It was good until it wasn’t. This app was great up until it decided that I wasn’t allowed to use a subscription I paid for in less than 2 weeks time

Not that helpful. Used to have a great feature for making tested based on specific chapters which was great for studying but it was removed from the app so trying to review multiple chapters is near impossible unless you want to answer 500+ questions. Really disappointed with this app.

Took away my access - FIXED. I paid $8.99 for my “unlimited” access. 3 weeks later, no longer have access to my course. Unable to find where to contact anyone to fix this. Until they can fix it. My review will remain 1 star Update: was contacted by their support group. Logging out and back in restored my access.

Unreliable. This app has issues opening and will often times be down for days. Frequently, it will close you out of courses you’ve already paid for.

Crashing. I will start a test and get through a few questions, then the program will glitch and start the test over. I’ll sometimes get 15-20 questions in and then it will glitch and take me back to like question 5. Pretty frustrating since I have an exam in a couple days.

What happened to my purchase???. I bought this app recently. Been using it to study for exams and now says I have invalid credentials, and making me buy it again. I’ve already purchased it once. When I go to the Code3apps page it still has my login, shows my progress through the chapters that I’ve made but when selecting My Purchase shows nothing found.

Excellent App and customer service. If you have any issue with the app, reach out the to customer service email. They responded in less than a day and fixed my issue immediately! I have used other apps and the old version of this app, and so far both a great! I love the test prep and that the app offers so many other preps such as Hazmat.

Bought App and got kicked out. Bought driver operator and aerial and company officer 6th edition and after about two months it’s wanting me to buy again. I do not recommend this app

Unexpected Error. I purchased the company officer 5th edition. There is no way to take any chapter or comprehensive tests as there is a pop up that continually states “unexpected error occurred”. I’ve used several versions of the app with no issues before. 1 star and a waste of 10$

No support. Wont send me a password reset, there is no customer support contact info available.

Can’t reset password. I’ve tried multiple times to reset my password but I’m not receiving the emails with the token required.

Purchase went away. I purchased the in app 11.99 access and it went away due to an error. Now I’m not able to access all the information I was yesterday. Need this fixed asap.

What the heck.. Revoked my access after I paid and used for a month.

Fire exam prep. Purchased this app last week and now the course I bought is saying it locked trying to make me pay twice… seems to be an issue with a lot of people. This needs to be fixed.
