Bojangles Restaurant Comments & Reviews 2026

Owen drive store.. Love going here in the morning for breakfast ❤️ I know sometimes it can be busy and it could take longer then normal but there is a drive thru full of cars and to-go orders and the long line for dine in.. so please be patient with the lady taking orders.. yesterday I came in and this guy was being so rude with the lady she was short staff and she was taking orders filling orders and helping with the window… he basically threw his chicken biscuit at the lady.. I wouldn’t had served him and asked him to leave… but all in all this place is a great place to stop in and grab a bite to eat…

Charging a fee to order. I give this app one star. Not only have I had bad experiences ordering in the past, but now they were trying to charge me a 50 cents fee to place the order using the app. I’m saving you guys the time and energy of having to take my order and you have the nerve to charge me a fee to place it using my phone! I’ll go to one of the many other fast food places that have better rewards in place and never charge me extra to order using my phone.

Can’t register. I’ve tried everything I can think of to work around the problem, but nothing works. I can use the app, navigating around the menus and adding food to order works just fine. I am however completely unable to create an account to actually order the food. Quick sign up with Google or Apple prompts me to enter a valid phone number when I enter my phone number even after completing the text verification. The regular signup form prompts me with an alert message with no informational text whatsoever. I can’t sign up for an account. idk

Cold Food, Long Wait. I pulled up to the curbside pickup sign and notified them that I was here. I waited a good 6 minutes, then a message popped up on the app saying to call the store. I called and had to tell them what my order was. 5 minutes later, a taping man approaches my car and hands me my food. The fries were dang near frozen with 200 pounds of salt on them. And the sandwich was hella cold on a very cold but, as if it were in a refrigerator. I could take the cheese off easily, like it was plastic…nothing melted or hot. My drink had so much ice in it that my straw wouldn’t even go in. They did not get my order right at all. Needless to say, I had to wait Another 5 minutes for hot fries. I am livid! Terrible service! I will say the employee that brought my food was kind. I won’t be doing this again and I won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. My $10 wasted for sure! #HeadedToEastCoast across the street!

Simple and Easy. I found the app simple to navigate and to order the items and to understand what was being ordered. I loved the icon of the chicken head, giving that great marketing touch. My only recommendation is for a connection to Apple Pay. That way you can choose from your various cards, you may have in your wallet.

Just because everyone else has an app doesnt mean you need one. Placed my order through the app, it took my money no problem. I show up to the restaurant and my ticket is just, not coming through. The manager explains this is a known issue and that it might just not show up. That’s 20$ i can’t even get a refund on! They took pity on me and made my order anyway… but I don’t understand why you would even bother having an app that has such a big problem. That’s a pretty big gamble. Serves me right, I should have suspected something would go wrong when the UI was so clunky. Don’t risk it, just order at the store.

Glitchy/ Not worth the hassle. Super frustrating to use the app while checking out- I had to put my card number in multiple times just to be told repeatedly that the pickup time I selected was too soon (it was 45 mins out…) or that the make of my vehicle wasn’t filled in properly (had to spell out Chevrolet, instead of it accepting “Chevy”). None of these errors were visible from the main checkout screen, only when attempting to pay did it kick me out and I had to figure them out for myself. Could be better.

So much easier on app. It was easier to order on app and confirmed to get it before leaving home, tried a previous night and they refused to sell or drop chicken cuz they didn’t have enough and even after I ordered online they gave me mash potatoes instead of Cole slaw without asking through app or phone if that was ok…like u can on door dash, and that was very upsetting for my mother…but still overall quick and food was great!

One of the best Bojangles i’ve ever had a chance eat at.. This Bojangles always has my dad and myself a ham biscuit ready as long as I get to the drive through window before 10pm. Even then they will come up with something for the of us to eat. Thanks for the extra work it takes when it comes to me always being late.

Curb side pickup. It's a joke I still have to go in and get it. I was told this because they don't know I'm out there even if it comes up on their screen because it isn't an audio alert. Here are a few suggestions 1. The person who prepares the Order verbally tell the cashier hey this is a curbside pick up so be on the lookout for that I'm here notification 2 the person handing out food out of the window can see my car there in the pickup maybe this should be a signal hmmm maybe there is an order over on the counter let me go check 3 the cashier has plain view of the food sitting there with a receipt saying it's curbside pickup maybe walk over there and LOOK! And say to yourself oh we have a curbside pickup I need to be watching for their I'm here prompt I order curbside pickup for the convenience I'm working I need to get back to it. If you can't do it right don't offer the service

Flawed. My first order was fine. I decided to use it a second time and had difficulty getting my order. The dasher had the details but the store claim no order came through. I found that strange since I used this app not door dash so they definitely should have had the order. I’m freaking out because I had no way to complain because there is no support option on the app. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get my funds back since I used Bojangles app and not door dash. Thankfully the store prepared my meal and the THIRD dasher was patient and successful at getting and delivering my food. The fact that this could have been an issue with no way to complain and/or get my money back was an issue. Please add a support option for technical issues or issues in general.

