LOVE this game but, it definitely has its problems. First things first I’m absolutely obsessed with this game,I have it on pc, Xbox and of course mobile. I’ll start with the positive, it’s like Stardew valley but cuter and more interactive in my opinion I can play this game for hours! But on the negative it crashes so much and I’ll loose a days worth of progress which is so frustrating.

Worth every penny. I love this game so much! On console and mobile! I worked through it in a few days but you can always find something to do! From saving money to upgrade your house, completing achievements, filling the museum with relics and constructed goods, expanding your family and more! I hope there is more to come!

Something i think the game devs should add!. I love this game and have it spread out on my ipad/phone and switch and i know Higgins is supposed to be our enemy but i think it would really fit into his story if we were able to get to know him more and maybe end up dating him too ! Or at the very least befriending him . I feel like he shows great potential in being a really good love interest- he can still be mean just tones it down a bit when we start dating him . That is all- i also really really just love this game ! And I love Higgins lol

My Main Game. This is my favorite “go to game” when I feel the need to escape real world nonsense. Unfortunately, (SPOILER ALERT) I completed the Builder Bout, received the flying pig (it’s super cool). But, the next morning, Pa makes a speech glad he came, etc., cut scenes of the towns folks the title comes up and that’s it. No more quests, unable to collect more items for museum. I learned NOT to complete the Builders Bout, except to put the plane in the museum. My Time at Sandrock requires a beast PC-which I don’t have. I’m 61, played WOW for years. I noticed an unofficial gift AP for Sandrock, I was so excited! I play on an iPad. I’ve started the game over several times, because I can’t play Sandrock. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADVISE IF SANDROCK WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR IOS (I have Nintendo Switch, but reviews indicate it is rather buggy) Than you!

Just One Small Thing. I started playing this game on PC and it consumes my every hour not at work so I naturally got the mobile version cause why not also play at work? My love for this game is wild; however, coming from PC the controls have their differences and while some of them are better then PC I can’t seem to get my Razer Kishi to work completely with the game. I can’t find any information on it online so I’m at a crossroads. Everything works with the Kishi except for menus. There’s no cursor or anything which means I have to touch the actual screen to select/do anything in the menus. Would honestly just like to see some better support for the Razer controller but other then that the app is just as amazing as the pc version!

Needs more to the storyline!. This is my favorite mobile game and I’ve been playing it every chance I get. I’ve never had any of the crashes or bugs that everyone else mentions. My only complaint is that the storyline and missions end too soon. I know I can continue playing freely without missions, but I don’t feel like there’s a point to the game without them. In the other mobile games I play, game content is periodically added. Will My Time At Sandrock be available on mobile devices? Or will you ever add content to My Time At Portia?

Love love love!. I love it, i honestly prefer it on my phone than on my computer, I love how there’s not too much of an emphasis on farming and it has great progression and leveling up experience. I wanna know however, how I can combine cloud saves on other IOS devices. I want to continue my game from my phone on my family iPad but am not sure how to connect the two

LOVE. This game works just fine on my iPad Air. No crashing, no freezing. It is probably the most fun mobile game I play right now. I can play as much or as little as I like and save my progress locally and online. The graphics are great and all the characters are adorable. I hope My Time at Sandrock will also be brought to mobile at some point! I would definitely get that one too.

On new ipad. Total frustration with controls even after adjustments. Deleting app, waste of money spent. I’ve played on Steam, new pc…everything was fine except the colors and needing online help daily. Even though I hated the first portion of the game I continued onward to finish. Ipad, forget it. Very hard not to walk like a drunk. Arrows taking you far away from what you need to be doing. Zoom is about useless….not near as good as on pc. By the time you get where your going the day is about done ….definitely not fun.

Crashes and Can’t get past day 2. So I LOVE this game on PC. I don’t own a PC (I was trying it out on a friends) so I was excited to be able to get it on my iPad, but I can’t play it because it crashes on day 2. There is no consistent place where it crashes but mostly around the cutscene talking to Presley after getting the builder registration. I’ve done all the things suggested by support in the comments of other people who mentioned this problem. I have an iPad and OS that are compatible and I adjusted the resolution to the lowest and it still crashes. So bummed. I hope this problem gets resolved.

