Multiple problems. I have not been able to get my printer connected to WiFi Bluetooth to either our phones or laptops. Black copies come out light gray. I can’t find any way to increase or decrease the print size. And there are probably many more problems. All printed instructions are vague, incomplete, etc. I have never had any such difficulties with printers in the past.

Frustrated !!!. I have been trying to share (email) to my state’s revenue for taxes and being that they didn’t receive twice from my mailing, they gave the option of emailing. So I’ve scanned 9 pages several times and when I go to share, the app closes on me. It won’t save the scans either. So I have to keep starting over with no results. What needs to be done to fix this. This is literally defeating the purpose of this app for me if I can’t even share anything!

Setup directions. Setting up a printer should not be this difficult. When putting in the pin, it says the pin is not correct, but is the only pin available. I purchased this printer to use in my college dorm and have not been able to use it since I purchased. Horrible printer directions. And you can’t talk to anyone for support. Last time I will purchase an HP printer! FRUSTRATING!

Printing. I love using the print app for business. Sometimes I get a paper size error but when I print in the app I do not have that problem.

Easy 2 Use and Set Up. I use it for my small business. It was easy to set up and use would recommend

Free trial does NOT equal free app!. I can only partially blame the developer, as this is a sad trend in the App Store. Free with In App Purchases means additional, premium features for a price. However, the basic functions of the app should work without being bombarded with requests for an upgrade. As for the app itself, I had to uninstall after a day. It simply did not work, e.g., trying to print resulted in the app crashing about 1 of every 3 attempts. I recommend users check with their printer manufacturer for a compatible app. Most have one that works even easier.

Not what I expected. I just wanted an easy app, where I could simply hit “print” on the page I wanted to print. There are no instructions with this, and it seems it’s necessary to export files and save as pdf or word- then the document was corrupt and I couldn’t print it anyway. Waste of money.

Small business owner. Very convenient and easy to use. Has become an essential part of my business and being able to print from anywhere is amazing.

What was once free. Now I cannot even get a diagnostic printout on my HP Printer without paying a subscription fee. Now when purchasing a new printer we have this additional cost in order to use it. This will be the last HP product that I will purchase due to not being able to use it for simple jobs without their fees.

HP Dumb. App works 10% of the time. Tells me “unavailable”, I click it, tells me “ready”. The moment I change windows to print my document there’s no printers detected, go back to the app and is showing as “unavailable”. Around and around this goes since the day I first tried it. On my phone or iPad, doesn’t matter which device, it’s only gotten worse with time. I haven’t been able to print in 3 months. Don’t even bother getting an HP, it’s a $150 cat bed at this point.

Easy to Use. I am very pleased with this app thus far. Easily connect to my printer. Located the file with the documents I Needed to print. I just started using however worked great for the first time using.

Why do I have to pay for a feature that used to be free?!. I have printed documents from my email using my cell phone FOR FREE well before being coerced into signing up for this $&@?! subscription. I’m usually in my dining room and my printer is in my bedroom- I now need to pay $50 a year for this?! I. AM. FURIOUS!! I will be canceling this accursed subscription ASAP.

Wish this was a little more affordable. Not that it isn’t worth every cent I’m sure it is then some I just can’t afford an extra 50$ a year ;(

Scam. We were told we had to set up a subscription for the printer to work. My money was taken out for about a year. Could never cancel. Not good! Never received a refund or ink for all the year. Crazy! Now I have a printer that can not be used. Grandma

Worst app EVER. Will not let me cancel and no way to contact support to cancel. Worst thing I ever did was try this out! It ended up not being what I need, tried to cancel that day. Nothing. I’ve tried EVERY day since and still won’t let me cancel! Tried to get customer support and NOTHING!! Don’t do it! You can’t cancel if you decide it’s not for you!

Printer App.. I haven’t had any issues when printing from my phone to printer. It has to be easy if I can do it at all.

I have no idea what does and does not work. Free or no free there should be a way to know before buying if it works with the printer connected to system. Then, to print from some other program a error shows up for not even 1 second and that is that. Nothing showing the error or the fix. Not good app in my mind since it costs and no support. Don’t waist your money or time.

