Facebook hacked. Mona helped me get all the way back into my Facebook account after it was hacked! I am so grateful for this app!!!!! I would have lost all my contacts and pictures from this account that I've had since the beginning of Facebook!

Amazing experience so far!. I was very skeptical about downloading this application to gain my Facebook page back that had been hacked. There are just so many scams out there! Well, I was surprised when Mona had a zoom call with me to help tackle my issue. Yes, a zoom call! My situation isn’t resolved yet but I am thrilled to have Mona helping me!

Outstandingly Helpful from the Start. I enrolled just this morning, and their technician Mona has spent a large part of the day helping me with a hacked Facebook account. The fix for this seemed increasingly complicated, so this nice lady offered to submit the forms to Facebook herself from information I provided. Beyond that, she expertly and quickly fielded some other security questions. As far as the app itself, it’s an easy step-by-step process to set up your accounts and devices for monitoring. The Chat feature is always at hand if you have questions, and the technicians do respond quickly. I came away frustrated trying to research hacked Facebook accounts on the web. A computer repairman simply told me nothing could be done. The Cyrus team thinks otherwise. In addition, I wanted a reliable source of information for security questions in general, and in just a day’s time I feel I have found it in Cyrus. Thanks for a great app!

Truth in their words. My Facebook account was hacked snd U was unable to access it following FB’s recommendation so I tried another company snd all they did was give up. I contacted Cyrus and James was extremely helpful in trying to help me get my account back. The hackers had done a thorough job in hacking my account, but James was persistent and was able to get my account back for me and helped secure my account. Thank you James for all your help.

No help at all!!!!. My account has been hacked for 3 weeks now i had no help with the help center on instagram everything on there is pointless. I read the reviews for this app thought i would receive some help nothing at all! I get the same information from the instagram help center on this app what’s the point ? I asked a question when it showed online I understand I’m not the only one but it has been more than a week I haven’t gotten a response. When i check again the app says “be back tomorrow” like what?!?!??!

Cyber security. I had a great response time with the individuals helping. I have no complaints on their end. They did everything they could to help me. They scheduled a call with me and walked me through a series of steps to ensure I got my Instagram back. They were helpful and friendly and constantly checked up making sure I had gotten my account back, and would suggest I try other things and help me fill out the forms.

Why am I paying $10 a month?. I reached out twice on two separate occasions. Each time I got an automated response, that’s fine. But each one said they’d be back the next day. Okay great, I understand you have business hours. No problem. But to not hear back the next day is a HUGE disappointment. If I can’t even get a promised reply then how do I know my accounts are actually being protected? Definitely unsubscribing. Don’t waste your money.

Slow Response Time. I had to cancel me subscription due to poor response time from customer support. I was assigned a customer support person who would respond TWENTY HOURS later. I would quickly reply and then still not get a response until the next day. I guess this is their attempt to run out the free trial and force you to pay for the service. The sad thing is I would have paid for the monthly service if the service was good.

My hacked FB account. My fb account was just recently hacked over a month ago. After trying to assist with this myself, and having not received any further help from fb other than to see “the help center”. I saw this app/ company Cyrus and decided to try them since they specialize in hacked accounts. I since have been conversing with Mona who is so helpful and personable as well as empathetic when dealing with customers and their accounts. I want to continue to work with her in restoring my account. I think everyone should give this app/company a try. I am pleased and excited so far.

Not what I expected. I downloaded this app because my Instagram got hacked and I figured a live person would help me. Only got a bot to help me recover it which kind of helped me walk through steps to contact Instagram. However a staffer Molly contacted and I really need her assistance and I never heard from her after work. What a waste. I called my subscription and don’t recommend.

Very helpful. My Instagram got hacked and they knew what steps to take and what to do next and will stay with you through the whole process. I highly recommend to use there help there are some things I didn’t know I could do and Instagram is no help.

Hacked IG. My Instagram kept getting hacked over and over even after I would retrieve it and I didn’t know what else to do. I didn’t want to make a new one so I knew that I had to do something about this! I found Cyrus and instant messaged someone. They were quick and efficient with information to retrieve my Instagram the correct way. Sure enough I did what they told me to do and OMG I have my Instagram back!!! I’m so extremely happy!!! Honestly useless. I downloaded this app and paid the $10 because my IG was hacked. I messaged them immediately and it said I would receive a response within a few hours. Well, over 24 hours later I finally got a response telling me to just try and contact IG which I already did. Surprisingly, IG was able to resolve my entire issue in about 10 hours so I had my account back just fine by the time Cyrus finally messaged back. If you need this app to help you with a hacked account, don’t bother.

