this app has never worked. doesnt work

Do not recommend. This app lets me turn the TV off but it won’t let me turn it on, please update the app, thank you.

Says device is already paired but won’t show up under manage. SERIOUSLY PIONEER!!!! How could you make an app that is such hot garbage. Have the PN50-751-24d model and not only did the remote stop working 2 weeks after I bought it but this app doesn’t work either. Only purchase all pioneer and Sony, done, Sorry I strayed Sony! Sony never gives me issues, not to mention pioneer, you have a 2 STAR RATING ON THIS APP, someone pay attention

Couldn’t Pair. Downloaded the app and followed all the instructions. Made sure that everything was on the internet and everything was good. Then I searched for my Xumo device… and low and behold there was no device to be found. I was exactly 12” from the xumo box holding my phone… no device found, try again (over and over). I made sure xumo was good for networking in my settings. Still couldn’t pair. Had to delete the app before I even used it. Don’t advertise that this works if it doesn’t.

NOT working properly. Great idea, but several problems; it wont pair with more than one device, and the one device it is paired with continually shows a “please allow xumo to connect to network” screen and wont allow user to use power button. Also, it just stops working sometimes and I have to unpair it and the pair again.

Gave it a chance. Regret that I did. Useless. Won’t pair with device after hours of trying.

1st impression. Stopped working on Xumo tv. What’s up?

Fix it. Doesn’t let me do anything anymore please fix it

Does nothing. It controls nothing at all not one button works on it.

Never works. 6 months of a useless app.

Pairing. The app was working fine then it just stopped working. When it stopped working I deleted the app and downloaded it again but now it will not pair with my phone. It says the device is already paired but it isn't. Also, the app won't allow me to pair multiple devices for the same tv. My kids share a room and want to download the app on each of their devices but it won't allow us to pair the other devices. The actual remote broke and no longer works so we need the app. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Remote works. It works now (no this not a paid ad but i should get paid for writing this review 🤌🏾) but it works I went to test it out on my tv and it did great

Won’t connect. Terrible. And I’m kinda techie… The Roku (iPhone) app controls my Roku express no problem. Brainless. Easy. And it accesses the Spectrum TV app and the cloud DVR no problem. The regular Xumo remote works fine, but the iPhone app will NOT connect to the Xumo box at all. Very frustrating. Roku got it right. This app, not even “remotely” close. Does anyone at Spectrum pay attention to these reviews or care at all?

Fix please. Yeah, we broke the phone that the remote was paired to now we can’t pair another remote at all and I’m just trying to turn the volume down. We can’t watch TV late hours anymore because we have no way to turn the volume down because another device will not pair

Doesn’t work !!!. App lets you connect, but can’t tap any buttons because nothing works

App doesn’t work. You can detect and connect to your TV, but the app will spit out error messages when you try to do anything.