Could not load shopping basket. I just get the could not load shopping basket error over and over (with an unhelpful “try again” button) with no explanation what’s wrong. After I try again, if it still fails, I need more info, not an infinite loop. When it used to work, bizarrely, the checkin feature IS IN YOUR EMAIL, not in the app. I sat for a while in the pick-up spot before finally checking email. Even then, after checking in via the emailed link, it took longer for someone to come out and check that I was an online order (not to give me food; just to see if I ordered online) than it took for two other cars to order and get food from the drive-in. Not a well-oiled machine… yet?

Worst Fast Food App?. Every time I try to use this app I get a headache. Bojangles has already gotten pretty expensive to the point that I have stopped going as much. Every once in a while I will get a promotion for a deal in the app to use. Every single time I try to use a deal, it doesn’t work. The employees never know these deals ever exist either. Even when I want to try a LTO item, the app says that the item doesn’t exist when I try to add to cart. I end up giving up after trying to give the app a chance again.

Best practices. It’s was late by the time we’d gotten home the entire pree de r had been poorly prepared instead of fresh food we’d had realised once home that much of it wasn’t fresh or feel the right thing to do after spending a significant amount on a tailgate had put a call into another store where the manager had replaced our meal and was able to pick up the best customer service and had dealt with us with the highest regard and goes a long way in the food industry as it’s a choice to act accordingly and Nancy gave us quality and professionalism and had to shed light on a wrong being righted and her attitude was above what we expected much love and loyalty to her!!! Thank you

Useless app. No reason to even use the app. The only options are curbside pickup and in store. I got to the drive thru speaker, told em I was here (Bc although the app says to call the store to tell them you’re there, nobody picks up) and they told me to park at the curbside spot. I parked and made note of my position in the drive thru line. 3 cars behind me got their orders and drove off. It already takes long enough for 1 car’s order to be done due to the quality of Bojangles so 3 CARS behind me getting their orders first means that I ended up spending ~35 minutes waiting. This was at 8:15am. I just got off a night shift and I needed to hurry home to sleep for my next night shift at 7pm the same day. Thanks Bojangles for giving me less sleep. Better off going through the drive thru.

Food was delicious but service very poor!!!!. I was happy to see the new Bojangles on Chestnut Street because it is closer to my resident, but I don’t want to go there again. I went thru the drive in and they got my order wrong. I went inside, spent 30 minutes trying to get my order corrected, finally I ask for the manager. He had a bad attitude and just threw my order on the counter without even an apology. His response let me know he was a very prejudice person. I refuse to spend my hard earn money where I am not respected and appreciated!

Needs applepay and better organization. What app in 2024 doesn’t have Apple Pay? It’s this one. Anyone have any idea how hard it is to type in your card number while driving 85 on interstate 95? Also the order of the food in each section is in a bazaar order. I suggest making a section for just “breakfast” then put popular breakfast items in there and separating them by combo or just biscuit. McDonald’s actually has you just picking the biscuit then click make it a combo. Just some food for thought

Finally, some good ****ing food. Went here a while ago, got a big family varied meal, was perfect. Ordered again, perfect again. The sauces werent offensive, complimented the Tenders without drowning theyre flavor, biscuits dont crumble and are soft and delicate, tenders cooked perfectly, fries not too soggy or burnt. And the price, perfect for what a meal should be for one, shame inflation might be hurtin them, idve payed a bit more!

Slow with cold food. I ordered through the app for curbside pick up. We arrived and when I checked in on the app a pop-up said to call the store. I called. They said they were working on our order and would be out shortly. 20 minutes went by so I went inside to see what the issue was only to be told they were out of biscuits but they would be out of the oven in 2 minutes. Had they mentioned this when I called I would have changed my order. So I waited for them to bag my hot biscuits and went to the car. 2 of the 3 biscuits we ordered were cold. Very disappointed in the service and the food.

Cannot login after update. Updated app to latest version & now cannot login. I have tried several times. Message says “there was an error logging you in. The error has been logged”. Tried using forgot password. When I enter email to reset, message says “undefined”. I have an iPhone 11 so should not be an issue to update. Also, received by email 2 sets of coupons 2 different times in the last month. Not valid in locations in my state of KY or surrounding states of TN or AL. As with other reviews, customer service was useless. I contacted them asking what states coupons were valid, no response. Contacted them a second time finally got a response of re-send your request & state a specific location. And know, only valid at participating locations. Again, would like to know what states are the participating locations to use the coupons.

Doesn’t allow me to create mobile order. Months ago, I ordered thru the mobile app & picked my food up, in store & at the drive thru. But lately, I cannot add anything to my cart, an error message “dismiss” appears & it takes me back to the menu. Ive tried ordering different items, different times of the day.. but nothing is working. 🫤

Need new functionality in the app. I have been able to place and complete two orders. I have attempted to place orders 5 other times with no success. I’m assuming not all locations accept mobile orders but the app needs to indicate that. I spent all this time trying to place an order and it was for nothing. I have also had coupons on the app and could not use for reasons unknown to me. I was able to edit my sandwich for the two orders I could complete. I was not able to edit my sandwich today.