Very useful to monitor your personal exposure. I don’t think there are many apps that are able to monitor you personally like Cyrus. It’s really good for anyone looking to keep up with their personal exposure. P.S: Identifying which contacts are exposed is a really cool feature.

So helpful. My instagram account was hacked for a few weeks, i had tried everything i could think of, i saw someone get this app and talk to real love people and agents and multiple people said it is way better than waiting around for emails or progress to be made from the instagram help center. I was a little skeptical but i gave it some time and patience and they showed me every single step and followed up on my progress and were so kind and helpful for helping me get my account back. After only a couple days of trying the steps they told me to, after having my account he hacked and myself kicked off of everything, their steps are what got me to get my account back. All Around this app was amazing and so so so useful.

I got my Instagram back. Thank you to the Cyrus team for helping me get my account back. My account was hacked by a bitcoin scammer, because I responded to a message. So, for a few weeks, I had no access to my Instagram account. It wasn’t until recently, I discovered this app. I messaged the support team, and I got a response within a few hours. They gave me some guides on how to get my account back. I requested for support and I was instructed to create some type of video for to submit to the instagram support team. Within 20 minutes, Instagram support responded, confirmed my information, and I got my account back. I could not have done it without the Cyrus team. They have been very helpful. Facebook Hacked. Read the reviews in advance. My Facebook was hacked and offers little to no help for the average user unless you have a business account. So I tried Cyrus. Awesome! Quick to respond, Mona setup a video call after I was unable to find the links I needed to submit my ID to Facebook and hopefully lockdown my account. Thank you Mona, 5 stars! I Feel Super Protected. I got caught up in a major financial scam recently and when I realized everything I have or do on my phone may be compromised, I downloaded this app immediately. Customer service is on point, sweet and helpful- it’s the only app that doesn’t feel like you’re talking to bots.

Instagram was hacked. My Instagram was hacked about a week ago now and was looking for any possible way to increase my chances of getting it back. I did a ton of research online and only came to sending an impersonation form which is unlikely to get a response from. My Instagram wasn’t giving me the option to do a video selfie so that’s all I had. I downloaded this app and paid $10 in hopes of getting some actual help when all they told me to do was exactly what I was already doing… send an impersonation form and wait. These people cannot do anything you can’t figure out yourself. They don’t work for Instagram and have no access to your account you have to do it yourself. These people are babysitters pretty much for idiots that can’t do it themselves. Don’t pay for this app it’s a waste of time.

Just WOW. I got locked out of a social media account and Cyrus was EXTREMELY helpful and efficient! I would recommend anyone locked out, hacked or needing security support to use this service! Thank you for making the recovery process less stressful!

The Best!!!. Mona helped me recover access to my Facebook after being disabled for almost 3 weeks! I exhausted every resource available to get back in myself with no luck. Terrible service I’m glad I cancelled it in time. This was a total waste of time, I read the reviews and they were mixed with negative and positive things. My instagram account was hacked and the “experts” that chat with you to get the account back only texted me once or twice and then I was completely ignored. It’s been over 4 days and still no response but she’s been active. I’ve lost all hope in getting my account back. I will never fall for one of these apps again.

Reliable. After getting my Instagram hacked I was in a distress looking for ways to get it back when I found Cyrus. I purchased the free trail with high doubts it would work, but after speaking to (mainly) James he guided me through the process and always checked in on me and updates on the situation. After 1-2 weeks we finally broke through and got into my account but James didn’t stop there he also made sure I secured my account and deleted any back doors they could use to get in Most people don’t get their accounts back so to get in under a month was very surprising and I am grateful for Cyrus and their employees help!

extremely disappointing. i paid for cyrus in hopes of getting my hacked (now deleted) instagram account back. not only did they not get my account back but they lie about what they offer. if you imagine that they are going to hack your account back for you, they don’t. they just send you instagram forms to fill out. (didn’t work for me. maybe for some.) my biggest issue is that they advertise 24/7 chat monitoring, when that isn't true at all. past 5pm the chatters are “away” and wont answer until the next day. and on top of that multiple times i was left on read and didn’t get a response until i sent another message. you can try cyrus but i wouldn’t recommend them.

Hacked Account. I had gotten my instagram account hacked and i was absolutely upset and wasn’t sure what i could do. i tried to contact facebook and instagram but no one would reply back to the emails that i have sent. The hacker ended up posting on my account and it had freaked me out even more. I found cyrus through google in hopes that someone would help. within two days of contacting the cyrus team, they have helped me receive access to my account again as well as explain what exactly the hacker has done to my account and how to go about it. if you’re thinking of downloading this app, do it!!

