No issues. I haven’t had any issues with the app however I do wish their Face ID feature was better. Sometimes it also logs you out.

What’s wrong with this app?. Why is it that I can sign in once and then after I keep getting this message to pop up? Please this app needs to be fixed immediately! This is absurd!

Lots of bugs. The app is very laggy and has lots of bugs. I can’t seem to request any additional shifts at all

Can’t see posted shifts. i can’t never see shifts that my coworkers post, neither swap shifts with anyone. i tried telling management but it never gets fixed.

Terminated?. I went back to work on october last year (2023), and im not able to see my schedule, its says i am terminated, even though shows all the other info, thats agravaiting, i cannot switch schedules or if i need to or check it when is up.

This App is Awful. As someone who needs to use this app for work, it is a MASSIVE inconvenience for me and my coworkers. Error messages and unexpected sign outs occur constantly. Wouldn’t recommend this to be used by ANY employer.

Sign in difficulty. The app has me signed in as someone else and when I try to logout or delete the app, it still has me signed in as someone else.

No saved login. This is honestly obnoxious because almost every website and even small developed apps have a “remember login” feature and this makes it so you have to login in every time the app closes and makes it absolutely trash

Stuck in Login Loop. It worked perfect for like 2 months before it just started not letting me log in. It would attempt to but would log out and try again by itself. Please fix this

Love it. It’s so much better then ess 41. Not sure why everyone’s having so many problems. Probably just needs consistent bug fixes.

App not showing my Schedule. The app isn’t showing my schedule when I log in after a few times and I try to find a way to fix it but every time i try fix it still does not show it all

Many issues and complications. Apparently no one can see my shift due to the no one is able to cover me or pick shifts up . Im at the wrong store location. And i can post but then it ask for supervisor approval very frustrated.

Can't even use it. I can't even use it, it says this applications cannot be run on this device for security reasons contact system administrator

App Crashing. The application keeps crashing and closing every time I try to update staff availability and time off.

Frustrated. Every time I try to add my schedule to my calendar this app freezes. Son frustrated at this point.

Garbage app.. Worst app ever, if you have a override it won’t let you check your time card. You can be in the store, connected to the store WiFi and it will still say “Not at store” and won’t let you clock in or clock out.

Keeps Crashing. App isn’t bad when it’s working properly but it continuously signs you out and no longer lets you sign in even after verifying your phone number. For someone who’s schedule changes constantly, this is very frustrating since I can’t even log in to check my schedule. Timecard just shows blank page as well and it rarely ever shows the complete amount of hours worked.

Technical issues. Suddenly it started to have technical issues. I can’t submit day off request by error that never happened, can’t see time card because of an error, and can’t see today’s “task details” page.

Requesting days off. Unable to request days off. Under reason it will not let me put a reason in.

Unreliable. Under no circumstances, will this app ever give me the option to clock out. It will always say I am too far from the store despite the fact I’ll be in the dead center and connected to the buildings Wi-Fi.

Face ID and others. Need to fix the Face ID and app notification! Should have an option to stay signed in and not to login every time

Not able to request off. I love this version better than ESS 41 except you can’t request days off!! So I still have to have ESS 41 to request off! Under reason it brings up a search bar but you can’t pick a reason and there’s no results if you search, so it won’t let you submit the day off because reason is required! That’s the only reason I use ESS 41! If this feature could be fixed I would only use this version but it’s so annoying I can’t request off!!!!

Worst app ever!!. *Inaccurate timestamps *Constantly logs you out *Logging in says error *Very long loading screen *Old layout *Every month I have to delete your app and reinstalling TO BE ABLE TO LOGIN INTO YOUR APP TO CLOCK IN!!!!! Not to mention having to delete the cache every week TO LOGIN This app is a job within itself !!! 😡😡

Screenshot sharing. It used to be very handy for me to use the share screenshot function so that my family could have my schedule but now when I click that it just closes the app. Disappointing that one of the best features is unusable.

Time card. When I have an override I can no longer see my time card overrides are inevitable for people call off work, or quit, or don’t show up when scheduled. Someone who is not scheduled comes in on their days off to cover that shift. They have a manager override the system that clock them in, after that happens you can’t see your time card, which means you don’t know how many hours you worked or if f you where paid accordingly..: this is very irritating and happens to me almost every week

Problem. Can not log in. I get a access forbidden message when trying to do so.

Password issue. This is the second time in a month that I’ve not been able to put my password in after changing it. there’s nothing wrong with my password and there’s nothing I’m doing wrong.

Please fix. I can’t see my time card anymore, has been saying error.

so many problems!!!. Every single time I try to log in it keeps popping up with an error message saying that my request cannot be processed. Can’t keep track of scheduling nor the app itself. Just waaayyy too many bugs & problems for one app alone.