Glitch. Read about the crashes - haven’t had that problem yet. A short tutorial screen in the ruins would be nice - to tell you that’s it’s not just an empty room - you have to swing a pickaxe and dig through like Minecraft. But the reason I’m done with it is I have to start all over due to a glitch. I created a couple storage boxes while my inventory was full and didn’t realize it. I look for them and they’re not there. I look at the crafting screen and it says there are 3 in my backpack. They’re not there. I craft another one after emptying my inventory but it must’ve stacked with the imaginary 3 in my backpack. Edit: I found out about the 2 hot bars after I started over. I feel like it should have been more obvious. I found out by mistake. Game is very fun and engaging. It gets a little slow on my iPhone X, but hasn’t crashed yet and I have about 5 hours on the game.

Love the game, fix shop. I honestly never write reviews. This is a fantastic game and really good port as well! Runs a smooth 60 FPS on my iPad Pro! I was very excited for the NPC clothing update as it would as some good variety but there is a bug that says I cannot connect to the internet every time I try and access the shop. Please fix this bug.

Shop Bug. I really love this game! I was so excited for the new update and having new outfits for the characters! However, when I click on the shop button, I continue to get an error message saying I need a stable internet connection, even though I do have one! Please fix this!

Hidden gem. I love the graphics, storyline and 3D animation. There is so much to do, a little bit of everything. What I love is that later in the game, the player can receive helpers to avoid spending time on the tedious little tasks like farming, feeding the animals etc. The game is quite long, it has an unexpected twist. so it’s definitely worth every penny. I look forward for its sequel.

Good game/ worth the cost. The game has been working pretty well for me, I was having trouble with crashing when doing anything related to photos, but that seems to have been patched and Im having fun with it otherwise. My one complaint is that there appears to be a place to equip the NPCs with alternative outfits but I cant find any way of getting the outfits, and if they are the same ones listed on the wiki, then I would want to do that.

Almost Perfect. This past winter I found this gem of a game on the Nintendo Eshop and I had loved every second of the game. However, the switch version had certain elements missing that the pc version had. I have a Mac and don’t really have the cash to invest in a gaming pc. However the mobile version has it all and looks stunning on my iPad Pro. The only complaint is there are a few problems if you want to use a controller. You can’t navigate item menus or advance NPC dialogue using a controller. Of course with that being said, some things are way easier with touch screen like placing parts on your assembly station is just a click. This would have five stars if I could play it completely with a controller. I highly recommend this game! Can’t wait for sand rock!

Amazing game!. I have this game on PC, Xbox, switch and now my iPad. Really wish they would give this 100% controller support. When playing on my iPad I like to use my Xbox controller and not have to worry about tapping the screen for anything. Once it has full controller support I’ll update to 5 stars. Excellent port from the pc version.

So amazed!. So backstory: I bought this game as soon as it came out on the Switch and loved it!! But sadly the switch version received NO updates to fix glitches and all of that. So when I saw that this game was coming to IOS for a mere $6?? It was a no brainer. You can use a controller for most of the game play except for dialogue and a few other features. Overall I’m pleased with my experience. —I do wish that you could save at any point but that’s just a preference.—

A glitch in the abandon ruins #2!. Hi, I used to be playing this on my Xbox but it broke and I decided to get it on my IPad. It was going good, no glitches yet but that was until a few days ago I went inside the abandoned ruins #2, I was able to walk around no problem on the platform but the problem here is the once I go on the stone I glitch though the floor and I’m stuck there for a good minute before it respowns me back at the entrance inside. But after I left and came back, it was back to normal? Can you fix it

Unique. This game is very unique in the way that you can interact with the other characters and most objects. I love how interactive the game is just wish that your partner and kids were a little more interactive, it would also be better if the kids aged and more of the other characters could have children so they could go to the school and use more of the furniture in the stores. Also there is a pretty bad glitch when your playing where the app just closes randomly or whenever there is a cut screen and it takes you back to the last save. This game would be even better if it were more of a free play once you finish the main storylines.

