easy and the ads are super annoying; they pop up after each level is completed, which makes it unbearable. I complete the levels too fast and the ads make me lose momentum. I just want to go from one level to the next without interruptions.

Waaay too many ads. There is an ad after every stage you complete. Super annoying. I could understand maybe having an ad after every ten stages or something because the puzzle are quick to solve but having one after each is ridiculous even for free play.

Yet another game that assumes portriat. Would probably be a good game but it’s yet another developer that assumes everyone plays in portrait mode! What would it take to teach developers that iPads are usually used in landscape mode! This game, as well as every other game that tries to force portrait mode is automatically deleted!!!

Freezes up. This game was fun. I didn’t mind the adds when they played after you sorted a section. Now the adds are at the bottom when you play. The game continually freezes. Then you have to start over and it freezes again and again. They ruined the game.

Screaming, Loud ads are RUDE. Just because I ask for an extra tube or want to play another game, does NOT mean I deserve to be SCREAMED at and startled by your awful, repetitive ads. NONE of them give us the courtesy of a mute button. Suppose one is awaiting an important phone call or listening to a podcast or audiobook while gaming. YOU are responsible for what you allow on your website.

WAY too many ads. 1 round of play, one 30 second ad. Another round, another 30 second ad and so on. I honestly don’t even know if I like the game. I only played 3 rounds before I deleted it because it took way, WAY too long to play each game. There are tons of other games with much more bearable ads

Good game. Nonexistent support.. I like the game, but I’m stuck on Level 5001. If I tap “App Support”, there actually is no app support! Please let me know how I can get some help with the level, otherwise I’ll have to delete the app and I really don’t want to do that.

Ads are too frequent and long. I really love this game. I find it challenging but fun. But, the ads drive me crazy! They are way too long (longer than other games I play) and they “reward” you with a prize which plays another long ad. So annoying! Makes me not want to play any more.

Ads get stuck. Good game but some ads get stuck. Cash app is one. Hit the X and it changes screen. Hit done and goes back to first screen. Gets stuck in a loop. Have to close out and restart game but all progress is lost.

Ads take longer than the game. The ads are very repetitive and don’t provide an option to close them quickly enough. Playing the game is ok but it takes less time to play than to get through the ads

To many ads. This game would be a 5/5 but there is way to many ads but ai like there is no in app purchases

Love it!. I love the fact that the balls follow their color into the tube & you don’t have to put them in one at a time ❣️I love the cork on top of the tube when it gets full❣️❣️❣️❣️ THANK YOU 😍😍♥️

Ads are frequent and long. This game is fun. I love it. But they show an ad between every level, the ad is long with no way to end it early, and there’s no way to stop them. I would pay to remove ads but that isn’t an option. Too bad. Deleted the app.

Stuck on level 169. I can’t get this one at all. The hint section is to fast for me to follow. How can I skip it? If not, then will have to delete game. I’ve spent to much time on this one.

Ball review. Challenging and yet very fun! I think I can move the balls to get one out and find out it’s not always possible!

Doesn’t give you your free prizes!. I’ve already leveled up 5x and it takes me to the AD but the AD doesn’t even work and the game crashes and I lose out on a free prize since it takes me to the next level

Impossible Ads. This game would be fun if there weren’t pop up ads randomly while playing, so in the end you clock them before you know you have and end up in the App Store instead of the game every 30 seconds or so. It’s ridiculous. I get the need for ads, but this is just beyond over the top.

What’s up with the pimple popper ads???. I used to think that some of the ads were a bit off, but seriously, why do we need ads about pimple popper games? YUCK!!! I’m about ready to delete this app because they’re so many of them. There are so many ads to begin with, but this is a bit much. Can we do better?

Invalid update for iOS 12.5.7. I am running on an older iPad Air that cannot be updated past iOS 12.5.7. The 2024 version of the Ball Sort was automatically downloaded to my iPad and the graphics no longer allow me to play this game. Sorry Ball Sort. You’re OUT! The iPad does everything else I need. It’s not worth a new tablet just to run your game.

Great game, give option of buying NO ads. This is my favorite ball sort puzzle, and I have tried them all. However between EVERY level, there are ads. Often lengthy ads that are longer than game play. If it keeps up with no option to buy out the ads,I will dump this game.

Wunderful! I enjoy all the different twists & turns. Watching all the little twists and turns. I really enjoy all parts of this game

Too many ads. There’s a long add at each level that takes your to the App Store every time you try to X out. Otherwise it would be a fun game. Not worth the headache of the ads.
