Life saving. I’m down 20lbs after starting wegovy after connecting with great healthcare providers on this app. I had a couple small hiccups along the way but customer service rocks. Thanks for what you offer.

Incredibly slow and frustrating.. It has been 7 weeks since I signed up for this app and I still don’t even have a prescription order in. It took a long time with my insurance, and that I understood. My insurance said no, so I decided to pay out of pocket. The first time they “sent” it to the pharmacy, the order was never received. I let them know over a week ago about the issue they still haven’t resent it. I know my pharmacy has to order it in (Zepbound) so it will probably take at least another week before I can actually start. It takes several days for customer service to respond to any message you send them.

My meds. Honestly I a super happy with how the Ro process worked and how easy and discreet everything is! It’s honestly very affordable and fast and I’m thankful to the RO team for their help!

App is Trash. Half the features of the app do not work or stay up to date with my care/treatment. One says it is still processing at a pharmacy from 3 weeks ago, I received the prescription last week. The “Care” tab leads to blank white pages for each of my prescriptions. Literally a waste of an app, only thing that seems to function is the messages with provider team. Constant push notifications to “check-in for next refill before second shot” even though I did that already a week ago. Needs a lot of work.

These people understand. I saw a RO add on tv early morning and by the next afternoon I received my order. I spoke with a nurse practitioner who asked important questions and within our time together on the phone she determined I was a good candidate for a life improvement. Thank you.

App needs work!. App is not so great. I keep getting different people communicating with me. It’d be nice to use same person often. 2-3 people is sufficient but seems like we all Have 20 plus people working on messages with us. The only best thing about ro is they do work with pharmacy and get my ozempic on time. They text me often a few times with links saying it’s time to check in And there nothing leading me to check in. I keep sending them nesssges that the app needs work. And links do not take me to check in or takes me to where it says my plan is expired. $145 a month, really I expect most from RO app and proper links that actually works.

Simple and easy to use. This has been a game changer for me. Before the app I was using the website and it was also just as easy to use. With the app everything is laid out simply and it’s very easy to find what you’re looking for. It also will display exactly what you’re probably looking for directly on the front page.

Disappointing experience. I was put through a multi step process, I sent in labs, and the whole process took so long that I was charged for a second month. After my labs came back and I was told I was a good candidate for treatment I was then sent a 30-second quiz by a provider, then told that due to my score I was ineligible. Why was that not step 1 in the process? What a waste of time and money. Update: they refunded my fee quickly which is appreciated, added a star to reflect that.

Do not use - waste of money. I tried them out, but after the shortage of Zepbound hit, it was useless. You’re paying $145 a month, for your pharmacy to still have your prescription after a month of the doctor prescribing it to you. Never came. It’d be more worth going to see a real doctor for a smaller copay to get prescribed weightloss meds.

Scam. They took my money and gave me the runaround and then after a week and a half of this, they told me that they recommended me to see a doctor. There was no real reason given. I have no preexisting medical conditions that would have precluded them prescribing the medication to help lower my A1C. I’m just trying to take care of myself… my health…my body. Now, I understand what RO stands for…Rip Off!

Horrible. These people are horrible. They either don't read the messages you send them, partially read the messages or can't comprehend the messages even though my messages are clear and concise because every action item takes days to complete and is usually done wrong. My pharmacy can never get in touch with their "doctors" for clarification on their prescriptions, even after multiple attempts. There are 10 different people who respond to my messages and none of them are on the same page. Plus, it takes days for anything to actually get done. There's no way to speak with anyone on the phone due to "high customer volume," which is a Ro problem and not my problem. Not worth the $145/mo. I joined for Ozempic prescriptions because it seemed more convenient than going to a physical endocrinologists office. Nope. Every month is just another headache with Ro. And they don't write 3 month prescriptions - monthly only. I assume that's so you don't take the 3 mo prescription and then cancel with Ro. Just go see an endocrinologist!

App is very bad. I have this for compounded semiglutide and it’s less than functional for all the things I need it to do. 1. It lets me connect with Apple Health including my weight, yet it will not injest my new weight measurements from Apple Heath even though it appears setup to do so. I have to log them manually (so why did I setup Apple Health with your app if you’re not going to pull the data?!) 2. More often than not when I go to log my shots it just keeps bouncing me over and over to the date until I force kill the app (and sometimes I have to do this multiple times) This app seems like it’s held together with toothpicks…

Downloaded for 5 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes, allowed me to figure out there is less on the app than there is on the website. Couldn’t access the homepage after the first look. It gave a motivational quote and said I was caught up. I didn’t even get a chance to see if my weight was uploaded. For as much as I’m paying for my subscription you would think the app would be a little more encompassing. This one should have stayed in developing a little longer.