Printer setup 4152. First of all it took almost ten attempts to get app to find the correct WiFi. Then the next thing on your agenda was selling a subscriptions. First to features which should normally be expected to be included in the purchase price of the package accompanying the printer. Next is a subscription to printer cartridge. Last but not least is your wish to harvest data from my use of the product which I have purchased. Really, is this what you expect will keep me buying Your products in the future?

HP ENVY 6400. For someone who has never used a Wireless printer this is very hard for me to understand. I have printed some things but mostly by mistake. My daughter is currently trying to help me and I now find out that I have to make a monthly or yearly payment to use my own printer? This is ridiculous!

Like the printer but app can be difficult. App is not always easy to connect

I dont recommend AT ALL. Ok... so if you dont want to buy a subscription thats fine and all but this app WANTS u to buy the subscription, i used this app and it said i can get 3 prints for free before a cooldown (i think there should be a cooldown) but i printed ONE images and then i cant use it ever again. Its been probably a month by now since i printed and i still cant print. This app is completely useless if u dont want to buy a subscription and need to print things

Very disappointing. I tried to cancel my subscription several months ago because something was wrong with my printer. Never happened. Now it won’t even work it printed one page and then nothing. I’ve been paying $12 for like 7 months and I haven’t been able to print a thing. At first it was great and when I had an issue I was ignored and taken advantage of. This is my warning do not expect any customer support if something goes wrong.

Easy to use. This app is extremely user-friendly.

Ability to make WiFi connection. Tried everything that the instructions listed. My IPAD will not connect to the printer. I can use airdrop to connect but I must choose between internet access or printer access, not both. Not happy with your product.

Nothing worth paying for. Price is ridiculous. Can easily AirPrint to WiFi printers via export button in virtually all apps without paying $12/month for this app. This app makes it more difficult by requiring you to print from within the app. This app closed on me multiple times when I tried to print a file saved in Dropbox (never able to access Dropbox files to attempt to print). iPhone provides convenient document scanning within mail and notes app (and possibly more native iPhone apps-and document scanning in notes app even scans business cards and receipts). Brand specific apps easily connect WiFi printers for free, making this app completely useless and more time consuming than iPhones built in functions

Only used it once but it works…. It works… just got to figure out to adjust the size of the picture being printed. I printed a picture of my daughter.

Never used it; unable to cancel subscription. I downloaded this app around October 2021 and subscribed to the 1 year plan, yet have never used it due to possibly incompatibility issues. Have attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times, yet it would always give me an error message of “Cannot Cannot” I would like to cancel my subscription. Please assist.

App review. User friendly and great when a printer must have a certain format to accept the print job. I cannot figure how to print both sides yet

Buy and pay more. I don't understand. I tried to use my cellular to print via wifi. Reviewed the directions several times. Downloaded an online unwanted app via the instructions (download HP Smart app) and it opens up and says I need to pay monthly fees??? Is HP serious??? I have brought the printer with ink; but will have to buy ink at one point, using my wifi, electricity, and my bought printer, using my paper, and I have to pay an additional monthly fee??? FOR WHAT??? I am having major problems connecting and I'm about to return this printer. I am so angry. Why should I pay a monthly fee??? For what services??? Anyone , make this make sense!

Terrible customer service. I downloaded this app about a month or two ago needing to print something via Bluetooth and upon downloading realized it wouldn’t work with the printer I was using. I wanted to delete it and not get charged for the subscription service and have tried to reach out to customer service quite a few times but never heard back from anyone end got charged for a subscription. Do not recommend.

Useless and I can delete it. This app over rides what seems like everything I download and try to open. Opening up in Printer App for AirPrint app. I have tried to delete it because I will not pay for basic free services. Further more the app is not in the app list, with settings. It is only in my IPad storage list where I still can’t delete this useless app. I want this off my iPad now, it ridiculous as I’m not able to use some functions that I need cause this app gets in the way.

Very Difficult to Install. Very difficult to set up. There is no number to call for customer support. Everything is done by e-mail. Not sure they were getting the problems by e-mail that I needed help with. Definitely not user friendly.