Wonderful port. I’ve played this on PC since it first released and then switch and so I just had to get it on mobile. It runs very smooth (IPhone XR) and it looks like it will hold up to the other platforms. An amazing game with very well fleshed out characters and story for what it is! I’m very excited to see how the 2nd installment turns out 💖

I buy it to say something to retarded gamers. This game supports ps, x box and steam also. If you want to play it using a pad, go to other platforms. The reason is that this game gets 3.8 stars only is due to the retarded gamers who say why no pad? lol. This game is mobilized well. Don't complain not supporting pads and go to other platforms

Glitches. Great game overall. When I first downloaded the game it worked awesome. But, when I downloaded the first update it has crashed every so often. If I play online or off it still crashes. I love the game but it’s quite frustrating to finish a quest near the end of the day, only to repeat everything I accomplished, because the game crashed. Am going to delete the game and then reload it to see if there is anything different. Am running iPad mini 5th generation 2021.

Honestly a lot of fun… and then there’s the crashes…. This game is a lot of fun.. I enjoy the crafting, planting, building, interacting, etc… if it could PLEASE stop crashing that would be great! Many many times I get to the end of day and it crashes…all that time and work gone.. maybe add an option that the player can save through out the day and then if it does crash..you don’t have to start ALL OVER! Fix the crashes and I’ll be glad to update my review…

Crashing all the time. You’re probably better off playing this on console or pc. This game has so much potential however it crashes so much for me and I have decent wifi. And it doesn’t auto save very often. I also tried using my data and it still crashes making it impossible to play. huge disappointment.

Was really excited but…. I was so excited to play this game but it continues to crash every 10 minutes without saving anything so I just kept having to redo everything. I now see after purchasing that this has been a recurring issue for years and I shouldn’t have to do some ridiculous settings just to get it to work, I would’ve just bought it on the switch then but everyone online stated IOS was the best version. 🤷🏻‍♀️Going to ask for my money back.

Best game ever. Ok so I played this for two years and I got married and had 2 baby’s and guess who i married Emily marry Emily if your a boy one she makes food for u two she picks your crops for u three she gets the materials u need and let’s talk about the game so when u get a horse u need to get a stable first then u need to feed it every day u can feed the hors lettuce and pumpkin and honey then u can train it and here r the good things about my time at Portia u can level up your friends and they will get stuff for u and if u have they have a store they give u some percent off of the stuff u need to buy ok that’s the end bye 👋

Wishfully thinking. I was excited to see this title come to the App Store. Totally enjoyed on Xbox was hoping this was the equivalent in handheld. Unfortunately that’s where my optimism ended. This game will not load past the creation screen, just crashes. Tried multiple times without success. Reset tablet, but still to no avail. Save your money and frustration, skip this until they fix the bugs. Hoping sometime soon I can actually play. Update, I can finally get past the character creation screen and have loaded into the main world, but now it crashes when I enter another area like the shops and my character’s house. This game is still unplayable for more than about 3 minutes at a time, after that i get booted to dashboard.

Scanner in ancient ruins not working .. I love this game and even more so on IOS , but I noticed that after the last update I now see no spots in the ancient ruins when I use the scanner. It worked just fine the day I got the game , but now I never see yellow or purple spots. I end up mining and getting only rocks or copper. . Also it’s hard to make gols , I am lost at how to make them easier. I have this issue on the Pc and switch versions as well but it’s worth noting. EDIT: this game is no longer opening on my iPad. It is compatible with my iPad but it’s not opening.

Issues with mfi controller. Hey big fan of the Portia and really excited to see it come to iOS, however the controller support is sporadic and a bit atrocious. Just following the game transition from title screen to the customizer, and mfi support completely drops out to touchscreen only and even in the game every dialog box is unable to be closed out with the controller button and needs touch. I’m running off a iPhone 13 pro but the experience is the same on my 2018 iPad Pro. Really really annoying having to hop from controller to touchscreen and back. Please resolve this so I can get back to enjoying this gem!