Easy and convenient. The design is so cool, the app is easy to navigate and the notifications are helpful to stay on top of my treatment plans. I got excited when I saw my plan was approved by my practitioner! Going to explore in the app to see the other offerings Ro has!

App is great, super easy to use. Coming from a grad student in web design, this app is tremendously made! Vibrant, responsive, has everything you’d need. Roman has been great for years!

It’s a rip off!. Here’s my experience- downloaded the app, signed up. They took $145 out of my HSA acct right away. After a trip to Quest for labs, they told me these shots weren’t covered by my insurance at all & my options for payment ranged from $550/mo to $1050/mo. ONE THOUSAND FIFTY. PER MONTH. After a quick call to my ins company (United HC), come to find out, it is indeed covered, just requires a pre-auth & at most, my out of pocket cost would be $279. After finding a new PCP, and using the very same Quest lab results, it’s approved. And NO WHERE NEAR THE COST OF THIS APP. And furthermore, I don’t appreciate some CNP telling me incorrect information. Especially when I work for an MCO.

Fast & easy, professional. I can’t get in at my derm for months. This helps. I spoke with a physician 24 hours after logging into the app. I still need to go into the office to get a check up, etc, but for little things, this app is super helpful.

The process. Very straight forward on paper work: some states require you to talk to a provider on the phone to verify it’s you. I had to do that and was a very simple and easy process. I recommend this product and these people. No problems and thank you for the help.

Unorganized. Only worried about you paying your fees. Takes days for someone to respond and most of the time when they do, they haven’t looked at prior notes before your visit and come off completely clueless. They have very poor communication skills and don’t read about your past health. I’ve been on here and doctors have written incorrect prescription, missing information, sent dirty blood kits out for testing, but what they are amazing at is making sure you pay!!

It takes a minute, but worth the sign in process. Very responsive group of healthcare professionals. Ro has informed me these professionals are licensed in the state where each client resides. This is good to know. Shout out to the nurses and NPs who are invested in excellent client care and very informative.

SCAM!!. SCAM ALERT!!!!! I was extremely excited to sign up with them, but boy did things turn to the dark side. After answering a series of questions for medication I was looking for I I was told I had to pay $99 to get my results. After paying, they told me that it would take 2 to 3 days to find out my results. It has now been two weeks. I’ve emailed them and I’ve gotten no response. I try logging into my account and they say I don’t have an account. I’ve tried emailing again and I get no response. Essentially, they stole my $99, I have no clue who to contact and it seems like when I contact support they have zero interest in responding. I want my money back. This company is a scam and I implore anyone to stay away. There are a lot more options. I’ve given them an ample amount of time to resolve the situation and I’m convinced now that they have just stolen my money and I’m probably not the only one.

Disappointed. I started using this app in April when I did a consultation for ozempic which I thought was pretty easy. I just finished my 2nd month and have been waiting for my prescription which I was supposed to start 3 days ago never submitted even though my response was done 12 days ago. I kept receiving messages that it was submitted (it wasn’t), then I had someone send me a message and call me by another name with none of the correct info, so I’m assuming she was confused. I have been writing to them for 10 days to see what is going on and I keep getting a response from different people, with no accurate information, but my card was easily charged with no problem. I am very disappointed and will be disputing the charge on my card. Go somewhere else for online medication

No communication. Very disappointed in my experience with Ro health. They have an incredibly slow, to non-existent communication system with patients and repeatedly sent my prescriptions to a state 2000 miles away. While waiting for my prescription I would continuously receive notifications and emails to log my first dose and keep my payment methods updated, despite having never received care from them.

Seamless experience. This app has everything you need! Very user friendly! Far superior to other healthcare apps I’ve used (CVS/Walgreens). Honestly, it’s insulting to even compare them. Very streamlined and aesthetically pleasing!

App is basically just for upselling. This app has 2 main purposes and one of them is to upsell you on their other products the other one is to change upcoming shipment dates of move to on demand. That's it. If you're looking for any information about your prescription, like it stopped working or you want to change dosage or brands or try something different, forget it. Not in this worthless app. If you like overpriced low dose generic sildenafil shipped to you regularly then this is probably great for you.

Scam! Beware!. I was on the website and started to fill out the information. Once it came to the payment screen I couldn’t get past it so I was going to close it out. However, the website suddenly logged me off and I had a notification that my Apple Pay had been charged. I have come here to look at other reviews and see nothing but scam. I have emailed all of the email accounts that have been given to others seeking their money back but no results. Help! I need my money back and this scam needs to be stopped.

