Fantastic Game! A few suggestions. I love this game for two reasons. 1. The graphics are beautiful. The way the horses manes and tails move is amazing. 2. There’s horses. I love how you can race your horse and do dressage. I also have a few suggestions. On June 27, you made the horse Gratitude free! I immediately fell in love with him and got him. Then, I got an idea. You know how when you bring in one of those limited time horses along with other horse offers everyone is buying them like crazy? Yeah, well I thought maybe on the last day there avaliable you can make them free. Younger kids playing will be disappointed because they cant have great horses like all the other players (or atleast MOST of them). I mean, it would get you a lot more five star reviews don’t you think? I also thought that when your horse wants out into the paddock you can control it’s movements inside the paddock then whenever you want them back inside you can use the whistle button. I hope you take my ideas into account and seriously think about the free horse thing. Even if you don’t I will be sad but my horses will cheer me up.

Few suggestions. I think this game is awesome! I love the islands and they are very creative. I said on the fantasy island that there would be wandering stallions you could breed with every Monday, I was very excited about that but every Monday nothing changes. I think it would be cool if there was day and night in game I think it would be a cool way to add some variety. When goals are born I think they should stay in the same stall as their mom until level five that would make it more realistic. I also think once they spend a few minutes breeding I think it would be cool if they then came out and you could have a vet come out and like see if it’s twins or something. I think that instead of staying in the breeding house to give birth it would be cool to have the mom in the stall once she’s pregnant just to make it more life like. I think you should also be able to assist with the birth of the foal and at least see it stand up and nurse. I also think you should be able to take the horses out into the pasture when ever you want. It also seems like the constellation horses should be easier to get because you can either buy it or never get one. It would be a cool addition to the game if you could trade with your friend with resources and horses. I just want to put it out there that I really miss being able to search for a certain breed of horse if you want to breed with a friends horse. It was really nice to not have to goo through all their island to find one horse.

A couple changes wouldn’t hurt.... At first when I saw this game in the App Store, I was dying to buy it. And when my Mom finally did, I started playing it. But now that I have had it for at least a month, things are starting to get boring. I wish that you didn’t have to have a fantasy horse to breed with someone else’s fantasy horse and stuff like that. And when there are horses in the market, you should leave them there. I saw a Merens breed, which I had. But there was one thing stopping me. I didn’t have enough MONEY. So when I eventually DID have enough money, I went back to the market to go buy the Merens. But it was gone. It wasn’t there. But when I saw two Selle Francias horses, I set off to buy those. But of course, I didn’t have enough money. So I sold my Merens horse, but still, I didn’t have enough money. And I didn’t want to have to sell any of my American horses, too. ( This was happening in France). So I bought an Ardennnes horse, came back the next day to buy another one, but I didn’t have enough money. I’m so frustrated that I think I may get delete the game. But I really don’t want to. So if you could do all these changes, then maybe I would change my mind about deleting the game.

Mostly love but a lot of hate too. I love the game so much. But I hate the bugs and wheel of fortune in the breeding! A lot of times when I am trying to watch an add to get the reward, the add will never load. Then I need to restart the game just to get out of that bugged add and it registers I did the activity but failed. So when I try to watch an add in the steeplechase to boost the distance or rewards, it registers that I ran the race and my horse used the energy but I did not get a single prize or money from it! Then when I am trying to speed the breeding or get the free coins or gems, it registers that I did use up one of the limited adds but no added time or coins or gems is given to me. So I use up one of the limited adds for nothing! Also it is not a problem with the signal because I am in a place with great cellular and wifi. Please fix this problem! Also, can you make it so that instead of a wheel of fortune deciding the foal we get in breeding, we just get a set foal from a set pair of parents? I am really sick of spinning the wheel dozens of times only to always get the horse breed I already have instead of the new horse breed I need.

Amazing Game. Horse Haven is an amazing game, and I really recommend it for horse lovers and horse owners who are looking for a good horse game. It’s all kid friendly and all, except the thing with “breeding.” You don’t see it happen, but some kids might think of it as gross. You choose 2 horses to breed and it will show what horse you could get. If you want the horse you click “ok” or something, and it spins a wheel and chooses the foal, then you can get and raise the foal. But I have one complaint. When I log in to check on the horses, all of the horses that you could buy with real money all pop up. There is like 12 of them at a time and I hit the X for all, everytime. I just wish there was a option to get rid of all of the actual money horses from popping on your screen right when you log on. If I wanted the stuff, then I would get it. I keep hitting the X’s because I do not want the stuff! Horse Haven, if you are reading this, please fix it.

I love this game but I also gets confusing. This game is amazing but it need a a bit of work. I think constellation horses should be able to breed with each other. During the event I got a Taurus 2 male, my friend has a Leo 2 female and when I tried to breed with it to get other constellation horses but it says I can only breed with the same Taurus 2. I think that is really annoying. I also think that you should get a higher percent chance when you are breeding horse, currently I am trying for a Amber FairyCorn but I only have a %16 chance and I have tried more than ten times and I can’t get it. I also think there should be a market on Fantasy Island so people can get fantasy horses much easier. Lastly, when I got Fantasy Island it said there where fantasy horses that would come to the island and I could breed with them every Monday, now I have Fantasy Island for awhile and every Monday I check but there are no fantasy horses to be seen.

A couple Flaws, but pretty good!. I like this game! I’ve played it before on an old devise that broke down, I’d forgotten about it for a few months and came back to it recently, to a nice update! I love the new models and add ons. I hope they update the models for the other horses soon, especially the ponies. I don’t like how hard it is to breed specific horses, it takes a long time to get a higher tier horse, and takes so much gems unless you get lucky, but that’s the way it is. There are a number of spelling and grammar errors (i.e “I have a plan to make you ranch looks more pretty) but that’s not a big deal, and I’m probably being nit picky, haha Sometimes during steeple chases I’ll get a heart, or speed boost and for whatever reason I die? I was near low health, but it was visible. Doesn’t happen to often, but when it does it’s a little frustrating. Somewhat relating to the steeplechase, horse leveling 11-15 you get a wheel spin for prizes and says that your horse has a chance to gain a new skill, but the wheel almost never has that chance, it’s usually coins, gems, or food. I wish the wheel would have more options to level my horse up. There’s usually only one wheel that has that chance, I don’t usually acquire the skill. Maybe that’s just unlucky chances. So a few things that bother me, but I’m playing the game! It’s a game you need to have patience with, with those frustrating aspects-but if you get past those it’s a great game!

Best horse game ever! But keeps crashing :(. I absolutely love this game!!! It is the best horse game ever! The only thing is i don't know why but it’s always crushing !! And it makes me so sad!!! I’ve been playing this game for at least 4 years but i always had to uninstall it and after a long time I would instal it back because I absolutely love this game, but it’s always crushing no matter what :( after updates, in the middle of playing it, after you reach certain level, the game wont load at all it keeps saying “error please try again later “ and it will not let you enter the game at all, its like it gets stuck on error and you cant play it anymore. That is the reason why i had to uninstall it so many times :(. A lot of times you will be racing and the game just crushes, then when you go back it doesn’t save any money you collected while racing but yet it takes horses energy and money you spent on the race. You will be feeding a horse and the game just crushes. Its very frustrating and it would be amazing if it would stop doing it. I had this game on my tablet, my Samsung phone and now my iPhone and it did and does it all the time. Please please PLEASE fix this issue so i can play this game forever. It truly is amazing game the best horse game ever!

Fun game but.... This game is fun, and I’m pretty addicted to it. My complaint is about the breeding process. First, it’s way too hard to breed up horses to higher tiers. It’s so expensive to increase your chances and it rarely works. Now you’ve spent 100+ diamonds and still don’t have the horse you want, so you just keep spending or waste all of those diamonds. Second, breeding the exclusive horses is also too difficult, in my opinion. I get it, it’s “exclusive,” but you’ve already worked really hard and spent a lot of time unlocking the recipe, then you have the tiniest chance of actually breeding it after that. If it’s gonna be that hard, why does the recipe process have to be so long and difficult too? On top of that, the exclusive horses’ stats aren’t even very good. This is just one of those games that’s really difficult without spending a lot of real money. I understand the need for that money for a good app, but I find parts of the game are just a little too hard and actively working against those who can’t pay a bunch of money for an app. Having said that, I do enjoy this game a lot. It can just be really frustrating sometimes. :)

It’s a ok game don’t recommend for Serious horse people.. Ok, let me say a few things. First off when I go into my club hideout or whatever you call it and go into the club quests it always says “your horses are not hungry come back later” and I do. And it still says the same thing! AND IM THE ONLY ONE IN THE CLUB! So if you can fix this please do. Ok so, I have been trying to breed a Marwari and no I have not unlocked it. But I have bred A ton of horse breeds that I have not unlocked, so that’s not it. I have bred my horses with my buddies Marwari like TEN TIMES! And yet u still haven’t gotten one. And for one thing real people in real life don’t pay a thousand dollars to groom their horses, they have brushes that they own. And basic brushes don’t cost that much. And I wish that horses of the same breed looked different, I keep mistaking my new horse for my old one. And please change the way the cover looks, it’s obviously not accurate. I mean look at the girth it’s like a foot to far back! And why doesn’t it have a bridle? And what’s wrong with that lady’s face? Her smile takes up three quarters of her head! I don’t want a response I just want this stuff fixed. Sorry for such a long review😁

Great little game to pass time. So I’ve had this game for about a month and it’s really fun. I like how there are a wide variety of horses you can breed with different attributes. And it’s a game you can play and progress in that doesn’t cost money. Now, that being said, there are a couple of things I’d like to point out. The only thing I really don’t like about this game is the limited skins for the horses. I get that there’s only so much that can be done, but when you have 5 breeds that use the same basic skin with just minute differences in coloration, it makes it confusing as to which horse you’re looking at. The second thing is more of just a nuisance than a dislike. I wish there were more game modes than steeplechase and a straight quarter (?) mile race. There is a passage daily competition. But there are so many more events in the horse world. How about rodeo events? Barrel racing, trick riding, and choreographed competitions. Those would be great. On the whole it’s a good game. And as I said, you don’t have to spend money to progress in the game. You just need a strategy. Mine is that I work on breeding better grades of horses rather than just getting all the different horses because there is limited stable space.

Pretty good, BUT.... I really like this game but there are a few things I really would like to change about it. Number one would be for the horse stables, instead of having just one horse in them I think it would be better to have one stable for a breeding pair. Second allow the horses in each stable to breed instead of having just a solitary breeding house. If that gives too much to the player then at least allow a secondary breeding house per ranch. Having two horses in each stable will allow for more horses for players, I hate having to get rid of 1/2 of a breeding pair because I don’t have room. That being said I think there should be more smaller stables, allow us to build up to 15 or 20 with a pair of horses in each one. I personally don’t care for all the decorations you can buy in the game I would rather be able to sell them for either coins or gemstones. I would also like to be able to move the stables around and put them where I want rather than smack dab in the middle it drives my OCD nuts.

Love the game!! One thing though.... So I used to play this game on an old divorce and have since forgot about it but then I started playing it a few months ago. I really like the new update it makes the horses look a lot more realistic instead of all plastic. I am also frustrated that they give you such a low percentage for getting a tier two or three horse of the same breed. Like, I was just going to breed two haflinger horses for a tier two horse and it only gives you a nineteen percent chance! For the same horse breed! It does this a lot with other breeds too, which makes it extremely difficult to get the horse without spending diamonds. I don’t like to spend money on games (I’d rather spend it on my real horses) so in order for me to get diamonds, I have to save them up then when I use them once, I may not even get the horse. It is also frustrating because you also spend time and coins and lots of food to get your horse to be able to do the Breeders Society tasks which help get the tier four horse recipe to be unlocked. I also can’t believe how many gems (they are different than diamonds) that you need to get in order to unlock the tier four horse! The only may to get those is to either race (and they only give you two at the most at a time) or you somehow get them through an event or something but those hardly come up. I highly encourage that you fix the percentages of the different tiered horses and the prices for the tier four horse certificates.

Great game please read.. This game is one of my favorite games. I know people don’t like it because of glitches and stuff but I don’t think it’s that bad. This game does require a lot of patience. So if your an impatient person I don’t recommend this game. This game also isn’t for little little kids. Like 10 and up. Why? Because smaller kids don’t technically understand the main idea of the game. You kind of have to be clever. I can imagine a kid crying because they didn’t get the horse they wanted on breeding. Oh, and just because you aren’t allowed to pay with money or anything doesn’t mean you can’t be good at the game. I haven’t made any in app purchases and have rare and elite horses. I started with Suffolk Punch and Gypsy Varner to tier 3 Shire. It isn’t that hard. Like I said you just have to be patient . What would I like to see in this game? I would like an update that makes it so you can have dressage and show jumping competitions. That would be cool. So it wouldn’t be just steeplechase and racing. I would also like to see so like if you build a fenced in area and like add little show jumping equipment you can put your horses in that as well as the paddock. Thank you for reading! Great Game but. I love this game but the more I level up, the less I’ve been playing. At first it was really easy to earn money in the steeplechase’s but around level 20 you start to earn less and less money and literally grooming the horse costs money. Growing food costs money. Free roaming costs money. So I’m having a hard time earning and keeping money! It’s making breeding and producing product impossible. And the constant ads now are annoying. Before I had very few ads and that was fine but now I have an ad after everything I complete in the game. I also have had a horse in training for over a week now and online it says it’s only supposed to be a few hours. And she’s one of my few females! So I need her back! Every horse I’ve bred the last few levels have been males so I hold onto my females. Also, now the diamond prices have gone up. Before if I wanted to buy an extra life or increase the chance of a new horse during breeding it was less than 10 diamonds and that was fine. But now everything has increased to 20+ diamonds and it’s making it hard to keep wanting to use my diamonds.