Terrible so far. I have sent emails, chats and I have requested a call back from a representative regarding my new account with questions and I have not heard back. It been four days now. Also I keep getting emails saying I should refer all my friends to the app. It’s obviously an automated email because I have replied once and nothing happened. This app is a joke. I want to cancel but can’t get through. Don’t buy it. It will not work and it will actually make the problem worse. They very slow to respond. And they will have you do the same thing again and again that will cause you to be locked out of the help center with Meta. I would suggest not using it. I am out 70 bucks.

Very efficient. Thank you to the Cyrus team for helping me out with getting my instagram account back. My account was hacked by a scammer, because I responded to a message. So, for a few weeks, I had no access to my Instagram account. A little over a week the scammers deactivated my page. While looking for apps to help with this issue, I came across Cyrus. I messaged the support team, and I got a response within a few hours. After some time of talking to one to the agents, they requested to video call. On this call the agent gave me information and tips on how to get my account back. I could not thank them enough for this. Thank you Cyrus Team.

Facebook issue!. I have to say this was the best purchase I ever made. James and everyone else at Cyrus were above and beyond what I thought! I lost access to Facebook from a hacker and they were able to retrieve it back within 30 minutes! Highly recommend them!

Got me back into my Instagram. I am extremely grateful for Cyrus because I got hacked, was logged out of my Instagram, and my two factor authentication did not work. I downloaded this app, and they helped me get back into my Instagram. Restarting my entire Instagram would have been so annoying and without this app I would’ve been locked out forever. The customer service I received (from James) excelled all my expectations. Please download this app if you think you’ve gotten hacked and think you won’t get your account back, because you will.

BUSINESS HOURS?!! NOT RECEIVING HELP. What are your business hours cuz the expert team is not here to support me to my convenience. I downloaded and pay for this app in hopes of recover my instagram account that has been hack for so long just to not receive any help. I am not online 24/7 so whenever I go in the app they’re not there to help me!!! Either they are “away” “will be back in a few hours” “will be back tomorrow” like I don’t have the patience to wait that long just for it to say this message again. Very nice. Just got a call from them to help me recover my Facebook, she was very understanding and patient with me, and explained everything I need to do in good detail. She also warned me of what might happen to my old account instead of just letting me wonder. I think that’s super great for them to tell me the risks instead of other companies who just tell you what to do and leave it at that. Very cool and I will tell everyone who gets hacked about them

Fixed completed Facebook issue. Mona took about an hour helping me fixed the most completed Facebook issue. Long story short after I upgraded to a new phone wasn’t able to log in. I tried but Facebook kept pulling up my old account that was hacked a few years ago. And that account has the hackers email. Mona was calm and patient. She figured it out. Also my other account is now deleted to avoid Facebook getting confused again. Mona was the best.

Mona was very helpful with Facebook Recovery procedures!. My 15 year old Facebook, Messenger and Instagram were hacked and hijacked on May 20th! Help recovering my Facebook page. Mona was very helpful in recovering my Facebook page that was hacked. Unfortunately, the hacker wiped out all photos and posts and I was unable to retrieve them. Mona helped me to set up a new more secure Facebook page with several layers of protection so that this doesn’t happen again.

Only help I’ve gotten!. Got a call with Mona and she got me further into my hacked and deleted Facebook account than anything I was able to do. With her help, FB has accepted my I’d for review (something I couldn’t get to work on my own) and got further through what felt like a death scroll of unworking steps. As I’m writing this, fb just messaged me that I can now get back into my account!

Hacked IG account. For the past year, I’ve been trying to resolve an issue myself regarding a hacked IG account. I repeatedly followed the Instagram documentation steps in their help center with no success. The hacked account was becoming problematic as my clients kept finding the hacked account and would follow it, and then the hacker would pretend to be me and reach back out to them. Within hours after I engaged Cyrus, I received an email from Instagram requesting more Identity proof, and within a few more hours the IG account was wiped, and the next day it was deleted just as I had requested. I highly recommend Cyrus!

As effective as can be. I downloaded different apps trying to look for one that can help me with my iPhone that was targeted in a data breach a few months ago and since I got this app I feel secured to the max. This app is a winner because it protects everything you use on your iPhone. It has great protection method that tracks viruses, your apps, your data and tells you if it finds any malicious malware sites and blocks them directly from your phone. It also informs you if your private data has been used in any other apps without your permission including any purchases made to make sure it was you who made the purchase. It tells you if your phone is connected to any spyware device or any other internet connection you don’t know about. It’s by far the best protection I have been looking for to prevent any hackers or any other connection your not aware of, this app will tell me. It also keeps an eye out on your credit report to keep your credit score in good condition and it will send you a notification if someone else has access to your private account information. Thanks Apple for finally finding this incredible and powerful app protector in your App Store to finally have a peace of mind for all my devices I use!! Thanks again!!

