Good descriptions and beautiful images. Have purchased several pieces recently online with success on sizing following the measurements provided for each piece. I had to send back one pair of pants that clearly did not meet the measurement description. But overall the experience has been perfect. I love the images, and the quality of the garments have not disappointed me. I also love that I can save in a wish list not limited to just a few things. It’s a great way to collect thoughts even if I purchase isn’t possible at the moment. my only recommendation would be to measure garments readily, especially from the waist down, to ensure the best fitting possible in an online experience.

Checkout issue. Cannot checkout with either Apple Pay or PayPal. I emailed customer service and received a condescending response. A few days after discovering the issue, it still exists. Luckily, I was able to checkout by manually entering my card info. Great site otherwise. Love RL!

Ralph Lauren App. As a customer of Polo for years this is a very disappointing app. Things that are supposed to be on sale are not allowed, app moves extremely slow and buggy, and items that are supposed to be avalanche are constantly being removed from my cart. There is no ability to live chat even when the hours are available and honestly just very sad. I expect better from a brand like this, I’m exhausted of things not working and exhausted of being told no. A sad excuse for customer service and serving the customer I hope they do better in the future. Very disappointed.

Like All Things Ralph Lauren…. Excellent App! Lives up to the Ralph Lauren tradition of quality clothing, outstanding home furnishings and astounding customer service. The interface, rich media integration and personalization are so polished. Plus quick access to customer service. Other online retailers should use this app as a top benchmark for online ordering.

Smooth and responsive. Pleased!. If there are app or website glitch’s with any given company, I abandon and won’t use! I am happy the RL ap is smooth and efficient since RL is and has been one of my “go-to” top brands for decades! I am pleased! Thank you. Has come a long way. The app used to have a lot of bugs, but with the recent updates I don’t see that issue anymore. I really appreciate how clean and smooth the app is, not many clothing apps can compare to RL. I hope they bring back some clothing items that they’ve gone out of stock of, specifically this brown sweater that I’ve been waiting for a year. Overall, amazing app!

Shopping on the new app. I love shopping on the app but, since the changes to the website, and they are no longer the Ralph Lauren app to see what’s new before it comes out, I don’t have the option of knowing what’s new anymore. I have to wait until everything is on the app and most times the new items are sold out . I do prefer the old way. It was much better. Do hope you will try to incorporate an app so customers can see what’s coming out before it drops.

Ralph Lauren- Shopping Made Easy. One of my friends recommended I check out the RL app as I shop here all the time, and I couldn’t be happier! I never knew how much easier it would be to shop from my phone and have everything in one place. I don’t internet shop often, but figured I should give it a shot. The app is so easy to use even I can figure it out! The ability to sort by size, prices, gender, style, are all at my fingertips. The layout of the app is great and is very user friendly. 10/10 would recommend if you’re a Ralph Lauren fan!!

Curvy girls deserve the crest jacket...:). RL is the go to style even in plus sizes, especially dresses. The quality is amazing. The dresses hold the color and quality over time. I JUST wish RL would expand crest logo jackets to plus sizes. I am hoping the Reg 20 fits I just order although they branded it fit for silhouette fit which made me wonder why curvy girls don't deserve this amazing jacket. I would have even paid pre-order.

Poor App Performance. Ralph Lauren is one of my favorite brands. I love the style and quality of most of the items and have made many purchases over many years. However, the RL App and the website are very disappointing. The website moves really slow with loading pages while scrolling and when scrolling thru the app, a lot of times it gets to a certain point and it stops showing the full list of items and continuously shows the same items forcing you to navigate away from the section or list you were viewing. These issues create frustration pushing me away from shopping and ultimately resulting in not making a purchase due to not being able to see all available items in a user friendly way. I would like to see some of the RL quality dedicated to the app and website by way of an upgrade and increased performance for a better user experience. I will continue to support the RL brand, but the amount of purchases made will definitely depend on the performance of the app. Thanks. Chris S. OKC, OK

Sign In to App. I usually shop from Ralph Lauren’s online store using the Gmail sign in option. When I discovered that there was an RL app for more convenient shopping I decided to download it. However, there is no option to sign in using my Google account info, and I don’t want to go through the hassle of creating a brand new RL account to shop and explore. Will there be an app update that allows for additional log in options as it is on the website?