Cumbersome app. I ordered their potato rounds in a family meal, but they weren’t available. I wasn’t able to modify the family meal to replace them with a different side. Instead, I had to delete it and start my order completely over. So the second go around, I ordered double fries, since you get two sides with the meal. But when I went to check out, it kept telling me that I at had to add another side. when I went to add another side, it told me I had already reached the max number of sides, because I had selected two of the french fries. I was unable to order double fries. Instead, I had to choose another side that I didn’t really want. The app makes you order two distinct side items, so it doesn’t work that way if you order in the store. Also, when I created the account, sign up through Apple so I wouldn’t have to type in all my data but the app kept telling me that my phone number was invalid. I ended up having to type in all my data, including my phone number, which is accepted that way. All in all, an annoying experience.

It’s not the easiest app to maneuver.. I really like everything about this app with the exception of maneuvering through it. Checking out can be a little bit of a hassle because you don’t know exactly where all the options are. I think you have to hit a drop-down menu, and then the options will appear, otherwise it looks good, nicely designed. I just wish it was a little bit more easier to order online.

Mobile order. My husband and I placed separate mobile orders at this Bojangles. This was our 1st time here and most likely our last! The app said to pick up inside or through the drive thru. We went through the drive thru to pick up our orders and were told that we have to come inside. We explained that the app states to pick up inside or through the drive thru. The employee said her manager said we had to come inside so they could see confirmation of orders. So we went inside and stood in line to show confirmation emails and Dana the manager was very rude and said she only had my husbands slip and not mine. I showed her my email and she insisted she couldn’t do the order without the slip that was supposed to print out for her. She was very rude and continued to embarrass us in front of several employees and customers! She finally had the sandwich made, and handed it to me without a thank you, or apology. It was not our fault the slip did not print out! Needless to say this was not a good first experience at this Bojangles!!

Terrible. This app is terrible. It doesn't give you an order number so if there is a problem you have no number to reference to get a refund. It will let you order items the local store doesn't even sell and it will pop up a small error window that doesn't tell you what the problem is. Then it will charge your credit card and you won't find out what the problem is until you get to the store and they have to ask you what else you want cause they don't have that and then you have to wait for them to fix something else.

Extra fee added for what?. I used to love the app because it’s very convenient and easy until I started realizing that I was getting charged more than my total. Just before checkout, I would see the itemized prices plus the amount of tax and a final amount due. When I go to checkout it would be more than my total. Where is the added fee coming from? I went ahead and completed the order thinking maybe I wouldn’t be charge that amt especially without explanation but I was. I go to the summary in the app and it shows EVERYTHING except the total amount. I can see parts of the top of it but it is cut off and won’t allow me to raise it so that you can see. What is that about?

I have never deleted an app so fast. There is nothing positive I can say about the UX of this app. It’s clunky, unintuitive, and virtually useless. (Caveat - specifically for my immediate geographic region). First off, why can’t I see a food menu from the home page? Second, the only option to order is pick up or delivery. Pick up should not be An option if none of the thirty stores around me offer pickup. It’s a waste of my time. There is too much delay in jumping from one menu to another. Why can’t I pay in the app? Monetize the app. Also, the bottom menus are extremely poor. Lastly, put a menu button on the screen to allow for self navigation through the app.

Disappointed. I do not recommend this app. Difficult to customize and lacks many of the features other restaurant apps have. I place an order on the app for a salad that I’ve gotten several times in the past and paid for my purchase. As I was leaving to get it I received a phone call from the restaurant saying they no longer serve salads. I searched through the app trying to find a way to cancel my order but didn’t find it. The store said they couldn’t cancel the order or refund my money. I did send a comment through the app requesting a refund and a call back but I’ve received neither. I’ve also gone online and placed another comment still I’ve gotten no response. I hoped that maybe the purchase wouldn’t post but it has and I’m now out $8.09! I’m beginning to wonder if they will ever respond or refund my money. The app should at the very least have a way to cancel an order. It would also be nice if you couldn’t order items that aren’t available at a particular location. I’m ditching the app and if I don’t get a refund I’ve eaten at BoJangle’s for the last time!

I love Bojangles! But their app…. I cannot choose drive thru on the app. Forced me to use curbside pickup or walk in only now. I also must wait five mins to use curbside and I do not have five minutes to give. Also I cannot choose lite ice or no ice for my drinks. That’s also a nuisance as not everyone likes a lot of ice and some don’t want it at all. As for their food! It’s incredible! I’ll make it five stars once the app is fixed up properly and gives us options and choices.

Would be good for large orders. Would be nice if there were coupons or exclusive app deals. My local location doesn’t get very busy when I seem to go, so I don’t have much need for the app. Would also be nice if the drive-thru were a pick-up option. My store doesn’t offer curbside pickup, unfortunately.

Curbside pickup???. I’m sitting in my car as I type this review. I placed an online order and requested that it be brought out to my car when it was ready. I’m currently sitting in the #1 curbside pickup parking spot where I have been waiting for the last 30 minutes. I would go somewhere else but I already paid and I have no idea how to cancel my order and get a refund. I would expect something like this to happen at a Popeye’s but never at a Bojangles.

