Trash app. My ride said it was 30 mins away then it drop down to 20 mins and stayed on 20mins for about 10. It said 10 mins away but looking at the map the further away then they were before and I booked my ride 40 mins in advance to make it to work which only 5min away driving smh terrible

It always changes my location. I am disappointed because every time I try it changes my location and I have to walk so much to get it. If it’s not that it cancels my drive because they can’t find me because of that same reason. I really hate the map they use because it changes the location.

Every Thing hidden until AFTER one signs up.. Pig in a poke. The help link is disconnected. One has to register to find out if it works much less how it works

Not usable. This app is not functional in the slightest. You put the stations that you want to leave and go to but it constantly says it’s busy or can’t find routes. It’s like officials don’t want this service to be used by having certain methods of getting information or getting a ticket as hard as possible.

Fix bugs!. So it’s a good ride service but when they pick me up they don’t ever pick me up at my location I have to walk like 10 minutes in the heat! Idk fix it please to where u can put in the actual place ur at

Terrible Service & Drivers. They will have you pick a time to be picked up but you will be standing outside 20 more mins added onto your time!!

They’re literally the worst. The drivers are rude and unprofessional, they raised their prices but still have the same crappy service, their customer service reps are never any help, and the vans always smell horrible.

Unable to book the ride. Hi , from the couple of week i am facing a problem like i am unable to book a ride it is showing a error message as we cant come to you places please change the different street .. before this issue gozone used to come to pick me up from the same area !! But now it is showing like chose the other area .. and also the app is working on one day and it is showing error message ok other day .. Idont know wat happen to the gozone app in recent day !! We as students are worried about this issue !! Because we love traveling in GoZone. 😊

Worst service ever!!. I have had some of the worst service ever using this app!! Takes forever to get a ride and when it says its 5 mins away and then pops up 20mins instead! BRING BACK THE BUSES NOW!!! Riding Uber or Lyft is much less complicated than taking GoZone

5 Star Reviews are FAKE!. Out of state license plate? Like to blow throw stop signs? Side swipe people? Park crooked over multiple parking spaces? Text and drive? Come drive for GoZone! Between the time when I almost got side duped by one of their drivers to the time I nearly got t-boned because another driver decided they didn’t need to stop at the stop sign, I am less than impressed and will go with any other ride service. Thanks for making the cars so recognizable so I know which ones to be careful of grossly negligent driving. Seriously! Hire better drivers or don’t even bother. Uber, Lyft, or any other service is better than this. Don’t support this service.

Bring back bus service. Who ever came up with the idea to replace the bus service with this should be beyond fired

No regional option?. Really useless if you can’t purchase a regional fare. Waste of time.

Horrible service. The price is really affordable which I really like, but the drivers on this app more then half of the time are rude. And almost always late which is understandable but there’s never any notifications or something to let us know that.

Drivers have no respect. They be on their phone and making me and other riders late

They will leave you stranded!. They expect you to know where you need to get picked up at and although they have a number for you to contact the driver, the driver may or may not pick up the phone call. Me & a couple of people I know have been left stranded time after time while using this mediocre app. They will take their time & pick up/drop off passengers who came after you so, I don’t think it’s worth the pain.

Worst app to ever exist. Their service is horrible and they can’t even update the distance of their drivers. I waited for my driver for almost 20 minutes when they were supposed to arrive in 2 minutes. The app didn’t even update that the time changed to 10 minutes so I was waiting there with a heavy load of things in my hands. If not for the driver dropping me off before I was late to my appointment at the doctor.

You guys are GREAT!. But you need to put the (Go Zone Pass) As a payment option.

Terrible.. Drivers are incompetent, fee has been increased to 1.25, they’re charging a cancellation fee now and yet they still won’t even drop/pick up riders at the proper area. Not worth having to deal with all these problems. Just take an Uber or Lyft.

5 am rides are hard to get. If you’d like to catch the 5:30 am train and are trying to get a gozone to the station, id spend some time praying the night before😂 its not likely to happen. I sign in to the app at 5 am, get picked up at 5:30 am, make it to the train by 5:50, make it to Lewisville at 6, have to wait another 20 min for another gozone to work, usually can make it to work by 7 am. Cannot use gozone before 5 am and many times the app denies a ride first thing in the morning because everyone is trying to get a ride at that time. Its faster for me to walk almost 2 miles to the station starting at about 4:45 am from my apt, get the 5:30 train, the walk to work from the Hebron station. I get a good 3 miles of walking in before the work day starts but its faster than gozone. The drivers are super nice though

Wait time for rides are too long…. The app and service are amazing and I think DCTA ha done a great thing with this service, but… The wait time to get a ride is abysmal. After you book your ride a ETA pops up but not once has it ever been correct. I waited an hour and a half for a 15 minute ride because the driver sat in a quick trip parking lot. I still enjoy the service and I’m gonna keep using it, but it’s annoying when you have to order a ride 2 and half hours in advance because your 10-20minute ride isn’t actually on time.

Honest Review. I never write reviews but this service is not the most helpful other than the cheap price you will not get to your destination on time it takes forever to pick you up it’s very crowded unless you are not in a rush and don’t mind lots of people you will be satisfied but if you are the opposite DON’T BOOK

Unreliable. Almost never works and seats are always taken

This is the worst. I’d rather spend the $ for an Uber. I tried this 2 times ! The first one I placed a request for a drive 15 min ahead of time to get to where I needed to go. The app said the driver was 5 min away and then out of nowhere it said it was 15 min away. I waited and it got down to two min away and went back up to 20 min! I called and the driver said he was on his way. The second time I thought it was going to be super smooth but NOOO! This man literally took me to the wrong location and said it was my fault and that I put the address wrong. I showed him my phone on the app where it said I needed to be dropped off and he was super rude and said he didn’t know how to get there. He told me that I had to direct him how to get there through my phone. He kept looking at his phone while driving and I swear to god we almost crashed. I placed the request for a ride at 3;45 pm and got to my location at 4:50 pm. This place was literally on 7 mins away.