Awesome game 💗💗💗. I absolutely love this game!!! However, there are a few things I would change about it. First, I think it takes too long to place decorations, all I want is a simple path on my farm, but every time I place one I have to go back to the store, scroll all the way down to the path I want and place it again. Second, I like the idea of the dressage competition, but the gates are so stiff and unnatural. I ride horses almost everyday, and I have never seen a horse trot with completely straight legs😫. Third, I don’t like how most of the horse breeds have the same body and head shape, all horse breeds are unique in their own way☺️. Besides that, this is literally one of the best mobile games I’ve ever played (I have played a lot of video games due to COVID-19). I think the game overall is amazing, and I will keep playing it after the Coronavirus.(Thanks for creating this awesome game 🙏)

Stupid looking horses. I used to play this game everyday religiously. I’m a big horse fan so this game was amazing. Then, they changed the whole look of the game. Updates are supposed to bring improvements not make the horses look stupid. Their hair is like soggy spaghetti strands that just flip around. The colors are strange. I ask didn’t know horse have a big blob of stupid looking hair on both sides of the mane, typically it lays to one side. Honestly I think the developers of this game have never seen an actual horse before. The horses look like garbage. I have recently tried playing again, the new features are cool and the colors of everything else are very nice. The horses though. The name of the game is horse haven, and I can’t even stand to look at the horses anymore without puking out of my eyeballs. The horses before looked like horses, now they are just trash! It doesn’t even look like a horse anymore. Also why do horses like the mustang look emo, most horses don’t have that much mane! The hair is TOO much. The old look was cute. A perfect amount of horse to hair and now I have no words. Again updates are to improve not make it look like garbage. I have no clue what the developers and designers of the game were thinking but this current design is not it.

Brilliant. This game is absolutely brilliant! What I love the most about it is the fact that it's so realistic and addictive too. I downloaded this a few years back and just came across it again a month ago. I've played it consistently every day since. Literally. There are SO many different horses and I absolutely love the tier 1/2/3/4 feature. There's just 4 issues that should be considered. First, the game crashes 2/5 times. It takes about 2 minutes for the game to actually start. And my biggest complaint would have to be the fact that in each country, you can only have 6 stalls. Now don't get me wrong, anyone who plays this game obviously loves horses. Agreed. I personally own a horse of my own who is 7/8 Thoroughbred and 1/8 American Quarter Horse. So, I obviously am trying to breed a grey one just like him. The problem is, it is very rare to obtain, which I get. But the cost to re-spin on the breeding wheel is a little ridiculous.

Love it, but... Don’t get me wrong; I do love this game. I’ve had it for a couple years now. It’s a relaxing game. I can’t have horses of my own so it’s fun to have virtual ones. I just have a couple complaints. When it comes to the horses, there isn’t a lot of variety. Like yes, there are different breeds.. but they obviously only have 5 different kinds of horses and just make them different colors. So it takes the fun away of growing your baby horses. I just wish they would get a little more creative. Also, I wish there were other ways to upgrade your horses. The only way to do so is to run the races. But honestly, I get so burnt out with having to run the same races over and over and over again. And it takes so long just to work your way up to being able to actually get a little upgrade for your horse. It takes way too long... it’s honestly not worth it and that’s a huge bummer. It’s just a very repetitive game and after playing for a couple years I just wish there was some more creativity and variety added in!

Great game! (But some issues with customer service.). Great game, extremely interactive and fun. Graphics and animations are great, though not always accurate on every level, coming from a horse persons perspective, though you can’t have it all and it doesn’t affect anything anyway. It’s great for casual or more intense play. Lots of fun events and many, many horses to work for, win and breed. There are a few bugs here and there, but they seem to work to get them resolved as soon as possible. Over all I recommend, and would have given this a full five star review if it wasn’t for a problem I have come across a couple times and still haven’t resolved. It seems very near IMPOSSIBLE to contact any support about the game. There is no way that I can find to contact them from the app itself, and even on the website I couldn’t seem to find a way to contact them directly. If there is a way, I am missing it, and I’m pretty sure I am not the only one. Over all, great game, but not the greatest service when it comes to needing assistance.

Great game but the prices are unreal. This game is great and very addicting, but I have a couple of problems. I don’t think that the price for grooming, mucking out, or turning out you horse should be $500!!! What?! I also think that we should be able to get diamonds easier/have someway to obtain diamonds, like a sleepchase. And clearing an area on your farm is so expensive?! You thought you were going to clear that area for $2000? Well guess what, the next time you do that you’re paying $3500! Then $6500? And it just keeps getting higher. I go broke almost every 5 seconds and the prices are unreal. I remember playing this game when it was newer. I had to restart because of transferring problems and then I just deleted it because I felt I put too much time and effort in it to want to restart. But then I re-downloaded it. The prices were very fair and reasonable. But now with these new update they are crazy expensive. Please consider lowering your prices. Anyways, it’s a great overall game. I’m not happy to consider putting 5 stars yet only because my critics are something that makes the game unenjoyable for me.

Pretty good game. There’s still a few things that would be nice if they were fixed. I’ve been playing on and off for a few years., but more so now. It used to be easier to get fantasy and galaxy horses. I managed to get all the fantasy horses before it became harder to get them. In the constellation races 1 out of 10 times is the jewel actually there to collect it. This is very disappointing and makes me not want to waist my time on that race and even try to get more constellation horses. It’s been this way since I started playing on an old iPad 2 (which I thought maybe was the issue) but now I know that’s not the problem. I have been playing on a brand new iPad 2019 and yes the game plays much better now, but the glitches are still in the game. It would also be nice if we could get some new fantasy horses, and have the chance to get any of the fantasy horses to tier 4! Which I’ve never seen yet so far. More tree and flowers and waterfalls and nature decor would be much better than some of the latest deco additions. I try to make my ranches more realistic and beautiful! I love decorating all my ranches. :) other than all that, it’s a great game and the horses are pretty cool and some of the event are fun.

Incredible Game!. This game is awesome! I only have a few complaints but a whole lot of praise for this game. If you saw this game and wanted to get it, you should! Even if you don’t love horses, this game will make you love them with every horse you breed, buy, or are gifted. I love the new quest system where you can rent your horses for some quick coins, and sometimes diamonds. This update makes it much easier to earn diamonds. The breeding map event is nice, too, because it can show you how to breed beautiful and elusive horses. One of the cons to breeding, however, is how expensive breeding is. I’ve had to spend 5,000+ coins to breed some horses now, because I have deleted the app and then came back to it, and it was much cheaper to breed horses then. I wish you could take the breeding cost down to an average cost, like 1,000-2,500 depending on the breed. Of course, bringing up the levels for different tiers is acceptable, but not when it’s in the 10,000s. A suggestion would be like a “bank” where we can deposit coins for savings to buy a horse or a building. Maybe we could put the money in different “accounts” or savings and name the folder to what we are saving up for. It would be very helpful so we don’t spend all of our money taking care of our horses. I also wish dressage was unlocked at level ten or something.

It’s ehhh, takes a lot of patience. If you love horses this is a decent game to play. Breeding to get all different kinds of breeds, caring for your horses, racing etc. You can customize your farms how you want with decorations that’s nice. HOWEVER this is most definitely a buy to play game, If you want the top best horses (tier 3 or up you have to pay for it) you very very very rarely will get a tier 3 horse without having to spend diamonds (which you must either buy or be patient enough and rack up by earning them in the game) any nice gear for your horse have to spend diamonds on, running further in the steeplechase to get better perks for your horse have to spend diamonds for unless there is a heart event going on and even then you have to spend diamonds if you run out of hearts, another frustration with this game is when it decides to crash if in the middle of a run you don’t get your energy back or anything you’ve earned from running and it’s not worth the hassle of contacting customer service each time due to the amount of time it takes for them to finally resolve the issue. A lot of the horses do look alike just with a few different features; colors and some face shapes or body shapes they do not look like realistic horses so if you’re looking for that in a horse game, this isn’t it. All over I mean it is fun if you have a lot of free time to just put into this game.

Piece of crap. I would give this thing ZERO stars if I could. Every time there is an update the game breaks and it has to be deleted and re-downloaded. It does not run on my data plan for whatever reason and half the time it will not run on wifi. It also gets super annoying and boring after a while as diamonds are the currency for almost everything. Half of the time when doing the races you will spend a large amount of diamonds to keep going only to have the game crash at the end of your race and all progress lost (don’t worry, they keep your diamonds that you just spent prior to the crash and you don’t get those back) so very frustrating overall. Not to mention the new(ish) race system they have out is a. Rigged, and b. Almost impossible to get pieces out of the boxes after waiting 8-12 hours to open them. Additionally, you don’t get to choose which horse you want pieces for, the system chooses for you and won’t let you change that even if you have previously unlocked said horse from another method- example for this is Casper and Gabriel Christmas old models. Special event races you race to get skill ups for the stupid weather related bs and then you end up spinning for diamonds or the pearls that have almost no purpose in the game... and no weather skill up as promised... doesn’t work this way with the other skill ups, which are set so just another way people willing to spend massive money on pixelated horses can outdistance everyone else.

Not what it used to be. ONE STAR* I’ve been playing this game almost since it came out. This game used to be my absolute favorite. I used to drive my husband mad getting on this game multiple times a day. Back when it was TRULY free to play. And fun to play. Now? They are money hungry. They create lots of new horses and features in game, but they want you to pay for them. With real money. Which I understand a game like this NEEDS support, but the difference in the game even three years ago versus now is ridiculous. The new horses are actually TOO numerous for most of the most active players, and the ways to get them are either ridiculously expensive or crazy difficult, so your options are buy them, work and possibly get them, or go without. If they weren’t so money hungry, and would actually deal with the bugs that have been brought to their attention by players, maybe the game would be better. We players want better gameplay, not more new horses that all look the same (Elves and Legolas, looking at you). *To increase the rating of this review, please pay $100 per additional star you would like to add. This is how you run the game, this is how I run the review.

Great but a few MAJOR flaws. The game is great and all, but major issues occur with almost everything. When you feed a foal and it grows, the adult version clips through the trough and stable walls. If your horse has fur around the bottom of their hooves and they wear wraps for the dressage shows, the fur clips through and basically ruins the photos for the shows. I wish coupons for horses were easier to get as well, a lot of kids play this game and when you open it your bombarded with overpriced horses to buy (like $15 for epic horses. They aren’t even that good) and you can’t get coupons without buying or spending money on the game. Another BIG BIG flaw with the ads. It says you can get different perks (shortened breeding time, more gems/coins more chance of a certain foal etc. ) but when you watch an ad you don’t get any reward at the end. This really frustrates me that I can’t get a reward for watching stupid ads. This is all I have to say. I figured the developers should know these to fix them. Very sorry if I sound rude or like I hate the game with a passion.

Amazing but needs work. Horse Haven is really fun and I would love it o get it, but I have a few problems. First I don’t know how to reset my progress. I really want to reset because I went wrong in the past and I want to try again, but yet I can’t reset. I’d really liked this fixed because I want to experience the game again. Second I have a problem with coins. It’s so hard to get coins that when you need to breed or anything else you can’t and it gets so annoying. I know that the daily entering gives you a choice but is so little. I would like this fixed so NO ONE would get annoyed and stop playing this really cool game. Lastly I HATE BREEDING! You almost never get the horse you want. It so frustrating, and if you don’t get you horse you have to spend gems or coins over and over again, and I get you want/need money but it’s ridiculous oh how hard it is to get both of those things. I’d really like this game but this few problems are just so stupid and can be fixed really easily, and hopefully one day I’ll be able to give this game a 5 star rating but right now I can’t. Just know this games graphics and game setting is so fun and if I could reset I would love to do that and play this game again even if it have its problems. Because who hasn’t made mistakes or problems the answer is no one.

My fav game. I play horse haven every day. The graphics are great and I love the concept. I love breeding horses and then feeding them and taking care of them to get them to adulthood. I love competing with my friends in steeplechases. It’s a great game for any horse lovers. I’d just suggest now breed your horses and do not buy them from the market. I bred a Criollo, which is really rare, for around 1000 coins, which is not a lot, and on my market the Criollo was 300 gems, which is a ton. Anyway, take this hint and never, ever, waste the gems during the tutorial. Stock up in gems so you can buy cool stuff. Also, use Amy a lot. She’ll be one of your friends, like a default person. She has every type of horse u can imagine. Check out her fairy island just for fun it’s really cool she’s got unicorns. You can also dress up your horses when they become adults, but only do it if you have the money. Anyway, the concept and graphics of this game are amazing! This game is perfect for all horse lovers.