Should remove your APP!!. Placed an order on the APP for Curbside Pickup but arrived 20 minutes before the time selected. Used the I’m here feature upon arrival. Waited 20 minutes for the food to come to me and it never did. Because it was now past the selected time, I stopped an employee who was leaving and inquired about my order. I was told that I had to go inside to get it, even though I selected Curbside Pickup. Angrily went inside only to discover that the staff was waiting for DoorDash to pick it up!!! The manager explained that if you didn’t read the customer receipt, you wouldn’t know whether it was DoorDash or Curbside. Now I ask you, Who should be reading the receipt to know what to do??? That’s right…THE STAFF!!!!! Needless to say, the food was ICE COLD when I arrived home and to add insult to injury, there were no utensils to eat Biscuits and Gravy!! My home is being remodeled and I had no means of reheating!! At least the dog seemed to enjoy it, but then again, she licks her hind end! I will be contacting someone about a refund!!

Bad app support. Inaccurate info displaying free items but when checking out discounts are not applied seems to be a bug in the system because multiple people have told me that it does not work as well as bugs with adding payment info as if it adds the card but never displays it being added

Never again. I have not been to this location in a couple of years but since I work right beside it, I decided to go here for breakfast before work. I placed my order on the app so I wouldn’t have to wait. I had a 6 minute ETA so I pulled into the pickup parking space and checked in. No one came out so I went on the inside to pick up. I waited a few minutes before being told there would be a 6 minute wait on Bo-rounds. At this point, I’m now late for work because the food was not ready at the time given and I had to wait even LONGER for them to fix it when I arrived. So unacceptable and unprofessional. Definitely a last visit

Dont order delivery. I ordered delivery and paid all fees. The order did not contain my full order. The manager said there’s nothing he could do and would not issue me a credit or have the item delivered. He told me take it up with DoorDash. I ordered directly through Bojangles not door dash. So they don’t have to be held accountable for any missing items and can just pick what to put in your order and you have no choice but to put up with inefficiency and workers who can’t count the items in a bag. But you still have to pay for it. Got it. Don’t order from Bojangles

Online menu. Don’t list items and have them available to choose from if they are not available during that period of time in the day! It’s frustrating enough ordering online, but then having to go back and change the order after the app notified you that it is not available right now. Also needs to have a place to put 1/2 sweet tea and 1/2 unsweetened tea. Otherwise not a bad experience.

What’s the point?. The app is easy to use. Too easy. But since the lobby is closed, you get there and have to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to pick up your food that you already paid for. I do not want to wait for 30 minutes for any “fast” food. I mean, c’mon. Surely there is a way for the restaurant to click a button that would tell the app “oh, by the way, this lobby is closed,” so that you could decide BEFORE you pay that you don’t want to order. Here I am, sitting in this drive-thru for 30 minutes already waiting for my food that had an estimated “ready” time of 5 minutes. But I can’t leave because I already paid and I can’t cancel the order and I’m stuck. Ridiculous!

Awful Experience. I put in an online order, came through the drive thru, and was rudely told to come inside to pick up my order. Like why can’t you pick up an app order in the drive thru? So I go inside and an ask for my order. They said they never received it. I was accused of putting my order at the wrong store, wrong date, wrong time. So I showed them my order on my phone and that I paid for it (I had put in the correct store, date and time). So then I got told it’s not their fault they didn’t receive it, that a third party handles that. So I got no food and I’m out of money. No effort whatsoever to make it right. Awful customer service at this location!

If I could place negative star I would. I placed my first ever order at College Drive in Dalton Ga about 5:30 pm yesterday to pickup at 7:15. I arrived and checked in through the app. I waited about 5 minutes and went in and they didn’t know about my order. A clerk plugged in a monitor behind a counter and ask my name and they found it. But they didn’t have any chicken cooked. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else and there was no way to get a refund from the app. I ended up waiting a full 45 minutes to get my order filled then got home and all the sides were wrong. I have deleted this app

Doesn’t retain order history. If you use another app after completing and paying for an order, but before checking in for a curbside pickup, the app resets and no longer displays the check-in button. It also doesn’t save past orders in the Order History area, even the next day or week later. Both of these issue occurred although I do have an account signed in. Fortunately the receipt includes a check-in link, so if you do have a login and a registered email to receive it at, you still can. But I would not risk it otherwise.