The truth. It would be wrong very wrong for me to leave a comment only because I’ve been rocking POLO for so long that I feel like I’m the designer but what I will tell you and don’t just take my word do your homework and try anything from Ralph Lauren collection and I mean anything and you will see the quality that has been put forward to make it the brand it is and has become today I think we’ll I know the only thing MR Ralph Lauren is doing wrong is not letting me be a model for the brand but if you like quality and looks you’re at the right spot happy shopping

Description details are incomplete at times. I don’t understand why the precise fabric content is not listed in the details of each item. I notice, especially in the case of sweatshirts, several items vaguely list the fabric as cotton, polyester. There’s a huge difference in fabric between one with an 85/15 cotton poly content and one with a 50/50 cotton poly content. It doesn’t hurt to add the fabric content unless you are trying to hide information for the purpose of tricking customers into buying something with a higher polyester count (read fabric pilling). It doesn’t hurt to include those numbers but it is an issue if you don’t include them.

Polo Family. I raised my 4 sons wearing Polo, they are now grown and well over the age of 24. Now I am purchasing Polo for my neighbors son who is 4 months old and my friends grandson who is 3 months old. I am a tad disappoint with Polo though being that I purchase the Polo collarless shirts from you all and holes formed in them. I have a son who stay with me who is Autistic that I still buy for and I also purchased for myself and my friend and the same thing happened with our shirt It seems that the material quality has lessened in weight and quality. I contacted customer service concerning the matter and was told I would receive a email , however I never received it , that was 4 months ago. App Happy. While shopping on the App for my favorite RL shorts, I noticed how efficient the shopping experience has become. I know what I want/need before I open the App and search/find/purchase what I want quickly/easily. Moreover, the suggestions offered prior to check out often end up in my favorites folder for possible future consideration.

Excellent App with Fast Shipping. I recently used this app and I am impressed. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making the shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient shopping experience.

Love polo but. The app is real buggy. I hadn’t signed in until I already had everything in my cart, only to have everything wiped from my acct once I signed in & had to search for all my items again. Then paypal wasn’t working. Always ordered through PayPal. Then when I tried to do it off the app and through their website; it wanted to charge for gift boxes which are free through the app. Nonetheless a frustrating experience. But overall I love polo.

Vintage Tropical Shirt. I chose this vintage summer polo shirt in soft, muted turquoise with “wild flowers” in beige and coral-pink shades. My husband is Italian-American so he’s masculine (and slightly macho-enough) to wear this polo. At first glance, I assumed it was silk, which is hot and can cling in hot, humid climates. Happily, it’s all cotton-mesh like solid colored modern day Polos, which he loves for comfort and style. This will be an anniversary gift on June 7 (‘24) and a celebration of a certain stock, which will split 10-1, on that day. Bon-in-Bama

Choices!. I had no idea that you could design your own shirts! That, combined with the sales that you send to me via email are fantastic! I never knew when you were having sales before I signed up for your emails. I have my Dad to thank for his great sense of style. I used to get him unique RL shirts for every occasion throughout the year. His nickname at his residence was Mr Polo! He was the most suave and charismatic guy in the building 🥰

Simple and easy!. Apps should be intuitive. Navigation forward and back. Moving items from a wishlist to cart and back to the wishlist should not be frustrating. Ralph Lauren has this figured out. A better zoom option would be great for looking at details of items.