Absolutely Amazing!. Horse Haven is an amazing game and I’ve enjoyed playing it every second for the 5 years I’ve been playing. I love the exclusive horses they add in there and the unique tier 4 horse styles. In fact, Horse Haven is my favorite game! I appreciate the work the Ubisoft/Horse Haven team puts in. Now, I know the company needs to pay their employees to work, but because their diamond/gold/horse prices are so high, no one will pay for them. I would recommend making the diamond/gold amount higher or lowering the price. If the price could be lowered I could consider buying a package. There is also a small bug with the Lucky Sprint. After I roll the dice a few times, it says I must restart the game. I hope Horse Haven fixes this soon, because it begins to get a bit frustrating. I also have no idea where the Lucky Guess went. I honestly don’t remember the last time a saw it haha. But other than those itty bitty problems, Horse Haven is an amazing game. It’s perfect for horse lovers who enjoy racing and breeding horses to better tiers. The graphics are amazing and totally recommend this game to everyone. It has a safe community because there is no chatting with others which means nothing inappropriate or creeps who could hack you’re device. Thanks for reading! Great but...Breeding.. Fabulous game. Really. But the breeding irks me. If I’m going to spend $5-$10 USD on diamonds I should be able to be guaranteed the horse I am working for. It discouraged me from spending USD on the game when I pay for a better horse and still end up with the same tier one that I didn’t want. I admit this could be exclusive to the regular horses, not necessarily the constellation ones (to be fair). Also, the tier four breeding. The process is so long and complicated, and then you have a sliver of a chance of breeding that Tier 4, it fails and then the certificate has expired. That is QUITE frustrating. Don’t make the process so hard if you aren’t going to give me what I worked for. Also you should be able to see the breeding result options BEFORE you click breed. I have a detailed note list of what breeds make what etc... but if I’m not able to get a Tier 3 that I thought I was going to be able to breed and didn’t realize I wasn’t leveled enough? Tell me that up front. I’ll breed two other horses for a different result. Don’t make me waste my time and hard earned coins that I spend forever in the races collecting. I’d give it a 5, but the breeding is a BIG part of the game, so that kinda puts a big dent in it for me. I hope Horse Haven reads & understands that I’m not alone in my frustrations. Thanks.

Frustrating and boring. I think this game as a lot of potential, but after a downloading and playing it all day I found it disappointing. The gameplay is very repetitive, and with a lot of it I just don’t see the point. There are no apparent long term goals, and so far no sense of progression. I’m breeding horses (which sounds fun and was why I downloaded the game) but why am I doing that if the horses look so similar to each other? I see there was effort put into the graphics and art, but the style honestly makes me kind of uncomfortable. I kept going back into the app to play, but only because of that leave-and-come back cycle these apps set up. My biggest problem with this app is that it’s not fun. The racing “game” is so boring and repetitive, taking care of the horses is so boring and repetitive, all of the features are so boring and repetitive. As a general rule if you want to make money off a game, you have to actually make your game enjoyable. That’s why people play games, not to buy gems or watch ads. And when you put care into your game, it shows, and people are willing to pay for that. My point is, you can’t just focus on getting people to give you money, you have to give them something in return. In this case, that’s an enjoyable experience. (Also, why is that girl’s mouth so huge? It literally takes up half her face. It’s unsettling to say the least. Who thought THAT was a good idea?)

FANTASTIC game but IT TOOK AWAY MY DIAMONDS! Help. Horse Haven Team, you are probably not reading this but please listen! I love horse haven, it’s my favorite game of all the ones I have! I have no complaints about the game. But recently ( literally yesterday ) I had finally collected 280 diamonds by selling horses, running steeplechases and completing daily quests. I was so excited! I left the game ( still with my diamonds ) and the next day I came back to the game I didn’t have any of my diamonds! The game took away mi diamonds! And I swear I DID NOT accidentally waste them! I know because I had them when I left the game and I literally never use the shop. Please horse haven, I really want my diamonds back! I love your game and there is nothing wrong with it but this makes me so sad! I have made many in app purchases in the game, and not to complain or anything but last week I made an in app purchase and it did not give me the diamonds ( I purchased the 950 diamond one ). I would be very happy with at least having my 280 diamonds back. Please, give them back to me! I am so sad!

Great game! Some suggestions and issues. Horse haven is all around a wonderful game, from the steeplechases to the exclusive horses is so much detail…But a few problems, first off I think that breeding costs should be a lot lower I mean if it’s like a higher tier than that’s necessary I also think that the time period should be a little bit quicker! I’m completely understand that this game has to have a little bit of a kick to it and a goal but sometimes it takes over 5 hours!🤭I think I have had to much complaining. Time it get to the great and wonderful part of this game! I love all the zodiac sign horses and constellation horses, I also love the horse Pedia because you get to look at how to breed almost every horse! That’s about it! Just some tips. I’ve had this game for several years now so i feel like i have a good preference of this app. I really like this game and if you like horses you should try it out. i haven’t run into any bugs in my experience although some things are quite annoying. one thing i would like to be added is where every racing season there’s a place where the game records all the times your horses have made. also it would refresh each season. this would make it easier to know which of your horses are more advanced than others. this is just a suggestion that would be appreciated. Even though i like this game some things are a bit frustrating. one thing is the storage, it needs to be separated by which item you can grow or make in each country. this would make it much easier for people and myself to know which items are low on stock. another thing, it’s hard to keep up with all farming things because they’re are so many you have to keep up in stock. i would ever so thankful if my suggestions were even slightly thought of.

If you don’t have Themis game... GET IT. This game is amazing I love it so much I am on level 16 right now and it it totally amazing. I have been playing for I think somewhere around a week. I have some suggestions and too bad. I do wish it was a tiny bit easier to level up, but that could just be me. I also wish that I could look up my friends usernames. I got one of my friends really into into the game too but there is no way to look each other up, so we are just praying to the Lord that we will be recomended to each other. Also, so of the horses are REALLY expensive to breed. I spent 42,000 coins on a horse, but it was Elite so thats kinda understandable. Love this game so much! Thank you!! Sometimes the game also glitches me out but it doesn’t happen very often. The Frisian horse is more dark grey than black, and the graphics on The Meadow are REALLY blurry. Now I’m done. If you don’t have this game GET IT!!

Good game but not my favorite 🫤. The game is pretty good overall. The animations and graphics are amazing! The audio is pretty awesome too! But it’s kind of hard to earn currency. Also breeding is expensive. And sometimes it’s hard to get the horse you want. And when I say that, I mean it takes me about 45 times to get a good horse. IF you aren’t worrying about the cost. If you do the math it comes up to a lot of money. Money being game currency. It gets so bad to the point where you have to sell all your horses or use real money to buy game currency. It’s not exactly the “pay to play” game but if you want a good horse then you need ALOT of game currency. Other than that it’s pretty fun to play. And common horses are cute and fairly “easy” to get. Sadly, I deleted the game because it got to hard and boring. Trying to earn game currency 24/7 isn’t very fun. The game has pretty good graphics and a beautiful variety of horses. Customization is one of my my favorite parts of the game. If you’re interested in spending a lot of time on a horse game I highly recommend it. I can tell the developers worked hard so thanks to you guys for making a decent/good game. But it’s not quite what I consider “great” however it’s better than a lot of games out there. So I think this deserves a 3/5 stars or a 3 in a half out of 5 stars. Good job!

Something Glitched :(. For some reason, all of my friends, even my assigned friend everyone gets that is named “Amy” have been glitched. 1. All of my friends’ profile pics have turned into random heads :( 2.All of my friends’ names have turned into unknown :( So now, if I figure out which of my friends has a certain horse I need, I can’t just look and say “oh yeah, it was that lady standing next to a bay horse in a profile pic”. If this has anything to do with the whole “we’re disabling your ability to have access to Facebook” I really think you should reconsider the age limit. It isn’t fair to kids, who are the directed audience of this game. Even if you (Horse Haven team) decide not to allow young players have the ability to have profile pics and cool names through FaceBook, I HIGHLY recommend you to allow us to make fun names and cool profile pictures just for the game. I don’t really understand why you didn’t do that in the first place. By reading some of the comments, I know I’m not the only one who has the complaint, so I hope in your next update you could squeeze this really cool idea in. I still love this game though, it never gets old and boring and the Horse Haven Team does an AMAZING job keeping updates and new features flowing, unlike other game creators who just through a game out there and then never bother to update, and I will probably always have this game. Even though I have this complaint, I’m still giving this game 5 stars because I love it so much.

Awesome game but a few problems. I have been playing on about 2 or 3 different devices for a few years now. I think it’s just my electronics but it’s only this game. When I first started, I binge played it for a while but it just crashed on day and I couldn’t play it again. That was on a iPad that was moderately old. Then, I played on my new iPad. I binge played it again but after awhile, it kept on crashing and I got tired of it crashing so much and having to reopen it. I started playing on a family member’s newer iPad but eventually realized that it would just start crashing again like the other two so I pretty much gave up on playing. I want to start playing again but I’m tired of having to make new ranches. If they added some major updates that fixed bugs and made the game a little more fun and interesting then I would probably start playing again. This game was really fun and amazing while it lasted. The racing and steeple chases were one of the best things ever. I also loved the breeding events. Over all, a amazing game that could use some major bug fixes. I would recommend this game to anyone that loved horses!

Incredible game!!but a slight issue 😐. So, I absolutely love this game a lot!!!!😚But there is a problem in one of the races so I saw that in like 2 or 3 of the races. So, as you progress through the race it moves your point of view and as playing this for a couple years now I have noticed this. And so yeah it moves your perspective as you keep going on with the race and it’s just really hard to focus on when to jump if all of a sudden it moves you and some perspective makes you level with your horse and so when you go on the bridge and with all the declarations hanging on the bridge it’s hard to see if there’s a jump or not?! Anyways I absolutely love this game it’s amazing and so fun I just adore horses I think their so beautiful and so intelligent 😜And I just have the love for horses and am just born on a horses back. Although they are expensive and my parents cannot afford them does not make me just fall in love with their buety and their colors just make you fall for them but not just their colors it’s your connection and the bond between you and your horse is what makes it even more fun! Anyways it’s no reason to not have the game if you just adore horses it’s an amazing game no huge annoying bugs in this game it’s all smooth and is an awesome game I 💯% recommend this game if your a huge horse lover!!! 🥰😍😘😇😊😎🐴🦄🐎

Wait, what?. I love this game, but a few changes probably wouldn’t hurt.... First of all, I am frequently getting logged out for no reason. The screen just randomly goes black and I’m logged out. I don’t know why this is happening, but please fix it, it happens almost every five minutes and prevents actual enjoyment of the game. In fact, I haven’t even been able to play properly in a month, and that’s the minimum. Now, I need to update this game..... but it won’t let me update. Well, I’ll rephrase that: I need to enter a password for one of my apps for me to update Horse Haven. What?? I don’t understand why I suddenly couldn’t play, and now entering a password seems a little risky. I hate to say it, but I might have reached my limits on this game. It would be awesome if I could play properly again, since I loved Horse Haven until it started acting up. If there’s a why I could update the game without using my password, that would be great! Also, please fix the logout glitch, it’s really annoying and it seems like a few other people have experienced the glitch as well. Thanks!

Don't buy this game it's maddening and unfair!. If u want the most infuriating game available get this one. If u want any of the constellation horses forget it they are so hard to breed. You use all ur diamonds. Trying to get just one and even when u use diamonds to up the percentage to where u know it's going to work u still end up not getting one. If u want any of the constellation horses u need like a thousand diamonds it is so ridiculous how hard they make this game. And u don't even have enough time to breed the horses for events because u hav to re breed and rebreed and of course it takes a ridiculous amount of time to even be able to rebreed because the two horses u need to use r busy for the next 18hrs and r unavailable to try again. This game used to be fair and fun but now it's not. It used to be easy to get diamonds and constellation horse but they make it so challenging now u hav to buy diamonds just to get horses. I used to love this game but now I don't. And it throws u out at the worst times like when ur running a steeplechase it will say need a restart to sync ur progress and then not only do u lose energy from ur horse but u also don't get any of the tokens u were able to accumulate. This game is made by greedy people. 50 diamonds is like $2. For only 50 diamonds when in the game diamonds r practically a requirement to get anything good. This is a poorly set up game.

Amazing game! Have a few questions 🐴. To start, this game is awesome for all horse lovers! Graphics have been greatly improved with the updates, I love the new horses like the Pampa, Peruvian Paso, and Budyonny. Dressage themes are a little strange but challenging, new tier 4 horses are AMAZE! ( I am currently breeding for tier 4 national show which is insanely hard 😰) Here are some questions I have, it is very very expensive on gems to even increase elite breedings by a tiny bit, also I dont have any yet but I’m confused about constellation horses: can you only exchange for them which is also very hard or can you breed them like the fantasy horses? Also I recently got a Black Forest horse and they do t look much like their profile. Also it would be very helpful if during the steeplechase if you could earn multiple rewards based on the distance so you don’t have to run the same steeplechases many many times. It’s Pretty Good Overall But…. I truly enjoy Horse Haven. It’s a great way to wind down and have some fun with friends or just on your own. You can customize your farm to your liking and breed/buy horses to your desire. However, customizing your farm takes lots of gems, which are somewhat hard to come by. Breeding is much worse. I’ve had to blow tens of thousands of dollars to get a breed that I want since you have to spin a wheel to see if you get it. Breeding limited editions is a nightmare. For example, I tried to breed the Little Red Riding horse and it took me SIX whole try’s to get it. The cost to breed once was around 20,000 coins so I had to blow a lot of money. I feel like players would enjoy the game more if prices were lower or if you were guaranteed the horse of your choice on a certain try. I’m currently trying to pure breed an Azteca, which costs 23,000 coins to breed. I’m on my FOURTH try and haven’t gotten it yet despite spending a large amount of money. I would not recommend this game to anyone until these problems are fixed.

