Horrible. This game is trash I'm 11 but they expect for me to have Netflix and asphalt 8 is also horrible I'm a og i have been playing for a long time but i am in debt 700,000k to be exact but it has to email me to get my account reset and deleted stupidest up dates of my life i am not happy about asphalt any more this just broke my heart never ever playing again.

Add control support/ Apple TV. This game is pretty good to kill some time and all of the graphics. I have always been an asphalt fan since it came out in the Nintendo DS. the only problem I have with this is the fact that it’s not compatible with controllers for the phone and that it’s not on Apple TV. Seeing somehow as Netflix got a hold of this I would assume that they would put this app on the Apple TV as well.

Basic with poor controls, casino themed. Another basic game that's overly casino/slot machine styled. Lots of unlock this, or flip cards for that features and not much in the way of actual racing. When you do finally get around to racing the graphics are very arcade-like and nowhere near simulation level. And the controls are like a basic 90's arcade racer where you're either turning too little or too much.

Controller support please!. Why no controller support? The other Gameloft Asphalt game has it! Everything else is good though. (Don’t waste your time worrying about the launch event car/fuses, it’s a garbage car.)

Great game play. Trash Loot boxes. The loot box system is terrible. It’s insane amount of grinding to get very specific cards which hold up the whole car progression. I wouldn’t mind it as bonus drops. But as the main way to upgrade the vehicles it’s tedious and ineffective.

Why Netflix?. Since when is Netflix making games? I'm 14 years old and I can't afford or I'm not allowed to have a Netflix account. I just want to play the game. This is so stupid!, why is the game free if you have to pay Netflix to play it? This means that the game is made for adults because they can pay or they have a Netflix account. What a crappy game 👎😡

Would be 5 out of 5 but…. There is no feature to buy multiple boxes. So if you have 100,000 credits are you’re trying to level up a low level car and need a specific card, you’re doing to end up hitting that bronze box 33 times, then the skip button 33 times, then watch the reveal for the cards 33 times. You get the gist. If the actual game wasn’t so much fun I would’ve given up for the frustration alone. Actual gameplay though? BEST iOS RACING GAME I’VE EVER PLAYED

Fun game ruined by fuses. This is a fun game to play and a nice treat for Netflix customers. However, I seem to run out of “fuses” after only a few races and then I have to wait two hours for new fuses to appear so I can play some more. I thought this game wasn’t supposed to come with timers or in-app purchases?

Great game but with an annoying glitch. Great game, fun to play, no pay to win, no milking. Problem: several times you can’t sync data after a limited time event, meaning you loose tickets and do not record your score to receive the prizes. Quite annoying.

Bring the old cars back. I really like this game because they are bring the old cars back and that’s cool to see the old cars back

Loving no adds or extra up sells.. Game is fun simple and has me feeling like I want to play if more often because NO ADDS. Netflix thing is great.

A Revival worthy of a P-Rank!. I used to love the original version. When it shut down, it made me kinda sad, but since this is here, I’m happy again. What really itches me is that a lot of the original vehicles and tracks of the original version have been cut from this release. What we did get is the Lynx TRK Heavy Duty, but that’s really just it. I really wanna see some new maps and new vehicles, and some old favorites as well, like the MAN THX D38 and the BMW X6. But other than that, a very great game! It’s finally a break from the ads without the microtransactions, just passion and fun! P Rank!

Controller support. Love this game and have no complaints but I was trying to play with a controller and for the love of me couldn’t find the brake button. Would be helpful to have some information in the “control” setting.

One thing needed. I love this game but if you could add a unlimited race. I love the game and I play multi player 3 laps all the time and once I get in the groove I don’t want to stop so if you could and a training map or something just for me to drive play around and know where to drive that would be awesome

Would be 5 star but keep getting logged out. I keep getting logged out of my account when I’m playing, the actual Netflix app is still logged in. I have to sign in multiple times a session. It’s an absolutely great game all around. Except for that. Thanks and keep making the game great. Maybe add some more chevys? Astro van monster truck would be awesome.

Thanks Netflix!. This game was one of my favorite games for a while before it got shut down in September. Than Netflix came back here in December and added games, and included this one! Thank you Netflix!