Don’t bother. I downloaded this app to get the perks associated with signing up for an account..free shipping, gift boxes etc. Still have not received any boxes..ever..without paying. After contacting customer service (on the app..twice..was even asked for screenshots and provided them )was told if anything pay for them and call customer service for a refund. Or to check out by calling customer service. Don’t bother frustrating yourself with the app ..it’s pointless if you have to call customer service anyway to order properly.

Efficiency and informational. The RL app is by far the easiest method for shopping as compared to other high end brands. Clear, photo oriented with and without models; descriptions detail everything a customer wants to know in making purchase decisions. I particularly rave about the item as compared to the model wearing the item. Check out is smooth and simple.

Multiple payment requests - Be prepared. Love RL and shop often. And the app is much improved from a few years ago. However, sometimes for no apparent reason the app will say it’s unable to process on a certain card. This last order refused to accept ApplePay, a second credit card but then took a third. All cards are in good standing, so I’m not sure of the issue and it doesn’t give one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Many choices to pick from. I was only interested in sale merchandise this time. There was so much to see and choose from. Shopping was extremely easy, maybe too easy! The minimum amount for free delivery was reached before I knew it. I’m excited to receive my package in less than a week.

Great app but needs some fixes. 1. After viewing an item and when I try to get back to the search page, if I slide the screen to the right it gets me back to the main menu! After viewing an item I have every time to click on the arrow up left so I can get back to the search page. 2. Taking a screenshot makes a banner show up on the upper screen, the banner stays there for a while! If I want to get back to the search page I have to wait till this banner is gone because this banner covers the back arrow, which is the only way to get back to the search page. 3. Notifications: though I permitted getting notifications from the app settings and on my iPhone settings, still I don’t get notifications from the app. I wish I could get notifications whenever there’s a sale, a price drop on an item I liked& new arrivals. 4. I’m not sure if sorting items by new arrivals (so I can see if there are any new items that I didn’t see yet) gives the right order of the items by date of release.. sometimes I see items that have been available for a month and below it you can find a new item. 5. I wish there would be more tools to find the right size for each item individually, specifically for each item& not a general irrelevant table for size. Size is an essential matter.

This brand has everything…….. I have worn Ralph Lauren for most of my life. The brand has everything from formal to western and everything in between. The customer service is outstanding. If there’s one complaint it’s this……the APP doesn’t allow you to save to your wish list due to a bug. I know it’s a bug because the option is there for you to add. I’ve tried on several devices just to be sure. However, it didn’t warrant me from giving it 5 stars!

Enjoy wearing RL. I have been wearing RL since I was a child, my children all grew up wearing RL. I prefer wearing RL clothes instead of some of the other brands. Just love the quality!! About 85% of my clothes/shoes in my closet is RL… RL shoes works perfectly on my size 9 shoes size especially the pumps and heel sandals . Low quality customer service and app ordering. I was trying to order clothes on app and it unable to place my order UNTIL I FINISH TO MAKE A PAYMENT, which sounds very stupid. How I could pay when the order cannot pay? My debit card have enough balance to pay. Then I contacted customer service, they asked a lot of questions then in the end they told me to contact my bank. And guest what? my bank said my card is still working fine. Then I contacted again they said they will send me a email. And what? I still not received any, which suppose to be in a few days ago. This is unacceptable and wasted time.

Great products. I tend to buy only Double RL, I highly recommend it. Shame I missed on the limited-mini indigo workshirt hope it comes back on the app. I will definitely review the limited edition jacket that I got today hopefully it will fit since the limited editions don’t have complete measurements. Regardless I will always recommend RRL.

Really love the app. I used to just go to the regular website but the app just makes it really convenient to shop. It’s well designed. I like how the app will notify you if something you placed in the cart has gone on sale. Truly helpful and well designed. I’m not particularly tech savvy but it feels much easier to use than other store apps I’ve tried.