Put my town on the map!!!!. Writing to whom it may concern, Creedmoor, NC I love love love Bojangles… but unfortunately I can never redeem my offers bc pickup isn’t available ANYWHERE close to where I live or work. Every Bojangles location should have the opportunity to use these rewards. Especially with gas prices like they are! Nor can I pickup dinner for my family and bring it home bc it would be cold even if I used my hot bags. This I know bc I’m a top DoorDasher with one of the highest ratings. Which gives me top priority on orders. I’m also a Spark delivery driver delivering for Walmart, Sam’s Club & Advance Auto Parts stores. I would greatly appreciate it if this could be fixed so I could sit down in my home and eat dinner with my family and friends. Thank you in advance!!! Very loyal customer since 1993, Janell Creedmoor, NC *** Durham, NC Roxboro, NC Henderson, NC

Largely pointless currently.. There’s not much of a point in ordering ahead if you’re still required to wait in line since lobbies are closed. Of course, I don’t begrudge them for choosing to keep them closed, it just defeats the purpose of this app. OR if you’re waiting in a 15 minute plus line and the order still isn’t ready, despite being placed 30 minutes prior to arriving at the drive thru window. Also, it seems some things are missing on the menu, and some menu items lack full options, such as being able to Bo Size a combo.

Pretty disappointed. I have 10 Bojangles within 10 miles of where I live in Raleigh, NC. None of them are “accepting orders at this time” (at4:25pm) Did I download this app too early?? Aren’t any of them utilizing this feature yet? I can’t even use the app to look at specials the stores might have or even prices. Pretty disappointed. Oh…and I hate the fact that I have to select a location as a “favorite” before it even lets me try to order something from there…not that that’s working.

Terrible service. Placed a curbside pickup order. Parked in the designated parking and watched 3 employees look out from inside the restaurant out towards me. Then walk away from the window. Finally got out of the car and went inside to be told that their tablet was broken and they didn’t know a curbside order had been placed. Keep in mind they had my order in a bag with a receipt stuck to it that said “curbside” clearly at the top of the receipt. Manager passes through during all of this and never asked what was going on or anything. Just walked back to the back of the restaurant. I will and I suggest you too avoid the Bojangles at 11 hwy 17 in Supply,NC.

Broken in so many ways it could be illegal. Horribly busted, clearly has never been put through any kind of quality assurance check. Easier to just list them though: -can’t opt out of emails, attempting to deselect the (by default on) marketing emails option, the checkbox checks itself again within two seconds while you’re still on the page. Legally, this is required to function. But if they can’t even bother with the bare minimum legally required of them, you can’t expect the rest of the app to function much better -multiple screens where attempting to go back to the previous screen flat out doesn’t work; you’ll hit back and it’ll make an animation like it’s going back, but you’ll be on the same page. -the banners at the top of the app don’t function when you click on them, including the one where it asks you to pick your favorite location -offers don’t appear at all, it’s just an empty page. could be linked to the prior issue, but it’s a big enough problem to list separately.

Terrible App. I tried to dine in this morning, however the store isn’t open for eating in. So then I tried to place a mobile order for the drive thru. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t give you “drive thru” as an option - only dine in (which obviously isn’t possible since their doors are locked) or curbside pick up. I asked at the drive thru speaker which option I should select. They told me to pull around and told me just to select curbside. Then they told me it would take 5 minutes for the mobile order to show up on their screen before they could complete my order. So if you want people to use your mobile app, perhaps you should consider making it a bit more user friendly.

Management needs to be watching. Walked in to the store several employees in the store, no one acknowledged us. While we ordered on line, I would think one would at least be acknowledged. Another customer came in behind me to order, she wasn't acknowledged either. One of the employee (who appeared to be the only one working) commented "I don't understand why everyone is going in break. customers waiting". Finally another person came from back in the kitchen & said something to the abv employee & this employee told her she just needed some help on the line. The person walked over & took the customers order that came in after me. The employee (one that was working) asked did we have a door dash, and I said no we did our orders on line. My husbands order was behind the counter, but mine was still on the printer. Sad that so many employees can be on the clock & only a select few working.

Horrible service from every restaurant I’ve ordered from through this app. Horrible service from every restaurant I’ve ordered from through this app. It’s almost like they don’t even look at the order until you show up and tell them you ordered. Not sure why there’s a wait time to pickup they don’t start packing it until you show up. My daughter currently has been waiting over an hour for an order I placed on this app and the store has their phone turned off. I would write it off as a bad day but every time I order from it it’s a disaster. I blame horrible management, even when I go in without the app the waits are long and more times than not the order is wrong. What’s frustrating is my kids love their food so I have to continue to deal with this.

Food is delicious App needs work!. I downloaded app to order a meal to pick up on my way home from work. Scheduled my pick up time, but got off work earlier than expected. I canceled original order, and had to reorder for an earlier pick up time. However, I was charged for both orders. I appreciate being able to order ahead. Things happen! Maybe some app improvements can be made to help with pick up time changes, confirmation of cancellation, etc.

Behind the times. I got the app after being told they don’t have Apple Pay. Got the app and there’s nothing in my city/state that has access to online pick up. This Bojangles was just made earlier this summer but seems to be behind the times, it’s 2022 and they don’t have either function. Waited 20 mins for food then have to be told that by the time get to the window. 1 star because I know it’s not the employees fault but don’t give me an app just to look at the menu

Don’t Go to Indian Trail Store. I placed a mobile/curbside order. Did everything as instructed on App. Waited 15 minutes & watched 5 cars go thru Drive Thru & the car that pulled into curbside after me, before I went in. The App showed that it was delivered, but it was not. Took another ten minutes & me having to ask for two of the items on my order, which I had to show each time. There were six workers in the store, none of whom seemed to know what they were doing. I’ll try to remember to go to the Sun Valley store next time. Sad.