Best Off-road racer is back!. I had followed the revival by Netflix, but wasn’t happy with the initial releases. The latest updates have 120fps support on iPad Pro and controller support, which is all I need. The silly F2P grind has been removed making it a far better game overall. Amazing!

Glad it’s back!. Was sad to see Gameloft pull the plug on the original version and even though I completed the career mode happy to see this slimed down edition back. Starting from scratch without all the waiting for oil changes , rank up tools and Ad’s is fun. Welcome back!

Latest update no longer works. I have enjoyed this until the 025 update now it no lingers loads any races

The return. I was so glad to find the game here. When it closed on last location I thought it was over. The version here is much better. The control is more realistic , player vs player wait time is much improved. All in all glad to be back.

Netflix and Gameloft Are Cheating On Your Progress. It’s a good game, but I notice whenever I win a new car with a high level, for example, level 30. I want to use it in a career mode with lower-level roads; it brings down the level of your car, so you spend your cards on it in order to go up😒🙁 That’s cheating in order to slow us down, Netflix and Gameloft! I earned that car with that level; why did you bring my level down?!!😤🤨

Amazing!. Best game,it feels like an arcade when you hook up Bluetooth in your car and play it(not while driving)

Fun and Short. It’s a game that you can play for one race or many, you just have to get 1st place to advance to a new track.

The best mobile racing game. I have been playing this game since I was around 6, my grandma had it on her phone and I LOVED it. Now that I am older and have my own phone I decided to get it, it is by far the best mobile racing experience

New. Just started playing, so far as long as everything continues to be accessible, it will receive lots of play time, as is current.

A fun racing game but with frustrating rewards. I love the action, the realistic graphics and consistent physics. However, I have been frustrated with the meager rewards even when I’m buying the advanced boxes they give out so many D level cards AND make leveling up your cars next to impossible because when you get to level 25, you the need like 40 cards or tools to get to the next level. So I’m stuck. I can’t go any further. It would be great if you could use the “mastery” section to get enough credits/awards to level up. So I play for a short while but then put it down because there’s no path forward.

Great fun. I’ve been playing for about 2 months now and enjoy the game but the only real problem I have is getting the f-450. None of the boxes drop it. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Fun fun fun. You have gotta play this game. And the cars and trucks are crazy. You can upgrade them and collect them all The online play is crazy fun. Plus they will fix any problems that might happen soon as they can. I enjoy this game.

Good but beware of random profile switch. This game is actually really good, although it can get repetitive really fast. Graphics definition is really good too, no lagging either. I was playing this game nonstop but then it decided to switch to another Netflix profile by itself, so when I switched it back to mine, I lost almost 300,000 coins. This is absolutely unacceptable. Update: the game again disappeared almost 500,000 coins for no reason at all. Would rate -5 if possible.

Used to be such a fun game. I used to love this game, but it seems the quality has dropped off a cliff. The limited time events were the most fun and allows you to compete against players around the world. But it seems your score only gets uploaded if it’s low. Otherwise if its too high it never gets uploaded. Stupid bug that has caused much frustration for many many users. If you can’t fix it then you need to disable it otherwise it’s no fun at all.

Awesome!?!?!. Great game !!!! Fantastic graphics and the updates/ upgrades too!! The only thing I have problem/ issues with is the “ The Special event Projects”. Like this past one “ Halloween project” ; different levels-sections are/were glitching. Other than that the game is awesome. Oh yeah, need more cars and new backgrounds or places around the world. Some feedback from a long time player. Hi I’ve been playing this game for a few years I’d say and this Netflix thing is just dumb, my first piece of feedback is that my progress, cars and cash I’ve worked so hard for in the game before. My second is that the movement system in this game feels less responsive and less sensitive, I’ve not dug too deep into the settings yet so my review stands at two stars fun game, but Gameloft sold out ind I lost my stuff.

Could be better. The career events only go up to level 35 used to go up to level 50 and I’ve been playing this game for a couple years was bugged when it got shut down now that it’s back up with Netflix it seems worse because every time I get a good time on the limited time events it says error Synchronizing Event it’s just a cheat that the makers of the game put on there to cheat you of your good time when I get a lousy time it records it.

