False Advertising. I don’t know about you but I am sick to death of these games having nothing to do at all with the ads as they are presented. I don’t understand why the developers just don’t promote the actual game as it is. Oh, yeah, it’s because it’s the same as the last 15 games everyone has download it. Don’t waste your time.

Too many ads. Each round is fairly short, and every time a round is over you have to watch an ad. The number of ads is so annoying that it takes away any enjoyment of the game.

Not a foodie. I like it and liked the more challenging one (“LAPSING”) that had longer words but then it switched to easy ones again? Not sure why it wouldn’t accept “pain” in the challenging one nor did it “bank” words that weren’t included in the words they want!?? Words I had were: gain, sign, sing, pail, sail, ping, sapling, plain(s) . . . And many others P.S. bc I have an eating disorder I don’t really like having the food and recipes but . . The name is a play on “delicious” sooo I guess that’s my problem

Challenge. Enjoy your trivia collection from around the world. Traveling at home. Totally enjoy this online game that can challenge and give you a recipe!

Ads. I have not played long enough to know if I want the ad free version, nor will I ever get there. After playing a round, which takes less than 10seconds, I am expected to watch 30 seconds of ads. The game is soooooosimple. Wish the difficulty would gradually increase so that you were looking for more words. Three or four a round is a waste of time. Deleting as soon as I post this.

Good, but …. The app is good, but frustrating, since it rejects good words; uses a lot of archaic old English, and apparently rejects American English words. Some “words” accepted are not words in any dictionary and not acceptable as Scrabble words. Nevertheless, I keep playing.

Doesn’t work right & too many ads. Trying to connect letters doesn’t work a lot of the time and an ad after each level is way too many. Fix these problems and you’ve got a good game but for now I’m deleting.

Meh.... Unlike what the ad shows, this is just like any of the other games where you connect the letters to form words. And, it takes longer to watch the ad between each round than it does to play the round. Not worth my time.

DOWNLOAD PLZZZ. I love this game!! I get to learn new words and stuff! It’s so relaxing, I sometimes play this when I’m stressed or something and it calms me down, other then that I still play it!!! Please download this app, ITS AMAZINGGGG, oh and the adds aren’t a big problem for me, plus it’s still in development so, yea!! Have a great day!!

Laggy and drains my battery. I like the idea but this game is sooooo laggy. And I was shocked too. Its only still pictures so why is it so laggy like that. Also this game drains my battery so quickly and after a few mins its below 50% are you kidding me! One last thing is that these “untargeted” words only count when they feel like it. So it accepts the word read but not the word ram or kids. Are you kidding me? Did the developers manually input words to accept and reject in each level? Such a broken mess. Wordscapes is so much better than this.

Wordelicious. I try to play one game each day, but with 20 levels, I have to break it up and play several times a day. I get a free recipe after the 20th game! Fun

Real words. I actually liked this game in the beginning. The more I played it changed my enjoyment of the games. I like to think I’m fairly intelligent but the words they come up with I’ve never heard of before. Even the 3 letter words. It becomes a guessing game to figure them out quite frequently I am 65 years old and have no brain impairment. I’m deleting this app and going to download another. Also I can’t get a definition of the word on the app. Bye bye. I would loved to enjoyed this app more.

Soooooooo many Ads. The game is fun but there is an ad after. every. single. challenge. Some of the ads put you into a loop that takes a long time to get out of. I guess they hope to wear you down enough that you finally just install the app they’re trying to get you to try. You will spend more time in ads than playing the actual game. Deleting the app after this review.

Fireworks. Totally addictive and you get free recipes. What could be better than that!!!

Recipes. I like to play these games. This one is cute around the world game. Visually appealing. Bonus recipes. Nice! .... weeks later, I gave this a good review; but, I have changed my mind. WAY TOO MANY ADS. Fix that and you will have a cute game.

The only game that “awards” recipes. Each level is named for a country. When you win, you claim a new recipe. Example: Italy=carbonara recipe.

Too Much Ad Time. The rounds are quick and each one is followed by an ad. The app keeps getting stuck while in an ad. I’ve had to close out and restart multiple times.

TOO many ads. This game would be more fun if I didn’t spend more than half (YES! more than half) my time watching ads that don’t interest me. Watching an ad for 30-45 seconds then having to wait another 5-15 seconds as if you think I need extra time to make up my mind. One more thing, you need to expand your list of acceptable words.

Way too many ads, expensive to buy full version. The ads get ridiculous after a while. I am at the point that there is an ad after every level so I’m spending more time helping the developers make money than I am actually enjoying the decent game they ha e developed. In order to purchase the ad feee version it costs $2/month or $10/year. What a freaking joke. Why would anyone pay that much to play this game only to end a few recipes you can find with a quick search??

Words. I am enjoying this game. I’m not sure why so many people are saying there are non-words. I have not had a single issue with that. I like the fact that we work towards getting the recipes. Interesting. What I don’t like is the fact that not every word is in the dictionary of this app. I try many common words and they are not recognized. You shouldn’t just pick and choose which words you want here. Put EVERY word into the game. There are many other games like this that do. Also I agree, this is not at all what was advertised. I think you need a few more adjustments. Yes, the ads are sickening, way too many. At least, space them apart a little more. This is the worst turn-off. Thank you. Thank you for your quick response. I understand that you can’t please everyone, just throwing ideas out there. 🙂

Fun idea. The recipes are a fun idea but the ads really ruin the fun. I understand they need to play ads to make the game free, but there is a 15 to 30 second ad (or more!) after every round. Some of the rounds are only three words so you spend almost three times of your time watching ads than you do actually playing the game. I’ll be deleting this game after writing this review. It’s just not worth my time.