Signup and become a Prisoner. I canceled my subscription 4 months age and today they charged my new credit card number $528! The credit card that was on file was a credit card that I canceled because Roman continued to try and charge it after I canceled my subscription. The fine print of what you are signing up for says that if you cancel a credit card that has a reoccurring payment on it they have permission to contact VISA or MasterCard etc. and they have to give Roman your newest credit card number. Effectively making you into a prisoner to their subscription. Scum. I sent an email saying I wanted to cancel, and they sent me back instructions on how to do it. The only problem is they say go to the homepage and click on the panel that says care and then body program…. the problem is it doesn’t give you the option for body program and you’re stuck in this loop. I’m afraid they become a scam. I’ve used them for years, but this was the last straw.

Quick & Intuitive. I build mobile and web products for a living, and they did an amazing job with this application. The customer experience is top notch. Product managers, and UXUI designers should look at this app as the gold standard. In terms of my use of this app, it was easy and I got approved for the medicine I was looking for.

We’re great for setup but have gone downhill fast.. I was so excited when I found out about Ro and the weight loss program they have. They made it easy to get PAs and get my initial medication arranged. It all pretty much went down hill from there. The app is suuuuper clunky. It asks you to log doses and do checkins on your Home Screen only to give you errors that it’s “too early” since your last shot to do them- well then don’t prompt me to. It also doesn’t let you change any of the information you’ve entered, so for one of my weight logs I hit an 8 instead of a 7 for a number and wouldn’t let me change it, so it looks like I randomly gained 10 lbs one week. They are SLOW to respond to messages and when they do they are so clearly a canned message response it’s infuriating. It misses half of what you asked about or includes multiple things you didn’t ask about at all. For $145/month, not including the medication, I expect a lot better. Would recommend Zepbound in a heartbeat, but safe yourself some frustration and get it somewhere else.

Makes healthcare fun. This app is gorgeous and so easy to use. I WISH the MyMountSinai app (which my specialists use) were half this intuitive. The patient videos are a nice touch, actual humans! Would love to see a bunch more of those for every condition.

Having trouble clicking the links through support team. I’m not sure if it’s technical issue on the app but some links have trouble going to a direct product on what you want to buy such as like the testosterone booster. But Roman has been a great help with their products on daily use of the products that they provide.

No Assistants or Help for Days. I’ve been trying to reach out to the care providers on this app for a week now and no one is responding to me. Honestly, this app seems like its scamming people to pay the initial month, and then ignoring the patient until they get their next monthly bill. DO NOT use this app. You’re better off going to an actual doctor if you want real results.

Highly disorganized, terrible customer service. Too exasperated to explain this in detail. In a nutshell: I notified Ro of new insurance 3 weeks before my prescription. They told me it was updated and it was not. I chased them for the next 4 weeks (missing 2 doses) and finally got them to get my insurance in the system. This is a pattern of behavior (there were other things- non responsiveness to refills when I had issues and needed it resubmitted, appointments that should have been video just being a questionnaire, lack of instructions on how to actually use the drug - this has been fixed - an app that is half finished and still doesn’t auto-update, scale came 2 months into the program instead of when I signed up). Overall, absolutely does not meet my expectations when I am spending $1200/mo on a service.

What is the point of this app. After using the app with Ro for about a month, I really wonder what the point of the app is, or even if Ro knows? Every message or notification from Ro comes as an email, and the links in the emails are to login to the website. It’s like they missed App Store apps 101, how to make app notifications. If every message just links me to their site to do everything, and the site works well on mobile, why do I need this application?

App needs work. There’s no habit tracker in the app like some of their competitors have, the order history in the app is not kept up to date. Message alerts don’t appear in the app, for many things the website had better information. “Your curriculum” (info and tips about whatever it is you’re using Ro for) is not in the app that I’ve found, however it’s on the main page on the website. Like others have mentioned, typing messages in the app is weird and doesn’t automatically give a space like typing in anything else with an iPhone. There’s no place in the app to go and review data you’ve entered (sort of goes along with my first point of no habit trackers). My overall experience outside of the app has been fine, but the app could definitely use some work.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SCAM. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.. You pay a criminal amount of money a month NOT including whatever medication you’re getting, JUST for the “body program” which is nothing more than some videos you could find for free on the internet and for the ability to “contact your healthcare team” if you have questions/want updates- EXCEPT, no one ever responds. I sent three messages over a week, nothing. I write to customer service, nothing. They are charging me for literally NO COMMUNICATION and this is the biggest scam I’ve ever fallen for. Ridiculous. It’s also nearly impossible to cancel your account and it’s just so gross that they’re doing this to people who need medications…

Bad Customer service. The body program started out well. I have had a terrible time getting prescription issues resolved, however. I’m several months in, and I am fighting with the pharmacy to get refills at the proper dosage. The messaging feature, which the ONLY way to communicate problems, is frustrating because it takes days to get responses to questions. And if the person who responds doesn’t address the issues, it take even more days to wait for someone else to respond. I would never do this again. The program doesn’t live up to its potential.