Makes life easy. Ordering and browsing simple as could be, makes life easier. The previous glitches where it would charge your card twice at checkout seems to be fixed since it hasn’t happened in a while

Dear upper management. Customer loves the horse logo and many of the designs that doesn’t have the logo makes the sales go down and less value of the brand. Smart shoppers know that Polo is overpriced in the factory store so if you want to increase sales market. You should consider doing more sales or add value to the product because majority of shoppers will never buy non sale items. Especially in the mall factory shop.

Website CITY has not been there. Trying to exchange and return items should not take an hour and a half. The person that I was “ chatting“ with did a relatively good job. I had a few items to exchange for smaller sizes and to return one item and I spent time online doing all the information and then I could not finalize the process. That was on a Friday early evening. I decided to wait until the next day to use the chat option. Return label then was sent to my work email instead of my personal email . That’s another issue. How did they get my work email . When I look online on the Ralph Lauren website, it has my personal email. How embarrassing to have people in my office that review emails for me find out what I’m buying my wife and what I’m returning for my wife. I tried to get this fixed three months ago. I was told it would be sent up to a higher level because the person I was talking to then could not understand why this was happening. I’ve been told the same thing this time. The person I’m chatting with said the return envelope was sent to my work email instead of my personal email, yet he was not able to fix the situation to remove my work email from Ralph Lauren database. Expected more from Ralph Lauren. I’ve been buying quality clothes for my whole family from their website is having issues I wish they would fix

Opportunities for Enhancement. In my opinion, placing the logo within the color scheme (especially on phone screens) makes it difficult to see the actual color. Also listing the same item duplicate times to display it in a different color instead of showing it once with different color schemes to select from is a lot. Just my opinion.

RL also stands for Really Love. This app is a great ease of access to new and desirable fashion. I appreciate the products offered. I’m a vintage fashion lover and RL embodies that as well as offers new fashion trends that push past the normal edges of imagination. Appreciate the family and friends promotion today as I secured some items I’d almost forgotten about! Also major appreciation to customer service rep Latifa for their care and quick help with my inquiry today.

Love the diversity and customization. One of the better apps in terms of providing segmented/target content so that I don’t have to waste time wading through what wouldn’t interest me. The look and feel is very rich and does a much better job of reflecting diverse demographics than peer brands.

Very well designed app. I use the Ralph Lauren app often and it is easy to navigate, has great product graphics, and check out is easy. This is how I want all retail apps to work, make it easy to find what I want and make it easy to spend my money.

Complete sizing info. Love the sureness of ordering the correct size within each line of the Ralph Lauren family of clothing designs. The app makes it easy to filter searches to find what I’m looking for, has videos of most clothing items with models, and lets me save as favorites items that I’m considering.

Combine profiles. It would be great if profiles could be combined. Now I have 2 profiles, one for the app and one for email. The app is easier but, historical data, i.e. wishlists, sizes, must be redone. If not, flipping between profiles or previous email confirmations to avoid purchasing duplicates. It also would not face recognition or allow me in the app. I had to log in manually (gmail) because it wanted to charge me shipping.

Wonderful experience - app can be a bit flakey at times. I appreciate being able to experience the entire world of Ralph Lauren through the app, including browsing the latest products and also watch items that are of particular interest. I do find that the app can go AWOL at times where it brings back blank displays and nothing but a close and restart is required.

No size customization. I need a clothing app to allow me to input my sizing details. I can't name a single app that allows this. This is a missed opportunity. It is needlessly frustrating to click on an item, only to see it is not available in my size.(Or the trousers are in my size and preferred color, but the jacket is not.) This is a serious waste of time. Also, it is quite annoying, when searching for a suit, to have no option to purchase the pieces together. I understand they are separate items. However, when I am searching the "Suits and Tuxedos" section, the assumption is that I want to see both—another waste of time. Finally, when searching for items that are matched, e.g., a suit, leaving the jacket's page to look for the trousers results in me losing the page where I was viewing the jacket. There needs to be a 'Back' button or an 'Add to Wish List' button. Currently, it seems my only option would be to add it to my cart. These impressions were based on just ten minutes using the app. I'll just go to the store. This is not the place to search for a suit or tuxedo.