I have some suggestions. This game is amazing don’t get me wrong, but there are a few problems I have. 1. Some of the Newer horse designs aren’t the most attractive things ever. Some of the ideas were really creative, but were executed poorly. Most of the horses is game are truly amazing, and have a very neat and attractive design, but some of the newer ones could use some polishing. Also, most of the draft horses are a little rough. Their animation and design could use some help, and honestly I was really disappointed when I saw how they looked when I bred my first shire. Shires are my favorite breed of horse and I was really sad. 2. There needs to be a better way to make friends. Sure, making friends of Facebook might be easy for some people, but some of us don’t want to get Facebook just for a horse game. I really want a way where you can get a hold of your real life friends in game name or ranch name and send them a friendship request that they could then except and it would work like getting suggestions for in game friends. Other than these two problems this game is amazing. This is the best horse game I have found for mobile and I have gone through a bunch of games. The quality is very nice and all of the events always surprise me when they come out. If you are searching for a horse game this sure it the perfect game.

Be aware of deceptive purchase offers. Love love love this game EXCEPT when they give you promotions to buy a horse (at half off it was still $13) so you can breed it and get other cool upgraded horses as a result. Only problem is...you can only breed it with another horse of the exact same type and it must be owned by another player (and no one has it...but you do not know that when you purchase it)... AND you cannot buy a second one yourself and breed it with your own horses. My complaint is that these restrictions are not communicated anywhere so the player/customer experience feels like the game designers were intentionally deceptive in order to trick you into spending ridiculous amounts of money. This was supposed to be a special reward for my daughter and we can do nothing with the Constellation III horse called Aquarius. Buyer beware of all the extras and special horses....it is deceptive business practices and a waste of money. On the beauty of the design of the game, it is pretty. There is potential for this game to be great if they monetized it better or had more transparent, trustworthy communication. As for now, we do not trust them so no more money will be spent on their game.

Can be heartbreaking!. This game is so fun! And when you bread horses is a great mechanic but sometimes when you do that it breaks people the can get attached to things really quicklys hearts. So it breaks mine. When you get a new foul it should give you three options, the option to sell your new foul or sell an existing horse or build a new stall for your new foul. Because right now when you get a new foul with a full stall it only lets you sell an existing horse. And that breaks my heart that I to sell away I tiny piece of my heart to add a new tiny piece of my heart. But also this game is very safe and family friendly. Because when you first download this game it gives you an age slider so you can tell the game what your age is. And depending on what you chose for that slider your like say maybe up to 10 it turns the Facebook option of the game off and you can’t turn it back on. But if your older then that it turns it on. Witch makes me really happy because sometimes when I download ages four and up games no matter what your age is on the slider/keyboard it still keeps Facebook on even if your like a two year old playing. So it’s very recommended if you don’t call your animals in games “tiny pieces of your heart”. So bye! And thanks for an amazing and positive and family-friendly game!

Great Game! I also have Ideas!. This is the best game ever and I think everybody should have it!! But I have some ideas and I hope you consider them and maybe even do them! I am thinking that you can have different worlds where you could make new ones and delete the ones that you don’t want. Like if I have always been using this one world and I want to start over, I could create a new world! And when you get on the game you can touch a play button and it will bring you to the last game you played. Or you could touch a button that says worlds under the play button and then you can select which world you want to play in, or you could delete some worlds and create new ones! I really hope you take my suggestion because I love it and I can imagine it myself! I have been playing on my world for a while and I want to create a new one to start over. Please take this suggestions it took me weeks to come up with them then type it all here. Thanks!

My favorite game on my IPad but a few things to Note. Hi. I’ve been playing this game for a few years now, and even though I am older than when I first got this game, I still love it, but there are a few things I think you should change: 1) Less ADs: can there please be a decrease in the ads. Whenever I play this game there is an ad every few minutes. I understand if you can’t fix this, but it is extremely annoying. 2) Let us earn Diamonds easier: I have been trying to get the Fantasy Island for a year now, and I really want it, but if it has taken me this long to save my diamonds it will be (at this rate) 2 years until I get it. I CANNOT WAIT THAT LONG! 3) More space for horses: I have filled all of the stalls I can right now, and I want to breed more. I don’t want to sell my horses very often, and I know that a lot of people have Elite or Rare horses and they don’t want to sell them. 4) More locations for stables: I have at least forty horses and I want more locations for them to live. I also like looking at the spectacular scenery for the backgrounds 5) More than 1 horse in each stall: in the video it shows two horses having twins, and I would love that to be a feature in this game, and to go with that, how cute would it be if there were two or more foals in 1 stall? Sorry this was so long I had a lot to say. And Ubisoft, I know a lot of people love this game, including me and all of my friends, but these are a few ways to make people love it even more! Aaaaaannnnnddd their off!!!. Love the game and all the challenges. Have been playing awhile and have been through many upgrades and updates. Most have been awesome and allowed for you to do more. However this last update left one wondering what happened to the graphics??!! The horses themselves are awesome and undoubtedly the best graphically put together. But this last update made them ALL cartoonishly weird. Your standards, drafts, ponies, sprinters; they all differed by size, shape, mane, tail, wethers, tufts. But now, well it seems as if they’re all the same, the only difference now is standard, draft, pony. And unfortunately even when looking at these classes is odd as they themselves have become cartoonish. This was one of the few horse games that one of the first things that drew you in was how lifelike, real, and graphically correct they were. I still love the game and all the events and challenges, the races and breeding. But the the new style and graphics to the horses definitely leaves something to be desired and brought back to the drawing board.

Horse Haven. It’s a really nice game, but it involves lots of ads, sometimes it’s fine to watch them because you choose to, but often one ad will randomly pop up and interrupt something, also, even if you buy the subscription you can’t turn the ads off, apart from that, you can only play actual things like steeplechase’s after you reach level 9, which is when the ads become more often, and if you use ads multiple times in a day then they won’t give you anything, like if you’re waiting for a horse to be born and it says ‘speed things up by watching an ad’ and you watch an ad it often won’t do anything

My review.. 3/5 this game is super fun and there are a bunch of different things to do, but, I unforunetly haven’t been able to play for atleast 2 years due to a bug that won’t let me exit the breeding centre, even though I have a quest there. I have deleted and re-downloaded the game various times and it still does the exact same thing. Hope this gets fixed because I would love to play again!

One issue the rest is perfect. Dear horse haven owners I love the game and all the different types of horses and I love I get to learn while having fun. I have had the game for now four years and in that time I have made it to level 22. when I finally “unlocked” the magical world I was so excited but when opened it I realised that I needed certain gems and a certain amount of them and it’s been a year of trying to get enough to open it. So I have something to say. Could you please not give your customers false hope when you say “ you’ve unlocked a new world!” And then tell us we can’t get in until we give you a certain amount of gems and/or please at least make it easier for us to collect those gems. As I’ve said before I’ve been trying to get enough gems for a year now and I am no closer than when I started. Used to be pretty fun. I have played this game for a few years and have really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, there have been no significant updates for a long time and the game is becoming stale. I’m sick of reading “coming soon”, especially for the social aspects of the game. The racing has had the challenge removed and is now very watered down. New or special horses are regularly rotated and offered for $$ though. Would now suit your 5yo, as long as you block purchases.

Boring 🙄😕. Hello horse haven! I’m telling you a bit about the update problems that I have. I loved the old horse graphics but the new ones 😐 I don’t like them and the updates seem really fun but it’s just getting boring to be I am 16 years of age and I don’t know if it’s just a age thing going on but it’s just boring and do you really want that to be boring!? Think about it horse haven. Worst Money Scam I have seen.. So I usually love Ubisoft games and I feel they are good quality games but this is just disappointing, your app is glitchy and even though you update the game frequently none of this changes - including the fact that just like others have mentioned the game crashes constantly, and some people aren't even getting the things they have payed for, I'm ask every person here to think before installing this game, do I really want my money going down the drain, Ubisoft as a company needs to get there act together and realise we won't stand for below C grade Game apps, - I don't expect an intelligent response as I have noticed they just copy and paste there replies as they are lazy and truly do not care what anyone thinks - they just want your money.

Decorating your ranch. 😍💕💕 I’m totally crazy about horses and this game is fun I love it. I just brought 30 stone bricks: 6 gems, to make a path for my ranch in Germany but I can’t move them and it’s annoying if you can move other stuff you should be able to move other decorations as well, and not have them in the one spot. I don’t understand why I can’t move those stone bricks to make the path I want. So can you please fix it and it would be great if you could add more decorations because some of my friends have stuff that I don’t have, and I would love to have more decoration options. Lagging out?. I’m not sure if I’m the only one with this problem but every time the game loads, it lags out. Now don’t get me wrong I love this game! But I can’t love it more if I cannot play it. I restarted my progress and I just reached level 2 because I was level 30 before so I thought maybe if I restarted it wouldn’t lag out. Afraid that didn’t work. Once the loading screen is done. Yasssssss. I looovvvveeeee this game me and my friend play it sooooo much there is nothing bad about this game I recommend it the graphics are good and everything I have encountered one thing When I was playing the screen wouldn’t load I had waited hours so I ended up deleting the game I redone loaded all upset and sad because I thought I lost all my progress but then when I opened up the game all of my progress was still there! That’s all I have to say and I really recommend this game!!!!👍

Love it. Horse haven is one of my favourite games. I really like it. Just I am a bit sad because I am not able to get constellation horses anymore. I made me sad because some of them are really beautiful. Maybe you could start with the constellation I and then II and III or like when there is a certain time that you are able to breed fantasy horses with common ones maybe you could do that? I would love it if you did and I would really appreciate it if you said something back about it. 🌌🐴

Devastated, in game money amount adjusts, itself. I love the game, but the amount of in game money that I have keeps changing, I had over $5000 of in game money, then I went to groom one one my horses, and I couldn’t because it said I only had $100 which I had just collected, and was quite upset about this, as I want to breed my big horse, which I can’t because the about of money keeps getting changed, some of this money I actually purchased with real money, which is very upsetting, as it’s stopping me from getting ahead and progressing further in a game I’ve been loving. I even try logging out and back in, it doesn’t help

Used to love the game but now disappointed.. I loved playing horse haven and I bought a Scorpio horse, a Arises horse and lots of diamonds so I could get the fairytale island. And I had lots of fairy horses and was fun. I loved the races and the I had Black beauty. Then the games started glitching a lot but I still played it. Then just recently it told me that the game could no longer support my device and won’t let my play. But I sent all of that money and it was all a wasted. I am very let down. But it was a great game while it worked. Please help me!

Amazing but. I looooove this game soooo much but a few probs I want do do the dressage competitions but it says wait till next season but that’s been going for 2 months for me so if u can fix that for me it would be amazing second can u guys make it easier to level up get diamonds and get coupons ? Just an idea. I love this game but one thing you could work on is you know how if you don’t want a foal after breeding it then you sell it? Well what if their was an option to put a foal up for sale that your friends could see and buy it for coins. Because to buy these breeds in the markets it’s impossible unless you buy gems which are very expensive especially for a younger player.

Updates. Hi I am very anxious to get to play this game again and I will need some help. I was told (by horse haven) that there’s a new version of the game. So I went to my updates and it didn’t say it needed to be updated but it did on the app. I have tried a few times but still can’t get in. Absolutely love this game and hope I can play again soon.

Fave game. I have written a review before about having a heap of bugs. But all of my issues have been solved. I no longer glitch out & don’t struggle with anything. But I have some requests for the game. 1. Australian Farm : You would be amazed of how many horse farms we have here, I have one myself. 2. Owners : It would be great if we could customise our own people to ride the horses in races, dressage & trail rides in request below 3. Trail rides : it would be so much fun with trail rides, we could have races with friends, explore forests, let horses swim in lakes & rivers, & have fun 4. Not Make Game Passes So Expensive! : I have been wanted a game pack for ages but they are SO expensive, I mean, one is for $150 for crying out loud! I hope you think about some of these suggestions and put some in the game. Thx Love this game!

Fantastic app. I nearly love everything in this app like the dressage and race and steeplechase’s the new rope event where you lasoo the rope over the horses neck to catch it but when I breed I wish sometimes there was more chance to get tier 3 and 4 horses and in the tier 4 certificates it is so easy to accidentally unlock a horse you don,t want I can’t wait for horse haven to make more exclusive tier 4,s and other horse breeds.

Please read. I have been playing this game for over two years and I really enjoy it but recently I have been trying to breed the Suffolk Punch. I have bred my horses over fifty times and every time I end up with the same foal I already have. It is very frustrating! I have spent countless coins,diamonds and jewels but I never get it! I have also been trying to get other horses in the meantime but never get them ether! It is a good game and is worth buying. There is always lots of fun events on and stuff like that. It would also be cool if you could get mini pony’s (Falabella) and enter them in trick competitions. Also it takes a really long time to go up levels. It is a nice app though!🐎🐎🐎

To the editor. I really love horse haven but there are a few problems that I have noticed that make the game frustrating and annoying.... 1. I have all these cool exclusive horses... but I can’t breed them with ANY other horse except for the same horse and I don’t have 2 of them... 2. I also think you should bring back constellations! I really want Capricorn and Aries but I can’t get them anymore, unless I breed another constellation with Amy’s horse. But I don’t have one and I’m so sad... please PLEASE add them back in 3. And finally.... I believe that you should be able to breed a tier 3 horse with another tier 3 horse to make a tier 4 horse because it’s very annoying when I’m just waiting for the right horse to come out.... Other than all of that I really think this is a good game! But could you please consider what I have suggested to the game... I think it would help a lot! Thanks to much! I have a notification that keeps making my game freeze every time. Hi I’m getting really annoyed with the game right now because I have a notification that keeps freezing my game every time I try to see what it is and get rid of it and it won’t come up I have tried seven times to see what it is and every time I tried it froze the entire game and so I have to turn off my device and back on again every time it’s a white megaphone notification that won’t upload for me can you please help me figure out what is going on please

Disappointed. I love this game, it has amazing graphics, amazing new and old horse breeds and beautiful constellation horses, but I recently encounter a problem that let down my love for the game and left me very upset. Last Christmas, the game had a theme of Black Beauty, and during that time I completed the tasks and won three horses, Black Beauty, Merry legs and another white Clydesdale that I cannot remember the name of. I also very recently bought a constellation horse and a gem pack. Just today, I opened the game when I had to enter my age once again. I thought it quite strange but went ahead with it anyway. I entered my age and agreed to the terms and conditions and when the game opened up, it had completely erased all of my progress, Horses, gems and money. I had a new ranch, the starting one that was run down. I restarted the game, deleted and re downloaded it but I never got my horses back. This made me upset as, while I could just start again and gain my lost horses, o couldn’t retrieve my constellation horse and my Black Beauty horses, which were my favourites. This made me extremely upset as I had also paid for gems, which I had never used up, and now they were gone as well. I was extremely upset and hope that you can do something to fix this.