Mobile ordering. Went through the drive thru after ordering online and was told I couldn’t pick my food up in the drive thru. Also asked if I could pick it up curbside and was told nobody is able to walk to out to me. Even after explaining I have a disability. Very poor service and terrible way to run a business that offers “curbside pick up”. Will never come back and will tell everyone I know not to eat at bojangles.

A service fee to use. I think I was just charged a 55 cent ‘service fee’ to type my own order in the app as I waited in the drive through line instead of using the microphone to place my order. There is no reason to use this app. Unless you want to just give Bojangles an Avenue to market to you. It increases cost of each order, requires you to manually input your order, and saves no time.

App improvements. Any chance that you can update the app please? You see, when i go to pick up my food, i see other drinks like cheerwine & starry but they are not on the app. Plus when it comes to limited time items, the app does not put them on the menu like the boberry cookie or bo sauce. Thank you

Useless app. I’ve used this app twice and both times the restaurant didn’t have the order and I had to wait over 20 mins to get the food. The second time I used it the restaurant didn’t even have curbside but the app let me choose curbside and they got an attitude with me like I was supposed to know that smh. The first experience was horrible I figured maybe it was a fluke so I would use it one more time just to see and it was even worse. I would not recommend using this app just go to the restaurant and order the food.

The worst app I have ever used. Customer service even worse. I have been ripped off twice by this app. Once was a pickup order, the other was delivery. Both times I didn’t receive the food I paid for. Customer service is nonexistent. They tell you to contact the store and the store tells you they don’t control anything with the app. Basically, if there is an issue you are screwed. If you request a refund through their form online, you will get no response.

Get Your App Together. There is a Bojangles 15 minutes from my house, but the app says there’s no Bojangles in my area. I don’t know why both the app and the website are messed up. The website can locate my local Bojangles, but it returns me to the map every time I try to select it to start an order. As I previously mentioned above, the app says there’s no Bojangles in my area when there’s one 15 minutes from my house (& another 45 minutes away).

Very Slow and Unorganized. Placed an order on the app to pick up. Once I arrived, I immediately recognized the service for customers waiting was very slow. After I spoke with the employee at the register, I waited 25 minutes for my order to be completed. This was 55 minutes after the Order was placed. While waiting, three different customers came back into the restaurant with orders that were incorrect. This location needs help.

Great Service!!. I placed a large online order last night for a 0605 pickup. Arrived @ 0610. Order was ready and waiting! My hospital staff is lovin those Bojangles biscuits this morning!! Thanks Bojangles for excellent customer service and with a smile this early in the morning!!! Be Blessed!!!

I love Bojangles with all my heart. Once watched the Panthers play in the Giants stadium and we were in a suite and we just hung out the windows chanting Bojangles and there were 8 sections of Giants fans below us losing their minds screaming and it was the best. Also, y'all should bring back Delhomme and Steve Smith to do all the commercials.

Time. There is no advantage to use the app to order to skip the line if you have to wait for customers in the store that ordered well after my order was placed. There is no defined location for Moble orders and staff seemed confused about how to prioritize orders by time. They were prioritizing in-store customers first and working in Moble orders. The app told me the food was ready, but it store level they had not even started on the order, but had received it from the app.

No order, No customer service.. I placed an order through this app. There was a mistake with my order at the pickup, so I canceled it at the window because I couldn’t wait for the store to remake my food. I have attempted to get my refund three times through the customer support email in the app. I have been waiting over a week for a reply, and have received no communications from them. I will be calling police for assistance and leaving this review here until I am contacted by someone who can help me. I don’t know what else to do.

Let me Look through the menu even if a store is closed. App works totally fine, I just wish I could look through the menu and different customization options while my selected store (or any store) was closed.

If you order from the app, you are invisible. The people in the restaurants that work there only care about what is going through the drive-through they make sure that those customers are well taken care of, and that line can move fast. However, if you order from the app and you have to come into the restaurant, you are completely invisible. Worst online ordering experience I’ve ever seen. McDonald’s is much better and that’s saying a lot.

App does not communicate with the store. I placed an order to pickup curbside. I checked in upon arrival, as instructed on the email. The app indicated that the order was ready. I waited an extra 5 minutes. I went inside to pick up the order. The order was not ready and the young lady told me that they do not receive a notification when a curbside customer has checked in for pickup. I ordered a breast and wing 2 piece dinner and received a dark meat 2 piece dinner, not what I paid for.

App usage is disjointed and no Apple Pay. Selecting sides and drinks could be done better. Also the lack of Apple Pay just doesn’t make sense. Also, for what it’s worth, make sure your Bojangles’ dining room is open. Otherwise this app doesn’t get you anything - you wait in the drive through line like everyone else while your food gets cold.

Lacks many items. Used the app for the first time. It asks you to go inside to get your order. That’s ok but most places offer the drive-thru as an option. When I came inside, there are a LOT of items that are not on the app menu. I would have ordered at least two of those items—cookies and wings—if they had been in the app.