Timeless. I‘ve been purchasing clothes for my grands for the pass 8 years for one and seven years for the other. The clothes are so well made that I passed some of my grand daughter’s down to one of my peers grand daughter. She sent me a picture with her in one of the dresses. The dress looked brand new. Thanks Ralph for keeping my grands in style with quality clothing.

My favorite online shop. I have been shopping for as long as I can remember and have never been disappointed… neither have the recipients in my family and my friends. Not only do I love Ralph Lauren but when the people I love most see the signature box they always have a smile before actually seeing what’s in the Box… Thank you for that!

User friendly. This app is user friendly and allows for a quick shopping experience. I docked one star because it will once in a while log me out and that requires too many extra steps. It also sometimes crashes. Overall I use it often and haven’t had any issues with payments, items or delivery.

Ralph Lauren. Ralph Lauren is my go to brand. I buy RL or POLO for myself, my husband, my son, grandchildren, and now my daughter-in-law wants to be included in buying her this brand. It’s dependable, fits well, always in fashion, and reasonable for the quality. I just bought my granddaughter the most gorgeous dress and jacket for her birthday! Plus, I can customize if I need to! I’m a loyal customer of Ralph Lauren/Polo!

Shopping experience. Looks like they advertise this app in their canadian website, but once you download it you can’t add a canadian address which is a red flag for this app specially for a company of this size, this shows they don’t care about their canadian customers!! What about their team in canada? No body raised this issue before?! Unbelievable!!

Bad. Added a bunch of stuff to cart. Then logged in. Cart erased. Added everything back to cart. Went to go check out. Country didn’t default correctly even when I had geolocation on. Manually changed country to Canada. Cart erased. Added everything back to cart. RL for some reason decided that their US sale wouldn’t apply in Canada, so somehow we should pay 30% more for things than in the US on top of the bad CAS conversions they use. Colossal waste of time driven by combination of a terrible app and terrible sales policy.

Size chart didn’t work. Great experience over all. But everything I tried to click on size chart it would go to main page. Annoying

Summer shirts. RL’s app is one of the smoothest apps to navigate. The way they showcase and advertise their garments and accessories in separate pictures and mini videos informed me well. I trusted and have been pleased with past and present orders. In addition to this, their chat service is speedy and friendly.

Crashes. The app crashes for me a lot. I spent countless hours creating a wishlist only for it to be gone the next day. I tried to get on live chat because now it’s just not saving at all and I like to keep track of the items I’m going to purchase! But once I mentioned the wishlist my live chat was never responded too I love polo so this quick fix would make me give the app 5 stars

Online shopping made easy. The is one of the easiest shopping sites. Only issues is using a new card. The card was not accepted, because the old card was still active. I thought I discontinued the old card🤔

How to improve. The company needs a big and tall section, many american are a little bigger than usual, it help to have our only section. Some of the items that Ralph carries are not available to plus size people.

Ralph Lauren APP. It is easy to navigate. Love how products are categorized. And also if an item is not in your size you can request to be notified by email when the item is back in stock.

My Experience. In store is better and employees are always looking to help you save. While I understand that the Ralph Lauren brand is not cheap and not for broke people, however, I feel like the customers that are loyal should get better deals online as they do in the store. I have an hour drive one way to the closest store to my house. I never receive promo codes for online!

Wonderful way to look wonderful. The RL app is helpful and elegant. Plenty of ways to zoom in and out, mark favorites, manage the cart, and track orders. Can be delayed from connecting to your account online. Great way to shop.

Too much spam. This app doesn’t allow for any content controls for notifications. They use it to spam notifications for irrelevant content on a regular basis. It may be considered luxury shopping, but it’s creating a Walmart level customer experience. Additionally, the App Store indicates clients must opt-in for promotional notifications but there isn’t any sort of notification content control for this app. Sad oversight that makes for a substandard user experience.