WORST APP EVER. Terrible drivers, terrible user interface, DO NOT USE if you have somewhere to be on time. DO NOT USE THIS APP YOU WILL REGRET IT.

DRIVERS RUDE!!. After attempting to use the app for a second time, the driver is 10-15mins late and when asked about it, and insist I take it up with management about the issue inappropriately.

You truly get what you pay for.. The only advantage of this service is that it’s dirt cheap and it clearly shows. Drivers take forever to pick you up and they take you on detours instead of the most efficient route. Train the drivers so that they know the streets in Denton by memory (like most traditional taxi services would require) and hire more drivers. In my experience, only one person seems to know what they’re doing.

Smelly Rides. Your Drivers Smell horrible they smell like marijuana and cigarettes and booty. Please take a show you dirty black people

Takes an hour to get a ride. Disappointed with the service. Can never find a ride in the morning. Take like an hour to book one. And even the ETA keeps on changing drastically.

Getting Worse. It’s hard to pinpoint the exact reason as to why this once decent service has gotten worse in the past few months. As an active GoZone user for work and school I have seen a severe decline in the consistently of this service. It is especially upsetting considering the fact that this service replaced many bus routes and bus hours, a service that may not have been the most eco-friendly, but was at least a consistent service for the riders who depended upon it. I am unsure if there is a sudden lack of drivers, a lapse in the hiring process for driving tests and knowledge of the city, or the terrible GPS system all these drivers are succumbed to using, but to get to anywhere you need to go in under 45 minutes is impossible. It was not always this way, there use to be more time options every ride, but recently you are lucky if your wait time is under 20 minutes. IF the app can actually book your requested ride (high volume requested affects the ability to successfully book a ride) you then can guarantee another 10-20 minutes will be added to your ETA. the ETA is a joke. Once in the car expect to sit in the car for about another 20-30 minutes to go any trip less than 2 miles. Booking a trip longer than that? Sit tight because you will easily be a decoration in the car before you get to your destination. Let’s put our money into more eco friendly busses to match our Keeping Denton Green initiative instead of this hack 3rd party corporation that makes money off low income riders who have deadlines to meet. Lastly do not depend on customer service to back their words. I have had three lovely conversations with GoZone customer service representatives where in the end all promised me refunds for rides, which I have never received. When finally calling to file a complaint I was put on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up cause I just didn’t want to play this game for a $1.50 service. Whatever I’m done with my rant this service is not going anywhere but be WARY.

Not happy with the drivers attitude.. Besides this app being very affordable, they are some cons to it. Most of the drivers are very mean and rude. You guys need to work on training your drivers. Also, if a destination is three minutes away, drop the passenger instead of taking the passenger to pick up another passenger when their destination was just three minutes away. My major issue is the drivers. Last weekend, I had the worst driver ever. The map took me to a wrong address and my driver was so mean and left me in a place I didn’t know. I explained to him but he told me to get out of the car. Mind you, there was no other passenger in the car so he could have been nice enough to let me change my address to the right one. You guys need to do better. Honestly would rather spend money on Uber and be treated right than spend little money and be disrespected.

Lots of issues. There are so many issues with this service. The only upside is the price. I have tried to make it on time to multiple appointments and have even booked an hour and 30 in advance to just make it early!! Sometimes we don’t even get there at the desired time. These drivers aren’t trained, drive recklessly, and are sometimes so rude to passengers. The app will have the driver drive around where you were picked up for 30 minutes picking up and dropping off people and circle around your drop off to pickup people and then drive 5 miles away from your drop off, only to take some long loop around and go back to your drop off, where if you’re lucky, they will drop you off half a mile away from your destination. The 5 star reviews have to be fake. I wouldn’t ever use this service in a time of emergency or to go to anything scheduled. I literally DREAD using this service and only use it reluctantly because it’s cheap and my options are limited. The wait times are never accurate and sometimes you’ll take an hour and a half to make an 8 minute drive. The app is severely flawed and just about any nutcase can be a driver. This is crazy. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you have NO OTHER OPTION.

No Longer Even Worth The Trouble. I downloaded Go Zone after a friend at my college told me it was a 75 cent riding app that took you from Point A to Point B (similar to Uber, but unlike Uber they don’t take you exactly to where you need to be dropped off at but close enough to where I don’t complain.) I downloaded it and despite the rude drivers, horrible smelling cars, numerous pick ups and drop offs, and unfollowed directions, I didn’t complain much about it. However, they have now raised their prices. Instead of 75 cents being the base fee, it’s now $1.25 base fee. That’s not all. If you need to get somewhere that’s over 4 miles, they will charge you an additional 50 cents per mile (capped at $5.) On top of that you now have to pay an additional $1.50 for plus ones, and all of this is starting in January 2023. IT IS SERIOUSLY NOT WORTH IT! It would be better to just take a Lyft or an Uber. At least then you get where you need to go exactly and if you get a rude driver or someone who cancels on your ride, you get your money back. Plus you don’t have to deal with the numerous stops to pick up and drop off people. At this point, a bus would be ten times better than this.

Go zone get 5 stars. Love their drivers, very professional & dependable!

ETA Wrong. To begin it is very difficult to get a ride bucked during rush hour time, both morning and afternoon. When you do get a ride, it’s eta is never on time. This causes people to be late and it’s a hassle.
