Fair tuner. Using the app as a tuner so far. It does a decent job. Fairly easy to use.

Useless. It asks me to grant network access and I already have. It just keeps taking me into settings. I’m already signed into my Ubisoft account and Rocksmith+ is running on my PC. This app is worthless

Ubisoft please read. So I decided to get a membership to try to learn more about how to play guitar so I got rock smith plus now I do have to admit getting a cord that wasn’t made by you. I was my mistake so I decided to use this app but for some reason it will not connect no matter what I do and I can never get past step 2(connect) so I’m just wondering can I please get a refund for my membership please

Broken. Doesn’t even give the option to give access to the local network. Making this app completely useless at the moment, you can’t pair it with your computer.

Best tuner yet! Free for real.. Been using Guitar Tuna. This one is easier to use. Super accurate. Alternate tunings a big plus. And this tuner doesn’t ask you for money.

New update date still same problem. They just release and update and the app still on loading screen never open to sad. Hello we are paying for a subscription by the time the subscription is over I would not be able to use it.

Same message. Same error message as the rest. Is there any resolution?

Trouble connecting. I’m trying to run this on my iPad…it keeps wanting to connect to a phone to use a mic (I have an android) instead of using the iPad…. This could be a lot simpler…as a fallback, how about an option to forgo the mic since the most useful feature of Rocksmith on Steam is simply the ability to learn the song, while it plays: to slow it down, practice sections, etc. I don’t care about what score I get, so long as I learn to play. Also, please add a filter for song based on tuning. One of the most annoying things is having to re-tune before a song. Bunch them together by tuning.

The Best Tuning App Ever Conceived. You can delete all the other tuning apps you have ever used - I just did! The ease, and precision, of Rocksmith Tuner is nothing shy of incredible! I absolutely love, love, love, the ability to tune to 29 additional tunings (other than E Standard). Extremely helpful to acoustic guitar players bouncing around between Joni Mitchell, David Crosby or Neil Young tunings. I’d give it 6-stars (one for each guitar string) if that was an option.

Unable to connect to local network. Stuck at screen to connect to local network. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, everything. Yes I am connected to the same network. Technical support had been unable to help too. Seems they need to work out the bugs and I'll update my review.

iPad Pro. I won’t work with my iPad Pro even though it says it supports iPad Pro. WAck

Can’t connect to local network. Same as the other people, the app isn’t requesting to connect to local network. So can’t use this method of Rocksmith+. Working with Ubisoft to refund me until they fix this app.

Major improvements needed. I’d love to review the features of this app - but I can’t because it won’t even load past the Ubisoft logo.

Won’t work. Same as everyone says. Paid for subscription solely to use acoustic but have never been able to connect. Took a chance without a trial and now a waste of money. Trying to get support and a refund but that is proving impossible. Please don’t pay for a subscription until this is fixed!!!!! This is ridiculous

Wifi Network Error, App Won’t Function. The app won’t let me do much of anything. A pop up keeps appearing with a Network Error, which states that I am not connected to wifi. Prior to this update, since the app’s first release, I have been able to use RS+ on a cellular network. I am using the latest version of your app on an iPhone XS Max with iOS 14.6. Please make it possible to use the RS+ app with a cellular network — some people don’t have home wifi while others will want to use your app on the go (ie: at the park, etc.) where there won’t be a wifi signal. Cellular networks are able to provide enough bandwidth to have a great experience. I stream large video files, as well as use data-rich apps like Yousician and Gibson, etc. without any lagging and/or other issues whatsoever on the T-Mobile 4g network. I am hoping this is merely a bug or a coding error/oversight being that the RS+ settings menu has a mode that seems offers the option of using less data. I hope you will fix this issue ASAP because this app is essentially not able to do anything anymore — including tuning my guitar. If you don’t fix the wifi requirement, like many other people globally, I will have no way to use the RS+ lessons being that I don’t have wifi/broadband at home and only have access to 4g mobile data. Best tuner ever. Works amazingly well!

Can’t connect to network. It is never able to connect to local network, it keeps asking me to open settings. However it never requests iOS permissions for local networking, so I can’t do anything. I can’t grant a permission if didn’t ask for when it opens settings

Accurate and quick!. I’m new to playing bass and found this app to be super easy to use.

Rocksmith +. I like the platform and user functions. The music selection is not very enjoyable with the current selections and subscription options. I cancelled my subscription and will periodically check once more popular songs are added.

Not working. I love rock smith but the app is not working. Not sure who to write? I know you guys will get back to me.