Can I at least see the features before I commit anything?. So I download the app and to get started I have to pick a plan then commit to that. Yes I know it said “in app purchases”, but that is a long way from a subscription to even play around with the app. I also didn’t notice where it said how to unsubscribe. There was non of that. I have to subscribe to find out how to unsubscribe or cancel after the three days. I know the purpose is to hope people forget to cancel, but that sh¡t is shady.

Confusion. I can't read this app or the printer because I haven't tried it. The review came up before I started my printer. I gave it five stars because I'm hoping for the best.

Works on phone but not ipad. This app works fine on my iphone and win 10 pc, but not on my 2yo ipad. I reinstalled the app and i get these results every time. It works upon first install on the ipad. After the initial install the app will not open, it just keeps crashing. I remove and reinstall the app with the same issue. No other apps on the ipad cause this issue.

Use it at work, It’s there at printer in seconds. It’s the app to have bcuz I can do work from home and print in office in seconds

Poor app. Despite this app being listed as suitable for use with my iPad, no amount of effort would get it to synch with my wifi enabled printer. Luckily there was the 3-day free trial. Hopefully this will be honoured as the one month subscription was converted to one year when trying to open it. A bit more information about in-app purchases would be helpful. Seriously, $82 per year to print from your iPad? Please!

Confused. I have purchased an Epson ecotank ET2710 multifunction printer to print family photos and the odd document. I was stunned to see that there was a subscription amount for this app. Could you please explain to this ‘old head’ how I can simply use the app on my mobile phone to achieve this goal? No free use. I saw the in app purchases and thought I could still use it like you can other apps but no you can’t. As soon as you download it asks you to purchase one of the two subscription options. I promptly deleted this app.

Really bad app. When i use to print with hp the app was really easy but now there ads everywhere and you cant find anything

Quits after one opening. App starts fine for the first use. Next click on the icon momentarily shows the opening screen then quits. Have deleted number of times with same results.

Junk. I own one of your printers and a laptop. Both are unless and junk . The printer won’t connect to the wifi and the laptop is a p.o.s!!!

Not connecting. I set up the wi if. Passcode and the first time I tried to print it would not work. It showed that it had accepted the passcode on the same Wi-Fi that I use my iPhone and iPad. I need the code for my printer when I go back into your app it does not give me the passcode again. My printer is a PIXMA MP 250 .I have paid for this app. And I have asked a few times for help. And not gotten any.

Need to monitor if I’m charged. Poor interface and tried to charge immediately. Deleted within minutes. Now have to monitor to make sure I’m not charged some sort of subscription.

You do pay. Upon downloading there were two options to pay, monthly or, don't remember the other, no other options. Reading the reviews, at that time, it was free.

Payed over $9.00 to use only once. I thought that by purchasing the app, I would be able to use it for more than 1 day. Not so. And now I am getting a ton of spam in my email. No more printer apps for me.

Anyone figure out how to cancel before being charged?. It’s misleading that it says it’s a free app and then charges $50 for a subscription. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to cancel it before I’m charged, because it’s not listed in my subscriptions

Kept charging. This app repeatedly charged me even though I canceled the charges. I feel like they tried to scam me out my money. Do not download or subscribe to anything from this app unless you want to pay for it forever.

VERY Expensive. Found it to be rather useless. I never NEVER do a trial and I NEVER recommend getting a subscription to this or almost any other app. Marketing tool—apps hope you forget to unsubscribe. Apple seldom—yes, very seldom gives any refund for any subscription cancellation. I believe when there's no website to purchase from—it speaks volumes about the product. I learned when I got burned.

What a mess. Somehow this app has captured my files, and I can’t view them. It just wants me to print them and I don’t have a printer with me. I have no idea why this is happening but I feel like I’ve been slammed somehow

Slow printer. Initially my printer was excellent with speed but after using it for a few months, it has slowed down significantly. It takes forever to print pages!!!

Crappy app and don’t want to pay. HP should give you the app and let us use the printer without paying for it. I already paid hundreds for the printer and I think it’s bad carma for HP to charge for a subscription

Bought a printer but app is extra??!?. It’s so ridiculous that the basic app is laden with ads (in huge format) and redirects you to pay for subscription every chance it has. So ridiculous that an app interface with my printer is extra yearly. Delete!