PERFECT RL. I’m so glad I downloaded this app! I can see the products I want in better view. Plus the extra perks of early Black Friday sales access through the app. I took full advantage! I love it and I love RL products! They are pure luxury and great quality that will last for years to come💙

Big and tall. I can’t even express how much I love the selection of big and tall even when you design your own custom shirts!! I wish there were more shopping experiences like this and awesome website!! So easy to navigate!! Thank you Ralph Lauren. Love you guys

RL online lies. I tried all day to submit my order at 40% off as advertised…I received a notice that my order could not be completed…after I refilled it time and time again….A MIRACLE!!! It went through BUT AT THE FULL PRICE..🤬🤬 I called customer service and stayed on for over 30 minutes and the line was never answered..This is pretty close to false advertising…what a shoddy way to treat customers….(I’m putting this on Facebook so others won’t be fooled)

Wonderful App. Visually the app looks amazing. Great functionality. My only problem is that sometimes when looking at the photos of clothing the model sometimes never comes out to display the clothing. Love the looks and stories in the app with a classic Ralph touch.

Denied an order.. I have tried several times and spoke to a representative as to why my order was declined. She spoke to her supervisor and all she could say it was the system. I called AMEX and they said my account is in good standing. I also called Discover but they had a hold because of fraud. The representative removed that and she said it should go through. I have already lost two sizes and probably the one I’m trying to order won’t be available too. Why is there this hold up

Great, but I don’t use as often. Everything is flawless, except: 1) The app doesn’t have an access to Google account through here, so I cannot log in from the app. 2) I cannot open my music on my iPhone while using the app, which is mildly annoying.

The only place to shop. My child loves the brand and I’m happy to let him select items I know will last. I love using the ap and buying directly from the brand not dealing with department stores prices.

Letting you know. Whenever an item isn’t available, they ask for your email and they will notify you once the out of order is available. Well, it never has happened to me….no notice

Great itnterface. Easy to navigate and work. Love being able to swipe in the thumb nail. The live person in the thumbnail trying on the piece is awesome. And a major plus on not being sent back to the top after exiting out of a product you just wiewed.

Excellent app experience!. I love the features and access to the latest styles. I’m always adding new items to my wishlist, so that when they go on sale I can buy them quickly before someone else does.

The best fashion designer has the best app!. Polo is iconic. Often imitated. No one can duplicate it. From attire to furniture, Polo is a lifestyle, not just clothing. The App continues to impress. The personalization and customization is phenomenal. Between The App, my Outlet Store, my nearest Macy’s, & the magnificent mile store in Chicago…my RL/Polo needs are comprehensively met. Thanks RL…I feel like I know you.

Family Model. I been wearing RL/polo since 1999. I have three boys and all they were from head to toe is RL . They call us polo family and I think all the money I spend we need to recognize. I got all our family portrait every day living wearing nothing else but polo.

Ordering items on the RL app. Love ordering from the Ralph Lauren app. I also love that if something is not available, I can request notification if and when it’s available. I use Klarna payment and it is so easy to do.

App Review. App is clear, and easy to use. Love having customizable icons for the app face. It’s a little slow when switching between items but, other than that I don’t have any complaints!

shipping. I made an order expecting to receive it in 5 days and I got it in 2 days... that's correct... 2 days! Imagine my surprise when I saw my package...! Again Polo RL takes customer service to another level...!

Well designed. Like your clothes, your app is well designed. It makes shopping for quality products a quality experience.

Package delivery. I hate orders from Ralph Lauren for years for baby gifts and Christmas presents etc. However, this year I am having trouble with one gift but customer service refused to help me. It’s either wait until it delivers on this day but it’s been over a week in a half and the baby shower is over and the gift is still being delivered back and forth from fedex facility.