Why did this happen to meeeeeeee.... Sigh.... were do I begin.... I love this game love the graphics detail and hard work the creators put into this game.. BUT I also put hard work into playing the game i watched what it felt like a million videos to get diamonds cause at the moment I hv zero but then the game shut down and when I logged on again I lost all my diamonds I had earned and some coins now I only hv 1 or 2 diamonds now and 2067 coins I love the game it’s great but I wish this wouldn’t have happened so I can breed two of my fav horse... hope to hear from u again soon

Why. I really wish I could give this game 5 stars, but there have been a few problems for me- 1. The game takes FOREVER to load, and has to reload every 5 mins, this could just be my internet though. 2. For me, it crashes all the time and sometimes I’ll spend diamonds on breeding then in the middle of it the game crashes, then when I open the game again, my diamonds will be gone but there is no foal! 3. At the start I loved Pure breeding and really wanted to get all tier 4 horses. But I learnt recently that there is only a certain number of certificates for a tier 4 of each breed, I don’t know why I hate that so much. There is already SO many Li tied things in the game, I just feel like all they want is my money. But there is a lot of really great things about this game too, I love the concept of breeding to get higher tiers, still really hate that I may never be able to get a tier 4 for a lot of breeds though.

Why?. This game would get a 5 star but achieves a 4 star for two reasons. Why do you have to pay six hundred dollars for your horse to go out on the paddock? It’s not like I’m renting the paddock because it’s on my property. And same with brushing your horse, sometimes I even have to pay more. This really bums me out since I’m at the beginning of the game, and I can’t level up my horses cause I can’t afford to spend 600 dollars on letting it out in the paddock. Please change this and I will give this game a five star review.

MONEY, But overall, Amazing!!. This game is so fun and I have 1 fantasy horse and I love her and all the stuff in this game. But… To get More amazing horses you have to pay. It’s so expensive my dad does not allow me to pay for it, I love the game it’s just money stealing, Can’t you just make it do lots of hard-working-to-complete quests? Just so much money worth. EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I spent so long to gather the money to get the visa after I did I only had 74 gems anda a few coins I bought a raise possibility for 70 gems given now I have 4 left. I raised one more time by an add and tried. I DID NOT get the vida I spent a month to try and get and and I don’t have! This is such an ugly thing that retrying cost 170 gems this game revolves around money for you devs you make it hard to get gems and most things to cost gems for us to buy I get it. But I am very super mad so I would love if you could change it.

Suggestion. There could be a ranch in the Snowy Mountains, Australia and also it would be really cool if you could actually walk around your ranch, ride the horses and do dressage, steeplechase, showjump and do cross country like you really are doing it in real life. Right now I don't have enough space, like ranches (I know there are grand stables, but I want to be able to see the horses out in the open) and it would be so awesome to have a ranch in Australia, because there are lots of horse farms there. Please do your best, Ubisoft! P.S I LOVE HORSE HAVEN!!!

Love it - Two main issues. Hi Horse Haven! I absolutely love your game, very engaging, animations are adorable and realistic in a way. Perhaps it’s me, or maybe others have encountered the same problems. When I am doing a task such as grooming my horse the bar on the right stops, therefore it is frustrating to keep having to continually Groom the horse even when I go out and refresh the app, please see into this! And the farm centre is especially annoying considering when I get a huge amount or ‘spam’ or notices whether this is awards from participating in steeple chases etc, because of this I cannot upgrade the building/facility, and none of those ‘spam’ notices go away— even when I click the Red Cross at the top. Thank you for making this amazing game I will forward to any new updates/ changes towards my experience.

Amazing. This game is amazing it lets you breed race and unlock new horses and countries it’s amazing but I did have a hassle it deleted everything when it told me to enter my year of birth my age and all that I let it because I thought it was part of the new update but then everything was gone we went to apple place iPad apple not the fruit and all I needed to do is update the iPad it took a while but I was very happy I could play again 5 stars well done team horse haven 😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜also I would like to add how cool this is I love this game soooooo much and just because it a had a little malfunction doesn’t mean anything what we did to fix it was we did a software update turns out that it was probably just struggling to keep up anyways amazing game keep up the great work

Disappointing. Still good!. So, I got this game around 2 years ago. I understand that it's old and hasn't updated for a while (that I know of), but I can no longer play it. Whenever I tap onto the game, it says that it can’t connect to the server and to restart it. There's no updates or anything, and it seems i can only get onto it for a few minutes every 2-3 days. It's really buggy and disappointed me, as I loved this game so much when I got it. The races also need a MAJOR fix. I cannot stand them, it hurts my eyes so bad. Thank you for reading, hope this helped the devs as well as some other people that would like to play it. ❤️

Horse haven rocks!. I absolutely love this game. The horses and the farms are amazing, but I come from Australia and I know from living on one that there are more horse farms in Australia then France and America, but I hate how if you want to breed horses you make the spin wheel uneven and I end up with the same breed. Also could you start off everyone with 500 diamonds because there’s not many chances to get them. But I love this game and I give it 5 stars and recommend it to anyone who loves horses. Also could you have a way to see your own profile because I would like to change the photo and names.

Amazing game. I love horse Haven but I think maybe if Amy could ride the horses it would be so much fun! Love it. This game is very good I have to say it is one of my favourite apps I know well done really thank you but I do have some ideas that might make it a lot of fun. I was thinking when you go into the stables where you can see your horses you could have a icon which can transfer you and your horse into the paddock and you learn how to ride your horse that would be a true dream come to really thank you! ❤️❤️

Confused! Help!. Love the game but I’m a little bit confused!! Was looking up how to breed all the different horses to see which horses I needed to be able to breed the next horse, and was looking at how to breed the welsh pony!! For all three pairs that can produce a welsh pony I have one of the horses for each pair, but to get the other horse to go with the ones I have you need the welsh pony to be able to get said horses!! How dose that work?? To get the welsh pony you need to breed with a horse which the only way to get is to have the welsh pony!!!

Love but disappointed. I would have rated this game a 5 star if it was not so disappointing. I love playing this game but every time they update and start new reward challenges there are always glitches. I can never claim my free 10% when trying to get a new horse breed. I nearly finished the last reward challenge and got a new horse free. Then the game had to update and challenge ended a day early I never got my horse, the challenge was replaced with lucky sprint event where you can win coupons for special horses. Funny enough there are never coupons on the board. The game updates are very disappointing.

Great but suggestions. I love this game and I am addicted, but there could be a few things to add in or improve. For example, Australia has WAY more horse studs and farms with horses than France does. I’m not saying take away the France stud, though! Maybe just add one farm for Australia too. When you’re running steeplechase events, if you are past the last checkpoint and that was your first try, you have to run the others to get that last checkpoint. You will only get the prize from e.g 500 m when you ran 5000m instead. If you run the whole way, could you be able to get that prize for the last checkpoint? Other than that, great game!

Getting tired of the crashing. Since playing the game from the start of the year. I have enjoyed it. It’s a good game you can spend hours on it and wanting to play more.. but I would not recommend it to anyone yet because of the simple fact when it crashes you lose the coins, diamonds, gems and food.. and I lost a lot due to this though the months.. and I writing this because I just lost alot of coin breeding a min go! You say you going to fix the issues.. I get that.. but I and others lose out and getting annoyed and on the verge to quit!!

Kinda disappointed. Okay. I’m gonna start from the start. This is an amazing game, I love playing it and it’s well made. But there is one problem that has made me quite mad. So there was the Exclusive Vida horse in the breeding map. I have been saving up my coins to pay for this horse, because it’s so pretty and I was really looking forward to getting it. Today, I finally had enough, so I bought it. I spun the wheel and sadly, I didn’t get it. It cost 170 diamonds to retry. I was running low and I only had 8, so I couldn’t retry. I went out of the breeding house and saw how many coins I had left. I have had the amount of coins taken off for the horse that I wanted, which was a lot more expensive that most horses in the game. I’m very annoyed that even though I got a different horse to what I bought with coins I still had to pay the amount for the horse I DIDN’T get. I would much rather pay the money for the horse that I actually got instead of one that I never received. Other than this problem this is an amazing game I totally recommend it and maybe could you make the price to buy the horses a little bit less because gems and coins are pretty hard to get without paying. Thank you for making this game!

So incredibly frustrating!. I love the actual game and how it is set up etc. however I am now at my wits end with the consistent crashing, especially always during steeplechase’s now, as well as when breeding a foal and trying to retry but it will crash again and give you the foal you didn’t want..... I really really am sick of wasting diamonds and coins and my horses energy for a race and then not even receiving any of the coins or milestones I should have when I reopen the app? This game is addictive, however until all these issues have been sorted, I wouldn’t recommend downloading. Sorry.

Please read. This game is great! I’ve played it for a very long time, but there is one problem, when I deleted and came back my progress was gone and I was so happy because I wanted to start new! But now when I delete it this time my progress is still there. This is probably very confusing because some people ask for there progress to be saved but I’m the opposite. From Coco happy new year!

Awesome game. Horse Haven is the prefect game for horse lovers. The graphics are amazing and there is so much things to do on the app! I love how you can breed different horses and how there’s a tier 1, 2 and 3. I think that there should be more stables at one place (e.g America) I also think that there should be a button that actually lets you explore the Farm. I think that an improvement would be better if you can actually ride the horses from first person. That would change the game completely but it would make the game way better. I highly recommend this game to children and adults of all ages. This game is very enjoyable because there isn’t any ads. Hopefully these this would be added to the next update! Thank you the makers of Horse Haven!

Hi I’m a long time horse haven player who has been playing the game since it first came out I love this game and it’s latest graphics and changes but I would love it twice as much if you could have a horse breed where you could customise it’s coat that would make this game a five star ratting in my opinion and I also would like it if you didn’t have to pay for the fantasy horses if you could breed them with high class breeds of horses like the mirawari for example or a fresian if these changes could be made I think it would make the game more appealing to a long time player like myself who can’t afford to spend money like this odd $30 horses please if these changes could be made can you take it into opinion Thank you

Needs to ask if you want to spend diamonds. I hate how the game doesn't ask if you wish to spend diamonds or not because I just wasted about 200 diamond I had saved up on because of a glitchy phone. it wouldn't unfreeze and so I was tapping to if it would work and it did and accidentally used diamonds. That's not the only time though I have tried to look at a horse in the stable while it was upgrading and spent 35 which is a big deal on a stable I wanted to wait for and so I could have gotten stuff I really wanted with those diamonds that were basically stolen from me. Make an update that asks if you want to use diamonds or not please that would be GREAT.😔😒

Dressage & tier four problem. So while I was playing the game I saw the tier four horses were re-setting so I went to do dressage that was re-setting too I waited until the next week, still re-setting. I waited for the next week again. STILL RE-SETTING! Could you please fix this it’s really annoying I also have one other request. I had the game when you still had rewards for steeplechases depending on the distance you got some were horse uprades, gems, fantasy jewels and coins if you could bring those back I think it will help satisfy the people who download the game. Game glitch. So i’ve been playing the game for 2 days and its glitching majorly. It wont stop everytime i load the game it’ll open for a milli second then close and open up to my back ground. Is anyone else having this issue? I’ve deleted the game then added it back I’ve turned my phone off and on I’ve done as much as i can to change this and it wont stop. Please help! 😭

Veteran Player Feedback. As a veteran I’ve been playing for sometime .. the game has given a lot but in return for more eventful fun comes a lot of real money needing to be spent.. collecting horses have gone from challenging the player through tasks through challenging the players wallet. I’ve been happy to pay for things I’ve really wanted but some things are just exhausting to the wallet and disappointing especially in times when in a pandemic they upped their prices even when players have been loyal .. it’s also hard to rely on help from the customer support sector as well. I will keep playing but not be supporting the money they squeeze out of us

Very enjoyable. I have only just started playing this game, I am enjoying it, it is a lovely change from the games that I usually play, I am having a few problems trying to organise my ranch, I am unable to move fields around, so my ranch is all over the show, which is not a good look, it would be great if there were more question and answers in the help and support, just so if I was unsure how to do something I could go check, or search for the answer, I'm sure the more I play the more I will understand and and get use to it, so thank-you for this lovely game, the horses are beautiful I can't wait to get to the fantasy level, I'll keep striving...👍👍

Fun! But so boring. I absolutely love this game, the graphics are amazing and the horses are beautiful. However, It becomes so bland when there aren’t any competitions or events on, you just sit there training up your horses for the next big event, wondering if it’s ever going to come. So I was wondering if there are ever going to be more events? Or if the game has stopped adding new things? The last update was a year ago so I want to make sure that I’m not wasting my time on a game that has stopped adding new stuff.