Wonderful except for crash bugs 🐞. It’s very annoying when you spend the whole day in game , gathering resources, crafting commercial items, and finishing missions. Then towards the end of the day, you go to use the dee-dee transport and the game crashes! All that work and you have to start the whole day over! Fix the crashes developers! 🔧 Also a constant crash when you take pictures in game!

Great game!!!. I can’t figure out why this game isn’t more popular in the App Store. If you love games like Stardew Valley, you will love this one. I have spent many hours on this game and there is a lot of content available. After finishing the main storyline, there are still many more things I want to try to accomplish!

Glitchy and crashes!. I was excited for this game, but it is too glitchy in its current form! Twice so far I’ve had it force close on me… in the middle of a “day,” where it hadn’t auto saved, so I had to start from the beginning of that day all over again when the app reopened. Really frustrating and not fun. This seems like a fun and cute game, but unless the app crash issue is fixed, I don’t know if I can keep trying to play (so it will be money wasted on purchase). Really disappointed! App developers - please fix this! I’m on the current iOS, and have no crashing issues with any other apps. It’s such a problem that I’m considering giving up and asking for a refund.

Commission board glitch. I love this game on the iPhone and had no issues until the update. Unfortunately since the update my commission board is empty and has been for over a week in game. Even Higgins can’t get a commission. Every morning he waits outside the guild until 8am, then he simply leaves. LOL! In addition, I have a completed mission I can’t turn in to Emily. 🙁 I started a new game and commissions are on the board, but it looks like my original game will have to be scrapped. 🙁 I have iPhone XR, iOS 14.7

Controller support. I literally have mtap on every device I own now including my phone but I’m really disappointed that I can’t use my backbone controller accessory. I think it would make sense given how it’s controller supported everywhere else and it would make the mobile game more enjoyable to play. I’m not gonna take a star away for it though because it’s literally such a fun game with so much potential still.

A gushing review, a glitch, and request.. I love this game. 300+ hours on the switch. This has much better loading times and appears to be a different version, which is exciting for me. Hopefully, it is the PC version. I own a Mac and would love to play it. This is definitely worth the $8 if you like Stardew valley or management games. Glitch & spoiler alert: I’m after the tunnel collapse, I noticed that there were some lamppost missing in town and I can’t place them and there blue ghosts remain. It’s driving me nuts. Request: Please, please make it controller friendly. The hand cramps are real. So excited for Sandrock!

Very good, the only bug is with helpers. Overall quite good, storyline is interesting and enjoyable. Played on 14th, game never crashed, so i guess majority of the bugs reported by other users were fixed or crashing was caused by system requirements. The only bug spotted is with helpers: helpers don’t do anything they supposed to, no matter what settings you maintain inside the house. Children storyline i did not even try, what’s the point if they don’t grow. I wish game would not stop right after dragonfly, but let you continue without a storyline, just as free game. Without that you can’t enjoy the flying pig, finish ruins etc.

A very underrated hidden gem. I’ve been playing ever since I got it. If you like gather, craft, and build type of RPG, this game is for you, there’s dungeons, interactions with NPCs, it has it all. I have dozens of hours into this game, I finished all storyline and all side-quests. Many parts of the story remain unanswered, and several assembled items serve no purpose other than decoration, like The Dragonfly and Friend-Ship. The ending is kinda sloppy and rushed, and game crashes are annoying on iPhone 11 Pro Max, even on low settings, so many times I had to restart the day or a dungeon because it didn’t auto-save before crashing. Children don’t grow? That’s pointless. Going into browser to check the Wiki for answer often crashes the game. I heard about My Time at Sandrock as a sequel, I hope it gets released for IOS, and fixes the issues with Portia, this game is enjoyable on the go as mobile, I can’t see myself playing it on PC. Overall, one of the best, but it has it’s issues. Should more content be released, and issues fixed, I may give this a 5 Star.

Merlins reply glitch. Love the game haven’t had any problems until I go to the New Camera mission. I went to check the mail to get the camera with a full inventory and trued to pick it up and it disappeared and now the mission won’t work. Thought y’all might want to know about it. But I love the game and I love the voice actors.