Request for creators. Great game. Please change the daily missions so that all missions can be completed with the vehicle that gives double points . Many times that vechicle isn’t available to drive on the special events missions .

Good game there is a bug in LVL 34. I have enjoyed playing this game, however there is a bug on level 34 that will not let you earn a start after winning with the required vehicle. I have a screen shot of a 1st place finish on level 34 with a Chevy 3100 pickup but not getting the vehicle star.

Remains true to the original version. Plays like the PC version, and arguably the most fun of the Asphalt series. Controller support favours XBX, and could use help. Keyboard play would be useful. Not too complicated for mobile, which is good. Bring back the OST and the old cars! I miss the Unimog. 😁

Could Be A Lot Better. UPDATE Better. Almost addictive, but I do have a life. Love playing this game to unwind in the evening. I love racing against others and testing my skill. Haven’t fallen for the need to buy stuff. That seems to be the only way to advance quickly in this game. I’m patient. It’s a fun game and it could be better if you received the awards the game promised. Sometimes your stars aren’t added to a level. Subsequently, you’re trapped in that level indefinitely. The “how to’s” of the game are a complete mystery. It’s a great game if you have nothing else to do, for instance your flights been delayed but other than that, it’s not very rewarding.

Used To Be A Great Game. asphalt xtreme was my favorite asphalt game until Netflix bought it. It’s unplayable now. even if you have a subscription, it won’t let you sign in or even sign up. I’m extremely disappointed that Netflix did this, and even more disappointed that the devs sold their game to Netflix.

Beware. If you are going to download this and you don’t have a Netflix account then don’t do it you have to sign in with your Netflix account so it’s already deleted

Netflix? What?? No way no how. They do not tell you before hand that this game forces you into signing in to a Netflix account in order to play it. I do not want a Netflix account in any way shape or form, had I know the parameters I wouldn't have wasted 1/2 hour downloading, trying to open it, finding its hidden netflix conditions, and then deleting. No way around it, this is a lowbrow shady way of doing business... I believe it's called bait and switch, or at least a relative of such. Game loft, your piping it... and you owe me cash money for my 1/2 hour. Seriously- you owe me $40 (I'm $80 an hour) Please respond with details on how your going to get me my money.

One problem but still fun. Every time I try to play the game it won’t let me in because I have to update and when I press the update button it still doesn’t let me in so I want you to change that. Please and Thank you.

Good game, but upgrading became impossible. I like the game, it’s simple to play and easy to move up. But I’ve got tiered of being stuck and not having the right cards to upgrade my cars. I am on level 40 races, but my cars are level 36. I am stuck and quitting, not worth the time it would take!

Finally a game that’s not pay to win, NO ADS and fun!!!. Only thing I can ask for is some improvements. Controller support is a must, also being able to choose a name. Multiplayer is lacking and team games would be fun, maybe world and team chat in the future? Also no matter what you do it’s impossible to get the lead in the beginning of a match and then you catch up at the end, not really realistic but adds suspense. Besides that most snappy and addictive racing game out there, no downtime just load and race.

Controller support PLEASE!!!. I’ve been playing the Asphalt series for years now. Controller support is a must in a racing game. Yes you can technically do it but controller support would make all the difference in this game. But I’m happy to see that you can play all you want to without in-app purchases

Exciting game, but Netflix can’t help with game bugs. Love the game, but a bug on lvl 34 to finish with Chevrolet 3100 is bugged (like another commenter below mentioned). Contacted support through the app and it takes you to Netflix. Talked with Netflix support and they told me there is nothing they can do but send me a FAQ email about the game. Really???? Is that how you support the game. They also told to contact the developer through the App Store. Guess what, takes you right back to Netflix. They need to get this fixed before the roll out a bunch more games.

Good with issues. Issue #1 when you get far enough it becomes very hard to get enough money to keep upgrading your cars Issue #2 won’t save my limited time events when I do well. Just annoying Issue #3 poor support

Haven’t been able to play in months!. Been playing this game for a while and it was awesome but then a few months ago it just stopped connecting to the server and I checked periodically and it has not connected to the server in at least two months maybe three so that’s why I gave one star when this is going to get fixed?