Really love this game but... Started playing again but… Lost over a years worth of game play and cannot access it due to how they link Facebook accounts now instead of game center. We have too many security things now that i cant log in on the page they want us to use. Just take us straight to the app to link, not a browser within the game. Really sad about this as I even had the fairy horses unlocked through game play but gotta start all over again :(

Good but... Ok, I will say the new update is awesome, especially the horse dressage but I got a few complaints which are: the decorations mechanic could be better cuz it’s just a pain every time to go back and scroll down just for the same item, the new breeding mechanic not fond of that, I personally like the other version better also why twins if you can inbreed , the garden and mills mechanic is ok but still prefer the other version, takes a while to grind coins, the horses mane looks like someone put wigs on them but still good. hope there will be horse jumping competitions in future. Keep it up tho 🙂

I love but. I love the game but it’s not letting me buy things I pressed the object but it isn’t showing me any sign that I bought it so can u help me. And y in the video does it show that u can breed twins when u can’t? But the foals r cute I like that u can breed cuz not much horse games u can breed horses. Also plz make it so u can use the horses in the barn to breed too and other stuff like dressage. And how do you get friends? I love that there’s barely adds!! I’m so disappointed!. I thought this game would be fun! I’m a horse rider in real life, and I thought you could ride the horses! All you do is breed and take care of them! It’s so boring! And I’m so disappointed! 😠🥺

No shop button. I used to love this game. I had a different account but when I switched over to my own account I had to start from the beginning. That is not my issue though. When I am to go use my shop button, the button where you add buildings, fields, etc… mine is missing and I am very upset about this. I’ve tried deleting and redos loading the game but that did not work. I cannot continue the game without that button. I’ve loaded everywhere and checked everyplace what would tell me where it went. I have not had it since the moment I started. Never saw it once. So I am very confused and frustrated What happened to my shop button !!!

Fix the error!. I don’t know if I’m the only one who has this problem but for what feels like months now, I haven’t been able to get any of tier 4 breeds or do any dressage. It’s been bothering me for a long time now and all I can do is steeple chase and breed what horses I have to tier 3. I hope you fix this problem soon so I can play this amazing game to the full extent of my imagination.

Love the game been playing it for years. I’ve played this game for quite a few years now and I love it. Sadly I am not seeing anymore seasonal or special events and breeding discounts continue to not work for the last year.. which is when they did the last update.. I hope they decide to bring back the development of the game or at least the seasonal events to make the game fun again..

I absolutely love Horse Haven but the new update that came out 2 weeks ago is not showing up in apps I need to update it still shows the Yellow Rose Event and My friend has the new update and I want it but I just can’t get it and my other friend has the same problem so I can only imagine how many people aren’t getting the full Horse Haven experience just like me. Thanks for reading, I Hope you fix this issue.

Nice, but is it being abandoned?. This game is super fun to play! I’ve been playing for four or five years off and on and every time I come back it’s usually better. This time however, it seems to be getting worse? There hasn’t been a new even since I re downloaded in November and apparently there hasn’t been a new one in awhile, while they still release expensive horses. If I recall last time I played around Christmas 2020 there was already a Christmas event that was really fun, but now I’ve just gotten a couple tickets (that I can’t do anything with since a can’t spend enough money to get more) and 10 diamonds. Not to mention all of the issues I have encountered, the first one off of my head is the inability to get pieces for horses during the racing event you only ever get coins. Like I said this game is an amazing time, overall great experience, but honestly it’s hard to feel like the game isn’t going to be shut down sometime after the new year. With lack of updates and constant pushing of expensive horses. Kinda feels like a last ditch attempt to make money before taking off.

A level of lame that defies conception and description. A seriously poorly designed game. There are rules and processes that you cannot get a description of. No interconnection between the various access positions. A toddler could do better. (Sigh !! Can't give zero stars!)

I liked it. I liked the game until something strange happened. I had just bred a new foal and Aunt Nami said I should check the foal stalls, I did and now I can’t move the foal to a stable, finish the goal or click on anything. Please try to fix this, it’s been like this for a month, and deleted and reinstalling doesn’t work. Thank you

New update coming soon?. When I first started playing I loved it. I had a large selection of horses. I lost my account, and now there’s no more derby races, haven’t seen the lasso event either.

Disappointed. I love this game, for the past year or more there’s been no updates. There’s no more derby, dressage event, lasso event, tier 4 purchase options, board game for the Kentucky derby, nothing. I really hope the developers fix the problem because I really enjoyed and do enjoy playing this game.

Almost Perfect!!!. I really do adore this game. I can spend as much or as little time on it as I want. But I pretty much play it constantly because it’s so fun!!! My only request is that there is more explanation on how to achieve certain things. For example, if you are lost on how to accomplish something that you can click on it and it will walk you through how and where to get it. I have wasted a lot of time looking through different areas of the game, and even having to google where and how to get things….

Please fix. I love love love love love this game! I do highly recommend it! But there is one thing I want to change. It's the grooming.. At first, I thought that you would get money from grooming.. But you don't! I lost money! And I am trying to save up coins to breed and get Vida! And it's really hard for me to save up coins just because grooming! Please fix this! Don't scam people! Fun game. I really like it but I haft to feed the horses to much then the food is too expensive and I’m want to breed a type of horse but it only comes in one gender and it says that you can breed it when you can’t. Also I’ve been trying to buy a horse but I can’t cause I need to restart so it can load all my resources but it won’t let me hit okay and I’ve tried about seven times I tried everything I could think of so please fix this because I really like this game and I don’t want to delete it

Great update, but..... The quests from different characters in the game at the bottom right of the screen is glitched. For example; Amy tells me to get a grand stable in deauville, but I already have one. One of the other characters tells me to breed a Canadian horse, but I’ve already done that. Please fix this! It’s quite annoying. Amazing game though!!

My favorite horse game. I really love the graphics and my favorite part is the breeding. Sometimes it’s a little to hard to get higher level horses without spending a ton of fake money and without having to spend real money. I get that you want to make money though from this game. One thing that seems a bit rigged is the profit or lack thereof from selling horses. You can spend 14,000 coins to breed a horse but completely leveled up he would never sell for that much. If you could change that aspect so that players can at least make some profit or come out even that would be great! Also instead of the random spinning for a breed, players should be able to save up and get exactly the horse they want for different prices. The random chance game is kind of a rip off sometimes and can be very discouraging to get higher levels. Just a few things could be better but over all this probably the best horse game for mobile devices.

I remember why I deleted this game 2 years ago.. I started playing this game a few years ago. I even got my friend into it, and we would compete to see who had the best horses. It used to be one of my favorite games. I saw it advertised recently and decided to download it again. I knew used to love to play it, and couldn’t remember why I didn’t still have it. As soon as I opened the app I remembered.... it doesn’t let you play your own music in the background. Even making sure all music and effects in game are off it still doesn’t let you play your music. I hate that so much, and any game that does this I never keep around long. The thing that gets me is it wasn’t always like this. When I first got the game I could always bypass this problem by swiping up to the phones control panel once in the game, and pressing the play button now that doesn’t even work. Unless this gets addressed I will definitely not be downloading it again, and have already deleted it for the second time.

Meh.... This game is so great. There’s so many kinds of horses and it’s just awesome! But there are a few quirks, like how I can’t buy things in the game, even though it say diamonds, which is where you would buy them. Also, I get that you shouldn’t just watch A WHOLE BUNCH OF VIDEOS cause that’s kinda cheating, but I feel like you should at least get 15 videos. And I was trying to breed my tier 1 Ardennes trying to get a tier 2, then the game kicked me out and I ended up with twin tier 1 Ardennes. I HAD IT 58 PERCENT. I was going to pay six diamonds to retry the spin then it kicked me out! I’m not the only one with this kind of experience, I have seen many reviews with the last comment in them, it’s a big issue. I love this game, I really do but please, please try to to fix this bug, it is REALLY annoying and kinda takes the fun out of the game. Don’t spend money!. My game glitched and reset the day after I bought several horse packs and played the happy eggs to get both horses that were available. Didn’t think that would be a big deal for customer support to fix, so I e-mailed them. They asked me to send screenshots of my Apple store receipts and game account info, so I did. I went back and forth with them for a couple of days before they said they were sending my case up to the “HH team.” A few weeks go by and I send another e-mail asking what was happening. I get an e-mail back saying they couldn’t give me the packs, but they were crediting my account 500 diamonds, which were apparently worth more than what I bought. Except, they weren’t because I played the happy eggs game 10 times. That’s 50 diamonds each, along with two horses and some tack. That’s 500 diamonds just playing that. Then I had the other packs that I bought. I think it totaled to around $70. I rarely spend money on games, but I decided to spring for a few things to entertain myself. Won’t make that mistake again with this game. Please be careful when spending money on this game!

GREAT!!!! But one thing...... Usually people love horses and want games about them, I just got this and already love it! Keep updating and all its really great and I recommend it for all horse lovers, but one (or a few) thing... All you do is take care of horses and race and most of all, spend money. And I mean a lot of money. That kinda makes it boring. Also when you breed you get three horses that can be the baby and it’s not really fair for people with low money. They can’t make one more likely to get. Also can you(creators) update it so that you can breed Leo horses? That would be helpful! And one more thing, can you update it so that you can buy/place/move stables? I don’t like that you can only have a limited amount of stables. It’s harder to breed horses that you need when you have no stables. Sorry for all the upsetting things I’ve said but I still love the game. Just try to make it more helpful! XD

Love This Game But.... I absolutely love this game. But there are some things that hold me back from rating it a 5 star. When you’re shopping for items, it’s so frustrating having to scroll down trying to look for something. For example, if I wanted to buy more than one fence, i can only buy them one at a time, which means I buy one then I have to scroll allll the way down again and again. Maybe put categories in the shop so it’s easier to find what you’re looking for. Also, I hate the fact that you NEED to have a Facebook account in order to find other people. It’d be easier for users to have gamer IDs so we could find friends we actually know and not just what the game recommends. I thought it’d be a cool idea if we could trade or sell horses with friends. Also if it was made possible to breed at least 2 instead 1 foal at a time in each country that’d be great! Other than these things it’s a fun game that I would recommend to others.

OMG GREAT GAME I CAN NOW PLAY WITH MY BFF!. Omg so I just love this game so much 💕. It makes you able to play with your friends, plus if your into raising a horse you should really get the game. Me and bff Ashley got the game because we are SUCH big horse lovers so we got the app, and ended up loving it so we pretty much have sleepovers almost all the time now because we love playing the game together! I really hope you enjoy this game because it’s my absolute favorite game in the whole world that I have ever seen, because of this app I don’t even have to text Ashley to play, I just wait for her to come over so we can play the game together. We mostly do play together because it’s more fun, but you don’t have to if you don’t want to, that’s just my opinion on this game, so I really really recommend it, and if you like it, great 🤪!

A free fun game, but a few things.. Horse Haven is a fun and interactive game to pass the time with. I personally love all of the different breeds, and I appreciate how diverse the coloring and skills are. Seeing as though I had this game on a Fire Tablet, I’ve had a much different experience with an iPhone, which threw me off at first. I have a few suggestions… 1. When the foals stand up for the first time, their chest is large, lumpy, and misshapen. The same thing happens on the rump when they rear after grooming is completed. 2. I can’t confidently say I remember of this is already a thing, but if it isn’t, I’m gonna suggest it 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Player V. Player. An algorithm could be designed to match a player based of horses, experience, etc. Thanks to everyone who had a part in this amazing game, and I really appreciate all the hard work you do to keep this game up and running. Good game! But some things that are not to good.🐴🐴🐴. This game is great I got it yesterday and I already have 2 foals and 2 horses! But needs improvement. Ok so that person who shows you how to play the game her face expressions are annoying... and her pants look really weird. So please change those to things please I know there not a bug or an glitch but please change it. And can you lower the breeding price to 10 coins? There kinda expensive and I want a bunch of horses and I’ll run out of coins if I spend that much on horses + unlocking room for the horse! And why when you have to run out of food you have to pay diamonds for it? It’s annoying and I wanna feed my horse but I don’t want to waste my diamonds just to feed a pixelated horse. 🐴🐴🐴 Speaking of that subject this is really annoying so why when you feed your horse pretty much 5 seconds later you have to feed it again? It’s pretty much like your trying to steal are 💎 and it’s not realistic at all. That’s all! 🦄❤️🐴

Weather Upgrades. I’ve been patient for months ever since you’ve put in the new weather upgrades. Honestly, the weather upgrade system is ridiculous. You do NOT add pearls or rubies or anything but the weather upgrades to the wheel. It should be the same as the regular skills upgrades but yet you just have to take it to a whole another level. The weather upgrades is just terrible. So much percentage for a jewel when there’s such a low percentage for a simple weather upgrade. Surely, you can just put it an extra thousand mileage but not with gambling. The gambling just makes it harder cause when we spend 800 diamonds to make sure we get it, it sometimes land on the PEARLS which is pretty unfair and frustrating for us. Please take this into consider since I KNOW there are many veterans or players complaining about this. Thank you

Amazing but.... Ok, I volunteer at a real ranch with over 45 horses and love this game, but in some ways it needs work. The game crashes sometimes and my music NEVER works anymore so please fix that. Also, I wish there was different colors of horses not based on tear level, just to make it exiting. Mixed breeds would be awesome too! Would love to see a warlander horse on there! Another thing is MANE AND TAILS!! Its said "coming soon " for long over a year so can it hurry up? And I would love it if you could add as many stables as you wanted on the ranches so that you can have more visible horses! I hate having to get rid of one horse to get another and switching two horses between too stalls shouldn't require an empty stall for a transition space. I love this game but I would really like to see multiplayer races and more. Sorry for all the requests but that's the truth of it it needs more. Absolutely recommended other than that amazing game that is mostly realistic and super fun!