Chill build/farm/kill game. If you’ve played something like Stardew Valley and liked it, this may be up your alley. It’s much more forgiving than Stardew Valley and it progresses as you do missions. The touch controls are placed nicely and is responsive. I wish there’s controller support, but hopefully they add it in a later update. Only thing is some items are small and me with big fingers usually tap the wrong item most of the time. Gameplay is smooth on my 12 Pro (it better be lol). Haven’t experienced hiccups yet and the frames are pretty constant. Only weird thing I found in the game so far is the voice acting, you can definitely hear that they probably cut costs on those but it's only minor, and not something that will mess with the game. Definitely a solid builder/farming/monster hunting game.

Loving it! Except one thing.... Love this game and so happy to be able to play wherever I am. I would love to see one change. I guess I’ve been playing too much bc I’m starting to get some pain in my hand from the way I have to hold my phone and have my thumbs going down to control the buttons on the bottom of the screen. Maybe having an option to put those controls on the top corners instead, and the map on the bottom would help with the positioning of my hands. Even an option to put the backpack items along the top instead of the bottom would be helpful as well. Thanks!

Great games, still has a lot of bugs. I bought this game since I assumed the bugs were resolved. Sadly can’t join martial arts tournament due to it. Need to restart game when there’s multiples of the storages. Other minor bugs like walking through walls/ falling in the ruins. It’s a great game otherwise. Fun and addicting. The crafting, relationship and storyline goes together pretty much perfectly. Wish I knew how old the characters were since some of the characters you can have had a wife/husband look too young to be an option. Probably should’ve just bought it on the computer but it is what it is.

Docked a star and a half for no cloud save (updated). I really want to love this game, but my local data won’t upload to the Cloud so I can crossplay on iPad and phone. That would make it 5 stars. Update: The video shows the tablet with little up/download cloud icons, which the iPad is missing, but it works like the iPhone example. Overall, the game is a huge improvement from the Switch version, and it was a pleasant surprise getting gifts in the mail from the start. I’m looking forward to playing the game on the go now!

#1 Problem please fix or I will give it one star. I played this game on xbox and then I bought it on the switch and I haven’t played it on the switch at all. So many other games on the switch and so when my husband told me they were bringing it to IOS I was SSSSSOOOOOOOOOO excited! Been playing it since I bought it the day it came out. I was doing really good and suddenly I was going into the ruins like its telling me to and it freezes on me and gives me the loading screen and I hear what its supposed to sound like in the ruins but I don’t see my character and just the loading screen. Please fix! ( updated it after I did this review and thought I would try it out to see if it would let me into the ruins and it still gives me the loading screen)

Runs smooth!. It works so much better than the console ones I haven't seen a glitch yet and it runs so buttery smooth if that makes sense now I can enjoy the game the way it was meant to be played. If you are worried about bugs are slow down there are none so download this game now!

Glitches. So much fun except for a couple of glitches. 1) commerce guild has no commissions hanging up for an entire year of play. Even when the main mission says to check there’s still nothing there. 2) desert ruins won’t let me enter. Unlocked the bridge and everything so not sure why that is the case. If those were fixed it would be perfect.

One of my favorite games. This game has just about everything that I was searching for when craving my Harvest Moon days. The only problem I am having with this game on mobile/iPad is that it crashes so often and I find myself having to repeat quests and/or tasks way too often. Kind of puts a drag on the whole game. One moment, I am immersed and having a blast while my day goes by faster than I can imagine. The next moment I am staring at the wallpaper on the Home Screen of my phone/iPad and I realize how much progress I’ve probably just lost. Then I turn off my screen and take a break for a couple days for my sanity. It’s a shame because all I want to do is sink multiple hours into this game.

Constant crashes even on compatible device. Very disappointed with my purchase. This game crashes constantly, you can hardly get thru a day without a crash so progress is nearly impossible. So bummed, this game seems amazing and if the developer would fix the bugs I think it would be a 5 star game. I wish I’d listened to the other reviews and saved my money. It could be so great but the bugs are too much.