This location needs much improvement. The service at this location is very poor. I had to ask for creamers and sweetener for my coffee which I had already specified in my app. There were no napkins, stirring straw or spork to eat the peach cobbler I ordered. Fortunately, I caught this before I left the location, and was able to go back inside and personally get the items I needed necessitating running late for an appointment.

Need customize options. I don't like sauce on my sandwiches, I would like to have the option to have no sauce on my chicken dog. I don't want barbecue sauce on it and there's no option in the app to order w no sauce. I'm going to have to scrape it off and dig out part of the bun. Up until that part I was really impressed with how easy your app is to use one ordering.

Great food, but food selection on app little strange. The way it keeps expanding when you edit items is little confusing sometime. Would be better to have boxes already with extras on items the just uncheck unwanted extras or click box to add extras wanted

Like the food but. I like the food but the app is pretty basic. Only can do specific items on the menu. Meaning if I want a 2 chicken breast meal I can’t order on the app because you can’t even sub a piece. Even in store you have to get a person who knows how to order it or it costs a good amount more. Unless they did a update recently doing a sausage biscuit on a Bo berry biscuit can’t be done.

Menu. I ordered breakfast and I wanted to add a biscuit but you can’t just order a plain biscuit which is odd. So I had to choose an egg and cheese and take the egg and cheese off so I probably got charged for it. Also, I ordered from my phone but my husband picked it up and it didn’t allow for me to say I’m here and enter the number, so he had to go in. Every restaurant with an app should just follow Chick-fil-A’s app and all would be work well!

No communication between app & store. The app said a 15 minute wait & to pick up at the counter. I waited in my car for 10 minutes, but when I tried to go to the counter, the store was closed. So, I went through the long drive-thru. At this point, it had been 20 minutes. The drive-thru said that I needed to wait another 15 minutes because the store does not communicate with the app. In short, NOT using the app would have saved me half the time.

Not bad - but….. The app is nice and easy to navigate. But I wish that all menu options were on the app. There is always something we want, that isn’t available. Bojangles is missing out on revenue and potentially customers when it’s a limited menu on the app.

LOGIC LOOP OF DEATH!. I was happy to see an app for Bojangles since I have gotten used to ordering and picking up upon arrival. I downloaded the app and thought I would try it out while sitting I. The the parking lot of the restaurant (Donelson Pike Nashville TN). I registered and pressed the the “start an order” and when it asked for location, I typed in Nashville, and an error appeared. I switched to Curbside and it told me that Curbside was not available at this location and would I like to in store. I said yes and again got an error saying there were no stores at my location. The LOGIC LOOP OF DEATH!

App had an error while processing my order, still took my money!. Basically the title. What a headache. I was checking out and something strange happened. The order didn’t seem to go through, but I noticed in my bank account that they had gone ahead and taken money out of my account. Calling the bojangles restaurant didn’t work, and neither did their customer service phone line. I’m immediately deleting the app and never using it again.

Great app. Saves time. We are always driving 45 minutes to our church and never have enough time to make breakfast in the mornings. We all love Bojangles and the app makes it easy to the point we’re we are at the restaurant for 30 seconds. Definitely recommend!

Google phone/android. App is not user-friendly at all.I can place an order but I cannot check out. On my wife's iPhone there is a submit button under the credit card signs, I do not have that on my phone. So there is no check out

Not as smooth as other places. I ordered food that was supposed to be ready at 5:02 (according to the app). I arrived around 5:05. I called the store at 5:15, and they said they were working on it. It is now 5:35 and I still don’t have it. They’ve come out to tell me they’re waiting on dirty rice to cook… At other fast food places, the app lets them know what’s needed before you drive to the restaurant.

Worst food app ever. They give you coupons to get free food in the app but don’t try to use them because it will say offer isn’t available and then it will lock the coupon out saying it’s already in use on another transaction. It’s for a free steak biscuit. You add a steak biscuit to cart. Oh, offer isn’t available. Garbage app. This is the second “free food” offer they have done this on. I would be very cautious of actually ordering something on this app.

Definitely needs to be fixed. Visually great looking app, but there’s a few issues that makes the app useless. For starters I can’t login. I put my information in and it just goes to a blank white screen every time. If I try to sign in a different way using Apple it still won’t let me sign in. This app is very very buggy and I wish it would be fixed since Bojangles is one of my favorite places and I go there on the way to work a couple times a week

Extra fee for nothing. Every time I go to place an order, it tells me one total at checkout, but when I go to pay it makes me pay more and it does it every single time I order. I don’t understand where the extra fee is coming from, but it makes me not want to order and Bojangles is one of my favorite chicken spots

App okay, poor order retrieval. The app itself is okay, fairly easy to navigate. However, the store had hard time retrieving the order. The card was charged, but the employees said they couldn’t see the order, therefore, they couldn’t put it all together, even though we had an email confirmation with items ordered. Don’t know what the deal was. If the location can’t see orders placed online, then the app is useless…

So glad I downloaded so I may delete. After being inundated with download this app for a free original chicken sandwich on my tv I download. Not only is it not free in the app, there’s no mention of this hidden deal. What is obvious is that you raised the price of the original from 3.99 to 4.99. Now, I hate lettuce on a warm sandwich but to see that you charge for it as an add on was all I needed to see. Delete and stop going to your restaurant. ✌🏼

Great app. I love the option of having a pick up time! I am about 30 minutes away and I have an appointment and the app took a lot of stress! Now I can drive the speed limit thank you Bojangles for saving me a ticket!