Scam. Don’t bother.. Doesn’t actually provide treatment unless you are buying for full price from the company. It makes sense. Why would they provide treatment unless they were making the profit. No option to use insurance. And when you choose to send a medication to a local pharmacy so it an be covered by insurance, they message you very quickly to say it’s not possible to do so. Maybe update your “choices” so people know ahead of time, and don’t enter their payment information. This is just a personal information grab and a way to get you to download yet another useless scam app. Go see a real doctor!

Paying for a service but no one responds. If there is a monthly fee the there should not be a 5 day wait for a customer service response. At this point I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to get a script approved only to have received canned CX responses or a macro that didn’t address the original question and from there days in between messages leading to delayed responses. From a customer perspective, I’m paying for an entire month for nothing since it will be close to 3 weeks to get one question resolved. It’s truly unacceptable - do not recommend.

Beautiful app that’s a pleasure to use. Really loving this app! It was really easy to navigate and manage my orders. It’s also beautifully designed which makes it a really nice experience overall.

All over you until they get your subscription money. Then they ghost you.. While they get you signed up and the money flowing, the experience is amazing. The second you’re signed up and they have their money the support drops to nothing, with waiting over a week for support, even when you cannot get your meds because of something on their end. Also 150 bucks a month just to have access to pay for more meds is crazy.

Would not recommend if you have insurance. This app is really for those that don’t have insurance and you’re gonna pay for the drug out of pocket. If you have insurance, $150 a month makes no sense when your pcp can keep writing the prescription for $100 one time! It also takes 1 business week for a response so keep that in mind.

Waste of Time. The app itself is okay. You can’t upload documents in the message center which is frustrating. The bigger frustration is that the service is a waste of time and money. Spent weeks and weeks only to not get what I signed up hoping for.

Very slow, does not read your messages. Can take weeks to anything done and get a message through the system yet the system will bug you every few hours to say that YOU need to respond after waiting a week. And because they don’t read the messages thoroughly you go back and for weeks getting nothing done. All the while you pay a couple hundred dollars a month. The strategy here is making you wait I guess.

LOVE RO. Ro is a answered prayer for me, I was almost hopeless, and depressed I tried everything to lose weight and nothing was working, I saw the Ro Commercial on TV and I prayed so hard and asked God to help me start the program, he gets all of the glory because he is given me the means to be able to do the program and it is changing my life. Terrible customer service. I started the Ro body program over a month ago. The process took a long time to get started but they did warn me about that so I understood. But now I am on my 5th week and my insurance plan changed so I warned them multiple times via the chat, email AND the phone. Every single person I've talked to is on a completely different page. I finally ended up calling and the woman was like "oh it looks like your insurance update was never properly communicated"......after I sent it multiple times and told them multiple times.....now, they keep telling me "they're looking for a different pharmacy with the medication in stock" I keep telling them that I'm pretty sure they need to restart the authorization process since I got new insurance and NO ONE is listening. It's almost like I'm talking to a computer. Every single person I've talked to has said something completely different. I'm unsure when/if I'll ever get the medication again and now since they won't listen to me, it will be a lot farther out than I had anticipated and I'll have to start completely over on the dosage. Also, they claim they get back to you within 24-48 hours and shut off their phones so you can only email or chat and then they ignore you. I have NO idea when my issue will ever get resolved and honestly it's VERY frustrating.

Don't Waste Your Time. Awful app and awful service. Received my meds for 2 months and then they just never refilled it. They love to charge you monthly though for nothing. Always an excuse and poor communication. Sent automated messages and never would hear back from them until days later. Just go to a regular doctor.

RO - Great Service. The accuracy, speed of service, and follow is some of the best I’ve experienced with any company.

Not Eligible - Still Charged. Absolutely terrible. I have lost so much time and money by choosing to use Ro. There are screening questions that disqualify you from their service, but they won’t tell you that until they’ve already charged you the $100! Save your money, there are much better services that won’t scam you.

Waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and don’t make this mistake like I did. Look at your health insurance policy BEFORE you attempt to go with ro. I did this for weight loss only to be told my insurance won’t cover it. I had already paid approximately $185 for the blood test kit and sent it in.

Everything in one place. I was a fan of Ro health before this app, now I love them. Always making things “easy for me”!

Avoid.. Super sketchy. They make it seem like you’ll actually be able to get prescriptions for the online listed fee, but that is just for them to look into if insurance covers the medication. They know that most insurance companies don’t cover this so it’s a quick money grab.

Fake. Fake pharmaceutical product with zero effectiveness. I tried a couple doses and complained and they said well sorry we use a compound pharmacy sorry for your luck. Here’s a $40 credit for future purchases. They charge over $200 and that’s over $12 pill. Money down the drain.

Needs too much work. Doesn’t update messages correctly. No image uploads. Labs unavailable. Just use the website from your mobile. It has everything and works well.

This app has made it exceedingly difficult to cancel a subscription. It’s been 2 months now and every time I try to ask to cancel my subscription I do not get a response , I even changed my card info with my bank and got a new one and they still managed to bill the new card.

These idiots keep sending my medication to a non-existent address that isn’t the one I have on my profile and I have to spend time every month getting them to fix it, which takes forever because they have no customer service representatives. I don’t know if Hims or other competitors are better but they couldn’t be worse.

This app is so frustrating. I’m no longer using this company as they make SO HARD to cancel or delay a prescription. It is not user friendly at all and they make you jump through loops on the app and desktop just delay a product.

Scam. Came across the ad on snap chat. It said $45 to get started and then $145 every month after that. Then told me that it would be $145 to get started with the medication and $389 per month. Which one is it. Customer service confirmed the $145 to get started. It just seems like false advertising to me. If it’s $45 then $145 why and how does it all of a sudden jump to $145 then $389?? 🤔🤔🤔

Poor Communication, No Personalized Care. Use any other doctor. Ro doesn’t communicate important information in an effective or timely manner. They sent my RX to a mail-order pharmacy without asking me, costing me an extra $300. No help with side effects from medications. Doctors just move you in and out of the system like cattle.

This company will take your money. I lost 45$ which they pro generic ozempic. Customer contact number is a scam as well press 1 if you’re a patient, press 2 either choice you go back to the beginning. When I go to the website it is a Chinese site

Pages not loading. What’s going on with the widgets on the Care tab? When I click on the widget for my Rx, it doesn’t load and just hangs on a blank page. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and that didn’t work either. It has been like this for over a week now.

Pay initial fee, no contact after that. Well, I should have listened to the other reviews. I paid my initial fee, had constant contact then now I’ve been ghosted. No prescription, even though I was approved. Kind of interesting how services such as this one gets away with just taking peoples money and not providing anything in return.

Better than Hims. Ive used both. This is way better.. easy to use, transparent pricing (better than hims) & even handled getting my prescription for me.

Great App. very user-friendly with good security at login easy to use and reliable company.

Women’s Sexual Health. Liking the app overall, but would like to see more products and information about women’s sexual health, libido etc. App should be more geared toward the gender identity of the person that downloads the app.

A SCAM. Do not give into apps like these, they are third party people who will take your money and leave you with nothing. Got denied my insurance, decided to stop my subscription went to an actual PCP where my insurance is accepted. Just go to the doctor and get prescribed in person, much faster and easier.

Waste of Time. The app itself is okay. You can’t upload documents in the message center which is frustrating. The bigger frustration is that the service is a waste of time and money. Spent weeks and weeks only to not get what I signed up hoping for.

Weight trackers not completely visible. The weight tracker is formatted such that you can’t see it all and can’t navigate out of it once you’re in it. It’s zoomed in and can’t move it around or reduce it to see it all on screen.

Not the worst not the greatest. Every time I open the app I swear it’s due for an upgrade. Have to sit and wait. Messaging is very very bad. Delay in typing. Sometimes I have to use talk to text or my words don’t appear on the screen fast enough.

Lash treatment. I love that you let me know when my prescription for the lash treatment is due and how fast I get it

Needs a password option. Wish the app had a password option rather than having to confirm login through an email Everytime.

Finding it impossible to cancel!. My wife and I both have scanned through the app and the website trying to find a way to cancel. If there is a way they truly have it hidden.

Jack Tseng is unhelpful. Got a bottle of finasteride and it was open whenever I received. Asked customer support to send me a replacement bottle for free but jack tseng on a multiple occasions just keeps putting new orders instead of sending a replacement. Therefore I’m getting charged twice for a contaminated bottle and the replacement one that should’ve been given to me for free. He is very unhelpful.