What are we paying for?. They said “chat with our experts”, and I’ve been trying to reach him for 72 hours now … just the bot answering my questions. When you send a message they say, usually answered in a few hours, that’s what they say. Lots of talk and now answers. Trying to find a phone number … zip. Too bad, im still under the trial period … I think I’m going to cancel my yearly subscription. It’s too bad I thought it would be useful. Cyrus, if you answer this message, I might give you more stars but right now … not really. They never connected to the zoom call. No service. This is a scam.

Bot service, no real help. I downloaded this app after my Instagram was hacked, and I read online reviews that said they could help. This app was no help in any capacity, and I felt like I was communicating with automated responses the entire time. I STILL don’t have my Instagram account back, and the “experts” on this account provided no help to get my account restored. Once I reached a roadblock in following their automated instructions to deal with Instagram, they ignored my messages for over a week and provided no further assistance. All my recovery info, including email and phone number, were changed by the hacker and this app provided no help whatsoever even with screenshots and screen recordings of what happened when I tried to follow their instructions to log into Instagram. In addition, they do not value their customers and take the ten dollars a month up front without delivering any real, human services that help you navigate the mess of bots, meaningless help pages, and automated responses you get from social media platforms. This app is not worth the price per month they are asking, and I encourage all consumers not to waste their money on another meaningless security app that can’t deliver on their promises.

Wonderful. My Instagram was hacked and I was in a Instagram support page loop that was getting me nowhere since the hacker changed the email and #. I was able to actually get to the impersonation form and submit it to Instagram. They took down the two hacked instagrams that day. Thank you and definitely keeping this.

Fantastic help in restoring my hacked and blocked Facebook!!!. My Facebook was hacked and I was blocked from accessing it. Not fantastic. I think the app is having teething problems. I set the VPN to on during set up and have found it automatically switches off. I have to continuously reset it. Doubt the app’s usefulness at this point. Reporting the bug to the developer.

NO HELP. They charged my card right after I click I wanted to try the 7 day trial. There is nowhere in the app to cancel subscription or any of that. They take days to answer a message.

There are no customer service reps or experts.. I got my instagram account hacked recently and downloaded the app, paid the subscription, and waited hours to get no response. It makes me wonder do they even have experts on here. What’s the point if no one is going to get back to me? I want a refund but it just looks like I lost $10 bucks.

The app itself is ok. The app works!! I enjoyed using it, my subscription issues were resolved thankfully some time after the review.

Fraudulent App. The fact that “chatting” with a “professional” from this app means, hitting buttons with their very own automated questions as opposed to the customers’ own questions is yet, another red flag.

Don’t waste your money. Worst support ever! They never respond to you and when they finally do weeks later it’s just instructions on what to do that Facebook already gives, there no actual help with account recovery! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Did not work to fix disabled FB account. They took 17 hours to reply then the resolution isn’t any different than the options Facebook gives. I don’t think company cyber skills are as great as they advertised.

Ew. I was told that this app was free, wrong, you literally have to pay to get any type of help, what if someone can’t afford it? Do they just have to suffer through the hacking? It’s stupid.

Messaged them on a Sunday never got any replies from there chat personal / support waited over 72 hours never heard a thing !!! I’m so thankful for them. They helped me do my submit form cause my Facebook got hacked recently I sent them all my information and they did it they selfs now I’m jus waiting for Facebook to contact me back !!

Update. I had gotten a lot of good help from the app and then all of a sudden it’s having me re-sign in all of my stuff is gone and it’s wanting to charge me again. If somebody could help me with my account, I would gladly redo this review. I can’t even get intosupport because it’s wanting me to start a new subscription and I have been a paid number for a while now

Not worth it. Was promising at first, then when I tried to actually speak to someone it went DAYS without anyone even reading my messages. Nobody is actually there to help you recover any of your accounts. So disappointing

Fraud. Please do not purchase this app especially if you intend to restore your Instagram account. They do not help you in anyway get access back to your account.

No help. Beware, they provide information that’s already online and they never get pay to you when you try to reach out for help using their chat messaging.

No one responds. All bots. I had my Facebook hacked and while searching how to get the stupid company to give my access back, I came accross this company. I even subscribed and paid money as the reviews seemed promising. Well, after a week or so of trying things I had already tried I asked for help twice more and my messages go unresponded to more than a week later. Either a scam or bots. No help.