Update Broke the Steering. In the last 3 days something changed about the steering making the game nearly unplayable. Touching right or left to steer no longer works causing repeated crashes. Collision meshes are also broken, if you’re hit from behind in some vehicles the other car goes inside your car, welding them together and you can’t steer until you crash. Was fun but I uninstalled. Fix the bugs.

Wooo. I loved it I was so happy when I first won

Guardian Bob is alive and well in this game. Never seen such a game with the AI so well developed. I swear the game cheats and makes it seem like Guardian Bob is real - so frustrating. Awesome graphics and gameplay.

Server Issues. The server has been constantly failing to connect in multiplayer and points and cash sometimes disappear after building them up … for no apparent reason. A bit of a let down lately!!!

Disappointed. Buggy i hate it poorly optimised I didn’t expected such low quality product from Netflix

Mechanics are weird. I play asphalt 8/9 a lot and I subscribed to Netflix to play this game and… it’s asphalt but it does everything wrong. You can literally run at a ramp and be turned backwards and it’s not that uncommon. I think they tried to go a bit too realistic. The nitro system is weird and it doesn’t give you the same rush as the other games The drifting is bonkers you either drift for 10m (half a second) or you wreck or you fly off a ramp and screw up your race If you get wrecked ONCE unless it’s the beginning missions your screwed The first missions all require a rally car. The cards you mostly get from iron boxes are monster truck cards meaning you have to spend credits to get tools to upgrade the rally car if you want to win. Also the infection gamemode is very different and I do no like it because cars in front of you will stay in front due to EVERY BOTTLE OF NITRO giving you infinite nitro for 6-8 seconds and you don’t even wreck when you lose the virus. Compared to the old gamemode where nitro bottles were normal and the car in the back started the infection and bumped it along and in order to not get wrecked by the virus you had to keep getting knockdowns. So yeah nice try Netflix but it needs some big changes

Level up options. Love this game, but can the developers add a way to buy the cards you actually need. Endlessly racing to get boxes of stuff you don’t need really detracts from wanting to keep leveling up vehicles

Too many glitches.. The developers need to focus again on this game. There is far too long to wait in between races, even though the immediate screen indicates there are gamers who want to join. There is great potential for this concept, but sadly at the moment not enough attention is being paid to important details. Netflix need to watch their quality control with this product.

By FAR the best Netflix game.. This game is so good, was not what I was expecting from Netflix. The graphics are AWESOME, and I love how you can steer the car by tilting your device. It’s very similar to a normal racing game, with online competitions, and ‘classic’ single player games. Definitely recommend.

Poor synchronization issues. The game is great however has a tone of synchronization issues. Especially when you achieve leader board results in time limited events and it fails to sync leaving your results abandoned.

Backbone support for this game pls. Great controls and fun

Special edition cars 🤷‍♂️. Great game, really enjoy playing it. Really like the process of obtaining new ‘special’ additional cars, although I have not been receiving blueprints for these cars and am unable to level them up.

Cards lost when upgrade a vehicle. Everything is cool but when I upgrade my vehicle the number of card is used, but I HAVE LOST WAY MORE CARDS THAN IT NEEDS FOR UPGRADE. Is this a bug or strategy.

No controller support? Weak…. A driving game on the iPad in this day and age with no controller support = no support from me…

App not working properly on iphonr. App worked great on Samsung now I have iPhone and the steering just stops working intermittently during a race. It's very frustrating to crash 2 or 3 times per race due to steering just stopping

Awesome game but one tweak needed!. Love this game, really enjoyable to play and progress through the career and mastery modes. But I have one request for the developers!! I’m currently in a position where I need to significantly level up one of my cars (eg from 13 to 40) in order to keep progressing. I’m fine with the need to earn credits to purchase boxes for random blueprint and rank up cards. But right now I’m needing more than 50 blueprint cards just to increase one level, which means basically sitting and purchasing hundreds of boxes in a row to get the required cards - not real fun in the gameplay department. What would be ideal is the ability to bulk purchase boxes, eg in multiples of 10 or even up to 100 in one transaction. It would be identical to receiving the 3 or 4 silver boxes after some races - simply display all the cards you receive in one hit. This would drastically improve the one weak point of this game, and get you back racing quicker. I hope this gets through to the developers and they implement this tweak on the next update 😊🙏 Thanks!