Annoying Issues. The Country and recipe idea is fun and a little informative. But much of the word finding part is not. While it is extremely simple with 3-5 letter words, there are tons of legit words not recognized - who, ram, sin to name a few. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to change the challenge level. Clearly the app has the ability to generate more difficult puzzles since the daily challenges are way more difficult.

No landscape mode. The people that develop these games need to wake up and realize that there are other iOS devices out there other than phones! On top of that, many iPad users keep their device in a keyboard case that doesn’t lend itself to portrait mode, so we prefer to play games in landscape.

All legit words. Aren’t accepted but they should be! I’m tired of getting “beeped” out on all of the legit words I make. They should all go in piggy bank!! Give credit for ALL legit words—not just the few this game selects!

Words. I enjoy the game but the ads are way to much. After each screen you get an ad that is longer than your game play.

Gail. this is an awesome game and you can get great recipes and sharpen your mind at the same time Thank you.

Fun game. It’s a fun game. Fairly easy so you can do when you have some time to kill. It’s a good way to boost your confidence too.

Dissapointed. Why do you give a person a great game thats ratio is 20 secs play time and 30 secs commercial?! Its just not worth the aggravation. And who wants to pay so much money to have to not see the same adds 40 x an hour. Its just not good business and to top it off you collect our personal information and sell it for advertising purposes.

Food with words. What a fun concept...”travel” around the world earning delicious recipes while exercising your brain!

Hopeful. This is an interesting word Amel my hope though is that it won't push to spend money. Ads should be enough! So far, so good.

Wordilicious. I bought the package to stop the adds and almost immediately I could not get to a new level. I repeatedly tried with no success. I deleted the game and it cost me over $20 and can’t play it any longer. Will be the last time I buy anything through the App Store!

WORDelicious. The game is enjoyable, and the recipes look delicious. Can’t wait to try them. Excited for the tiramisu. It’s a win/win situation.

Don't download!. Aside from the time that was put into the concept of the recipes/world travel, this game was not too different from many of the other "word search" games already out there. Not to mention it is PACKED with ads between every round (and every time you sneeze, there's another one!) The concept is amusing, but it takes more time to sort through the ads and "claim" all of the bits and actions taken in the game than actually playing it. The recipes seemed good, but I haven't had a chance to make them and only ended up with 3-4 of them before I gave up on this game being enjoyable. Not worth the hassle (and hopefully not being charged for something in this sneaky game that doesn't show up until later.)

Not what I expected. Downloaded it because of an ad, ad was falsely advertising a totally different concept. This is just an ordinary ‘see how many words you can spell’ like so many others.

Over-hyped. Would neuroscientists really recommend you play this game, like the ad states? I played some levels, I found them to be easy. I had to make words like ‘on’, ‘not’, and ‘heat’. My reward? I got two recipes for Italian dishes. Quite tasty, I imagine. Playing on an iPhone 8, the game crashed easily. If I went to the Home Screen, then resumed the app, it crashed. I’m not a neuroscientist. But I don’t recommend you play this game. Why? I’ll tell you why. It will leave you disappointed. Basic gameplay. Empty challenges. It resorts to hype and tempting rewards to grab you. Does it get better? I don’t know. Seriously, just don’t bother.

Don’t bother. App keeps crashing and freezes up. The only thing that doesn’t freeze is the damn ads! If I could give no stars rating I would!

Keeps crashing. After the lead in round it crashes after every game and won’t let me pick up the recipes after the round set. That is to say, the NEXT button does not work at all. Please fix ASAP.

Long and excessive ads. I have only been playing again to write a review. The ads come up after every round and are extremely long in comparison to other games. Some also require you to click on multiple “x”’s to proceed.

Not as advertised. This game is not the same one as advertised. I agree with the many others that think that your game should be advertised as shown and not something completely different. What I seen in advertisement is what I wanted to try. I didn’t want this. It’s the same as many other ones. I would gladly try it again if you. Make it like the advertisement and not like the million other same Round letters and fill in the blank.

Who is responsible?. Felt like I was doing a puzzle by a 5 year old. Many words found in multiple puzzles. And do not exist in the made up “dictionary” But still somewhat entertaining if you’re doing nothing.

Tired. Tired of so many ads would be a great game BUT it may take you max 4 seconds to do a game and 35-40 seconds before and same after of ads….. this is crazy. Ads are way longer then games and more ads then games

Not as advertised. I absolutely hate games that are not as advertised and this is one of them. The advertising I saw showed a game that asked you to pick all the words that answered the question, “everything that swims in water” or something like that. The game is nothing like that. It just a regular word game.

Rating. Too many ads. After each puzzle is way over the top. Even if this is how development is paid. Easier to just not play anymore. Doesn’t give points even if word found is not what puzzle has as answer.

Misrepresentation.. The game is fine, but it’s the same as every other game of its type. The add shows a completely different style game than the one you get. I find that very frustrating. I was interested in the game the add showed - not another spell it out type game.

Great Game. This is a really great game and easily addictive. However, there are far too many ads. An ad, sometimes 2 after each puzzle is very bothersome, especially since you have a hard time getting rid of them after you have watched them. . Ad for game is misleading. I downloaded the game after seeing an ad for it! To my disappointment, it wasn’t anything like the ad and it was the same as a million other word games! Waste of space and quickly deleted! If the ad was accurate, I would have loved the game, but felt misled