Love it but am sad now. I have been playing for a couple weeks now and got to the Somber Marsh quest but when I try to speak to Ursula the camera just pans out and doesn’t give dialogue options. So I uploaded my file to the cloud, deleted the game, and tried to redownload but the App Store says my credit card doesn’t work. I already bought the game so I don’t see the problem.

Good, however…. Few bugs, nothing major. Biggest gripe is that it is difficult to obtain workshop ranking points and money after the main quests have been finished. End of second year and I’ve completed the main story quests (moral of the story: don’t push through the main quests - the ones without a time limit). Looking forward to the sequel.

Unstable. Potential to be a great game but woefully unstable. Constant crashes mean you regularly lose your progress. Unplayable in its current state.

So much fun. I have spent months playing this game, it is so much fun and has a something for everyone eg adventure, crafting, farming, fighting/ defence as well as relationships and romance. I am not a big fan of playing games on my iPad but this game has helped me find the gamer side of myself.

It would be great but Doesn’t work. I have seen many people play it , it’s great and I wish I could play it but when I load my game I can play for about a minute but then it kicks me out , it does the same on my other device , please fix it so I can play.

My time at Portia. Finally finished! Fantastic game. A few crashes now and then but I have an iphone13 which handles it well! Need more adventure role-playing games like this Very impressed Don’t believe the ratings. It just needs a high end phone!!!

Life Sim Gold. Best life sim game on the App Store. One tiny problem is that the game crashes every time you try to take in game photo’s.

Keeps crashing. Fun game but keeps crashing when taking in game photos. That the day is then lost and not saved grrrrr It appears others are frustrated too, perhaps listen to your consumers

Surprisingly large game. So much to do a lot of content along the story line. It’s a great port from PC, but I can’t get sound after shifting in and out if the app.

Beautiful. Nice conversion!! If there is one thing to change, it would be to make it fully 3rd party game controller compatible with removing the on screen controls, as they actually get in the way of that big world. If you do that it will be perfect.

Don’t buy for mobile. I love this game on pc but I can’t play it for more than 5 mins on my iPad before it crashes… I can’t get past noon on day 2 I feel like it was a waste of money… please fix this game.

Needs controller support. Love this game but it’s very difficult to play on mobile without controller support. I have the Sony Backbone controller and would love to be able to play it with it! Fantastic game though, I own it on switch as well.

Great port of a great game. Make sure you’re running an iPad or iPhone model from the last few years otherwise it’ll crash all the time mostly at cutscenes. Lowering graphics does help a little but the crashes are still frequent. What does work is turning off your accessories and hat, still crashes but it got me past some cutscenes where it crashed every time until I changed that setting.

Great game, crashes are not so great. I debated buying this game on PC for a long time and finally bought it when I saw it was available for iPhone. I wish I bought it way sooner, such a great game. All the best parts of stardew valley combined with an almost Ark-like crafting. One of my favourite games I’ve ever played and even better on iPhone because I can play for a short time anytime and I love that it saves everytime you leave the apps, and that the full game is on my phone. 10000% recommend My Time at Portia if you enjoy crafting and farming games or soft RPGs. That said, after playing almost an in-game year with very few crashes, it’s been crashing on me all the time and it’s frustrating because it restarts the day everytime. Last time I played I had to restart the same day three times and I’m hesitant to even open it again and be disappointed if it crashes again. So I will probably be waiting for an update before I go back to the game, and if you haven’t already paid for the iPhone version I would probably check out the PC version instead if you have the option as I assume it’s more stable.

IPhone 11 Pro Max review. Great game, flawlessly running on current iPhone 11! First play through and I’m enjoying it! Also playing on highest frame rate to sacrifice looks! Updated : I found a small bug.. which can be confusing for new players such as myself. Crashing. I can’t get through any tutorials without crashing… 10 mins of gameplay and 5 crashes later, deleted the game. Disappointing I had high hopes and was really looking forward to this game

No auto save. I really enjoy this game and have it on Xbox as well. The app does crash fairly often and the problem is that it doesn’t auto save! So I’m going about my day in the game get a bunch of stuff done, the app crashes, and I’m right back to when I woke up at the start of the day. Also, when playing it in the phone you need to be able to just put the phone down, go check a message, whatever…but again no auto save so you have to get to your house and sleep every time you have to set the game aside for a sec. please put in auto save!!!!!

