Looks Good, but Online Ordering does not work. No options available for choice of toppings, program says “Mandatory choices not selected”. There is no mandatory choices visible.

Good app, great food. Totally depends on the location, but soo far soo good

Poorly designed app. I’m a big BarBurrito fan but this app is downright horrible. Who designed this? Not user friendly at all.

It won’t let me order. I choose a burrito size and then it says you haven’t picked mandatory selections but there aren’t any selections to choose from

Terrible app!!!. This is the worst app I have ever used! The app is not user friendly at all! The app has an issue with displaying pick up time slots for night time. It only shows pick up time slot until 11:30 pm which doesn’t make any sense considering that BarBurrito in my area is open until 2 AM. It should also be showing pick up time slots for 12am-1am. I even reached out to the developer multiple times regarding this issue but they clearly don’t care enough to respond back.

Best way to order your nom noms. Dude. Every restaurant needs an app like this one. Ordering in store is so archaic and anxiety inducing. You get to the glass counter and they’re all like, “Do you want cilantro?” Then you ask yourself, “Do I want cilantro? I don’t know, there’s noise and other people around… They’re probably judging me.” The guy behind you is breathing like Darth Vader, the guy in front of you has his kid with him who keeps making dumb sounds, and then you hear, “SIR! Do. You. Want. Cilantro?” And then you say, “Uhhh…ya,” and you friggin hate cilantro. It’s a nightmare. I prefer to order from my couch; thank you. And you get points for free nom noms in the future. Bonus!

Not enough options with ordering online. I’m a regular at this awesome restaurant. The app though lacks enough features. For example, you can’t choose both beans, even though you normally would get that on a bean Burrito. Also you can’t choose no sauce, it forces a pick of at least one. Great restaurant to go to in person, but hopefully the app can be improved to order exactly what you want. I still use the old app to collect points and such. I realize there is a “notes area” but that shouldn’t be needed for basic functions as described above. It should be saved for actual special instructions.

App just stopped working. Definitely could use more convenient settings like saving info and restaurants. App won’t even load open now, just get a white screen. No app updates in 3 months.

App doesn’t work at all. Downloaded the app a month ago and created my account. Finally decided to try using it today. Launching it produces a white screen. No close buttons no order buttons nothing. Just a plain white screen that does nothing. Made sure I had all updates, and still nothing. A real waste

Stopped working about a month ago. I used this in the past with some crashing issues but it did work. Now it never loads I get a white screen and that’s all. I don’t know what happened. Will try reinstalling. The strangest part is that I can’t order online either. Oh finally. When I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it the app started working again. Still crashes off and on.

Literally doesn’t work. Ordered, paid, restaurant had no order! Emailed the support email and it bounced!

The app is as good as the food - 100!. It’s simple, efficient, and good for coupons, customizing your order - big or small.

No Issues, Ever. Although I'd like ApplePay, I've never had an issue ordering or with the app in general. No crashes, no connection issues. The UI is pretty clear & navigable. I could do without providing my address on payment, but I'll live.

Favourite. Great food but you should be able to repeat your last order. Order your favourite etc

Best Restaurant App. The food is great but besides that this is one of the better if not best restaurant app. I order for pickup often because it’s so easy. You also get points for free food which is amazing. I order, go pick it up and the nice employees have it waiting for me. There’s no hassle and no lines, just great food!

Doesn’t link with previous app with points. This app is very much missing lots of basic functionality like the other reviews pointed out and it can’t link to my previous account with the points. Not at all impressive as an app or business.

Works well. App works fine. Ability to pay with Apple Pay and recall/repeat of previous orders would be nice but aren’t deal breakers.

Loved this app when it worked.. App was great. About 2 weeks ago it just stopped working, nothing but a white screen. I’ve uninstalled the app, reinstalled and still white screen.

Drastically wrong location. I allowed to app to see my location, but when I try to place and order the only store option it provides is one in Saskatoon. I’m in Ontario.

Not bad when it works. The system continually times out and I’m unable to check out or see what’s in my cart as the screen goes blank. Increasingly frustrated!

Lacks Apple Pay. Please implement Apple Pay for this app. Also, as others have mentioned, the user interface is pretty awkward.

Great when it works. I added money to my account and headed to my local BarBurrito to place my order. When I went to pay there’s a message saying’this site is currently under maintenance. We’ll be back shortly…’. Paid by credit card and lost out on loyalty points. This was today during your Madmex Monday’ promo. At 5:00pm. Why would you schedule maintenance on the day of a promo? Now I can’t even access the app!! Has it crashed?

THE APP DOES NOT WORK. This has got to be one of the worst apps I have ever used! I downloaded to get the double points when purchasing my food if you pay through the app. After I setup with my payment card uploaded and tried to pay. It wouldn’t give me an option to pay. Then I transferred the fund to the loyalty card on the app to pay through the option provided in the app.. again it wouldn’t let me. Then I tried to order the meal through the app, again it wouldn’t let me. I am really annoyed as not the app has money of mine that I didn’t get to use. We try to scan using the Q-square option. Nothing worked. I asked to use the barcode option as my money is now on the app. I want it off. The location I am at doesn’t have that payment option. The cashier tries a few more times and still to no avail does this app work! Now I am paying with my payment card. With find on an app that doesn’t work. Annoyed that no one thought to test this crappy app that is messing with my experience, time and funds! Fix your app or get rid of it! Came home and after I relaxed. Went into the app to see if I could setup to order food to use the funds on the app. Why is the find my location stuck in AB. Searched by postal code, city, province.. nothing worked. I live and currently located in Ontario. I search the store near me with the full address and still it defaults to AB.

Terrible. Not very user friendly. It also didn’t connect with the store, so I had to wait another 20 min when I went to pick it up. I left feedback on their website but they don’t care enough to respond.