A good game but…. Why is the Volkswagen polo is no longer there? Please bring it back.

Fun game but sound doesn’t work.. I’m not sure what’s going on here, sounds works on all other apps I have installed but this one is completely silent despite the settings having sound at full volume.

Good game but…. Good game. Only 1 pb: if you play this game in multiplayer mode, you will actually entertain hackers!

Bugs bugs and more bugs. Where to start with this game…. On the face of things it’s a fun game with decent level progression even when level progression has a degree of randomness tossed in. But the problem lies once you delve a bit deeper and start actually playing the game. The first thing I noticed was after a week of gameplay the game started giving me IMPOSSIBLE “Daily Missions” that involved selecting cars you cannot actually pick for the races. Sometimes it will even tell you to use a car you don’t even own. This is a nuisance for sure, but not a big problem all by itself. But then there’s what the game does to players who post a Top 15 score in the Limited Time Race Series…. It will never ‘synchronize’ my time and let me keep my score. Ever. The synchronize feature is something that normally goes by completely unnoticed until all of a sudden you post a great time and, boom, the game, like magic, simply will not synchronize no matter what you do and you’re forced to lose your time you posted and if you try again and post another good time it will not sync. Again. But if you don’t post a top 15 score it will sync every time. This bug is one of the worst you can possibly have in a racing game. The multiplayer rooms take forever to get matched up with players making timed bonuses you pay for absolutely useless in a multiplayer scenario. All in all, it’s a good game to start but a terrible game to continue to play as you will lose important progression due to game bugs. Begin at your own risk…. If an update ever fixes these HUGE issues, I will change this rating, but I’m not holding my breath.

Controller support. Please add controller support. It’s almost unplayable.

Daily login bug. Not really liking the fact that the daily log in reset just as I was getting to the 31st day for the platinum box. And no, I didn’t miss a day. This game is slowly becoming one of those games that will not be played due to bugs that don’t get fixed.

My review was removed. Not sure why my first and only review was removed. But I’ll try again. This game has recently begun showing major bug issues, mainly in the events section. I’ve finished career mode, for the Camaro, and basically levelled as many vehicles as I could, but have now run out of cash to buy stupid crates. The essential items to level up care show up so randomly, that I had to dump millions in the search for them, which has bankrupted me, thereby slowing down the process to complete the only challenge that remains. My first review was how the game was beginning to get stale quickly, and now without the ability to earn cash, I really don’t have the energy to grind it out slowly. The developers need to make this game more enjoyable. Add new tracks, challenges, or something to keep me interested.

Not compatible with new iPad Pro. Does not load on the new iPad Pro..

Lost all my data. Half the time I open the game it forces me to do the stupid tutorial (which you cannot skip) and All of my achievements are gone, even though I’m logged into my account with my own user. This has happened several times however this time I’m not getting my achievements back :(

Great game except…. Great game but it updated and now I can’t play it sadly why is it only accessible on a ipad 16 IOS it was great until the update and I lost my progress WHY DID IT UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost had a S ranked CAR!!!! ONE BLUEPRINT AWAY

More issues. I’ve been had this game for a couple of months and it’s issue after issue. I’m now continuously getting “cannot sync” error for the past few days so basically no point I playing this game as you will never be able to win rewards. Without rewards, you cannot progress and you would just end up playing the same level and stuck with the same cars. Do yourself a favor and go with a different racing game unless you want to be frustrated due to technical glitches.

Didn’t read fine print. You MUST HAVE NETFLIX in order to play.. It is a shame that a game available on the App Store also requires a secondary paid subscription to Netflix, which involves an extra monthly cost. You cannot play the game offline either, which means if you in an area without internet access, the game won’t work. It is problematic to myself if people do pay for Apple Arcade, they now have to on top of that cost, also pay for a Netflix subscription to a game available on the App Store. Apple, it should not be a double billing cost for people already subscribing to Apple Arcade, then why bother?