Fun but ANNOYING (it just needs a update). I like this game I only have had it for about 3 hours. Design is great cool horse breeds and stuff. I just think it is really dumb that you have to pay (fake) money to plant vegetables and etc when u have it in the barn. Why can’t u use the stuff in the barn to be planted. You can’t even make money off your crops, you lose money planting the crops. Not to be rude it is just frustrating to keep losing 1000s of dollars because u have to plant crops and why do u have pay coins to let the horses out of there stables. I think a great update to this game would be putting a international market where users could sell there crops on the market and make money off there crops and etc., and also u could buy crops and Food. I hope y’all take this in consideration. I really do like this game, animation is great and the way everything is layout I just think it could use a update to make it even better.

I love this game, but I have a few problems.. I really like this game, the islands, horses are cool etc. I used to have access to horse racing, tier four horses, and dressage, as well as offers how new horses that changed every so often, but I haven’t been able to use them since December 20th. The racing icon disappeared completely, the tier four horses icon is stuck on “new tier four horses coming soon” and the dressage is on “new dressage show starting soon”. Also- my ads have been weird, where I watch an ad to increase a horse chance in breeding, but I don’t get the reward. I do enjoy this game, and it’s a lot of fun, but I found it was even better when I could access those things. I’m not sure if it’s a bug, or it just haven’t been updated, but I felt like I needed to say something about it.

Good but needs more freedom.. Hello! I have played with game for a while and it’s pretty fun! I like seeing what horses I get and getting new breeds and unlike a few games I play, I enjoy myself and it’s not very stressful. A few horse games make it so that it’s constant stress and with a few survival games it’s literally everything trying to attack you. This game and Rival Stars horse racing are one of the only games that I feel like I can kick back. But, there is a few things I really hoped you could add! I was thinking maybe more dynamic riding! Like open world riding kinda like Star Stable ( if you have heard of it.) Rival Stars has done this in a way when they added in time trials. I like when I can ride my horse with my avatar. Also, AVATARS! imagine if we could make our own riders! Wouldn’t that be neat? I know it’s a pretty big ask and even if you read this it would take a very long time but I just thought it would be super fun! I love this game!

Unhappy Customer. Why the two stars? I love this game Iv been a fan since I first found It, I Usally love playing horse games. But lately Iv been debating uninstalling the app entirely. This game has been lagging& freezing& syncronizing constantly and its affecting my game play and enjoyment of the game greatly. For example I was breeding for a Rare Paint Horse, It lagged and froze while I was breeding. When It syncronized and restarted all my money was all gone and It was as if nothing had happened. Another example is when I was doing the daily activities, It would freeze and id lose all my progress. I have a more frustrating instances like this, these issues need to be fixed. And to those interested in the app, be warned these issues haven't been fixed and right now this game isnt worth getting.

Even old ladies like this game.. Everyone knows that young girls love horses. That is why horse games are geared for that age group. But this game makes even old women love it ( I am 62) and I love this game. The horses are beautiful and realistic. You can breed them for more and different types of horses. There are races to run and gardens to plant. (to feed the horses) it does take a bit of gameplay to make room for all the horses you want but patience is key. Every level you earn, you get the availability to get more. I tried different horse games and this one beats them all. The only downside is not with the game but with my internet. It takes up a lot of my available bandwidth so I can only play during free time where I have extra bandwidth to use that is usually before 8am. Wish some of the gameplay cube be downloaded to my computer or iPad so. I could play without bandwidth.

Great Game ... Horrible Support. I love this game. I play it all the time, but I have never been able to successfully contact support about bugs or issues. There are some horrible 3D errors in the barns, especially the British one that will cause the screen to flicker where you can’t see anything. Most annoying, the game will want to restart in the middle of spending coins, take all your money, and then you can’t do what you were doing. This is incredibly frustrating. They changed the way they do breeding, so now there’s no point in spending the extra money to breed with a friend’s higher level horse because the chances of a better horse is now so slim. The rewards basically stop at the higher levels when you level up and all actions become so expensive or time consuming that it frustrates game playing. Love the new races against others. Those are fun. I wish that I could give this a 5.

Hate new update, but overall, great game.. The new update is making the game say that u have a certain amount of something but u don’t like I want to feed my horse and it says that I have enough when I go to the horse list in the corner but then I tap the horse and it shows red so the I can’t and the small buttons are very hard to play with. Basically, this update is terrible. Sure, the game loads faster, but there are so many other glitches that are bad. Like it takes a while for the game to recognize what you just did....it’s very annoying. And there is another thing I don’t like. When you trade with the explorer to get fantasy jewels, you barely get the jewels you actually need. I think you should be able to sell them for diamonds or something, but then Ike 10 for one to make it harder but overall I luv game

Awesome but a Request. Horse Haven is a great game and is so much fun to PLAY! It is one of the only good horse games for equestrians. So thx creators, it is amazing. I love to play though it does glitch a little bit, I think it is because my iPad is unstable. But like the title says I think the game could be better! So I know you can visit your friends horses to breed, or just to pet but I was wondering, if in a future update you could enter your friends Grand Stable. Because you can breed with your horses in YOUR Grand Stable, but I think it would be really more fun if you could enter your friends Grand Stable. Another request I have was if you could sell your horses to your friends. But otherwise it is such a fun game! So I think anyone even if you aren’t a big fan of horses would like this. It is addictive. So yeah!

Depends on what day you ask me? Obsessed or abstaining. I do love this game, it is entertaining, & fun for all ages. They use real horses and I do love how you can breed them up to tiers, breed with friends horses as well. Some games make u invest where I don’t believe this one does. U can make these horses. I am at level 57 now; I did not play for about a year or so because it does take up time and there are glitches that happen and apparently they have not been fixed. I just ran Russia race twice and got kicked off at the same place after spending diamonds and when I log back on, of course I did not get credit or coins but charged my diamonds and for the race. I’ve lost so many diamonds by getting kicked off, probably close to a few hundred over the years. So those things happen often even though they had JUST done “maintenance”. But it is fun and the horses are gorgeous.

Love This Game! Just A Few Heads Up And Suggestions. K first of all, sometimes the game will just pause on the loading screen. My suggestion is to close it out and open the game again. The graphics aren’t the best but I just live with it. I wish that EVERYTHING didn’t cost coins/diamonds!! I mean seriously, you shouldn’t have to pay sooooooo maaaany coins just to transfer horses to the grand stable. Also, not as many in-app purchases. And during the lasso event as a daily reward we should get lassos. About the lasso event, I reeeeaaaaally wish that it could last a lot longer. And last but not least, there should be a place to go where you can search up what horse you want to breed, and if like, you have the parents and your friend has the other parent you should be able to breed them. Good, but the breeding.. Back then in Horse Haven, I was always lucky. I got a Spinal Fairycorn, Lava Unicorn, and tier 3 Arabians on the first try. But once the new graphics changed back to the old ones, I was suddenly I couldn’t get any new horses. Even when it was like on the 20th time I still couldn’t get it. So I wasted so much coins and gems on the breeding. I was trying to get a tier 4 Morgan, but I got the recipe and when I breed for so many times that I couldn’t get it. I felt like I got scammed. I didn’t have the best experience at the end of this app. So I recommend to choose wisely to get this app or not. Because you may rage over and over when you don’t get the horse you need in like 20 times, but also if you don’t get the app maybe you could be a lucky user. It’s your choice. But my honest opinion is that after this bad experience I don’t recommend this app. Thank you If you read this. Fun game for horse lovers. I like the various activities you can do in the game. A few annoyances that I wish they would fix: 1) Allow name on the account in-game without having to link it to Facebook (right now many “unknown” friends; I want a name on my account but do not want it linked to Facebook. 2) the ability to organize my horses in the Grand stable. I rearrange to place male and female of the same breed side by side, and the game scrambles then again. With as many horses as I have now, I wish they would stay arranged the way I place them so I can keep better track of which horse is where. 3) the search function to look for horses in your friends’ accounts is TEDIOUS. Why do I have to search each tier separately?? Anything to condense the search (eg search for a breed, “any tier”, or search both genders, or search all friends at once.)

Best Horse Game. I’ve been playing this game for over a year now and I love it. The variety of breeds is phenomenal and I love that new ones are always being added. A previous review mentioned that this is a game you have to buy diamonds for in order to get the good horses and I would just like to debunk that. I have not once payed money for this game and I am a level 42 with several tier 3 and 4 horses. Logging in daily to collect your rewards is key (diamonds by the crate). Also upgrade and work those mines! I love this game. Now the problem is my i phone 6 is too old and the last update has significantly reduced the quality of play and I can’t even get it to run on my even older i pad. Supremely bummed but I understand the tech has evolved. So... how new of a phone do I need to run the game now?

Good game but It could be better. I am new to horse haven and I love it. I like how when your like level 13 you can still breed tier 4 horses. I do wish that you could have different hairstyles for each horse and that you could buy them. I also wish that you could have a chest and you’d get a rare horse every year in the chest. I also wish that you could have different ranches for different breeds of horses. I want that there could be more special and rare breeds. I try to breed all sorts of Amy’s horses with mine and it all ends up the same. I hope you can make this in the game but I wish that you could breed two special horses to make like a fantasy or if there like the breed rare you can get a cool horse. I also do not like the wheel. I try to get a Friesian or Morgan I always end up getting something else. Thank you for reading! I hope you can do stuff!

Great game, but there are some problems. I really enjoy collecting all the horses! And all the ranches and races are so colorful and inventive! But one thing that does frustrate me is the tier 4 horses. You can only unlock the red gems from the first horse, the green gems from the second, and the blue ones from the third. I unlocked the second tier 4 horse and now I can’t get any more green gems. I think it would be nice if we could still keep earning these gems after unlocking the horse. As of right now, I have no way to unlock the third horse because I am missing those green gems. I also constantly find myself running out of coins because of how expensive it is to care for the horses and breed them to get what you want. Especially annoying if I breed the horses for an expensive price and don’t get the horse I was looking for. I really do like the game though!

Mostly good has discouraging at times. Good graphics, generally entertaining. Has all the characteristics of gambling games without quite being gambling. Was downright addictive at first but after 6 months of playing I’m thinking about deleting it because it’s too discouraging any more. The odds of breeding the horse you want seem to diminish exponentially as your level increases. For instance, after getting the ability to breed level 4 Clydesdale I’ve breed my two level 3 horses about 15 times and still no level 4 - after five or six weeks to get the level 3 male (repeatedly kept getting level 3 female or level 2 male). I always buy a package or two to support game makers but this game is rigged to require purchases of diamond packs to make progress or obtain the heavily marketed specialty horses and I refuse to spend that kind of money. Also specially horses can only be bred with a friends horse of the same breed. The annual subscription is such a rip off. I don’t know why anyone would do it. Seriously. Odds for breeding getting worse. Not better. This game is all about profit.

Purchase issues with no developer response. I love this game, and I wish I could give it a five ⭐️, but it has huge issues with payment. Not only have I upgraded my monthly when given the option and paid $50 for a year subscription and only gotten 1 month, but I have also purchased diamonds to better my breeding odds and not received them. This not only is this a financial rip off, also lost all the diamonds I DID have on retry spins prior to the purchase of more to get the next tier horse. This game is highly addictive and very expensive. The specialty horses you spend $20 on don’t even have that great of skills. DO NOT SPEND MONEY IN THIS GAME!!!! Play it, cause it’s fun, but go the free route. You’ll get ripped off if you spend money, and you’ll just get an automated response when you report the issues. The developer won’t contact you to fix it.

Good overall, but the banner.... The most recent update of this game made the game play a little rough as menus wouldn’t fully open (being stuck in a sort of phasing strobe appearance) and the music tracks overlapped themselves when changing maps. Along with continuing issues regarding the Grand Stables’ return/exit button, there is a banner going through the upper-middle of the screen and because of it the overall feel of the game is ruined as the screen is too cluttered which destroys the serene look of the game (Personally, I am not a fan of seeing fast, repetitive scripts of text scrolling on and on in a Cookie Clicker fashion across my phone screen. They remind me of those annoying pop-up ads that you can’t get rid of) Suggestions for future updates would to: 1) have an option to where the player can choose to activate/ deactivate the banner or to MAYBE, if it must be a thing at all, have those player achievement announcements go to a new “Friends” file in the mailbox/inbox like how it is for the club invitations. 2) Fix the Grand Stable buttons. 3) Fix the pop ups for special offers and the racing menus for events (they all glitch out pretty often) 4) More fantasy horse breeds and Tier 4 Fantasy horses. Other than that, this game is a blast to play and would have gotten a higher review if not for this last update.

