Last stop gets no priority for mornings. We went to clarion hotel. The bus we would normally take in the morning would be 5, but almost everytime we waited in the morning for Disneyland at 8am the bus passes us because it was full from the other stops. This would keep repeating until you would simply give up and walk. They have the same route, so the same thing happens everyday and we ended up walking the 2 out of 3 days at Disneyland. Waited at least 30 minutes every morning and ended up walking. Giving another star because the bus driver, a woman with tied up blonde hair straight tied up personally drove to our stop first to take us since there was a whole crowd waiting due to buses ditching our stop for being full. Kudos to her.

Horrible Employees. Absolute garbage employees working ART at Disneyland. Staff allowed peoples to jump lines while waiting for shuttle. Driver kicked off families where children could not stand on bus, but then same driver allowed on later bus. Will never use again.

Inaccurate. Need several other apps to make up for lack of functionality. Completely useless app. Unintuitive, needed another app to buy tickets, shuttle positions were inaccurate, schedules were inaccurate, shuttles ignore most non-hotel stops on their routes. Don’t count on going anywhere except your hotel and Disneyland. I’ve never encountered a public transit app this confusing and difficult to use.

Confusing, waste of money. Do not buy the pass you might as well walk, App is complicated, I didn’t know how to get the discounted rate for my grandmother, the pass is so expensive and I have to wait another 20 minutes for the bus? I feel like I keep getting my money stolen :/ it’s so sad because everything is already expensive here

Worst customer service ever and never showed up once over three days.. We stayed at Four Points Sheraton in Anaheim and purchased a three day pass. All times were completely inaccurate and kept having delays pushed back by double digits. When we finally caught one bus our tickets were ‘invalid’. I reached out for help and no one got back to me. We ended up walking everywhere on our honeymoon. The fourth day when they are now expired and we are flying back home I reached out one more time for possible help or refund any help. They answer with no professional told me ‘it’s like food you can’t return it’. I’m from New York and even there we will put on a professional hat and help even if we are miserable. Horrible customer service do not recommend you’re better off taking Uber. I have screenshots of my conversation for proof as well. I will NOT recommend this to anyone if you don’t want to stress your trip and need to time manage.

Not always On time. Shuttle is not always on time. Waited up to 28 minutes after pick up time.

Inconsistent and doesn’t line up at all!!. The bus times 1. Don’t line up 2. Show other buses on your route that don’t belong to that route (it’ll show x bus on y line, but not the y bus… does this ALL. THE. TIME. So nothing lines up). The app isn’t user friendly or intuitive. But hey, good for them for hiring a 4th grader to develop it!

Use Lyft or Uber!. Don’t bother!!!! You might as well use Uber or Lyft. Unless you like to wait around for long periods of very frustrating times because that is exactly what you will be doing.

The best!. Kind, patient and safe drivers. Used the buses for Disneyland shuttles for three days then airport. So convenient and affordable. Clean, smaller vehicles. Very impressed. Highly recommend to everybody. Sorry Uber, you’re replaced.

ART bus service has been amazing overall. My overall experiences with the ART bus services in the Anaheim, CA have been amazing! Once your login & payment info added to the A-Way WeGo app, one can ride available buses on different routes in & around Disneyland, etc. Also the ART bus drivers are very knowledgeable & accommodating (includes on-demand requesting services) too.

Confusing app. Busses do not run on time.. We waited for our buss at Disneyland for over an hour in the cold. Spoke with other repeat buss drivers that said maybe the driver was on break or lunch. The countdown arrival timer would count down to 1 minute then reset to 15 multiple times. We finally decided to start taking Uber/Lyft. Don’t waste your money like we did.

Horrible. If you want to wait an hour for a ride to Disneyland and probably be yelled at this is the shuttle for you. Never on time. Rude employees.

FRAN Rides? No Longer Showing. Had been using the FRAN service for a while and really enjoyed it. Would load up the app, search between two pick up locations and find a ride quite easily. For the last couple months, FRAN rides have not been returning to select. I would check throughout the day and the only option available is walk. This has been months. I see FRAN drive around periodically but I still can not get a ride. I have FRAN chosen in the app as well. The service has gone MIA or the app is broken not sure how others are finding rides.

Anaheim Anywhere. Each time I’ve been to Anaheim and Disneyland in last month, I’ve used this to get around. Love the improvements being made, keep them coming!

Worst service ever. Don’t waste your money. Spent hour on a bus with no A/C who never took us to the destination. When we reserved the bus.

Waited over an hour.. Don’t bother trying to get a bus between 1-2pm.. the drivers take their “breaks”.. 🙄

Great Uber-Like service for shuttle from Amtrak to Disneyland. I have used the Away-We-Go App several times the past two months between the Anaheim ARTIC station and Disneyland. I’ve also used it during the busy Anaheim Convention Center seasons (NAMM & Star Wars Celebration) between the convention center and hotels. They have very friendly drivers and responsive customer service via the text chat in from their App.

Amending original review 'would recommend with hesitations'. I assumed the shuttles run on a regular schedule throughout the day and they do not. 1) if you use the on demand feature expect to wait a while. 2) the shuttle runs on a evening schedule but doesn't appear to be timely ..I waited at a bus stop nearly 30+ minute although the marquee said 7 minutes. In fact I don't know if it even stopped there because I ended walking and 3) there is no schedule, but you are able to track shuttles following the actual routine map. It's convenient yes but again with hesitation.

Not reliable. We bought passes for two days spent 24 dollars for nothing! The bus did not come for almost over hour and a half then we ended up having to walk with an elderly handicapped person in our party. On top of that they decided not to tell us our driver went on break. I would never recommend this bus system to anymore that actually likes to get places in a timely manner. Waste of 24 dollars. When we complained we were denied access to speak to a manager and we’re denied a refund since we were “still using their services” every time they requested a bus for us it was always longer than the wait time they told us. On top of that we used the services maybe twice out of the 48 hours we had the pass since the bus never came. Still waiting for that refund maybe this will get your attention