Not Enough Players. You’ll be lucky to get one player to race against in this trash. Netflix forgot to take out all the coin collecting and loot box poisonous garbage that killed any chance of this app being a fun game. Or maybe they didn’t, maybe they intended for this app to be nothing more than an addiction machine to get some losers to hold on to there Netflix subscriptions. Either way, fun game or poisonous addiction machine Netflix failed here because of there lazy lack of effort chasing an easy buck.

Why’d it have to update?!?!!. It updated to 16 iOS or later but I have an old iPad so I can’t play it anymore and I lost all my progress

Misleading Title/False advertising. Game is not free. You have to have a paid Netflix Account to even play. 100% scam. Apple should remove this from App Store.

Question. I really like this game but I have a question, how do you move the car? It keeps crashing onto ‘walls’ and it’s hard to go through some levels of the game. I can only use the boosters and stop the car.

do not download. ever since their last update , which was supposed to improve the game exp…well..the connectivity is HORRIBLE and if you you try to talk to the CSR..forget it! it is useless! a fairly good game but …when you try the multiplayer mode ….it all goes wrong! try to connect to a game…it will work 100 percent out of 1 percent

Fun gameplay, still feels like a free-to-play game. The racing is fun, having to spam the skip button after every race as it tries to give you “rewards” is insulting. It feels like any other micro transaction laden game yet requires a Netflix subscription.

Could not play with controller. For some reason it won’t let me play with a controller, I mean, it’s compatible but it will flip the wrong way even after putting my phone on portrait orientation lock. Please fix this.

Forced deletion. Why does this NOW require iOS 16 or newer? iPad mini 4 cannot get that new of an OS! I have newer iPads that I could install on but there is NO reason for me to bother! The original Asphalt Xtreme didn’t have this annoying requirements!

Fun but. Steering sometimes just stops working causing you to drive straight into walls. Hit box is way too small and causes a lot of issues.

Why???. Ugh… I really enjoyed this game until it deleted my stuff. I had to close it in the middle of the race and when I opened it back up I only had the cars I had unlocked and lost all the credits and crowns… so disappointing. I thought this was going to be a good mobile racing game.

Sick of the updates. I would love the opportunity to finish career mode but they stonewall you by making the car upgrade requirements so high while restricting the box contents to crap. Been play this game for a long time and based on the latest update, I’ m done.

Unable to switch Netflix profile within game. All my game progress missing after Netflix takeover, want to see if it’s saved under different Netflix profile but I don’t see options to switch profile within game app. Of course changing profile in Netflix video app has no effect either. Any help?

Frame rate. Frame rate is 30 or so, even on the iPad Pro M1. Will wait until frame rate is at least 60 to play.

Cannot play since update. Was playing fine until there was an update. I have an older phone that won’t update to OS16 so it won’t allow me to play it anymore.

Was Fun, Now Unplayable. I’ve owned this game since Gameloft released it, and now can’t play this game without purchasing a streaming subscription. It’s literally the same game as it was originally. Nothing new…except for the Netflix Gatekeeping.

Great game. This a great game. One suggestion is adding quick race into the game.

Kind of Annoying. Leveling up your car is fun and all but it makes no difference when a monster truck that is 5-8 levels below you can keep up in straight lines. Game is set up for you to spend real money (just like every other mobile game) unless you like grinding for days.

Netflix games. I love how Netflix is making games now. It’s just makes everything so exciting.

lots of issues. Syncing issues in limited time events and level 205 has a bug so that it can not be beaten completely. Ive also seen spelling errors. Decent game but low QC.

Constant server issues. The game requires constant communication with backend servers to synchronize data, and those servers seem to be pretty flaky. Constantly getting error messages about being unable to save my progress.

Why do we need Netflix to play?. It would be much better if we could play with no netflix account.

Offline play. There should be an option to play against a bunch of computers when offline.

Low coins. Really dislike that earlier this year they lowered the coins earned when you went through mastery and career. Now racing isn’t worth much and have moved on to other games.

What’s either Netflix. I just re-downloaded the games, and now I have to pay for a Netflix account for a game that is supposed to be free? I don’t like where Gameloft is going with this, but it’s nowhere good.