Great game, need to fix the crashes. Great to finally have it on iOS! I lov the game a lot, it crashes pretty often tho, I dunno if it’s a compatibility thing. Would definitely recommend it once the problem is fixed

How refreshing.. I absolutely love this game! It’s better than stardew, animal crossing, mine craft, etc.. it’s literally got something for everyone. It’s a total mashup of different games but with more to do and more dialogue. I’m never bored when I play! There’s always something happening in Portia🥰 Please! Please! Please! Make dlc for the phone version🥺

HELP. Been stuck on iOS game for about an hour trying to get through moving platform at WOW INDUSTRIAL. Stuck here and cannot escape or progress. I see others also have same block, if I can’t progress , I guess I spend over 10 dollars for to just give up? Hit the support button but no support there.

Really fun. The game is really fun however the only complaint is that the instructional book for the planter box disappeared from my inventory so I can’t complete that task :/

Keeps crashing!!!. Paid $10 for this app and its keeps crashing, I can’t even get pass the second mission without it crashing. I even went into settings and slowed it down. What else can I do so it stops crashing?

Amazing. I’ve played Portia on PC and Switch. So nice to have a mobile/pocket version. Plays really well, far better than the Switch.

Great game!. If you love crafting, building and discovering new places and things—this is the game for you. It has good graphics, simple storyline/quests but will get you occupied, time goes by fast, interactive NPCs and has some special events which you can participate and have fun. It is worth a try to play~

Good game but. If the game is going to support controller it needs to be fully capable. When you are talking to people you can answer them with the controller but when they answer you have to touch the screen. It gets pretty aggravating.

I really wanted to like this. I did not realize my iPad was not supported when I bought and downloaded this game, so it constantly crashed. I immediately deleted it and asked for a refund and was denied. I understand that the supported devices are listed right on the download page, I just thought my tablet was one of them.

THE GAME IS CRASHING EVERY 2-3 MINUTES!!!. I was soo excited to find this game on iOS. But for $7.99, its not worth it… i tried playing for 30 minutes and every 2 minutes it crashes. I had to save it each time I pick up wood or stones so at least i dont have to keep repeating the work. I gave up for the 30 minutes mark. I need a refund. This is not acceptable.

Wonderful game, but crashes every 5 minutes.. Great alternative to Animal Crossing/Stardew Valley. The only issue I have is the crashes. Can’t make any in game progression because of it as it doesn’t save unless you sleep to save.

Favorites game. Portia is my all time favorite game. I can’t wait to play it as intended on mobile. But I’ve had sooooo many crashes. I haven’t finished my first day yet and have crashed at least 10 times. It’s random and every time I try to go into the assembly bench. Crashes. I was really looking forward to playing this game, but I can’t even get past the tutorial because of how often the app crashes. My iPad is up to date enough to play it, so i’m very disappointed about how terribly it runs.

Can’t get past character creation.. It let’s me create a character and then when I hit create it acts like it’s loading something, then it crashes. I’ve tried 5 times now. I freed up space, just in case, still crashes. I closed all my background applications, still crashes. Soooo frustrating.

Can I get a refund?. The game crashes in less than 5 minutes. Unless I keep turning my phone off every 30 seconds I make no progress. Even then it’s frustrating. I have no other apps open and I picked the option that makes it the best while sacrificing graphics. I would like a refund. It’s better to just play the game on my Xbox rather then my iPad. It’s just frustrating and I would like a refund.

My Time at Portia. I’d love to give this game five stars. It has everything- building, exploring, relationships and battles. I love it. But lately it has been quite glitchy. For instance, a machine will tell me I don’t have enough materials to build an item, when I have plenty. Fix the glitches and you’ll get five stars.

