Apple scam!. I have charges from Apple that I never made so I looked up the number to call for a refund and was connected with a scammer who had me download this app and used it to look in my App Store, get passwords and steal$1,999 dollars from my bank account through Apple Pay by originally convincing me he was helping me get a refund. Now this isn’t something that would have happened to me in the past. But I had a stroke and brain damage from it which affected things like common sense etc.. We immediately hung up and called the bank and there is an investigation etc.. But the line attached to the phone number I called that day has been busy each time I tried to call them back(to mess with them) So hopefully that means they’ve either been caught or they shut down that particular scam(at least under that phone number) Just be careful with this app and any other screnmirroring app! It’s for your own good to take my advice.

Etsy review. I will NEVER NEVER EVER purchase anything from Etsy again!!! I’ve been trying to contact them to download my pictures I purchased for printing. I’ve been trying since I ordered them on October 30th 2023!!! Every time I try to login to my account it keeps saying that I have the wrong password! I try again and it STILL says that the password isn’t correct! I even put in a password that said, I hate Etsy with no spaces. Never works. They took my money right away but their customer service, via chat, was absolutely HORRIBLE! So now I have to count it a loss of money!!! It reduced me to tears. Been trying TODAY since 9 AM CST!!! Never never ever again again!

Scam app. Please don’t use this app. I was scammed by someone who took my call. They got into my phone, bank account and cash app. Please don’t download this app

Scam use. Called number to get help with iPhone14. Person I spoke with whom I thought was a help support team member for Apple asked me to download this app. He then asked me to open various screens which identified my name and Apple Pay so he could see last 4 digits of credit card. He then told me someone was trying to purchase cryptocurrency using my bank info. He asked me to look and see if I had seen alerts from my bank telling me of the attempts. When I opened my bank app, he could see last 4 digits of my bank accounts. When I questioned him what all this had to do with my iPhone issue, he abruptly hung up. Be careful what you are asked to open because they will see what you see!!!

Scammer app. This is a very risky application, so be extremely careful. Prime avenue for scammers. Had an almost identical experience with a scammer as in other review. While the intent of this app may be to help others. It seems it really helps the scammers, which in turn will only do harm.

Works Great. App worked great for my support issue. All of the one-star reviews seem to be from people that got scammed, and for some reason are blaming the app that the scammer used. I wonder if these people are giving Gmail one-star reviews just because a scammer emailed them at their Gmail account.

Etsy Scam. They had a fake Etsy customer service number I clicked it and they used this app to try to help but immediately go off the phone once they had access. I’m not sure what damages can be done but I deleted the app immdiately.

Scam. I wish I had read Sara’s review. I googled Fitbit to get my watch fixed and clicked on the first link. They answered Fitbit and had me get this app to help me remotely. DO NOT DO IT!!! They got my bank info, wallet info. I’m pretty savvy and thought it would never happen to me. Please be careful, I right away called my bank and think I nipped it in the bud, but I need to get new cards, new bank accounts and all new passwords to my apps. Not counting my paycheck info and people I pay.

Scam Apple support App. Scam alert!!!! I called the 877-652-5016 that I Googled to get support for my Apple account. The person picked up the phone claimed to be from Apple, yet using a aggressive tone and method to get me to download this app, so he can further assist me. Several red flags: 1. This goto support app doesn’t have any sign related to Apple 2. The person was very rude and talked in an authoritative tone when I brought my doubt, which is a typical scamming psychology strategy and nothing professional at all. 3. I quickly googled again this number and found the real Apple support number looks very similar to this one.

scam!!! scam!!! scam!!!. i gave it 5 stars to get your attention so you will not be a victim. it starts with a text message. it gives order number, amount and call if any questions. these people are from india. when you call they tell you info you have two amazon accounts and to download this app for further assistance. they tell you verify your address. don’t ever call. don’t ever download. if you want to scam the scammers then this is for you to have all sorts of fun.

Scary scam. So I called legal aide at 8045345243 and got a call back from 5102916307 the connection was bad so he called me back on 9108884140 and said he could help with my legal situation and started talking about helping me with getting refunded I was confused lol cause I’m tryna take Earls Credit Auto Dealership to court for their fraudulent services and this James guy tried to get me to download this app and good thing I saw the first comment SCAM cause I knew something wasn’t right

FITBIT SCAM. I’m usually one to detect scammers but I’ll admit - this guy sounded like he knew what he was talking about. ☹️ I was having problems with my FitBit, so I looked up the phone number to call customer service. The very first option that popped up on Google was an ad that said “fitbitcustomerservice” with a phone number attached. I should’ve looked further into it. I tapped the phone number and the man on the other end prompted me to download this Go To Resolve app so he can see my screen and direct me where to go on my Fitbit app. It’s sounds so stupid telling the story now lol. Anyway, now he sees my screen and is telling me to go to the App Store and type in the “verification key” on the gift card option. Once there was $$$ involved, I started to pick up on the fishyness, so I hung up and deleted the app. I really hope they don’t have access to anything personal 😭 I should’ve read the reviews before proceeding. The scam phone number is (866) 670-9717. You’ll see the real FitBit phone number on their website. Please don’t fall for the Fitbit customer service scam.

SCAM!!. DO NOT use this, I called them as listed Apple Support on the web browser, they continued to tell me that my account was being used in a different state and in order to fix the issue that I was originally calling about I had to download this app to screen mirror with them, and purchase a gift card on apple.com to confirm my identity, but reassuring me that it would get refunded afterwards! Thank god I am as cautious as I am, or this could have been very bad!! If anyone needs actual assistance from Apple support, the REAL number is 1-800-275-2273!

Scammers are using apps like this one. SCAM alert !!! bought something online and received a text saying that they had charged $537 from my account, which was way more than the item I purchased, they try to get you to download this app so it gives them control over your phone. don’t respond to the text. It’s fake, its a scam, they said that they had something to do with Amazon, The purchase had nothing to do with Amazon, red flag

My Amazon had an issue as you can see had been hacked because when I tried to verify it gave me an 800 number they told me to download this app try to get it to my cash app told me to go to my cash app and see if I see any purchases from Dayton Ohio I did not he got very rude with me. He asked me to send $253 but then he said they’re going to add the money from that and not mine my bank declined it because I keep my car lock and would not show him my cash app bank card number, this is getting out-of-control

SCAM. A scammer for cash app/Amazon claimed they were the tech support for helping me find my package. They told me my cash app was hacked and I needed to verify my information for the purchase to go through. They had me download this app and send me to a unsafe space where the hackers could see everything I was doing and they got me to send them $600+ promising to send it all back to me. Am I gullible? Yes but this app enabled these scammers to do their job without any security from this app. the phone # was (888) 986-6796 then they transferred me to +1 (866) 725-7408 and they were the SPONSORED by GOOGLE support for AMAZON. Be careful

Scam!!!. This man had me mirror my screen and tried to get into my Amazon account. He was seeing everything I was doing on my end. Do not trust this developer on this app. Do not trust!!!!! the only reason why I’m putting one star is because I have to submit this review when you Google Amazon customer service it’s the first link there don’t do it

Scam. Kinda stinks because I thought I would never be the one to fall for it. Seems like this app could do some good for its legitimate use, but looks like it’s been mainly used for scams. I thought it was Best Buy Geek Squad and I caught on when they told me my dryer was “irreparable” and started asking for a place they could do an instant transfer. Please use caution!!!

Scam. It was a scam call saying someone was trying to use my Amazon acct. I got an email from aol address and they said it was from the government. Do not use this app.