Easy to use app. The only thing I would change about this app is adding condiments to the menu. For example, I might want a dipping sauce even if I don’t order Supremes, or maybe ketchup for my BoTato rounds. Other than that, it’s just about a perfect fast food app.

Don’t get orders correct. I just placed a mobile order and picked it up. I get home and see that the three piece dinner, which is two thighs, and a leg is not what I got. I received a breast and wing. I also ordered a coleslaw and that was not in my bag. It was not part of the meal, I ordered an additional side. This happens way too often and it’s extremely frustrating. I didn’t realize it’s so hard to receive what I ordered.

Missing food. Ordered my food online chose to walk in and get it to save from the employees having to walk out and deliver it to me. When I got to the car half my food was missing. So I had to walk back in to get the additional food.I do not think this was fair and employees need to pay more attention to what ordered on that ticket. It clearly stated what was supposed to be inside that bag and it was not.

Mine could be better but otherwise great. One of the best fast food apps I’ve ever used and I use a lot of them. The however the menu could use better organization. It really doesn’t effect anything that much, just might take awhile to get used to compared to other apps.

Useless, depending on online ordering. Unless the Bo’s in your area offer online ordering, this app ONLY provides locations and hours—which can be found through any search engine or mapping application. Further, it is not clear that online ordering is unavailable for restaurants in the search list within the app. App functions as intended, but lack of universal online ordering renders it of little benefit.

Mobile order useless. Made a mobile order to expedite and when I got to the restaurant I had to wait in line along with the 5 other people ahead of me. Was told they "prioritize" those that are in line, and that they were short staffed. However, they seemed to have the same amount of staff they usually have. Of course I was late to my appointment and had I not already paid online, I would have canceled the order.

Great deal for family. We’re feeding 6 where I am, w 3 kids and 3 adults. When deciding on fast food, Bojangles is one of the cheapest and heartiest options. 20 pieces w 10 biscuits, 4 sides and a gallon of tea means that we can eat two meals out of this for $50. That’s hard to beat w decent food and someone else doin’ the cookin’.

Condiments. There has NEVER been a time when I ordered from this app or just from this restaurant as a whole, where I ordered breakfast at breakfast hours, and was given the option to even ask or even PAY for jelly…. Who wants a biscuit without the jelly? Lol…. But seriously, who?

Wow you pay more on the app. Wow little did I know you pay more on the app the. You do in person my usually order only cost me 11 dollars and change after tax now in the app I’m paying 13 plus change wow plus you don’t get a lot of offers I thought this would be worth it. Plus they don’t bring it to your car you have to go through the drive through and seems they like to keep the inside closed talk about fastest way to order

Free Sandwich app didn’t work. Free sandwich app didn’t work. I paid full price through the app. As I sat in the restaurant trying to figure out what did not work, I tried again. This time it worked. That said restaurant service was terrible. Sweet tea was in the unsweetened container and sweet was in the unsweetened. I let the staff know at about 6:45pm… they said it had been like that all day. Hmmm 1 container of tea lasted an entire day in the restaurant? Service was also slow and the AC was not working and seemingly not working for a while.

Not showing any close for pickup or delivery. Downloaded the app to order food for our dinner to pickup on the way home from work. We have multiple restaurants in our area but the app would only pull up stores that are over an hour away. I pass two different locations between my work and home so I’m not sure why none of these even show up.

Why do you even have the app?. Online ordering for pickup is only available at one location in Raleigh. I’m in fuquay which is a pretty busy area so you’d think that it would be an option. I see them in the location doing some form of mobile orders (maybe door dash?) but the rewards are pointless if I can’t even use them unless I’m near that ONE location. I have a big family so I feel like it’s better for me and the workers if I can place it ahead of time.

Disappointed in app. Downloaded this app because I wanted a way to order a meal and use the drive thru. The issue is that the full menu is not available and it’s either curbside or go in. Needs work to be useful. Love Bojangles and the food is good. With Covid I understand that you want to keep your employees safe. If you have no fever and use a mask and a drive thru it should be safe. Also need the option for drive thru since depending on the area in store pickup isn’t available.

I got charged a “pick up” fee. I ordered using the mobile app, and when looking at my receipt saw I had been charged a $0.50 “pickup” fee. What a rip off. If I had gone in and ordered at the counter, no such fee, but I order online and I get charged a fee? Does that make any sense? And the old app was much better - you could earn rewards and the layout was much better. I only use this for the freebies they give every so often - why should I use the app if they are going to charge me a fee?