Needs A Bit More Work. A decent port of MTaP however the lack of full controller support is really making it difficult to enjoy. Controller works for basic navigation but the virtual controller remains on screen and I have to tap screen to navigate conversations and such to the point where it's not much fun for me. Will revisit if they fully integrate Bluetooth controller support.

Worse port ever. I purchased this game on my new iPad because I was led to believe that it ran smoother than the Switch port, which I also own. Despite some glitches on Switch, I was able to get far enough in the game to marry and have a baby… this port? I’ve crashed 3 times before I can even get to the Commerce Guild for the first time. I wish I never purchased this. Sad.

Parts boxes are empty. I’ve played this game on Pc and PlayStation. Getting old parts in the ruins should be easy however on the mobile game the parts boxes found in the ruins continue to be empty. You can’t update your workstation until you get enough old parts

Fix the Rat king disappearing. I’m new to the game and quickly became obsessed I got to the rat king and then got a ride awakening I would have to start over because of an issue that should have been addressed over a year ago it’s super disappointing fix it and I will gladly fix my review I had no complaints til then it’s a great game just unplayable now

This Game Crashes Every 2 Minutes. I purchased this game and then I try and play it and every 2 minutes or if I do something new it crashes and if you didn’t save it you have to do everything all over again. How sad it looked like I was going to enjoy it.

Can’t get past day 2. I love this game. I have it on my pc but wanted a mobile version so I downloaded it. It keeps crashing before I can do anything. If I try to access my backpack after the first time when it gives the tutorial without it crashing. Can’t access the handbook outside the assembly station without it crashing. It’s so frustrating Edit: can’t even get the game to load at all anymore. Such a shame.

Tutorial and Control Issues. If you know how to play already, it might be good. I’ve never played and the tutorial was terrible and I was stuck in a room, couldn’t figure out what to do or how to get out. The controls are awkward and annoying, not touchscreen friendly at all. I haven’t experienced the crashing others have, so that apparently has been fixed.

Crashing. I love this game and it is very fun to play, but the game always crashes when I am enter and leaving a building or the ruins. I also can not access the ruins because it crashes before I can get into the ruins. It only started doing this a week ago, but other then this I absolutely love this game.

Glitch with first bridge quest makes game unplayable. This was turning out to be a great game until I built a bridge to the island. The next time I logged in, the bridge body was half built on my work station, the bridge itself shows as built but my character and other npcs can’t cross. Trying to rebuilt it fails, making the game impossible to progress.

Frustrated with crashing. I like the game so far but I’m very frustrated with it crashing constantly for no reason. I play this on an iPad. I hope this issue is fixed soon. I hate having to start the day over because of this and as far as I know you can’t save without going out of the game or your player goes to sleep.

Would be great. If it wasn’t randomly glitchy and freeze and if they would add backbone controller support. Even trying to use a controller, the features aren’t there and you still end up having to use your hands to get most of it done tapping so it defeats the purpose. For a game charging for use, they need to fix.

Just bought the game and. So I just bought the game five mins ago and wait for it to download and everything. After it finished downloading I proceeded to try and play the game. So far it’s stuck on the beginning loading page. I’ve play this game on my Xbox and I love it, but now I don’t have that Xbox any more. I thought this my be my best bet. If can be fix I’ll fix my rating, but until then it’s a one star for me.

Disappointed. I really love the game, but I’m also having the same problems with crashing. It wouldn’t be so frustrating if there was a way to save progress so you don’t have to replay the same day with a Groundhog Day effect just hoping to get thru it. Sad 😞😞😞

Great game, crashes way too often. I absolutely adore this game! The overall mechanics work well, the story fluid, and activities a-plenty. However, the game frequently crashes unexpectedly and you lose all of your progress for that day. If I could save without having to quit for the day that would make the crashes more manageable.

The crashes are frustrating. I love the art for the game and the story plot and everything…but I can’t get past day two because the game constantly crashes on me and I can’t save in time. I hope this can get fixed soon because I really enjoy this game, that is my only complaint other than that I really like the game.

No sound. It’s great and all and I love the game in the pc but there is no sound and I just ruins the whole experience the games provides when there is sound
