Almost perfect. Love the simplicity of the APP, but please add a default currency option in settings or remember the last conversion currencies in the drop-down list. It very user unfriendly to default back to Euros and Pounds every time you open the app.

Excellent and free, lacking customization. Excellent app and a smart move by Wise. It desperately needs the ability to reorder favorites, and the ability to select longer default timescales in the chart in favorites.

Unreliable widgets. This app is due for an update. When I add widgets to my lock screen, they do not update. I am not sure what is the update frequency but I tap on the widget, which opens the app, and the app clearly shows a different rate already. So I close the app and return to the lock screen and sure enough, the widgets are STILL showing the wrong rates. Do they still do not update. Clearly unreliable. Also, I don’t want my Favorites appear in chronological order. I want to be able to drag them and rearrange them in the order I prefer. Is this app from the 90s? This app is getting worse so I revised my 2 stars to 1. I had 2 widgets on my lock screen, USD to GBP and EUR to GBP, and I had a single Favorite in the app, USD to GBP. I added another Favorite in the app, EUR to GBP. Now my widgets on the lock screen have changed and now BOTH of them showing EUR to GBP!!! I am deleting this app. Clearly buggy and outdated. iOS 15.7.2

Widget bug. Widget doesn’t work with KGs currency

Nice App could use minor improvement. Visually appealing app perfect for quick reference. Unfortunately, it does not allow the user to place currency pairs in a preferred order.

Best forex app around. I love this app. I had been looking for a way to keep an eye on some currencies but couldn’t find the right one. Have been using Wise for years but didn’t know about the converter app. The widget this provides has been a game changer. Can’t recommend it enough!

Update. I have now used this app numerous times to send money. The transfer process and delivery is 5***** Throughout the delivery you receive before, during and after emails to (as in my case) calm my nerves. There is also a converter app which is pretty cool

Inconsistent data. What happened to my favourites???? And why is there inconsistencies between rates between pages???

keyboard no longer comes up to input amount. as the title states, when you click on the section to input the numbers to see the exchange rate - the keyboard does that come up to input anything. broke with the logo change.

Lack alerting. The app would have been more useful if there was an alerting when the currencies being monitored hit a desirable target.

Not a good app.. Just stops.

Rates. You should be able to save the rate you most work in , not having to scroll down every time , most frustrating 🙈

The widget is blank. About a week ago, the widget stopped working. It is just a blank white tile. Removing the widget doesn’t work. When I add the widget again, it is still a blank white tile - even in the gallery. Even deleting the app (including data), restarting the iPhone, and reinstalling the app also fails to fix the problem. I wish it was working, as the widget was great when it was functional.

Mostly useful- could be improved. Having the currency graphs is helpful, but the convert function is strange! The fee for conversion results in ‘sending’ less than the amount desired—this is different from the site! How much is 750 EUR in CAD? Answer: 1012$ equals 746 with fee. But I want to send 750 EUR, so how much in CAD for this amount; it’s not 746 EUR. Please make this like the website.
