Won’t Connect !. Bought two surf wheels, one for each of my children, for Christmas. Can’t connect to the app to do anything! Both are stuck in “learner” mode!!!!

Terrible. I’m not able to connect with my board, is showing up on the app but not on my phone Is just coming up as “Bluetooth connection has failed, please searching again” So unable to change the settings on my board which means I can’t even use it cause the self balance function is switched off ! 😪

So bad!. Can’t even connect to the Hoverboard. Just keeps coming up with an error every time. Easily connects to Bluetooth on the phone to play music, though, so obviously just the terrible app!

App no longer works. The app used to work to make adjustments. Now it won’t connect, and just constantly searches blue tooth devices through my house. I can no longer adjust the speed so both our boards are stuck on training level…. This was for when the kids were learning to use them. For such an expensive item to now not be able to use it normally it is very frustrating. We have had the boards for years and they work great, but the app has severely let the board down. NOT HAPPY