Easy to use. AND even if price went up, you pay the price of what’s in your shopping cart and I loved it!! That’s what motivated me to buy, actually. Seeing how much I would pay if I didn’t buy what I wanted right away.

Cannot create a new account. I don’t know what happened to my previous review or why it was deleted. This app does not allow for the creation of a new account, at least on my iPhone version. As soon as you try and enter a password, the criteria pops up and moves the “Create Account” button from view. The account screen freezes, so you can’t scroll down to move forward with creating the account. This seems like a massive oversight.

I don’t usually……. For some strange reason the app isn’t taking my payments. I use other apps fine & tried all the trouble shooting obviouses as far as rectifying the problem. It’s no biggie but there’s at least a $10 difference between the site and the app (strangely). So I didn’t buy the items, I saved money, & that’s always good! Thanks Obama!

Shirts. I have enjoy shopping on your website and the extra prices in saving on the items I have been available to look at

Love browsing. I like browsing around and ordering through this app, but there are a lot of glitches. If I check the app once a day for a week, each day i’ll run into a glitch that makes it so items don’t load or the app freezes.

Payment process is a hassle. I do not like paying by PayPal nor do I pay on time. Your initial choices are not appealing. You have to choose to PayPal in order to get to the credit card option. I almost cancelled my order when I saw the initial choice.

Good items but not good app. I love to purchase for my kids, but 2 issue found: 1st, Got trouble to create account by app, finally created it by website, 2nd, checkout payment has no option for credit card,not that convenient

Love the diversity and customization. One of the better apps in terms of providing segmented/target content so that I don’t have to waste time wading through what wouldn’t interest me. The look and feel is very rich and does a much better job of reflecting diverse demographics than peer brands.

Great Buying Experience. The use of visuals and storytelling creates an online buying experience that is rich and inviting like the Polo brand. Absolutely love the history shared for the artist in residence line. Filter functions of the app work to break down the merch in a way that's efficient to a buyer. Checkout easy.

App is over designed. Idk what’s happening behind all the fancy animations but UI responsiveness is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Sometimes touch events don’t even register. Are y’all’s queries taking too long? Seems like there’s almost no caching going on either, and everything is requested every time. Maybe need to fix that and stop hiding behind animations.

25 Years Of Purchases. I’ve never been disappointed! The quality 10/10. I’m able to pass these clothes down 2 or 3 times and they’re still in impeccable condition!

Classic. The best thing about this App Brand is the fact that you will always go back in the past with their simple and classic looks without trying hard!

Shopping for wife. Shopping for my wife has always given me anxiety , I have a difficult time. But shopping on the Ralph Lauren app makes it so easy with all the sales and selections! It makes it a pleasant experience.

Love this app. I use this app with such ease, check out process is simple. I’m able to make purchases and have custom monogram for certain items. I can save my card info and personalize my account. I love Ralph Lauren so this app is so helpful!

Shop On The Go. An easy way to look for an item or research a particular product is through the RL app. Quick results and easy check out. Check availability to pick up or ship purchases can easily be done on the app. The best RL shopping tool.

Always great styles and service is excellent. Love Ralph Lauren clothing and staff. Never a problem for returns in today’s world where the local stores that used to carry many styles of Lauren are no longer available. Ordering and returning on line with Lauren is very accommodating.

A bit slow but works. The filter is a bit finicky for finding exactly what you want. Was looking for some Oxford plaid classic fit shirts and it only brought up 2 in short sleeve but skimming through the men’s section I could find others. Other than that, layout is simple and does the job.

All Lo. Finally got the app working correctly and it is easy to use! Still has some browsing/loading issues but this app is way better than the previous 3.

Opportunities for Enhancement. In my opinion, placing the logo within the color scheme (especially on phone screens) makes it difficult to see the actual color. Also listing the same item duplicate times to display it in a different color instead of showing it once with different color schemes to select from is a lot. Just my opinion.