Update Suggestions. Horse haven I love the game but the new update seems to do more harm than good the horses profiles are all messed up they show breeds that the horse isn’t. Also the steeplechases you made even harder than they were before I don’t want the tallest jump in the first place much less flying out of the blue at me with no time to prepare. Going along with the steeplechase subject you made the downfall of the horses really choppy it was fine like it was you really didn’t need to change it. I’m really not sure about the scale also it’s supposed to be a kids game so you can’t make every thing super tiny where the kids can’t find things. I was just trying to suggest some things that you might want to fix no hate towards the game I just thought it was fine before. Thank you for taking the time to read this

Love it! Some problems though.... Don’t get me wrong. I love the game! I found this game about a year ago and fell in love with it. I was so excited about getting galaxy horses, but when I tried to breed to get them, it wouldn’t! Have no idea how to get galaxy horses... but anyways, I hadn’t been playing for a while (and had only gotten to around level 10) but I hadn’t played since a month or two ago, and I was bored, so I opened it today, and it had to download a update. It was all completely normal until I went into the game. All my horses were gonna and it started me all the way over! Kind of triggered about that because the tutorial is soooooo long and I already know how to do this stuff! But anyways, about the other breeding things... please tell me how to breed galaxy horses! Love the game but I have a question. I have only been playing this for a few days and I am now addicted! I have two producer questions: how do you sell feeds and spend gems? A lot of my daily quests say to sell feed and I can’t get the quest so I can’t get the diamond reward! And I really want to get limited edition horses with ALL my gems but I don’t know how. And can you maybe lower how expensive the gear and stable upgrades are? I have to speed up my breedings and buy other things for my horses and 600 diamonds? That is really expensive!!Otherwise I LOVE this game! The horses are so realistic and I love how you can breed to get different types! Please get back to me about the other stuff as soon as possible. LUV IT but I got a request. I love Horse Haven and it’s developers I like how you add lots of fun events and a lot of new horses! I like how you add each specific detail about each horse. Like how you draw their pictures, one example is the Marwari horse I love how you make their ears curved just like in real life! The art is FANTASTIC! I love the scenery, horses, events, EVERYTHING! I just have one request to make... can you please make Exclusive Vida’s recipe pieces available to collect in the races again? I would really appreciate it, because before when it was available I collected 40 pieces so I’m halfway there. I really want a real event horse for once. Glitch/bug with new cowboy horse. Hello! i’ve played horse haven for a good awhile yeah i’ve had my breaks here and there but it’s still a very beautiful game. i spent a good amount of time breeding for the cowboy horse because it looked so beautiful❤️. it only does this when it’s an adult but whenever i go to leave it’s or any other horses stable it just doesn't load. no kicking me off the app or anything but it gets stuck when it’s almost finished. same when trying to leave the country. i have tried deleting and re downloading the app, i even spent maybe 1-2 hours cleaning out storage on my phone despite not even a quarter of it being taken up. i’ve bred this horse twice one being male and one being female. and i’ve had to delete both. i do hope you see this and fix it sorry if i made is a bit long:D.

Amazing game! Just one request!. Hello, you may be wondering whether you should buy this game or not. In my opinion I think this game is great for learning about horses and just overall having lots of fun. It teaches you about caring for them, teaching them and much more. I just wish you could buy a fully grown horse off the market. That might already be a thing, but for my level it only allows you to buy foals. Which I think it is great to raise a foal, but it would also be fun to buy a fully grown horse. In the game you can harvest, raise horses, race your horses, and make new friends. I also wish you had the option to buy more stables. You can only have six tables for each ranch. I know that seems like a lot, but if you get the game you’ll see what I mean. Overall the game is just amazing, but I have to warn you it is very addicting!

Amazing! +some ideas :). I have been playing this game since it came out and it is absolutely amazing! So many different horse breeds and many things to do ! I love how you can compete in steeplechase’s against your friends to win diamonds and how you can discover so many different horse breeds! But some of the horse breeds need updates. For instance the Arabian; it has the old generation style (no bad by the way) but Arabians have curved snouts and are smaller then some horses. And maybe add more unique breeds such as... Curly horses, North Swedish, A Zony (a mix between horse and Zebra), a Exmoor pony, a Hungarian cold blood, and a Dales pony. And maybe even add a circus Event were you get to do special quests and train your horses to do unique tricks. And there would be a Zebra that you can buy with Circus points that you can get by racing. Those are all my ideas overall the game is amazing 😊❤️

Too Expensive. I do like this game. The graphics are pretty nice compared to a LOT of other games. The horses are cute and there’s tons of amazing breeds to get! However, the care for horses is expensive, and the amount of coins you earn is barely enough to care for them. And when you do care for them, you have no coins left for anything else. I think they should either lower prices or raise the amount you earn in things. Another thing, the gems (or diamonds, whatever you want to call them). It is nice that you actually earn them in game, unlike some games (*cough* Star Stable...looking at you *cough* *cough*) but a lot of the nicer breeds are thousands and THOUSANDS of gems, and you only get like 4 for achievements. I just think that should be looked at, because it adds an annoying aspect to the entire game. Overall, I still play. It would be super cool if they added more events to compete in too, not just races.

Love it, but..... I love this game. Like a lot. The horses are beautiful and the game runs smooth and realistically. Except, it is really hard to move on. I wish it were easier to level up and earn money. I want to win steeplechases to earn some money and rewards, but others are so much better because they spend real money to get coins and gems and all that. Another problem I have is that it won't update!!! The last update just won't load at all, and it is really annoying because now o can't play unless I wait like 13 hours for the thing to finish!!!! These are the pros and cons... Pros: Smooth gameplay, realistic items, beautiful horses, fun and addicting gameplay, pretty and relaxing backgrounds Cons: Very VERY hard to earn money, very VERY hard to get better horses, annoying because of better players who paid real money for lots of coins and really good horses And lots of other stuff but I won't continue ranting as they are all about he same thing... IT SHOULD BE EASIER TO EARN MONEY AND GET BETTER HORSES, AS WELL AS TO LEVEL UP!!!!! Please please please!!!!!!!!!!!! Please fix this in some way as it is getting really annoying, and your game is really fun, but if this keeps up I am quitting and deleting it and going to try to find another game that is better. Thanks for listening to my ranting lol. This deserves 5 stars, definitely, but because of the unfairness I have to knock it down one star. Keep up on making this game even more awesome. See yah!!

Great!. Love the game it’s a great game for people who love horses like me. I first experienced my love for horses when my neighbors horses would come up to my fence I wanted one so much but we aren’t allowed to get one because we don’t have a lot of property to get a horse. Of course I was very sad but I went on the App Store and looked up horse games and I found horse haven man I feel so lucky that I found that I game not only in the game I had one horse I had tons! I loved it and even if you don’t love horses that much this game will make you love them. It really felt like I had real horses I went every day and looked on my iPad to see how my horses were doing I fed them and took care of them, later on I talked to my neighbors horses and told them about the game the totally listened I love this game and horses so really get it.

BEST GAME EVER. Best Game Ever!!!! Been playing since it came out I have it on all my devices!!!!! It’s also addicting. Only one complaint why do I have to wait until tomorrow to do another dressage? I love doing the dressage. I know you can retry. But why? 🤔Oh and maybe add a chat? So we can all talk about our love for these wonderful beautiful creatures! And also could you maybe make a way for me to add my friend with out having to check it everyday!My bff and I both love the game I introduced it to her now she’s addicted 😂 I love the challenge how you have to wait a while to get the horse. Challenge is good. For some people I think need to learn patience and this is how!!! Like I try so hard to get a tier 4 quarter horse. I literally tried 29 times! (I kept getting tier 3) Don’t ever stop the challenge!!! Oh and maybe add a rackolope or a rack that would be fun!!! And it o would be fun if you could breed exclusive with other exclusives!!

Problem Fixed Itself. So hey, it’s no longer crashing from me just entering the game! Horse Haven is honestly an amazing game. With patience you can have such amazing horses and such a good time. If you don’t want to buy to win, that’s still okay because you can still get amazing horses completely for free! I’d say though if there is a horse you like that’s in the pop ups when you get on the game you might just want to buy it just to support the game! Anyway just some good feedback. Try to keep people from crashing for a couple of days after an update is loaded though. Maybe remove all the pop ups except the daily reward one though and just try making the limited horses interesting enough for people to maybe just at least look at the horses. Just an idea!

New Update. This game really did deserve five stars. I’m really disappointed in the new update, though. I’ve had this game for almost five years, working my way through to the top. I’ve got many high level/tier horses that I’ve spent lots of time acquiring. Retrying the same breeding pair dozens of times took effort, but I knew at some point I’d get what I was working for. That’s not so anymore. The wheel in the breeding house barely even spins anymore. Since the new update, I haven’t gotten any horses that I wanted. Moving the landscape is choppy where it used to be smooth. I haven’t tried a steeplechase or race yet, but at this point I’m scared to. Whatever y’all changed in the last update (just trying to be honest, not rude) stinks. Please, please change it back to the way it was. I love this game, but I’m really frustrated with this new update.

Crashes Lately. In the last day, my game won’t open. It gets halfway through the loading when you click on the game then the “need to restart to synchronize progress” comes up for like a split second then disappears without me clicking on it. Then it starts the loading all over again and the same thing happens. Me personally I’m on level 40. And I need to check the game frequently to continue making progress, collecting diamonds, and collecting coins. Now, I can’t check the game and thousands of coins are going to waste including crops and horse training. I need these hours to progress. I’m trying to save up a bunch of coins to fully upgrade my fantasy island and all food processors. It would be much appreciated if you could quickly fix this issue so I could continue my progress. Before this issue arose, this was my absolute favorite game I have ever had. I hope it can return very soon.

Playing game since middle school, now in college. I found this game in middle school when blacksmiths & vets were a thing in the game. I slowly drifted a year away from it in high school but got right back to playing this game at least an hour everyday once I started college. It might be a game for kids but it’s very competitive and my ambitious self loves to have the highest score in races against friends & win every online race against random strangers. It takes time to dominate the game but it is rewarding over long period of time to have horses maxed out on level, speed, stamina, jump & weather tiers. Then you can make coin & diamond fast and beat anyone in the races. My current goal is to have all my horses be all pure breed to level 3 or even 4 if I have enough gems. Totally recommend!

Good but.... The good points: It’s fun, coins are easy to get, and you can even own mythical horses. Where the game needs improvement: To groom your horses and muck out their stalls you have to spend coins. It would make better sense to have the players buy a brush and pitchfork at each ranch. The player could choose to groom the horse or muck out the sable themselves or spend coins to have it done for them. The different feeds, do a basic feed. If the player wants their horse to regain energy faster or level up faster have feeds that require more ingredients and time to make. Higher level foals needs cost more (more feed and more money). They don’t level up faster, I understand breeding the parents to get the higher level foal costs more (and that makes sense) but unless the goal is going to level up faster it’s care should cost the same as any other foal. Also in order to have friends help you train your horses or speed up projects it appears that you have to log into Facebook. This is a kids game, please have an option that doesn’t involve social media.

Love this app, but are they done with it?. I’ve been playing this game for years now, and it’s the only game/app that I’ve ever played religiously and for this long, so they are obviously doing so much right and I don’t want to come here with complaints. However - no matter how often I play and how long I wait, there are absolutely never any dressage events or tier 4 horses to breed for. I clearly enjoy the game enough regardless, but I mean why am I breeding all these horse to higher tiers if there is a 0% chance of getting the “final product” if you will. I have no quarrel with the fact that there are a select few breeds you can get at a time but in the last 6 months at least I have had no opportunities to breed for tier 4 horses or enter any events. This is thee best horse game to hit the App Store, it just seems like the producers stopped paying attention to it 🤷🏼‍♀️

New review. Love the game. Great game!! I’ve had this game for about a year now and there have been many improvements. New horse breeds. New events and more. The graphics are outstanding as they always have been and I’ve never had an issue with glitches (far as I can remember). The coin and diamond packs could be cheaper or better in value but they offer enough ways to earn them so it’s not a big deal. Wish we could have some new steeplechase’s and worlds/countries. I also wish they would finally roll out the hair section. Space is short but I only keep the horses I really really like. Leveling up takes a while but is worth the wait. Breeding times could be a bit lower but at this point I just feel like I’m nitpicking. Truly a wonderful game and super happy to have it.

Ugh. This game and I have such a love-hate relationship that I don’t know what to say! I delete this game after two weeks of getting it... every time I get. And I get it a week after I delete it. I hate that! I’m hooked, the game was pretty good in the lower levels but once you just get up there, the game just switches and you’re not playing the same style as before. Having said that, I don’t like the style switch. Everything is dependent on gems, not coin. Which of course you gain coin and not gem (easily). The horses you’re now trying to get, even the starter ones, make you grind and you don’t catch a break. It’s just a bit greedy of them to do this... You can tell their mind was thinking about the players experience but now it’s about the players money. I’m sad it got to that point. I love my horses though! And I install it again because I miss them lol! Idk if that’s sad or cute but it is what it is. This game is brilliant! Just don’t keep your expectations as the game progresses.

Infuriating crashing - don’t bother. Don’t waste your time on this game. The constant crashing is beyond frustrating. Right in the middle of an important race. Crash. You lose. No reward. Go back into the game..been in for less than 5 seconds. Crash. Crash. Crash. Crash. Makes the game almost completely unplayable. It’s a great game otherwise. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the game itself underneath all that crashing is REALLY good. Such a shame they won’t bother fixing the crashing. I ((tried to)) play for years. The crashing eventually became so stressful I finally gave up. Took a few-months-long hiatus, hoping they would fix it in the meantime. Just logged back in again today and was in less than 5 minutes before..crash. 😑 Go back in...immediate crash. 😩🤬 Goodbye, Horse Haven. Such a shame, since I made it so far in the game, but I don’t have the space on my device to leave games I literally cannot play.