Hardly works and is insanely confusing.. I miss our old time system. They need to patch up this app a ton. It feels like an incomplete high school project. No guides, no explanations to random errors, hardly intuitive, and just not a good app. It’s complicated my days even more.

Crashes. It doesn’t let me log in. Every time I try it says there’s an issue and takes me back to the beginning so I try to log in again and it crashes then repeats

App crashed all the time. It shows an error every time I verify and then try to login. I can’t get past the login. My schedule changes all the time so this isn’t a minor problem. I see other people having the same issue, so please fix this issue. From the other reviews, I can tell it hasn’t been fixed for a year.

I could only log in once. Every time I try to log in it crashes. I even tried to delete and redownload the app. I could only log in once and luckily I put my two weeks of known shifts on a google calendar because I can’t check otherwise. This is an issue that needs to be solved ASAP.

Need help with app. I work with Winn Dixie in Spring Hill and for about a week I cannot clock in or see schedule as I get an error message I cannot connect to application

My opinion. This app never want to work everybody the working with me have to delete the app many times and see if is working and still not working I don’t like it

Scheduled Not showing in advance. This is all is worst, it keep asking to refresh to see the schedule. Does not have transparency between store schedule and user. It show complete different schedule than store. Need to improve for user IOS device.

Unable to request for additional work. I cannot request for additional work for Walgreens. It kept saying error after I submitted the request. Can someone fix this ongoing problem?

It’s annoying. My job just started using this app and I hate it. It keeps logging me out. I can’t even get into the app because there’s login problems. It needs to be fixed.

App lags, does not stay logged in. App needs a complete bug fix to stop the constant crashing, logging out, and error messages. The app has good functions but the problems make it a hassle to use

Awful, clunky app. I keep trying to change my base availability from the 12 am to 12 am default. No matter what I put in- it will tell me it is overlapping with my base availability and won’t let me submit it.

Can’t even open app. App is useless, I can’t even open it for 5 seconds to view my schedule. Logs me out and closes down by itself every time I try to open it.

Problems. For two days I’ve tried to log out and it keeps logging back in like a continuous loop. It told me on Monday that it was Tuesday and my shift was over due. When trying to look at my time card I get a red notification box saying error has occurred. I reinstalled and it opened as if nothing happened, no facial recognition is in place either. So frustrating.

Wrong job. I recently got a new job with a new company. I was asked to download this app. The problem I’m having is that my previous job keeps popping up even though the app for them was ESS-41. I’m trying to use ESS-45. Please help

Solution. The application does not give me permission to start the system error marks section. This latest version has an error and it has not been corrected. I want to know if they will have a solution.

Time Card. Idk if I’m the only one with this problem. But my Timecard will not update. This is how I clock in and out. It’s my first week and I’m worried my hours aren’t being calculated because the timecard says “error” and shows a blank white screen.

Schedule. The app works well enough for me, the only thing I don’t like is not being able to see my coworkers and managers schedules. It would be extremely helpful to at least see which managers are working so I can more easily get into contact with them. Can this feature be implemented please?

App won’t open. This app won’t open!! It asking me to sign in multiple times then wait for it to load (5 minutes wait) then it crashed and ask me to sign in again. Worst app ever, the old app is much better!

App. For three days now I have not been able to get the app to open. There is constantly something wrong with this app. I hope this gets fixed soon for us employees

1 Star. The app continuously keeps signing me off. And when I try signing back in, it asks to send a code to my texts or to my phone number. And this is every time I sign in, and I have to continously sign in every day because my schedule keeps changing. This app needs some major adjustments.

Cannot Submit approval for days off. Needs to fix requests for days off on app. No opinion comes up to select a “reason” and since it’s a required field, I’m unable to complete my submission. It has been this way since the last update. This app fixes one glitch, then another one pops up. Very annoying.

There is no update!. This app was working somewhat ok (other than the terrible UI and getting logged out every time) but now whenever I sign in it says there is an update? There isn’t. ESS 4.1 works still but that is even worse than this version.

Fix this garbage. Fix this garbage app it’s ridiculous.

Stinks. Can’t get simple stuff right.. Sync to calendar no longer shows store number, just home store address. Sync to calendar also transfers afternoon shifts (1-9PM) to AM (1AM-9AM). I have to go in and correct it all manually. This is pretty simple stuff for a competent app developer. Transfer the store number like the old version did and put shifts into the correct time on the device calendar.

Time off and facial recognition. Unable to select reason in the request time off so it is still unable to complete a request. Logging in with facial recognition doesn’t work either. Functionality should be prioritized over aesthetics. Otherwise the ui is nice.