Clunky. Ubisoft! You’ve been making great games for years. This app/service is clunky. The UI is slow, the service won’t connect and you gate me with a username and password. What’s your retention like? I’ll bet terrible. This service is not worthy of the Rocksmith or Ubisoft name. Not ready for primetime.

Great. Ok so I’ve played rocksmith for a wile now and when they announced rocksmith+ I was all on board. I love how many tunings are in thIs app. I haven’t had a chance to try the beta because my pc is trash and can’t run standard rocksmith so I’m not even gonna sign up until I get a better pc or you release it on another platform. Also it seems like you’re gonna put the full game on mobile at some point so that will be amazing.

Accurate tuner. Tuner is very accurate. Easy to use.

Just plain bad. Why would you release an app that doesn’t let you do anything? Beyond frustrated with how poor the development has been for the game and now this app. Don’t bother downloading it doesn’t work.

Never worked. No idea how this shows up as a 5 star app with so many negative views noting the app cannot connect to the internet or Rocksmith servers. I’ve tried several times over months, and this simply does not work as advertised or allow you to play the game.

Just downloaded…and let down. I’ve been playing rocksmith 2014 remastered for about a month now and loving it. I saw the reviews and hoped this was going to fill the void of missing a good tuner to be able to do standard e a440 and even drop down low for stuff like korn, trivium and more. The electric guitar through amp seemed to work okay but was missing out occasionally as if the mic sensitivity was to low. I then pulled out my Martin acoustic to give it another shot. Well…it failed miserably. Setting literally a foot away with the Martin right in front of iPad Pro and little to no back ground noise, the app simply failed to pic up most of the time. I even more aggressively played louder and it would not pick up the bottom 3 strings. I turned the iPad mic right at my Martin and tried making several adjustments. I’m hoping the devs fix the issues and improve this app. I’m really looking forward to rocksmith +connect as my family is constantly going out to parks and areas that I then take an acoustic and play. For now I am returning to Yousician tuner as it’s the best I’ve been able to find.

Audio issue for tuning. Takes forever to get the app to register sound from a string on iPhone to get a tuning.

App Doesn’t Work. The app won’t ask for lan permissions and I can’t add local network without it asking. Grrrrrrrr

Terrible Audio Pickup. I doubt this review will change much, and I’m not sure if you guys can do anything about it (or care to), but the audio pickup from the app is awful. I can be honest with myself when I miss a certain note, but when they’re open strings and my guitar is perfectly tuned it’s easy to see how downright bad the app is at registering your notes. It’s frustrating as someone who wants to learn guitar because I want to get accurate feedback on what I’m actually missing and am not, plus it’s just distracting when I see a miss on something I know I didn’t miss. Other than this, the service is fine, but don’t count on accurate pick up if you’re on acoustic. Also was in a perfectly quiet room with no noise, and wore headphones to prevent the sound from polluting the app, and retuned my guitar, nothing works.

Very accurate tuner and now better looking. Updated review: 2023 improvements are evident. Still impressed with the number of alternate tunings included by default in this app.

Can I give it a zero!!!! Plus is trash. Don’t waste your money. I bought a year subscription to Rocksmith + and it is not 2014. That game was awesome. This is a disaster. And they are relying on people to custom create and they are not checking. Every song I tried… not the right notes, not the right chords. All wrong. Developer reply is reach out to us… I did. And they told me sorry, no refund. I’m telling you RS2014 is a great tool to learn. This is TRASH.

Black screen. Opens to a black screen with no options to continue. Literally unusable

Connection. Keep getting a network error. Whether I connect to my wifi or my phone service I can’t get the app to connect.

easy with good readings. This has been super intuitive and gives the the exact same reads as my Peterson stroboclip. honestly wish I had found this earlier bc I always have my phone on me so don’t need a separate tuner. seems like some of the other reviews mention connection issues. I’m running it on iPhone 14 with iOS 16 and haven’t had any problems (as of May 2023)

Doesn’t work anymore. Since an update the microphone access option has been removed from the app settings so this is now useless.

Black Screen Bug. After the splash screen, I get a black screen and I can’t access the game. I’m on an iPhone 13.

Doesn’t Connect. I’ve had an Ubisoft account for years. I used this account to login to the PC software and to setup this iOS app. The app will not connect to my Rocksmith account. :(

Il est inscrit : Assurez-vous que l’application Rocksmith+ utilise le même compte que UBISOFT (mais je n’ai pas d’adresse Rocksmith...?!) et qu’ils doivent être connectés au même réseau ... ?! C’est sur mon cellulaire directement... quand même curieux ! J’aimerais bien avoir un suivi car d’autres membre de ma famille ont le même problème !
